In 1989, the former nazi and war criminal Werner Reinhardt was released from prison
by fellow HYDRA member Alexander Peirce who had infiltrated SHIELD and the American Government.
Reinhardt then travelled to Austria where he found the inhuman Jiaying, who had been
kidnapped from the Hunan province of China, and recognized her as the woman who survived
an experiment with a diviner before his incarceration, seeing that she had not visibly aged in all
that time.
Deciding to investigate, Reinhardt conducted medical experiments on her, using his findings
to reverse his own aging.
Werner then legally changed his name to Daniel Whitehall and adopted an American accent.
Although Jianying's body was destroyed during the experiments, her remains were recovered
by her husband Dr Calvin Johnson, who'd been searching for her since she was first
taken.
Using his medical knowledge he put her body back together and with the help of Jiaying's
own natural healing abilities, revived his beloved wife.
In addition, Calvin Johnson created a formula which made him physically stronger and better
able to protect his family, though it had dangerous side effects, which made him increasingly
volatile and mentally unstable.
Reunited, the two then returned to China, only to discover their daughter Daisy, who
had been staying with trusted friends, was kidnapped by SHIELD agents.
The distraught parents then left a bloody trail behind them as they searched for their
daughter, using the life energy of those killed to further heal Jiaying.
Designated as an 0-8-4, an object of unknown origin, the SHIELD agents who thought they
were rescuing the child Daisy, feared for her safety, believing violent people were
searching for her, and so sent her to an Orphanage under the name Mary Sue Poots, though she
later chose the nickname Skye.
Although Calvin Johnson tried desperately to find her, he ultimately failed and as a
result his wife left him, and so he dedicated the rest of his life to finding his daughter.
Having been sent on a war dogs mission to California, N'Jobu, brother of King T'Chaka
of Wakanda, became radicalized in his belief that their advanced technology should be used
to help the rest of Africa and those of African descent, who had been exploited and subjugated
throughout history.
In an attempt to further this goal, N'jobu revealed secret information about his homeland
to Ulysses Klaue, an international arms dealer who was then able locate Wakanda and steal
a quarter ton of vibranium before setting off an explosive and becoming the first person
in the nation's history to evade capture.
Also in this year, Hank Pym resigned from SHIELD, after they ignored his objections
and attempted to duplicate pym particle technology.
In 1990, Agent John Garret suffered life threatening injuries during a mission in Sarajevo, but
was left to save himself, as SHIELD was unable to send an extraction team.
Feeling betrayed, John Garret joined Hydra and became the first test subject of Project
Deathlok, in which Cybertek industries gave him biomechanical prosthetics to save his
life.
In this same year, Nasa launched the hubble space telescope, capturing images of the nine
realms.
In 1991, Hydra sent the Winter Soldier to assassinate Howard Stark and his wife Maria.
Howard Stark's right hand man Obadiah Stane then became interim CEO of Stark industries,
until Tony Stark came of age to become the youngest ever CEO of a Fortune 500 company
and a media celebrity.
In 1992, after a thorough investigation of the Attack on Wakanda by Ulysses Klau, King
T'chaka discovered that his younger brother N'jobu had betrayed them and assisted in
the crime.
Using an undercover agent named Zuri as a spy, T'challa confirmed his suspicions and
travelled to California where his brother defended himself by saying he was trying to
help the oppressed Africans of the world.
But T'challa did not accept his excuse and was forced to kill his brother, when he pulled
out a gun to kill Zuri.
When it was done, the Wakandans departed aboard a stealth ship, leaving N'jobu's body
to be discovered by his young son Erik Stevens, who dedicated the rest of his life to avenging
his father.
In 1993, Ivan Vanko, son of Anton Vanko, was imprisoned for 15 after selling weapons grade
plutonium to Pakistan.
In 1994, a boy named Matt Murdock saved the life of an old man when a truck with Hazardous
chemicals flipped over.
Unfortunately, these chemical then splashed into the boy's eyes causing permanent blindness.
The following year his father Jack Murdock was hired by the gangster Roscoe Sweeney to
purposely lose a boxing match against Carl "Crusher" Creel.
However Jack ultimately decided not to take a dive, and defeated his opponent so his son
might think of him as a winner.
Knowing this decision was dangerous, he placed a large bet on himself before the match, and
arranged for the winnings to be transferred into his son's name, so he would be taken
care of no matter what happened.
And just as he feared, Jack was then murdered for his actions.
With his father dead and mother unable to care for him, Matt Murdock was sent to an
Orphanage, where he was found by Stick, a blind martial arts master and member of the
Chaste, an organization dedicated to defeating the ancient ninja clan known as the Hand.
Stick then trained Matt Murdock to use his inability to see to heighten his other senses,
so he could become a powerful fighter with unique skills and abilities.
However, when he noticed that the boy was becoming attached to him, Stick chose to abandon
his student, informing him he could no longer be his instructor.
Far from the planet earth, Stakar Ogord of the Ravagers, admonished Yondu Undonta, after
discovering that he broke their rules and trafficked children.
Although Yondu and his crew continued to consider themselves Ravagers, they were branded as
traitors and became an exiled faction.
Back in the United States of America, a young Bruce Banner met and started dating Betty
Ross while students at Harvard University.
Growing up in Massachusetts, Grant Ward was psychologically and physically abused by his
older brother Christian, greatly influencing his upbringing and partly leading him to become
a petty criminal.
In New York, a young woman named Cassandra was kidnapped, gang raped and murdered by
a criminal named Mike Jones his companions, an event which greatly affected her cousin
Misty Knight, motivating her to become a police officer.
Across the Atlantic, Natasha Romanoff was trained by the KGB to become an elite Russian
Spy, thriving under the strict environment and conditions to eventually earn the codename
Black Widow.
Far off in space, the being Thanos was becoming one of the most powerful warlords in the universe,
with the the Chitauri and Outriders serving as his army, while his adopted children formed
the Black Order, trained as elite warriors and assassins.
Yet Thanos was not motivated by a lust for power or riches, instead resolved to help
the people of the universe in his own way, inspired by the fate of his home planet Titan,
a once beautiful world that became overpopulated resulting in a great cataclysm which destroyed
them.
Although it was too late for his homeworld, Thanos resolved to prevent such a calamity
from destroying another planet and became convinced that the only solution was to eliminate
half the population of the universe.
And so with his ever growing might, Thanos started to visit various planets which suffered
from overpopulation and limited resources, forcibly enacting his plans.
Though he gained a reputation as a brutal killer and merciless tyrant, Thanos claimed
that it was because of his efforts that these planets went on to flourish, with those that
survived now able to live long and happy lives.
One of these planets was known as Zehoberei, where he met a young girl named Gamora, adopting
her as a daughter, and training her to join the Black Order.

False Facts About Venom You Thought Were True - Duration: 6:41.
To say Venom is popular is putting it mildly.
After debuting as a new costume for Spider-Man, the symbiotic alien we'd come to know as Venom
quickly became one of the most beloved members of Spider-Man's extensive gallery of foes.
But here are some things you might have gotten wrong about Venom.
Eddie Brock: the one and only?
Venom made his - or maybe their?
- debut in 1988.
The villain was the synthesis of two characters brought together to form the ultimate Spider-Man
villain.
One half was the alien symbiote that had formerly served as the web-slinger's costume before
Peter Parker realized that his new pants had a mind of their own.
The other was disgraced journalist Eddie Brock, who also nurtured an intense hatred for Spider-Man.
In the years since, Brock has been synonymous with Venom, but if you've been under the impression
that he was the only villain to use that name, you're very mistaken.
While Brock was the original and current Venom, he's far from the only one.
In 2004, when he found religion after seeing The Passion of the Christ - no, really - Brock
auctioned off the symbiote costume to a new host.
It was originally purchased for $100 million by Angelo Fortunato, the teenage son of a
mob boss who wanted to impress his father and become famous enough that girls would
write fan-fiction about him.
Unfortunately for Angelo, his tenure as Venom only lasted a single issue, but the symbiote
stuck around.
Next it bonded to Mac Gargan, the Spider-Foe previously known as the Scorpion, who even
used it to become the fake Spider-Man on Norman Osborn's team of Dark Avengers.
After that, it was confiscated by the government and given to Peter Parker's former high school
bully and decorated war hero, Flash Thompson.
With it, he became a one-man commando unit called Agent Venom.
Eventually, though, it made its way back to Brock permanently… well, for now.
First things first?
Eddie Brock was the original Venom, but before he bonded with the alien symbiote, its first
victim-host was Spider-Man.
He was absolutely, totally the first Marvel Superhero to bond with the black costume,
right?
Well, yes and no.
If you're talking about our real-world timeline, then yes, that's exactly right.
If you want to dive into the actual canon of the Marvel Universe, though, things are
a little more complicated.
It turns out that the first hero to wear the alien costume was…
Deadpool?
It's pretty weird considering that Deadpool made his first comic book appearance a few
years after the costume debuted, but in 2015's Deadpool's Secret Secret Wars, it was "revealed"
that the he actually tagged along with the rest of the heroes to the Beyonder's live-action
toybox.
During the conflict, he was the first one to try on the Symbiote thinking it was a new
set of clothes, but removed it after realizing it was alive and he couldn't subject it to
the pain of bonding with his own twisted thoughts.
Secret Origins
Speaking of Secret Wars, it's obvious that the black costume that would become Venom
was created just for the event.
After all, every Marvel comic saw huge changes for the characters that had gone off to Battleworld,
and for Spider-Man, it was a new costume that was clearly created for the crossover story...except
that it wasn't.
Instead, the origins of the black costume come two years before Secret Wars, when a
fan named Randy Schueller wrote Marvel with an idea for a story where Spider-Man would
get a new black costume.
In his idea, the new costume would be a high-tech update created by Mr. Fantastic.
Jim Shooter, editor in chief of Marvel, liked the idea enough to pay Schueller $220 for
it, but the proposed story never happened.
Instead, Marvel kept Schueller's idea on the back burner until they found a place to use
it.
The only difference is that the suit had originally been pitched as being black with a red logo.
And early designs released to promote the crossover, show that the suit was originally
intended to have Schueller's suggested color scheme before it was changed to black and
white for the final version.
A love/hate relationship
One thing that can't be disputed about the Venom symbiote is that it has a deep and all-consuming
hatred for Spider-Man.
What other emotion could lead it to battle him so many times over the years?
Could it be… love?
Let's just say it's complicated.
Rather than just wanting to keep feeding on him as a host, the symbiote seemed to have
a sort of affection for Spidey, and even risked its own "life" to rescue Peter after he rejected
the alien costume.
It's made even more explicit in Amazing Spider-Man #317.
In a battle that went way past subtext, Peter was able to defeat Venom by, no joke, stripping
down to his underwear on the beach and offering up his body to the alien costume while shouting
things like "You want me?
Then take me - I'm yours!"
It worked, too: Rather than sticking with its rebound, the symbiote fell for Spidey's
sym-booty call and knocked itself out trying to sever its connection to its current host.
Who knew Venom was a villain who could be defeated by a "u up?" text?
Best frenemies
Whether motivated by love or hate, Venom is decidedly an enemy for Spider-Man… except
when he's not.
While he was originally introduced as an antagonist for the web-slinger, his overwhelming popularity
with fans led to a slightly different path.
Aside from his original handful of appearances, the majority of Venom's most prominent moments
involved him as a good guy… more or less.
One of the biggest Spider-Man stories of the '90s, Maximum Carnage, saw Spider-Man and
Venom teaming up to stop a bunch of villains led by a genocidal maniac bonded with a second
symbiote named Carnage.
Even more recently, the two characters teamed up again, and this time, it was far from an
uneasy alliance.
Instead, when Norman Osborn bonded with the Carnage symbiote to become the Red Goblin
- and threatened to murder Spider-Man's entire supporting cast - Eddie Brock even went as
far as "loaning" the symbiote costume to Peter Parker in order to give him the edge he needed
to win the fight.
That's a level of trust between them that goes well beyond the simple dynamic of arch-enemies.
I wanna eat your brains!
One of the long-running jokes about Venom is that he eats brains, a fact so ridiculous
that … well, actually, this one's completely true.
Venom really does eat brains.
It's just probably not for the reason you think.
In 1996's Venom: The Hunger, Eddie Brock found that the regular food he was eating
tasted "like sewage" and decided instead to make good on his threat to snack on a few
crooks' brains.
He was understandably horrified once he came to his senses, but the whole brain-eating
thing wasn't just a shocking bit of cannibalism.
Instead, it turned out to be a necessary craving for a chemical that existed inside the human
brain.
Fortunately, Eddie was able to control those cravings when he discovered that the same
chemical existed in chocolate.
Here's the best part, though: That's not just goofy comic book science.
The chemical phenethylamine is a 100 percent real neurotransmitter found in both in the
central nervous system and in chocolate.
It's a good reason to keep a Snickers on hand, just in case you run into any evil alien parasites
out there.
"So many snacks, so little time."

How to pronounce GIRL & WORLD - Duration: 13:03.
Well hey there I'm Emma from mmmEnglish!
Today we're going to go through the pronunciation of
these tricky words.
Do you find any of them difficult?
But before we do that, I want to tell you about
the community tab right here inside Youtube.
Now if you're a subscriber, you probably already know
about this. You've probably already seen
some of my posts, some of my pictures.
It's a cool way that we can hang out a little bit more.
Now I have to admit that I find social media
a little overwhelming. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
Snapchat, everywhere.
So I was really, really glad when YouTube
created a space where we can hang out together
and I can share pictures
and I can ask you for recommendations and
show you some behind the scenes sort of stuff.
So to be honest,
I would much rather be here chatting with you guys.
This is where I spend all of my time
and this is where I want to hang out with you.
In fact, this lesson today
came from my YouTube community.
I asked you what were some difficult words
to pronounce and Puji suggested:
'girl', 'world' and other words that have RL in them.
So thanks for the recommendation Puji!
Okay back to the lesson!
What do all of these words have in common?
The R and the L at the end and also the vowel sound.
Yes, all of these words have different vowel letters
but we know that that doesn't mean much
in English, right?
These vowel letters are all pronounced in
exactly the same way,
with the /ɜː/ vowel sound.
So this is where your eyes start playing tricks
on you in English.
You see different vowel letters
and so you try to pronounce them differently.
Don't! This sound is the same for all of them.
To make this sound, your tongue is flat in your mouth.
The front of it, the front of your tongue should be behind
your bottom teeth like this.
If the sound still doesn't sound right, try pushing
your lower jaw out a little further
to lengthen your tongue.
Next we need to tackle the RL consonant cluster.
A consonant cluster is when two or more consonants
are together in a word and they can be
difficult to pronounce.
Often consonants are much easier
when there is a vowel sound between them, right?
But this cluster is actually pronounced differently
by different native English speakers.
So this could be part of the reason why this word
is difficult for you.
You keep hearing it being pronounced in different ways
and now you're a bit confused!
When listening to standard American pronunciation,
you'll hear both of these consonant sounds.
While when you're listening to standard British
or Australian pronunciation, you won't hear that /r/
consonant sound.
I'm going to ask my brother-in-law Alan
to help me to demonstrate this.
You remember him from this video, right?
He's American.
Hey Alan, can you say 'girl' for me?
Girl.
Great! Now use it in a sentence.
There is a very pretty girl walking down the street.
Perfect! Thanks, that's all I need.
So you just heard Alan really pronounce that /r/ sound.
In fact, the vowel sound is hardly there at all!
Girl.
Now this is not how I pronounce it at all.
In British English and Australian English,
this R is silent
and it's the vowel sound that is much clearer.
Girl.
So I'll be teaching in this lesson with my accent.
I won't be doing any rubbish American impersonations
but if you're really keen to learn to pronounce this word
in an American accent,
I've added a few extra links in the description
to American English pronunciation lessons
that I recommend you try.
Okay, so let's get started!
Girl.
So starting with the consonant sound.
Now this sound is made right at the back of the mouth.
By blocking the throat with the back of the tongue.
So moving into the vowel sound.
Notice that my tongue doesn't move, it doesn't
change position to the consonant sound.
It just stays with the vowel sound.
Nice! Now we need to move to the /l/ sound
and we do that by lifting the tip of the tongue up
so that it's behind the top teeth.
The girl is waiting by the door.
Is that your girlfriend?
Curl.
The /k/ consonant is the unvoiced
pair of the /g/ sound.
So actually, your tongue, your throat,
everything is in the same position.
It's just that one sound is voiced,
and the other is unvoiced and it's made with air.
See that my tongue is staying in exactly
the same position. It doesn't change.
Now moving to the /l/ sound,
we need to lift the tip of the tongue
so that it's touching behind the top teeth.
She helps her grandmother to curl her hair.
Let's try another.
Pearl.
and add the vowel.
Move to the /l/ sound by lifting the tongue
up to the top of her mouth, behind your teeth.
She had a beautiful pair of pearl earrings.
World.
This one's a little trickier.
Starting with the consonant sound, watch my lips.
See how they come together in a tight circle
and it's a voiced sound made with your vocal cords.
Now add the vowel sound.
It's exactly the same as this word here, 'were'.
Now do exactly as we did before,
flip your tongue up to the top of your mouth,
behind your teeth.
Now you're saying 'whirl'
and this means to spin around and around and around,
really quickly, 'whirl'.
So we need to finish with the
/d/ consonant sound, right?
At the end of 'whirl', my tongue is up behind my teeth.
Whirl.
And the rest of my tongue, the sides of my tongue,
it's not touching anything.
For the /d/ sound, you'll need to close the gap
with the edges of your tongue
here at the top of your mouth. Try to catch the sound
and then release it.
Your teeth will naturally come up closer together
as you try to do this.
So try to exaggerate the movement
that's happening in your jaw.
Your jaw is extending down and out to make the sound.
Remember if that sound is - if your jaw is too close
to your neck, you'll make a different sound.
So that movement and that length in your jaw
is going to help you to make the correct sound.
The whole world is watching.
It's the most beautiful place in the world.
Should we keep going with some more examples?
Why not?
Hurl.
So you might be thinking what on earth is 'hurl'?
It's actually a really useful word.
It means to throw something
and usually with a lot of force,
usually in an angry or a violent way.
He hurled the lamp across the room.
A really strong violent way.
Add the vowel.
Okay so that's this word, 'her'.
Then you need to add the /l/
so the tip of the tongue comes up
and you'll often hear 'hurl' used in these collocations.
'to hurl abuse' or 'to hurl insults'
So this means to throw insults or abuse at someone,
to yell at them really loudly.
To hurl abuse at someone.
He hurled abuse at the waiter
as he was dragged out of the restaurant.
Ready to try a more complex sentence?
Let's try and put a few of these words together.
The world watched as the girl with the curly hair
hurled pills across the room.
The world watched as the girl with the curly hair
hurled pills across the room.
Can you think of any other words with this combination
of letters in them? Try to write a sentence with
these words in the comments
to help everyone else to practise here.
Write it in the comments.
So depending on your native language you will find
one way of pronouncing these words a little easier
than the other.
Perhaps the American 'girl' is easier for you
or maybe the British pronunciation 'girl'.
Whatever! It really doesn't matter.
My advice is to experiment with both pronunciations
and then just do what feels easiest
and most comfortable for you.
Both pronunciations are acceptable
and the most important thing is that you are understood
and that you feel comfortable making these sounds.
So do whatever helps you to feel most comfortable.
So that's it for this pronunciation lesson,
if you want to keep practising your pronunciation
with me, then check out these lessons right here.
Make sure you hit subscribe
if you haven't subscribed already
and I'll see you in the next lesson. Bye for now!

Using small Fish to Catch BIG FISH! Live-Line Tutorial! - Duration: 7:52.
What's going on guys?
Today I'm going to show you how to catch a small fish
and use that small fish to catch a big fish
It's called live lining.
I'm gonna show you how to do it today
Basically what we're gonna do is we're gonna drop this down
just sit and wait for a fish
So this is the first part this is the first step is to catch the bait
What you're gonna need is a small sinker
light line and a high-low rig
You're gonna need to tie a high low rig with a small hook
This is a perfect setup for a little bait fish
now little bait fish get eaten by big fish
and that's our objective today is to start by catching the small fish
and end up with a big fish
and I'm here with Erin,
my girlfriend, my love
and what are you using? You're using the-- oh using the same setup as I just talked about
so we're just gonna drop it into the water
Sit and wait
[Erin:] Ooh,
I got a bite instantly
[Erin:] Oh my gosh...
[Brendon:] Is it biting it?
[Erin:] Like, instantly,
[Brendon:] There we go. That's a nice one. [Erin:] Ooh!
[Brendon:] What it--? whoa! oh my god bring it up , bring it up [Erin:] Oh... my....gosh
[Erin] Woah!
[Brendon:] Holy crap [Erin laughing]
[Erin] It's on the side. [Brendon:] Holy crap!
Erin, that is a
WoW and let me tell you guys this is not beginner's luck because she does this time and time again
Good job, Erin.
This is too big for bait. But this is this is a really good size eating fish. [Erin] Yeah
I will not eat this because it comes from this water and I don't I don't trust this water
But that is a nice-sized perch. Give me your hand compare it to your hand size
Wow
Nice, Erin. Good job.
This is this is way too big for bait. So it's time to let this guy go
You got one? Oh, it's on [Erin] Ummm....
It's not?
[Erin] Yeah, it is, it is. Ooh... [Brendon:] It's on, it's on. Nice.
Perfect
That's the perfect size right there
Except let's go for some spot I want to catch some spot
That's a good size though, this will be engulfed pretty easily
[Brendon:] Nice, Erin
[Brendon:] Great bait size.
[Brendon:] Bite sized perch
[Brendon:] Time to put these baits to the test
Going to open water, going to some deeper spots right now
Hopefully, that's where some- some rock fish are stacked
Where's my dad...
Wur ma de
You have a live one on?
[Senko Dad:] No, no...
Dead? I'm putting a live
[Senko Dad] There's no spot, I'd rather have--!!
Oh! I got him!
[Brendon:] Nice!!!
You got him, Dad?
Nice. Dad.
what do you think it is?
Rockfish?
[Dad yelling] [Brendon:] is it?
Nice, Dad. On a little piece of cut bait?
[Senko Dad] Yeah
That's a nice one
Nice catch, Dad. [Senko Dad] Thank you
[Erin] So Brendon cut up one of those perch for me
So that...
I can put out some cut bait
I'm going to start with a small piece
just to try it, because I don't....
I've never tried this before...
[Brendon screams] Ahh!! [Erin:] Brendon?
[grunts]
[screams] Aaaahh!!
[Erin] Brendon?
Bite?
You got a bite?
Oh, she's on, she's on one!
That is a huge perch!!
On a cut piece of perch!
[Senko Dad and Erin exclaiming] Ohh! Aww!
[laughing] [Erin] That was big...
That was a nice one, Erin!
That was dinner, you lost it. [Erin] That was disgusting dinner.
[Brendon:] This is another small one
smm---shhhh--Shoot!
It's gone!
[Erin:] You lost it?
[Brendon:] Yeah...
[Erin] Sad....
All right, I'll go for a bigger one then
So hook it right above the shoulder
Just like that
Make sure it's still lively. Yep. It's very lively
[Erin] Very lively...
And then we're gonna cast it out!
~Gently~ cast it out
[Erin] Loft it.
[Brendon:] Loooft it [Erin] Loft it.
[Brendon:] loft it [Erin] i loft it!
And then let it-- give us some line to swim out and what you got to do is watch your line
Watch where this fish is swimming if it's swimming very erratically there might be something chasing it.
Oh, oh, oh, oh!
I'm gonna let it swallow it. I'll let it swallow it.
So when it's when it's running like that, let it swallow it
[Erin] You on?
Yep, I'm on
That's a rock that's a rock look it's moving back and forth on the surface
[Erin] Oh [Brendon] Ooh!
On the whole fish!
It ate the whole fish!
Oh, no, there it is...
I want my fish back...
There we go.
Look at that
small fish to big fish
Cool
this is still a small schoolie.
I want a bigger one
You know a fish is biting it when your line is starting to move out or move in really quickly
What you got to do is do not set the hook right away
Give it a second to actually engulf the fish so that it's in its mouth. A lot of times
It'll hit it and it'll short strike it and the hook is not fully in its mouth
If you set the hook, you'll lose the fish. So what you got to do is have patience and wait for it to swallow it
Control that adrenaline
and keep in mind, you've gotta- You've got to wait a few seconds before you set the hook
All right guys,
see, it's a pretty simple method
but it definitely requires practice to master
So I want you guys--I want to challenge you guys
go out, catch some bait
Hook the whole bait, live line it, see what you catch. It's really fun
This is one of my favorite methods to catch fish is to catch the live bait hook it up. Throw it out
I just think it's gonna be more successful than a lure a lure will definitely work
But don't you think a big fish will prefer a real fish over a lure?
That's just my opinion let me know your opinion down below
anyways guys
I'm out of here.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT & COOK WITH ME! - Duration: 13:34.
hello guys welcome back to my channel today we're gonna be doing another what
I eat in a day today I'm going to show you guys a couple of new recipes I like
to do new ones every single time so that you guys obviously don't get bored today
we're gonna be doing a very very nice steak dinner that's right I'll strip
dinner and then for lunch we're actually gonna be doing a Panera inspired lunch
what I love to get when I go to Panera guys yeah I can't do this like I need
all of my balls here like comment balls my phone then for breakfast we're gonna
be doing a protein shake because I have a very very busy busy day today I am
working with 310 nutrition once again I love love love their vanilla protein
shake I actually have it sometimes at nighttime but today we're going to be
making an ice protein shake at night so it's gonna be really really good for
coffee lovers and I'm also gonna show you guys a starter kit that's really
amazing if you guys just want to kind of try them out they are a plant-based
protein shake company so three times like me they don't like the word diets
there are all about the very realistic lifestyle change their protein powder is
actually really low in calorie per one scoop it is a 90 calories and I have the
package right here this is my favorite vanilla one from them so what there is
they'll actually sugar free so they're only sweetened with natural alternatives
and they also show on the back through their sugar-free dairy-free soy-free a
free nut free and gluten free so this morning we're actually gonna use their
shake as a meal replacement especially when I'm on the go if you guys have
crazy busy lifestyles the easiest thing you can possibly do is get your protein
shaker and just make a protein shake and leave the house for me personally in
between filming sometimes I need something so I'll go downstairs I'll
make a protein shake I'll drink it another thing you guys will notice on
their website is that they're a lot more affordable I have spent over like a
hundred dollars on protein powder before you guys and it wasn't even my favorite
so if you guys want to try out this starter kit my link down below gives you
80% off and it actually want to ends up being $19 so make sure you guys to check
it out it's just a good way to kind of feel them out and to see which flavors
you guys like the best so it's gonna come with your shaker over here and then
the starter kit comes just like this inside of this pouch that means that you
guys will get to try all of their shakes that they have so this one is chocolate
you get mocha strawberry we have vanilla which is my current
from them right now and then it comes with this promo card for $10 that you
guys can use on their website and lastly they have this card over here which is
so super cute they actually teach you a couple of different shakes that you guys
can mix up yourself they sent me three brand new flavors so
the mocha I was so excited to get this one oh my goodness I think it was sold
out at one point on their website but I was so excited I was hoping I would get
to try it then I have a strawberry over here so that one day I can make
strawberry banana I think that's what I'm gonna try it out with and then you
have salted caramel oh my god you guys can make an iced caramel macchiato okay
I'm done I'm so done I have four flavors now you guys this is the original that
they sent me the vanilla where I have my almond milk here you guys I'm gonna use
two scoops I'm not just gonna do one again it is 90 calories per scoop so
this is going to be 180 plus our milk I like to put a cup of milk per scoop of
powder or having 60 calories of milk this in first but also shake up our
shake and now our shake is all done for breakfast I'm actually doing a taste
test right now for those of you who like salted caramel I really think that you
would like this I'm just not a huge caramel fan
yeah that's salted caramel you guys could definitely do like an iced caramel
macchiato the strawberry is actually very very nice it has this more natural
taste you know when you sometimes get protein powders and you read that it's
strawberry and it's such like this like fake strawberry sort of taste this one
tastes like you've put a couple strawberries in the vanilla shake like
that's what it kind of tastes like we are going to make our Mediterranean sort
of sandwich that is inspired by Panera so we're just gonna put a little bit of
black pepper on top of our chicken breast some garlic powder a little bit
of onion powder a little bit of oregano if you're gonna need salt on either side
so we're just gonna finish up both sides and then we're gonna add it into our pan
and a sprayed of my olive oil Pam a little bit inside and we are going to
add these guys inside the bread that we're gonna be using are these PC thins
the multigrain buns this is very very similar to what it
comes on this is what they look like so I'm just gonna keep it into the toaster
here and then we're put it down as soon as everything else
is almost done you get the Greek salad on the side so that is what we're gonna
be making I have just washed up some romaine leaves and we're just cutting it
up inside of this bowl just switch to a bigger bowl because I've decided I want
a bigger Sun a little bit of cucumber of course if you're making a Greek salad
you've got to have some cucumber I love buying these mini cucumber's they're
probably my favorite because you don't have to cut the big slices into halves
or anything they just come out perfectly round just like not a little bit of red
onion we're gonna put this inside of our salad as well I like to go really really
fine and thin so I like to do it like super thin just like this and we're
gonna add it into there of course a tomato what is a Greek salad without
some tomato I like to make them a little bit smaller I don't want them too big
look how colorful is starting to look it's so pretty
some kalamata olives make sure you measure because I believe this one says
for one tablespoon it's 45 calories so it does add some feta cheese I want to
show you guys a trick I showed you a while back make sure you guys also
measure your feta because cheese is extremely high in calories I like to put
it in between two forks like this and kind of just grab the other one and
twist and turn and it'll kind of crumble up for you I'm going to be using my
calorie wise Kraft Greek feta and oregano for a tablespoon it is 30
calories and then on top of that I like to add a little bit of apple cider
vinegar I like that extra vinegary taste inside
there I'm going to pop down my toast I'm gonna make sure it is on low so we're
gonna spread some tzatziki on our sandwich this is the one that I get by
summer fresh this one said extra thick so I was like hell yeah I'm getting that
one so I'm just going to spread them on the bottom here two tablespoons is 35
calories that's what I love about to do heat it is more of a lower calorie
spread just gonna lay some of my romaine lettuce two pieces of cucumber at the
bottom there Jiki on this side our chicken over top there close up this
sandwich Makunga death sandwich looks oh my god it's so good I'm not typically a
sandwich fan but if I have a salad on the side
I can definitely enjoy myself so that is basically what we are having for lunch
you I hope you guys liked this recipe so we
are now gonna serve preparing our dinner and we are doing some mashed potatoes my
veggie mashed potatoes so right now what I'm doing is cutting up some potatoes
into pieces like this and I'm just dropping them inside a lot of people
don't know but potatoes are actually lower in calorie than you might think
what I do is look up on Google and check how many calories per ounce the potato
is and then you can kind of see what you can fit inside of your meal and then
wait on your scale and that's what you add inside of the pot here so that you
know exactly what you're eating so we're just gonna let this come to a boil
because potatoes do take a little bit to cook I always buy yellow potatoes they
do tend to cook faster and they are a little bit more sweeter and taste I've
sprayed a little bit of my olive oil Pam underneath and I'm just kind of cutting
up my broccoli at the bottom you can add so many different veggies inside of here
I like to cut the veggies a little bit small just because you're gonna be
adding this instead of mashed potatoes and I don't like too many chunks
now we're just going to add in our sweet peppers
so our potatoes are done over here you guys can tell because they have are nice
and soft if you poke them with your knife they'll kind of slide off and
we're just keeping them on the side to keep them nice and warm I'm just going
to close it up our veggies are all inside of here I've just added my onion
as you guys can see the last thing we're gonna add is of course a little bit of
garlic I get this chub from taco love love garlic consider mashed potatoes and
that's basically it we're gonna let this kind of cook down just drained out the
water the one thing I like to hit this point is a little bit of tumeric so
we're just going to sprinkle that in I mean anytime I can add a good spice like
this I try to little splash of milk now we're gonna add in all of our veggies
that we've kind of sauteed in a pan here if you don't like to have veggies on its
own and you kind of like to have it with something else this I would definitely
recommend we're just gonna grab our potato masher over here if you guys
notice I kept on the skin as well kind of like the texture that's why it's so
important to get the potatoes as soft as possible because it's gonna make this
part a lot easier for you you're gonna add some salts because you probably
noticed we didn't had salt before it's kind of slowly add it and then stir it
up and see if you need some more we are gonna be making a mushroom gravy to go
over top I love having sauce over my steak dump in our mushrooms over here
right now I have it on medium heat I'm gonna wait for those to saute a little
bit and then we're gonna get the gravy going and we are just going to make sure
that we put a little bit of black pepper and salt on our steak I definitely
wouldn't measure on your scale how many ounces you're eating and look up on
Google how many calories it is per ounce also look at the cut that you are eating
this one is called eye of round and they're just like fast frying steaks but
a little bit of black pepper in each side and some salt and that's literally
all I do to my steak so I just use the clubhouse brown gravy that's what the
package looks like we're gonna put about half of that package and we're also
going to add water inside of there it will thicken over time once you cook it
up I like to add a little bit of my liquid aminos that's the salt that's
going to be inside of here look how good this looks so far so
we're just gonna do this and I'm gonna sprinkle a little bit of black pepper
and then we're gonna let it cook down I like my steak rare so what I'm gonna do
is I'm gonna put it on a little bit high and then I'm gonna wait until this is
all warmed up and I only like it a few minutes on either side so that the
inside is still nice and juicy in red our pan is nice and high and you're
gonna hear a big sizzling noise we're gonna cook this up for a couple of
minutes on either side and I'll show you guys the one it's done look how good
those mushrooms look you guys I'm having mushrooms with my steak it's probably my
absolute favorite things I'm so excited to show you guys this plate the first
thing we are going to grab is our mashed potatoes and we're gonna put it here on
the side just a little bit more I love these veggie mashed potatoes oh my
goodness they're so good all right steak they're on this side and of course you
already know last but not least our gorgeous gorgeous mushroom sauce look
how good that looks you guys and we're just gonna put the mushrooms all over
top we're gonna put some on top of our mashed potatoes as well like I cannot
you guys does this look like a calorie deficit plate to like a calorie deficit
meal no it doesn't but guess what it can be and I just want you guys to always
eat realistic meals and never feel like you guys have to starve yourself or have
to have just a plain of veggies or a plate of salad you guys can still have
these meals you just have to measure your portions and make sure you're
making just smarter decisions like this gravy we didn't add you know a ton of
oil or butter to it we did it the smart way the mashed potatoes we did it a
smart way you know we had to measure our steak and make sure it was the portion
that we can eat it's all about eating realistically and look what a gorgeous
meal you guys can have for dinner I'm so excited and I hope you guys try this
meal out at home this is our last meal of the day and we're just gonna prepare
our last snack of the evening that I'm gonna be drinking at night we're gonna
be making our last snack of the night the portion inside of here is already
measured for you which is so cool it is 90 calories so what we're gonna do is
make our mocha flavor it's not only to I how much milk I want to put just because
this is gonna be a little bit I'm gonna make an iced version of this
drink we're just gonna pour our drink into here I'm gonna add it in some more
ice again you're having something that's Plan B's and more healthier for you
but we have our mocha shade I have not tried this flavor yet from them mmm
it's chocolatey about coffee at the same time if you are craving something sweet
this is definitely something that you can make up really quickly again I love
my iced drinks and I love having like my coffee at night but sometimes you just
want something a little bit refreshing and that's what I kind of feel like
tonight so I can't wait to enjoy this that's my last neck of the night I just
want to say thank you so much the 310 nutrition for sending me all of these
new protein powders definitely in the mocha and I'm still gonna be using my
vanilla those are my absolute favorites if you guys head over to the website you
guys will see how quick and easy it is to use well I kind of suggested starting
off with the starter kit first so that you guys can get a taste test of
everything so again to get 80% off that kit makes you guys use my link down
below you guys will get it for only in $19 that is basically it for my wedding
in a day I hope you guys enjoyed all the recipes I showed you guys today don't
forget to give it a big thumbs up and also don't forget to subscribe and sign
up for notifications if you want to get notified for all my newest videos thank
you guys so much for watching and I will see all of my beautiful babes in my next

Why Uber Failed in Germany - Duration: 4:33.
After Uber introduced its service UberX in 2012 which allows private drivers to drive
for Uber with their private cars the growth of the company skyrocketed within a few years.
Today, Uber is worth more than $60 billion and operates in 60 countries and over 400
cities worldwide One market, however, that Uber for years more
or less unsuccessfully tried to conquer is Germany.
But why exactly did the company have such a hard time here?
INTRO In Germany UberX was first introduced in 5
major cities in late 2013 under the name UberPOP.
These cities were Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Düsseldorf.
As common practise at this time, Uber started their service here too with little regard
for local laws or protocols.
Instead their strategy was: expand first - ask questions later.
There is a reason why when you google "another legal problem" the first article that comes
up is an article about Uber Althought this approach certainly opened up
the German market for them initially it quickly backfired.
Like so much in Germany passanger transportation it stricly regulated by a net of laws and
regulations.
The Personenbeförderungsgesetz or Passenger Transportation Act, for instance, mandates
a special license for drivers transporting people for payment.
This License roughly costs 100-200€ and requires a variety of different certifications
and medical exams.
This includes a valid drivers license, an ID card, a stress test, a reaction Test, a
cognition test and an eyesight test as well as criminal record certificate, a local knowledge
certificate, and a statement of the driver suitability register
Furthermore, companies that provide taxi servies require a taxilicense or at least a livery
vehicle license which both, in turn, require a lot of paperwork.
Another legal problem involved the lack of correct insurance.
As it is the norm in many countries, every driver in Germany has to be insured.
Private insurances however typcially dont cover commercially driven vehicles - which
meant many Uber drivers were essentially driving uninsured when they were working which is
illegal.
Because of all that, only months after the implementation of the service courts and authorities
of the respective cities started to take legal actions against the company.
Roughly 1,5 years later, in Spring 2015, UberPop was banned altogether nationwide.
During the trail Uber argued that their service is legal because they dont own any cars and
only acts as a middleman between passengers and drivers.
The rules for taxiservices should therefore not apply to them.
But this defense wasnt recognized by the court as the company still directly managed the
contractual transportation against payment and wasnt a car sharing service.
The sentence was subsequently confirmed in second instance and after a complaint also
by the european court of justice.
After the Ruling Uber had to withdraw the service in Germany again which meant that
for a while the only remaining service they provided was UberTaxi, which allows you to
call a regular taxi via app.
Since then they have however successfully introduced two new legal versions called UberX
(not to be confused with the UberX from america) and UberGreen, which are essentially livery
services that provide rides, that arent run by private drivers but instead by professional
chauffeur companies with the necessary paperwork.
Today they are operating these services in 3 cities again.
But with a fleet of only around 100-150 cars per city the marketshare is of course comparably
small.
Ubers plan to revolutionize passenger transportation in Germany too has therefore thus far mostly
failed.
One final reason why Uber might continue to have trouble establishing themselves in Germany
is that taxi services here are far less despised as in other countries.
While the prices arnt noteably lower taxis in germany are still comprised mostly of newer
mercedes models.
Althought the number has dropped over the past 2 decades over 50% of taxis are still
mercedes which, in general, makes taxi rides a pretty confortable thing.

Jessi: Hey, Bill! Hey, Webb! What are you up to?
Bill: We're playing a game!
Webb: A jumping game!
Bill: And it's my turn — check it out!
Bill: Yes!
I passed that flag, which means I jumped farther than Webb did last time!
Could you move the flag to where I landed, please?
Jessi: Sure!
Bill: Thank you!
Webb: OK, my turn!
Now all I have to do is jump past the spot where Bill landed.
Jessi: So each time you take a turn, you try to jump just a little bit farther?
Webb: Exactly!
Webb: Oh, phooey.
I couldn't jump far enough!
Jessi: Hmmm…
I bet you could both jump farther than this.
Yes, you too, Webb!
All you need is some science to help you.
I can think of two tricks you can both try right now!
Think about what your body does when you jump.
You bend your knees, then use your muscles to push off the ground as hard as you can, launching yourself into the air.
You're both really good at that!
But if you want to jump farther, the first thing you can do is find a way to move faster.
Think about when you throw a softball — if you throw it hard, so it's zooming through the air when you let go, it'll travel really far!
But if it's moving slowly when it leaves your hand, it'll drop to the ground before it can go very far.
Jumping is like that, too.
So, can you think of a way to give yourself a speed boost when you jump?
Bill: We could make our muscles stronger?
Jessi: That's true!
And practicing jumping is a great way to get super strong.
But that takes time, and there's something else you could do that would help you get faster right now.
Webb: Oh, I know!
We could do a run-up first!
Jessi: Great idea, Webb!
If you're already moving really fast when you jump, you'll go farther than if you just tried to jump from standing still.
So that's one tip you can try!
And I can think of one more: I noticed you're both jumping straight ahead of you, instead of up.
Bill: Well, of course we are, Jessi!
We're trying to jump forward as far as we can, not as high as we can.
Jessi: That's true, Bill — if you want to go far, jumping forward is important.
But it's also important to jump up a little, too, so you're on more of a diagonal.
Think about that softball again.
What happens if you throw it straight ahead of you?
It might go kind of far, but pretty soon it will hit the ground and roll, instead of moving farther through the air.
It keeps rolling because it had lots of speed left, but it was so close to the ground that it landed really quickly!
If you throw the ball forward and up, on a diagonal, it will take much longer to fall
to the ground, and in the meantime, it has a chance to move much farther through the air.
So if you jump on a diagonal, you'll also go farther!
Webb: OK, so to jump farther than that flag, all I have to do is run up, then jump on a diagonal?
Jessi: I bet it will help!
Webb: I'm going to try it!
Webb: I did it!
Bill: Yay!
Jessi: That's fantastic, Webb!
Bill: Can I use these tips, too?
Jessi: Of course!
I bet you'll also be able to jump farther than you could before.
Why don't you both keep taking turns and see how far you can go?
Webb: Yeah!
Thanks for the help, Jessi!
Jessi: You bet!
This is a great game.
You get to run and jump and play, all at the same time!
When you play, you get your blood pumping and your muscles moving.
Your heart beats faster, you breathe harder, and you get stronger!
That's all really important for staying healthy.
And so is getting your yearly checkup at the doctor!
With over six hundred muscles in your body, it's important to make sure they're all
working the way they should.
Your doctor can help you find problems early.
And when it comes to fixing problems in your body, early is always best.

If you don't, you can find the link in the description, and find out what benefits are

Verona - Synthesia Cover - Duration: 3:30.
If you think you've seen it all,
then you better think again.
Don't care how many books you read
or how many lands you seen.
You're still not prepared for this,
don't be misled by pretty girls
or flowered gardens everywhere!
You'll soon see what I mean:
The family called Capulet
will not forgive and can't forget!
And the family called Montague
is as unforgiving too!
This is Verona!
You're in Verona!
Where hatred is a way of life
and you can cut it with a knife.
The hate keeps flowing in their veins.
Hate is more powerful than chains.
The men are scared to turn their backs
it isn't prudent to relax.
Not in Verona!
Lovely Verona!
The population is unique,
nobody turns the other cheek.
When will they get it in their heads?
Their dreams will never leave their beds
until there is some compromise
and peace illuminates the skies
in Verona!
On the surface all is well.
Heaven on Earth, it would appear.
A second look and you see hell,
It's no picnic to live here.
Maybe the wound's too deep and raw.
Archaic wounds take long to heal.
The Montagues and Capulets
seem to thrive on their ordeal.
What tragic price must we pay
for bad blood to be washed away?
It's all too sad to contemplate,
and all because of hate!
In my Verona!
Perfect Verona!
Two households with an ancient grudge
and all the praying can not budge!
An endless battle of two foes,
neither one can find repose
as families swim against the tide
or meet some people who reside
in Verona.
Charming Verona!
This one is called Benvolio
and that's his friend, Mercutio.
These two are always in accord,
but here comes Tybalt with his sword.
In this town I am the law.
It's tough, cause everyone's at war!
Mercuto: He's mad! We are the law here!
Mercutio: We are too wild to be controlled!
Tybalt: I am too brave, I am too bold!
In Verona!
Come to Verona!
The population is unique,
nobody turns the other cheek!
The hate keeps flowing in our veins.
Hate is more powerful than chains.
No wonder danger's in the air
The enemy is everywhere!
In Verona!

'Meghan Markle and Prince Harry' make dream trip to Butlin's in Bognor Regis - Duration: 2:29.
Well he did promise to take Meghan to Butlin's. and it looks like Prince Harry has come up trumps
He spotted the holiday camp during their tour of Sussex, telling his US-born wife: "We'll have to go
" Butlin's bosses quickly responded, saying the couple were "welcome any time" in Bognor Regis
Here, our lookalikes take a royal tour and we guess at what Meg, 37, would make of it
All in the realm of fantasy, of course. Castles in the sky So Hazza says to me: "Look, Meggsy, I've built you a castle and I've called it Sandy-ringham!" What a riot, and they say the Americans don't get irony
TBH, at this point I just hope that footman hasn't run off with our shoes. Head-over-keels As Captain General of the Royal Marines, he's entitled to commandeer this lifeboat to do the Titanic scene
A tiny bit of me wishes it was Leonardo. Happy campers You close one car door by yourself and the next thing you know the chauffeur's gone and you're left pulling your own wheelie case with Shanks's pony
And I bet Shanks never had to walk in nude heels this high. Love train This wasn't what I pictured when his granny told me about the Royal Train
Must get chilly on that journey to Balmoral. Still, I'll send a selfie to dad and give him a laugh
Shame you can't choo-choose your family, right? Warming the cockles of your heart We're dining like kings, apparently, if their majesties all liked fish and chips back in the day
Still, I'm glad the seafood stall is shut. If Mr Mussels even talks about eating a whelk I will totally clam up

Oh
Hello children
Hey
You should be at home with the door locked. We are here for your to see your haunted house
But this is the most dangerous place to be
Well then step inside at your peril
Is this a joke, mr. Hardy
perhaps
you are more brave than
Smart or perhaps you are just like me
Perhaps you two have sympathy for the monster normally
but beware
Do not do what I have done you must never let a monster inside I
Can't do this. Can you turn on the light please?
Look man, you seem like a nice guy and I want to be scared. I really do
But the truth is I'm eight that's like 90 years old in Halloween years next year
You might not even be afraid of monsters. I don't want to waste my time
I'm sorry
You're just not scary. I'm not scary. Come on guys. Let's go to a real haunted house
We had a deal remember
Okay Halloween is over Jana and star need to go home now dad start lives here
Argument
Is this every year it makes it miserable, okay. So what do we do? Oh I got it
Let's go to that other house down the street and just ditch this one. What no, you're missing the point
How do we make my dad's haunted house Gary? We can always summon hungry Larry. Uh
Who Oh hungry, Larry, you know, yes, I'm a damn. He comes a not your house. I hear he's a real creep
We're not
summoning
Anyone, we are we are not summoning. Oh, I can't believe I even have to have this conversation with you. Where are you going?
I'm gonna go bribe some five-year-olds. Maybe they'll think my dad's scary
No summoning
Okay, it says here if hungry Larry is the hunt you need do these actions and you'll succeed a lick of mustard you must bear
Off an old takeout menu if you dare
All right done. Then three times. His name is said arrived. He does with scares and dread
