Youtube daily report Oct 16 2018

I like it better that I'm not looking at myself.

When I look at myself getting my hair cut, I'm like, "Dang".

Hey, my name is Naree, and this is Hair Me Out.

Today I will be dying my hair to a pastel pink and getting it cut to a short bob.

Before we get into the transformation, don't forget to subscribe below.

So, for the past few years I've been the performance industry doing theater, music theater, everything

on a stage, and changing my hair color or getting it cut was seen as a huge, huge career

change regarding the roles you'll play or how you're seen on stage, and it's really

looked down upon.

I've decided to take a step back from the performance industry and because of that I

just feel like I can do whatever I want with my hair, and it's really exciting.

In high school, I played around with dyeing my hair a darker brown, and I didn't really

feel like it was me...

But, I've been highlighting it for the past three years or so, and over the summer, I

played around with dip-dyeing my ends pink, and I really, really liked it.

That change was just the start and the spark that started this whole transition.

Hi!

Hi!

We're gonna cut a little bit today?

We are.

Alright.

So, a nice, fluffy bob.

I don't know if "fluffy" is the word...

Let's do this!

Let's do it!

The short bob is a very carefree hairstyle in my opinion.

I'm excited to just kind of let it be and not have it be in my face, and not have to

put it back and have it be so easy, and I don't have to mess with it.

Thank you so much!

Now, now let's have some fun with color!

Let's have some fun!

Here we go!

Get comfortable 'cause it takes a second.

So, my hair, to me, expresses a lot of personality,

and especially because I've never done a drastic change

and I feel like I am going through a career assessment,

a life assessment, if you will...

I definitely think it's time for my hair to reflect that as well.

I think I've been doing it in my appearance, with my clothes.

I've been trying out more risky fashion trends, and I'm ready for my hair to reflect that

pep in my step and change as well.

I am nervous.

Besides highlights, I've never bleached it or done a permanent full color.

Of course I'm nervous that I'm going to be like, "Oh,

I don't know if this is exactly what I wanted."

But your hair, you can change it whenever you want.

It's always going to grow back.

You can always change it to something you know you love.

You always have that option.

My friends and colleagues that are still performing and doing theater,

I have a feeling that they'll

see the hair and immediately say like, "Well, what are you going to do about auditions?

What are you going to do when a casting director sees your hair?

What's going to be the outcome of this?"

I know that everyone's going to question it because of that reason.

And to that, I say like, "I'm just going through a change.

It's reflecting in my appearance.

I'm really happy about the change.

And I like the unexpected, it's exciting."

You look gorgeous!

Yaaaay!

Thank you, Molly!

Thank you, Leo!

Yay!

For real, though, this looks so...

I'm so happy.

I have never seen my hair like this.

The color is so great.

And just with this short cut, it feels really healthy.

It fits my character and this new me.

I wish I had done this sooner, but in retrospect,

I'm just so happy that I'm in a place in my

life that I was able to do this right now.

I'm really excited to play around with it and

just show everyone my bold, new look!

Is Your Phone Spying On You? - Duration: 5:42.

The average person spends around 5 hours on their phone every single day.

Thats 20 percent of an entire day.

We shop on our phones, we talk on our phones, we browse the web and answer emails.

Companies and governemnts know how much time we spend on our phones, and its quite possible

that they use that knowledge to your advantage.

Have you ever noticed that you'll be talking about a product or browsing products online,

then, as if by magic, an ad for that product will appear when you're scrolling through

your feed?

Is that a coincidence?

Or Is your phone spying on you?

And more importantly, are criminals using your phone to spy on you?

that's the question we're asking today on life's biggest questions.

Hello and welcome back to life's biggest questions, the channel that asks the questions

everyone else is too afraid to ask.

I'm your host, charlotte dobre, and if you haven't subscribed to life's biggest questions

already, please do so, and turn on notifications.

Before I get into this video, I wanted to give a quick shout out to the sponsor of this

video, Spyzie.

In fact, will help keep the bad guys away.

Spyzie is an app with over 1 million satisfied users that allows you to track the activity

of any smartphone whether its apple or android, from any of your devices.

Did you know that around 75% of young people in the united states are given smart phones

by a parent.

There are 74 million children in total in the US.

75 percent of 74 million children is 55 million.

And young people are spending more time on their phones than ever, which makes them vulnerable

to criminals.

Teens spend nearly 9 hours every day consuming media.

But there's a dark side to all of this.

Did you know that teens are 50 times more likely to have their identities stolen because

of their clean credit records.

Furthermore, children are vulnerable to online predators and bullies.

But if you use the app spyzie, you have a control over a lot of things.

Firstly, there's an app blocker, that allows you to block certain apps to keep threats

away.

Does your child spend too much time on their phone?

Well spyzie also has a schedule restriction that will allow you to restrict the amount

of time spent on a mobile phone.

Is your child prone to running off when you're in public?

No problem.

Spyzie has gps tracking that keeps you informed on where a user is who has downloaded the

spyzie app.

You can monitor almost all activities on a phone, from texts, to calls, to social instant

messaging chats, browser history, videos, and photos.

Its not just for parents.

You can use spyzie to monitor your employees activities as well, to keep your office computers

from being compromised.

And you can do so from your phone, computer or any of your devices.

If you want to protect your loved ones, download the spyzie app now.

Alright, now lets get into this video.

We've all seen the FBI is spying on you memes, but some of us have actually wondered

if the FBI or anyone else is actually spying on you through your devices.

Former FBI director James Comey says he covers his laptops webcam with tape.

But what about phones?

The truth is, every time you give an app permission to use your camera and microphone, the app

is allowed to access the following.

The front as well as the back camera, record you at any time that the app is in the foreground,

take pictures without telling you, upload pictures without telling you, run facial recognition

to detect facial features or expressions, and livestream the camera on the internet.

There's even technology that allows these apps to detect if one person is on their phone

alone, or if there are two people looking at the screen.

Its insane what phones can do these days, and most of the time they are doing it without

us knowing.

In fact, apps are allowed to do this legally through a loophole.

When you agree to let the app use your camera and microphone, it pretty much gives them

free reign.

So why would an app want to have access to your camera, facial recognition and microphone?

Targeted ads.

This may seem harmless, but the problem comes when criminals are able to hack these apps.

It is extremely easy for a hacker to access your device through apps, messages, PDF files

and even emojis.

Yes, you heard that right, emojis.

A hacker can send a malicious pdf file using an application called Metasploit, and if this

pdf is opened by a user, the hacker can then install software on their device, steal their

passwords, take all the files, photos and videos, take pictures and stream video from

their camera and they can also add incriminating documents to your device and then call the

police.

This makes younger, inexperienced users especially vulnerable.

A child who's never seen a suspicious email or message before might be prompted to click

the link.

Hey, if I were a kid who's new to smartphones and technology and I read the words "you

just won 50 thousand dollars, click this link to claim your funds' I would for SURE click

on it.

But I'm an adult, and I know better.

At least I think I do…

Ok so what about the government?

We have to assume that our governments are trying to protect us, but they also reportedly

have access to our phones.

The NSA can access your devices and listen in on your phone calls, read your messages,

take pictures and videos of you and take your files whenever they want.

Apparently the NSA has already done this as well.

An NSA program called optic nerves captured images using yahoo users cameras and video

chats, and then stored them.

Apparently 3 to 11 percent of the images captured during Optic Nerves contained undesirable

nudity.

Well that's pretty crazy.

Government security agencies might have seen your dick picks and they are storing them

for future use?

That's definitely not ok.

So how do you stop hackers and the government from tapping into your phone, or worse, your

child's phone?

Well, other than covering your camera with tape and turning off your microphone, Download

spyzie of course.

You can monitor everything that's happening are doing on any device in real time.

You can check in on apps to make sure that your child really is talking to their friends,

or somebody else.

Did you know that there are over 750 thousand registered online predators in the united

states alone?

These predators make fake profiles and find kids through social media apps.

You might think, well then couldn't the hacker hack my computer or smartphone and

get access to my child's information that way?

Think again.

Every piece of information that's collected and encrypted and locked away, so no one except

you can access your family's data.

That is all for this episode of life's biggest questions, and thank you for watching.

If you enjoyed this video, you'll love the playlist clickable on the screen right now.

And don't forget to turn on notifications so that you never miss a future episode of

life's biggest questions.

How To Find Investors For Real Estate Flipping - Duration: 11:41.

You've asked the question and we are showing up for you. Today's question that

everyone's been asking is "How do I actually find investors to help me flip

my real estate deals?" Basically Gerry, people are looking for

money. If real estate is hot and deals are abounding, (And they always are) where do

you actually find the investors? Where do you find people with money? And I've

asked Jerry to actually come in town to shoot some of these videos with me. He is

the king of flipping. And one of the most sought-after nationwide experts when it

comes to flipping based on his 15 years of experience. He's also been my friend

for years. An amazing man. And today Jerry and I are going to really break it down.

Where do you find the easiest money to help support you and flipping deals and

making a pile of money?

So, Jerry. There really are a number of ways of finding money for deals. And

we've shot some different videos. But today we're going to cover something a

little bit different, right? I mean, if you want money, there's hard money, there's

private money. And you know... -Creative financing. -So many different

opportunities. But I want to share one of my favorite. Probably my number one go-to

when I'm looking for money which is to actually get into a partnership. Someone

that has money and say, "Hey, you know what? Instead of just being the lender like a

bank and getting an interest rate, why don't I actually bring you in on the

deal and we'll do it together." -Participation. -Yeah. So let me ask you. I...

Do you have is that a strategy that you've used before? -Oh yeah, yeah.

Especially on kind of some of my higher-end deals where there's kind of a

lot of capital because if you're using the other way, you know, debt, investing?

You've got like that big payment. -Yep. -That can be stressful and you got this

big payment every month. You're making until that property sells. And what the

partner, they're saying, "Well, I'm not getting that monthly interest payment."

But when you do sell, if I believe in the project, I'm going to participate in the

profits. And a lot of my deals Jerry, I'll partner up 50/50. They'll bring in the

money, I'll do all the work. And my team will step in and you know, they get to

play enjoy a relatively passive role. And you know, in many situations if I did

hard money, I could probably make a lot more money. But you know what? I also find

that when I take care of my partners and I take care of people, they keep coming

back and over the decades, we're going to be funding lots and lots and lots and lots

and lots of real estate. -And that's really important. I mean, I've got some

investors that I've done equity with like you're talking. Partner with on

deals. And I look back now in over the years. I mean, they've made hundreds of

thousands of dollars participating in my deals with me. And it's great because

they trust me, I get a good deal, I know I can go to them, I know they're good for

the money, we can close quickly. I mean, there's a

lot of benefits to building these partnerships. -Yeah. And what I want to do

is I want to share with you two different ways that you can find these

partners. I want to talk first of all about the people you know and then

second about the people you don't know. And I'm going to give you two very

different extremes on the spectrum. You know Jerry, when I actually went out and

did my first deal, I remember my father-in-law that I looked up to.

Because my wife came from, they were a... They were there were a nice middle-class

family. He was a business owner. They had done, "Okay, we're not rich or anything." But

I as a young punk kid, I wanted my father-in-law's respected. Remember when

I and when I bought my first house... I mean who doesn't, right? When I when I bought

my first house, I remember my father-in-law was really confused and

concerned. He's like, yeah "You not even half in a college. You don't even... You

just announce it you're not going to be a doctor because you're too dumb to be one

because you can't figure out this chemistry stuff and now you want to buy

a house?" Like that sounds premature. When I bought my second house, he thought we

might be getting a divorce. Like, something is wrong. 2 people don't

need two houses. And then when I bought my third house, he kind of wrote me off

as like, "The crazy son-in-law." Like I don't get this. -Must be doing something

illegal. -Or something, you know? But you know, when I came to my fourth deal, uh I

had the deal lined up. It was going to make great money and I would... For the first

time, I couldn't figure out how to get the money to do the deal. My

father-in-law, he called me he had just come back from a trip from, I think those

the Bahamas. It was an anniversary trip with his wife. And he called me up and he

said, "Hey, what's going on?" I'm like, my father not doesn't normally call me just

to you know? -It was a check. You know he said, "Tell me about this real estate thing." And

so, I started telling about him and he said he had a dream that he and I

were doing real estate together. And he wanted to know what I was doing. And so, I

started breaking down my deals and the ROI's, I was getting more sick. They were

really, really good. And I told him about this next deal that I couldn't do because I

didn't have the money and he said, "You know what?

I'll give you the money. It would be 50/50 partners." And you know what? Dude, it was

like I jumped out of my body. I was so freaking excited. -Because 50% of something

is better than zero of nothing. -Yeah. -If you don't do the deal.

-Yeah. -Hundred percent of nothing, right? And so, we ended up doing the deal. And we

both made crazy good money. And then you know, my father-in-law, we've done like 50 deal

since. We've done a lot. And he was the first partner. Now, what was great

about this partner was that it was someone that knew me that said, "I believe

in you. Maybe not even a track record because you hardly have one." And some of

you are watching this thinking, "You know what? I wonder if there's someone I know

that would take a bet on me." That is a first great place to look for

partner. But I also got some of you that are watching you're like, "Dude, -I don't

know anybody. -I don't know anyone's going to take a bet on me or that has money like

I just don't from that." And on the other extreme, I

have people that watch these videos, fall in love with the content, reach out to me

and I partner with them and we do deals together. I mean, total strangers that

become fast friends. And there's a lot of ways that you can find partners. But you

just got to understand first, that you've got to focus on getting a good track

record on anything that you do. Now, in a moment, I'm going to have Jerry show with

you how you can get a great track record by just wholesaling some deals. Because

right now, the only experience you really need for making quick, quick cash in real

estate is you got to know how to find a good deal and then you got to know how

to pawn it off to another investor to get a chunk of change like 10 grand. You

do 2, 3, 4 of those and you load 30, 40 grand up in the bank. And guess

what you can do? You can now showcase that to say, "Look, I'm finding deals

regularly. I'm getting paid for them." How about instead of me pawning them off to

other people. How about you become my partner and now we do these deals and I

make the rest of the money that can be made or in a deal?" Right?

Jerry, I think that's really where we want ahead today is is that partnering,

you know, bringing someone into play and equity role, you're giving up a lot. But

again, a hundred percent of nothing is a whole lot less than 50% of

something. -And you know what Kris? My story is pretty similar when I first got

started. There really wasn't money on the streets. Because I got in when in 2004 or

2005. Market was really... If you guys ...Anybody remembers, that was not a really good time.

Money wasn't available. So, I did the same thing. I partner with people. And I found

that if I can present a deal and I can put everything together. You know, "Here's

the comps, here's a breakdown of all the repairs, here's..." Everything that will... That

I'm... That I'm confident this deal will be successful, all it takes is that one

person that's got some capital. You're promising them half the profit. Talk to

enough people and someone's going to do it. -And that works. I actually have a program.

It's called Partner Profits. We're actually teach people how to go out, how

to find partners, how to market to them on social media. And as they come in,

they're the funding partner that brings the money, you're the doing partner that

manages everything. You come together and you make deals happen. -And you know what?

Don't judge like sometimes... You think they don't have any money. Maybe they

have a lot of money. It's not about appearances at all. -Oh, it can't be well.

And often I find that if you're talking to anyone that has been working for

20, 30 years, they might feel broke but they got money in 401k's,

, paid off homes. And and to them they're not

using that money for day-to-day. They're not supplementing their lifestyle. So,

they don't even feel like they got it in the bank. It's just for retirement. And

it's not making them any money. -I know. It's actually losing them usually at the

rate of inflation. And don't get me started because I get crazy when I

start thinking of how stupid the 401k system is. -Especially when they can

self-direct it put it into a deal and go make a whole lot more money. -Way more money

than than the fiduciaries and the people responsible for giving you financial

options. So friends, this whole thing, um if you want to attract partners, first

of all, just understand that if you want to get into real estate but you don't

got the money, you don't got the credit, someone else does. So, it's OPM. Other

People's Money. OPC, Other People's Credit. And with that,

I'm doing deals all day long. And together, we find match made in heaven. It's

awesome but partners like to take a bet on someone that has more than desire or

motivation. They want to take the bet on someone that has track record. And if you

don't have a track record like you haven't done a deal, that's why I'm

saying, "The only person that might be interested might be a loving family

member." It's like, "Well I might lose money on the deal but I believe in you. -I'm not

playing on getting this back." -You know. So we got to find a way to get a track

record. The fastest way to get a track record is to become a bird dog. And a

bird dog is someone that finds a really good deal and then does a whole sale of

that property to a professional investor that has the money. And they get paid a

fee. That they can be a few thousand bucks, it can be 10,000 bucks.

Heck! Your best deal, you got how much? -65,000. -$65,000 -And you know

what? What's great about bird dogging is it gets you deals done. So, you start to

build that you know, experience. -Yeah. And you guys so... -You can start talking the

talk. -Yeah. -You know your way around real estate and you can say, "Hey, I did these

3 deals. And I got paid you know 5,000 on this and 3,000 on

that." Or if you get trained by someone like Jerry who's an expert, he actually

pays his bird dogs $10,000. You know, so some people treat people

better than others. Jerry is kind of one of the premium guys

out there for how he treats people. So, my suggestion is if you need a partner and

want to get in the game but you don't got money and you don't got credit, then

wholesale a couple of deals. Now to do that you're going to need a couple of

things. One, you're going to need access to find these deals. And yours they're going to

need training or software. Jerry has both of those and they're free. He'll actually

give you software, you can actually go to the link and sign up for it. And there's

some training gives you first. But he'll give you the

software that will actually find the deals in your zip code for those of you

that live in America. If you don't live in America,

you're not international yet, right? -No. -So he's not there yet. -You know what's cool is

you can live somewhere else and do deals in the U.S. -Totally true. -It still works.

-Yeah. So, you're going to need software and then the second thing is you need

someone that is willing to be a partner to you and pay you money when you find a

good deal. If you find a good deal, you could really pawn it off to anybody. But

Gerry is my buddy that gives people $10,000 when they have a legitimate deal

that works for him. So, he'll give you that and then he'll actually be your de

facto partner. -And you know what's cool about it? -Will give you that 10 grand on

every deal. -Here's what's cool about it. You don't have to wait until I flip the

deal later. I pay you right up front for bringing that deal, for finding that deal.

So, you get paid up front because I know... I know if I can keep you excited about

getting these $10,000 checks... -You'll do another one. -You're going to go do another one. -Yeah.

So, if someone actually use your software (And for free) and then they found a good

deal and they upload it in your system and it met your criteria and you said,

"Yep, I'm going to jump on this." How soon after would they actually get paid? -As

soon as we have a closing and we make sure we have clear title and we close, I

write you a check for $10,000. -So as soon as you close, they get the 10 grand and

then it might take you a month or 3 months to fix up or do whatever you got to

do. They don't have to wait? -Don't have to wait for any of that. -They've already

been paid up front. They don't have any liability. -No risk. Dude,

that's awesome. -Pretty cool deal. So friends, partnering is a fantastic way to

get money when you want to flip deals. And Gerry is really the resident expert

on that. That's why I wanted him to be on today's video. So, I recommend that you

click the link in the description below. Go check it out and sign up for the web

training. It's not very long but it will really give you some good in-depth facts

and info on how the system works, how you use the software, how you get paid the 10

grand. And some additional ways that you can also work with Jerry if you're on

the more serious level. Guys, I'm all about working with the serious instead

of the curious. So, if that's you, take action and do it right now.

How To: Clip In to Your Pedals (3-Bolt) - Duration: 2:49.

This product is for you!

But wait!

If you order within the next hour, we'll send you two shoes!

How To: Clip In to Your Pedals (3-Bolt)

When you like to ride fast or want to stay fresh for long days on the road,

you want all of the energy you put into the pedals to go straight into the bike.

A great way to do this is by using clipless pedals.

By clipping in, you're able to maintain power through the whole pedal stroke.

This is a faster and more efficient way to ride.

Today, we're using a 3-bolt system, which is the most common set-up for road bikes.

Pedals for this system are one sided, so you can only clip into the top side of the pedal.

But the pedal is weighted towards the rear, so it will always be in the same position when you're ready to clip in.

When clipping in, it's helpful to practice while your bike is still and stable.

You can set your bike up in a trainer to practice, or even just hold your hand against a wall to keep steady.

To clip in, push the pedal parallel to the ground with your toe

as you hook the front of your cleat into the front of the pedal.

Shift your weight back towards your heel to hook the back of the cleat to the back of the pedal.

You'll hear a click when the pedal is secure.

Simple as that.

When you're ready to roll, most riders will clip in their stronger leg before pedaling

so that they can get enough momentum from the first pedal stroke

to keep themselves stable while clipping in the second foot.

As you push forward and down with your first pedal stroke, your unclipped pedal will rise back and up.

When that pedal is reaching the 12 o'clock position, that's the time to make your move.

Nudge the pedal parallel, hook the front of the cleat, shift your weight, hook the back.

Once you're in with both feet, you're off and rolling.

When you do need to stop, you'll have to get your foot out.

To unclip, twist your heel outward, away from the bike.

This will release the clipping mechanism and free you from the pedal.

You'll find this easiest to do at the top of the pedal stroke, when your foot is at the 12 o'clock position.

And there you have it!

Remember, as you practice clipping in and out, start by keeping your balance on a trainer

or holding steady against a wall until you get used to the feel of your feet clipping in and out of the pedals.

Once you get the hang of that, practice while pedaling along a quiet road before moving onto a busier street.

You'll be clipping in like a pro in no time!

How To Get Your Husband To Pay Attention To You - Duration: 9:15.

So you're wondering how to get your husband to pay attention to you?

Husbands are not that complicated. I think I can help. There could be a lot of

different reasons why this is an issue right now. Not knowing all of the

specifics obviously. Because I don't know what's going on for you in your

relationship. Let's take a look at some things that we might be able to apply

more generally. And what I would suggest is that we start out with a little

experiment. So, let's try this. And I think this is going to work in a lot of

different contexts regardless of what's causing the lack of attention. So, here's

the experiment. I call it 5 for 5. 5 for 5. The second 5 is 5

days. You're going to do this experiment for 5 days. On each of those 5 days,

you will find some way to send these 5 messages.

So 5 messages for 5 days. That's the 5 for 5. If you're doing the

math at the end of the 5 days, you will have sent 25 messages each of the

5, 5 times. You're doing the math, right? Here's how it works.

Message number one. Appreciation. Now, I call it a message because you already

appreciate your husband, right? Send the message of appreciation so you find some

way each day for the next 5 days to send the message of appreciation. Thank

you, I appreciate you. And be specific, okay? This is what powers it up. Because

it's not just, "Oh, I appreciate you." For what?

What do you appreciate? Find something specific that you appreciate about him

and then send that message to him. And it might change on day 2, 3, 4 and

5. But consistently for 5 days in a row, you're sending a message of

appreciation. "Thank you so much for having my tires rotated." Okay?

Appreciation for a specific thing. "Hey honey, I really appreciate

that you made breakfast for me and the kids this morning. That was awesome."

Okay? Whatever it is. So, find it. Now, this is where sometimes we get stuck because

I know some of you are thinking and you might even put it in the comments. My

husband doesn't do any of that stuff. Okay, fine.

Find what he does do that you're actually grateful for and use that not

what you wish he would do. You find what he's already doing. When you mentioned

things that you wish he would do or that he's not doing, how does he feel?

Usually criticized. And he's going to pull back. See? That has the opposite

effect. If you're criticizing or nagging him, it's just going to push him away. When

you show that appreciation? My bet is that he's going to pay a little more

attention to you. He's going to appreciate that as well. So, that's the first of the

5 things. Second message, connection. A message of connection. What does that

look like? You're going to communicate to your husband something that you have in

common. Something that you see similarly. Something that you're on the same page

with, okay? So, it might be a current event, for example. And you hear your husband

comment about something that's going on in current events and you tend to agree.

We'll send that message. I agree. That could be the connection message. Or it

could be, "Oh, you like that? That's something that I really enjoy too?"

Common ground see? Some message. One each day for 5 days of where you connect,

what you have in common, where you're on the same page, got it? Okay? Message number

3 in our 5 for 5 experience is a message of elevation. Elevation. What is

that? You know how an elevator lifts people, right? So, what we're focusing on

here is lifting the mood. Lifting the mood. So, this message is something that

that causes more cheerfulness or positivity. You know how we can kind of

get stuck into negativity sometimes. And people hate this, don't you? Don't you

hate it when you find yourself just always being negative or critical or

upset? Okay, so the positivity piece of this or the elevation message, you smile,

for example, okay? Just a pleasant smile. Humor is one way to share elevation. The

elevation method. So be on the lookout for what's funny. And then you send that

message, "Hey sweetie, you know what? I saw today that just cracked me up." And then

you share that. Or it might be a little video. You know the little ones that you

see passed around here on YouTube or on Facebook or whatever that are just funny.

Share one of those. Elevation bring the mood up, cheerfulness, smiling, positivity.

That's number 3. So, so far we've got appreciation, connection and elevation.

Let's go to number 4. Love. I know this one should be obvious, right? Love. Every

interaction you have with your husband, everything you choose to do in a

communication or the way that you show up is either going to be on the love

side or on the hate side. Pick the word hate because people hate the word hate.

You don't hate your husband. If you do, we got some other things to talk about. But

honestly, if it's not love, what is it? One of my clients said, "Well, what about

indifference?" Oh, yeah. How do you feel if somebody treats you with indifference?

That's what brought us here to this video in the first place.

Love or hate. Those are our 2 choices. So, you want to make sure that you're

your 4 message that you're sending in the 5 for 5 is about love, is

about the the warm tender kind feelings that you have toward him. It's about

compassion and empathy and respect. So, this can be a direct message of love or

it could be an intentional, loving interaction that you have. 5 days in a

row, okay? Where you intentionally do it? Now, I know you're already doing this

anyway. But this is something that you decide to

do and you do it intentionally for each of 5 days. Love. And that brings me to

the last one of these 5 messages that you're going to send for 5 days in a row.

Number 5, acknowledgement. Research is showing us that husband's in general... And

I know there's specific subgroupings that this may or may not fit for. But in

general, husbands want to feel valued like they're important, okay? Like they

get to wear a big old Superman cape and costume, alright? They want to be him. You

can do this by sending the acknowledgement message which is, "My life

is better because you're in it." "My life is better because you're in it." Find some

way to say that to your husband, 5 days in a row. As number 5 on that

list of five things. So, quick recap. We've got appreciation, gratitude, thankfulness.

We've got connection. Where's your common ground? Where do you come together? Where

are you on the same page? We've got elevation at number 3.

Which is lifting the mood and being positive and cheerful.

We've got love. The love message. Encapsulate s' everything else. But

you're sending a message of love instead of hate. And then number 5 is

acknowledgement. "My life is better because you're in it." Tell you what. Do

this little experiment. I'm curious to see how this works out for you. And we

can have a conversation in the comments below if you want to share what's

working and what you're experiencing with this. Try the 5 for 5. Send

each of those 5 messages, 5 days in a row. And let's see if we can get him

paying a little more attention to you. Thank you for being here. While you're

here, would you just take a moment to check out the positive relationships

playlist here on the channel. I think you're going to like that as well.

Here's Why You Should Never Throw Away Your Avocado Pits - Duration: 3:36.

Due to their high fat content, many believe that avocados aren't good for our health.

Despite their high caloric value, avocados are among the best fruits at controlling cholesterol

and minimizing heart risk.

Avocados can also help reduce the effects of stress on your body, improve bowel movements,

vision, and also be beneficial for people suffering from arthritis and diabetes.

In recent years, a part of the avocado that we normally don't pay attention to has gained

popularity: its pit.

Why?

Avocado pits are full of health benefits:

They fight cancer Avocados are full of antioxidants.

However, almost 70% of them are in the pits.

One such antioxidant is flavonol, which prevents tumors from developing.

Some studies have also shown that the extract of this seed was great at fighting certain

cancers, such as leukemia.

They improve our immune system Some compounds found in avocado pits have

anti-inflammatory properties and are able to reduce joint pain, swelling and stiffness.

Flavonol can also increases the body's resistance against colds and the flu.

They treat digestive problems One of the most common medicinal uses of avocado

pits is in the treatment of digestive problems such as constipation, diarrhea and stomach

ulcers.

The pits are also rich in soluble fiber, which improves intestinal transiting, and can help

reduce blood sugar levels, which is especially beneficial for diabetics and people who want

to lose weight.

They prevent heart problems Soluble fibers are great for our heart because

they decrease our body's fat absorption, thus reducing excessive levels of cholesterol

and triglycerides in the blood.

This fiber is difficult to obtain from our normal diet, but the good news is that avocado

pits have good amounts of this type of fiber, as well as other healthy fats.

They help with premature aging Many of the components found in avocados are

beneficial to our body, and can reduce pain and discomfort in our joints and bones.

The anti-inflammatory action of the avocado pit also helps to cure joint diseases and

arthritis.

Studies have shown that the oil of the avocado core helps increase collagen in our skin,

which benefits the hair and reduces wrinkles.

Now that you know this, you must be wondering how to consume the pit.

It is recommended that you make a powder out of the pit.

The next time you eat an avocado, instead of throwing the pit out, wash it well and

let it dry.

Then, cook it at 250° C until the outer shell of the pit cracks (it should take about 2

hours).

Then remove the outer shell and cut the inside into cubes.

Blend the cubes until they form a fine powder.

You can use this powder in juices, smoothies, and other dishes.

It is important to remember that many pits and seeds can be toxic if ingested in large

quantities.

In this case, there are very few studies that analyze their health risks.

For this reason, many experts recommend that you consume a small quantity for a short time

or even avoid consumption until all the complications are known.

I just to run, what exhausting sport !

Suddenly, I perceive dust who swirl,

as soon as I rest me. I am impressed by this nature, than we don't take the time to often watch.

I imagine future, I imagine destiny.

The wind whips this sand who fly,

this sand who at once, become a dove.

And if this dust reflected a soul with this wind ?

And if this one wanted pass a message to us ?

What could happen to us ? Than all will be fine, than I don't have to worry ?

Or, than I must to do most warning ?

I don't know, I don't knew. Where must I guide me ?

This mini-storm makes me cold in the back.

How to Draw an Underwater Shipwreck With Pastels - Narrated - Duration: 4:27.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will draw a shipwreck [laughter]

a ship underwater.

We begin by sketching a tilted curving line for the front

a perpendicular long line for the mast, and let's draw in a little bit more detail

the front or the bow…

… and then the keel which is at the very bottom.

mmm-- I'm actually going to erase this part because is a little bit short and I want

the ship to be seen slightly from the right so it should be just a little bigger.

Like so…

I am drawing with a charcoal pencil on light blue cardboard paper.

I chose this color to give the feel of the sea.

And we begin shading

first with a light tone

and the light source will be on the top-left so everything on the right, especially

lower-right will be the darkest.

The shadow…

and we can smudge by lightly passing

a soft brush.

Since it is under water I want a blurry look

and I darken further this area.

Now with a soft white pastel

let's draw the Sun.

On this channel I try to give you a variety of techniques and effects, and that is why

I thought of drawing a ship underwater.

We are doing this with pastels and with charcoal

in a very simple and easy way.

With a light blue pastel we do the rays going into the water and we can mix them in with some white

as well.

Then with our soft brush we smudge them to soften them.

And as needed we can reestablish and reinforce our original light

like so.

Lightly we draw the sea bed and smudge it.

The list of materials that I am using, is in the information below the video.

We draw more of the cast shadow and we smudge it, and then we smudge the rest

of the ship as well.

Now I think we should extend some of these rays of light, and make them reach the other side.

Like so.

And we soften them with the brush

yeah, that's better.

Although I think we should add a little bit more.

Very good!

¡Excelente!

I love drawing with pastels or with most anything for that matter [laughter].

Let's give some light to the bottom of the ocean,

and what about if we have some of these rays of light passing in front of the ship.

Alright!

I think the only thing that we are missing now, is some fish

we do this with the charcoal pencil again, the reason being, aside from the fact

that I want them black, is that the pencil you can sharpen it using sand paper

to a finer tip and therefore make smaller detail.

Since the light is hitting the ship on this side, we should give it some highlights.

With the light blue pastel

and we smudge them a little.

Very good! and I extend the shadow just a little bit.

Let me know what other techniques would you like to see here.

We give it the last touches and its ready!

If you enjoyed it please give it a LIKE! share it to your friends

and subscribe to Fine Art-Tips.

And I will see you on Tuesday ;)

NPTCBC Leader introduces annual report - Arweinydd CBSCNPT yn cyflwyno'r adroddiad blynyddol - Duration: 2:37.

Last September the Council published its corporate plan

called 'Shaping NPT'

The plan had three well-being objectives.

These we will use to shape the lives

of people in Neath Port Talbot

and Pontardawe.

The plan also sets out priorities

which we hope to achieve going forward.

For example making sure that all people

that leave full-time education,

move into training, employment or further education;

helping people with housing benefit or that they can access affordable housing;

and developing tourism in the Neath Port Talbot area.

Every year we will produce an annual report.

This will give the community an opportunity to scrutinise

and look at how we are achieving our plan.

It will be benchmarked and show

what progress we are making.

The most recent published report

covers from October last year to March this year

and during that period

it shows that we are well on track

for improving the well-being of our citizens in the county borough.

The report clearly indicates

that in three-quarters of the area in which it monitors

we are achieving our targets

and in the remaining quarter we are almost there.

To give you an example of our achievements,

we have increased apprenticeships and workplace employment within the authority

from 48 places last year to 86 places this year.

Our welfare rights team have helped 1663 people

with claims for their benefits

which has actually secured £8.3 million

given to those that need these benefits.

We've also delivered 16 expansion schemes

and seven inward investment schemes to local businesses

that have either secured or safeguarded over 200 jobs.

Nevertheless, austerity and budget cuts

still impact on the services we deliver

but we will continue to do our best

to make sure that our frontline services continue to the high standard

that we've already achieved.

You can get involved in these processes.

If you go to the council website

you will see links there to make sure that

you can in fact monitor and feed back to the Corporate Plan.

Rihanna Vogue September Issue Halloween Costume - Duration: 4:40.

Every year I try to do one Rihanna inspired costume.

Last year I was a fenty highlighter, but this year I'm going as RihRih herself, and redid

her September Issue Vogue Cover.

It's actually pretty simple to recreate, except the part where I had to somehow conceal

my bushy eyebrows.

And if you know what's up, you have to check out the rest of my Halloween playlist, it's

chock full of Halloween DIYs

For Rih's flower crown, there were a lot of pinks, reds, and purples, with a couple

of standout flowers like orchids, and a dangly red one with purple bulbs.

I did my best to source similar looking ones, including stealing a couple from a wedding centrepiece.

I didn't know if I wanted the crown permanently, so I wound up the stems around a hairband,

using spots of hot glue here and there, but really kept to a minimum.

The key to recreating this is to have a dangly red flower on the right side, attached with

rubber bands that were easily hidden, and I trimmed purple bulbs and stuck them in.

Then as a finishing piece, I massacred a fake orchid plant for the final look.

Before makeup, get a mesh top, and start by tying off your hair.

Then, get out your glue stick.

Okay I've never put glue stick on my face before.

Just like all the drag queens do it. Amazingly.

And flawlessly.

I don't like this feeling.

Is that how long my eyebrow hairs are?

Oh no. I didn't get enough glue.

Did my best.

Alright, set those disastrous eyebrows, and start by dotting a pale lavender in your inner corners

and what used to be your brow bone.

Then taking a cool grey shadow, and a fluffy brush, sweep this colour into your eyesocket,

bringing it underneath your eyes as well.

Darken the outer edges with a purplish red, really blending into that cut crease you made.

With a soft peach, place that on the eyelid and blend into the grey.

Then take a hot pink to the corners of your eye, blending from lash line to the grey.

Curl your lashes, and mascara top and bottom lashes.

Ok, now time for the pencil eyebrows.

I found it easier to draw the start and tail end of the eyebrows, then connect the two points

that way you have a better understanding of the angle of the brows, since they are quite

arched on Rihanna.

Because they're so thin, they were quite difficult to keep even.

Again, I did my best.

For lips, I overdrew my cupid's bow, since Rih has a very defined top lip.

I used a lip brush to fill in the edges, using black truffle from BITE.

It's an ombre lip look, so I took a bright red that was a bit too bright, and brought

down with a burgundy in the centre of my lip.

I couldn't find my lip gloss, so instead used a ton of rose balm from Glossier for

the glossy finish.

I had pink tulle already from a previous halloween DIY for the neck tie.

If you think about it, every component of this DIY is so easy to retrieve.

These gloves are kids halloween gloves that is double layered.

To shoot the portrait, I had to refer to the image a few times, but here is the final look!

Very wearable on a daily basis. If I do say so myself.

Don't leave just yet, because here's a little treat.

I mean, it doesn't look bad when you have eyebrows.

I hope you guys enjoyed this high fashion recreation costume.

And even more than your enjoyment, I hope Rihanna sees this one day.

Let me know what you guys are going to be for Halloween this year. You can find me on Instagram @letitiakiu

See you guys next time! Happy Halloween!

[Oral Text n°8] : That dust - Duration: 2:01.

As once, I must return run.

What a seedy sport !

How To Get A Flat Left Wrist At Impact - Duration: 3:31.

Hey, Performance Golfers, you ever wanted a flat left wrist at impact, a little shaft

lean?

My name is Matt Walter.

I'm about to give you that nugget.

So, in today's video, what we're going to accomplish is, we're going to give you a little

something to think about that will allow you to have some better flexion in that lead hand

while it's supinating, (is the fancy term), or turning to the palm up towards impact,

so that way, you can get some better shaft lean, some better compression on the golf

ball.

So, today's drill, it's a simple drill.

It doesn't require much effort.

So, what we're going to do is, you're going to swing to the top with two hands, you're

going to come down towards impact with both, but then let go right around impact and finish

with one, the goal being is, we want that elbow to stay trapped up against your ribs.

We want to stay nice and compact through the finish, and really, through that left hand,

roll over to the finish line.

Most of the time, I see golfers make the mistake where they try and have their hands pushed

down to get shaft lean, and the hands work away from their body, and it flips up, and

they have a high finish, and it's all over the club face, it's all over the planet, and

they can't hit it anywhere.

So, what we're doing is, we're trying to get everything a little bit more compact to the

finish line, so that way, you can have some good delivery positions at the moment of truth

and through the ball.

So, I also have a band that you can place underneath your arm.

So, you could take a towel, head cover, glove, all alike, just to make sure that that arm

doesn't separate out through the impact zone, because we definitely don't want it to do

that either.

That would equal a shank.

So, we'll get that band underneath.

Again, it's up to the top with two hands, letting go around impact, and finishing with

one, feeling that left hand look palm-up.

And I'll explain a good feel for that here in a second.

So, again, let's try it out.

Two hands at the top, one hand at the finish.

Now, the feeling should be that, when you roll that left arm, you should be looking

at your palm like you're reading your cellphone or checking text messages or taking a selfie

from the wrong place because selfies happen up here.

So, we want to make sure that we're looking at our palm when we finish.

Now, once you graduate to the point where you think you don't need your band, you can

set up, still go for that one-hand finish.

Again, you're letting go right around impact, feeling that left hand rotate, palm to the

sky.

Two hands to the top, and you'll see that my elbow stays nice and trapped to my back

and I'm not losing connection, where I'll be going this way to the finish.

We don't want that.

And this will help us get some better flexion to the impact area.

And if you're struggling with that feel, hold your bicep against your chest with your right

arm and make some half-swings, and go palm down to palm up as you release the golf club,

and get a feel for that.

And that'll help you really get in a better position at impact that'll allow you to compress

the golf ball.

And if you struggle with high fades, this is a great drill for you to do.

I would absolutely recommend it.

And so, if you liked this video, you enjoyed the tip, you think it helped, please like

the video, subscribe to our channel.

Leave a comment below as well, and we'll get back to you with some other responses, and

hopefully, help your game get a little bit better on this golf journey.

Shkodran Mustafi enrages Arsenal fans after pre-season tour admission - Duration: 2:12.

Defender Mustafi has often been criticised for making simple mistakes in defence since arriving at Arsenal in August 2016

But the centre-half has become a regular in Unai Emery's starting XI in the wake of Laurent Koscielny's Achilles injury last season

Mustafi has looked impressive in recent games, bagging a goal and keeping two clean sheets, but fans may have found the reason why the Germany international can sometimes be inconsistent

During a interview with team-mate Mesut Ozil, Mustafi admitted he became hooked on a Netflix show during Arsenal's trip to Australia

"I was in pre-season in Australia when I discovered Prison Break," he admitted. "When I was awake everyone was sleeping – so I had no one to chat to

"So all I was doing all afternoon and evening was watching Prison Break. "Until three in the morning [I would watch it], then I had to get up early to go to training

"I would say 'I'm going to go to bed early tonight', but again I would stay up until three

" But Mustafi's admission to binge-watching TV shows didn't go down too well with fans

"If Mustafi can spend time watching Prison Break then he can spend time watching video analysis from Emery as well," one fan wrote

Another said: "Maybe if he had a good night sleep he wouldn't have so many lapses in concentration lmao

" "Good to get to the bottom of Mustafi's problems," a third fan claimed.

Create Cool Licks with Pickslanting Combos - FREE Download - Duration: 5:03.

Hey what's new and exciting it's Kevin O'Shaughnessy here and in this video I'm

gonna show you how you can combine downward pickslanting licks with upward

pickslanting licks to come up with some really cool patterns of your own if

you're new to the channel welcome feel free to have a look around I post videos

on guitar technique music production and songwriting so if that sounds at all

appealing to you and it all interesting please consider subscribing and remember

to hit the notifications bell so you kept up to date when I post new content

if you're unfamiliar with terms downward pickslanting upward

pickslanting no worries I've got some links in the description below to other

videos that I've posted on this topic there'll also be a couple of buttons

floating above my head that you can click on too if you happen to be

watching this on your computer basically what we are talking about is how we

orient our hand to get the best mechanical advantage we can so that we

can do some alternate picking crossing the strings as quickly and efficiently

and as comfortably as possible so the long and short of it is a downward

pickslanting part or the fat part of the pick facing away from the guitar kind of

angling towards the floor an upward pick slant rotates the hand in the opposite

direction and the fat part of the pick sort of points on a diagonal up towards

the ceiling the downward pickslanting after every upstroke the upward pick

slant allows you to clear the strings after every down stroke we can create

licks that are exclusively based in one picking orientation or another and we

can combine them and that's what I want to talk about today this first lick is a

simple a minor pentatonic lick I'll play it first and then I'll dig into it

the lick starts off with downward pickslanting which as I said allows the

pick to be free from the strings after every upstroke since we're using a

pentatonic scale there's only two notes on a string that makes the down-up

nature of the downward pickslanting ideal choice for the first part of the

lick the second part of the lick however when I get to the high E string only has

three notes on a string so in order to descend the lick I have to change the

picking orientation so that I clear after every down stroke check it out

again so here's the downward pickslanting here comes the change

so you can see that by reorienting my hand to an upward pick slant the odd

number of notes on the high e string isn't a problem and I can still pick all

of the notes when I descend in the lick now let's look at a triplet pattern this

one's going to be an a major and I'm going to combine the downward

pickslanting lick of putting six notes on a string with the upward pickslanting

lick of putting three notes on the first string and six notes on the subsequent

strings looks like this

so again the lick starts with downward pickslanting because I'm putting six

notes on a string going up

now I repeat the top note but I only play three notes on the first string and

I change the picking orientation to compensate

the last leg I'm gonna demonstrate is an E minor and it too is going to use a

couple of patterns that I've demonstrated in previous videos so the

downward pickslanting part of the lick is made up of six notes six notes and

four notes then I use a couple of notes just to get up onto the high E string

now I change the picking orientation I play three notes on a high E string

five notes on the B string and then the pattern starts all over again

ending in the D at the 12th fret I hope you found that useful if you did please

remember to subscribe and hit the notifications bell in the description

below you'll find links to previous videos where I go into more detail about

these concepts and you'll also find a link to the PDF download of all of the

licks that I demonstrated in this lesson if you've got any questions or run into

problems hit me up in the comments below in the meantime I'm Kevin o Shaughnessy
