When I have the V-kei Makeup, I usually do more girly make up.
The make up today is pretty new to me, I felt like having this make up on stage someday.

Today I'm gonna introduce you a V-kei Make up.
The make up artist to day is Ms.Rikae
Hi I am Rikae I also do the hair make up.
I'm a beautician and am specialist in food, sleep, skin, everything which is conected with beauty.
Okay, so let's start!
Today's contact lens, are gray colour.
It's gray, but kind of the gray for the cosplay. So it is a little bit whiter than the normal ones.
For the hair color and make up is based on black,
I chose the white based color for the eyes, to make it look more rock.
First, we have the shading and high lighter
To make him look more manly, we don't make the chin look sharp and
Put it more on the cheek.
the highlighter is on the cheek bones and the bridge of the nose.
From the basic make up, I felt that it's way more manly, not girly.
I felt it was really different.
Really? I am happy to hear that.
The next is the concealer.
If you have some trouble with your skin,
It's important to have as much as need on the chin.
So I did a good cover.
To hide the pores. No marks, but to hide them.
The next is foundation.
Use the powder foundation with the puff, directly upon the concealer.
It's not only better to have the power between,
but also because it makes the make-up last longer.
Just a slight tapping will do.
The makeup will last longer,
It will look a little bit heavy at first, but it will be natural after a while, and make the skin looks good.
The morning make up will last until night.
I am in the band and we play a lot of shows,
So my makeup needs to last long,

The next is also the cream foundation.
This is for forehead, chin, the part under the nose.
Tap it lightly, and the makeup will look really natural.
So I complete it very lightly with this foundation.
Why do you choose the cream type?
This &FACE one is really tough which can last really long,
Whether it's powder or any type they have their differences
Some will pop up when you do the makeup,
after a few hours.

For example after your show.
I think when the makeup is done, it's really good.
But after a few hours, it starts to became a little bit strange sometimes.
but this &FACE rarely has that problem.
Next is face powder.
Clé de Peau Beauté 's face powder.
It uses safflower, and have very fine particles.
It can makes the skin condition look really good, than other brands.
Poreless and last really long.It also gives the skin a very soft image as well.That's why I chose it.
Any tips on applying it?
Don't put the powder straight onto your face with the brush,
After taking the powder, tap it in the air for several times
Go against the pore, brush it carefully.
Which will makes it really smooth.
When using the puff, there are also a lot of ways.
But compare with using the matte, I chose the brush to make the skin have little shine.
From now on, we start the eye makeup.
MITUYOSHI - Lining Color Gel
Today we have the eyes like the panda,
And I have to say、 MITSUYOSHI really has a beautiful black color.
It looks good and easy to redo.
If you think you draw the wrong line, a cotton swab with cleaning oil can help you fix it.
It can even draw on the mucous membrane.
It takes a little bit time to dry.
But it's worth waiting.
Next using the powder in black
Today we use it to hold the gel.
We tend to show the deep and heavy black today, but if using the gel only, it won't last long.
It also can change the feeling of the black.
We put it on for enhancement.
It shows the good and smooth color,
and last really long?
Yes, I think staying on is the key
That's really important.
The next is eyeliner again.
For eyeliner, I always choose MITSUYOSHI.
Beautiful black color and long lasting.
Draw it again on the edge and inner and outer corners of the eyes.
It is used to fix the details with thin lines.
What do you think is the key of drawing the eyeliner today?
I think I did a little bit of drooping eyes.
I agree.
Not that strong, but a little bit.
Does that bring out the decadence look? Like the Rock taste?
I think it brings out some class as well
Oh I see.
Not only looking scary and cool
but still remains the cuteness.
Next I think is the key point of this make up.
The False Eyelash.
This is also from the MITSUYOSHI.
I like it because of its curve, which is easy to realise the drooping eyes.
And the little dots.
This is really good design.
I think it's not too much and really good.
I also like it really much.

How did you put it on today?
Today I chose the point which is a little bit higher than the middle of the eyes and mouth.
This kind of balance.
It's black and not easy to see but, It's also a little bit lower than the eye lines.
Lower.
To put it there will bring the little dots just a little bit upper than middle.
The next is the eyebrow.
Draw the eyebrow with INOUI pencil,
Matching your original eyebrows, drawing it a little bit longer.
This time we are working on the eye makeup mostly so it won't be too much but also not too less.
Yes, only a little bit longer is fine.
Next is Eyebrow Mascara.
I use the INTEGRATE's eyebrow mascara, to change the color in order to make it look natural.
Next we will use the nose shadow.
We use the KATE eyebrow powder to shade the nose.
To make the nose look thinner,
I mix all the 3 colours together to draw the shadow.
It's really obvious, but for this type of make up,
I think it's a good balance.
Ryohei has a really high-bridged nose, but this will make it looks more cool.
Next is blush
For the cheek, we use the 3 brown color of eye shadow,
brush it sharply on the cheek bones.
Don't do it wide, keep it narrow and thin.
When being brushed, I felt like it's a stage-kind make up
But when I saw it as we finished, it's not strange at all. Pretty natural.
Next is lip cream
This time we use the Clé de Peau's lip cream as base.
It's a really good lip cream for peeling.
You have it once, and old skin will peel really fast.
We had this as base.
Next we used foundation to the lips also.
&FACE foundation drawn on the lips.
We use the ochre 30 color with the lip brush.
Do we have to change to color if the skin is in a different tone?
The lip should be at least a little bit red, so we need to choose the color that gives color
So that it can be more natural.
Then we have the wig.
This time we did a simple hair make.
It's the type in V-kei, which is more rock, and rock band image.
It's short, and one eye is slightly hidden, with the length a little long bangs
Next is highlight.
We use the highlight on the nose, cheek, and chin.
Brush it side to side, not up and down.
This will give a 3D effect
For what I see, I felt myself looking more thin, and tight.
From first glance, it does not feel very sharp,
But still it felt more tight and cool.
Adding the highlight, the face will be more focused.
Which make it more beautiful on the visual.
So that made me feel the tightness I think.
Next we added another highlight.
This one will make the nose look more longer
by putting it on to make it longer
It's only the highest line of the nose.
We had the wig already, so I added on from the end of the wig.

This time I focused on the eyes. Especially the shape of it.
I usually have the girly make up in V-kei, or the natural make which is kind of manly.
This makeup is very new to me.
Challenging these kind of make up makes me want to have it on the show sometimes.

The Judge Died Thrice 🎃🎃🎃 Unsolved Mystery of the Honorable Thomas P. Meehan disappearance - Duration: 7:38.
Thomas Meehan was a lawyer at the California Department of Employment.
When unemployment benefits were denied and the jobless chose to appeal,
it was Meehan's job to hear evidence and to rule on that appeal... until he went missing.
Disappearances typically happen only once.
However Thomas Meehan appeared and disappeared three times on the same night.
On the evening of February 1, 1963,
Thomas Meehan was driving home from a distant work assignment in Eureka, California.
He was heading to Concord, near San Fransisco,
where he lived with his wife Florence, and their four children.
When still more than four hours from home, he stopped at a pay phone.
It was six PM and he called Florence to tell her he was feeling ill.
His wife told him to stop at a motel and get some rest,
and to finish driving home the next morning.
His car was a new Chevrolet convertible.
It was only thirty minutes later that it was seen by two witnesses
as it veered off Highway 101, where the road parallels the Eel River.
It was swallowed by brush as it plunged down the embankment.
The police were called and the California Highway Patrol arrived to investigate the accident scene.
All the window glass was smashed out and the convertible top of the vehicle was torn off.
However the steering column showed no sign of impact.
The steering wheel was not bent, and the horn was not crushed.
A pair of neatly folded eyeglasses was found resting in the passenger seat.
The authorities thought it likely that the driver was thrown from the car,
or he may even have walked away unharmed.
Then footprints were found nearby, starting from the muddy bank of the Eel River
and leading straight up the embankment, for ten yards.
Then the footprints ended abruptly, before reaching the road,
as if Thomas Meehan had vanished.
Also at 6:30 PM, at the same time that his Chevrolet was seen plummeting off the shoulder of Route 101,
Thomas Meehan showed up at a nearby hospital in Garberville.
One of the nurses in the Emergency Room recorded his insurance information.
The nurse said the man was disoriented, and he kept asking if he was dead.
He questioned her. He said, "Do I look dead to you?"
By the time a physician was ready to look him over, Meehan was nowhere to be found,
disappearing for the second time, that Friday night.
Next at eight o'clock that evening, Thomas Meehan walked into the lobby, of the Forty Winks Motel in Redway,
many miles from the hospital, and even farther from the scene of the accident.
He had a long conversation with the proprietor, Chip Nunnemaker,
who was also part owner of the Redway rodeo.
Chip said the man did look normal, but did notice that the bottom cuffs of Meehan's pants were wet,
and that his shoes made squishing noises when he walked.
Nunnemaker questioned about it, but the man did not answer.
Instead he asked the motel owner, "Do I seem dead to you?
I feel like I'm dead."
Later that night, the motel switchboard operator visited Meehan's room,
to notify him that the phone lines must be down in Concord, and to make a call to his wife would be impossible.
According to the witness, although Meehan had not checked in with any luggage,
he was wearing a change of clothes, now appearing in a formal black suit with a white shirt and a black tie,
almost as if he was about to attend a wedding... or a funeral.
Finally, the lawyer disappeared for the third time.
He never checked out of the Forty Winks Motel.
Nineteen days later the lifeless body of the forty-one year-old man was fished out of the Eel River.
Thomas Meehan was a prominent, sober member of his community,
holding a position on the board of directors of his local hospital.
He was such an important figure that his home town Police Inspector,
Carl Vicknar, drove hours from Concord to join the manhunt for the missing man,
with 24 additional law enforcement officers.
But the authorities still had no explanation
as to how Meehan had occupied his physical body three times...
after he had already drowned in frigid river waters.

- My name is Dr. Jon Witton
and I'm a post doctoral research fellow
here at the School of Physiology, Pharmacology,
and Neuroscience at the University of Bristol.
(upbeat guitar music)
I normally get in around 9:15, something like that,
and always start the day with a cup of coffee,
take a little time sitting at the desk,
look over some emails,
figure out what I'm gonna do for the rest of the day.
The three main parts of the job are doing experiments,
then also writing up reports, writing grants,
and dealing with other administrative things that pop up.
My research is focused on trying to understand changes
that occur in the brain in neurodegenerative diseases
such as Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
The goal of this work is to try and develop more effective,
therapeutic strategies to treat patients with these diseases
and identify the particular time points
in the progression of these diseases
at which treatment can be most effective.
So, here we've got three
two-photon laser scanning microscopes.
So, what these do
is they allow us to image deep and in-tact tissue.
So, either in the brain or in other parts of the body
to study how these change
in terms of their structure or activity over time,
either in case of their normal function
or in health and disease.
So, here we're stepping through a volume of brain tissue
where the individual neurons or nerve cells
have been labelled or tagged with fluorescent proteins.
So, what this allows us to do is to look inside the brain
and to image these individual nerve cells
and the connections between these nerve cells
to study how they change across time,
both in terms of their structure
and in terms of their function.
A lot of the analyses that we perform
either haven't been done yet
or are highly specialised.
And so to do that we have to write
a lot of our own analytic software to analyse the data.
To be part of a field that's trying to move towards
understanding and treating a disease
that's devastating to so many families
is a really valuable thing
and something that's worth getting up for in the morning.
I would describe it as challenging, diverse,
and incredibly rewarding.

LG K7i smartphone with Mosquito Away Technology Launched in India - First Look - Duration: 2:26.
LG K7i With 'Mosquito Away' Technology Launched in India: Price, Specification
LG on Wednesday launched a new K-Series smartphone in India, as it had announced earlier this
week.
While the LG K3 (2017) and LG K4 (2017) were expected to launch,
the company has launched a brand new phone instead - the LG K7i.
The biggest highlight of the smartphone is its 'Mosquito Away' technology.
The LG K7i comes with an additional rear cover bundled in the box that
can be placed on the phone when required - it features a speaker that produces ultrasonic
frequencies said to drive mosquitoes away.
The smartphone is otherwise a budget offering, and runs Android Marshmallow.
The LG K7i was launched at the side-lines of Day 1 of the India Mobile
Congress, being held in New Delhi.
LG K7i price in India:
The LG K7i price in India is Rs. 7,990, and the smartphone will be available across retail
outlets in the country.
The company has not detailed any launch offers for the
smartphone, which will be made available in its Brown colour variant in India.
Commenting on the launch, Amit Gujral, Chief Marketing Officer, LG Electronics India, said
"LG has always been at the forefront of unique innovations.
With this launch, LG is bringing the mosquito away technology closer to the consumers in
the form of a mobile device which can be an integral part of their
daily lives."
LG K7i specifications, features:
As we mentioned, the highlight feature of the LG K7i is its Mosquito Away technology,
which uses 30KHz ultrasonic sound waves - said to be harmless to humans -
to drive away mosquitoes.
The company adds the smartphone has no "harmful chemicals", and neither were any used in developing
it.
The technology, which is enabled by the speaker on the additional rear
cover, does not require any refills, LG adds.
The smartphone can be placed on a stand when the mosquito repellent
is activated, as seen below.
As for the LG K7i specifications, the dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
It sports a 5-inch OnCell display, and is powered by an unspecified
quad core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The LG K7i has an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front camera.
It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, expandable via microSD card.
It features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB, FM radio, and 3.5mm
audio jack as connectivity options.
It runs on a 2500mAh battery, measures 144.7x72.6x8.1mm,
and weighs 138 grams

When I have the V-kei Makeup, I usually do more girly make up.
The make up today is pretty new to me, I felt like having this make up on stage someday.
Hi everyone! Maybe for some people it's long time no see.
I am the guitarist from the band MEGAMASSO.
Today I'm gonna introduce you a V-kei Make up.
The make up artist to day is Ms.Rikae
Hi I am Rikae I also do the hair make up.
I'm a beautician and am specialist in food, sleep, skin, everything which is conected with beauty.
Okay, so let's start!
Today's contact lens, are gray colour.
It's gray, but kind of the gray for the cosplay. So it is a little bit whiter than the normal ones.
For the hair color and make up is based on black,
I chose the white based color for the eyes, to make it look more rock.
First, we have the shading and high lighter
To make him look more manly, we don't make the chin look sharp and
Put it more on the cheek.
the highlighter is on the cheek bones and the bridge of the nose.
From the basic make up, I felt that it's way more manly, not girly.
I felt it was really different.
Really? I am happy to hear that.
The next is the concealer.
If you have some trouble with your skin,
It's important to have as much as need on the chin.
So I did a good cover.
To hide the pores. No marks, but to hide them.
The next is foundation.
Use the powder foundation with the puff, directly upon the concealer.
It's not only better to have the power between,
but also because it makes the make-up last longer.
Just a slight tapping will do.
The makeup will last longer,
It will look a little bit heavy at first, but it will be natural after a while, and make the skin looks good.

I am in the band and we play a lot of shows,

So I complete it very lightly with this foundation.
Why do you choose the cream type?
This &FACE one is really tough which can last really long,

after a few hours.

I think when the makeup is done, it's really good.
But after a few hours, it starts to became a little bit strange sometimes.
but this &FACE rarely has that problem.
Next is face powder.
Clé de Peau Beauté 's face powder.
It uses safflower, and have very fine particles.
It can makes the skin condition look really good, than other brands.
Poreless and last really long.It also gives the skin a very soft image as well.That's why I chose it.
Any tips on applying it?
Don't put the powder straight onto your face with the brush,
After taking the powder, tap it in the air for several times
Go against the pore, brush it carefully.
Which will makes it really smooth.
When using the puff, there are also a lot of ways.
But compare with using the matte, I chose the brush to make the skin have little shine.
From now on, we start the eye makeup.
MITUYOSHI - Lining Color Gel
Today we have the eyes like the panda,
And I have to say、 MITSUYOSHI really has a beautiful black color.
It looks good and easy to redo.
If you think you draw the wrong line, a cotton swab with cleaning oil can help you fix it.
It can even draw on the mucous membrane.
It takes a little bit time to dry.
But it's worth waiting.
Next using the powder in black
Today we use it to hold the gel.
We tend to show the deep and heavy black today, but if using the gel only, it won't last long.
It also can change the feeling of the black.
We put it on for enhancement.
It shows the good and smooth color,
and last really long?
Yes, I think staying on is the key
That's really important.
The next is eyeliner again.
For eyeliner, I always choose MITSUYOSHI.
Beautiful black color and long lasting.
Draw it again on the edge and inner and outer corners of the eyes.
It is used to fix the details with thin lines.
What do you think is the key of drawing the eyeliner today?
I think I did a little bit of drooping eyes.
I agree.
Not that strong, but a little bit.
Does that bring out the decadence look? Like the Rock taste?
I think it brings out some class as well

Next I think is the key point of this make up.
The False Eyelash.
This is also from the MITSUYOSHI.
I like it because of its curve, which is easy to realise the drooping eyes.
And the little dots.
This is really good design.
I think it's not too much and really good.
I also like it really much.

How did you put it on today?
Today I chose the point which is a little bit higher than the middle of the eyes and mouth.
This kind of balance.
It's black and not easy to see but, It's also a little bit lower than the eye lines.
Lower.
To put it there will bring the little dots just a little bit upper than middle.
The next is the eyebrow.
Draw the eyebrow with INOUI pencil,
Matching your original eyebrows, drawing it a little bit longer.
This time we are working on the eye makeup mostly so it won't be too much but also not too less.
Yes, only a little bit longer is fine.
Next is Eyebrow Mascara.
I use the INTEGRATE's eyebrow mascara, to change the color in order to make it look natural.
Next we will use the nose shadow.
We use the KATE eyebrow powder to shade the nose.
To make the nose look thinner,
I mix all the 3 colours together to draw the shadow.
It's really obvious, but for this type of make up,
I think it's a good balance.
Ryohei has a really high-bridged nose, but this will make it looks more cool.
Next is blush
For the cheek, we use the 3 brown color of eye shadow,
brush it sharply on the cheek bones.
Don't do it wide, keep it narrow and thin.
When being brushed, I felt like it's a stage-kind make up
But when I saw it as we finished, it's not strange at all. Pretty natural.
Next is lip cream
This time we use the Clé de Peau's lip cream as base.
It's a really good lip cream for peeling.
You have it once, and old skin will peel really fast.
We had this as base.
Next we used foundation to the lips also.
&FACE foundation drawn on the lips.
We use the ochre 30 color with the lip brush.
Do we have to change to color if the skin is in a different tone?
The lip should be at least a little bit red, so we need to choose the color that gives color
So that it can be more natural.
Then we have the wig.
This time we did a simple hair make.
It's the type in V-kei, which is more rock, and rock band image.
It's short, and one eye is slightly hidden, with the length a little long bangs
Next is highlight.
We use the highlight on the nose, cheek, and chin.
Brush it side to side, not up and down.
This will give a 3D effect
For what I see, I felt myself looking more thin, and tight.
From first glance, it does not feel very sharp,
But still it felt more tight and cool.
Adding the highlight, the face will be more focused.
Which make it more beautiful on the visual.
So that made me feel the tightness I think.
Next we added another highlight.
This one will make the nose look more longer
by putting it on to make it longer
It's only the highest line of the nose.
We had the wig already, so I added on from the end of the wig.

I usually have the girly make up in V-kei, or the natural make which is kind of manly.
This makeup is very new to me.
Challenging these kind of make up makes me want to have it on the show sometimes.

LG K7i smartphone with Mosquito Away Technology Launched in India - First Look - Duration: 2:26.LG K7i With 'Mosquito Away' Technology Launched in India: Price, Specification
LG on Wednesday launched a new K-Series smartphone in India, as it had announced earlier this
week.
While the LG K3 (2017) and LG K4 (2017) were expected to launch,
the company has launched a brand new phone instead - the LG K7i.
The biggest highlight of the smartphone is its 'Mosquito Away' technology.
The LG K7i comes with an additional rear cover bundled in the box that
can be placed on the phone when required - it features a speaker that produces ultrasonic
frequencies said to drive mosquitoes away.
The smartphone is otherwise a budget offering, and runs Android Marshmallow.
The LG K7i was launched at the side-lines of Day 1 of the India Mobile
Congress, being held in New Delhi.
LG K7i price in India:
The LG K7i price in India is Rs. 7,990, and the smartphone will be available across retail
outlets in the country.
The company has not detailed any launch offers for the
smartphone, which will be made available in its Brown colour variant in India.
Commenting on the launch, Amit Gujral, Chief Marketing Officer, LG Electronics India, said
"LG has always been at the forefront of unique innovations.
With this launch, LG is bringing the mosquito away technology closer to the consumers in
the form of a mobile device which can be an integral part of their
daily lives."
LG K7i specifications, features:
As we mentioned, the highlight feature of the LG K7i is its Mosquito Away technology,
which uses 30KHz ultrasonic sound waves - said to be harmless to humans -
to drive away mosquitoes.
The company adds the smartphone has no "harmful chemicals", and neither were any used in developing
it.
The technology, which is enabled by the speaker on the additional rear
cover, does not require any refills, LG adds.
The smartphone can be placed on a stand when the mosquito repellent
is activated, as seen below.
As for the LG K7i specifications, the dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
It sports a 5-inch OnCell display, and is powered by an unspecified
quad core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The LG K7i has an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front camera.
It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, expandable via microSD card.
It features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB, FM radio, and 3.5mm
audio jack as connectivity options.
It runs on a 2500mAh battery, measures 144.7x72.6x8.1mm,
and weighs 138 grams

First, cut refrigerated butter into squares.
Percolate the soft flour and baking powder into a seive.
Add salt and sugar to the soft flour.

The Judge Died Thrice 🎃🎃🎃 Unsolved Mystery of the Honorable Thomas P. Meehan disappearance - Duration: 7:38.Thomas Meehan was a lawyer at the California Department of Employment.
When unemployment benefits were denied and the jobless chose to appeal,
it was Meehan's job to hear evidence and to rule on that appeal... until he went missing.
Disappearances typically happen only once.
However Thomas Meehan appeared and disappeared three times on the same night.
On the evening of February 1, 1963,
Thomas Meehan was driving home from a distant work assignment in Eureka, California.
He was heading to Concord, near San Fransisco,
where he lived with his wife Florence, and their four children.
When still more than four hours from home, he stopped at a pay phone.
It was six PM and he called Florence to tell her he was feeling ill.
His wife told him to stop at a motel and get some rest,
and to finish driving home the next morning.
His car was a new Chevrolet convertible.
It was only thirty minutes later that it was seen by two witnesses
as it veered off Highway 101, where the road parallels the Eel River.
It was swallowed by brush as it plunged down the embankment.
The police were called and the California Highway Patrol arrived to investigate the accident scene.
All the window glass was smashed out and the convertible top of the vehicle was torn off.
However the steering column showed no sign of impact.
The steering wheel was not bent, and the horn was not crushed.
A pair of neatly folded eyeglasses was found resting in the passenger seat.
The authorities thought it likely that the driver was thrown from the car,
or he may even have walked away unharmed.
Then footprints were found nearby, starting from the muddy bank of the Eel River
and leading straight up the embankment, for ten yards.
Then the footprints ended abruptly, before reaching the road,
as if Thomas Meehan had vanished.
Also at 6:30 PM, at the same time that his Chevrolet was seen plummeting off the shoulder of Route 101,
Thomas Meehan showed up at a nearby hospital in Garberville.
One of the nurses in the Emergency Room recorded his insurance information.
The nurse said the man was disoriented, and he kept asking if he was dead.
He questioned her. He said, "Do I look dead to you?"
By the time a physician was ready to look him over, Meehan was nowhere to be found,
disappearing for the second time, that Friday night.
Next at eight o'clock that evening, Thomas Meehan walked into the lobby, of the Forty Winks Motel in Redway,
many miles from the hospital, and even farther from the scene of the accident.
He had a long conversation with the proprietor, Chip Nunnemaker,
who was also part owner of the Redway rodeo.
Chip said the man did look normal, but did notice that the bottom cuffs of Meehan's pants were wet,
and that his shoes made squishing noises when he walked.
Nunnemaker questioned about it, but the man did not answer.
Instead he asked the motel owner, "Do I seem dead to you?
I feel like I'm dead."
Later that night, the motel switchboard operator visited Meehan's room,
to notify him that the phone lines must be down in Concord, and to make a call to his wife would be impossible.
According to the witness, although Meehan had not checked in with any luggage,
he was wearing a change of clothes, now appearing in a formal black suit with a white shirt and a black tie,
almost as if he was about to attend a wedding... or a funeral.
Finally, the lawyer disappeared for the third time.
He never checked out of the Forty Winks Motel.
Nineteen days later the lifeless body of the forty-one year-old man was fished out of the Eel River.
Thomas Meehan was a prominent, sober member of his community,
holding a position on the board of directors of his local hospital.
He was such an important figure that his home town Police Inspector,
Carl Vicknar, drove hours from Concord to join the manhunt for the missing man,
with 24 additional law enforcement officers.
But the authorities still had no explanation
as to how Meehan had occupied his physical body three times...
after he had already drowned in frigid river waters.
