Youtube daily report Dec 20 2017

Best holiday impressions, let's do this.

Santa Claus.

You ask for Santa, you'll get Santa.

Ho, ho, ho.

Ho, ho, ho.

Ho, ho, ho, ho.

Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho.

What can you even for for Mrs. Claus?

Santa, do you want some cookies and milk?

Hi, I'm Santa Claus' wife.

A reindeer, er...

[reindeer noises]

Frosty the snowman, what is Frosty the snowman?

I'm Frosty the snowman.

Hello there, kids, I'm Frosty.

Do you want my carrot nose?

My best elf impression.

We got to go make the presents.

I don't know what I did, it's like an accent.

I'm here in a store and I'm singing.

Hey Santa, where's my cheque?

Snowboarder.

Woo, woo, woo!

So that's like a flailing snowboarder.

But then there's just like a snowboarder in person.

Gnarly man, it's chill, yeah!

'Sup?

I just received my dream gift, what?

[gasping]

Oh, you didn't, you did?

[gasping]

No way!

What?

This is the worst gift I've ever gotten in my life!

Oh...

What is going on?

Is there a gift receipt?

Everything You Need To Know About the Earth's Terminator - Duration: 1:41.

Our planet has a terminator.

No, not a time traveling humanoid robot, but a line where its light and dark side meet.

On Earth we see the Sun rise from the East and set in the West.

But if you were looking straight down from space, you would see half the planet lit,

and the other half in total darkness.

That's the terminator.

The terminator, also called solar terminator or the "twilight zone" moves around our

planet once a day.

The Earth is constantly rotating, and it's got a little tilt to it.

Our planet orbits the sun at a 23.5 degree angle.

That axial tilt causes one pole to be facing the Sun, and the other pole facing away, which

gives our planet its four seasons.

And the shape of the terminator curve changes with the seasons. The terminator is a guide

for solar-powered low earth orbit satellites.

They ride the line in total sunlight to take pictures of Earth. So while the terminator

doesn't really do anything, it is good for science!

Why do we keep making robots that look like people? - Duration: 3:48.

There are thousands of science fiction stories about robots who are "more human than human."

But what is it that drives us to make machines that look like us?

It certainly isn't easy.

One of the hardest parts is giving humanoid robots something that we humans take for granted,

our ability to walk on two legs.

Robots with four legs are more stable,

because more legs means more points of contact

with the ground, and less engineering is needed to make a workable robot.

But two legs provide a sense of familiarity that helps humans empathise with the machines.

Teaching robots to walk used to involve a lot of trial and error.

Robots like ASIMO took several years of research and engineering to stand and walk around.

With the advent of machine learning, freestanding robots are learning to take their first steps

by training on thousands of hours of simulations,

even before they have legs.

So we can get them to stand up.

But why on Earth do we need upright humanoid robots?

What can they do that other robots can't?

It turns out, a whole lot.

Researchers at the University of Tokyo are trying to build a complete human analogue,

with a metal skeleton and hydraulic muscles.

Their current models, Kenshiro and Kengoro,

can perform many of the same movements as humans,

including push-ups and sit-ups.

Aside from making great bodybuilding coaches, the researchers say they give us insight,

into the intricacies of human physiology.

But there are some downsides.

One of those is psychological:

When robots start looking too "real," they unsettle us,

causing us to trust them less.

That hasn't stopped scientists from tackling the daunting task

to make robots look and act more human.

In 2004, European researchers began work on the iCub, a robot designed to mimic a child.

iCub is the hardware that houses the artificial intelligence software that powers it.

The robot can observe its environment through camera eyes and microphone ears,

touch sensors in the hands, and a "skin" made of printed circuit capacitors.

The motivation for creating iCub is to give AI not only a voice, but also a body.

iCub has been trained to observe and respond to its surroundings.

By watching humans, the robot has learned to grasp and manipulate objects.

Some of the project researchers have even taught it to identify the objects it picks up.

But one of iCubs most valuable lessons for the field of robotics is in sociability.

Researchers are training the robot to maintain eye contact with humans,

determine their emotions through facial expressions and gestures,

and respond to nonverbal communication

in order to complete tasks.

This kind of research could mark the beginning of a new era in human-robot interactions.

But what about those science fiction dreams?

One day, we'll ask the robots what they think.

10 Things You Didn't Know about SAO Ordinal Scale! - Sword Art Online Movie Facts - Duration: 12:50.

When you think of Sword Art Online the Marvel movies may not come to mind but

there's actually a connection with Ordinal Scale. You got to see Eiji showing

off his power suit and kicking some ass. Part of this was due to the help from

his upgraded Augma, which allowed him to see the prediction movement of someone

in real time. Totally unfair! The inspiration from this came from the man

himself, Tony Stark and his Iron Man suit.

Specifically this was referencing the prediction lines you saw in Captain

America Civil War. Tony had to rely on this after getting an ass whopping by

Captain America. You can bet that the guys over there at the A1 studio

must be on Team Iron Man. Another surprise reference in SAO Ordinal

Scale is actually to Digimon Adventure. The scene I'm talking about happens

towards the end when Kirito has gone into full god mode with his new overpowered

sword. This scene is supposed to parallel Omnimon from the Our War Game movie.

Omnimon goes ahead and unleashes its omni sword. It obliterates a ton of

Diaboromon clones. It's pretty easy to see the parallel with Kirito one shotting those

floor raid bosses.

One of the biggest changes with SAO Ordinal Scale was a sudden shift from

virtual reality into augmented reality. It almost felt like taking a step

backwards. There was this question during production about whether the audience

will be able to fully connect with AR. The author Reki mentioned how he was so

glad that Pokemon GO had just exploded in popularity before the release of

Ordinal Scale. This turned out to be a blessing because practically everyone

was able to relate instantly. There was even a familiar scene of people meeting

up at parks. This may remind you of early Pokemon GO gatherings. Another key

component to AR was the switch from the AmuSphere over to the new Augma

device. The director mentioned how they even got someone from Sony to help

design it. They hope that the design of it will be small enough to take with you

without a second thought. It was also not supposed to look super

futuristic. It actually makes for an interesting look for an early version of

the Neuro-linker from Accel World.

You were lucky enough to get a steamy bath scene from Asuna on the latest

SAO movie but before the movie was officially released on blu-ray there was

a little bit of an uproar online. The director mentioned in an interview about

a possible upgrade at bath for the blu-ray release. You will be able to see

a fully natural not safe for work Asuna on the home version. Some question

whether this was just a tease to get people to buy the movie. Fast forward

sometime later the blu-ray is out. It turns out that you can see a little

something extra in the blu-ray so called "upgraded scene". If you're interested

I'm sure you can find this online or just buy the movie. It goes by so quickly

honestly if I didn't mention it here you may not have noticed. Something else may

have caught your attention!

The SAO author Reki wanted to go with an AR diva for this SAO movie. This led to the

birth of the character Yuna. Yuna actually had several designs before the

final one was chosen. One of the early ones is the one you see on screen but

they also mention of a more complex version before the final one was chosen.

The character you know was given life to by the voiced actress Sayaka Kanda.

Sayaka normally doesn't do anime work and in fact Yuna is one of her first

major roles but he definitely know one of her Disney works, and that is Anna from

Frozen! This was definitely a great pick for a

character that had to sing. As for Eiji, he's voiced by Yoshio Inoue. Yoshio is

similar to Yuna's voice actress, this really is his only anime role ever. He's

mainly a Japanese actor. One interesting thing about Eiji is that he originally did

not exist, I'm talking about the first draft of the Ordinal Scale movie. He

didn't have Eiji at all. The director Itou

thought that there wasn't much of an antagonist in the story for the SAO cast

to fight. This eventually led to the creation of Eiji by Reki.

Japan sure loves their anime themed cafes and SAO is no exception! During the

release of the movie in theaters up until the blu-ray release there's been

quite a few SAO Ordinal Scale themed cafes in Japan. One of the early ones

offer food from scenes in the movie such as that pasta that Kirito was making when

he was talking to Asuna. It even includes an Asuna sandwich complete with

her face on it! I got a chance to try this out and the sandwich was definitely

the best part. I only felt a little bad munching on Asuna. There was also special

Yuna plate. This include her a special mascot as a yummy burger. The best one

out of all of these had to be this dessert. It recreated the scene where Yui

appeared with Leafa at the very end. It came complete with two scoops of melon

ice cream! Unfortunately for me I didn't get to try this one out.

SAO Ordinal Scale was truly a spectacle for any fan of the SAO series. It

included the all-star cast featuring pretty much everyone that appeared

throughout the series. Even Klein and Agil ended up getting a good chunk of screen

time. Unfortunately one character was not so fortunate. With such a giant cast

someone was gonna take a hit. It ended up being Kirito's beloved sister Suguha,

aka Leafa. As soon as you saw Leafa leaving for boot camp you instantly

knew she had been the one chosen to be the one cut out. There actually has been

an official reason for this, and just to be fair it might have been said jokingly,

but it was mentioned that Leafa got left out of this adventure because she would

pretty much kick everyone's ass in augmented reality. You know that Leafa

excels in her physical abilities in the real world so she put an end there

kicking Eiji's ass. I do wonder about that. Would that have still been the case when

you factor in Eiji's enhancement suit? It is also interesting to notice that Suguha

was featured a lot in the early advertising campaign. Perhaps this was

around the time before Eiji's character came into existence.

SAO Ordinal Scale took place in Tokyo so you got a chance to see a lot of

real-world locations. You may have even noticed some other brands in the movie

in like Sony or Lawson. Lawson by the way is a popular convenience store in Japan

similar to 7-eleven. They're everywhere! But did you know? A couple of the items

from the movie were actually turned into real products. Two of these included the

red headphones we saw Asuna wearing near the start. You later saw Kirito

wearing some light grayish version. It turns out that Sony actually

released these alongside with the movie release. They were a very limited item so

unsurprisingly they sold out super quickly. You may have also noticed that

the ring that Kirito gave Asuna looks a lot like Yui's crystal from the old SAO.

It turns out that even this ring was made into a reality. A very limited

quantity were made but you were able to purchase Asuna's ring when Ordinal

Scale got released. There was a complete gold one and a gold-plated version. I

actually have a friend that managed to get her hands on a set. Definitely super

lucky!

Ordinal Scale introduced to you three characters who forever had their lives

changed by this death game. The movie give you glimpses of the Yuna's story

from her father and Eiji's flashback but what exactly was a full story? The

details about them were released in a Side Story, Hopeful Chant. One year after

the death game had begun, Eiji was part of the KoB guild. He

was a friendly new member that hadn't yet fought a floor raid boss with the

guild. Unfortunately for him during the fight with the mid boss it was revealed

that Eiji had a certain condition. The movie makes it seem like he was afraid,

or perhaps a coward, and maybe he was but there was more to it. He actually

suffered from a condition that was a flaw in Nerve Gear connection to the

user's brain. In extreme cases this affected the user's ability to dive into

SAO. For Eiji this simply boiled down to his instincts being in conflict with his

reasoning. The conflict in commands being sent simultaneously ultimately prevented

his character from moving at all. Unfortunately he was unable to overcome

this issue to help him or Yuna.

Now for Yuna's story. Unlike Asuna, Yuna herself was not much of a fighter within

SAO. Before SAO started Yuna and Eiji had been childhood friends. Eiji always had a

crush on Yuna. He thought that he'd be able to confess to her within the

virtual world. This was why he invited Yuna to play SAO. After getting trapped

inside Eiji promised that he would do anything to protect her. Fast forward

some time later with SAO, Yuna stayed back on the lower floors and for some

time she had been living with Eiji. She eventually lived solo when Eiji joined the

KoB guild. The unique thing to notice about Yuna was her love of singing. This

eventually blossomed into what was known as an extra skill. Yuna's singing gave

anyone who listened to it a special defense buff, perhaps the first of its

kind. One day while Yuna and Eiji were in town a

player ran towards him asking for some help.

Apparently his friends got locked up by one of the area traps. Even though Yuna

was not a fighter she quickly jumped in to help. Of course

Eiji followed. While they were trying to rescue the group they themselves got

captured in the prison trap. The inexperienced Eiji in the group found

themselves fighting endlessly. There were unlimited minions flooding inside the

cage and on top of that there was a few boss that they needed to take care of

too. Everything was going well up until the point where the boss's HP reached

red. It then suddenly launched a wide attack that paralyzed

everyone except Yuna. Yuna tried her best to help out, she ran away in hopes of

luring all the monsters towards her away from the group. As Yuna was running away

she started singing to give everyone a buff, and from this moment every SAO

player would remember this moment because here they found out that casting

a buff immediately turns every monster to target you. Eiji tried to jump in and save

her but his condition suddenly kicked in. It was then that Eiji had a front row to

his worst nightmare. He saw Yuna shatter into a thousand

digital fragments.

SAO Ordinal Scale did an excellent job building on everything the series has

set up before it. Of course the cherry on top for all of this was that final boss

fight. Oh you thought the main course was over?

Here's another serving! This raid battle took place at the Ruby Palace.

It showed Kirito and friends struggling verses the final boss, An Incarnation

of the Radius. This by the way is shortened to Aincrad. The final boss

was freakin Aincrad itself! This is also why SAO was programmed to destroy itself

once it got defeated. To escape the death game you literally had to kill the

Aincrad system. Unfortunately this also meant farewell to the revived White Yuna.

But get this, you may have noticed Yuna's little mascot. Do you notice anything

weird? Yuna had been revived through the Aincrad

system, hence she was always carrying this small version of the final boss. They

called this Ain-chan. With the destruction of Aincrad everything was reset

including the new Yuna, but back to the super ultimate final boss. Could you

really imagine anyone beating this thing? I mean how the hell were the trap players

supposed to kill it? Did anyone really stand a chance?

And it seems like Kayaba didn't think so either. The Incarnation of the Radius

was a true boss created by the Argus company. If you recall back to SAO Season

one Kayaba had revealed that he would replace the

final boss with himself. Back when Kayaba was making some changes to SAO he

took one look at this behemoth boss, then he said, like hell anyone could beat this

thing! So even for him it was way too much. It is true that Asuna, Kirito,

and everyone else were able to kill it but if they require players to use magic,

guns, flight, they were pretty much cheating or at the very least that final

boss got a handicap. Now try to imagine a true raid fight against this beast with

all of the old limitations. It would have easily cost most of the Raiders their

lives. Perhaps Kayaba had been a little bit

merciful by switching the boss out with himself, or who knows? Maybe after

defeating this thing Kayaba would have been the extra boss but what do you

think? Just something to wonder about! Hey thank

My Biggest Pet Peeves - Duration: 3:58.

Let's jump right into it.

ow!

Number one.

I hate when I'm laying in bed and I'm

in a very comfortable position,

like my comfortable meter is up to 100, maxed out.

And then somebody makes me get up and go do something,

because I'll never be able to achieve that comfort level

I was at ever again.

This one time, I was about to go to bed,

my comfort level's 111%

(glass breaks)

and then my mom calls me from the living room,

"Elijah!"

I just laid still for a moment,

just in case she decided she could do whatever she wanted

me to do my herself, and then she called me again.

"Elijah, get in here!"

So I get up and she literally asked me,

"Hey, can you grab me that remote right there?"

The remote was literally a arm's reach away.

She made me come all the way into the room just for that.

Blast for me, that's what it is, I tell ya.

Number two.

Something that makes me really wanna stab somebody

in the eye with my finger is when somebody

starts off their story with, "So funny story,"

because usually when somebody starts off their sentence

with, "So funny story," it's usually never funny.

Example.

So funny story, I was walking down the street

and I bumped into a gas cloud and he said,

"Well, excuse me."

(crickets chirping)

I thought it was kinda funny.

Number three.

I just really wanna rip out somebody's belly button

every time somebody texted me, "Hey, I'll text you later,"

and they never texted me back.

Like hey, what was the point of even telling me you will

text me later, if you weren't gonna text me back, jerk?

Number four.

I hate when people.

- Hey, do you know when Matt gets home, like...

- No, I have no idea, can you...

I told you to be quiet, I'm like recording,

text him or something.

Switching it up a little bit.

Number four.

I hate when people ask me where people are,

because I have no idea where that person is,

I'm not their keeper.

Text them, it's a generation where you could text people.

(groans)

You know what I mean?

Number five.

I hate when people explain their jokes.

If nobody laughed, it's because it wasn't funny.

(laughs)

I'm also a hypocrite because I often explain my jokes

because I need a reassurance.

(laughs)

It really scrambles my eggs when I'm walking

down the street with headphones in

and somebody tries to talk to me.

I have headphones in for a reason,

I don't wanna talk to you,

especially if you're a homeless person asking me for money.

Number seven.

It really spoils my milks when somebody kick the back

of my seat, or even puts their feet on it

because I could feel it.

I just wanna turn behind them and just strangle them

and not in a sexual way.

Number eight.

You know what really rustles my jimmies?

Public displays of affections.

I hate when I'm going down an escalator

and I just see two people like attacking

each other's faces, or like almost having sex in the mall.

It's just disgusting, there are children here.

It also might rustle my jimmies because, you know,

I'm single and I haven't had any action

in the past two weeks, so...

(claps)

Yeah!

- Wow, what a loser!

- Shut up.

Number nine.

You know what really tugs on my udders?

I hate when I hit the crosswalk button

and a few seconds later because the light doesn't change,

the person standing next to me hits it as well,

as if they're saying, "Ha, your press wasn't good enough,

I'm gonna do it myself!"

Screw you, my press was good, it was good.

I'm an excellent button pusher.

Just ask my ex, I pushed her buttons all the time,

that's what she told me.

Number 10.

Something that really butters my biscuit.

That's not what I wanted.

(laughing)

(beeps)

Something that really busks my piñata

is when I go into a public bathroom

and I go into the stall and I open the seat

and there's just a huge present sitting inside still.

And by a present, I mean big, steamy pile of poop.

Okay, to be honest, this video was just a PSA to tell you

to flush your poop.

And that's where I'm ending this video off,

on a poop joke.

You're welcome.

I'm gonna go.

It makes you stronger- working outdoors. It's a lot of fun.

I like the outdoors. I like being outside.

I don't know I just enjoy it out here. It's peaceful.

You'll see a lot of beautiful things out here.

It's fun. You get to do different stuff with nature.

You love, you know, if you love the outdoors.

You are not afraid of doing some hard work.

You can just look up and see canyons stretching for as far as the eye can see. It's amazing.

I'm from San Diego, California.

Oakland, California. Fort Washington, Maryland. Sioux City, Iowa. Hope, Michigan. Navajo Nation.

Manhattan, New York. The northern suburbs of Chicago.

This hitch we are going to be trail building so it's easier to go down into this canyon.

We are pulling plants that effect other plants.

The crew today - they're putting in about 25 different species.

Because these youth live in this neighborhood and they help maintain this space, we build ownership.

What we're doing here today is they're creating these road blockages.

It helps us preserve and protect some of the resources here.

It's hard work, but it's also fun work.

Feeling good at the end of the day makes it easy.

I like to look at my hands and be like "yeah, this is what I did today - got a couple of blisters."

At the same time you are learning new things.

Sure it's paid, but you get to learn about different backgrounds and cultures.

It's a great opportunity for youth - it's paying pretty well.

After you see the progress you'll be real proud of yourself.

It gives you a really big sense of accomplishment.

Just get involved. Just do it. Don't talk about it. Be about it.

The Human Ken Doll Addicted To Plastic Surgery - DOCTORS FEAR FOR HIS LIFE!!! - Duration: 10:23.

Hi.

Welcome to the video.

Glad you could join me and this is what's going to happen.

You are going to watch me watch a video by watching a video.

Crazy right.

Yea.

It's pretty crazy.

Though what is more crazy than that shit is this video we are going to watch right now.

It's call "nothing will stop me from looking like a ken doll".

So sit back, relax, please try your best to enjoy this video.

I'll try me best to enjoy this video and let's do this shit.

[Ken Doll] "When I was 5 years old I got my first ken doll, it was a Malibu Ken and

he had blond highlights, he had blue eyes, he had nice eyes lashes, he was tanned, he

had such good bone structure.

At that moment I say the Ken Doll I knew that that was what perfection meant to me and I

knew and I knew that I was going to pursue that".

[Narrator] "27 year old Jonny Dylan has always aspired to look like a human Ken Doll.

As well as applying perfectly contoured makeup daily…"

Applying perfectly contoured makeup daily?

Applying perfectly contoured makeup daily.

Did Jonny send her the script to read…

Really?

[Narrator] "…Jonny regularly gets Botox injections and lip fillers to give him a striking

plastic look".

Okay right now just look around; look around everywhere you can, up, down, left, right

and wherever you, you will always see your nose.

Well, wherever Jonny looks he will always see his lips.

[Ken Doll] "I would definitely describe my look as fake Ken Doll.

I'm over the top.

I love, you know, full makeup, full highlight contour, you know, blue contacts, lashes,

hair.

I just think I'm super glamorous looking.

I became in makeup in high school, I think it was like grade 10, I knew that was something

I wanted to do after high school.

I felt like an artist.

I knew that after high school I wanted to go to makeup school to pursue a career in

makeup…"

He said right here he wants to pursue a career in makeup; Well I bet he gets a load of job

offers from the circus.

Though seriously if he doesn't actually pursue a career in makeup look at him, he

can always become a modal, for Toys Я Us.

Ken Doll.

[Ken Doll] "…Each month I think I probably spend about $800 on my looks.

I never go out with no makeup on.

I don't want to be a basic bitch.

I always have my glam on".

[Narrator] "After growing up in Hong Kong, Jonny now lives in Vancouver with his partner

of 2 years, heavy duty mechanic Joel".

[Ken Doll's Boyfriend] "We are very opposites so we find a lot of humour in each other's

behaviours and mannerisms and just his humour and his wittiness, his outgoingness would

for him and I think he likes the roughness of myself and the fact that I'm a heavy

duty mechanic".

Jonny does seem like the kind of person who would have an amazing sense of humour, just

look at him, his turned himself into a living fucking joke and Joel being a heavy duty.

Oh I bet he loves the fact that he is a heavy duty mechanic.

The Botox money has to come from somewhere.

[Ken Doll] "Joel loves my look, he met me like this.

He thought that I was drop dead gorgeous when he met me so that's why he pursued him but

he does like me a little more on the natural side, he likes how I look at home without

the makeup".

I bet Jonny has so many scares from all the makeup, he looks less like a Ken Doll and

more like an Action Man.

[Ken Doll's Boyfriend] "I think plastic surgery is a waste of money.

I'm not going to judge anyone but personally I would never have anything done to myself.

The amount of procedures he goes though, it's an obsessive, an extreme and I think it could

be dangerous, I think, because its overkill sometimes, it's always got to be more".

Joel is gay; we all know Joel is gay though he's pretty much dating a girl.

Jonny; He wears makeup, he is always very well dressed; and he is also very self-centred.

[Narrator] "Despite his boyfriend's worries with the amount of procedures he'd had,

Jonny has no plans to stop any time soon".

[Ken Doll] "I defiantly want to get more fillers in my lips, I'm definitely not happy

with the size, yet.

I definitely want to look into getting a nose job as well.

The doctor refused to put any more lip fillers in my lips; she thought it was really big,

she thought it was dangerous, so I went to another doctor and I did end up getting more

fillers in my lips…"

Yea, I bet Jonny's doctor has also seen people with bigger lips than Jonny in intensive

care.

Though Jonny sounds like he wants the world's biggest lips and why no, his already got the

award for the world's biggest ego.

[Ken Doll] "…but not the amount that I wanted.

My family thinks that I look really fake, they definitely like me looking a bit more

natural…"

Though, no matter how unnatural Jonny looks, I bet his mother will always be proud of her

son, the elder one who became a Lawyer.

[Ken Doll] "…my best friend Jonathan thinks that I look fabulous.

He is just so much fun.

We have gone to get lips fillers together before".

[Ken Doll's Best Friend] "I first met Jonny about 4 years ago when I moved to Vancouver

and we instantly clicked.

Jonny looks completely different, we both did, we completely went through a huge transformation

together…"

So if Jonathan never met Jonny, they will have never had to have lip fillers, Botox

or anal reconstruction and if Jonny had never met Jonathan, the chances are he would have

never had to replace his dildo for an ice pop.

[Ken Doll's Best Friend] "…My inspiration is Jonny.

He has shown me that being yourself is all that matters, he has shown me that being yourself

is true happiness…"

So his inspiration is Jonny?

What?

The most inspirational thing Jonny has ever done is not die from plastic surgery, yet.

And Jonny has also show him that being yourself is all that matters and being yourself is

true happiness?

How did he learn that from a guy who's not trying but trying to be a Ken Doll, trying

literally to be something else, not someone else.

I'm lost for words, it's crazy.

[Ken Doll's Best Friend] "…I would never discourage Jonny from doing any more surgeries.

I think whatever makes him happy he should go for it".

[Ken Doll] "The reaction I get from my look is people love it.

People will always come up to me on the streets and tell me that I'm gorgeous and they tell

me that I look like a Ken Doll or they tell me that I look fabulous though there are definitely

haters out there that doesn't get it and I don't really care about because I don't

really care about how they look so they shouldn't judge me on how I look.

It's my life and I'm allowed to do whatever I want to do.

When I look in the mirror I think I look gorgeous, I look beautiful, I look flawless.

Did I say gorgeous already?"

Most guys masturbate in front of their computer screens though Jonny masturbates in front

of his fucking mirror.

I still can't really get my head around why he actually wants to be a Ken Doll.

Probably maybe, because he wants little kids to play with him.

Maybe.

I'm not saying he does I'm just saying it's a possibility.

If you really think about it, instead of Jonny making himself look like a Ken Doll, why doesn't

he just, I don't know, make a Ken Doll which looks like himself then he would have achieved

his goal of becoming a Ken Doll without having to have any surgery what so ever.

Is it cheating?

Yes, though it still fucking counts because he would still look like a Ken Doll.

The problem with plastic surgery though is that if it actually does go wrong then you

will look 10% like Jonny.

You do not want to have that.

Just don't have plastic surgery; you don't need, unless something bad happens to you

like you have acid throw in your face or you genuinely have a physical feature which is

genuinely mess up, there's no need for plastic surgery.

Though for Jonny, he won't listen to me, it's the me show and us basic bitches aren't

invited.

Thank you for watching and I will see you on the next video.

Bye, bye.

Can Pets Make Us Healthier? - Duration: 4:09.

Hey guys, Matt here for Science or Fiction.

You know how people talk about how having a pet can make you healthier and help you live longer.

I, mean, I heard that dogs can actually reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by up to 36%.

I wouldn't even get those results if I ate vegetables once a day right!

We should probably go get some carrots.

Is man's best friend also an unusual elixir for good health?

These articles promise increased longevity and myriad other health benefits associated

with bringing a dog into your life.

Like we needed more reasons to like dogs.

But, at the same time other headlines are claiming the opposite--That pets have no effect

on health whatsoever and that you should just deal with it.

I call these publications "cat people."

So who's right?

Let's jump into the pro-dog, aka awesome study, first.

For 12 years, researchers studied demographic data from 3.5 million Swedish people aged 40 to 80,

excluding people who had cardiovascular disease before the study began.

Now adjusting for factors like income, age, sex, and marital status, the study found that people

had a 20% lower all-cause mortality and 23% lower risk of cardiovascular disease if they owned a dog.

For people living alone, those numbers jump to a reduction of 33% and 36% respectively.

And chances for having a heart attack those were 11% lower.

Dogs were also shown to boost the immune system of their owners, possibly due to bringing

in bacteria from outside.

The effects even were stronger among certain breeds like retrievers and pointers.

Who's a better boy than a shih tzu?

You are! You are!

The results may be reflective of the fact that big dogs require more exercise, so the

owners tend to get more exercise as well.

Big or small dog choice also may be reflective of the kind of person who would own one type

of dog over another.

Who's a potential symbol of better healthier decision?

You are!

Yes you are!

One of the authors of the study noted that these results were especially promising for

people living alone because they're generally at a higher risk for cardiovascular disease

and increased mortality.

So...Awesome, wish we could end the whole video right here: Dogs make you live forever, don't

forget to subscribe, and I'll see you later. Keep coming back to Seeker for more videos.

But there are some problems with saying that pets lead to a longer life.

For instance, cause and effect are unclear.

Example: giving your 95-year-old grandma a chihuahua is probably less likely to make

her live to 105 and more likely to make her wonder where this chihuahua came from.

Hey buddy, hey.

In fact, a recent study on pet owners by the RAND Corporation showed no health benefits

from owning a pet, which I can understand about cats, but DOGS??

Not dogs!

Now, initially the data looked like cat and dog ownership did increase overall health like

we all thought it would, but when variables like home size and income were controlled

for, those benefits disappeared, which indicates that the kind of person who owns a pet is

also the kind of person who's just healthier anyway.

Who's a good boy?

I am. I'm the good boy.

You might be thinking, but didn't that other study in Sweden find that dogs increase longevity

while adjusting for variable factors like income?

Yes, and I can think of 3 possible explanations for this discrepancy in findings:

1) Only Swedish people get health benefits from pets.

2) One of the studies' must be wrong.

And 3) In the RAND study, cats may have decreased longevity so much that it cancelled out the

positive health effects from dogs.

Or, really, 4) there are too many variables and not enough research to show causation.

Like the RAND study pointed out, people who own pets might be the types of people who

are already leading healthier lives.

And in the Swedish study, the people who had the greater health benefit were exercising

with the dogs, so we can't just say its the presence of the dog without considering

effect of the physical activity.

What do you think?

Do pets lead to longer healthier lives, or not so much?

And before you leave your comments defending cats, I want you to know I was totally

kidding about disliking cats--cats are really great, I honestly think they are one of man's

best friends--like top 4, at least.

So we all talk to our pets in that cutesy, baby voice, but does it even work?

Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova Drop $600K to Protect Twins | Daily Celebrity News | Splash TV - Duration: 0:58.

Brand new parents, Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova, are spending $600,000 dollars

to remodel their home to accommodate their twins.

According to TMZ, the couple secretly gave birth to a boy and a girl, but they're keeping

up their ultra-private life by building a 16-foot wall around their Miami home, as well

as other additions.

TMZ also reports that they're adding a 2-story single-family home to their estate, and making

sure their amenities are baby-proof.

Enrique and Anna have successfully done a very good job of staying out of the public

eye in general, and now that they're new parents, we're guessing they will continue

to do as much as they can to keep it that way.

Mind-bending Escher exhibit at BYU MOA explores iconic printmaker's life and work - Duration: 1:59.

This new exhibition is called MC Escher other worlds, and it features the Dutch print maker MC Escher

It's going to be all of the greatest hits images

But also parts of his career that are lesser known and therefore show a broader

context of who this artist really was

One of the really fun things about Escher

is that he always denied that he was an artist. He did study to be an architect

but he failed some of his courses

and it was while he was studying at a technical college that he transferred from architecture into design

so there was something in his technical skill that would lend itself towards highly complicated imagery and

Teeny little elements that you may not immediately observe

He was respected in popular culture when people started using his images on album covers and book covers

and he was very well respected by the math community. They loved how they could use his illustrations to explain very complicated

mathematical ideas. He claimed that he didn't understand math so we have a sense that his

very mathematically complex prints were very much trial and error. Usually when people are looking at Escher print

there's a feeling of mind expansion that you're seeing a universe that you could never know existed.

One of his best-known images is called "Relativity" where it shows a number of different staircases

inside this bizarre architectural structure

Escher was always inspired by music. It was one of his great passions when visitors come here

And they will hear a high-tech beautiful grand piano, which repeats note by note

Exactly as it was played we had students at the School of Music perform pieces of music to exist within this exhibition.

From this exhibition

I want people to learn that MC Escher was a man of passion, his prints while seeming to be

intellectual games are actually his efforts to find balance and meaning

in the very complicated world of 20th century.

Pantone Color of 2018 Ultra Violet Purple | Nail Polish, Blush, Lips, Eyeshadow, More @phyrra - Duration: 10:34.

Hey, friends.

Welcome back.

I'm Courtney, and today, I am excited to be talking to you about the Pantone color of

2018, Ultra Violet.

Now, I love purple, and I know people often ask, "Is purple your favorite color," or "Is

teal your favorite color?"

Well, I do often say both.

If I had to choose just one, I would absolutely choose purple.

If you are a long-time follower of me, you'd probably know that purple is that color.

If you've ever seen any pictures of my bedroom, you would know that I created a custom bed,

like I designed it.

I designed it all myself and had somebody build it.

I even picked out all the fabrics, and it's this bright ultra violet purple.

I absolutely love it, so I am all about purple.

I'm going to start with nail polish because I know not everyone likes to wear purple all

over their face like I do.

I've got three colors to show you.

Well, actually, you're going to see a fourth color, so I might as well mention that.

These are all nail polishes by KBShimmer.

The black color here that shifts to blue and purple is I'm Onyx.

It's my all-time favorite black.

It's the go-to black that I own.

The second color here is Berry Chill.

It's more on like the Berry Pink side, so if you're afraid of Ultra Violet, this might

be a good way to ease into the color.

Then, we have Hashtag You're It, which I actually think is probably one of the most perfect

Ultra Violet nail polishes, and this last color here is called Royal To A Fault, which

is like a purple with a blue shift.

These are the four nail polish colors.

You can see that they have the awesome scattered hollow type finish from KBShimmer except for

this last shade here, which really seems more like a glowy look from within color.

I'm going to go ahead and move on to blush.

Now, purple blush is not for the faint at heart.

I especially think it looks beautiful on deeper skin tones.

Probably the easiest purple blush to start with us Urban Decay's Bittersweet.

This is like a pinky-purple because it blends out into like a hot pink.

I am going to swatch it for you on the back of my hand.

That is Bittersweet.

This is Fyrinnae Royalty.

It's more of a true purple.

You can see it right there.

This is a Aromaleigh Pharmakon.

This is more of an Ultra Violet Purple with a little bit of a turquoise shift.

You can see it has a pinker base.

Moving on to lips.

This is Kat Von D Roxy.

It's an awesome purple.

There is a matching pencil.

Urban Decay Pandemonium, it's this one right here.

Kat Von D Televator, oh yes, that's fucking awesome.

OCC Technopagan, this one's more of a blue-purple duo chrome, but I feel like it should be included

just because it is one of those amazing colors that whenever you wear it, people stop and

stare.

This is Urban Decay Monarchy.

It's one of the Vice special effects top coats so you can layer it on top of any other color.

It's actually designed to be one on top of other colors, so it looks smoky when you just

put it on the back of your hand, but it will add purple shimmer to any look.

Then, the Sugarpill Dark Sided, which is a deep purple.

Next, I want to show you liquid eyeshadows.

These are the Stila Glitter and Glow Eyeshadows.

I like these best layered on top of other eye shadows.

This is Violet Vixen.

This is Into The Blue, which is really more of a blue with a purple shift.

That's Sea Siren, which is like that soft lavender purple with a blue shift.

Here are the three colors.

I'm going to move on to pressed eyeshadows and start with Urban Decay.

This is Asphyxia, Tonic, Fishnet, Flash and Plague.

I really feel Flash is probably the closest to Ultra Violet.

These are duo chrome layers that you can layer on top of other colors, and actually, Tonic

on top of Plague is pretty gorgeous.

Moving on, this is Kat Von D Danzig, and it's like this grapey purple with blue sparkles.

It's probably one of the best purples you could find at Sephora.

Then, we have Ardency Inn Royal, which is this one right here, and just for funsies,

I'm going to swatch Ardency Inn Orchid for you too since it's a pinker purple, right

there.

I have two Sugarpill purples I want to show you.

The first is Poison Plum, which is this red-based purple right here.

It's a matte.

I have glitter still on my hand from those liquid eyeshadows, but it's a really nice

red-based purple.

Then, this is Sugarpill Elemental Chaos, and it's like a deep satiny purple, super gorgeous.

I do have one loose purple from Sugarpill that I wanted to show you, which is Strangeling,

and it's super, super sparkly grape purple with rainbow glitter.

I'm literally getting covered in eyeshadow.

I did have three ColourPop eyeshadows I wanted to show you.

The first one is Fantasy, which is a very bring pink with purple undertone or something.

Then, we have Dare.

My Dare is pretty dried out.

Finally, Lace, which, let's see if this will ... Well, this one's not dried out, at least.

I think Fantasy actually is like a hot pink with purple sparkles.

It's not actually a purple, but it sure is pretty with the purples.

If you want to know a secret, I think that Indies make the absolute best purple eyeshadows

ever.

This is actually why I get so frustrated that other brands like Too Faced can't make a good

purple to save their life, so I'm going to show you some of my favorite purple Indie

eyeshadows.

This is Fyrinnae Because Cats.

They have had it in loose and pressed form.

I don't know if it's available as pressed right now, but they definitely have it as

loose.

It's like this beautiful grapey purple with a blue shift.

Then, we have Fyrinnae Mystical Hedgehog, which is that color.

Fyrinnae Snowboarding, which I feel like is probably the closest to true Ultra Violet

because it's got a very bright base.

Then, it has another blue shift on top.

Moving on to Silk Naturals.

This is Silk Naturals Scream, which is a softer purple with a strong blue shift, and this

is Kick by Silk Naturals, which is amazingly sparkly.

It's got all kinds of multi-colored sparkle going on.

Obviously, these will look better applied over primer.

This is Geek Chic's Perfectly Normal Human Worm Baby.

It's from Invader Zim.

I really do love the inspiration, and the color's pretty cool.

Now, this is a color you can't get anymore, but I wanted to show it to you because I still

love it.

It's Aromaleigh Phaedra.

Yes, named after my dog, and it's like this beautiful deep velvety purple, but it has

a subtle pink shift.

This is Depths of Erebus.

It's one of the new colors that came out from Aromaleigh, so it's a beautiful cool purple.

This is Carina, which is a purple with a teal blue shift, so it's a pretty interesting shade

too.

Okay.

Next, I want to show you some Dawn Eye Cosmetics eyeshadows.

Now, the pictures on their website are absolutely awful, so hopefully, my swatches will help

you a little bit, but this is Enchanting.

This is Mystical.

This is Captivating, and this is Fantastical, and they all have blue or purple shifts to

them, which is why I wanted to show them to you because it really is like magic.

Let me get out of this view finder so you can see it better.

See, purple, purple, purple.

They're pretty amazing eyeshadows.

Next, I wanted to show you purple eye pencils and purple lip pencils.

This is Pandemonium from Urban Decay.

This is Kat Von D Coven lip pencil, Kat Von D Roxy pencil, Nyx Jet Set, which is actually

more of like a blue, but I use it with purples as well as blues.

Nyx Oh Put It On, which reminds me of my beloved Mac Grape except that Nyx is cruelty-free.

It's the one right here.

Oh, and I found a purple gloss I meant to show you.

This is Aromaleigh Gorgon.

It's like purple with a green shift.

Okay, purple eye pencils from Urban Decay, this is Asphyxia.

It's purple with a blue shift.

Melt Mixtape, I bought it because I wanted to try a melt pencil.

Urban Decay's Psychedelic Sister, which looks like it's almost a dead-on dupe for Mixtape.

The melt pencil's a dead-on dupe for it.

Those look very similar to my eyes.

This is Plushie, which is a purple matte.

Purple lip pencils are up top.

The purple gloss and the purple eye pencils are on the bottom.

If you're looking for an easy way to start out with purples, Nyx has this set.

It's a holiday set that comes with, it looks like Run the World, Sway and Amethyst.

It's a good way to get into some purples.

One last thing is the Kylie Purple Palette.

Now, I've already done a review for this, and I think I've done some looks with it.

I'll put a link up here so you can go check out my review of this palette.

I hope, I really, really hope that Urban Decay and other brands that we love are going to

come out with purple palettes for 2018 because we deserve them.

We need them.

We've been waiting years, damn it.

Somebody other than Kylie needs to make a purple palette.

Anyway, let me know which company you would like to see make a purple palette in the comments

below.

Also, tell me your favorite purple makeup product.

If you like this video and found it entertaining and informative, please give it a thumbs up

and share.

I love it when you share my videos.

It makes my day, and it really helps me out here on YouTube, so I greatly appreciate it.

Thanks so much for watching.

Carve Your Own Greenstone in Hokitika - New Zealand's Biggest Gap Year – BackpackerGuide.NZ - Duration: 7:34.

You've been waiting for it.

We've been designing it, we've been dreaming about it, we've been teasing each other about

it.

Finally, finally, we are going to get to carve those jade necklace that we designed for each

other.

This morning we are heading to Bonz 'n' Stonz which is a place in Hokitika where you can

carve your own greenstone pendant so for the past couple of days Robin and I have been

designing a greenstone pendant for each other and today we are finally revealing our designs

and we're going to start carving.

So we are meeting up with Steve from Bonz 'n' Stonz and the first step of our whole

carving process is to discuss our designs.

We also have to transfer our designs doodled on a piece of paper onto something a little

bit more professional so we can get it onto a stone.

Design wise I came up with kind of a 8 shape for Laura which shows an infinity bond that

I have for Laura as well as the koru shape inside which shows her love for nature.

She came up with kind of a fishing hook which shows productivity as well as a whale tail

because she knows my love for the maritime world.

Once our designs are finalised it is time to pick our jade.

So jade or greenstone or pounamu as it's known in Maori comes in loads of different shades

and patterns so we are picking the perfect pattern and starting to carve.

Hokitika is also known as Jade Country and that's because loads of this jade or greenstone

can be found along Hokitika Beach and the waterways nearby.

After picking our stone the first step is to shape it into what it is going to be looking

like later on and straight away as soon as we get started we can definitely notice that

carving stone is much harder than carving bones.

If you remember a few days ago we went to carve some bone necklace and it took us about

a couple of hours but we've already been about three hours in and it's time for lunch and

we are barely with decent shapes it's going to take a long time to come up with a finished

product.

So during lunch time we are taking the time to compare the progress that we've made as

well as explaining each other the train of thought behind the design of each of those

pendants.

Although the jade carving process is a pretty lengthy one it's also a pretty relaxing one

and Steve really makes sure of that we are having a few breaks here and there where we

can regroup, see our progress, Steve is giving us loads of tips of how we can improve along

the way and of course there is some delicious food to be had.

Steve is taking pride on being a really great teacher he's following up on us on every single

step of the carving process.

Helping us repair any of the mistakes we will have made or I have made and also giving us

some tips on how to use better the tools.

Steve is actually really well known in Hokitika and everybody comes to him for advice on the

greenstone matter.

In fact we saw several backpackers coming in the shop and asking him if what they found

on the beach were greenstone or not.

He have us heaps of tips on that subject and we wrote some articles on backpackerguide.nz

with all his tips to find greenstone in New Zealand and also to know if it is actually

greenstone.

You really need to check that our because that could save you heaps on souvenirs.

Alright we'll be nice and share with you 3 of those many tips that we got from Steve

of how to find your own greenstone out on the beaches of New Zealand.

So number 1 look in wet areas of the beach because jade stands out more when it's wet.

And number 2 if you are looking in a dry area then rub the greenstone on your face or where

it's oily on your skin and it should show up whether it is greenstone or not, and number

3 if you have a pile of green rocks then it's most likely going to be the odd one out that

could possibly be greenstone.

The power of the power tools that we are using is controlled by a foot peddle which allows

us to control the speed of each of the machines as well as making it really safe if we think

it's getting out of control we just have to step our.

Easy as.

This really helps for this step of the process which is the fine detailing then we move onto

sanding our greenstone pendant which will give it this shiny and smooth look.

i feel really in the zone for this whole process I'm just so focussed on getting this greenstone

pendant right and doing all the fine little details it is a lengthy process but one that

we can sort of share ideas on, talk between ourselves, be in our own zone, it's really

nice sort of therapeutic time as well.

But the thing that really makes our greenstone pendants look professional is this stage of

the carving process where we are now starting to polish our pendants we are using all sorts

of these buffering machines and then using just simple tools like toothbrushes and sanding

paper to make these greenstone look like they are fresh from the gift store.

And the last part of this process is to turn this pendant into an actual necklace and to

do so we are taking some string which are I think dipped in wax and then we are braiding

them together to give it this thick kind of hand made look.

And tah dah this is our finished product it has gone from a sketch to a pendant which

now we are presenting to each other in a very awkward manner.

This process was so much fun and we have now got an awesome souvenir with a whole story

behind it to take home with us.

But now we are heading back to the mountain jade backpackers for some dinner we're having

whitebait which is a special cuisine in the West Coast of New Zealand.

So yeah the final thing to do is to present the necklace to other other and put it on

each others necks which never goes so smoothly the first time because arms are everywhere

and you're like take it, so yeah, we're happy with that.

It was a long day it was a long day of making these things with blood sweat and tears but

the final result is pretty epic.

Camila Cabello - Never Be the Same (Lyrics / Lyric Video) - Duration: 3:49.

Something must've gone wrong in my brain Got your chemicals all in my veins

Feeling all the highs, feeling all the pain Let go on the wheel, it's the bullet lane

Now I'm seeing red, not thinking straight Blurring all the lines, you intoxicate me

Just like nicotine, heroin, morphine Suddenly, I'm a fiend and you're all I need

All I need, yeah, you're all I need

It's you, babe And I'm a sucker for the way that you move,

babe And I could try to run, but it would be useless

You're to blame Just one hit of you, I knew I'll never be

the same It's you, babe

And I'm a sucker for the way that you move, babe

And I could try to run, but it would be useless You're to blame

Just one hit of you, I knew I'll never ever, ever be the same

I'll never be the same I'll never be the same

I'll never be the same

Sneaking in L.A. when the lights are low Off of one touch I could overdose

You said, "stop playing it safe Girl, I wanna see you lose control"

You're in my blood, you're in my veins, you're in my head (I blame)

You're in my blood, you're in my veins, you're in my head

I'm saying it's you, babe And I'm a sucker for the way that you move,

babe And I could try to run, but it would be useless

You're to blame (you're to blame) Just one hit of you, I knew I'll never be

the same (I'll never be the) It's you, babe

And I'm a sucker for the way that you move, babe

2017 Makeup Favorites Part 1 Sunscreens, Primers, Foundations, Brushes, Concealers & Powders - Duration: 18:14.

so today we're gonna go into my book this is my little diary that I keep of

all of my favorite things all year long and so we're gonna talk about the things

that I used they may not be brand new things in the year but they were things

that I reached for a lot and loved in the year 2017

I tried really hard to make sure that none of them were discontinued or

something that you couldn't get your hands on and I also threw out anything

that I said last year even though I may very well still love it my first

category is gonna start with sunscreen this is a chemical sunscreen it has an

SPF of 70 and it works really well underneath my makeup so I love this for

using it under my makeup the next one is the drunk elephant embrasure physical

daily defense and also the Josie Maran these are both physical sunscreens and I

wear these when I'm not wearing makeup and I will just put on one of these two

both of them I feel like make my skin look really nice and so yeah I like

these two the next step and when I get ready then would be a primer for my face

and the primer I'm sorry I just could not could not have three so here's the

ones I liked this one is like oh I love this thing so this is long combs love

base it's a silicone primer and we are at the

stage right now where I'm having to pull this out and scrape I don't know what it

is about this particular silicone primer that is so awesome but this will make

your makeup look so fantastic I promise you the next one is another Becca

last year was Becca backlight and I still use and love that but this year I

bought and loved the first light primer I think this primer the smell of it gets

you I really do I think that it's I mean it does a good job of course on

your skin but there's the smell of this just really wakes me up and gets me

going and loved it it's beautiful and I'm not gonna lie to you because I mmm

because I have both I oftentimes mix them the next one is by Maybelline this

one here is sort of a like a lotion consistency it kind of reminds me in

that way of the wet and wild and it spreads out like a lotion but somewhere

in there turns into something else this one is the blur and smooth so it's

number 100 they have them in other like I have a blur and radiance I've not

tried those though but I do like this one here by Maybelline I can't not not

mention this I'm sorry there's that puts me over my three but it is the Tarte

clean slate timeless smoothing primer and you guys

haven't heard me talk about this before it's like a mm-hmm it's like a paste

consistency but if you have some pores that are really big some wrinkles that

you want to fill in kind of like this stuff here does a really good job do

make sure that you give it time to set before you go in with your anything else

but a lot of days I will put this on and nothing else

I would just pack that on and go with no foundation at all I think it makes your

face look airbrushed after I prime my face I primed my eyes so the this one

here is what I'm working through right now I really do like it it's the Urban

Decay eyeshadow primer potion that's anti-aging almost meeting another one

now is the Mac Paint Pot in painterly and I don't have my third one here

because I used it all up and I'm promised myself no more buying these

primers and stuff until you use up what you have so the next one would be the

mole I shadow and as I said I don't have that

in my possession but as soon as I use these up they will probably repurchase

this and get the Milani again so those are my three after that I begin my

either my eye shadow or my foundation most of the time unless I just know the

eye shadows gonna fall out everywhere I will start with my foundation next any

foundation that I get and love is gonna be a foundation like this one where it's

a light to medium coverage so if if you are looking for a full coverage if

you're not gonna hear about it here I don't like full coverage foundations

so it's going to be dewy and radiant it's going to be lightweight to medium

coverage and it's going to have to perform and give me a look like this one

would the first one is going to be this this is the Clinique but even better

makeup it has an SPF of 15 and I wear mine in the shade o 3 ivory the next one

is gonna be this do your skin air flesh foundation and I wear it in the shade

200 I can't believe that I actually even tried this but I'm so glad I did so what

happened was I went over I'm like oh my gosh everybody keeps talking about this

do your foundation not this one but the other one I don't remember the name I'll

put it there it everybody kept talking about how much they loved it so I

thought I would would to its its matte foundation I don't like matte

foundations oh so I took it back and they said hey well then why don't you

try this one I went no that's a spray foundation you know fast don't go

through that but they talked me into it it is 2 point 3 fluid ounces the way

I've found that this works the best is shake it up just like your spray paint

in your face and then you spray this on a brush now I like to use it with my our

teeth brush spray that on there and then go all over my face and oh gosh talk

about the best skin ever this is like your skin if you had perfect skin

that's what this does and oh I don't know why I've never given the brand

Maybelline a try with their foundations because I do like their concealers but I

did give this one a try it does not come in a bottle like this with a pump I put

it in a bottle like this with a pump because I don't like foundations that

come in bottles without pumps so this is an airless pump that I put this in now

this is the Maybelline fit me and I wear it in the shade ivory 115 ivory this is

a beautiful foundation I got the kind that's luminous they have one that's

matte this one is the one that's luminous and every time I wear this

foundation people tell me your skin looks really beautiful so way to go

Maybelline I don't consider CC or BB creams to be

foundations so this one here sits all by itself and I wanted to mention it

because before I had mentioned the pixi by petra and this is an illumination

tent and a concealer on the end and I would wear this

somedays I didn't want to get all dolled up but wanted a little

something-something on my face but I have to tell you that I really like this

so I've been leaning more toward the Rimmel BB cream irradiance nine in one

skin perfecting super makeup it has a sunscreen of twenty an SPF of 20 and

this is a BB cream it looks gorgeous on your skin let me just put some right

there now this is a medium but thank goodness it doesn't it spreads out and

looks just fine on my skin but there you go this is just really pretty and I

really like you that so I don't consider that a foundation so the rest of my

makeup gets put on using brushes so this category now is gonna go to three brush

brands that I really liked in 2017 I have two brushes by this brand and the

reason that I only have two is because they are so

expensive this one here is the Tom Ford Oh five its the bronzer brush it gets

used every single day I think it's probably the most expensive brush I own

I use it every day it puts on product like nothing that you can imagine and I

don't think it was a bad expense for something that you use every single day

this so soft and then there's this you guys have seen me use this in tutorials

before and this was a present to me from my friend Kristin game and it is so

fabulous this top fort blending brush is I cannot even describe to you how this

thing it's like comes to a point it's stiff yet soft blends like a dream if

you really want to splurge on a nice blending brush this is one this year for

my birthday I asked my husband to get me the zoeva rose gold eye brush that oh I

love these brushes you guys see me using them all the time my favorite brush in

the line if you if you just want to try one get the 228 blending brush I love

this thing I can't even describe to you the way of the zoeva brush does feel in

your hand this brush feels like a wand it's lightweight perfectly balanced and

I love doing crease work with this brush now is this brush like the Tom Ford one

no two totally different animals but I used this away the brush more than I use

the Tom Ford why because this one cost a bunch of money and I don't want to wear

this brush out quite frankly that's it because this is a really nice goat hair

brush and I don't want to wash my goat hair brushes that much right the zoeva

bristles are different okay they're a mixture they're a blend so I

can wash these brushes every day and I do I wash them about three times a week

I wash these brushes so they're still holding up

perfect I highly recommend zoeva brushes and I will buy another set hopefully

this year I'll get more wet-and-wild came out with a brush set for $30 this

was an a Walgreens exclusive but they do have these brushes individually in rose

gold on their website and it's a permanent addition now I love these soft

brushes too and I use them as you can tell there's a few in here that are

dirty even though I just washed them two days ago because that tells you

something right there if I just watched all these brushes two days ago and there

are some are already dirty then that tells you that I use these brushes a lot

right and they've held up very well for me I love this blood of this blush one

but I used a chica hoto today so if this isn't dirty but I do reach for this a

lot this eye contour with this is the powder brush sometimes I do use it to do

blush what you're seeing on there is blush that I blend it out so this these

brushes are really good I like them they get washed all the time and they've not

shed on me and they're super soft and they're by wet and wild know what a

concealer that's lightweight I want it to conceal but yet not be cakey or

getting my fine lines and wrinkles who would but at our age of 50 of plus I

think that's even more important so my first choice if I reach for is this the

L'Oreal infallible Pro glow I love this stuff it's just like I love the

foundation that goes with it don't let the name fool you though Pro glow it

doesn't mean it's gonna be all radiant underneath there you just Pat it in and

I just put it right here in the corner and then just Pat boom done it holds up

all day doesn't get in my fine lines and wrinkles and I love

this stuff my next one I love for the same reasons and that would be this

concealer by rimmel rimmel makes this perfect match or match perfection I

guess they call it and I like to highlight and conceal with it there is a

brush on the end of it and so you just squeeze it up and more often than not I

squeeze it onto another brush but it's really lightweight for less money I can

get two of these I can get one that's light like this to highlight with and I

can get another one that is the actual shade and go up underneath my eye with

it where my last one is and this I just can't seem to get away from mac

prolongwear I will probably always have a bottle of mac prolongwear around next

I'm gonna talk about powder so the first one I'm gonna talk about is Rimmel stay

matte now I use this a lot for going over and setting the primer that's on my

eyes I use that almost all the time I either grab this or wet-and-wild I

shadow called Brule so I use that quite a bit for that next is this one this one

here a super great I love this stuff it's really lightweight and it's this

one is fair but I think they might have an in translucent too but I like to set

underneath my eyes with it and then I take a little brush like that

wet-and-wild brush I showed you or my Wayne Goss brush and I'll get it on

there tap it off and just lightly dust all over my face with the Maybelline

loose finishing powder it's the fit knee and my last powder this goes with me

everywhere in my purse and I had forgotten how much I love this powder

it's long combs dual finish so this powder is fantastic so you can use it

wet or you can use it dry now what the only thing I don't like about

is the smell okay it's got a 1930 old lady smell to it but the finish on it is

gorgeous now I've not wore it wet sometimes I would take a brush in here

more often than not as you can see I just use this little compact that comes

with it but it does also come with a thicker sponge that you can get wet and

come in and wear it as a foundation but I just tap into here and just press

that's all you have to do just press and your pores go away and it gives you this

beautiful finish now I know I like to be luminous but you know midday this stuff

here works like a journey if you have never tried long combs do intensity

power I insist that you give it a try Oh

(fast paced rhythmic music)

Baked Camembert Recipe + How to Style a Grazing Platter - Duration: 4:12.

This baked camembert is indulgent and delicious.

Serve it along side a grazing platter the next time you are entertaining.

Thank you to Mood Store who have sent me the beautiful platters and bowls I've used in

this recipe, they have so many great homeware and serve ware items you can check out on

their website.

Start with a round of camembert cheese, or if you just have brie that will work also.

The two cheeses are very similar.

If you've ever wondered the difference brie is a little creamier in texture and tastes

whereas camembert has a stronger earthier flavour.

Unwrap the cheese and place it back into the box it came in, it works perfect for baking

in.

If yours didn't come in a box I would recommend baking it in a small dish or ramekin that

is similar size to the cheese, that will make sure you don't have cheese going everywhere.

Part of what makes baked camembert so good is it's infused with different flavours,

and my favourite is always roasted garlic.

Cut the ends off a large clove of garlic and do painful job of peeling it.

One of my least favourite things to do in the kitchen.

Slice it into small strips with a sharp knife, my clove was massive so I'm cutting the

large pieces up a little smaller too.

Set the garlic to the side and using the same knife start to score the camembert cheese,

going about 1 cm deep or a third of an inch.

I'm following the pattern on the top of my cheese, then turning it and cutting the

other way so I have a collection of small squares.

Scoring the cheese helps let the heat and flavour to get in.

Pick up a piece of garlic and push it into the cheese where the cuts meet, repeat until

you have used most of the garlic.

Next add your favourite herb.

My recommendation would be rosemary or thyme as those flavours would work best.

I had thyme growing in my garden so thats what I've chosen to use.

Pick the leaves from the stalks and sprinkle over the top.

If you choose to use rosemary instead stick small sprigs into the cheese.

Finally drizzle the camembert with a little olive oil, about half a tablespoon and place

it into a baking dish.

Bake in a 180 degree celsius or 350 Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese

has puffed up a little and the garlic has caramelised.

While the cheese is baking put together a grazing platter.

There isn't really a recipe for how to do this, it's more just trial and error until

you have it looking the way you would like.

First start with a beautiful platter like the one I'm using from Mood Store.

Add a few of your favourite items like cheeses or dips and then simply fill in the empty

spaces.

Try for a variety of things, savoury and sweet and you can't really go wrong.

I'm going for a few different types of cheeses, blue and brie, a tomato and cashew dip, a

few different types of crackers, grapes, pretzels, chocolate, and everyones favourite chocolate

covered strawberries.

Add a few cheese knives and it's ready to serve.

When your camembert has finished baking remove it from the oven and place it onto a cheeseboard

surrounded by small pieces of toasted bread, then simply dig in.

Let me know if you're going to try this recipe, I would love to see pictures of your

recreations.

Thank you for watching and I will see you in my next video.

HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR FEELINGS TOWARDS YOUR HUSBAND OR WIFE - Duration: 5:16.

How to strengthen your feelings towards your husband or wife?

Relationships end because one partner gradually stops caring about the other.

Most often I have advised what to do in order to boost the feelings of the other person.

But what to do when you stop caring?

In this text I'm going to tell you how to change this state at two levels: how to influence

your own feelings, and how to influence your partner.

If you stop caring about someone, it's usually due to the following reasons:

- Your partner is showing you too much attention.

- Or definitely too little.

In the first case, interest in the other person is often shown in a very negative way.

Your boyfriend or girlfriend show you that they cannot live without you and that they

are totally addicted to you.

On the one hand, they want to be with you and they do much for you, but on the other

they often show jealousy, blame you for insignificant things, easily get angry, etc.

This kind of behaviour disrupts the emotional balance in your relationship, and you start

wondering if you still want to be with the other person.

If you want to care more, the first thing you should do is influencing the behaviour

of your partner and repairing the emotional balance.

All kinds of your partner's behaviour show up because you have possibly been too cold

up to this point.

Your partner notices it, or feels it subconsciously, and he/she is afraid that they may lose you.

That's why, in order not to lose you, they try to be nice, fight for you, spend as much

time as possible with you, etc.

But on the other hand, they are also insecure with regard to what you feel for them – so

jealousy and suspicion will easily appear.

All kinds of your losing interest in your partner (for instance, not writing back) will

be taken personally and they will cause even greater anxiety – and you will not even

notice it.

A remedy for this situation is showing your partner more attention, even if you are not

willing to.

If your partner notices that you started caring, he/she will be less prone to all the negative

kinds of behaviour and desperately showing interest.

Thanks to that, you will be able to truly engage in a relationship.

An additional thing worth doing in such a situation is showing your partner what kind

of mistakes he or she makes.

In order to do that show them a few of my articles or videos concerning relationships.

It is also important to talk about things that you like in your relationship and things

that you would like to change.

In the meantime, you can work on the feelings towards your boyfriend or girlfriend on your

own.

If you have already stopped caring, there is huge likelihood that some small patterns

of behaviour, that you didn't care about before, have already started to irritate you.

If it is so, try to reverse your way of thinking and do the following exercise:

- Think what you like the most in your partner.

- Think for what you are most grateful to your partner.

- Try to focus on how much you love the other person and strengthen this feeling.

If it's hard, try to imagine how your relationship would look like if you suddenly started to

love your partner much more.

Repeat this exercise very often.

Thanks to this you will change your way of perceiving your partner and you will start

to notice more positive sides of him or her.

For the end, let's consider one more case – what to do if you both stopped caring?

First, focus on yourself and regularly do the exercise that I've just shown you.

Apart from that, get to know what to do in order for your partner to start caring more

about you – and this topic has been discussed in detail in my materials.

See course: How to build and repair a relationship 3.0

Remember that using all these methods will require some time.

Both the change in behaviour of your partner and the change of your attitude are processes

which can last up to a few weeks – that's why you must

be patient.

'I want to kill you and your family' Amir Khan gets death threat over Christmas tree - Duration: 1:58.

'I want to kill you and your family' Amir Khan gets death threat over Christmas tree

The devout Muslim has been struck by a wave of shock outbursts after posting a picture of his festive decorations. Khan said in a post to his 1.2 million Instagram followers: "While everyone's asleep, daddy put the Christmas tree up.

"Lamaisah's going to be happy #Christmas #MerryChristmas2017.". But the 31-year-old, who made it to the last five in the I'm a Celebrity jungle, was hit by a tirade of abuse.

One launched a shocking death threat, saying: "I promise to god I want kill you and your family Amir." Another commented: Muslims dont celebrate Christmas.

Its one thing to give out cards at school your respecting other faith and their celebration but putting up a tree in your own home.poor kid will be well confused. And one said: "Why invite criticism by posting this kind of image.

"We are all part of this society and part of the UK. But being a muslim why do you feel u need to do stuff like this to connect with the UK.

"You should have understood, though your intentions may have been innocent, you have performed an act which is greatly sinful." Despite the shocking comments, dozens of fans hit back at the abusers.

And some pointed out that many Muslims in the UK celebrate Christmas because Jesus is recognised as a prophet in their religion.
