lower into hot oil, over 200°C the puffing of kochuris depends a great deal on how hot your oil is

gently press down

splash oil on the side facing up

making kochuris for a lot of people? on low heat, toast for 15 seconds on both sides

cool completely

stack between baking paper and refrigerate in airtight bags until you're ready to fry them!

Gay Marriage Legalized In Australia - Duration: 6:11.

THE PARLIAMENT IN AUSTRALIA HAS OFFICIALLY VOTEDON

LEGALIZING GAY MARRIAGE IT CAME THREE WEEKS AFTER A NATIONAL

REFERENDUM SHOWED STRONG PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR GAY MARRIAGE.

THE REFERENDUM INDICATED THAT 61% OF THE VOTERS WERE IN FAVOR

OF LEGALIZING SAME-SEX MARRIAGE BUT IT WAS NONBINDING.

LUCKILY THEY DID TAKE ACTION AND VOTE IN THE BEST INTEREST

TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF AUSTRALIA AND WHAT THEY WANTED.

THIS IS GREAT NEWS BUT THERE WAS ALSO ANOTHER COMPONENT TO THE

STORY THAT HAPPENED EARLIER THAT WE DIDN'T GET TO.

I THOUGHT NOW WOULD BE A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO.

TIM WILSON WHO IS A MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT DECIDED TO DO

SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY WHILE TALKING ABOUT THIS LEGISLATION.

TAKE A LOOK.

>> THIS DEBATE HAS BEEN THE SOUNDTRACK TO OUR RELATIONSHIP.

WE BOTH KNOW THIS ISSUE ISN'T THE REASON WE GOT INVOLVED IN

POLITICS.

GIVE US TAX REFORM ANY DAY.

BUT IN MY FIRST SPEECH I DEFINED OUR BOND BY THE RING THAT SITS

ON BOTH OF OUR LEFT HANDS.

SO THERE'S ONLY ONE THING LEFT TO DO, RYAN WILL YOU MARRY ME?

>> I LIKE IT.

>> THAT IS WONDERFUL.

IT IS FRUSTRATING THAT WE HAVE TO FIGHT TO JUST GET PEOPLE TO

RECOGNIZE THAT GAY HUMAN BEINGS SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME

WAY AS STRAIGHT ONES.

IS NOT THAT HARD TO ASK.

WE ARE ALL PEOPLE, WE ARE ALL THE SAME.

THESE ARE DEMOCRACIES YET WE STILL STRUGGLE FOR THE BARE

MINIMUM.

ON A DAY LIKE TODAY WE REALLY SHOULD TAKE A MOMENT TO

CELEBRATE.

THEY ALWAYS WORN ON FOX NEWS

THAT WE ARE WINNING THE

CULTURE WARS.

THEY ARE RIGHT.

OUR SIDE SAYS THAT ALL HUMAN BEINGS ARE EQUAL, THEY SAY

THAT IS NOT THE CASE.

FOR GAY PEOPLE THEY ARE DEFINITELY A LOWER CATEGORY.

61% IN AUSTRALIA AND SO MANY OTHER PLACES YES WITH THE HELP

OF THE INTERNET AND OUR INTERCONNECTEDNESS AND KNOWLEDGE

AND TRUTH AND INFORMATION PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AROUND AND GOING

WAIT A MINUTE THEY KEEP SAYING THAT BEING GAY IS UNNATURAL.

THEN WHY ARE THERE SO MANY GAY HUMANS ALL AROUND THE WORLD.

PERHAPS SOME OF OUR ANCIENT HATREDS ARE IN FACT ANCIENT

AND MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL TODAY.

YES WHERE WINNING WHEN A DAY LIKE TODAY WHEN AUSTRALIA PASSES

THIS I AM THRILLED AND PROUD TO BE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HISTORY

AND I'M SO HAPPY FOR THE LGBT BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN

AUSTRALIA AND I HOPE WE WENT ALL ACROSS THE WORLD AND CRUSH THE

DEMAGOGUES ON THE RIGHT WHEN THEY TRY TO DENY EQUAL

RIGHTS TO OUR FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS.

>> OF COURSE I'M HAPPY THERE IS MORE EQUALITY FOR GAY

COUPLES LIVING IN AUSTRALIA.

FOR ME THERE IS A BROADER POINT TO THIS STORY THAT I THINK

GOES TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.

IS FRUSTRATING THAT YOU HAVE TO FIGHT SO HARD FOR THINGS

THAT SHOULD NOT BE HARD TO FIGHT FOR.

THEY SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE LIKE EQUALITY.

RIGHT NOW IN THE UNITED STATES WE ARE DEALING WITH A VERY

TUMULTUOUS TIME, A LOT OF DESPAIR, PEOPLE FEELING THAT

FIGHTING IS LEADING TO NOTHING.

THAT IS AMAZING TO ME BECAUSE

THAT TELLS ME YOU HAVE TO KEEP FIGHTING REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE

ISSUE IS THAT YOU ARE MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT, KEEP FIGHTING.

>> PEOPLE THINK OFTENTIMES IT IS NOT REALISTIC.

THAT IS NOT TRUE.

OPTIMISM IS WARRANTED.

WE WON ON THE ISSUE OF SLAVERY AND CIVIL RIGHTS.

NOW WE ARE WINNING ON THE ISSUE OF GAY RIGHTS.

WE NEVER WOULD'VE ONE IF WE HAD ACTUALLY CHANGE PEOPLE'S

MINDS AND CHANGE THE CULTURE.

BUT WE HAVE THROUGH FIGHTING AND BEING RIGHT.

61% OF PEOPLE IN AUSTRALIA SAID YES, OUR FELLOW BROTHERS

AND SISTERS WHO ARE GAY ARE JUST AS HUMAN AS US.

NOW IT'S TICKET TO EVERY SINGLE

COUNTRY ON THE PLANET.

Compare The Picture Obama Posted Today For Pearl Harbor Day With Trump's Photo – We

Elected The Right Man!

This proves beyond a shadow of any doubt that we have chosen the right man to represent

and lead our great nation!

Today is the 76th anniversary of the day that will live in infamy.

The bombing of Pearl Harbor by the Japanese, which killed thousands of our troops stationed

at the naval base, many of which are still entombed in the Battleship USS Arizona.

This was the act which brought the United States into WW2.

But what is even more humbling about this day is how President Donald Trump decided

to mark the anniversary on social media.

He made multiple posts telling about the heroics and tragedy of that day. These posts prove

just exactly how much of a damn narcissist Barry Soetoro really was.

He just couldn't step aside from himself long enough to actually be able to honor the

lives of those lost without having to make it about him.

All the while the leftists called President Trump a narcissist while failing to recognize

that the real narcissist was their so-called Messiah this whole time.

Fox News Reports:

Pearl Harbor survivors remember those killed 76 years ago

HONOLULU – Survivors gathered Thursday at the site of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor

to remember fellow servicemen killed in the early morning raid 76 years ago, paying homage

to the thousands who died with a solemn ceremony marking the surprise bombing raid that plunged

the U.S. into World War II.

About 20 survivors attended the event at a grassy spot overlooking the harbor and the

USS Arizona Memorial.

They were joined by about 2,000 Navy sailors, officials and members of the public.

Gilbert Meyer, who lived through the Dec. 7, 1941 bombing, said he returned to pay his

respects to his shipmates from the USS Utah — and say a prayer for them.

The 94-year who lives near Lytle, Texas, was an 18-year-old fireman first class when a

torpedo hit the port side of the Utah.

He said he's still alive because he happened to be on the ship's starboard side.

"I think about my shipmates and how they were killed.

It reminds me that we're lucky we got off and we've made a good country for them,"

Meyer said.

Meyer later served in the battles at Attu, Kiska, Iwo Jima and Okinawa.

He witnessed Japan's surrender in 1945 from the deck of the USS Detroit in Tokyo Bay.

Herbert Elfring remembered hearing bombs explode and first thought the explosions were U.S.

training exercises.

Then a fighter plane with Japan's World War II Rising Sun insignia strafed the Camp

Makaole base where Elfring, 19 at the time, was serving.

The bullets missed him by about 15 feet (5 meters).

"When I looked up and saw the red ball on the fuselage I knew it wasn't our plane,"

he said.

"I knew it was a Japanese plane."

The Jackson, Michigan man is now 95 and said returning to Pearl Harbor for the anniversary

of the attack makes him feel special because he's one of the few remaining survivors.

"I have one of those caps that says 'Pearl Harbor Survivor' on it," he said.

"It's amazing how many people come up and thank me for my service."

Elfring was in the military for the entire war, serving in Fiji, the Solomon Islands

and the Philippines.

When it ended, he went to the University of Michigan on the GI Bill, worked for a gas

and electric company and raised family of five.

The ceremony began with a moment of silence at 7:55 a.m. in honor of those who lost their

lives — the same time the attack began.

Four Hawaii Air National Guard F-22 fighter jets broke the silence, with one plane peeling

off from the group to symbolize servicemen still missing.

"The heroes with us today ensured Pearl Harbor would not be the end of the story,"

said Pacific Fleet Commander Adm. Scott Swift.

"Instead of retreating from the fight, America's Pacific Fleet dug in its heels.

Along the way, they forged a cultural heritage of resilience that sailors continue to draw

upon today."

The Navy and National Park Service host the ceremony each year.

Usually, a Pacific Fleet vessel with sailors manning the rails passes by the USS Arizona

Memorial during the event.

This year, no ship participated because of naval operational commitments, said Bill Doughty,

a spokesman for Navy Region Hawaii.

More than 2,300 servicemen were killed in the assault by Japanese airplanes.

Nearly half were on the USS Arizona, which exploded and sank after it was hit by two

bombs.

Most of the Arizona's fallen are entombed in the battleship, which lies at the bottom

of the harbor. What a difference a year makes.

Last year we had the self-loving Barack Hussein Obama to deal with.

This year we have a president who unlike Obama, has accomplished something in his life other

than living off the already overburdened taxpayers.

Today our President honors the victims of Pearl Harbor without the need to infuse himself

into the mix.

He does it with grace and class, something our past president knew nothing about since

all he has ever heard during his lifetime is how damn good he is.

Maybe he was considered good to those of us who are self-hating Americans, but to those

of us who are patriots and love our nation, he will always be a shameful footnote in our

country's history.

KATHERINE ASKS ME HOW HAVE YOU

I WORK A LOT LONGER HOURS.

AND MUCH LATER AT NIGHT.

MOSTLY, IT IS GOING WELL.

THE SHOW IS GETTING BETTER EVERY

DAY.

WE ARE GETTING INTO A GROOVE.

I WILL GET MY VOICE BACK AND

THAT WILL BE FUN.

ANOTHER KATHERINE.

WHAT MOMENTS HAVE MOST IMPACTED

YOU SINCE YOU TOOK ON THE ROLE

AS CO-HOST OF THE NATIONAL.

IT WAS PROBABLY THE STORY I DID

BEFORE THIS VERSION OF THE

NATIONAL STARTED.

WHICH AIRED IN THE SECOND WEEK.

WHEN I WENT UP TO A FIRST NATION

IN NORTHERN ONTARIO.

I SAT WITH A YOUNG WOMAN NAMED

SERENA ON HER BED AND SHE TOLD

ME ABOUT SOME OF THE -- SHE

DIDN'T TELL ME, SHE TOLD ME

SOMETHING RACIST WAS SHOUTED AT

HER ON THE STREETS OF THUNDER

BAY AND WOULD NOT REPEAT IT TO

ME AND DID NOT TELL HER MOM.

THAT REMINDED ME OF THE

CHALLENGES WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH

IN THE COUNTRY.

AND BEING UP THERE WITH THE --

IT IS IMPORTANT, WE SOMETIMES

FORGET ABOUT HOW SOME REMOTE

COMMUNITIES ARE LIVING.

THE STATE THEY ARE LIVING AND

HOW HARD IT IS TO LIVE THAT FAR

AWAY FROM MAJOR CENTERS.

THAT WAS A GOOD THING TO REMIND

MYSELF OF.

WENDY ASKS THIS, HOW ARE YOU

QUESTION.

WENDY ASKS HOW ARE YOU ENJOYING

YOUR ANCHOR POSITION ON THE NEW

I LOVE YOUR SWEATER.

BUT THANK YOU.

I LIKE MY NEW POSITION.

EVERYTHING.

BUT I LIKE THE TEAM.

AND I THINK WE ARE DOING

SOMETHING SPECIAL.

I THINK YOU WILL GET TO SEE ME

DO INTERESTING THINGS LIKE

ADRIENNE IS DOING IN JERUSALEM.

NOT THAT I WILL GO THERE.

BUT THINGS LIKE THAT.

THAT WILL BE GOOD.

BRITTNEY SMITH, WHY DO YOU THINK

I DON'T THINK I SHOULD ANSWER

WOULD SAY AND COMPLAINTS COMING

FROM BOTH SIDES WE ARE NOT

SHE HAD A VERY GOOD FAMILY.

SHE LIVED WITH HER COUSIN.

AND HER AUNT IN THUNDER BAY.

SHE WAS DOING WELL IN SCHOOL.

I DON'T KNOW SHE NEEDS

MENTORING.

I THINK THE STORIES ARE GOOD

ENOUGH TO PUT OUT THERE AND MAKE

SURE THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE AWARE

CANADIANS ARE DEALING WITH.

>> PRIME MINISTER JUSTIN

TRUDEAU: THAT'S WHY I AM PUSHING

MULTINATIONALS OR A COUNTRY'S

BOTTOM LINE.

BUT THE ACTUAL CITIZENS.

IS THE ONLY WAY WE ARE GOING TO

CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD,

CONSTRUCTIVELY AND EFFECTIVELY

IN AN INCREASINGLY GLOBALIZED

WORLD.

THE ALTERNATIVE TO TRADE DEALS

THAT FOCUS ON CITIZENS IS NO

TRADE DEALS AT ALL.

>> ROSEMARY: THAT WAS JUST THIS

MORNING IN CHINA WHERE JUSTIN

TRUDEAU WRAPPED UP THE TRIP

THERE TODAY.

THERE HAVE BEEN SOME MIXED

REVIEWS AT HOME.

BECAUSE HE IS COMING BACK WITH

NO TRADE TALKS OR DEAL AT ALL.

TRUDEAU MADE NO AGREEMENT WITH

CHINA OFFICIALS TO START THE

PROCESS.

AND JOINING US FOR THE FIRST

TIME, WE WON'T HOLD IT AGAINST

HIM.

FROM MACLEAN'S.

IN CALGARY.

GOOD TO SEE EVERYBODY.

I WILL START WITH YOU, CHANTAL,

WHAT DO YOU MAKE OF THE FACT

THAT TRUDEAU WENT OVER THERE AND

THERE SEEMED TO BE AN

EXPECTATION, IT IS NOT CLEAR WHO

IT WAS CREATED BY THE GOVERNMENT

OR MEDIA OR OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT

THE IDEA OF GETTING THE FREE

TRADE DEAL.

AND HE DOESN'T HAVE IT.

HE IS COMING BACK WITHOUT IT.

WHAT DOES THAT TELL US ABOUT THE

GOVERNMENT'S APPROACH TO TRADE

OR MAYBE MORE SPECIFICALLY THE

APPROACH TO CHINA?

>> THAT TELLS ME SOMETHING ABOUT

THE GOVERNMENT'S MANAGEMENT OF

EXPECTATIONS POSSIBLY.

RATHER THAN THE MANAGEMENT OF

THE RELATIONSHIP WITH TRADE.

I WILL TRY TO SET UP A FEW

THINGS THAT ARE DISTINCT TO THE

ERA AND THE GOVERNMENT.

I DON'T THINK THERE HAS BEEN A

GOVERNMENT THAT HAS HAD SO MANY

RESOURCES ON SO MANY TRADE

FRONTS AT THE SAME TIME.

THAT IS UNIQUE.

WE HAVE NEGOTIATED FREE TRADE

AGREEMENTS.

MAJOR ONES WITH THE U.S., WITH

EUROPE IN THE PAST.

WE TENDED TO DO THEM ONE AT A

TIME.

AND NOT PLAY ON TWO OR THREE

FRONTS AT THE SAME TIME.

I THINK PART OF THAT

MULTIPLICATION ACCOUNTS FOR SOME

OF THE PROBLEMS.

I THINK THAT THE NEGOTIATION OF

A TRADE DEAL WITH CHINA IS

EASIER SAID THAN DONE

POLITICALLY.

IN CASE NO ONE NOTICED, THE

BUSINESS SECTOR IN CANADA

CERTAINLY DID, THE LIBERALS ARE

THE MOST LIKELY TO STRIKE A DEAL

WITH CHINA.

THE CONSERVATIVES ARE NOT.

AND TO THAT, THEY ARE SUSPICIOUS

OF THAT DEAL.

THE N.D.P. IS NOT EITHER.

IT IS NOT THAT EASY A SELL IF

YOU ARE GOING TO GO DOWN THAT

ROAD.

>> ROSEMARY: ANDREW?

>> IT IS TRUE THEY HAVE THREE

DIFFERENT MAJOR SETS OF

NEGOTIATIONS ON AT THE SAME

TIME.

THEY DON'T SEEM TO BE MAKING TOO

MUCH HEADWAY IN ANY OF THEM.

WE HAD BEFORE THIS, WE HAD THE

DEBACLE OF THE TRANS-PACIFIC

PARTNERSHIP, THE TALKS IN

VIETNAM.

NOT ONLY AUSTRALIA AND JAPAN AND

OTHER COUNTRIES WERE PUT OUT BY

THE PERFORMANCE THERE.

WE HAVE THE TALKS IN NAFTA WHICH

ARE GOING STEADILY NOWHERE, A

LOT OF BLAME TO BE THROWN AROUND

FOR THAT.

WHAT DOES SEEM TO BE THE CASE,

PART OF WHAT MAKES THE

GOVERNMENT DIFFERENT AS WELL IS

THEY HAVE RATHER DIFFERENT

CONCEPTION OF WHAT FREE TRADE

SHOULD ENTAIL, INCLUDING THE

CHAPTERS TO DO WITH INDIGENOUS

RIGHTS OR GENDER RIGHTS AND

CLIMATE CHANGE, ET CETERA.

WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE A GOOD

IDEA.

IT IS RUNNING INTO HEAD WIND

WITH THE OTHER COUNTRIES AND WE

GO AND PUSH CHINA INTO ACCEPTING

THIS IS MORE THAN FANCYFUL.

>> ROSEMARY: I WONDER, JASON,

WHETHER IT WAS WILEY ON THE

GOVERNMENT'S PART, WHETHER THERE

IS A NEGOTIATING STRATEGY I

DON'T UNDERSTAND OR AS ANDREW

POINTS OUT, THEY ARE MAYBE NOT

THAT GOOD AT IT.

>> THERE IS A NEGOTIATING

STRATEGY NOT BEING DISCUSSED.

IT DOES SOUND RIDICULOUS ON THE

FACE OF IT.

I MEAN,

THIS IS NOT A VERY FULLY

ADVANCED FREE MARKET ECONOMY.

I MEAN BASICALLY ASKING THEM TO

OBEY GENDER RIGHTS, INDIGENOUS

RIGHTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL RIGHTS

LIKE ASKING A GRADE 10 STUDENT

TO HAND IN THE UNDER GRADUATE

THESIS.

THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH AND NEED

TO GET INTO A GOOD TRADE DEAL IS

SIMPLE

THINGS LIKE PATENT PROTECTION,

PROPER MARKET ACCESS,

PREDICTABILITY, RULE OF LAW.

WERE JUSTIN TRUDEAU SAYING WE

ARE NOT GETTING THESE THINGS,

THAT WOULD RAISE THE HACKLES OF

THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT WHICH ARE

EASY TO RAISE AS WE HAVE SEEN.

>> ROSEMARY: CHANTAL?

THE LAST WORD ON THAT.

>> I MEAN IF YOU THOUGHT IT WAS

HARD TO SELL BUT TO NEGOTIATE A

FREE TRADE DEAL WITH THE UNITED

STATES THAT HAS SOME COMPARABLE

STANDARDS TO CANADA, IMAGINE

WHAT IT MEANS TO DO SO WITH THE

CHINESE.

AND TO DO SO FROM A POSITION OF

INFERIORITY.

THERE IS A REASON WHY NO G7

COUNTRY NEGOTIATED ONE YET.

AND THAT WE WOULD BE THE FIRST

IF WE GO DOWN THAT ROAD.

IT IS NOT JUST THAT THE OTHERS

ARE NOT INTERESTED.

THE OBSTACLES.

>> ROSEMARY: LET'S TURN OUR

ATTENTION TO THE BYELECTIONS.

BYELECTIONS CAN MEAN EVERYTHING

OR NOTHING.

DEPENDING WHETHER

YOU WIN THEM.

THEY ARE END OF THE YEAR ONE.

THEY ARE INTERESTING, NOT ONLY

BECAUSE WHERE THEY ARE HAPPENING

AND WHO YOU THINK THEY ARE

TESTING.

ANDREW, YOU CAN GO WHERE YOU

WANT.

THE ONE IN SURREY, B.C. IS THE

CLOSEST RACE AND SEEMS TO HAVE

THE MOST

IMPORTANCE TO ALL THE PARTIES.

GIVE ME YOUR TAKE.

>> IT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT YOU

CAN

REASONABLY EXPECT THERE IS A

CHANCE OF IT BEING A CHANGE OF

HANDS.

MAYBE IN SCARBOROUGH.

THE LIBERALS HAVE TO DO POOR IN

ONTARIO FOR THAT TO CHANGE

HANDS.

IF A RIDING DOES NOT CHANGE

HANDS, YOU CAN LOOK HOW THE VOTE

OF THE PARTY COMPARES TO HOW IT

DOES LAST TIME.

SOMETIMES YOU CAN READ TEA

LEAVES.

WE IN THE MEDIA TEND TO BE

RATHER OVER INVESTED IN THE

SIGNIFICANCE OF THESE THINGS.

IF THE ONE IN B.C., IF IT GOES

LIBERAL, THAT IS ENCOURAGING FOR

THE LIBERALS IN B.C.

THEY HAVE BEEN SAGGING IN MOST

OF THE COUNTRY EXCEPT IN QUEBEC

AND B.C.

IF THEY TAKE THE RIDING FROM THE

CONSERVATIVES, IT WOULD BE A

FEATHER IN THE CAP.

>> ROSEMARY: CHANTAL?

>> IF YOU LOOK AT ANDREW SCHEER,

THE FIRST BYELECTION SEASON,

LOST A SEAT IN QUEBEC, COULD

LOSE A SEAT IN B.C.

IF YOU CANNOT WIN A SEAT IN B.C.

THAT YOU HELD OR IN QUEBEC THAT

YOU HAD FOR A

DECADE, YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK

REALLY HARD AT BEING COMPETITIVE

IN THE NEXT FEDERAL ELECTION.

>> ROSEMARY: JASON?

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

>> THE WEST ONE, CONSERVATIVE,

REFORM,

ALLIANCE, THEY HAVE ALL HELD

THIS SURREY SEAT.

IT HAS NOT GONE LIBERAL SINCE

THE '70S OR POSSIBLY '60S.

THIS IS NOT A BELWETHER RIDING

FOR B.C. OR THE LOWER MAINLAND,

THIS IS MORE WHITE, AFFLUENT.

THIS IS NOT A COMMUNITY WHERE

THE TRANSMOUNTAIN PIPELINE OR

INDIGENOUS RIGHTS MAY WEIGH

HEAVILY IN.

THE PERSON HOPES TO GET

SOMETHING AND HAS OPPORTUNITY

IS THE N.D.P.'S JAGMEET SINGH,

THE FIRST BYELECTION WHERE HE

MAY PLAY.

IN FACT, GETTING MAYBE 17% IN

ONE OF THE RIDINGS MAY BE A

VICTORY FOR HIM.

>> ROSEMARY: LET'S TALK ABOUT

HIM FOR A MINUTE.

EVERYTHING I READ ABOUT THE

BYELECTION, THE N.D.P. IS TRYING

TO LOWER EXPECTATIONS.

SAYING,

THIS IS NOT A PLACE WE NORMALLY

WIN.

IF THE N.D.P. WANTS TO PICK UP

ANY

SUPPORT, IT HAS TO BE IN BRITISH

COLUMBIA.

IT SEEMS IF THIS IS A TEST FOR

SCHEER, IT MUST BE FOR SINGH.

CHANTAL?

>> I LOOK AT THE SCARBOROUGH

RIDING IF YOU WANT TO TEST FOR

SINGH.

NOT TO TAKE IT AWAY FROM THE

LIBERALS.

BUT TO MAKE INROADS IN THE

CULTURAL COMMUNITIES WHERE THE

LIBERALS FIND A LOT OF STRENGTH

IN ONTARIO.

I MEAN SCARBOROUGH IS NOT ALL

THAT FAR FROM WHERE MR. SINGH'S

BASE IS.

I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE VERY

DIFFERENT.

IF HE CAN'T INCREASE THE SCORE

OF THE PARTY THERE, THEN THE

ZONE OF INFLUENCE WILL COME

ACROSS AS FAIRLY LIMITED.

>> ROSEMARY: ANDREW?

>> IF ANDREW SCHEER HAS NOT SET

HEARTS ON FIRE, JAGMEET SINGH,

THERE IS NOT A LOT OF EVIDENCE

OF EXCITEMENT AROUND HIM.

I SAW THE POLL OF BEST PRIME

MINISTER WAS 6%.

HE IS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING HIS

NAME IN THE NEWS AND GETTING THE

FACE TIME.

GETTING THE EXCITEMENT GOING.

I WOULD BE VERY SURPRISED IF THE

N.D.P. HAS A STRONG SHOWING

>> ROSEMARY: I WILL LEAVE IT

I KNOW THEY MADE A BIG DEAL

ABOUT JACK LAYTON.

NOT RUNNING IN A BYELECTION TO

GET INTO THE HOUSE.

I DON'T SEE JAGMEET SINGH

I WONDER THAT IS DAMAGING HIM

OF THAT.

Make a Jitterbug Quilt with Jenny! - Duration: 14:30.

Hi everybody, it's Jenny from the MSQC. And I've got a fun project for you today.

Let's take a look at this quilt behind me. Isn't this great? Now I have to tell you,

there's some things I have to share with you about this quilt. This is actually a take

on an old block. And I wanted to see what would happen if. And it's based on two blocks

that are familiar to us. It's based on a four patch and a half square triangle. So

let me show you how to do this. So to make this quilt what you're going to need is

one pack of five inch squares. And we have used the Elm Park Collection by Laura Ashley

for Camelot. And you can see it's just beautiful. And to make this block pop we brought in some

contrasting fabric. So we used a half a yard of red. And that was just for our little star

points out of here. We wanted those to just pop and all be the same. We're using 1 ½

yards of our turquoise here. And the turquoise is all this border fabric that we used around

the square. And that will make sense to you as we start to do it. And then we need two

yards of background fabric. Our background is all these big sashings and all the squares

for our half square triangles. And then your outer border is 1 ¼ yards and we did six

inch strips out here and you're going to need seven of those, so 1 ¼ yards for your,

for your border. Now let's look at the backing right here. Here's our backing. And if you

guys remember Laura Ashley at all, that was so popular when I was younger. And I'm so

glad to see it back. It's just such a classic line of fabrics. And this is a beautiful little

floral we used on the back. And it is 4 ½ yards of fabric. So let me show you how to

do this because this pretty easy.

Now I want to share something with you. When I start designing a block and things like

that I make it up and I make it up in baby fabric because I try to give a baby quilt

to anybody at Missouri Star who's having a baby. So I make these practice quilts first.

So I actually did that with this fabric for a boy quilt. And I tried this gingham on the

edge and you can see over here I kind of lost the gingham a little. So that helps me when

I'm designing the quilt because it makes me look at things differently and how to do

it. And when we actually started putting this together we actually tried several different

fabrics so we could make this pop. So you kind of want to watch that when you're picking

fabrics for your quilt.

So this is based on a half square triangle and a four patch. And both of them are bordered.

So let's go ahead and make our half square triangles. We're going to need five inch

squares for that. And I'm just going to take my yardage here. This is the half yard

that I chose for my legs. And I wanted a color that would pop. You know something that would

be bright and show up. And so I've got five inches here. And I'm just going to, I'm

just going to cut this into charm pack size, into five inch square size. And so, and so

I'm going to cut my five inch strip. And then I'm going to come along and cut five

inch squares, just like this. And then those will match my five inch squares of background

fabric. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take one of these. And I'm going

to draw the line corner to corner right here so I have a sew line. We want our blocks to

end up the same size. That means, and our size is going to be 4 ½. So I've got this,

I've got this five inch square here. I'm going to place it right sides together on

this five inch square. And we're going to sew on either side of this line. By doing

that we should end up with a block that's pretty close to 4 ½. So I'm going to come

here and we're just going to sew down one side and up the other. Alright now we're

going to flip this around and come up the other side. Alright. Now I'm going to go

ahead and cut on this line right here and press these open. I'm looking for a 4 ½

inch square and so I'm going to have to measure to make sure that it's that size.

And if it's not we'll just square it up. Anytime you're putting two blocks together

they've got to be the same size. Alright so I'm going to lay my ruler on here. And

it looks like I need to trim just a hair on there. So I'm going to slide this. These

are really nice because they have little shaved edge right there in the middle that helps

you get right to the center of that. And you can see I'm not cutting off much. But I'm

going to cut that side and one more little side here. See these little shavings, that's

all we're getting there. Alright, line that up, trim that off. Alright now let me do my

other one. Now you're going to need four of these for each of your big squares. One

more side. There we go. Alright. So ya you know that's pretty good right there. Alright

so you're going to need four of these for each block. Now when I'm talking about a

block I'm talking about the big block here. So I'm actually talking about this big block

right here. So you're going to need, you're going to need to cut two, four, six, eight

which is going to come out of four charms because you get two out of each block.

So right now we're going to make quarter blocks and this is the block we're talking

about. And it's going to fit in here just like this. And so what we want to do now that

we have our half square triangles done is we want to make four patches. So we're going

to take most of our charm squares and cut them into 2 ½ inch squares like this. And

just take a little stack of them. You can probably do about four maybe. Lay your ruler,

your 2 ½ inch ruler right along the edge. It gets you right to the edge of the middle

of that square. And then you're just going to cut them into fourths. And there's lots

of ways to make four patches. But we also need some of these blocks for our cornerstones

so that's why I'm doing it this way. Alright so we're going to take our background square

and we're going to cut some 2 ½ inch, I'm sorry our turquoise color. And we're going

to cut some 2 ½ inch squares off of there. And then we're going to take two of these

squares as well. And you want to mix them up. And we're going to put them together

like this. Let me move some of this out of the way here. We're going to put them together

like this to make the four patch. So we're going to go to the sewing machine. We'll

lay these on top of each other. We'll sew these a quarter of an inch , this a quarter

of an inch and then sew that center line to make a four patch. So let me come here. And

I'm just going to line mine up. This is called chain piecing when you attach one to

the next. And you can do whole long rows of those. And you'll need to do that because

you're going to need a few four patches for this. Alright now this is ready to go.

I'm just finger pressing it here to the dark so that I can sit and do this before

I go to my iron. And I'm just going to lay that on here. I always take a few stitches

and then I want to check to make sure that my seams are laying down, are nesting up nicely.

Opposite sides of each other. And then we're going to come over here and we're going

to press this nice and flat. Oh that lined up nice. Alright, so there's our four patch

and here is our half square triangle.

What we're going to do now is we're going to border each of those so this is what we're

talking about. Let me see if I have one done right here. This is what I'm talking about

right here. So we're going to take our half square triangle and we're going to cut our

turquoise fabric into 2 ½ by 4 ½ inch pieces. You're going to need two for each block.

And then we're going to put one of our 2 ½ inch squares in the corner. So let's

go ahead and do that. Now remember you want to border on the background side of the fabric.

So we're going to put these on here like this, take one of our little squares and put

it over here in this center like that. Alright so let's go to the sewing machine and I'm

going to sew this one on here like this. And then I'm going to attach to this side and

sew it down and then I can attach that to that whole side. So first we're going to

sew on our little 2 ½ by 4 ½ inch rectangle on the side of our, on the background side

of our half square triangle. I'm going to finger press that back. And then we're going

to sew this one down as well. A 2 ½ inch square on a 2 ½ by 4 ½ inch rectangle. And

that should fit nicely on that other side. Right here, perfect. There we go. And then

we're going to press this open. And there we have that one. And you're going to need

two of these for each of your quarter blocks.

Now we're going to do the same thing to our four patch. So put a border on either

side and a square in the corner. And this one you just want to make sure that your colors

are all going to line out the same direction. So we're going to go this way. And then

our corner square I'm going to put a lighter one out here like that. See how that's going

to work. And so I'm going to put my piece on here. And again just sew this one to that

one. And as you start doing this you'll be able to sew like a whole bunch of these

on one side of the four patch and a whole bunch of these together at the same time.

You'll be able to do all of that at once and it will, it will, it will go faster for

you. I'm one of those people that likes to do, you know, 40 of the same thing at a

time. Of course the bad part about that is if you make a mistake you're going to make

it 40 times. So make sure you've got it where you want it to go. Alright so now this

one is going to go on the top so that the squares are going to line up one, two, three.

And we're going to press that back. Alrighty. Alright.

So now we should have two of these . And what we're going to do, where's my other one,

here we go. So what we're going to do is we're going to put this together in quarter

blocks. You're going to make four of these to make a big block. And these are going to

go so the little squares come toward the corner like this. See how that goes like that. And

that's our little quarter square. We're going to sew that together like a four patch.

Let me do that real quick here. And I'm just lining up this edge. Sewing a quarter

of an inch down. Lining up this edge. And then we'll put these two together, making

sure that our half square triangles are on either side. And I'm going to make sure

these middles are nested nicely together. And then we are ready to go. So let's press

this out. I'm going to make my seams go the way I want them to here. And open this

up. Give it a shot of steam.

So this is, this is the block you're going to get with your two four patches and your

two half square triangles that are bordered. And we're going to put this together in

a large quadrant. And so let's go ahead, I've got two together right here, just like

that. And I've got these two like this that we're going to sew together. And you want

to make sure that all your legs are going in the right direction. So it makes that star

look. Now because we had to tweak this a little bit with all the different colors of the fabric

to make this work I wanted to see what it would look like in a solid fabric. So follow

me on over here to this quilt right here. So we did this one out of red, white, and

blue. Just solids so that, just to see the different look. And look how fun that is.

It's just completely different. So when you get your quadrant together right here,

these four blocks. You're just going to put those together in four big blocks on the

quilt. And we're going to have a big, the four inch big wide sashing. And then we've

used this little four patch right in here in between the sashing. And we did that all

the way around the quilt. Every time that sashing comes together we put a little four

patch in there. So because this quilt, you know, we had to tweak it a few times to get

it just right for you guys. We called it the Jitterbug quilt. So we hope you enjoyed this

tutorial on the Jitterbug quilt from the MSQC.

UPDATE: Killer Cop Sentenced To 19 Years - Duration: 3:28.

THERE HAS BEEN A SURPRISING

RULING IN THE CASE OF MICHAEL SLATER, THE FORMER SOUTH

CAROLINA POLICE OFFICER WHO SHOT AND KILLED WALTER SCOTT AS

HE WAS RUNNING AWAY FROM HIM.

HE ALSO LIED IN THE POLICE REPORT ABOUT HOW THE

INCIDENT HAPPENED.

LATER IT WAS VERY CLEAR HE LIED.

VIDEO SHOWED THAT.

THERE WAS A HUNG JURY IN THE CASE.

JURORS COULD NOT COME UP WITH THE RULING AND COULD NOT

AGREE ON WHETHER OR NOT HE WAS GUILTY.

SLAGER DID PLEAD GUILTY TO VIOLATING WALTER SCOTT'S

CIVIL RIGHTS.

PART OF THAT PLEA AGREEMENT INDICATED THAT THE JUDGE

COULD TAKE A LOOK INTO THE CHARGES INVOLVING

MANSLAUGHTER AND MURDER.

HERE'S WHAT RECENTLY HAPPENED.

THE FINAL RULING WAS A 20 YEAR PRISON SENTENCE.

AGAIN THE VIDEO THAT WENT VIRAL SHOWED SCOTT WAS RUNNING AWAY

FROM HIM AND THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HIM TO SHOOT AT HIM EIGHT

TIMES.

>> THERE WAS A HUNG JURY AND MISTRIAL AT THE STATE COURT.

BUT YOU CAN BRING HIM TO FEDERAL COURT.

THAT IS WHERE HE PLEADED GUILTY AND NOW MUST SERVE THIS

SENTENCE.

THANK GOD FOR THAT.

A LOOK LIKE FOR A SECOND THERE IN A SERIES OF INCREDIBLY

EGREGIOUS POLICE SHOOTINGS OF AFRICAN-AMERICANS, THIS WAS

ARGUABLY THE MOST EGREGIOUS.

EVEN IN THAT CASE WE COULDN'T GET A CONVICTION AT THE

STATE LEVEL.

HERE AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL WE HAVE GOTTEN A CONVICTION

AND WE FINALLY HAVE SOME DEGREE OF JUSTICE.

>> IT IS SO SURPRISING.

WHEN THE JURY COULD NOT UNANIMOUSLY FIND HIM GUILTY

IT WAS A DEVASTATING DAY.

I REMEMBER FEELING SO DEFLATED AND FEELING LIKE THERE WAS

NO JUSTICE IN THE COUNTRY.

I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THOUGHT THAT.

>> AS YOU SAW ON THE VIDEO HE

SHOT WALTER SCOTT IN THE

BACK AS HE WAS RUNNING AWAY AND MADE NO EFFORT TO GET HIM.

THEN HE PLANTED EVIDENCE NEXT TO HIM.

HE PLANTED THE TASER AFTER THE SHOOTING THOUGHT IT WAS AS

BAD AS IT GETS.

IT WAS A WANTON MURDER.

THE FACT THAT HE IS GOING TO GET SOME SENTENCE FOR IT IS

FANTASTIC.

IT IS NOT A HUGE VICTORY, AT THE VERY LEAST IT IS WHAT WE

CAN GET IN TERMS OF JUSTICE BUT AT LEAST WE GOT THAT.

ANNOUNCER: You can determine your destiny by

Kenneth Copeland brings insight into how speaking God's

words will dominate and change your world. Now here's Kenneth.

KENNETH: Merry Christmas, everybody. This is the

Believer's Voice of Victory broadcast. I'm Kenneth Copeland.

Now, remember, download the free Christmas gifts. Hey, every day

from December 1st through December 25th. We're going to

sow it into your life. You're going to see some--our most

popular books and audio teachings and so forth. It's

good stuff. You're going to be glad you did. Just go to

kcm.org/25days. Start receiving it today. And, hey, don't forget

the notes. Put the notes in there, too. You're going to need

those. Father, we thank You today for Your Word. And it's so

good. Oh, we just--we enjoy Your presence, and we worship You

today in Jesus' name. We open our hearts, we open our minds.

We are Yours to command, Lord Jesus. Thank You. In Jesus'

name, amen. Hallelujah. We have been talking for two weeks about

words. The most important things in this planet are words. The

Word of God therefore is the most precious thing in this

planet. We live in a Word-created, Word-upheld--He's

upholding all things by the word of His power--Word-dominated

environment. We can't change that. God won't change that. The

devil would give anything that he could, but he can't.

Ha-ha-ha. He's stuck with it! He can't do anything to you without

you say it. And, we have the God-given, blood-protected right

and privilege to choose the words under which we live, to

choose the words that dominate our lives, and thereby choosing

and establishing our own track in life. There are two paths,

only two. One is to a palace, the other is to a jail. You

choose. God's already made His choice. He said, "I have set

before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore

you choose life, that you and your seed may live." See, He's

already made His choice. He's chosen you. Ha-ha-ha-ha. He

said, "Hey, come on, baby. I--you know, choose Me. Choose

life!" Jesus said, "My words are spirit, and they are life."

Glory to God. Now, let's review by reading Mark 11:23 again,

right? Amen. Praise God. "Jesus answering saith unto them, Have

faith in God," or "have the faith of God." Listen now,

listen. "For verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto

this mountain, Be thou removed, be thou cast into the sea, shall

not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things

which he saith--" those things or words," believe that those

words which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have

whatsoever he saith." Now, the law of words--let's go back to

Matthew 12 now, and let's remember what Jesus said here.

And this will prove that that Word that He just gave

is absolutely spiritual law, whether you're saying words from

God or whether you're saying words from fear, whether you're

saying words from hell, blessing or cursing. You choose. Because

Jesus said, "A good man out of the good treasure of the heart,"

of the spirit, "bringeth forth a good thing: and an evil man out

of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things." Now, how is

that Jesus? Well, back up one verse. "Out of the abundance of

the heart, the mouth speaks." And then He said, "Every idle

word," every faithless word, "that men shall speak, they'll

give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by your words

you shall be justified, and by your words shall you be

condemned." It's words, it's words, it's words. We found out

from the book of James yesterday the tongue can be tamed. But it

can only be tamed--it can't be tamed with the natural man. The

natural tongue just--just blabs off on its own. But everything

you have today is what you said yesterday. Mm. A lot of

things--a lot of this, a lot of this that people think is the

devil, "Well, look what the devil is doing to me." And

actually, he's supporting it, yeah. But, hey, that's what

you've been saying. That's what you've been saying for years.

And it's come to pass in your life. And you're getting in

every prayer line you can get in. The way--like Brother Hagin

used to say, "They can lay hands on you till they wear all the

hair off your head. It's not going to do any good because you

turn around and say something else." Oh, my. "Well, what do I

do, Brother Copeland?" Repent. Say something different.

Hallelujah. Just go over there in I John 1:9, and "He's

faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them."

That don't mean you've got to, "I'll just confess--" no, no,

no. Just go before it one time. Read that verse and go before it

and say, "Lord Jesus, I see it right here. And, Lord, I repent.

And here's what I did." And don't--don't make it easy on

yourself. "Here's what I did. I said it, and I did it, and I

repent of it. It's wrong. I'm wrong. But in the name of

Jesus--Lord Jesus, it says here you're faithful and just to

forgive me of my sins when I confess them. And not only that,

but to cleanse me from all unrighteousness." Now, when you

get up off of your knees, when you get up from receiving

communion, don't sit there, (Mumbling). No, no, no, no, no.

Don't start saying anything else except, "He's faithful and He's

just." I don't care how you feel, I don't care how sorry a

thing you did. Don't allow condemnation to get into your

life, not one second anymore. You flip right over there to the

book of Romans 8, "Therefore there is now--" when? Right now.

How come? "Because I just repented. I meant every word of

it, and I confessed it before Jesus my Savior, my Lord, and

He's faithful and He's just to--He's forgiven me." (Whining)

"I sure don't feel like I'm--" Don't start that. Your feelings

ain't even involved here. Shut your feelings down with the

Word. Put the Word in your mouth. Don't let your--I mean,

if you're saying it through tears, you just--just keep--just

keep in there. "I am forgiven, and I am cleansed from that

unrighteousness. I believe I receive my forgiveness and my

cleansing, and I say it according to Mark 11:23 and 24,

thank God I'm forgiven and I'm cleansed in Jesus' name. Amen."

That's--you receive forgiveness by faith, not by feeling. You

don't walk by feelings. We don't walk by sight, we walk by faith.

We have to put the faith words in your mouth until they change

the way you feel. All right, now then--now, what Jesus just

said, "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks,"

whether you're speaking by faith or speaking by fear. Mark 11:23

is still true. It is true on the God side. It's true on the devil

side. Here again, "Out of the mouth of two witnesses let every

word be established." You--I am the deciding witness in my life.

You are the deciding witness in your life. God has established

it so that only you can determine your destiny. Amen. It

has nothing to do with your background. It has nothing to do

with your ethnic background. I don't care what color you are.

Amen. It has to--everything to do with what you believe in your

heart and say with your mouth. We talked about this already

this week. Two men, Joshua and Caleb, two men turned the

destiny of 2 million. Now listen to it. 2 million people's foul

confession couldn't change the destiny of two faith men. I'm

going to say something to you right now. Can I go ahead and

say that, Sir? Yes. Moses' words kept him from crossing the

Jordan. But it didn't stop Joshua and Caleb. Oh, Lord. The

words that they chose to speak changed it, kept it, ordered it.

And that's the way it is in your own life. Meditate on it, talk

about it, think about it. Praise God. Now then, let's review.

Psalm 19:14, "Make my words acceptable." Psalm 91:2, "I will

say of the Lord, He's my refuge, my fortress, and my God." That's

the entrance into the secret place of the most High God. "I

will say of the Lord, "He's my--He's my fortress," glory,

"He's my God, in Him will I trust. Surely, he will deliver

me." Glory to God. Psalm 103:5, "He fills my mouth with good

things," good words. "My youth is renewed like the eagle's."

And then the 20th verse, "His angels hearken to the voice of

the word." Well, it's not when God speaks it, it's when

you--when you speak it. It's when I speak it that our

ministering spirits-- "Are they not your angels--which of the

angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, and make your

enemies your footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits,

sent forth to minister for they that are the heirs of

salvation?" They're listening to what you say. Are you keeping

your angels bound by some silly something, by some stupid

something that you keep saying all the time and just--just

slang stuff you keep saying, and bind them up where they can't

move? "I don't know why it is I just get the flu every season.

Seems like I just can't--I just can't stop it." And your--one

angel of yours is standing there listening to you say that, and

the other one says, "You know, I don't understand him. I don't

know why he wants the flu every year. Do you?" "No." "I wish

he'd quit that because I--you know, my hands are bound." Think

about it. Now then, "Put away from you a froward mouth,"

Proverbs 4:24. Proverbs 6:2, "snared with the words of your

mouth." Proverbs 12:18, "The tongue of the wise is health."

Proverbs 13:2, "A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth."

Proverbs 15:4, "The wholesome tongue is a tree of life."

Proverbs 18:7, "A fool's mouth is his destruction." Proverbs

20, Verse 20--Proverbs 18:20, "Increase comes by the fruit of

the lips." And 21, "Death and life are in the power of the

tongue." Micah 5:2, "Words dominate time." Micah said,

"There is a baby going to be born in Bethlehem." 715 years

later, Jesus was born right on that spot, right at exactly the

same time. And it controlled--it controlled Caesar's ideas. It

controlled armies and nations with everybody--the succession

of time had to be established through all of that time. But

those faith-filled words dominated it. Hallelujah.

Malachi 3:13, "Your words are stout against me." II

Corinthians 4:13, "We have believed, and we have spoken."

Hebrews 3:1, "Jesus is the apostle and the high priest of

our confession." Hebrews 4:14, "and seeing then that we have a

great high priest, passed into the heavens, so let us hold fast

to our profession," or our confession, same word. Amen.

Well, what did Joel 3:10 say? "Let the weak say, I am strong."

But going around saying, "I'm just so weak, I'm just so weak,"

well, that's one of the reasons you're so weak. I can tell you

another reason why you're weak. Amen. The joy of the Lord is

your strength. And if you're born again, the joy is in there.

Love, joy, peace, long-suffering or patience, gentleness,

goodness, faith, meekness, temperance, all--hey, that's

God. He's in there. What are you saying? (Whining) "I just don't

have any joy." Yeah, you do. But it only responds to faith. Okay.

"I have the joy of the Lord." All right, now begin to feed on

the scriptures. And just like the 126th, hundred--Psalm, "You

fill my mouth with laughter, my feet with dancing."

Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. "Well, I don't know--" Hey, just start,

"Ha-ha-ha. I have joy. I have joy." There's more to joy than

just jumping around and laughing. Now, that's a product

of it. But joy is your strength. You're low on joy, so start

talking joy, start speaking joy, start looking in the mirror and

just smile whether you like that. Just slap your jaws and

make yourself smile. "Smile anyway!" I mean it. I've had to

do this at times. I was just worn down to the--to the point

where my physical body is hurting and you're just--yes,

just fix it on there. Hallelujah. "Ha-ha-ha-ha. God

sits in the heavens and laughs at the devil. And I've been

raised up to sit with Him in heavenly places. And if I sit

with Him, I'm going to laugh with Him. Ah-ha-ha-ha." And just

laugh until it breaks through and you start laughing at your

own silly self. The joy of the Lord will come in. Even in times

of deep grief, the Scripture says to "Sorrow not like those

who have no hope." We're not a people without hope. I take that

as a command. God understands the hurt in my feelings. But

don't yield to that spirit of grief that's--He bore our griefs

and carried our sorrows. "What can I do then?" Just break on

through it by praising. "I know where my baby is. God didn't

take my baby. He's never taken anybody. He's not a killer. Ah.

Oh, Jesus, yes, I refuse grief. I refuse you, Satan. I--I

will--" Now, hey, there's nothing there--you miss him, I

know. I've been there. And it hurts. But I'm going to tell

you, if you insist on walking in love and walking in the joy of

the Lord--because that's your strength. If you insist on it,

and you take that stand on it in the name of Jesus, joy will

break through that. (Sighs) And it is stunning. And it's not a

laughing joy, it's a worshiping joy. Ho. I'm talking to somebody

right now. Oh, sweetheart, God loves you, and we love you.

Don't let that steal from you. Don't let the spirit of death,

which is the spirit of grief--don't let that demon come

in there and steal your joy. You get over there--hey, you get

over there and you get--you get into the word. Thank God. You

just get into the Word. Amen. Thank You, Lord Jesus. Thank

You, Lord Jesus. Oh, blessed be God. Thank You, Lord Jesus.

Sorrow not. This is in--this is in I Thessalonians 4. "I will

not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which

were asleep," or that have passed away, "that you sorrow

not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe Jesus

died and rose again, even though them which sleep in Jesus

will--God will bring with him. For this we say unto you by the

word of the Lord, that we which are alive shall remain unto the

coming of the Lord and shall not prevent them which are asleep.

For the Lord himself shall descend from the heaven with a

shout, and the voice of the archangel, with the trump of

God: and the dead in Christ arise first: and then we which

are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in

the clouds, and meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we be with

the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with his words"! Amen.

In the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. Now, I Peter 3:10,

mm, you've got to get this. You've got to get this. Thank

You, God. I Peter 3:10. And I can see by the way Tim's waving

that card around this is just the only one I've got left time

for. But you've got to get this. "For he that will love life, and

see good days, let him refrain his tongue from

evil, and his lips that they speak no guile."

Wow. Ain't that good? I'll be back in a minute.

The Adventure of a Lifetime: Getting My Kid a Passport - Duration: 5:29.

Hey guys good morning. So today is going to be a very special day. We're getting my

youngest son Luca, a passport. So we decided to get a passport because we're thinking

about doing some international travel this year and we want to make sure we

have it on hand. So the first time we got a passport from my oldest it was a

little difficult so hopefully today I could show you how to get one without

any trouble. Just to list it off you need this document called a ds-11 which you

can actually print online fill it out and then send it in. You also need to

provide US citizenship evidence which could be your driver's license, passport

or a U.S. birth certificate. Show parental relationship which could be on the US

birth certificate as well or the adoption decree (custody decree) and then

you need to present your ID which is your driver's license or U.S. military ID

or a valid foreign passport and then you need to bring a photocopy of your ID.

If both parents are actually going to go it makes it a lot easier, you just have to

be there and swear to it, basically. If you have sole legal authority there's

additional things that you'll have to do it that's on the website as well and

then you need to provide a photo of your child.

With a 2 x 2 photo what you want to do is

not attach it to the document yet. You just hand that over to the person and

they'll take care of it and make sure that it's actually good and then you

will need to pay the fees. The application fee itself is $80 and the

execution fee is 25 and then we just need to submit your completed

application to the authorities. So just a little hiccup, it seems my wife just got

into a tiny fender bender.

She's fine no broken bones or anything.

Now she just texted me and said that she could not find her license.

Fortunately the patrol officer was actually really

kind and was able to look up her information without her license. So yeah

all we have to do now is wait for my wife to get home and we'll be on our way.

We're on our way to the Clerk of Courts to get Luca's passport.

As you can see my wife is okay. It's just a little fender bender and she also

found her license. It was in her car; it fell so, yeah.

It looks like we're gonna take a little detour. Seems that you need a check or

money order to pay for your passport and we only had a credit cards so we're

actually gonna go to a bank right now that we're heading towards the oldest

city in America, St. Augustine. We're gonna try to find a

bank there so we can get our check.

Alright guys so we're walking to Bank of America, we found one here in St.

Augustine. It's a little bit of a walk but we got to get quick.

Alright guys so we got our checks and also some drinks. We're on our way to the

post office, no, where're we going? The clerk of court. Clerk of courts to get the passport.

Hey guys we're actually back home now. Got the passports done yeah

It was pretty simple. We'll just be waiting on it and like I said hopefully we get

it in a few weeks so guys thanks for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and

like this video if you liked it. Talk to you guys bye

Circulating for good reason and it's making fans wonder if Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are engaged

Tbh they better be because I'm here for it Elite daily reached out to both

Publication in the video below you can hear the paparazzi ask Bieber if he's planning to propose to Selena Gomez

Justin are you gonna propose to Selena Gomez you guys make a really good couple. I see that smile

Fans are losing it including me

I'm losing it over Bieber's reaction to the question when the pack mentions Gomez's names

Bieber's face lights up like a little kids on Christmas morning

He looks like a puppy dog that just tried bacon for the first time. He looks like me after getting laid

It's so cute, and so clear how happy Gomez makes him feel

Salut le Kiera

Are you guys engaged or what?

Fans have been asking this question since the ex lovers rekindled the flame over a month ago the two have been spotted on date nights

Going to church and making out. Yep. I said making out tongue and tongue stuff hot

Gomez and the week Minh reportedly broke up on the phone solo. That's awkward in middle school a boy

I dated for seven days left me a voicemail to break up with me because he was too scared to do it in person

I'm 50 + years old and I've never been "cat called" ever. - Duration: 3:45.

Today I'm coming on here... I have no makeup on... I just rolled out of bed...

I just finished sleeping for like three hours because I was up till three in the morning!

My hair isn't brushed. I haven't showered for three days. I'm wearing a

shirt that kind of shows my bra... sorry and I want to talk about something that

every single person in America needs to think about if they give a shit about

any other human- other than... well even if they give a shit about any other human and that is

simply this... I'm all for if people you know I'm all

for the I'm all for the idea that you should be proven guilty and you shouldn't just accuse

people things and anyone who does is is basically a horrible person and and they

should have consequences, but I've never been catcalled in my entire life once... Not once...

I mean unless I didn't hear them or something... I I've never been cat called.

I've never been sexually harassed. I'm trying to think. Once a guy tried to touch my

butt when I was like in college and I just said stop doing that and whatever

I've never been raped. I've never been molested, but guess what?

When somebody tells me they were raped or molested I believe them and I listen

to them and I know it's wrong... I love men don't

hate men. I don't like rude people but when

somebody tells me they're being sexually harassed I listen. I'm a woman.

When somebody tells me they feel like she should about themselves because

they're not wearing makeup or they don't think they're pretty enough or quiet

enough or you know women have all these rules that you men don't know about and

it's just the way our society is we can't dress a certain way because we'll

be thought of as this,... if we don't smile the person will be thought of as that...

there's a lot to it I'm telling you right now see this hair it haven't had

it done have it I'm doing everything wrong... I'm still trying to love myself

for me.

It's not fair. It's not fair!

If you're a man and you don't understand we have a culture of rape. I'm not saying

every woman's raped! I'm not saying every man is a rapist for God's sakes! I'm

telling you American culture is rape culture... figure it out. Don't deny people...Let's change this.

We can all change this together, okay? This isn't rocket science,

okay? No means no. Keep your hands to yourself. Get permission... Give me a break!

This isn't this isn't tough... your little five-year-old knows these rules. If

you're a man in power or you know a woman in power check yourself ...don't take

advantage. You have extra respons.... it says whole there's a whole... What is it like a

spider-man thing... if you have a ton of power you also bear a ton of

responsibility. Just because our president does it

it's not gonna give you a pass you can see it right now it's happening and I

promise this won't go away. Thanks for listening.

Tbh they better be because I'm here for it Elite daily reached out to both

Gomez's and Bieber's team for comment

but did not hear back by the time of

The best part is my phone was actually broken because I dropped it in the toy

So I thought we were still dating for like a month. I guess that's why he didn't wanna hold my hand I hate my life

Well, hope the fam is down with an engagement then

Hopefully Bieber will pop the question soon because I'm envisioning a spring wedding

And I'd like some time to work on my tan. See you guys at the all
