Hello everybody, friends of Geek Worlds
Today we meet again for the fifth episode of our saga
Star Wars Battlefront 1
And we're immediately going to make a little
hommage to the fifth episode of George Lucas
By doing maps
related to Empire Strikes Back
So we will do, obviously
The Echo Base...
And
Bespin, Cloud City...
And in this we will play
The Empire, of course because Empire Strikes Back
in the previous series we rather played
The Rebellion to harm the Empire, so today
It's time to put things back into their place
So we go right away after a small credit
The Empire, fed up of taking a beating
called upon the greatest of their leaders
Angel of Death.
Angel then decides to join the Imperial Army
And take care of those rebels...
And so we're on, we fly towards Hoth
where we will take care of those Rebels scums
As would say a certain officer in episode VI
Here we go, I take my stormtrooper, I take...
my AT-ST
as soon as I don't fall in the trench
Let's begin
What do I see?! Rebels straight ahead!
KILL THEM ALL!!
Sorry...
So apparently, I can't hit them from here...
Splendid...
And those good old musics...
From the movie obviously...
It's a Tauntaun army!
Well... apparently
They don't want to defend themselves
Wow
That's done
Where is he?
We'll get out of here
What are you doing in my home?
Well... looks like its their home...
Seems like they took care of it
Yes...
Well, what's very funny in this game, it's to kill...
... the one...
who's on the ride
You need to kill the ride
Splendid backflip (Must have done gymnastics when he was little)
So where is he?
Here he is
There... Really...
It's rather a close fight...
How to manage this? I got an idea...
Heading to the hangar
Just checking nobody's waiting for me in this turret
Not doing it all over again...
There's a sniper... Well, there WAS a sniper
Over there, there's a tauntaun...
No rebels in sight... I'd say
it's rather a good sign
Goot some ammunition while we're at it
A Millenium Falcon... He should have started the engines
Too bad we can't take it
I would've made a little flight with it
Maybe in the new games we will be able to take it
who knows...
Why not after all
Come on, we're taking the snowspeeder
Poor guys
Killed with their own weapons
I am the Angel of Death
And I come from the sky
Ah yes, because might be good that I finally say why Angel of Death
Angel of Death, simply because I'm a fan
of Warhammer 40 000
And the Angel of Death are the Space Marines
Especially the assault Space Marines
And what else now?
This post is mine! LET ME HAVE THIS HANGAR!
Good, good, good, good...
Well for now, everything's going fine, I'd say
The Rebels won't last long
While I stroll
Nobody's there, no Wampas?
So, one less...
The only thing was there was a second one...
Oh no, looks like I got them both at the same time
We can be a sniper even with grenades
Could be scary
Talking about snipers
One less
What surprises me is that
we still can't turn the scales on our side
which is rather worrying...
because if I look on the map
Here
We have almost all the control points
We're going to take this one
by killing the sniper who was there
So...
Who is bothering me?
Well apparently it's okay...
There!
Haven't got him!!
Someone took care of him for me
That's dumb, that...
The poor guy experienced the thunder
Aah, that good old time when you had to unload
a complete round on a poor Wookie
it's therapy harrassement
I'm not a doctor (and that's for the best)
But... we have to remember they don't know how to park
Back in episode 1
Wookies don't know how to park
That's strange, things have moved quite a bit
since I took this post
Well... Empire Strikes Back
and Empire strikes back rather well
I don't mean to boast but my aim is better than the stormtroopers from the movie
That's cool...
What are you doing in my home?
That's true, we won't let Wookies take back
command posts like that
They're only 20 left
They won't bother much longer. Take my word for it
18. And it gets fewer
We'll leave them that...
My goal is at least to finish it
Hello you, with your rocket launcher
If it was him who killed me, he deserved it
And yes, one got me (it happens)
So... Still the anachronism
rather funny is to see Dark Troopers
on this map
rather comical
We'll have some fun
I don't know where the last one is
I'd like to know
Let's stop looking
He's over there
He just captured the command post
The guy is all alone, no one minds him... Beautiful
I love this game, I love those NPCs, really...
Here he is
Thank God
There's a player in this game
It's true
It's true
So... no, no... I don't want...
the Rebellion
I want a sniper, there
We just took a sniper
I'm going to tell you why : this is my favorite map as a sniper
There
This map for me is rather a contest of shooting
in the head
Oops, I missed his head
There
So you... oups
There's a wookie
OUPS, There was a wookie
He didn't like me
Well...
On a side note, someone got to tell me why they don't move forward those buggers
There was a wookie
There was also...
A Stormtrooper in my face
Yes, doing it without scopes... That's true...
There isn't only on Call of Duty that we can do some no scope
It's an institution the no scope
Look, bam!
There...
Here we are...
I say : my allies are looking for troubles
they get into the way EVERY TIME
If they wanna die prematurely, they just have to come and see me
And don't call me traitor after... I'm not responsible
And bam
I told you I'm also a sniper
with grenades
Here you go
As would a child in the 6th sense say
"I see dead people"
FAIL
Well I will die soon enough
Well, we'll change character
we had fun with the sniper but now
Let's take back our usual character
The maverick
It's... it's true
this map is rather funny too
to play in first line like
they slam into you
No seriously?
Ouch
As if a grenade wasn't enough
I made a jump of a few meters
Well... roughly
a good ten meters
Well, enough is enough!!
What the fuck is this?!!
Call the manager!
I don't know if our english friends...
have the same kind of advertisements
Well... no that would surprise me
The MAFF, if I remember well, it's only in France...
Anyway...
We're losing a command post, really?
Tell me where he is
THERE
Really...
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Hop, and one less!
That's good, I see Stormtroopers flying over me...
It's beautiful
A no scope that can be effective too
So... What is going on here...
There... I say...
How much I love this game
THIS MAN IS PISSING ME OFF
Had to happen
"Victory is imminent"
How much I love this word,
VICTORY
So apparently he killed himself like a dumb
It's funny
Here we are
So the Empire striked back and prevailed
YAY
VICTORY
Well... Listen
Well I feel it's a pretty good sum up
We're maybe going to look at the stats...
Okay...
Awards... That's what I most wanted to see
Hey, Dead Eye!!
What?! Only 7?!
I think there was more headshots than this...
Not our problem
Well friends...
I'll see you soon for episode 6
And on that, loads of kisses
Have fun on Geek Worlds and don't forget the main word
Subscribe and like the page...
And bye!!!

Hey, do you have time? We could go get a drink.
I'm free today afternoon, wanna hang out?
Is something wrong?
Happy birthday, stay the same forever!
Why don't you text back?
Hey!
Hey, hey, hey, hey ...
I can tell you a story.
A story about a guy who saw nothing but his muscles.
And about a guy who now regrets it very much.
But ... there is no way back.
I was looking with my eyes,
not with my heart –
and the only thing I saw was the tip of my nose.
I have done things to be better. More likeable.
For whom?
I had her but I did not see her.
And now when I want her,
really want her,
I can't get her.
I was running away.
Away from everyone,
away from myself.
And now I realised.
I would have done it all the other way.
I would have used every moment to be with her.
I want to turn back time.
Or simply ... stop
and finally start looking with my heart, because ...
Now I see.

How to Install a VPN Service Using an Anonymous Gift Card | Full Sail University - Duration: 5:31.
(lighthearted music)
- So the first thing we're gonna show you
is installing a VPN service
using an anonymous gift card.
So, going to a store, purchasing a gift card
and running though that.
So basically this is just gonna take you through it
and Jack and I will go kind of back and forth
on these slides,
but we're loading incognito window,
which we didn't talk about before.
It's basically making sure that you're not caching
anything locally on the machine, cookies, et cetera.
So, as you go to these sights,
it's not keeping that information.
We're gonna go to privateinternetaccess.com.
There's tons of VPN tools out there,
this is just one that I know we both like.
- Although one of the reasons we picked it,
there's a website called TorrentFreak,
which lists kind of the top VPN providers,
and one thing we do like about privateinternetaccess,
you've gotta understand where the company's based
and what their country laws are.
The U.S. does not have a retention policy
when it comes to VPN products.
So, we like PIA, they are out of the U.S.
They do not have a retention policy,
so they won't hold any data whatsoever.
So understanding kind of what they're bound to.
Like UK, I used to use hidemyass VPN.
That's out of the UK.
Don't use that one.
Cause GCHQ's a thing and they do have data retention rights
that they have to adhere to.
- So here's an important part to keep in mind.
This is that paying with an anonymous branded gift card.
One of the things you can do is go to a store,
and get a gift card for 50 bucks,
and they have literally hundreds,
we're gonna scroll through them real quick,
of different gift cards that you can take,
turn in, and purchase.
That means your not listed,
your not connected to your credit card.
You're not connected to your home address,
you're not connected to all these pieces,
because you went and took cash,
traded it for another mechanism,
and then used that to purchase your VPN service.
It's making one more level, one more obstacle
for people trying to figure out who you are,
and what you're doing.
So we're gonna make that purchase now and blur this out,
because I wanna make sure
that's the data that's protected here.
- Because of security.
- Yeah, security's good.
So we're gonna enter in the card number data
off that gift card.
It's gonna go in, it's gonna check the balance
because they wanna make sure
that it's an actual gift card.
And basically we're paying 50 bucks
for 366 days of VPN access.
I'm gonna put in an email address,
that was created for the presentation,
jamesmadison@fourthamendmentservice.com,
and basically they'll email you a set of credentials.
So you're probably saying to yourself but wait a minute.
They're gonna email me credentials,
that sounds pretty easy to trace.
We're gonna show you in a video in a few minutes here,
10-minute, basically burner email accounts,
so you can get your credentials.
- I prefer Guerrilla Mail, because you can get the email
address at SharkLasers.com.
- Who doesn't like sharks with lasers?
- Exactly.
So now we're going into gmail,
this is gonna cut for a second here.
So basically your username and password,
and then you go back to the site,
and a little pro tip,
I actually ran into this making the video.
They will send you a link for the actual installer,
don't use the link in the email,
they haven't updated it yet.
Actually go to the page, and download the client.
I spent about 20 minutes beating my head
against the wall on that so,
a pro tip from me to you.
So basically you'll download the installer,
we're obviously doing this on a Mac.
And what we wanna show you here
is really what you should be getting from these videos
as we run through them,
is these are being done in real time.
This is how quickly you can go from
I'm just on the internet.
And notice, you may have noticed at the top of these things
there's an IP address that's blurred,
they show you what you're externally-facing IP address is.
They know, because that's how networking works,
they know where you're coming from.
Once we get this installed,
we'll actually select a different location,
and in the video you'll see
we actually select London.
So whoever is seeing us connect to their website,
or their VPN, know our termination point is London.
I am not in London.
I'd like to be in London, but I'm not in London.
So we'll take those credentials, and we add them in
to the client that was just installed,
and it takes a couple seconds here,
but then in a few minutes, or not minutes, a few seconds,
you'll see the actual drop-downs
here for the selections.
So we'll paste those credentials in,
and like I said, what I like about these videos
is that they are real time.
This isn't alright I'm gonna go home,
it's gonna take me 20 minutes of reading something,
and then I gotta go get it installed, et cetera.
You go from no VPN, to VPN in about five minutes.
- Zero to hero.
- So here we are.
Notice all these connection types.
We can come from Florida, Texas, Chicago, Montreal, Sydney.
And we can go more, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland,
et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
So these are all ways that you can say alright,
I want this traffic to look like it's originating
from a different point.
And you'll notice here I call out the IP address,
so I'm gonna go connect to London,
and right now I'm on Bright House Networks,
many of us probably have Bright House Networks.
And you'll see the little robot connect,
and once the little robot connects,
we'll refresh the page and
hootcha, hootcha, hootcha, lobster.
- Green robot good, red robot means it's disconnected,
and gray robot means you don't have PIA turned on so...
- And there we go.
So now we're at Choopa, or Choppa,
I can't say that right, LLC,
and the IP address is out of London.
Our data is now encapsulated and protected,
and it looks like we're sitting
maybe on the River Thames, surfing the internet.
And that's it, that's the VPN service.

Internet Security Tips for Your Browser to Help You Stay Safe | Full Sail University - Duration: 3:37.
(upbeat music)
- So let's talk about your right to privacy.
This is a great question, right?
People say why should I care, I have nothing to hide.
I go online and look at cat videos.
That's all I do.
That's cool, right?
That's fine, hey, cat videos are awesome.
But this is a quote from William O. Douglas.
He was a U.S. Supremem Court Justice.
He was born in 1898.
That's a long time ago. (laughs)
But he was born in 1898, right?
And he has a quote here,
"Big Brother in the form
of an increasingly powerful government
and in an increasingly powerful private sector
will pile the records high with reasons
why privacy should give way to national security,
to law and order, to efficiency of operation,
to scientific advancement and the like."
This gentleman died before the internet
was a commercial entity.
Imagine what he would have to say today
about the data we gather online,
about how we communicate online, et cetera.
It was so important that our founding fathers
enshrined privacy in the documents that formed this country.
So this is a Fourth Amendment,
this is really what it's all about, right?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons,
houses, papers, and effects,
against unreasonable searches and seizures.
And I'm gonna stop there,
because really that's the heart of it.
You guys can read this as well as I can read it.
But basically that's the heart of it.
You have a Fourth Amendment right to privacy,
to be able to communicate, to share your feelings
without feeling like you're being monitored or watched.
So,
basically you have to remember this,
rights are rights for a reason.
They're not privileges when it's convenient.
They're not something that gets taken away just because
the political winds have shifted.
They're not something that gets taken away
because of an event.
These are rights so important,
they've standed the test of time through this country.
So how's the Fourth Amendment really protect you, right?
Unreasonable searches and seizures,
arbitrary arrests,
search warrants, stop-and-frisk, and safety inspections,
to make sure everything's okay.
And wire taps.
Wire taps is really what we're talking about today,
'cause this is all about online privacy.
And this'll just give you some background and context.
So what we're talking about
when we get into how your data's collected,
how it's used, and how you can protect yourself,
you are protected legally against wire taps
without going through the proper legal channels.
Now since I said that that way,
do you think there's ways around the legal channels?
Everyone raise their hand, yes.
I'm telling everyone to raise their hand
for the folks at home.
They're raising their hands.
So, you're protected against these things.
They're also some other amendments
that help protect your privacy.
So the first, freedoms-
freedom to assemble, freedom of speech.
Self incrimination, the Fifth Amendment.
That has a lot to do with the password debate right now.
Unlocking I-phones.
If I have to give you my password,
am I incriminating myself?
I don't know, it's up for debate,
especially here in Florida.
Fourteenth, equal protections, basically personal autonomy,
being able to function on your own as a free person.
So this really the past though, right?
We feel that those things,
they're written in our Bill of Rights,
we shouldn't really have to worry about them.
And yet, we kinda do.

Online Security: Professional Tips to Protect Your Personal Information | Full Sail University - Duration: 7:13.
- There's a really good article that came out
at Ars Technica, when you get a chance, look it up.
They pulled what the professionals
people and information security do
that they've view as being important
when it comes to privacy
and what the general laymen typically does.
You'll notice on the top of the
what people think they should do,
antivirus is at the top.
You'll notice the antivirus didn't even make the list
of what the pros do.
At the end of the day, I'm not saying antivirus is bad.
If your grandma has a tendency to click everything
she should probably have it.
But in reality, it catches maybe 30 to 40%
of any of the bugs that are out there
and it's not the most ideal thing.
Another thing you're going to see is
installing software updates did not make it to
what people think they should do.
That is probably the most critical thing you can do ever
because they're always finding new security patches
or they're always filling new security patches,
they're always
updating various software to harden different things.
Adobe Flash gets updated once a day
because it gets hacked all the time, much like Java.
And much like, even though Apple,
most people used to believe,
"Oh, it's Apple, it's secure.
"I don't need to worry about it, Apple doesn't get hacked."
Well that's not true.
Apple just does a much better job of hiding
when they patch stuff.
Apple's like, "check out all these cool features!
"And oh by the way, we fixed about 100 security things too."
That's something you got to be wary about.
So whenever you see that update thing
it should make you happy.
You should say,
"oh, I go to my App Store,
"I got 10 applications that need to be update
"let me do that right now
"because it's going to make my application work better,
"and it's going to make me more secure."
Using unique passwords did not make the list
for folks that
for the typical laymen folks.
That falls right in line with using strong passwords
for the pros.
And the reason being is
say I've got my LinkedIn account.
How many people know what happened to LinkedIn
in the last two years?
There was a big data breach
where they lost something like 13 bazillion accounts.
Say you're a guy that has a LinkedIn account
and you got a super strong password.
It's 99 characters long, special stuff and
uppers and lowercases and numbers and
that just got put in the dump.
Well they can now use that super strong password
yes, absolutely, technically it's a secure password.
But if you're using that for email, Facebook,
and all those other things,
the first thing they're trying
are things from these password databases.
And just to give you an idea of how big
a lot of these password databases can get,
your average text file,
if you create something, put a little note on your desktop,
maybe a couple of kilobytes, could be 100 kilobytes.
These password data banks that they got
are text file that gets up into the gigabytes.
We're talking four, five,
six gigabytes worth of information.
That is a lot of text.
So it is very important to have unique passwords
amongst all of your accounts.
Now how do you do that?
Use a password manager.
Password manager also did not make the
what the regular person thought was important.
That is because no one can remember a 99 character password
and remembered amongst 99 different accounts.
Password Manager is great, use them.
Best practices for email.
We got use a strong and unique password.
We just drove that home.
Two-factor authentication is your friend.
Most of your major accounts do that.
Your gmails,
I'm not sure about Yahoo, don't use Yahoo.
Facebook, Twitter,
Amazon, they all use two-factor authentication.
One thing I always stress to people
is the importance of your email account.
Most people think
there's certain accounts
are more important than other accounts
and I would argue email's right up there
with one of your most important accounts.
And the reason being is
if I own your email,
I pretty much own you
because I can reset your passwords
to just about any other service
by having your email account.
I'll be like, "yes, send me that updated password again.
"I forgot it."
Blah, blah, blah.
And you can go and reset it with that.
Confirm suspicious attachments and links.
One thing I don't like
about these fancy iPhones that we got is
when you're opening up an email on a computer,
you can hover your mouse over the link
and it will show you where the link goes.
If you're getting an email
that says it's from Bank of America
and you hover over the link and it says it's going to
Imgonnaownallyourcrap.com
you probably shouldn't click on that.
One issue I have with the iPhone though
is the only way to really check a link
is to hold your finger on the link
until it pops up so you can see what the link is.
The problem is if don't hold long enough,
you click the link and you just owned yourself.
So I hope they work out that feature
and make that a little better.
Another thing to do is
look closely at the sender's email address.
There's a lot of people spoofing
big company's email addresses.
I'll spell Verizon
V-E-R-I-S-O-N.
A lot of times it's not easy to catch some of these things.
Some companies will go and buy
a lot of these other domains
just to try to prevent that but
they can hardly get them all
and they don't want to own 300 different domain names.
They're off by numbers.
In fact, there was just a store recently,
Google's now buying a
google.com domain address
where someone swapped out the first G
with the Italian letter G.
And using the Italian keyboard
and they hosted a bunch of website,
hosted a bunch of nasty stuff.
Another fun fact which I was unaware of
'til we got involved with this project was
emails older than 180 days are considered abandoned.
Law enforcement does not need
any excuse to look at those emails
and read those emails.
They don't need to contact you.
They don't need to get your username and password.
If they have a way that they can slurp up that information
which they do
you need to know that if it's older than 180 days,
they can look at it without a warrant.
So it's in your best interest to start to purge
the nine years worth of archived emails
that you have in that super sweet gmail account
that you got back
10 years ago when you were in junior high school.
Do not use simple password.
do not click on suspicious attachments and links.
We talked about that a little bit a second ago.
Do not enter any personal information to a pop-up.
For the most part,
no website
unless they're really terrible at their application security
will ask you to click on a link
and input information in order to update passwords,
update information
and search social security numbers, that kind of stuff.
So just assume that you've been phished
if you click on and it pops up.
Just don't do anything with it,
close it out.
And for good measure, if it is a Bank of America
or something like that,
or they're
mocking a Bank of America website,
go to your account and change your password.
Probably not a bad idea.
And don't use real information for your security questions.
There's a famous story a couple years ago by Sarah Palin.
How they owned her email account.
They owned it because she used real answers
to real questions.
There was public knowledge.
It goes back to all the data points
that Ian was talking about
about what's available about you.
She probably had something like,
"Oh what state was I governor of?
"Oh that was Alaska."
So they picked that and they figured it out.
They didn't need to know her super strong password
if she had one, which I doubt.
A password is like a toothbrush,
choose a good one,
don't share with anyone
and change it frequently.

This young kid that has no experience thinks he can out polish a professional detailer.
So, I'm going to show him that it is easier and faster to use a rotary to get professional
results on this Chrysler 200.
This is a beautiful ruby red paint job but it is muted by all these scratches and swirls.
It hasn't been maintained very well so it has a ton of deep scratches which the rotary
polisher is perfect for removing.
We are going to be using the same combination of pad and chemical to have an even variable
but I'll show you how much better a rotary can be.
There is a misconception that rotary polishers burn paint but that started from improper
techniques or without the proper training you can harm your paint very quickly.
There are no built in safety features when using a rotary like there are on a dual action.
So you have to be very careful when using these machines, it must be completely flat
so that it doesn't create hot spots.
The speed that you pass the machine over the vehicle is what determines how hot the surface
gets and that is what creates marring or burns.
We're going to take it easy as we polish the trunk of this Chrysler.
Before we get started I want to mention what it is we are using.
This is an Orange Hex-Logic Pad which is perfect for removing scratches and swirls to refine
the paint and we are also using V36.
This is one of my favorite cutting polishes to restore a perfect shine.
On the lowest speed setting we'll spread this out and on Javier's machine he'll use the
highest speed setting while I use speed setting three.
Usually you won't need to use the highest speed setting on this machine because these
have a lot of power.
If we need to go faster we can play with it a little more but as a baseline I'll start
with speed three so we can cut through these imperfections.
Alright guys there you have it, the results don't lie.
You can see by using a rotary polisher it took care of those deep scratches and swirls
faster with a more professional finish.
That's not to say the dual action didn't do a good job it just takes more time.
A rotary is like a scalpel where a dual action is more like a butter knife.
It will achieve similar results but it takes a lot longer.
This car used to be a rental car so there are super deep scratches and swirls, there
are paint chips from it being abused.
To get those out it would need to be color sanded or wet sanded then polished again.
So, Javier, obiviously you lost you did a good job but you still lost so go home get
your shine box or whatever...
To get your own Rotary Polisher head over to our website chemicalguys.com.
If you like this car or this video be sure to give it a thumbs up.
We'll see you guys next time right here in the Detail Garage.

Consonant Sound /b/ as in "boy" – American English Pronunciation - Duration: 8:49.
Hello there!
This is the "Sounds American" channel.
In this video, we're going to talk about the American consonant sound /b/,
as in the word "boy."
You can also hear this sound in words like "bill,"
"cab,"
"baby"
or "hobby."
We'll be using a special phonetic symbol - /b/ - for this sound.
The /b/ is one of six consonants in the stop sounds category.
Let's start with reviewing the key points about the /b/ from the Stop Sounds Overview video.
The /b/ is made by stopping the air with your lips.
The /b/ is a voiced sound.
It has a voiceless counterpart, the consonant sound /p/.
As with all stops, aspiration is essential for the pronunciation of the /b/ sound.
The /b/ is made with a slight puff of air at the beginning of words and stressed syllables.
At the end of words,
the /b/ follows the final stop rule and is not aspirated.
For example,
Now let's find out how to pronounce the /b/ sound.
To make the /b/ sound correctly,
it's important to focus on stopping the air with your lips.
Let's take a closer look at how to do that:
Press your lips together to first stop the air in your mouth.
Next, part your lips and release the air with a puff.
Remember, the /b/ is a voiced sound, so you need to add your voice.
Let's try making it:
/b/
/b/
/b/
Let's get started with our practice with the /b/ sound at the beginning of words.
Remember to add your voice and make a small puff of air when pronouncing the /b/ sound.
This is how the practice works.
You'll see a word on the screen and hear its pronunciation.
Like this.
You'll have a few seconds to pronounce the word.
♪
Try to practice as many words as possible,
this is the most important part of the whole lesson.
Let's begin!
Great job!
The words in the next group will have the /b/ sound at the end.
Remember, you shouldn't make a puff of air when the /b/ is in this position.
Let's continue practicing.
Let's begin!
Excellent!
Now, let's practice pronouncing words with more than one /b/ sound.
Here's an additional challenge:
you need to determine, which one is aspirated and which one is not.
You're done!
Congratulations!

HOW TO DO A FLIP TURN IN THE POOL 💗 JUSTICE - Duration: 1:13.
Hi, I'm girl with heart Kit Kat,
and today, I'm going to be talking about my sport, swimming.
I'm going to teach you my favorite skill, the flip turn.
So a flip turn is when whenever you're swimming
freestyle to freestyle, when you go into the wall
you do a front flip, basically, and bring your knees
up to your chest, then you push off on your back and then
turn over to your stomach while you're pushing away.
My favorite thing about swimming
is probably my swim team that I'm on.
That's probably the favorite thing about swimming
because they're so, they have so much team spirit
and they're so kind and so nice, I just,
that's the best part about being on swimming.
Swimming has taught me how to be a leader,
and it's showed me how to grow, and how to be kind,
and how to deal with different problems as I progress.
And how to train, how to work hard, put effort
into things, and yeah, it's taught me a lot of things.

This Is The Cast of 'Drake & Josh' Now - Duration: 6:15.
It's been a long time since Drake & Josh went off the air.
While we've been constantly watching reruns and holiday specials since the series' 2007
finale, its child stars have been busy flying from the Nickelodeon nest to build interesting
and exciting careers.
Here's what the cast looks like now!
Josh Peck
Josh Peck lost a lot of weight since the end of the show, and while he's happy his weight-loss
journey has inspired others, he says he'd also be happy to stop talking about the way
he looks and just focus on his work.
After Drake & Josh, he nabbed roles in Drillbit Taylor and the Ice Age films, before breaking
out on the big screen in 2012's Red Dawn remake, then landing a lead in Grandfathered with
John Stamos, which lasted one season on Fox.
However, this former Nick kid has hearts in his eyes.
He wed longtime girlfriend Paige O'Brien in June 2017.
Drake Bell
After Drake & Josh went off the air, Drake Bell booked a few notable roles, appearing
in the spoof Superhero Movie and The Fish Tank.
He also did a lot of voiceover work, most notably voicing Peter Parker in the Ultimate
Spider-Man TV series.
Unfortunately, most of the hype surrounding Bell has been focused on his personal troubles,
which include a string of DUIs and the infamous spat about not getting an invite to co-star
Josh Peck's wedding.
Fortunately, the buds, who later shared a reunion scene on Grandfathered together, have
since made up.
Bell has been appearing in some buzzy new projects in 2017, including Cover Versions
and American Satan.
He also landed a voiceover role opposite Kesha in the Maker Studios animated series, Highly
Gifted.
Miranda Cosgrove
Miranda Cosgrove starred in School of Rock before joining Drake & Josh as the ambitious
Megan.
Cosgrove then landed her own show as the title character in Nick's iCarly, earning herself
five Kids' Choice nominations for favorite television actress.
She also landed in the Guinness World Records book for being the highest paid child star,
earning $180,000 per episode.
The actress took some time off in 2012 to attend the University of Southern California,
majoring in film.
While in college, she took a run at the small screen with Crowded — which was canceled
after just one season — but hopefully she finds a TV show that sticks very soon.
Yvette Nicole Brown
Yvette Nicole Brown, who played Drake and Josh's put-upon theater manager Helen, has
become one of the show's most successful alumni, booking small roles in big flicks like Tropic
Thunder and 500 Days of Summer.
Brown's next big break came in 2009, when she signed on to play Shirley Bennett on Community.
The show proved Brown could be a comedic powerhouse and opened doors for guest roles on Psych,
Once Upon a Time, Chuck, Family Guy, and many more.
Outside of acting, Brown is a busy volunteer.
The self-described "champion of kindness" promotes volunteerism through her website,
encouraging fans to support organizations such as Donors Choose and the Motion Picture
and Television Fund.
Jerry Trainor
As theater attendant Crazy Steve, Jerry Trainor carried that wacky spirit into future roles.
Trainor's biggest post-Drake & Josh part was playing the older brother and guardian of
Cosgrove's character in iCarly, earning him Kids Choice and Teen Choice nominations.
Since then, Trainor has stuck mostly to guest roles, and is set to reunite with his former
Drake & Josh co-star Bell for the 2017 film Cover Versions.
He's also a member of the band Nice Enough People with Allison Scagliotti, who played
Josh's extreme girlfriend Mindy on the show.
Allison Scagliotti
This former Drake & Josh cast member guest starred on several hit series, before landing
a lead role in the Syfy series Warehouse 13.
Scagliotti was hitting up Hollywood while hitting the books at NYU and UCLA.
She led the Freeform series Stitchers and booked a recurring role on The CW's The Vampire
Diaries.
She also somehow found time to star in the Off-Broadway musical Jasper in Deadland and
has said she'd love to take her talents back to the stage someday.
Dylan Minnette
Having recently starred in Netflix's 13 Reasons Why, many fans don't realize Dylan Minnette
got his start on Drake & Josh as Jeffrey.
After his appearance on the show, Minnette started to book more high-profile guest-starring
roles, appearing on Prison Break, Lost, and Ghost Whisperer, and landed a starring gig
on Saving Grace and Awake.
Minnette kicked off his film career with parts in Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No
Good, Very Bad Day, Goosebumps, and Don't Breathe, but it's 13 Reasons Why that's catapulted
this former Nick kid to the A-list.
Vanessa Hudgens
The same year Vanessa Hudgens booked a small guest-starring role as Rebecca, one of Drake's
flings on Drake & Josh, she landed the part of Gabriella in Disney's High School Musical.
She used her instant icon status to launch a music career, releasing her first album,
V, in 2006, and her second, Identified, in 2008.
Since then, Hudgens has continued to maintain a successful showbiz career.
The actress moved viewers to tears in 2016 as Rizzo in Grease Live!, going on with the
show, despite the fact that her had father passed away the day before.
Lucy Hale
Lucy Hale also got her showbiz start on Drake & Josh as Hazel, yet another one of Drake's
flings.
She quickly built upon the experience, landing a leading role on the short lived NBC reboot
of the Bionic Woman, and booking movies such as The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.
Hale's big break came when she landed the lead role of Aria Montgomery on Pretty Little
Liars, and she's slated to star in The CW dramedy Life Sentence, due out in 2018.

Raising capital as a B Corporation - Duration: 0:52.
- When we went for capital,
I think one of the things that we did
that we might've done over again
is to make sure that the folks that we actually
had conversations with were mission aligned.
So, we talked to about 60 different folks
during a capital fundraising period
and some were not aware of what a social enterprise was
or a B corporation was.
So, if one of those things we could've done over again
might've been to pre-sell them on the notion
of what a B corp is.
If we had done that, we might've saved ourselves
and our potential investors some time
to make sure that they were aligned
with the concept of what a B corp was.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY AFTER EATING BANANAS WITH BLACK SPOTS - Duration: 4:31.
Have you ever bought a bunch of bananas that sat on the kitchen counter for a little longer
than you wanted them to?
We've all been there.
When you buy a banana it might still be a little green, meaning it's really not ripe
yet.
As time goes by, the green tint turns to yellow, and the yellow gives way to small black spots
that eventually turn the entire banana black.
Most times when a banana starts getting those black spots on them, we start tossing them
in the trash because we think they're rotten.
Contrary to what most people think, those black spots don't mean that bananas are
rotten.
They actually mean that the banana is just starting to ripen.
Though they may look unsightly, when bananas get those black spots, an important process
is just beginning.
As the black spots increase so does the TNF—or, tumor necrosis factor.
The more spots a banana has the higher the TNF.
TNF is an anti-carcinogen that helps fight aberrant cells in our bodies.
This substance contained in truly ripe bananas helps our immune system communicate better
and send extra cells to damaged or hurting areas in our body.
This normally happens when there's inflammation or infection.
When we eat bananas with a high TNF factor, research suggests that it allows our body
to fight the growth of tumor cells.
Since this superfood also has high levels of antioxidants, it boosts our immune system,
increasing our overall health.
To take full advantage of all a banana's health benefits, we recommend you eat two
per day.
Take a look at a few other reasons why you should eat those ripening bananas instead
of throwing them away:
Blood pressure Most people know that bananas contain lots
of potassium, but not everyone knows that they contain little sodium.
That makes them heart healthy.
Lower sodium levels can mean lower blood pressure and a lower risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Higher energy levels Bananas have multiple essential vitamins and
minerals, and they are a great source of low glycemic carbs, meaning that they don't
have a tendency to raise your blood sugar.
Therefore, they provide quick energy and are a great snack to have before hitting the gym.
Anti-acid Not only do they give you more energy and
lower your blood pressure, they also can quickly relieve the symptoms associated with heartburn.
If you suffer from heartburn, keep a banana nearby and eat it when you start having discomfort.
Let this natural anti-acid go to work.
Depression Bananas are also a good source of tryptophan.
Once you eat a banana, your body converts this tryptophan into serotonin, a powerful
neurotransmitter.
Serotonin positively affects mood, social behavior, sleep, and sex drive.
Eating a banana could be just what you need to make you feel better.
Temperature regulation That tryptophan that gets converted into serotonin
also has the capacity to lower your body temperature.
So, when you've got a fever a banana could help you cool down.
Improved Digestion Because they're high in fiber, bananas stimulate
our bowels and fight against whatever may be keeping you bound up.
Our bodies can't digest fiber, so it tends to pass through our system quickly.
Source of Iron Bananas are rich in iron, so anyone feeling
weak or rundown should look to incorporate more of them into their diet.
Getting more iron will strengthen your blood and cure anemia by sparking the production
of hemoglobin.
Ulcers Bananas are great because they protect the
stomach lining from high acid levels.
If you struggle with ulcers, you know that it's difficult to find foods that don't
upset your stomach.
Bananas are safe and will keep your stomach from being irritated.
Lowered Stress B vitamins have a calming affect on our nervous
system.
They relax us, allow us to de-stress, and help put us in a better mood.
Bananas contain plenty of these mood improving B vitamins.

The Erewash Canal by Narrowboat. Quiet, Hard Work but Worth It! - 24 - Duration: 17:29.
I left the wide expanse of the River Trent and moored up in the basin just
below Trent Lock. I noted as I climbed the steps up to the lock, that I'd need my
water conservation key. It's also known as a handcuff key and is used to release
the lock paddles, so vandals can't drain the canal of its precious water.
The Erewash Canal was built towards the end of the 18th century and is 11 3/4 miles
in length. It has a total of 15 locks and is suitable for
boats up to 72 foot in length and 10 foot 6 inches in width. The canal travels
north through the popular Long Eaton area to Sandiacre, where I was to moor
up for the night. The northernmost section of the canal continues after
Ilkeston. It's rural and has attractive surroundings. As the canal curves round
between the towns of Eastwood and Heanor, it terminates at the Great Northern
Basin at Langley Mill. Right above Trent Lock are a small gathering of boat yards
and a Canal & River Trust sanitary and water point. Make sure you fill up with
water at lock one because there isn't another water tap right until Langley
Mill, which is right at the very end. So I'm full up, the day has actually turned out
to be quite nice. Nice and sunny, it's a bit warm.
I've been warned that certain patches of the canal are quite shallow,
some have got lots of weeds but we'll see how we go. As you travel north, the
canals off-side is lined with well-kept houseboats, of all different
sizes and shapes.
I think this journey is gonna take a bit of time today, because I always try and
go tick over speed when going past people. Again there's nothing worse than
boats zooming past and everything falling out and around you, inside the boat. So
I'm going nice and slow but there are boats moored along the side, as far as
the eye can see!
[Alarm Announcement] Warning! You should not be in this area. Please leave now!
Heading up through Long Eaton, its historical past is clear to see.
Lace-making and railway wagon manufacturing, dominated the town's
population and both used the large railway yard just north of the town. The
canal straightens out here and lots of mooring points available on the town
side of the cut. I've had a couple of people look quite shocked, when I've
gone past. I'm like, what's wrong with the boat, is there things sticking
out or something and then one person said "blimey I've seen two boats in one
day". So I think the Erewash Canals a bit of a quiet canal. Someone even came
to the end of their garden just to watch me go past and said that they haven't
seen another boat all day. Now, when I came through the the lock at
Trent Lock there was one boat there but to be fair, I haven't seen any more boats.
The Long Eaton Lock sits alongside a huge expanse of playing fields called
West Park. A number of murals have been painted on many of the parks otherwise,
plain brick walls. This one showcasing the canal alongside, At Sandiacre Lock
just north of Long Eaton, there are the only surviving lockside cottages left on
the canal. The Erewash Canal Preservation and Development Association
have leased the cottages from the Canal & River Trust. The cottages are
maintained by volunteers, with the aim to keep them as historically accurate as
possible. There's a link to their website in the description below. Next to the
cottages is where the Erewash and the Derby Canal once joined. The Derby and
Sandiacre Trust are trying to raise funds to restore the former canal. If restored,
it would create a cruising ring and reconnect the city of Derby, to the
National canal network. A link to the Trust's website, is also in the
description below. As there's limited metal shuttering to the side of the
canals edge, when in built-up areas, I try to moor up on bollards, rather than using
mooring pins. Just north of Long Eaton is the small town of Sandiacre, where there's
a cluster of shops and facilities. This is Sandiacre. I moored up here last night.
a couple of mooring spots, enough for probably about three boats I'd say. I saw
one boat moving all day yesterday, very, very quiet canal, some of the people
on Twitter had mentioned that they couldn't get up the canal because of
weeds but I think that was different because a
couple of weeks ago, there was quite a big festival, right at the top of the
Erewash Canal for the Inland Waterways Association. So I think they might've
either, dredged the canal, cleared it with weeds or the sheer volume of boats,
100-plus boats cleared it, you know for us. So, a bit of a noisy night, quite a
lot of traffic, quite a lot of people yelling and screaming, sirens that sort
of thing. So I'm a little bit tired today but I'm up nice and early and onward I
go.
So that was a bit of an interesting conversation I just had. Someone at the
end of their house, just down the cut here, end of their garden. They've got a
cruiser and as I was going past, they asked "oh you've got a hole in the front
of your hull" like really concerned. And I was like, Oh my goodness, what's happened, have I
bashed into something and then he sort of pointed where it was. Obviously I'm
steering so I couldn't stop and look and he described what it was "It's like
a hoop". Oh okay. {laugh} Phew, that's actually the vent for the gas
locker, so it's built into the frame, so nothing to worry about.
But it gave me a couple of seconds of panic then, I thought oh my
gosh, I'm gonna sink right out into the countryside north of Sandiacre, but no,
it's fine, it's built into the hull! I can see this is going to be a little
bit of a troublesome lock because the top gates keep swinging open in the wind.
So in this instance, I'm going to try and close them as much as I can and then
start releasing the water from the bottom gates, ever so slightly, which will
cause a bit of a pull on the water and hopefully force the gates to close. But
I've closed both of them now and they've both blown open. As soon as I've got to
the other side, the other ones blown open so, look this one's already on its way
again! [Grr]
That's the sort of things I really enjoy. I'm sat here waiting for a lock to fill
up and someone walking his dog along the towpath. We cropped up a conversation and
started talking about my solar panels. They will be in a much more detailed
video later on when I get to finalising the electrics cupboard, so don't worry
about that. I know people can see them on the roof and I've had lots of comments,
so there is a video on its way. But it was nice being able to chat to him about
voltage drop over distances of cabling, and all that sort of stuff. So he knew
what he was talking about and those sorts of conversations don't really
happen. If you're walking along the towpath,
and someone else is walking along the towpath, you might say morning, or hello,
or hi dog and give it a pat but you wouldn't spark up a conversation and
that's something I'm really noticing when you're on a boat, everyone wants to
stop and chat.
With me navigating locks on my own, I'm trying to make it a little bit easier
for myself. On this lock, I've opened to the ground paddle and the gate paddle,
but only on one side. It reduces the risk factor because I don't have to walk
across the gate to open the other side and then back again to close them and
because I'm on my own, in the middle of nowhere, I could slip off and fall into
the lock and no one would even know I was there for hours on end. So just being
sensible, I'm not in a rush, although it is starting to rain now, so I might moor
up soon and just take it easy through the locks and make it easy as possible.
It was hard work to turn every corner and be confronted with yet another lock
but as rain showers passed overhead, I carried on up to the east of Ilkeston,
where I decided enough was enough and stopped for the day. I had already moored
up for the night. It was chucking it down with rain, I was
all wet and damp, so I moored up and everything was fine. A nice cup of
tea, everything's dried off and then I
started looking out the window and I thought well this is an absolutely
glorious evening, it'd be such a shame to not use the the lovely weather to
navigate a bit more of the canal. Where I was, there was a bit of a hum from a
building, like a sound hum, which is a little bit annoying. There was
obviously some, a workshop or something that was nearby and also, every time I
moved, the television signal ever so slightly went out and every time I moved
in the boat because there were trees in the way, so I thought well, nice
evening, let's keep going. At one point I thought to myself am I cruising through
the Florida Everglades?? Just a couple of weeds!
Well this evenings turn out to be really nice. Nice low setting sun, nice and quiet,
I don't think there'll be any rain anymore, so I should have
a nice quiet night.
The evenings warm sun was beautiful but I let it get the better of me, as I
traveled a little too long in the day and it very quickly became dark and then
I ran into trouble. It's bright and early on what, day three of my journey up the
Erewash Canal. I did this part of the canal last night
and I moored up. I wanted to moor up on a nice straight bit.
I knew that I would have to use mooring pins. It was getting dark, I was really
damp after a days raining and I moored up. Could I get the pins in? Oh gosh, because
the path here is so well made, I just couldn't get them in. There were stones,
there was rubble, there was great big boulders, so I had to give up because the
light was fading fast, and I had to reverse all the way down this bit and
moor up on an end bay, of what was a lock landing. That's not
advisable, but considering I saw two boats yesterday and I've seen nothing
yet today and one boat the day before, I thought well, I'll chance it. There's
hardly going to be any traffic and the lock is in exactly the same place and
gates are in the same position as they were last night. So I know no one's come
down. So I thought I'd get up nice and early this morning
and keep going. I'm going to go up to Eastwood which is Langley Mill Lock,
there's facilities up there, I'll have a look around see what's available and
then I'll turn around and aim to go down the complete Erewash, right the way back
to Trent Lock today, hopefully. My calculations are, it'll take around
about six or seven hours, so it's a long day and hopefully because there's no
traffic, a load of the locks will be in my favour, because I left them in that way
yesterday, so we'll see.
Some of the bridges on the Erewash are quite low.
Bridge 27 up near Eastwood, is exceedingly low. So I had to take it
really slow, just to make sure that it didn't knock my solar panels off.
I had completed all but one lock and wanted to get to the end of the canal
and all the way back to the River Trent in one day, without stopping. At the end
of the Erewash Canal is the Great Northern Basin. Narrowboats lining its
edges and there's a boatyard here and a small area to turn around. There's
supposed to be a water and sanitation point here but all I could find is this
small hut, with what looked like an outside tap. No signs indicating if I was
correct however. The basin is just to the west of Eastwood and there are plenty of
large supermarkets and restaurants, just a few minutes walk from the canal. So I've
never done this before. I've watched other people do it but I've never done
it. I'm right at the very, very end of the Erewash Canal up at Langley Mill. There's one
final lock there, that was in my favour and then there's a turning circle in
the basin, but it's early on a Sunday morning, quite early, and the last thing I
wanted to do is lots of clanging of lock gates and ratchets and me
motoring back and forth to turn around, and I didn't really want to wake
everyone up, because I'm sure lots of people are having a nice lie in. So this
morning, I've decided to tie some ropes together and pull Alice around.
And that's worked quite nicely, I'm back in the right direction now, so I'll undo
this rope, on the centre-line and off I go. I won't have any propellers clogged up
in weeds and I certainly won't have a bow thruster tube full of debris. So
that's worked well, I might do that again in the future. So, that was the Erewash
Canal. A very quiet canal, that passes through both urban and picturesque
countryside. I didn't have any problems with weeds and all the locks and bridges
were in good working order. I was limited to where I could moor up overnight and
on the edges of some of the urban areas, the locals look like they could cause a
bit of bother, so two of the three nights, I kept to the rural countryside, where
everyone was pleasant enough. It was hard work on my own but as the canal is so
unused, 13 of the 15 locks I needed to navigate back, were still in my favour,
which was nice! Don't forget to click the Thumbs Up if you

time, see you later.

I didn't wanna say goodbye

can't compete with all the light you give in me
Scared to look down, But gravity
Got the thrill and now I'm only one more
Never felt like this before
When we're in the free fall
When we're in the free fall
I lose myself and I'm not the same
I'm spinning and I can't stop
I go into a free fall
I lose my breath when you say my name
I'm spinning and I can't stop
I go into a free fall
When you pull me into your arms
I'm floating off the ground
It's like you're diving into my heart

Special Witness - President Nelson - Duration: 3:29.
Whenever I look at stars in the sky, I'm reminded -
- that 4,000 years ago, Jesus Christ; then speaking as Jehovah.
As God of the Old Testament he made a covenant with Abraham.
It Included the promise that the Savior of the world would come -
- through Abraham's lineage, and that his seed -
- would be as many as the stars of the heaven.
In addition, Abraham was told, through his seed, -
-all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.
This covenant was to be everlasting, even through 1000 generations.
Abraham was promised that this right shall continue in thee, -
- and in thy seed after thee, even with the blessings of the Gospel.
Which are the blessings of salvation, even life eternal.
In the scriptures, we learn that this covenant -
- shall be fulfilled in the latter days.
Then the fullness of His gospel would be preached, -
- and many would truly believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
In 1836, keys of the gospel of Abraham were conferred.
In 1843, the Lord declared to the prophet Joseph Smith -
- that Abraham received promises concerning his seed -
- and of the fruit of his loins, from whose loins ye are.
This promise is yours also, because ye are of Abraham.
Brothers and sisters, you may also claim the supernal blessings, -
- promised to the faithful lineage of Abraham.
The Lord explained that blessings and responsibilities -
- of his priesthood are yours because of your faith, works, and lineage.
The lineage declared in your patriarchal blessings.
You are lawful heirs, He said.
Your life and the priesthood have remained -
- and must needs remain through you and your lineage.
The ultimate blessings of the Abrahamic covenant are conferred in temples.
These blessings allow us to come forth in the first resurrection, -
- and inherit thrones, kingdoms, powers, -
- principalities, and dominions to our exaltation and glory in all things.
The fulfillment of the ancient Abrahamic covenant is feasible -
- only because of the Lord Jesus Christ.
He made it possible for us to dwell with God, with Him, -
- and with our families eternally.
This is His work and His glory. I love him.
I testify of Him and express my everlasting gratitude for Him.
Now and forevermore.
