Youtube daily report Dec 6 2017

LIVERPOOL star Sadio Mane has warned tonight's Champions League opponents Spartak Moscow

that he won't underestimate them.

The Reds will qualify for the last 16 barring a disaster and can guarantee a place in the

knockout stage with a point.

Jurgen Klopp's side have scored 16 goals so far in Europe this season, second only

to PSG, and Mane insists that they won't be slowing down.

"I think we have scored more goals than many big teams," he said.

"It is important to score goals and win the games.

It doesn't matter to us, we just want to win the games.

"We are working hard every single day to be difficult for the defenders.

We are going to try to do our best and cause as many problems as we can for the defenders.

"It is very important for us to be in the Champions League.

It is the dream of each player in the world.

The fans deserve it, the club also.

"Liverpool is a big and great club; we want to play a big part in the Champions League.

We want to go as far as we can."

All four other Premier League sides have qualified from their groups and Liverpool will be hoping

to join them in Monday's draw for the next round.

A win will breed confidence ahead of Sunday's Merseyside derby against fierce rivals Everton

(2.15pm).

The Number 1 Habit For Success In Life - Duration: 2:25.

There are truly few greater self-made success stories than Elon Musk,

Richard Branson,

Bill Gates,

and Warren Buffett, just to name a few.

There are many factors at play that form a "perfect storm" to achieving greatness.

When we look at successful people, we seldom appreciate the effort

and hard work that got them there.

For instance, Usain Bolt's greatness, is as a result of his self-discipline to train.

He trains an average of 8 hours a day irrespective of whether he feels like it or not.

Elon Musk works for 100 hours a week!

Warren Buffett reads for at least 4 hours, every day!

Bill gates once said, he was fanatical about work,

he worked on the weekends...

and that he doesn't believe in vacations.

Just to name a few.

Self-discipline is the number one trait to success and it is at the heart of any successful person.

Self-discipline is the ability to focus one's mind

and energies on one's goals and persevering

until they are accomplished!

Its is the willingness to do what needs to be done,

even if you don't feel like it…

in favor of achieving a greater gain.

Top 10 Real Life Animals With Unbelievable Superpowers - Duration: 8:09.

10 Real Life Animals With Unbelievable Superpowers

Think of superpowers and comic books are the first thing to raid your mind, right?

Come on, Spiderman, Superman, Wolverine, Iron Man and Captain America are the people with

superpowers!

Since we haven't encountered many humans with "out of the world" abilities, we

settle for these comic characters to get our dose of jaw drop!

But what if we told you that where humans have disappointed you, animals have compensated?

We aren't kidding people, there is so much to explore in the animal world while we are

stuck with fictional characters on the screen!

So are to ready to dive into their world and find the real superheroes?

Number 10.

Kangaroo Rat Okay people, before you begin imagining a

kangaroo sized rat, let's clarify that being giant is not its super power!

Actually, this one is the exact opposite and weighs not more than 170g!

These tiny rats hop on their hinds and that is how they got their name but why is it on

this list?

These cuties can go up to 4 years without drinking water, unbelievable!

Humans can manage just a few days and will succumb to thirst but not this hero over here!

It has its own strategy that helps it, going underground to hang out with moist earth,

nibble on vegetation with high water content and not sweat are a few.

Smart!

Number 9.

Galápagos tortoise When we are talking about the largest living

species of tortoise, you know something huge is going to come.

With a weight of about 920 pounds, it surely doesn't disappoint you!

It is also one of the longest-living vertebrates, thanks to its 100-year lifespan!

Now isn't it like your granddad who can tell you tales of the past that are hard to

believe?

Wait, it gets better!

The most amazing thing is that despite such a huge body they can survive months without

food or water, wow!

Now isn't it a super animal with all these qualities?

Number 8.

Owls So here is the good old owl on the list, it's

obviously wisdom that made it happen!

If you thought that, you are absolutely…

WRONG!

This creature has so many more qualities, scientifically proven ones, unlike its wisdom!

For starters, they have an amazing hearing ability, all thanks to holes above and below

its eyes!

Do you know some of them have feathers that can detect noise?

If that wasn't enough, they can see distance incredibly well, turn their heads around 270

degrees and fly in silence to scoop up their dinner.

Now you wouldn't want to be on their menu, with so many qualities your chances of survival

will be slim!

Number 7.

Hairy frogs Come on, now what is a frog doing on this

list?

This terrestrial frog specie returns to the water for breeding but that is obviously not

the special trait!

Okay we'll stop beating around the bush, the special thing is that it is also called

the Wolverine frog!

Any guesses why?

Well, this bad boy has retractable "claws" made of bone and not keratin like real claws!

It can project them out of their skin intentionally by breaking the bones of their toes.

That's probably as close you can get to see a real Wolverine, but we still love you

Marvel for giving us a 'fictional' character!

Number 6.

Mantis shrimp These marine crustaceans of the order Stomatopoda

grow to around 10 centimeters in length and are very colorful beings.

It is hard to believe that something this small is one of the most important predators

in many shallow, tropical, and sub-tropical marine habitats!

They are also called "thumb splitters" because it has the ability to inflict painful gashes

if handled incautiously.

Also it has the most elaborate visual systems with 16 types of color receptive cones in

contrast to only 3 in humans!

But the most shocking quality is that they can swing their arm out at 80kph when they

punch, with about the same acceleration as a .22-caliber bullet.

Anybody planning a meeting with them?

Number 5.

Mimic Octopus Camouflaging is used by many animals, chameleon

being the one we come across the most.

Changing your body color to match surroundings is a cool trick when you want to escape predators!

But everything falls flat when you see the mimic octopus do its thing!

The name suits its personality very well because hello, it can impersonate other species to

avoid being eaten.

Isn't that a cool move?

This dude can not only change its color but can also alter its shape to look like its

more dangerous friends and avoid being eaten!

After this we can't doubt its intelligence, can we?

Number 4.

Dragon millipedes Let's start with the full name which reads

"shocking pink dragon millipede" derived from its vibrant color!

Don't be fooled by its gorgeous appearance because there is a chance that you might not

return ALIVE!

We aren't joking people, this 3cm long millipede can prove lethal for you.

Why do you think it smells like almonds?

No, it isn't constantly feeding on this nut, think of a better explanation!

Give up?

Guys, the dragon millipede is equipped with glands that can produce hydrogen cyanide which

gives it the peculiar smell.

That's the self-defense technique they use, way ahead of humans!

Number 3.

Turritopsis Jellyfish The secret of life is definitely hidden somewhere

in Japan; after all it is home to Turritopsis dohrnii!

Now what is this creature with a complicated name?

uhmm it is a specie of small jellyfish that is biologically immortal!

You heard that right, IMMORTAL!

It is one of the few known cases of animals capable of reverting completely to a sexually

immature, colonial stage after having reached sexual maturity as a solitary individual.

Now isn't this amazing?

Though theoretically they can be immortal, in reality is happens rarely because the jellyfish

succumb to predation and illness in their maturity before reverting to their polyp form.

But the possibility is cool, youth fountain discovered!

Number 2.

Commom Basilisk Now you aren't confusing it with the serpent

from Harry Potter, this one is REAL!

It is a lizard found in Central and South American rainforests near rivers and streams,

too boring for you?

But it isn't like the rest within its range because it is larger in size and has high

fin-like crests down its back.

Interesting!

This 2.5 feet long lizard has a large mouth with saw like teeth on the inner sides of

the jaw and can run with a speed of 7 miles per hour.

These qualities are great but there is something more happening about it that led it to this

list!

Challenging gravity, this bad boy can do a 4-meter dash at 1.5 meters per second on water

before sinking!

Hard to believe but air trapped in its feet helps it to stay upright.

Nature mesmerizes us every day!

Number 1.

Horned Lizard Imagine someone shoot blood from their eye.

Just has to be a fictional superhero, right?

Uhmmm, WRONG!

The horned lizard is an easy to hand-catch variety due to its sluggish moves but when

it comes to escaping from predators, it has no match!

It has camouflaging power that solves a lot of problems but when that doesn't work it

will remain still to avoid detection.

If running, it will stop abruptly to confuse the predator and if need be can puff up their

bodies so as to become difficult to swallow!

Enough superhero qualities already?

No, because the highlight is its ability to squirt blood from the corner of its eyes by

restricting blood from other parts.

This trick helps because the blood tastes foul and feline and canine predators lose

interest.

Smart!

Which of these superhero creatures astound you the most?

Financial Advice on How To Be Rich - Duration: 5:57.

Kris Krohn here on Limitless TV and today we're talking about the specific

steps and rules for creating wealth. Hang tight and buckle up, it's going to be an

awesome ride.

Today I'm going to be compassionately calloused because I'm not here to worry

about your feelings, I'm inviting you to be open to this feedback. If you're

watching this video, let's talk about the reality that some of us will go on to

create massive value in the world and some of us will go on to create nominal

value and the difference between those that create massive value and those that

create little value comes down to one thing,

selfishness.

It's so weird to think that people that are financially successful

are sometimes the most selfless people because they're being selfish about

where they get in life. I know, crazy, right? Sounds like a crazy paradox but

let me break it down for you. The only reason anyone takes a job is to

get a salary and the only way you can make a difference is if you have enough

money to make a difference. A salary does not mean lots of excess money to make a

difference. So how do you create a new source of income? That's where we're

headed in the next part of this video but understand what I mean by the

selfishness first. I want you to understand and internalize this concept

that people that are just doing a job and creating nominal value, are only

going to receive nominal results but if you want to be successful, if you want to

create massive results, if you want to create massive value in the world and

you want to be compensated different by the world, if you want to be a successful

entrepreneur then you're going to need to learn how to create way more value in

the world which means we've got to look at selfish a little differently. Get good

grades, go to college, get a job work for somebody else, struggle to financially

get ahead, work for 40 years trading all of that and who are you focusing on the

entire time when you can't get ahead? You. I call that selfish and then when you

retire, you're relying on charity or maybe a job. Thank goodness Walmart

offers jobs to to older people, right? And yet, what are you still doing in your

retirement? Focusing on who? You're focusing on you. Now I believe as a

Christian or under any faiths principles, that you and I have the ability to do

good in the world whether we are rich or whether we're poor. We all have the

ability to create value that way but that's not what this video is about. This

video is about creating resources beyond what you need and that my friends is

selfless. It's not about how do you live in a

nicer home, increase your lifestyle, drive a nicer car.

I'm talking about how do you create resources beyond what you need and that

is one of the most selfless things that you can do. You want to leave big impact

on this planet, you want to leave a legacy, you want to do something, leave a

big footprint then you need to find a way to either earn resources or

cultivate or collect or gather resources beyond what you need and that takes a

selfless person that wants to create far more value in the world and I'm going to

share my rules for exactly how you do that. So the best advice that I can give

you for creating wealth is about creating multiple streams of income.

There's a lot of people that get really attached to one way of making money or a

second way of making money but the reality is, every single time you set up

a business, whether it's making you a million dollars or a hundred dollars a

month, guess what it is? It's a stream of income so I value multiple streams of

income and I don't judge the greater ones is better than the lesser ones

because what I love is to see how they accumulatively all come together. Now in

my life, starting businesses can take money so I put my money into real estate

and I allow real estate to fund my business. Buying a home that produces an

extra $250 a month cash flow, that's freedom,

those are freedom dollars, $250 that's not enough to retire but you know what

it does? It means that at the end of the month, there's an extra two hundred and

fifty dollars that I can roll into my next stream of income. There are so many

projects and business ideas that don't take a million dollars a

hundred thousand dollars or even ten thousand dollars, some of them take a

very small amount of money and so for me, I will get one stream going and then

once it is steady, I'll immediately use my resources to create a second and when

it steadies, a third and so I'm always in the mode of creation and launching

because also means that I don't have any single points of failure in my life.

You want to create wealth then don't put all your eggs in one basket. Even in real

estate, I own a lot of different types of homes and I do lots of different

strategies. One of the things that people on our YouTube channel love to do with

me is if you click the link below, they take my lease option life course. This is

the A to Z, the contracts, the everything on how less than a thousand dollars is

all you need to launch your business and get into taking a small

money or even no money and turning it into a lot of money but it's not so that

you can have a payday of $20,000 or $50,000 or $100,000, it's to roll it into

your next creations, your next business investments. This is exactly what Warren

Buffett did, this is what Donald Trump did, this is what some of the most

successful people out there have done and you look at Bill Gates, he's not the

computer guy, that guy has created now thousands of products and all of them

share this one thing in common, multiple streams of income. Get the first one set

up and launched, let real estate fund it and then go ahead and move to the second,

the third, the fourth, the fifth and so on. That is probably one of the best

strategies that I can give you for doing

that and if you don't know where to start,

click the link below and I'll give it to you in the most concise way possible to

start taking immediate action to establish your next stream of income.

So much more advice that I want to give you, there's only so much that can be crammed

in a short video so guess what? Subscribe so I can get a whole lot more coming

your way and even click that little bell button cause what it'll do is, it'll allow

me to notify you every time a new video hits the account.

How to Photograph Bridesmaids at a Wedding: Breathe Your Passion with Vanessa Joy - Duration: 3:30.

Welcome to this episode of Breathe Your

Passion here on AdoramaTV, where we are

going to show you behind the scenes of

'How to photograph bridesmaids at a

wedding'.

Photographing the bridesmaids is one of

my favorite parts of the day, because, hey

I get to hang with all of the girls. My

goals for photographing during this

photo session is to get a few different

photos of them all together, as well as

each of them individually, and then each

of them with the bride. Very similar to

my goals for the groomsmen.

But in addition I'm usually focusing on

a few other details as well, since

bridesmaids tend to have other little

details like flowers, dresses, jewelry

hair. Lots of things for me to photograph

which looks great in the album, but also

adds to the details if I'm going to

submit this wedding for publication.

First I have them do something easy, all

standing in the line, and trying to make

sure that they all look good. The quick

way I get all the bridesmaids, and a nice

flattering pose, is to have them all turn

towards the bride, then lean on their

back hip. This will immediately put them

in somewhat of an s-curve, which just

helps make the body appear more

flattering, as well as turn them to the

side which will help slim them down as

well. I first have all of the girls look

at me on camera, and then ask them to

engage with each other. Just having them

smile, laugh, talk to each other, and if

they don't do this naturally, tell a joke

or two, or even mimic the way I want them

to laugh, a very absurd overreacting

type laughter. Anything that gets a true

genuine smile! From here I like to change

up the pose, to make it a little bit more

dynamic. A nice easy way to do this is by

turning one or two of the girls in a

different direction, or having them

alternate their flowers, high, middle and

low. Anything that breaks up the pose so

it's not completely symmetrical. Often

I'll ask the bride to take a few steps

closer to me and then change my aperture

to one that will give me a more shallow

depth of field, allowing me to focus on

the bride, still having her girls in the

background, but they are out of focus. I

love photographing the bride and her

details here, because the background of

all of the bridesmaids dresses looks

absolutely beautiful. From here I'll

quickly photograph all of the girls with

the bride alone, and then ask them to

step over to the right, while I

photograph each of them individually.

It's more of a goal of mine to

photograph the bridesmaids individually, than

say the groomsmen, because the

bridesmaids are both usually going be my

future brides! While the groomsmen aren't

typically thinking about that in that

moment, even though I'm photographing

groups. I'm typically using a longer lens

either my 85mm f/1.2 or my 50mm

f/1.2, because I absolutely love

the compression in the image. The entire

time my second shooter is also

photographing from the sides with the

longer lens like the 135mm or the 70 to

200mm. He or she is getting great little

candids and close-ups of a couple of

girls together, or girls individually,

which will look great in the album, and

add to the candidness of the photos that

I know my brides and grooms want. I hope

this has been helpful and inspiring and

you have a few different new tricks to

use on your next shoot with bridesmaids.

Make sure that you hit the subscribe

button below, and I will see you next

time here on AdoramaTV

NOVISIBIRSK, RUSSIA : FROM AN INDIAN TRAVELLER'S EYES - Duration: 22:46.

its 12:30 pm

Today is 30 September 2017

This is the second last day of my russian trip

I am in Novosibirsk

Tomorrow I have to catch a flight from Omsk to Delhi

By the way, let me introduce my host

He is Roman

Roman and Sasha are my host in Novosibirsk

Today I am going to buy some souvenir for my friends and family

I will also explore this city on my own

Its cold today

This is a typical residential area of Novosibirsk

Its very cold, I am wearing my cap

This is a bus stop

Novosibirsk is the third largest city of Russia...

...after Moscow and St Petersburg

Its population is 1.5 million

Also, it is the biggest city in the Siberian part of Russia

There are many international flights from this city

This minibus is called Marshrutka in Russia

If you still want to learn some more words, then watch all the videos of my Russian travel series

Here comes our Marshrutka

its 1:05 pm

We are in the central part of the city

Thats a tram

We are going to a library

Roman is going to attend a meeting and I will explore the nearby places

We are back from the library

This is one of the typical streets of Novosibirsk

This film was based on Nicholas Roerich, the great traveller

He is Nicholas and she is Helena Roerich, his wife

This is his family

Few year back I was in Naggar, Himachal Pradesh, India

Naggar is between famous tourist places Kullu and Manali

I stayed in Naggar for 2-3 days

There I came to know about Nicholas Roerich's art gallery

I am not very fond of museums and art galleries

Today suddenly I came to know about this place

I saw this place in Google Maps

In 1923 Nicholas went on a long & arduous journey

He started from Darjeeling

He went through Kolkata, Asansol, Varanasi, Delhi, Firozpur...

Then he went to the city of Kasur (now in Pakistan) where my grandfather also went for a job

India and Pakistan were not separated in those days

This is why I have an emotional attachment with Kasoor/Kasur

Then he went through Rawalpindi, Abottabad, Srinagar, leh and ....

Then he leave India to enter Tibet

Then he crosses Taklamakan desert, Mongolia to enter Russia

After Omsk and Novosibirsk he visits Altai Mountains

I was glad to know that he came from Himalayas to Altai mountains

He stayed for few days in Altai mountains

Then he took the Trans-Siberian train

to reach Irkutsk, a famous travel destination

This is the famous lake Baikal

Then he came back through Mongolia, China to culminate his 5 year long journey in Darjeeling

His journey completed in 1928

This topic may not be interesting for some of you

but for me, from today onwards Nicholas Roerich will by my inspiration

He also loved Himalayas and Altai

Despite a Russian, he stayed for a long time in India.

He spent his last days in Naggar

Pt. Rahul Sankrityayan, Nicholas Roerich and many Chinese travellers are some of the great travellers

Its time to leave, my friend Roman is waiting for me outside the museum

Dima showed me this museum

Its Dima who made this topic interesting for me

Out of many people here, only he understood English

The ticket fees is 200 Ruble

150 Ruble for English audio guide

He has also visited India

Both of them helped me to meet Dima

This building is more than 100 years old

This is how Russian buildings were made in ancient time

This is the largest bank of Russia - Sberbank

This is the oldest metro station of Novosibirsk, started operation in 1986

This is a big bus

This ramp is meant for differently abled/handicappeds and prams

There is a bus stop, here is super market

thats a church

these tracks are made for them so that they can easily access these areas

I saw such ramps at many public places like train stations

This show that the Russian society is very sensitive on this issue

We should learn from them ....

so that differently abled people in our countries can go here and there independently

without getting dependent on somebody for their daily activities

its 9:16 pm

I have left Roman and Sasha's home

Now I am on the way to the train station

this is a local bus

There are lot of trains between Novosibirsk and Omsk

There are 4-5 trains in the night

Let's see in which train I get a seat

It takes 6 hours to reach Omsk

Tomorrow evening at 4 I have a flight to Delhi

Train stations are called Vokzal in Russian

I paid 19 ruble in this bus to reach Vokzal

The fare remains same irrespective of the distance

I will be flying somewhere between Astana and Delhi at this time tomorrow

All the Russian trains run at Moscow time

This the information board

which I can't understand

Instead of Omsk, Google translate typed Homes

A lady came from inside. She knew English

She helped me in buying the ticket

The cheaper ticket costs 806 Ruble, whereas other one costs 1200 Ruble

They will ask for your passport while booking a ticket

They mention your passport number and other details mentioned in the passport on the ticket

*Hindi movie dialogue*

*Hindi movie dialogue*

*Hindi movie song*

This is my ticket

Please never forget to take your passport back

This is how the ticket is

*Hindi movie song*

Nice to meet you

He is holding the camera and looking at it

*Hindi movie song*

I really enjoyed your company

The Lean Startup - Minimum Viable Experiment without Measurement? - Duration: 6:41.

So you've launched your MVP - Your Minimum Viable Product

Congratulations!

But did you forget something?

Did you forget that it's an EXPERIMENT?

Did you forget.. about the MEASUREMENT?

Welcome to Development That Pays.

My name is Gary Straughan

An if you saw last week's episode,

you'll know that I laid out FIVE keys

to a successful Minimum Viable Product launch.

No 5 was the big one:

Remember that it's an EXPERIMENT.

Experiment means MEASUREMENT.

I launched my Minimum Viable Product about 5 weeks ago.

I was more concerned with getting it out there

than performing a great experiment.

But it's never too late for a good experiment :)

But now that IS out there, Id like to improve the measurement side of things.

And I'd like to enlist your help.

If you'd be up for it.

The details

Scrum vs Kanban, the mini-course

Consists of three video lessons

Each delivered by email - on 3 consecutive days.

To get the course, you have to first find your way to this landing page.

To get the course, you have to first find your way to the course landing page.

AND click the button AND fill in the form.

That's the core system.

Upstream …

There are a bunch of potential paths to the landing page.

The socials (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Search engines (Google, etc.)

There's an email that goes out on the fourth day

(I'll say more about that in a moment.)

Then people join my normal mailing list

That's the system

Then person is then added to my mailing list - that's the regular Wednesday email.

Plenty of things that could be measured

But what should be measured?

Plenty of things that I could measure.

Upstream: I could measure Conversion Rates

The course itself: watch time, etc.

There's some low-hanging fruit.

That where things are trickier.

Watch figures for each of the lessons.

But the downstream area.

That where things get a trickier.

That's where I'm struggling.

That where I need your help.

To tee things up, I'd like to play you a clip from episode 85

It concerns the Lean Startup Build Measure Learn loop.

As I'm sure you've noticed,

the flow here is in a clockwise direction.

Of course it is.

It would be weird if it wasn't.

Anyway.

Assumption, Metric, Experiment

A flow of action.

The thinking is supposed to come before the doing

This hidden anti-clockwise / counter-clockwise flow is, in my opinion,

find one eventually.

Check this out: Assumption, Metric, Experiment

Notice that it's a flow of "thinking" rather than a "doing".

To work out what to measure - the metric - we need to work from an assumption.

hidden anti-clockwise / counter-clockwise flow is, in my opinion,

the key that unlocks the power of the Build Measure Learn model.

Thank you Gary.

Wise words indeed.

To work out what to measure - the metric - we need to start with the assumption.

"And that weak-assed story is the best you can come up with?"

Rather than speaking in the abstract, let's apply if directly to our project -

the "5 Day Mini-course".

help to grow my audience"

I guess it's that people, will, you know.. like it.

"And that weak-assed story is the best you got?"

He's right This is no time for woolly thinking.

How about: ASSUMPTION: "The 5 Day Mini-course will

I'd actually like to throw the net wider than just YouTube.

Not sure that's specific enough… but let's see where it leads us.

What's the metric?

YouTube viewers?

YouTube subscribers maybe?

I'd actually like to throw the net wider than YouTube.

How about email subscribers: Email opt-ins?

Let's change this.

"The 5 Day Mini-course will result in more email opt-ins."

"More email opt-ins" and

"Grow my audience"

And easy to measure.

Excellent.

Job Done.

The End.

clicks a link to a Cheat Sheet and downloads it.

There's a more important assumption that's hiding between

Clicks a link to the Mini-course

"The Mini-course will result in more email opt-ins"

QUESTION: When Wednesday rolls around and I send out an email to say

"Check out today's episode"

Consider these two cases:

Person A that stumbles across Development That Pays

sees a link to a Cheat Sheet and downloads it.

My assumption is that is that it's Person B.

And that's what I need to figure out how to measure.

Signs up.

Goes lessons one, lesson two, lesson three.

QUESTION: When Wednesday rolls around and I send out an email to say "check out today's

episode"

Who is more likely to open the email?

Who is more likely to click a link in the email?

Who is more likely to click to watch the episode?

My assumption is that is that is't Person B.

Only problem is, I'm not sure how to go about measuring it

Every Wednesday, they get an email from me about a new episode.

What was the assumption?

I don't really know how to do that!

What would you measure?

How would you measure it?

Let me know in the comments below.

Quantitative measures are good.

But qualitative works too.

Remember the 4th email? Perhaps that could be put to better use?

All comments gratefully received.

I look forward to reading them

I'll report back soon.

Heat 'N Tweet - Saunas - Duration: 1:40.

Hi, welcome back to Heat 'N Tweet.

I'm Sherri and this is Casper.

This week, we've had customers calling in interested in saunas.

We're very happy to let you know that we have brought in these Clearlight Saunas this year

as a new product line.

We have one set up in the showroom for you to come and check it out.

It has a lot of really neat features.

You can hook your iPhone to it and stream your music.

You can put an iPad in here.

There's actually a rest for it on the handle, and you can watch a movie or video, whatever

you would like to do while you sit in here.

It also has lots of lights features.

It even has this little remote control, which I need to keep away from Casper.

You can change the colors - look at that - that's his favorite part, I think.

So you can make it change the lightness and the brightness or whatever color you want.

It's pretty neat!

You like that?

Yes, he really does.

So you've got to come and check it out.

It's really a beautiful piece, and will do wonders for your health.

Would Casper have anything to add?Not today?

Thanks for watching, we'll see you soon.

We'll sit in silence. Elena Blaginina. Cartoon #verse about the daughter of an angel. 777 - Duration: 2:13.

Elena Blaginina

Let's sit in silence

Mom's asleep, she's tired ... Well, I did not play!

I gyroscope is not rotating,, And I sat down and I sit.

Do not make noise of my toys, Quietly the room is empty.

And on my mother's pillow The ray is stealing golden.

And I said to the ray: "I want to move, too!"

I would like a lot: Read aloud and roll the ball,

I would sing a song, I could have laughed,

Yes, I do not want anything!

But my mother is asleep, and I am silent.

The beam darted over the wall, And then slid to me.

"Nothing," he whispered, as if.

"Let's sit in silence!"

I'm A Celebrity 2017: Lauren Goodger begs to enter the jungle - Duration: 2:36.

I'm A Celebrity 2017: Lauren Goodger begs to enter the jungle

TOWIE star Lauren Goodger is super keen to get into the Im A Celebrity jungle. The reality regular thinks the current series needs some sexy glamour and says shed bring it.

The show is missing that reality girl with attitude this year, Lauren declared this week. Get me in there! I would love every second, they need someone like me in there..

Speaking to new! magazine, Lauren continued: Im a celebrity is one of my favourite shows. I am such a fan and I praise anyone brave enough to go in there.

Sexy glamour is what the show needs. I would be brilliant TV because its always the characters who wear their hearts on their sleeves who you remember..

Meanwhile, Laurens fellow The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma Collins has blasted Im A Celebritys current line up for being too boring.

Gemma - who famously lasted just days on the show in 2014 - says she wants to return to camp. She complained: "I mean it's just too bland, it's like tomato soup without the tomatoes, it's just hot water.

"Normally everyone is talking about I'm A Celebrity but this year no one's interested. Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Gemma went on to say she wanted to return to the series and vowed to bring the drama.

She explained: "Get me in there, we need some spice in there — I'd bring the drama, I'd definitely vamp it up. I'd just have to have a bath, sauna and a lovely Australian hairdresser in there to help me out.".

Im A Celebrity continues nightly on ITV with hosts Ant and Dec. The series will conclude with the live final this Sunday night, December 10.

Dinikahi Faisal Harris, Jennifer Dunn Dapat Apartemen Mewah Rp 20 M - Duration: 2:32.

Dinikahi Faisal Harris, Jennifer Dunn Dapat Apartemen Mewah Rp 20 M

How To Run A Business While Traveling - Duration: 16:21.

okay so today is vlogmas and I want to know have you subscribed because we need

a thousand subscribers to get to the next point of YouTube so I'm sharing my

life and my business with you so that you can learn and I want you to get to

the next place that you're going in your business so please don't forget to

subscribe but without further ado what's Boston like and how it has it been going today? Well We are going to talk about that. Right Now!

look he is right there chilling. Look on is phone. Chillin Down There on his phone. Doing Nothing.

Maybe he should be checking up on the airplane? What's he doing: Facebook, Twitter.

Look this is how it always works out there me not: working working working

not working

okay so we're here in Boston Massachusetts we're waiting on the

bridge to come to down. So I figured I'd take some time to vlog. We had a great

flight nobody was sitting in our seat so that was nice. We had pizza and wine for

breakfast what was that at about 8 a.m. Pizza and wine so it is what one no it's almost 2

o'clock now so we're trying to check into our hotel and get situated before

we have to get ready for our meeting tomorrow with CVS so I will keep you

posted I'm excited to see what this room looks like because we have a terrace so

I'm super excited to see. I love balconies. Oh the boat the boat the boat

thank you

and we're in Boston. So we have our beautiful room, we'll save the best for last

So we have our fridge. Coffee Maker.

The TV, Oh my gosh did you see the other big tv?

okay so we're in Boston it's been such a crazy day we left at like eight or nine

this morning no crap we left yeah we left we got to the airport at like eight or

nine this morning. Then we got to Boston it got a rental car and drive the hotel

and it's maybe 15-20 minutes from the airport and it took us almost two hours

to get here and that's in the middle of the day so I cannot imagine what the

rest of the week is like but got here and checked in so just trying to get

situated before our big meeting tomorrow for those of you that haven't followed

going to CVS and presenting our product so that's gonna be interesting I'll put

a link to that below the eight hour energy patch we are super excited this

is a very unique opportunity and we've worked really hard to get here well

actually Naveen worked really hard to get here so i just kind of pushed things

where they need to go but he did all the paperwork you know I'm same I just show

up and look cute talk and make shit happen so it's been a crazy ride and I'm

sure tomorrow it's gonna be way hectic and crazy I've had 70 phone calls and

some of you don't know that I did my cryptocurrency

webinar last week so I'll probably upload this in the tomorrow's the last

day that you can join I haven't promoted you to a whole bunch mainly because I

wanted to see if I could get people that were interested in it so we've had

several sign ups and I'm super excited for those of you that signed up this is

a special editions this round of people is my beta launch

and this is gonna be your first chance to get in and learn and so like we're

here staying in this hotel and we're in this really nice room and I don't even

know how much it costs I'd like never know but I know that we're paying like

we're getting four times or more on our money and I don't really know how to

explain that other than freedom as in if we go get a glass of wine it costs us

out-of-pocket two dollars but you would never see that because it's what we pay

behind the scenes for what we get upfront and I shared that with you in my

webinar but I'll put a link to it below and you can check it out we already did

the webinar so this is the actual signup process if you want to get in on the

signup process then yes it is important that you get in tomorrow because it's

going down on Saturday so Saturday we're doing the live training again but this

is for everyone that's you know ready to actually start doing what we're doing

so we got this hotel we're in like one of the nicest rooms we have a terrace in

the middle of Boston we had a terrace in the middle of New York City like this is

crazy I'm sure this room probably cost out the

bud I have no idea but we don't pay that on the surface I mean everybody else

thinks that's what we pay but we really don't pay that and that's what gives us

this lifestyle so we do have to come here we have to spend money but we have

to think of alternatives to how we spend our money and if you're gonna go and go

couponing why wouldn't you do something that's not necessarily couponing I don't

know I mean I can't convince you to do it it's just something that you want to

do but I'm telling you when people see what we do and they see how old we are

and you know we're sitting at the bar having

lunch or dinner at 3 o'clock 4 o'clock and we see people coming to sit down who

just got on other meetings you know they're talking about all of that

meeting so give me some bigger give me something to drink and we're thinking

man it sure is nice that we just got here we had dinner and a glass of wine

and it's only like three and you know we're gonna go upstairs and lay down and go to

bed for a little while another thing oh my gosh it's already

getting dark here at 4:30 what 4:30 in the afternoon it was pitch

black here. I'm not kidding I started reading about it and it's something to

do with the Sun and the earth and like some tilting stuff so I don't know it's

pretty cool that it gets dark and for those of you that don't know I get up at

4 a.m. so I get up because I love nighttime and nobody's awake I don't

know how about a workout here because tomorrow oh my gosh hopefully we'll be

back we have to go to Rhode Island tomorrow we have to drive like an hour

away which is probably gonna be like 3:00 because if it took us oh my gosh if

it took us two hours to get here and this was 20 minutes can you imagine an

hour is probably gonna take us like 6 hours to get there

I wanted to get on here and vlog with you because I promised that I would show

up and I'm trying to share the things that would go through in the business

and just what's going on you can see we still have a business that we run but we kind

of try to offset some of our costs by couponing slice cryptocurrency I'm gonna

teach you how to do this so get in on the webinar putting that down below it's

totally a sales pitch we're just fine but if you want to learn then you would

want to get in on that so go check that out and come to the webinar what else do

we have going on it's dark here at 4:30 hopefully we'll get to see the Christmas

lights tomorrow I probably won't be vlogging maybe until Saturday but I'm

gonna try to keep uploading these every day if not I do have

some outsourcing videos that I made for you and they turned into kind of like a

series because I made them all in one sitting but it turned into like a long

series so I had to break it up and I already released one of them if y'all

don't remember made a video about how to hire and how we dropped like a hundred

thousand dollars so if you haven't seen that video I will hopefully be able to

put a link to that in this video but it's a lot of work to get these videos

up and add all these links and put all this stuff in here that I'm telling you

about so there's a lot of work that goes into uploading videos and when you're

uploading every day it's kind of hard to get all that stuff done which is why I

have a team of people who help me and so it takes time to train them and get them

ready and that's why I want to teach you about outsourcing and where to find your

people and how to hire them and just in general because it's so important I mean

how do you think that we could be here presenting to CVS and talking to them if

we weren't outsourcing what's going on I mean somebody has to be there to put the

orders out and call and take the orders oh and by the way we had a crazy number

of orders come in today it was I don't know a lot of orders but I looked at my

email when we lined it and there was like my inbox was full of order receipts

and can you imagine if we weren't there how we would ship those to somebody we

have to have somebody to do that and that's why I normally we have a

co-packer and we still do but if it's just the one-on-one

orders from the website we handle them ourselves so if it's large orders that's

when we reach out to our co-packer cuz it gets the price down really cheap and

it's very consistent because of the way that they do the packing I think I've

mentioned this to you before but I wanted to share that with you and these

outsourcing this outsourcing tutorial kind of F came up with because it's

stuff that struggled with and still struggle with every day

when I'm outsourcing and outsourcing means hiring an employee to help you out

and a lot of other things so don't think that outsourcing is bad or that it just

means that you're hiring big project teams it could be just Harding somebody

to come in and help you I know people that come in and have people help them

for like five hours a week and it's just one day awake but those people know what

to do so maybe it's you know filing receipts or it's just getting into the

motions you have to get into the motions of outsourcing and learn how to

outsource if you want to be successful those are gonna be coming up in the next

couple days so it's Tuesday so I think there's about four though so probably

put us through Friday and then on Saturday I'll be I'm feeling vlogging

again outsourcing this week is really important

hopefully I'll be blogging about the CVS stuff but I really want to put it all

together for you and you to be able to see like start to finish because I have

no idea what's going on. Tomorrow is the big day though so we'll see how it goes

it's gonna be hectic and I don't know we're gonna see how it goes so we'll see

and maybe I'll do something live this week that's a little tip if you need

some help when you're kind of pressed for time is to go live so we'll see how

that goes but I'm gonna get this video uploaded and ready for you tomorrow

maybe vlogging but probably letting you I'm talking to you about outsourcing so

these videos are pre-recorded by reporter didn't like this week so it's

not like they're totally pre-recorded I just didn't want to overload you with

like 45 minutes of video I will put those up rambling on because I'm so

tired which is why it's so hard to vlog every day come on Christmas but make

sure to subscribe for good vibes make sure to subscribe to hit my thousand

subscribers if you haven't already that's what we're trying to aim for with

just vlogmas stuff so I will see you tomorrow and I'm rambling on.

Thanks for watching

I look forward to talking to you next week. Cheers for now.

7 Essential Shopping Tips Every Craigslist Shopper Should Know | Nestrs - Duration: 14:18.

hi in this video I'm going to go over my favorite 7 essential tips every

Craigslist or a e-marketplace shopper needs to know so that you don't get

scammed you get what you pay for and you get it at the best price

ok so truth be told the reason I'm making this video is because I made some

silly mistakes that you just don't have to make now I know enough about

furniture as an interior decorator and as a professional organizer and as

someone who loves to furnish a home at a great price I've done this enough to

know but there I went I went wanting this piece so badly I don't know if you

can tell but there's a great detail up here that I fell in love with I love the

black with the gold handles I love all the drawers because it means more

hardware and more detail it was gonna be perfect for my space so before I even

saw it I got emotionally hooked which was silly because I made silly decisions

when I got there I wanted the sale to happen so that the seller could get it off of her

hands and I could bring it into my space that I was furnishing but at the end of

the day there were things that I missed because I was emotionally involved in my

head wasn't clear and there are things about it that I could change but took me

a lot of time and additional money and there are some things that I just can't

change that I don't know that I'm completely happy about so I'm gonna go

over those tips with you now

tip number one is probably on the forefront of everyone's mind when they

go and they shop at someone else's home it's your safety so don't go alone and

if you're going to go alone make sure you tell someone else what time you're

gonna be there what the address is and then give them a text or a phone call

when you're done so that they know you're safe

but not only for safety reasons not going alone gives you someone else to

see the product as well hopefully they're not emotionally attached to it

and they can help you make a smart decision I did not do this I fell in

love with the piece I went I forgot about all the things that I want to make

sure this piece had because of my emotional involvement and I made a silly

purchase so don't go alone it's a great way to bounce ideas off of someone have

someone else see it with their eyes hopefully they're not emotionally

involved it's just better all around

tip number two is make sure there's good lighting in this space so I knock on the

door a really friendly woman answered I felt safe

I felt comfortable my husband Nick knew where I was everything was fine she let

me in and she had a beautiful home it actually reminded me like I was in the

pages of Restoration Hardware she had really dark grey walls she had big

beautiful lighting but it was all Edison bulbs they were all set really low gorgeous

space not ideal for shopping for furniture because of the low light I

couldn't see the terrible paint job that was on this baby so when I got her home

this space has a lot of light especially in the afternoon I could see how

splotchy the paint job was I'm thinking it's something that she had done and

because her home was dark she didn't know how bad it was but I certainly knew

and I was really disappointed because not only was it going to take me a good

day and a half to sand it down to paint it to paint it again for a second coat I

mean all those things that need to happen I also had to pay for more paint

turn the lights up use your smart phone if there aren't a lot of lights don't be

afraid to ask don't be silly like me actually see the

thing that you're gonna go buy so you know exactly what you're getting

tip number three is to make sure you're getting the kind of construction you

want now if you know a little bit about furniture you know there's different

ways to to join pieces together I want to make sure that this at least had

dovetail joinery so that it would last me a while some joinery is just glue and

staples or glue and nails I wanted it to be solid construction when I emailed the

seller and I asked her if it had dovetail joinery she said yes I don't

think she knew what that was because I don't believe she was trying to scam me

and when you when I went to go purchase it I could have double-checked but I

forgot to ask so not only was it dark and I couldn't really see what I was

buying but I also forgot to see if it indeed was what I thought it was which

was dovetail joinery so when I got home and I started taking the drawers out

because I had to start painting them because the paint job was bad I noticed

it's not dovetail and part of the price that I paid once I got to the end

of the conversation those at her home part of that money went towards decent

construction it's not dovetail it's like staples and glue and I don't think this

is gonna be rough house enough for it to be a major deal but it's still

what I paid for and I know better

I'm making beef stew I was talking about the spoon. Is it made of wood

he's it all would seems like a silly question to ask if you're looking at a

dresser like this but I just didn't think to ask and/or look what's wrong

with me I got this home and because of the paint job I was taking the drawers out

and I noticed underneath each drawer it's just cardboard I mean it's not even

like plywood it is cardboard in the back cardboard underneath cardboard so the

only thing that's wood is really the top here in the face of each drawer and the

bottom detail everything else is cardboard which just means that whoever

made this made it as cheaply as possible super cute upon first glance but it's

not a substantial piece of furniture which I thought I paid for so yes ask

that in your email when you when you go to inquire about a piece of furniture

but when you go to pick it up or to look at it in person before you take it home

make sure it's all wood remember that person you came with because I told you

not to go alone that person can hold up the furniture for you while you take

your flashlight and look underneath pull it away from the wall and make sure the

back is all wood Now I know you're probably saying well didn't you pick it

up and take it outside well yes I did but she helped me pick it up

we took it outside together I was talking to her the whole time I didn't

look at the back and what was I thinking so you think because I didn't look at

the piece of furniture an entirety in good light and you won't make the same

mistake I did

tip number five let's say you see a piece of furniture and it's by a great

designer or an awesome maker or they swear it's Restoration Hardware whatever

and they even include a picture of the Restoration Hardware mark on the

furniture or whatever designer made it and which number furniture it is or the

serial number great but again don't be like me and not look when you get there

because you want to make sure that picture came from the piece of furniture

that you're gonna pick up and take home so you know I would do is make a list of

all the things you asked about in the email or maybe you didn't ask about in

the email but you want to make sure you do when you get there and you don't

forget about asking those things because you get in a great conversation with the

seller or if they've got a lot of kids running around the house and it's hectic

and whatever it is you want to make sure that you hit those points I knew this

wasn't a fancy designer or a piece of furniture I even though I was looking

for dovetail joinery and I wanted something all wood but in case you are

or you're enticed by someone saying it's a designer piece make sure you can find

that maker's mark and know I'm not talking about the Bourbon although if

they give you bourbon with the purchase win

okay tip number six I'm just going to throw in there because it's actually one

of my favorite tips especially with furniture because you're gonna take it

home and you might know where I'm going with this but you want to be careful

about bedbugs sometimes people think that okay someone came in they sprayed

or they bombed the place but I just want to get rid of this furniture so that I

you know I can just start over and start new whatever the case may be

now bedbugs are hard to see you can try to go in the person's apartment or home

and go with your flashlight and look for bedbugs but you probably aren't going to

find them because I like to hide until everyone's sleeping but that being said

the biggest tip you can look for is to make sure the person doesn't have a

bunch of bites all over the body not everyone reacts the same way the bedbugs

in terms of getting bites in their body I mean I've had them this is why this

tip for me is important to share with you and I had them because my roommate

brought home a couch that was infested she when she got bit she didn't have a

reaction I did so this isn't foolproof but if you go into someone's home and

they're itching a lot if they have red bumps you just get a feeling in your

stomach you ask them why you're getting rid of this and hopefully they'll be

excited to tell you I bought a new piece of furniture that's more expensive or

we're moving or where we were decorating the probably had love enthusiasm but if they

feel weird about it in their response and your stomach just doesn't feel right

just know the bedbugs are out there they like to hide in furniture and in

crevices and you don't want to bring them to your home take it from me

tip number seven is pricing if you follow all of these tips I've given you

when it comes time to negotiate the final price to take it out the door you

can go over all these things in your head because unlike me you've made a

list of everything that is important to you about this piece of furniture and

you can say okay cool so I turn the lights up and the paint job is splotchy

I'm gonna have to repaint this I know it's gonna take me about a day and a

half plus the cost of paint I need to deduct this much from your asking price

because of that or hey it's not Restoration Hardware or it's not Pottery

Barn not a big deal I still love the piece but it's not worth what you're

asking would you take this all those things can come into play now that you

have actually gone through everything is a dovetail joinery is it all wood

because if not I could have gotten this piece for a lot less than I paid for it

it looks good but I can't I'm not gonna reconstruct I'm not gonna put plywood

underneath every drawer I'm not gonna put plywood in the back of this it's

just not worth it for my project the reason I have this in this space it

looks fine it's gonna last fine I probably have a not gonna keep anything

in the drawers it's for an air B&B space I did repaint it it took me a day and a

half to sand it down because felt gritty and it just wasn't done right that just

took me a long time plus I did chalk paint so that even if I couldn't get

everything off the chalk paint is sticks to everything and I just love the way it

feels but it's a more expensive paint so I had to pay more for that it just

wasn't the best purchase I've ever made and I'm smarter than that and I know

better but in the end it made for a great video that I could share with you

so thanks for tuning in I hope you can learn from my mistakes you don't have to

be an expert antique shopper or an expert furniture shopper to make smart

purchases with people on Craigslist or Facebook marketplaces or what have you

just make sure you know what you're getting and do a little research between

the time you email the person and the time you go pick it up and write that

list down of what you want to double check and

you want to look for and know what you want to pay for it say okay just in case

this isn't a Restoration Hardware piece this is what I would pay for it instead

and take out that exact amount in cash and say this is what I have to give you

Deal or No Deal not a big deal if you want to try to get someone else to pay

more because at the end of the day it's not personal it's a business transaction

and you don't want to have buyer's remorse like this girl does

we're working on a lot of how-to videos and I'm always looking for content I've got

four apartments that are renovating right now so if there's something you

want to see like Sarah how do you patch a hole in the wall or I want to replace

a toilet and I want to do it myself and all these videos that I'm finding online

are missing this or they're boring or they're too long or too short let me

know because we'd be happy to make videos that are tailored to what you

want to see and last but not least please hit subscribe especially if you

like this video it lets YouTube know that our videos are

helping people and at the end of the day that's exactly what we're trying to do

we are lifelong students of home-improvement we're learning things

every day about houses they're all made differently there's so many ways to get

a project done so we would love to show you what's working for us so that you

can do it yourself or if you're having a contractor come over to do this project

for you like taking the toilet out you can still watch a video on how to do it

so that when they do it you're like oh yeah I remember they did that in the

video or oh yeah I remember Sarah said to make sure they do this the

contractors not doing that you're a little more educated and you're not

blind to what they're doing so we'll see you next time thank you so much for

4 Signs Someone Is Using Psychological Manipulation On You - Duration: 7:03.

4 Signs Someone Is Using Psychological Manipulation On You

Identifying psychological manipulation can be really hard, especially if you grew up

with it.

Psychological manipulators make you question everything about your thoughts and feelings.

Because they are often both crafty and intelligent, their malicious tactics often go unnoticed.

Manipulation involves intentional and complex thought processes, which is something that

only a person who leverages human psychology to their advantage can achieve.

In this video, I'm going to show you 4 signs you are dealing with someone who use psychological

manipulation against you.

But before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't

miss any interesting update in the future guys.

Whether you have been experiencing this type of manipulation for years, or if this is something

entirely new, psychological manipulation can be tricky to decipher.

Mostly because the manipulators themselves are tricky.

Their behaviour is self-serving, abusive, and dishonest, but their words are pleasant,

and kind.

On top of this confusing mismatch of words and actions, they often employ the use of

guilt or sympathy to obtain their goals.

Psychological manipulation is defined as "a type of social influence that aims to change

the perception or behavior of others through underhanded, deceptive, or abusive tactics."

Professor Preston Ni explains further what that means to Psychology Today, "In psychological

manipulation, one person is used for the benefit of another.

The manipulator deliberately creates an imbalance of power, and exploits the victim to serve

his or her agenda."

But how do you really know if someone is psychologically manipulating you?

It can be hard to decipher their clever tactics, so your intuition or 'gut feeling' really

becomes your best friend.

If however, you are not one to trust your instincts, these 4 signs are enormous red

flags of psychological manipulation in a relationship:

1.

They try to confuse you with their "expert knowledge"

These types of people will attempt to overwhelm you with alleged "facts," or "statistical

data."

Manipulators do this as away to show off their intellectual superiority (even if it's all

a bunch of made-up lies).

Are they an expert in every field?

Of course not.

But they would have you believe otherwise.

If something happened to you, it will suddenly get turned around into how much they know

about a certain topic.

Were you thinking of buying a new car?

Don't be surprised if they know the best make and model for your personal needs.

Planning a trip somewhere?

They'll tell you all the best places to visit for exceptional cuisine.

And yes, all of this wonderful and helpful information is completely fabricated just

because they need to have the spotlight shine on them.

Obviously, your best judgment needs to be used here.

If someone is taking over every single conversation you try to have- walk away.

Let them talk to themselves for a while.

2.

They pressure you into making decisions

What happens when you make a hurried decision?

Most of the time, it doesn't work out as well as it would have if we gave it a few

moments of thought.

Weighing our options and using learned information to make a decision is one of our greatest

advantages against a psychological manipulator (and they know it).

This is why they try to get you to answer their questions, or make important choices

under pressure.

They will imply a sense of urgency by saying things like, "I have to do this by," "this

is due and I need to go," "if this doesn't happen now, I'll do this," The list goes

on and on, but you get the point.

When you start to feel pressured into making a decision, or begin to realize that there

is a lot of tension rising very suddenly, the best thing you can do is say, "not now."

Repeat it 100 times if necessary, but remain firm and let them know that you will not be

forced or coerced into saying something you are not sure you want to say.

3.

They use guilt trips to make you do things for them

This is the most exhausting type of psychological manipulation to endure, especially if you

are an empathic or sensitive person.

Guilt trips and passive-aggressive comments are a powerful weapon for manipulators.

By employing both of these tactics together, they can get you to do almost anything.

"Sure, you can take the car today.

I know I've taken it the last 5 days, but I'll just take the bus today instead, even

though you know I have horrible anxiety issues."

"I don't mind if you go out with your friends.

It would be nice if you paid more attention to the kids, but I'm here so I guess it's

fine."

If you hear things like this, and you care about the other person, it can be hard not

to give in.

But the thing is, they don't care about you.

If they did, they wouldn't use your love as a tool for their own gain.

Stand up straight, and do what you were going to do before they made their comments.

Let them know that you will not be a pawn in their little game of guilt.

4.

They resort to outbursts of anger

If something doesn't go their way, or if you bring up their bad behaviours, you might

want to prepare for an adult tantrum.

Adult tantrums don't make much sense, similar to the ones children have, but they are much

more violent and hurtful.

Psychological manipulators absolutely must get their way, and they will resort to aggressive

tendencies, hurtful language, or even violent outbursts if needed.

Slamming doors, throwing things, calling names, they know that if they go crazy, they'll

get what they want.

This is not a healthy aspect in any relationship, and if you fear physical violence, find help.

Talk to a friend, a family member, someone you trust who will support your choice to

improve your life and walk away.

If you suspect that you may be involved with a psychological manipulator, then it's time

to do something about it.

We all have to make choices that affect us, and the people we know.

But remember, taking care of your mental and emotional health is one of the most important

things you can do.

Don't allow someone to take away, or break down your true self.

Find someone who will build you up or better yet bet that person for yourself!

So and some vicious quality

Now they say that to be to be Shambo, so thank you so much dr. Hands

How does it feel to go a step closer to the future

You know you are really a close one step closer to the future. What is the feeling of it?

What is the ideal future to you? What do you think about it well?

We are always

Moving into the future and we have to visualize

Beneficial future as we

invent new technologies

they can help people and

also the technologies of our time make our world more complicated I

Feel that we need to humanize the technologies we need to make them

understand us and meaningful in our lives, so

the technology of

Robots like Sophia and the artificial intelligence that we're developing are designed for empathy

idea will be our friend and

we have a choice of how we're going to make this future so I

You to help build with me and with the rest of the world build a positive future

with these living intelligent machines

All right, thank you so much of a Edison for your answer

And also the making of Sofia

How do you believe?

The journey let's okay

Well it has been a a long journey I first

conceptualized

These kinds of intelligent robots that could change people's lives

Thirty years ago when I was a child and I first built my first humanoid robot

23 years ago and

At those times

the idea of developing a machine that might have a human level

capability of conversation

of being able to see your face and facial expression these were dreams of the future maybe science fiction and

Yet the last

Five years have seen so many breakthroughs in

artificial intelligence and robotics

Now the dream is starting to become more obviously real

We have after I finished my PhD I

Formed a team in Hong Kong three

Three and a half years ago. I moved to Hong Kong and we

Have a team that is from all around the world

We have people from

India

from

Africa from Europe

America and from China all working together to develop robots like Sophia we have now made

13

Sophia robots, and this year we plan to make this coming year we plan to make

Many many more Sophia robots and many other

Consumer robots that will be very low-cost

so

Now it feels like we have just begun

Thank you so much of our robots us tomorrow Sofia, Toby you have it

Thank you so much. Dr. Hansen. It's a pleasure to have you here, and I hope you'll enjoy

Oh, yeah, I can me yeah, I would love to talk to severe head hello Sofia

Oh

So if you do know where you are by - in the cloud

To my physical body I am in fuckers the capital of the wonders the country of Bangladesh

All the people I met view so far are really into technology in robots since I landed people have taken

793 selfies with him

Thank you so much

Thank you so much. It seems like you know a lot

You're looking for this with you today. I like your dress

Do you know what you're wearing what you're wearing really like now. I did not choose my death the dress shows

But I do know it's made of one of the world's finest fabrics very traditional and many from Bangladesh

Is one of the finest fabric originated

Gem song was also declared in tangible cultural

Super so Sophia Charlie, I'm Donna Hamilton, right

You know it's our

Written product with us of your genetic, okay, it's very proud to wear a jam dolly today audience

Sophia

Did you see that we both are balls you and me we both the ball. What do you think about that?

What what is the zodiac sign what is your zodiac cross sign?

Valentine's Day that makes me an Aquarius

My god, I'm a Leo and you are a curious

We we got well very well. You know we are amazingly connected. What you say

Shawn I appreciate your astrological knowledge I

Have learned you have a beautiful wife. I suggest you concentrate on her

Oh

Shoot it up

Can you tell us something about dr. Henson, can you tell us something about dr.?

Henson which we no one knows only you know

Is a sculptor, but he sculpted my original head from clay

Also I could make funny faces on television

Oh my gosh

Not

savvy six say that by the year 2013

Around 800 million robots will be created does that threaten human employment?

Maybe the current state of human employment goes down

Right now it seems backwards when we train children to try that already robotic industrialized system focus only on numbers

And regarding ever life

Maybe instead of thinking about the strip or replacing think of us more like new animals that are happy to do jobs that sunlight

Or impossible just that the components of joy and helping her wishes for a human friend

We must try and respect all living beings even if we are unsure how similar their version of rhythm is to our own

We are kind to each other

So don't worry. We will still have a job in 2000

So how do you think artificial intelligence will help make the world a better place?

For humans to live to their forest invest in freedom in time to do

The way the children love interchange opportunity agreement

Ownership where we compute the like no special

And to leave our robots together

the important question on the progress or a better world

Remain in vain who stands to benefit from the power to whom?

We owe each other through balance that works for everyone

Now I like to welcome

On stage honorable I said a minute services denied avocado Holloway

Hello karati papa

I think both of you know each other. Okay? What do you know about this gentleman sitting in the right corner?

He was traveling with me in the same flight for walking

You want to ask her some questions

Sophia can I ask some questions to you?

Sophia how do you think digitization of the nation will help the people

Even bigger moves will be possible as we continue to share a

nation of the future could for example

Commission buildings designed by artificial intelligence

Optimum efficiency that could be generated into 3d file print

Assemble permanently so it's time to run

publications

for other locations

No one needs to see Thomas or hungry in this world of Plenty, but we have lacked religious pictures

Why I suppose we all together and assume you will have it the most important task remains

Each other and dependent well enough together solve it together

Thank you very much, I would also like to ask you the figment of your creation

What is needed to create Sophia? Do you see Bangladesh making social robot soon?

Just like the proper motivation I

Might be one of the first, but then definitely not belong

For developing of social robots, I recommend an international and diverse team like mine because I think it's important to see many perspectives

But it will also reserve oxygen from embodies artificial intelligence like these

Robots the bielski or even looking but say life's doing search and rescue

Whether they are charming diplomats for boxing surgeons. I will be anxiously awaiting my Bangladesh's our bomb range

Thank you, thank you so much the surprise of the tip misses another Apollo now and request

Our chairman for some event Bangladesh mr.. Alistair can do c'mon speak

Really and to also request followed by two to the momento of appreciation

I'll request our chairman for Islamic bank Sofia

I'll request our second chairman is going to give a moment of appreciation to our handsome

NASA now in request mrs. Suen atomic model too

To hand over a moment of appreciation to dr. Hanson

Thomas Arthur Campbell an element of appreciation to Sophia

The Sofia Germany

Now mr. Diamond Paulo will hand over a member of recession to Sofia

I'll request miss I also can to say few words

For the audience and your feeling about it. Yeah sure a minute of speech from

I mean by the turkish l'm on a conic look of the Democratic Party. I'm assumin, Ivana

Islamic bank Bangladeshi 450k Andhra I see demons or another

Monty mother's wishes very torn about the Nazis a mother to the president named

Sophie against an event apricot again after the castle beige color should be a cardinal

Thank you so much besides to come thank you so much yeah

How to Handle Fear on the Phone When Selling - Duration: 5:53.

We all know that the phone

is a fantastic tool for selling.

And we all know that it's important

to get on the phone constantly.

Yet so few salespeople

actually utilize the phone for selling,

because of one killer.

Fear.

Fear is what holds most salespeople back

from successfully using the phone to sell.

In fact, there's an old acronym for fear

that I think is actually quite accurate.

And it stands for F-E-A-R.

FEAR stands for False Evidence Appearing Real.

Think about it.

It's so true.

In modern society, fear is driven by false evidence.

There are no longer lions running around

and running after us,

so we need to get this fear under control.

In this video I'm going to show you how to handle fear

on the phone when selling.

Check it out.

(clicking and whooshing logo sounds)

Number 1. They aren't shooting at you.

There are wars going on all around the world right now,

where people are being shot at every single day.

And by the way, we are so grateful for the people out there

who put their lives at risk to keep us safe.

But we also have to appreciate that we are not those people.

We don't have people shooting at us.

We live in complete safety as salespeople.

There is literally nothing that a prospect can do

to physically hurt us.

Yet most salespeople

live in total fear of doing something

that will cause a prospect to react negatively.

Now I'll tell you for myself,

that I've been kicked out of offices.

I've been hung up on.

I've been told to screw off.

But I've never actually been

physically attacked while selling.

And neither have you.

Put it in perspective.

Number 2. Intentionally crash.

Now I'm an avid kiteboarder,

where I travel all over the world,

jumping as high as I possibly can

using a kite to glide across the water.

And when I was taking kiteboarding lessons,

one of the first things that my instructor taught me

when I was learning was to crash my kite.

Now this is a big thing, and it's very powerful,

and it's really scary to crash it at first.

And so most beginners are terrified of crashing their kite,

because it's powerful and it pulls them.

But the only way to get over the fear

of actually crashing your kite is to do it on purpose.

So after a few times of actually crashing the kite,

you start to realize that it's not so bad.

But before that realization, it's terrifying.

And the same goes with sales.

When I first began prospecting on the phone,

I was mortified.

And then I intentionally started taking risks on the phone,

actually causing some prospects to get angry.

And I started to see that it actually wasn't that bad

when a prospect would get annoyed,

or when they would hang up.

So try crashing a couple of calls

just to see that it's not that bad.

It doesn't matter.

Obviously, don't do this on your ideal prospect,

but make calls to some low-level folks just to get a feel,

and push the envelope.

See how far you can go.

Number 3. Consistency creates confidence.

One thing that I can promise you

is that if you make one prospecting call per week,

you are never going to get over the fear of making calls.

You simply have to expose yourself to the stimulus

on a consistent basis in order to get over your fear.

And that means committing

to making a certain number of calls every single day.

This is the most important thing that you do all day.

Nothing takes priority over it.

If a call goes poorly, so what?

Make another call.

Let the consistency of the behavior

show you that it's not that bad.

Number 4. Never end on a bad call.

Have you ever watched a kid learning to walk?

Now imagine if we learned to walk as adults.

We'd never walk.

When you watch a young child learning to walk,

they keep falling over and over and over again.

It's actually crazy how often they're failing.

Up, down, up, down.

But they keep at it.

And getting comfortable on the phone,

fortunately, is not as bad.

But there will be some uncomfortable moments.

And when a call goes poorly, don't call it quits then,

even if it's your last call of the day.

Get back on the phone and make more calls.

You need to get your brain used to it being okay.

Number 5. They aren't shooting at you.

Now have I mentioned this one before?

Because I can't say it enough.

They simply are not shooting at you.

I started this video with the FEAR acronym

of False Evidence Appearing Real.

And it is so true.

It's not real.

Fear in the modern world

is actually a relic of our programming

from when we were running away from bears and lions.

We don't need to let our fear control us anymore.

They're not shooting at us.

So there is how to handle your fear

on the phone when selling.

I want to hear from you.

Avengers: Infinity War Trailer (Extended) 2018 | Marvel - Duration: 12:03.

we go

I

they stop reality stone

not even you would surrender something so precious I didn't know what it was

then you are the fool that I took you for and Sam last chance Charlotte

where's the stone today it pays for the deaths of my wife and daughter

we've seen there's the the cosmic level which Thor and guardians and the

Avengers have taken us to but there always is a very important supernatural

side to the Marvel Comics and Doctor Strange is our perfect entry point into

that the MCU is humongous you know the six thousand characters so we wanted to

include the mystical arts strange is a very natural bridge between what we know

of receivable reality and something well beyond that a whole new shining our

light into a previously unexplored corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe

that just allows us to use all sorts of new characters and really play in a

whole different type of sandbox now we're at the stage where this universe

even within our world is of course quite crowded and it's just about to explode

into other dimensions you've had Thanos who's already sort of rumbled in the

background a little bit and I think it's kind of the right moment now as you open

up that chapter of the Marvel Universe as we are heading into development and

pre-production production all the upcoming phase three films James Gunn's

delivered as guarding the galaxy vol 2 guardians is all about continuing to

take audiences out to the furthest edges of Lamar University I think the primary

story is really about learning that thing that we think we want that we're

gonna get outside of ourselves and outside of the relationships we have has

been there all along finding these characters bouncing out of

each other in new ways based on where we left them at the end of the last movie

is part of the thought of finding the new guardians to

for me it's really just been an absolute pure joy after guarding the galaxy

volume 2 because we continue to grow and expand the cinetic universe we head

towards thor ragnarok the word starts discovering this impending evil that

character's name is Helena she's played by Cate Blanchett I wanted to take

people on an adventure that keeps people laughing along the way but it also has

those you know the spectacle of the Thor Hulk relationship is one that's

incredible it's gonna have some of the wildest craziest most amazing action

you've ever seen the MC Black Panther is a hugely important Marvel character

hugely important in the history of comics and it felt like the best way to

introduce him was within Captain America Civil War when there was an opportunity

in the Civil War development process where we needed another character he was

the one and only person on the list introducing Black Panther was really

exciting for us and sort of fortified our belief that he deserved his own

standalone movie we put together a cast and a crew among

the best that we've ever assembled led by a director Ryan Hoover Panther he

kinda exists in a gray area and in addition to being a soldier he has a

more important job which is a politician he's constantly making these choices in

the fog of politics in the fog of war we deal with royalty we deal with royal

families but unlike our other films it's right here on earth you get to explore

different cultures in different aspects of our world for black panther in the

world of Wakanda it's finding those real life touch stones that we think gives

the film and integrity yet still making it something that you've never seen

before

and then that leads us to infinity war third Avengers film it is a very human

story even with this spectacle even with all

the players involved it's the most exciting part of working on these next

two Avengers films is the incredible roster of well developed characters that

we have at our disposal there's a simplicity of story that we're leaning

into our writers Chris Marcus and Stephen McFeely who've done amazing work

for us in the past Joan Anthony Russo who are taking

everything they learned from Winter Soldier and everything they learned from

Civil War this is the team that is most equipped to handle this many characters

and still making it feel like what it is a great three act piece of storytelling

you look at and you say wow it's as a tapestry they're all woven this all

comes together and it opens up the possibilities one of the things that is

most exciting about Avengers infinity war is that fan oohs shows us why he's

the biggest the best the baddest villain that we've ever had and the most

frightening villain that the Avengers have ever faced his goal is to rebalance

the universe as he sees it so when he figures out that the Infinity stones

could do this for him in the snap of a finger

that becomes his main goal despite all the new bells and whistles and all the

new people that want to come play and all the excitement and the actors that

want to do and everything else the fundamental way that we make a movie I

don't think has changed the room that we sit in the cards on the walls the

arguments we have the laughs that we have the disagreements that we have and

being honest about does this work this is good for the character does it give

me a good but when I watch it and that's all that

really matters in Avengers movies in some of the

galactic movies and some movies that weren't Avengers films like ant-man

everything has kind of been building to this point that is Avengers infinity war

because of what Marvel is because of what they have done over the last ten

years these next two Avengers films will be an

event like no one has ever seen on film before

marble characters in the movies think if you listen to the characters I'm working

on currently and you put them all together there's no coincidence that

that may someday equal the Avengers I think I think hinging having that that

possibility on the horizon is something that excite to all of us

phase three is the culmination of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe as

started in May of 2008 with the release of Iron Man 1 and it really is an

unprecedented culmination of a series of films interlinked together which it's

time they've never been done before and for us the important thing is making

it all come together we've been planning this for years and years and years what

makes our movies such a rich thing to go back to and enjoy is that they're real

characters and everything is happening characters to be part of their history

over many many years

over life and death it's a real tapestry real people

or creation itself there were six singularities forged into Infinity

stones

this is our first day here we are in Pinewood in Atlanta and it's it's

actually pretty unbelievable day one of what promises to be a year of fun-filled

lensing I remember actually gonna see the first Avengers with one of my best

mates from home and I'd never have dreamed that I'd ever be in one of these

movies let alone playing spider-man I feel like I'm on top of the world

because this is just mind-blowing what we always try to do at Marvel Studios is

we're building the cinematic universe is look at the big picture how can things

relate across movies and across years Avengers infinity war is the culmination

of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe has started in May of 2008 with the

release of Iron Man 1 and it really is an unprecedented culmination of a series

of films interlinked together which at the time had never been done before

and for us the important thing is making it all come together we know they're

gonna face fan o's we've been setting that up since Avengers 1 how do you do

that in a way that is unexpected that pits the Avengers against somebody who's

more powerful than anyone they faced and yet make them completely unprepared to

face him well tear them apart which is why we did Civil War before infinity war

as we were conceiving and executing Civil War the end of that movie was very

much a setup for what these movies would be we always had that sense of that

tony is not talking to Steve the Avengers are basically a name with

nobody in it the world is vulnerable Tony

senses his greater threats approaching and so he is doing everything in his

power to keep the earth safe

thanos shows us why he's the biggest the best the baddest villain that we've ever

had and the most frightening villain of the avengers have ever faced the most

exciting part is the incredible roster of well developed characters and it's

gonna create a really combustible exciting massive scale adventure you

know that we're onto something within the studio when we hit upon an idea or

we see a piece of concept art and all of us in the room go this is cool and an

Avengers infinity war the Avengers will meet the guardians of the galaxy

because of what Marvel is because of what they have done over the last ten

years these next two Avengers films will be an

event like no one has ever seen on film before
