Picture it: You're right in the middle of binging the latest season of The Great British Bake Off when suddenly you look at the clock and realize it's one in the morning.
You should have been in bed two hours ago, but you're not even tired.
You might have even heard that artificial sources of blue light, like your laptop screen, can mess with your body's internal clock.
But did using a screen at night really keep you up longer, or was that just Paul Hollywood's beautiful blue eyes?
And if you bring your phone or laptop to bed with you so you can watch just one more episode
as you drift off, will that actually prevent you from getting a good night's sleep?
Turns out the answer to both of those questions is probably yes.
And getting around the problem might not be as easy as it seems.
Your body's internal clock, or circadian rhythm, is regulated by a type of neuron in your eyes called ganglion cells.
In dim light, these cells signal the release of a hormone called melatonin, which tells your body to prepare for sleep.
It makes your metabolism slow down, your body temperature drop — things like that.
But these ganglion cells are more sensitive to certain colors of light than others.
Specifically, they're most sensitive to a wavelength of 482 nanometers, which is a
sort of turquoisey-blue that's a big component of daylight.
The thing is, screens emit some blue light, too, which tricks the ganglion cells into
thinking there's still some daylight out there so it's not time to sleep just yet.
Studies have suggested that when people are exposed to blue light before they go to sleep,
they get less total sleep and wake up more frequently over the course of the night.
This isn't necessarily something you can just fix with a cup of coffee in the morning, either.
Studies have found that long-term disruption of your body's circadian rhythm is associated
with a wide range of health problems, from depression to cancer.
It's important to note that so far, most of the studies on blue light have been observational
— meaning they looked at what happened, but didn't control the amount of light to see if actually caused the sleep problems.
Many have also been small, or used animal subjects instead of humans.
So we don't have conclusive evidence that your daily late night scrolling actually causes
sleep or health problems, but we've seen that they tend to go together.
Let's be real here, though: most of us aren't going to stop using our phones or computers after dark.
That's some of the best time for phones and computers!
So there are other options, like software that makes your screen emit less blue light
when it's dark out, or special glasses with tinted lenses that filter out blue light.
Unfortunately, researchers haven't been able to consistently demonstrate that those
programs or glasses actually do anything.
It doesn't necessarily mean that blocking blue light is ineffective — it's just
that so far the studies on these approaches have had too many flaws to draw any conclusions.
Maybe you're sensing a theme: we need better studies into the problems with blue light and how to address them.
But for now, we know enough to say that it's probably worth stopping the TV binge just
a little early, no matter how desperately you want to find out if Stacey gets eliminated.

Things You Should Absolutely Never Order At Subway - Duration: 5:10.
Fans of Subway have a lot to love.
They're pretty good at putting together a fast, fairly nutritious sub at super-reasonable
prices, and that makes them a great lunch option for those days you're on-the-go.
But not all their choices are good for you, so let's talk about what you should never,
ever order there.
Watch to the end to find out the one ingredient that may not be what you think it is.

Double meat sandwiches
Ordering double meat isn't always a bad thing, but it depends what kind of meat you're getting.
If you're a fan of a wrap with extra rotisserie chicken, you're doing a good thing and doubling
the amount of lean protein you're getting.
It's easy to think that applies to all meat, but what about in the case of calorie-dense
subs like the cheesesteak or a meatball sub?
Order double meat on most Subway sandwiches and you're going to jack up the calories,
sodium, and fat on your sandwich.
And while it may pack on some flavor, it's not worth consuming all of your food requirements
in one meal.
So, if you can't resist double the meat, skip the sandwich and stick with the salads or
a wrap.
Vegetarian options
Subway has been putting money into their meatless marketing game for years.
They have a variety of vegetarian options, including the staple Veggie Delight and some
more recent, regional vegetarian options.
And this is in addition to their already meat-free salad options.
But try as they might, Subway just can't quite get it right on the meatless front.
In early 2018, Subway franchisees went public with the news that corporate only allowed
them to get veggie deliveries once or twice a week.
They said it wasn't customers' imaginations that vegetables were often less-than-fresh.
That's definitely not how that's advertised, and who wants a veggie sub filled with greens
that have been sitting for a week?
Vegetarians, you're better off elsewhere.
The cold cut combo
A cold cut combo might make you think of meats like turkey and ham, but if that's what you're
looking for, you want the Subway Club.
That comes with turkey, roast beef, and ham, while the Cold Cut Combo comes with ham, salami,
and bologna.
Still doesn't sound so bad?
It might not, but when you look at the numbers you'll see the Cold Cut Combo contains over
1,000 milligrams of sodium per 6-inch sandwich.
For some perspective, the American Heart Association recommends trying to keep your sodium intake
at around 1,500 milligrams per day.
Surprise, cold cuts are salty.
This is one instance where sticking to some simple rules can help you put together a healthier
meal.
Pass on the multiple meats, pick just one, make it a wrap, and load up on the freshest-looking
veggies, if they're not a week old like we mentioned before, and add some avocado for
that healthy fat.
Classic tuna
Subway has overcome one of the major hurdles when it comes to tuna.
Even their naysayers have to give them props for the sustainable food practices they observe
when sourcing their tuna.
They only use skipjack tuna, and source their fish only from safe operations that are not
over-fishing.
The problem with Subway's tuna sandwich is that it's drenched in mayonnaise, turning
the tuna into a soupy ingredient, killing the texture, and adding enough calories and
fat to make this a poor lunch choice.
The Classic tuna, when served on a six-inch roll without anything extra, has 470 calories
and 25 grams of fat.
It only gets worse if you add cheese, and that's a shame.
Steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich
Subway didn't serve conventional breakfast at all until 2010, when they finally found
a way to break into the breakfast market.
But they still have a bit of work to do to make it healthier.
At a glance, 450 calories for their steak, egg, and cheese sandwich might not seem too
bad.
But this breakfast sandwich also comes with 18 grams of fat and 1,280 milligrams of sodium.
In fact, most of their breakfast wraps have almost your entire days' worth of sodium,
wrapped up in a breakfast sandwich that's a bit on the small side.
There's a good chance it's going to leave you craving a bit of supplementary breakfast,
and that makes it not a good option for starting any day of the week.
Most chicken
In 2017, Subway became embroiled in controversy when the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
released results from a study which found that some of Subway's chicken was only 50
percent actual chicken.
They said the rest of the DNA in both oven-roasted chicken and chicken strips was found to be
soy.
Initially, things were looking pretty bad for the sandwich restaurant.
Subway responded quickly.
They sent their chicken to two independent companies for testing, and the tests found
their chicken was comprised of far less soy than the CBC tests claimed to have found.
But the damage may be done, even though Subway has sued over the results.
How can you trust you won't be served a soy sandwich after results like this?
Just to be safe, you may want to skip the chicken strips and patties completely.

Stars With Seriously Shady Significant Others - Duration: 9:17.
Stars don't always make the best relationship choices.
It's hard to imagine how people with the world at their fingertips, and their choice of suitors
and beauties, would fall in love with criminals or creeps.
But these celebs all shacked up with characters who were allegedly really sketchy.
Some stars were warned, but apparently still blinded by love.
Others got out of their doomed relationships relatively unharmed.
But tragically, some didn't make it out at all.
From Oscar darling Sandra Bullock to musician Trace Cyrus and reality star Courtney Stodden,
men and women from across the entertainment industry have allegedly been victimized, bamboozled,
or simply mistreated by the folks they loved.
Let's take a closer look at some stars with really sketchy significant others.
Brittany Murphy's tragic marriage
Actress Brittany Murphy met screenwriter Simon Monjack when she was 13, according to People.
Their paths reportedly crossed again at her 28th birthday party, and a year later, they
got married.
The Hollywood Reporter noted that when they met, Monjack was broke and embroiled in several
lawsuits.
Director George Hickenlooper told the New York Daily News that he tried to warn Murphy
about Monjack.
And sources also told THR that Monjack allegedly,
"[…] created a web of paranoia around Brittany and used it to separate her from anyone who
might have challenged his dominance."
"I always have believed if you can't change your surroundings, change your hair color"
When a 32-year-old Murphy fell ill and died suddenly in December 2009, THR reported Monjack
was convinced,
"[…] she had literally died of a broken heart, caused by the shoddy way she had been
treated in Hollywood."
Monjack died five months later, at age 40, in an eerily similar fashion.
After his death, TMZ revealed he had two secret love-children, whose mothers were demanding
child support, and he had wired huge sums of money to various entities.
Trace Cyrus' lying girlfriend
Before dating Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin, former Disney starlet Brenda Song had a roller
coaster relationship with a different star.
Years of relationship drama between Song and Metro Station frontman Trace Cyrus, who's
also the brother of Miley Cyrus, came to a head in 2015 on social media.
Song wrote in a since-deleted Instagram:
"[…] A few years ago there were rumors that I was pregnant and/or had a miscarriage.
I just want to say that those rumors were not true.
[…] I apologize for not clearing this up sooner and for the continual damage that these
lies have caused Trace Cyrus."
But it gets worse.
Trace reportedly commented on her apologetic post, writing,
"Yes they were lies THAT U MADE UP and told me, my entire family and all our friends."
Yikes.
Courtney Stodden's "arranged" marriage
"What was your big break?"
"My big break...my 52-year-old husband!"
At a time when most parents are still signing field trip permission slips for their kids,
Courtney Stodden's mom, Krista, gave her 16-year-old daughter written permission to marry 51-year-old
actor Doug Hutchison, in 2011.
"There was nothing illegal or immoral about it.
It was just that we found ourselves falling for eachother"
"and flying on the wings of love together"
In fact, the actor said mama Stodden was the one that suggested the arrangement, telling
ABC News,
"It was Krista who said, 'You know, you guys could get married if you want.
There are ways to do that.
There are certain states.'"
But Krista later second-guessed her blessing.
She told Radar Online in 2015,
"I do take full responsibility, however because I am the one that did sign the paper for her
to marry this man.
If I had to do it all over again I cannot tell you if I would be signing that paper."
Courtney apparently had mixed feelings about the shocking age gap too.
She told the Sun in 2016,
"It's mind-boggling to me that we were able to do it, that my mom would sign a bit of
paper to let me marry a 50 year old."
Courtney blamed her mother's own attraction to Doug, for the pairing, revealing on Lifetime
in 2016,
"I feel like these boundaries have been crossed so much"
"Doug isn't the only guy you've been emotionally attached to"
In March 2018, after seven years of marriage, People reported that a 23-year-old Courtney
filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and requesting Hutchison not receive spousal
support.
Lea Michele's male gigolo?
When her former flame, Cory Monteith died of a fatal mix of heroin and alcohol in 2013,
Lea Michele mended her heart with the hunky Matthew Paetz in 2014.
But his alter ego may have gotten in the way.
TMZ reported that Paetz was a former male companion for Cowboys4Angels, a site that
was featured on the Showtime series Gigolos.
Paetz, who operated under the name "Christian," described himself as a "massage therapist"
and "life and dating coach," charging upwards of $17,000 for a week of togetherness.
An insider told E! News,
"Lea wanted to believe in love and wanted to believe the good in him.
She didn't think he should be punished for his past."
It seems Michele believed a little too hard, because she was allegedly "blindsided" when
Paetz took off in 2016, according to Us Weekly.
A source told E! News that Michele "got no reason or explanation for the split", and
that Paetz wouldn't even talk to her.
Ronda Rousey's professional fighter
Although she generally keeps her relationship with husband and UFC fighter Travis Browne
under wraps, Ronda Rousey's marriage is not without controversy.
Browne's estranged wife, fitness model Jenna Lee Webb, accused him of spousal abuse, even
posting photos of her alleged injuries on Instagram and Twitter with warnings for Rousey.
Browne was suspended by the UFC while a law firm investigated the claims, but the organization
reported the evidence was inconclusive.
"It was hard to listen to see what people were saying about me.
But at the same time I know what I did and what I didn't do"
Rousey tearfully addressed the abuse claims, telling ESPN in 2015,
"It's hard, it's really hard.
I'm very anti-domestic violence, but I know that he didn't do anything.
Now I'm put in a situation where I'm finally happy with somebody that respects me and cares
about me, and I'm like, 'What do I do?'"
The pair tied the knot in August 2017, so whatever Browne's issues may have been, they
weren't enough to change Rousey's mind.
"You're about to celebrate a year anniversary of marriage."
"Congrats.
Best year of my life"
Phaedra Parks' racketeering husband
When The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks married Apollo Nida, he had just finished
a five-year prison sentence for racketeering.
When his wife joined the Bravo franchise, the AP reported that Nida claimed Parks,
"[…] was making far more money than he was and that he felt pressure to keep up."
According to the AP, Nida reportedly reverted to his criminal ways to make a buck.
He later pleaded guilty to mail, wire, and bank fraud and was sentenced to eight years
in prison and ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution, according to Page Six.
"I filed for divorce last year and it has been a long drawn out process because Apollo
has not wanted to get the divorce"
But when Nida and Parks finally divorced in 2017, she made it abundantly clear that she
was ready to move on, telling Us Weekly,
"Apollo and I started dating in high school and now I'm in my early 40s, so it was time
to go.
That's almost a lifetime.
Thank God it's over, but thank God it happened because we have two beautiful kids."
"At the end of the day, it's my fault, I made a decision to do what I did.
I gotta lay in the bed that I made"
Sandra Bullock's super bad-boy
While Oscar winner Sandra Bullock and Jesse James were dating in 2004, the American Chopper
star posed as Hitler in Nazi regalia.
Sources told Us Weekly that the reality star was not actually a Neo-Nazi, just a, quote,
"history buff."
But more controversy followed in 2007, when James was accused of selling motorcycles that
violated California's clean air laws.
People reported he was fined over $271,000 by the California Air Resources Board.
However, it was the revelation in 2010 that James cheated on Bullock with a slew of women,
that prompted Bullock to file for divorce, according to Us Weekly.
James rebounded with renowned tattoo artist Kat Von D, but his old habits died really,
really hard, The two were on-again off-again until calling it quits for good in 2011.
According to People, James allegedly cheated on Von D with a whopping 19 women.
Mariah Carey's former slimeballs
Superstar songstress, Mariah Carey, was just 18 years old when she got together with her
much older manager and Sony Music boss, Tommy Mottola.
According to Entertainment Weekly, she later described their 1993 marriage as "oppressive"
and referred to the prison-like home they shared as "Sing Sing."
And according to Mottola's 2013 memoir, Hitmaker: The Man and his Music, he didn't necessarily
disagree.
He wrote,
"If it seemed like I was controlling, let me apologize again.
Was I obsessive?
Yes.
But that was also part of the reason for her success."
Mottola claims he made Carey a star, and after their divorce, he thought he could take it
all away too.
According to XXL, Mottola allegedly instructed record executive Irv Gotti,
"[…] to make a record for Jennifer Lopez that sounded exactly like one Gotti's company
had made with Carey for her movie, Glitter, even though Glitter was not finished and Lopez
would beat Carey to the punch […]"
Sources claimed Mottola was quietly looking at "footage of Glitter while his ex-wife was
shooting it."
Then in 2016, Carey became engaged to billionaire James Packer, who may be doing some shady
dealings of his own.
After their breakup, The Sydney Morning Herald reported that Packer was being investigated
for possibly giving gifts to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
When asked about the controversy, Carey quipped,
"I don't know where the motherf—-er is!"

Hey Everyone, we had a really interesting day yesterday
so it was really interesting because almost like
six bridges opened up for us while we went through because
Our mast was too high to go under the bridge without them opening up for us
so
they just opened up for us.
Then they folded and then they swing it was really
adventurous for me
I've never seen a bridge like that before and
having the chance to sail through them all by myself with the two
Captains next to me and going under the bridge
and then them opening up for me was really a new experience
To me and I really enjoyed it.
So it was getting late and we realized we couldn't make it to Sarasota
So we tried to find places that we could anchor and
we found this place called Venice, which is really an amazing
neighborhood in Florida, I guess and
The place where we tried to anchor was pretty shallow,
but we did find this
really beautiful lagoon with all this amazing houses built nearby and
there was a Yacht Club and a mooring field
And we saw some other familiar
faces familiar masts
anchored up so we tried to anchor there and
It actually worked the funny thing about Luckyfish is that we never know
where we're going to anchor but we always end up finding
this amazing places that we we can anchor up and
Although the water was really shallow that it was almost like I could stand up in the
water
but we managed to anchor up in there and we realized the tides would rise up in the morning.
That shouldn't be a problem
See, I'm already so familiar with sailing.
Venice truly is an amazing place.
We find ourselves anchored virtually in the middle of suburbia
almost on people's front lawns and
Beautiful homes, too
It's a real great privilege to be able to do this sort of thing
And when I contrast the anchorage here against places we've anchored in the past like
Ascension Island or
St Helena it just shows you what you can do with a small
shallow-draft blue water catamaran
the nice thing about Florida is that people are so friendly to boaters
as the Sun set went down we
Stewart made a beautiful barbecue for us and
Zaya version number one made nice mashed potatoes and we had this
amazing Riesling wine and
it was another beautiful relaxing night.
and I cant wait to have more

A Man Got Hit By A Lightning 7 Times - What Happened To Him? - Duration: 7:50.
Before we start talking about possibly the world's unluckiest man, let's first ask
why people get hit by lighting.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration tells us that lightning will hit the tallest
object with a positive charge from the negatively-charged cloud where it begins.
So, maybe the worst thing you could do would be to stand in a swimming pool during a thunderstorm
holding a very tall metal rod.
Lighting often hits trees, but in a wide-open space such as a golf course, it could be you.
That happened not long ago to a British woman on holiday in Turkey.
She got hit and died 12 days later from cardiac arrest.
People often do survive lightning strikes though, such as the guy we'll be talking
about today, in this episode of the Infographics Show, What Happened to The Man Who Got Hit
by Lightning 7 Times!?
Let's first ask what chance is there of being hit by lightning and what will likely
happen to you if you do get hit.
There is data available regarding exactly how many lightning deaths there are year-by-year
in each country.
According to the National Lightning Safety Institute, if you are Mexican, beware.
That data tells us that Mexico is way out in front of lightning deaths, with 223 last
time they did the count.
Thailand was second at 171 deaths, South Africa third with 150 deaths and Brazil fourth with
132 deaths.
Then there's a big drop off to Romania, in fifth place at 75 deaths.
The USA is quite high, in ninth place with 50 deaths.
Perhaps data wasn't available in many countries, but according to that report most of the world
sees no lightning strike deaths each year, but in most countries people will be hit.
If you come from the USA you have a 1 in 171,000 chance of being hit, which might be long odds
but not that long.
That is just one year, though, if you live until you are 80 and are American your chance
of being hit is around 1 in 14,600, according to the National Weather Service.
By comparison, CNBC said that the odds for winning the Powerball grand prize is about
1 in 292.2 million.
1 in 171,000 for this year might not quite give you peace of mind, and if you are Mexican
or Thai we suggest you stay off the golf course on a stormy day.
But what is the chance of instant death if you do get hit?
Well, 90 percent of folks that are unfortunate enough to be the recipient of a lightning
strike actually survive.
All is not lost, except perhaps a bit of hair and some brain function.
Yes, that's the worst part.
Lighting can carry up to one billion volts of electricity, and if that smacks you when
travelling at an average speed of 200,000 mph (300,000 kph) it's bound to have a profound
effect under the hood, so to speak.
Experts tell us that the good news is people are very, very rarely hit by a direct strike.
You might also pick up the phone and get a blast to head as the lightning travels to
you, and this is called a "contact strike", but one of those is not surprisingly super
rare too.
Most of time when people are hit by lightning what we actually mean is that the lighting
hit something and then the current travelled to you.
For instance, if the lighting hit the ground anywhere as far as 60 feet away you could
literally get the shock of your life.
It might hit the ground, travel to you, go up one leg and down another, all the while
stopping your heart and lungs from functioning.
The more power that goes through you, the more likely you are to die or suffer some
serious damage.
You might even get what's called a "side splash", which means the lightning jumps
from an object and onto you.
That object could even be your friend, which was a particularly distressing fact for the
star of today's show.
Let's say you do survive- what are the odds of coming out of it smiling?
Well, it's likely that strike will change you.
The nerve damage could have an effect on your memory, your personality, or it might give
you regular headaches or even epilepsy.
One guy who got hit told American media, "I know for a fact that people think I'm really
weird."
He was a changed man.
If that isn't bad enough, the strike itself can severely burn you.
With all this in mind, how on Earth did someone survive 7 strikes?
His name was Roy Sullivan, and he died in 1983 at the ripe old age of 71.
The former U.S park ranger has a place in the Guinness Book of Records for most hits
by lightning.
His nickname was the, "Human Lightning Conductor."
When you hear that, it's kinda funny.
It's even more amusing that many of his friends stopped hanging out with him outside
because of their perceived risk of being hit while near him.
The least funny part of the tale is that when he was lying in bed next to his fourth wife
he shot himself in the head.
That was the end of old Roy, and his 41-year old wife had to deal with the mess.
It seems nature couldn't get this guy, and he got himself in the end.
Roy was first hit in 1942, and suffered burns but no brain damage.
You see, his job meant working in the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, and as we know
such places can be dangerous places to be during thunderstorms.
It wouldn't be until 1969 until he was hit for a second time, and that time he was driving
in his truck.
The lightning hit the truck and knocked poor Roy unconscious, but all he suffered were
injuries to his vanity.
The strike took his hair, eyebrows and eyelashes.
He was hit again a year later, and he just brushed that one off.
In '72 he was hit again, and again went the hair.
As you can well imagine by this point Roy was getting rather paranoid.
Let's hope he wasn't taking any of that LSD that was everywhere in those days.
He started to think that some kind of powerful force was out to get him, and so stayed away
from crowds just in case he provoked the wrath of this mighty lighting-God again and others
got hurt.
On a more practical level he started carrying around a can of water, likely a bit ruffled
by the fact he been made bald against his will on two occasions.
The hippy era had not been very loving for this man, and things were about to get even
worse.
In '73 Pink Floyd released "The Dark Side of the Moon", which is perhaps where Roy
thought he belonged.
He was hit by lighting again that year, and this time said that the cloud had definitely
been following him.
He had tried to get away, but to no avail.
He had driven from the cloud, and then run from his truck, and boom, it got him.
This time he was able to put his burning hair out.
He said about the strike, "When my ears stopped ringing, I heard something sizzling.
It was my hair on fire.
The flames were up six inches."
Roy then had a good run of three whole years of not being hit, although he still kept away
from clouds.
But on June 5th 1976 there was a particular fast cloud he apparently couldn't escape
from and it got him.
"I actually saw the lightning shoot out of the cloud this time, and it was coming
straight for me," he later said.
This time he had no can of water at hand and again he lost most of his hair.
He was hit for the last time almost exactly a year later while he was fishing.
Yep, there goes the hair again, but he also suffered more severe burns this time and the
loss of hearing in one ear.
On his way back to the car he was confronted by a bear, if things weren't bad enough.
That was his final hit, although his wife also got one when she was with him.
She'd been hanging out the washing with Roy nearby, but this time the lightning God
chose the spouse.
Now, all this sounds kind of sketchy.
Was Roy looking for attention?
Did he have a habit of self-harm by setting fire to his hair?
He was always alone when hit, so we may wonder if he really had been doing too many drugs
or was just a bit crazy.
But all his hits were confirmed by the superintendent of Shenandoah National Park, R. Taylor Hoskins.
What's more surprising than merely surviving is the fact he didn't seem to suffer any
long-term mental injuries.
At the same time, the fact he blew his brains out could mean he wasn't exactly in the
best frame of mind.
You might now be thinking, what are the odds of being hit seven times.
Well, it works out at 4.15 in 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
Maybe Roy should have played the lottery.

I must improve upon our gameplay. But also I am just enjoying the album. I'm enjoying the story as you guys know
I'm not the technical type of game player or a let's player. That's the game player. That sounds weird
I'm not the typical type of let's player. I'm more about just this story overall. I love just
experiencing games because of the story and especially games like Spider Man, I for one

I'm always saying that these types of games
Deserve a ton more support than they get because I mean this game has a lot of support
But I think this should be in the Hall of Fame or something like this game. Is that amazing?
I mean, it's one of those games that it just it's like the turn of the century
It's one of those games. That is so amazing and it makes you just want to think of the amazingness the awesomeness
That is spider-man and relive the joys of our child's but that is spider-man
Yet what I'm saying here?
I really think that this game deserves a ton of awards
But also to be put in like a gaming Hall of Fame or something because it is that good the story
Is that heart has heart and humbleness?
I always like to tell people that heart and humbleness should always be what put people put into the work

That's why I love gaming
studios so much because games like Spider Man
Kind of live up to what I'm saying here about heart and humbleness gaming studios create games from not only their heart
But from a team's heart from a team's perspective from a family and you could feel the family nests of this that even a word
Family this you could feel the family and within this game
You can really just picture yourself
being in that studio creating that game seeing these people work to put their blood sweat and tears in the heart and their soul into
These games but it has so much humbleness behind it
and there's not that many like communities out there that do do this like you see
Some people like with book creators and everything that takes me about like one to two to three people to create books and everything
but with this with video games
It takes an entire team more than 20 people more than hundreds of people more than millions of people
I want some millions maybe millions. If you guys know any stories about people having millions of team members with gaming studios. Let me know

that's what that's why I love video game so much because like I'm looking at the screen right now, and I'm looking at the

But now I mean that's cute because it takes from the different types of shows but has the same art style which I do
which I do appreciate and what I do also appreciate is the new cartoons that are coming out for spider-man and all the
like the old types of Marvel shows it kind of stays true to the
1960s style if you look at the video type of a comparison
I would love to do that when they would love to start doing more Marvel content

So they're kind of staying true to the style which which I for one as a big fan

Below that you will see package information.
You'll see account plan.
This is where you can select the term for your hosting package.
You have 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, and 60 months.

Once you click that and log in you will be at the WordPress dashboard.
This is what the WordPress dashboard looks like.
It'll ask you a few questions as you can see.
If you don't need help just click the, you don't need help option.
Once you do that you will see this page.
You will see blog posts where you can add new blog posts.
You will see where you can add new pages to your blog.
If you want to change your navigation menus, you can do so easily, and if you are going
to sell products on your site, you can install Woocommerce to do so.
On the far left, you will see tabs.
Hover over them and get to learn them.
Posts is where you can add new posts.
Pages is where you can add new pages.
The media tab is where your images will show that you upload to your blog.
Comments is where you can view comments people leave on your blog.
Plugins is where you can install plugins for your blog.
Almost any customization or feature that you would want more than likely there is a plugin
already made for it.
Appearance is where you can change the look of your theme or change your theme to another
one or a Premium theme.
Select Themes when you hover over appearance.
It will showcase free WordPress themes to you can choose from.
If you select most popular, it will show you the most popular free WordPress themes.
Hover over a Theme and click install and then click activate to make the Theme your WordPress
theme.
You should also see add new theme on this page.
This is where you can add a new theme if you got it from another site or it is a Premium
Theme.

You see recently I was reading people posting about
canine herpesvirus, this one right here.
And they were freaking out.
I find it kind of interesting you know because for me, canine herpesvirus is not such a big thing.
When you think about it, many many many dogs are positive.
So it's a reality.
And I am going to give you in this episode my key tip on how to better prevent the consequences
of a canine herpes virus infection in puppies.
Canine herpes virus is what we call a virus of the cold mucosas.
It replicates when temperature drops below 34 ℃ and that is why it is such a big problem
in puppies.
Puppies are colder than adults.
And puppies are prone to be hypothermic.
So the best way to prevent canine herpesvirus is to prevent hypothermia.
If you can maintain the temperature of the puppies above 34 during the first 3 weeks
after they are born you will be good.
After 3 weeks they can regulate their body temperature by themselves.
And that is the key thing.

Hello everyone !
And welcome to this new episode of Canine Reproduction Over Coffee !
Today we are going to talk about puppies and kittens.
Because I want to share with you my 5 key tips on neonatology.
The neonatal period goes from birth to weaning. and during this period there are things
you MUST have in your maternity.
Number 1 : you must have a thermometer.
Hypothermia is a very common cause of neonatal mortality so during the first 3 weeks after
they are born you must be able to monitor at all time the body temperature of those
newborn puppies & kittens.
Number 2 : you must have a scale.
Rule of thumb: a healthy puppy/kitten gains weight on a daily basis.
So remember as soon as you observe a plateau or a weight loss you know that there is something
wrong and you know that you need to take action.
That's why having a scale in your maternity again is mandatory.
Number 3 : puppies & kittens are predisposed to hypoglycemia and dehydration.
When you want to give them fluids and energy, the best way to do so is to have a dedicated
milk replacer.
You need to have a milk replacer that is adapted to the physiology of newborn puppies & kittens.
Number 4 : having a milk replacer is great but you also need to know how to properly
use it.
One of the most common mistake I see is that people do not properly dilute the milk replacer.
You need to know how to bottle-feed, and you also need to know how much to bottle-feed.
Number 5 : neonatology in puppies & kittens is still kind of
a grey area of veterinary medicine.
But the good thing is, this is really a booming area of veterinary medicine.
There are many research groups that are focusing on this field at the moment.
And I am sure that in the coming years, we will know much more, we will have new approaches,
new ways to better support those newborns.

in this field.
