How To Be Taken Seriously - Duration: 4:08.

are you one of those people who is always not taken seriously?

your friends constantly disrespects you and your family still consider you a little kid.

Its really frustrating when people make fun of you and dont really take you seriesly.

It damages your self esteem, crushes your confidence and makes you feel misrable.

Of course there are many reasons why people take one person more seriesly than the other

but it mostly depends on your actions, on how you behave and how you present yourself

to others.

Its all about psychology, once you understand how it works, you can take advrange out of

it and can make anyone respect you and take you more seriously.

Thats why in the next few minutes i will share with you 4 tips that will change your situation

immediately.

SO lets start with the first one.

Create Value through scarcity

the problem with us is that we are incredible good at saying things we should not say, we

dont think often properly before we speak our mind,

there is no problem in expressing yourself but the way you do that has a significant

impact on the perception that people create about you.

The more you speak, the less valueble your words will be, so if you want what you say

be taken more seriesly, all what you should do is to speak as less as possible.

The same applies to how much time you spend with certain people.

Dont expect to be respected and be taken seriesly when you are 24/7 with your fiends.

Its normal that after spending certain period of time with people, your presence start seeming

normal and people feel comfortable Disrespecting you.

disappear for a while, get busy with other things, let the people miss you.

let them realize that you are no longer around.

let them feel that they want you to be around but you are not there.

So that once you are with them again, they will appreciate your presence more.

2.

Anger and emotions are counterproductive

when people aren't taking us seriously or disrespect us in general, the first thing

we do is get angry.

Your emotions get in control and that makes it even worse because that will lead you to

take even more irrational decisions which will give others more reasons to disrespect

you.

Anger might make you feel little better at the moment but its counterproductive.

When people realize that their actions are making you angry, they purposely will do it

again, Because now, they know how to control you, they found out your weakness.

You should learn how to completely get rid of your emotions and be calm even when there

are thousands of reasons to get angry.

Appearing calm when others are trying to make you feel otherwise is a sign of strength,

it will make you appear more powerful.

Dont let anyone know how what could possible affect you, be unpredictable, let your weaknesses

be known only to yourself.

when the people realize that they can't effect you by making fun of you for example,

they will loose interest in doing that

4.

Protect your reputation

Your reputation is what will push people to take you seriously.

We treat people base on the idea we have about them, base on that preconception that we have

created about that particular person overtime.

If we see them weak and defenceless we are more likely to disrespect them.

And vice versa of course.

that image that you create about yourself overtime is mostly what will determine weather

you will be respected or not, especially with the people you spend your time most.

With a reputation who doesn't tolerates disrespect, people will are likely to take

you more seriously.

So be mindful about what kind of reputation you are building.

5.

If you don't take yourself seriously, why should others

People always complain about not being taken seriously but if pay a close attention to

their life, you will realize that they don't take themselves seriously.

You cant expect people to respect you and treat you the way you want them, when you

do nothing in your life except complaining about everything.

Some people who are watching this video will say, what the heck is wrong with you, now

u want me to control my words?

u want me to control my diet?

i am free to say to do or say what i want.

Thats true, but if you want to be treated in a certain way, you have to behave in that

artucal way and that starts with the way you treat yourself.

anyways, if you have enjoyed this video, make sure you hit that like and subscribe button

and I will see you in the next one.

Monopoly the state in which one entity or individual dominates an entire industry or

The local cable company has a monopoly on high speed Internet because it offers the

In the game of Monopoly, players strive to own all the properties of a specific color

in order to increase their rental fees.

Because the development company owns all of the downtown properties, it has a real estate

monopoly in the area.

Anti-trust laws have been enacted to prevent companies from disrupting fair trade by obtaining

a monopoly in a specific industry.

When satellite television systems became popular, cable companies lost their monopoly on the

home entertainment market.

Whatever Happened To The Man With The Golden Voice - Duration: 4:49.

For a brief moment, Ted Williams captivated America as "The Man With the Golden Voice."

One minute he was homeless, the next minute he was famous, and his rags-to-riches tale

was the feel good story of 2011.

But not all fairytales have happy endings.

So, whatever happened to The Man with the Golden Voice?

The 'golden voice' goes viral

Williams' overnight fame dates back to a video posted by The Columbus Dispatch in 2011.

At the time, Williams was homeless and asking for help on the streets of Ohio, aided by

a sign that read "I have a God-given gift of voice."

"When you're listening to nothing but the best of oldies, you're listening to Mantic

98.9.

Thank you so much, god bless you."

His remarkable sound went viral.

A $375,000 dollar book deal and offers from Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, MSNBC, the Cleveland

Cavaliers, and many other opportunities soon followed.

Williams, whose former radio career was sidelined by years of addiction to drugs and alcohol,

had suddenly been given a second chance at life.

"Kraft homestyle macaroni and cheese.

Cheesy noodles topped with golden brown breadcrumbs.

You know you love it!"

He struggled to stay sober

About a week after he became famous, Williams admitted to talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw

that he was still drinking and agreed to enter a treatment facility.

A spokesperson for The Dr. Phil Show told CNN that Williams' decision was fueled in

part by a physical altercation with one of his daughters.

Williams lasted just 12 days in the facility before leaving voluntarily.

About four months later, Williams returned to rehab, committing to a 90-day program.

After entering treatment, the Cleveland Cavaliers opted not to pursue a working relationship

with him, and other gigs were also put on hold.

Tell-all

Williams appeared on the Today show in May 2012 to discuss the release of his book, A

Golden Voice: How Faith, Hard Work, and Humility Brought Me from the Streets to Salvation.

The memoir revealed some startling information, including that Williams was a delinquent parent

and had even played "a role in prostituting his girlfriend so he could get money for drugs."

Despite his struggles, Williams said he was maintaining his sobriety and had surrounded

himself with better people this time around, admitting, "[I take it] one day at a time."

'I own nothing'

In October 2014, nearly four years after his life-changing video, The Columbus Dispatch

sat down with Williams for a lengthy interview.

Williams revealed that despite all the opportunities that came with viral fame, he was struggling

to make ends meet due to people taking advantage of him.

"A lot of things that I signed early on in 2011, I probably shouldn't have signed.

A lot of people that were involved in my life then shouldn't have been."

One of those people was his former manager, Alfred Battle.

In 2016, Battle again tried to convince Williams to work with him on an unspecified project

in Africa.

Luckily, Williams said no, as Battle was arrested at the Newark airport for trying to smuggle

a half million dollars worth of heroin into the country from Ethiopia.

Williams for president?

Of all the wild stories to come out of Williams' rise to fame, none was as surprising as the

time he announced he would be running for president of the United States.

According to USA Today, Williams made the announcement in June 2015 while appearing

on Scott Spears' Now radio program.

"I was created to create change.

I want to do it big.

Looking at all the other people running, I said why not change things on the highest

level."

Alas, his bid for the White House concluded by the end of that summer.

He told NBC News, "I wanted to focus on other things.

I wanted to inspire and encourage."

Williams comes full circle

Five years after the video that made him famous, The Columbus Dispatch profiled Williams again

to see how he had been doing.

This time, the news was good!

He had landed a Pepsi commercial and had even begun starring in his own weekday radio program,

The Golden Voice Show, in Columbus.

The best part: it was on WVKO-AM, which was the same radio station where Williams began

his career in the '80s.

According to Christian Today, Williams said during one of his shows, "I'm almost like

a poster child for redemption."

He gives back

In 2016, Williams was featured in one of Oprah's Where Are They Now?

segments.

While recapping the story of his rise, fall, and rise again, Williams became emotional

about his desire to leave a legacy of which both his fans and family could be proud.

To that end, he has been working with homeless charities, even returning to Friends of the

Homeless, a shelter that he once relied on when he was down and out.

"I was right there at the head of the line, waiting for my handout.

So this is where I have a lot of loyalties now.

It's just exciting to meet the people and to embrace them with hugs and all of that

stuff, because they know that I was just five years ago in the same situation that they

were."

Williams has even larger charitable aspirations, however.

He wants to open up a homeless laundromat, so that those who are in the position he once

was have a shot at getting back to work, just like he did.

Mongrel any animal resulting from the crossing of different breeds or varieties, especially

a dog

We have no idea what breed the mongrel is, but he looks like both a pit bull and a Doberman

pincher.

The hybrid mongrel was a mixture of several types of breeds of dog.

Although he wasn't a pure-breed, the neighborhood mongrel was both feared and loved by all of

the children.

Found malnourished on the street, the young mongrel terrier was taken to the nearest veterinarian

for treatment.

Each mongrel hound in the pack was rabid and needed to be put down before they bit someone

or spread disease.

Parables of Jesus - Part 3 - Enjoying Everyday Life - Duration: 28:34.

ANNOUNCER: THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS PAID FOR BY

THE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS OF JOYCE MEYER MINISTRIES.

JOYCE: NOT ONE OF US DESERVE ONE THING THAT GOD DOES FOR US

AND UNTIL WE KNOW THAT WE WILL NEVER BE REALLY TRULY GRATEFUL

IN THE WAY THAT GOD WANTS US TO BE GRATEFUL.

[MUSIC]

JOYCE: TODAY I WANNA TALK ABOUT THE PARABLE OF

THE LABORERS IN THE VINEYARD AND, BOY, DOES THIS EVER TEACH

US A LESSON.

BEGINNING IN MATTHEW CHAPTER 20, VERSES 1 THROUGH 16.

FATHER, HELP US WITH YOUR WORD TODAY TO MAKE IT PLAIN AND CLEAR

AND LET US ALL GROW SPIRITUALLY AS A RESULT OF YOUR WORD.

"THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS LIKE AN OWNER OF AN ESTATE WHO WENT

OUT IN THE MORNING ALONG WITH THE DAWN TO HIRE WORKMEN

FOR THE VINEYARD.

AFTER AGREEING WITH THE LABORERS FOR A DENARIUS A DAY, HE SENT

THEM INTO HIS VINEYARD.

AND GOING OUT ABOUT THE THIRD HOUR,

HE SAW OTHERS STANDING IDLE IN THE MARKETPLACE; AND HE

SAID TO THEM, YOU GO ALSO INTO THE VINEYARD, AND WHATEVER IS

RIGHT I WILL PAY YOU THAT.

AND THEY WENT.

AND HE WENT AGAIN AT THE SIXTH HOUR, AND HE WENT

AGAIN AT THE NINTH HOUR."

AND THE WAY THIS WORKED, WAS PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T HAVE JOBS

WOULD GO OUT AND THEY WOULD STAND IN THIS CERTAIN PLACE

WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO COME ALONG AND HIRE THEM TO DO

A DAY'S LABOR.

SO SOME GOT HIRED REAL EARLY IN THE MORNING, SOME GOT HIRED

AT 9 O'CLOCK, SOME GOT HIRED AT NOON,

SOME GOT HIRED AT 3 O'CLOCK, SO YOU WOULD AUTOMATICALLY THINK

THAT THOSE WHO WORKED THE LONGEST GOT THE MOST,

WOULDN'T YOU?

WELL, THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS THE WAY WE THINK THEY SHOULD BE

IN GOD'S KINGDOM.

HE ACTUALLY LIKES TO DO THINGS THAT NOBODY REALLY UNDERSTANDS.

"SO AT THE ELEVENTH HOUR," ONE HOUR BEFORE QUITTING TIME,

"HE WENT OUT AND HE FOUND STILL OTHERS STANDING AROUND,

AND HE SAID TO THEM, WHY DO YOU STAND HERE IDLE ALL DAY?

AND THEY SAID, BECAUSE NOBODY HAS HIRED US."

NOW, SOMETHING THAT KIND OF CAME TO MY HEART THAT I THINK IS

INTERESTING ABOUT THIS PARABLE IS I THINK THAT MAYBE THE MASTER

WAS REALLY PLEASED BECAUSE AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T GIVE UP.

THEY STOOD THERE ALL DAY.

AND I THINK SOMETIMES THE ONE THING

THAT GOD'S WAITING FOR US TO DO IS JUST NOT GIVE UP.

AND YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED WHAT GOD CAN DO FOR YOU EVEN IN

THE 11TH HOUR IF YOU JUST WILL NOT GIVE UP.

"BECAUSE NOBODY'S HIRED US AND HE SAID, WELL, YOU GO OUT INTO

THE VINEYARD AND I WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER'S JUST AND FAIR."

NOW THE ONLY GROUP THAT HE TOLD THEM WHAT HE WOULD GIVE THEM

WAS THE FIRST GROUP.

THE REST OF THEM HE SAID, "I WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER IS

JUST AND RIGHT AND FAIR."

"WHEN EVENING CAME, THE OWNER OF THE VINEYARD SAID TO HIS

MANAGER, CALL THE WORKMEN NOW AND PAY THEM THEIR WAGES,

BEGINNING WITH THE LAST AND ENDING WITH THE FIRST,"

WHICH THAT'S ALSO INTERESTING.

YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT HE WOULD HAVE BEGUN WITH THE FIRST

AND ENDED WITH THE LAST, BUT HE STARTED WITH THE LAST BECAUSE HE

WAS ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING THAT WAS GONNA AGGRAVATE ALL THE REST

OF THESE PEOPLE AND HE DID IT ON PURPOSE.

"AND THOSE WHO HAD BEEN HIRED AT THE ELEVENTH HOUR CAME AND THEY

RECEIVED A DENARIUS EACH.

NOW WHEN THE FIRST CAME, THEY SUPPOSED THEY WOULD GET MORE,

BUT EACH OF THEM ONLY RECEIVED A DENARIUS."

BY THE WAY, I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHAT A DENARIUS WAS BUT--ON OUR

BEAUTIFUL INTERNET I FOUND 3 DIFFERENT AMOUNTS RANGING FROM

$3.62 ALL THE WAY UP TO, LIKE, A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS AND

I THOUGHT, "WELL, NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT."

BUT ANYWAY, IT WAS AN AMOUNT OF MONEY.

AND SO THEY GOT THE DENARIUS THAT GOD HAD TOLD THEM THEY

WOULD GET BUT THEY HAD STOOD THERE AND WATCHED ALL THESE

OTHER PEOPLE GET JUST AS MUCH AS THEY GOT, EVEN THOUGH THEY

DIDN'T WORK AS HARD OR AS LONG.

"AND WHEN THEY RECEIVED IT, THEY GRUMBLED AT THE OWNER OF THE

ESTATE, SAYING, WELL, THESE [MEN] WHO CAME AND WORKED LAST,

NO MORE THAN AN HOUR, AND YET YOU MADE THEM RANK WITH US

AND WE'VE BEEN THE ONES THAT HAVE BORNE THE BURDEN AND

THE SCORCHING HEAT OF THE DAY.

BUT HE ANSWERED ONE OF THEM, FRIEND, I AM DOING YOU

NO INJUSTICE.

DID I NOT GIVE YOU WHAT I AGREED TO GIVE YOU?

TAKE WHAT BELONGS TO YOU AND GO.

I CHOOSE TO GIVE THIS HIRED--THE MAN I HIRED LAST THE SAME

AS I GAVE YOU."

OKAY, NOW, WE GOTTA WATCH VERSE 15.

"AM I NOT PERMITTED TO DO WHAT I CHOOSE WITH WHAT IS MINE?"

OKAY, LET ME JUST GET REAL PLAIN BECAUSE WE'VE ONLY GOT A CERTAIN

AMOUNT OF TIME.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: WHAT GOD GIVES OTHER PEOPLE IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: BOY, IF WE COULD EVER LEARN TO JUST STAY OUT OF

EVERYBODY ELSE'S BUSINESS AND NOT HAVE OPINIONS ABOUT WHAT

THEY GET COMPARED TO WHAT WE GET AND WHETHER OR NOT THEY DESERVE

IT AND I DESERVE MORE AND WHY ARE YOU GETTING WHAT I'M

BELIEVING FOR WHEN I'M THE ONE THAT SHOULD HAVE IT.

AND I'M SURE NONE OF YOU ARE LIKE THAT BUT I DO OCCASIONALLY

HAVE PROBLEMS IN THAT AREA.

AND SO HERE AGAIN, I'LL PREACH TO MYSELF AND IF YOU NEED

IT YOU CAN LISTEN.

"[DO YOU BEGRUDGE ME BEING GENEROUS?]

IS YOUR EYE EVIL BECAUSE I AM GOOD?

SO THOSE WHO [NOW] ARE LAST WILL BE FIRST, AND THOSE WHO [NOW]

ARE FIRST WILL BE LAST."

THAT'S INTERESTING.

DO YOU KNOW THAT WE KIND OF LIVE--IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD,

IT'S KIND OF LIKE AN UPSIDE-DOWN KINGDOM THAT'S RIGHTSIDE-UP.

IN OTHER WORDS, THE WAY GOD DOES THINGS IS REALLY THE RIGHT WAY

BUT COMPARED TO THE WAY THINGS ARE DONE IN THE WORLD, IT REALLY

SEEMS LIKE IT'S THE TOTAL OPPOSITE OF WHAT IT SHOULD BE.

IF YOU WANT MORE, YOU'VE GOTTA GIVE AWAY SOME OF WHAT

YOU'VE GOT.

THAT'S THE ONLY WAY THAT YOU GET MORE IN THE KINGDOM IS BY GIVING

SOME OF WHAT YOU HAVE.

BUT THE WORLD SAYS IF YOU WANNA HAVE MORE YOU GOTTA BE GREEDY

AND SAVE EVERYTHING YOU GET YOUR HANDS ON.

WE WOULD THINK THAT THE ONE THAT WAS FIRST WOULD GET THE MOST BUT

IN THIS INSTANCE THE GUY THAT WAS LAST GOT JUST AS MUCH

AS THE ONE THAT WAS FIRST.

NOW, WHAT IS THE MESSAGE IN SOME OF THESE PARABLES?

WELL, SEVERAL DIFFERENT MESSAGE IN THIS ONE.

ONE IS DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHER PEOPLE.

DON'T LOOK AT WHAT THEY'RE GETTING AND WONDER WHY YOU'RE

NOT GETTING THE SAME AND ESPECIALLY THE MESSAGE IS

WHATEVER IT IS THAT GOD IS DOING FOR YOU, DON'T EVER MAKE

THE MISTAKE OF THINKING THAT YOU DESERVE IT.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: I'LL GO SLOW BECAUSE, YOU KNOW, HONESTLY WHEN WE TALK

ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HEART MOTIVES,

THINGS THAT ARE BURIED DEEP DOWN IN PEOPLE THAT MANY OF US NEVER

EVER, EVER EVEN GET AROUND TO DEALING WITH.

YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE ONE SUPER-DUPER-CHRISTIAN IF YOU

COULD SIT THERE THIS MORNING AND TELL ME THAT YOU NEVER FEEL

JEALOUS OF OTHER PEOPLE OR THAT WHEN SOMEBODY THAT YOU THINK IS

NOT NEARLY AS SPIRITUAL AS YOU--

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: WHEN THEY GET BLESSED MORE THAN YOU, OH MAN, DON'T ACT

LIKE THAT DOESN'T TICK YOU OFF BECAUSE IT DOES, AMEN?

"WELL GOD, I GET UP EVERY MORNING AND

PRAY 3 HOURS BEFORE I GO TO WORK AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THEY

KNOW HOW TO PRAY, AND," YOU KNOW.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: "WELL, I'VE BEEN IN CHURCH ALL MY LIFE,"

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

I SO REMEMBER A SITUATION IN MY OWN LIFE OVER 40 YEARS AGO AND,

YOU KNOW, SO OFTEN WHEN THINGS HAPPEN AND WE DON'T UNDERSTAND

WHY THEY HAPPEN, GOD IS LETTING THINGS HAPPEN BECAUSE THERE'S

A LESSON THAT HE WANTS TO TEACH US.

AND I HAD A FRIEND, MAYBE YOU'VE HEARD ME TELL THIS STORY.

I HAD A FRIEND AND, YOU KNOW, IT WAS--I MEAN, I REALLY DID LOVE

THE GIRL BUT THERE WAS A LOT ABOUT HER PERSONALITY THAT I

DIDN'T LIKE.

I WAS REAL DISCIPLINED, SHE WASN'T SO DISCIPLINED.

I HAD A PLAN FOR EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY, YOU KNOW?

SHE WAS JUST REALLY...

YOU KNOW, WHATEVER.

DO YOU REALIZE HOW HARD IT IS TO LET OTHER PEOPLE BE THE WAY THEY

ARE EVEN IF THEY'RE DIFFERENT THAN YOU AND NOT RESENT THEM

FOR BEING THAT WAY?

AND TO BE HONEST, SHE ENJOYED HER LIFE A WHOLE LOT MORE THAN

I DID.

AND I THINK THAT MADE ME MAD TOO.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: WELL, ANYWAY, I WAS BELIEVING GOD FOR A CERTAIN

THING AND WASN'T GETTING IT, WASN'T GETTING IT, WASN'T

GETTING IT.

AND ALL OF A SUDDEN, GOD GAVE HER WHAT IT WAS THAT I WANTED.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND WHEN SHE CAME OVER, "OH, YOU ARE NOT GONNA

BELIEVE WHAT GOD DID FOR ME."

AND SHE WAS ALL EXCITED AND I WAS TRYING TO BE

THE PROPER CHRISTIAN, "OH, PRAISE THE LORD."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: "OH, HOW AWESOME.

WOW, THAT--" AND, YOU KNOW,

INSIDE I'M THINKING, "GOD, GET HER OUT OF MY HOUSE BEFORE I

ABSOLUTELY HAVE A SCREAMING FIT."

I DID NOT--I DID NOT THINK THAT SHE DESERVED IT.

I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT BECAUSE I DESERVED IT.

I GAVE MORE TO THE KINGDOM THAN SHE DID.

I PRAYED LONGER THAN SHE DID.

I TAUGHT THE BIBLE.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: YOU KNOW WHAT A HYPOCRITE IS?

WE'RE GONNA TALK ABOUT HYPOCRITES TODAY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: 'CAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT, IF THE CHURCH WASN'T FULL OF

HYPOCRITES THE REST OF THE WORLD WOULD ALREADY BE SAVED, RIGHT?

[AUDIENCE CHEERING]

JOYCE: I MEAN HONESTLY AND TRULY, THAT'S THE BIGGEST

PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE IS WE'RE GOOD AT TELLING PEOPLE WHAT TO

DO BUT THEN NOT DOING IT OURSELVES.

OOH, WE'RE GONNA HAVE SO MUCH FUN TODAY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: ACTUALLY, THIS AFTERNOON MAY BE EASY COMPARED

TO THIS MORNING, I DON'T KNOW.

AND SO THE THING THAT I REALIZED, YOU KNOW, I MEAN,

I GOT MAD AT GOD.

I WAS MAD BECAUSE HE WAS GENEROUS TO THIS PERSON THAT I

DID NOT THINK DESERVED IT.

AND SEE, THE POINT IS, IS NOT ONE OF US DESERVE ANYTHING THAT

GOD DOES FOR US.

DID YOU HEAR ME?

NOT ONE OF US DESERVE ONE THING THAT GOD DOES FOR US AND UNTIL

WE KNOW THAT WE WILL NEVER BE REALLY TRULY GRATEFUL IN THE WAY

THAT GOD WANTS US TO BE GRATEFUL BECAUSE THE MINUTE THAT WE START

THINKING THAT GOD OWES US SOMETHING BECAUSE OF OUR GOOD

WORKS--"WELL, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THAT HAPPENED TO ME.

I MEAN, I GO TO CHURCH, I TITHE, I SERVE AT CHURCH.

WHY DID I GET SICK?

WHY DID MY CHILD GET SICK?

I MEAN, THIS UNBELIEVER OVER HERE, THEY DIDN'T GET

THE FLU AND, HERE, I GOT THE FLU AND I'M--I DO,

I DO, I DO, I DO THIS, I DO THAT."

AND MANY TIMES, GOD LETS THOSE THINGS HAPPEN JUST SO WE CAN--HE

CAN GET TO THE ROOT OF THIS ATTITUDE, THIS RELIGIOUS

ATTITUDE THAT GETS DOWN ON THE INSIDE OF US THAT WE DESERVE

GOD'S BLESSINGS BECAUSE WE'RE DOING ALL THE RIGHT THINGS.

DOES ANYBODY NEED THIS TODAY?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: YOU'RE NOT SURE YET, OKAY.

WELL, I REALIZED LATER THAT I WAS BEING SO PHONY.

I WAS PRETENDING LIKE I WAS HAPPY FOR HER AND I WAS NOT

HAPPY.

I WAS ENVIOUS. I WAS JEALOUS.

AND NOT ONLY THAT, I WAS MAD AT GOD FOR BLESSING HER.

AND I MEAN, THE STUFF THAT WAS COMING OUT OF ME.

YOU KNOW WHAT?

WE NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT'S GOING ON IN OUR HEARTS

AND NOT JUST PUT ON THIS CHRISTIAN SHOW FOR EVERYBODY.

"OH, PRAISE THE LORD.

I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU.

OH, BLESS YOU, BLESS YOU."

WE'VE ALL GOT A CHURCH FACE, DON'T WE?

AND SOME OF YOU PUT YOURS ON THIS MORNING BEFORE YOU WALKED

IN THE BUILDING.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: I WELL REMEMBER WHEN DAVE AND I WOULD FIGHT AND ARGUE

ALL THE WAY TO CHURCH BUT LET ME TELL YOU, WHEN WE GOT TO

THE CHURCH DOOR, "PRAISE THE LORD."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: ALL RIGHT, COMPARISON.

YOU KNOW, THIS THING ABOUT COMPARING OURSELVES WITH OTHER

PEOPLE AND COMPARING OUR BLESSINGS WITH OTHER--OR

COMPARING YOUR TRIALS.

SOMETIMES WE WONDER WHY DO WE HAVE SO MANY TRIALS AND THIS

PERSON OVER HERE DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY.

WELL, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING.

EVERYBODY GOES THROUGH STUFF.

EVERYBODY GOES THROUGH THINGS.

IT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH, IT MAY NOT BE SOMETHING

THAT WOULD EVEN BOTHER YOU BUT EVERYBODY GOES THROUGH

DIFFICULTIES IN THEIR LIFE.

SO WE START ALL THE WAY OVER IN GENESIS WHEN CAIN ENDED UP

BEING SO JEALOUS OF ABEL THAT HE KILLED HIM.

AND SO IN GENESIS CHAPTER 4 BEGINNING IN VERSE 3

IT SAYS: "AND IN THE COURSE OF TIME CAIN

BROUGHT TO THE LORD AN OFFERING OF THE FRUIT OF THE GROUND.

AND ABEL BROUGHT OF THE FIRSTBORN OF HIS FLOCK

AND OF THE FAT PORTIONS.

AND THE LORD HAD RESPECT AND REGARD FOR ABEL AND FOR HIS

OFFERING, BUT FOR CAIN AND HIS OFFERING HE HAD NO RESPECT

OR REGARD."

NOW WHY WAS THAT?

THEY BOTH BROUGHT AN OFFERING.

WHY WAS GOD PLEASED WITH ONE AND NOT WITH THE OTHER?

BECAUSE IF YOU UNDERSTAND THE PRINCIPLE HERE, ACTUALLY

WHAT CAIN BROUGHT WAS THE WORK OF HIS OWN HANDS.

HE BROUGHT THE FRUIT OF THE GROUND BUT ABEL BROUGHT

THE FIRSTFRUIT OF HIS FLOCKS AND GOD'S NOT ASKING FOR OUR WORKS,

HE'S ASKING FOR OBEDIENCE.

WE REALLY HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT EARN ANYTHING

FROM GOD BASED ON WORKS OF THE FLESH.

GOD WANTS US TO WORK BUT THERE'S A DIFFERENCE IN WORKS

OF THE FLESH AND WORK.

WORKS OF THE FLESH IS MY EFFORT TRYING TO EARN GOD'S GOODNESS,

BUT MY WORK THAT I DO FOR GOD IS SOMETHING THAT I DO BECAUSE OF

HIS GOODNESS, NOT TO GET HIS GOODNESS.

HOW MANY OF YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?

I DON'T GET UP AND PRAY TO GET MY LITTLE CHECKMARK ON MY GOD

CALENDAR.

I DON'T READ THE WORD EVERY DAY OR STUDY THE WORD BECAUSE NOW

I'M PUTTING IN MY TIME WITH GOD AND SO NOW HE'S GONNA OWE ME

SOMETHING BECAUSE I DO THAT.

WE DO THOSE THINGS BECAUSE WE LOVE GOD, NOT TO GET HIM TO

LOVE US.

SO IT ENDED UP, CAIN GOT SO JEALOUS OF ABEL THAT HE KILLED

HIM AND WHAT HE SAID TO CAIN WAS, "WHY ARE YOU ANGRY

AND DISPLEASED?

IF YOU DO THE RIGHT THING, WILL YOU NOT BE BLESSED?"

SO ONE OF THE MESSAGES I WANT TO GET ACROSS THIS MORNING IS EACH

ONE OF US IS ONLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR OURSELVES.

WE DON'T EVER NEED TO LOOK AT SOMEBODY ELSE, CARE ABOUT

WHAT GOD'S DOING WITH THEM.

EACH ONE OF US NEEDS TO REALIZE WE'RE ONLY RESPONSIBLE TO DO

WHAT GOD IS ASKING US TO DO AND IF WE DO THE PART THAT GOD GIVES

US TO DO, WE WILL ALWAYS BE BLESSED AND BE TAKEN CARE OF,

AMEN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: YOU KNOW, PEOPLE ASK SOMETIMES, MAYBE NOT SO MUCH

ANYMORE BUT IN THE PAST THEY'VE ASKED A LOT, WELL, HOW DOES THIS

THING WORK WITH DAVE AND I, YOU KNOW, WITH ME BEING THE ONE

THAT'S MORE OUT IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE AND, YOU KNOW, DAVE SITS

THERE AND IS A SUPPORT AND, OF COURSE, THERE'S A LOT OF

THINGS THAT DAVE HAS DONE THAT NOBODY EVEN KNOWS ABOUT.

HE'S BEEN A VERY INTEGRAL PART OF EVERYTHING THAT WE DO.

BUT THE POINT IS, IS THAT BACK WHEN I STARTED DOING WHAT I'M

DOING, IT WAS VERY UNUSUAL FOR A WOMAN TO DO WHAT I'M DOING WHILE

THE MAN DID WHAT DAVE IS DOING.

AND SO PEOPLE HAVE ASKED US WASN'T THAT HARD?

WELL, YOU KNOW, MY HUSBAND IS SO GREAT.

HE GOT OVER THE WHOLE PROBLEM IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS.

IT DOESN'T TAKE HIM LONG TO GET OVER PROBLEMS.

NOW, ME, IT MIGHT HAVE TAKEN 30 YEARS BUT HE GOT OVER IT

IN 3 WEEKS.

AND AT FIRST, IT WAS HARD FOR HIM.

"GOD, WHY DID YOU CALL HER?

WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME?

NORMALLY, THE MAN DOES THIS."

CAN I TELL YOU SOMETHING?

GOD DOES NOT ALWAYS DO THINGS "NORMALLY."

HE DOES NOT ALWAYS DO THINGS BASED ON THE WAY WE THINK

THAT HE SHOULD DO THEM.

MATTER OF FACT, HE LOVES TO DO THINGS KIND OF UPSIDE DOWN.

AND SO IN TALKING TO GOD ABOUT THIS, GOD BASICALLY SHOWED DAVE,

"THAT'S WHAT I'VE ANOINTED HER TO DO AND I'VE ANOINTED YOU

TO DO OTHER THINGS.

IF YOU TRY TO DO WHAT SHE'S DOING, YOU'RE GONNA BE MISERABLE

AND SO IS SHE.

BUT IF YOU DO THE PART," NOW LISTEN TO ME.

"IF YOU DO THE PART THAT I'M GIVING YOU TO DO WITHOUT HAVING

ANY KIND OF A COMPETITIVE SPIRIT TOWARD HER, I WILL ALWAYS GIVE

YOU JOY AND YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD LIFE."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: HOW MANY PEOPLE RUIN THEIR LIFE BECAUSE THEY SPEND

THEIR LIFE BEING JEALOUS OF WHAT GOD IS USING SOMEBODY ELSE FOR

INSTEAD OF JUST DOING THE PART THAT GOD HAS GIVEN THEM TO DO?

SO DAVE DOES THE PART THAT GOD HAS GIVEN HIM TO DO AND, TO BE

VERY HONEST WITH YOU, I WOULD IMAGINE THAT SITTING THERE

LISTENING TO ME FOR 40-SOME-ODD YEARS IS MUCH HARDER THAN

BEING UP HERE DOING IT.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: I DON'T KNOW HOW THE MAN DOES IT.

HE LAUGHS AT EVERYTHING I SAY.

I MEAN, HE ACTUALLY APPEARS TO BE INTERESTED IN EVERYTHING

I SAY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND I'VE ASKED HIM SOMETIMES, YOU KNOW, "ARE

YOU REALLY THAT INTERESTED?" AND HE'S, LIKE,

"YEAH, I LOVE IT.

I LOVE IT."

AND SO-- FEMALE: WE LOVE YOU, DAVE.

JOYCE: YEAH, WE LOVE YOU, DAVE.

[AUDIENCE CHEERING]

JOYCE: SO LET ME JUST SAY SOMETHING TO ANY MAN WHO WOULD

BE MAN ENOUGH TO LISTEN.

IF GOD IS TRYING TO USE YOUR WIFE, DON'T--

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: DON'T JUST GET ALL, "WELL, [MUTTERING]."

JUST DO THE PART THAT GOD IS GIVING YOU TO DO AND GOD

WILL BLESS YOU.

SO MANY PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY BECAUSE THEY'RE TRYING TO DO

WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO.

AND YOU KNOW WHAT ALL THAT COMES FROM?

INSECURITY.

ANY--YOU SEE, DAVE IS A GREAT MAN.

HE OBVIOUSLY KNOWS WHO HE IS IN CHRIST.

SO LET ME SAY AGAIN, IF I DO WHAT'S RIGHT, THAT GOD HAS GIVEN

ME TO DO, IF YOU DO WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU TO DO, WE'RE ALL GONNA

BE HAPPY, WE'RE ALL GONNA BE BLESSED, AND GOD IS GONNA TAKE

CARE OF US.

BUT IF DAVE WAS TRYING TO DO WHAT I'M DOING, I MEAN, WE TRIED

IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS BECAUSE A PASTOR SAID, "BROTHER, YOU

SHOULD BE TEACHING THAT BIBLE STUDY IN YOUR HOME," AND SO DAVE

THOUGHT, "OOH, OKAY, I GUESS I SHOULD TRY."

WELL, HE TRIED TO TEACH AND I TRIED TO SHUT UP AND NEITHER

ONE OF 'EM WORKED VERY GOOD.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE MIGHT BE HERE TODAY

OR MIGHT EVEN BE LISTENING THAT YOU'RE UNHAPPY BECAUSE

YOU'RE TRYING TO BE SOMETHING YOU'RE NOT.

BECAUSE YOU'RE TRYING TO DO SOMEBODY ELSE'S ASSIGNMENT.

YOU KNOW, WHAT GOD ORDERS, HE SUPPLIES THE GRACE FOR.

BUT IF YOU'RE TRYING TO DO SOMETHING JUST BECAUSE SOMEBODY

ELSE IS DOING IT AND GOD'S NOT IN IT FOR YOU, IT'S NOT GONNA

WORK.

DON'T BE JEALOUS OF WHAT GOD DOES THROUGH ANYBODY ELSE

BECAUSE WHAT GOD WANTS TO DO THROUGH YOU IS JUST AS GREAT AS

WHAT HE DOES THROUGH ANYBODY ELSE.

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW THE WORLD LOOKS AT IT.

THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS ARE YOU DOING YOUR ASSIGNMENT

FROM GOD.

YOU CAN GO AND CLEAN THE BATHROOMS WHEN THIS MEETING IS

OVER AND BE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS ANYBODY UP HERE ON THE PLATFORM,

AS LONG AS YOU'RE DOING THE PART THAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU TO DO.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: WELL, I BELIEVE THAT WE ALL HAVE AN ASSIGNMENT FROM

GOD, SOMETHING THAT HE HAS GIVEN US THE GRACE AND THE ABILITY

TO DO.

AND YOU KNOW, I'VE DISCOVERED FROM MY OWN LIFE AND FROM TRYING

TO HELP A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT IF WE'RE NOT DOING WHAT GOD

HAS ASSIGNED US TO DO, WE REALLY JUST END UP NOT BEING

VERY HAPPY.

WE DON'T FEEL FULFILLED.

AND SO I WANNA ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU TO DO

WITHOUT COMPARING WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO SOMEBODY ELSE.

THAT'S ONE OF THE BIG THINGS THAT MAKES PEOPLE UNHAPPY.

THEY FEEL LIKE THAT IF WHAT THEY'RE DOING DOESN'T SEEM TO BE

AS BIG OR AS GRAND AS WHAT SOMEBODY ELSE IS DOING,

THAT IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

BUT BY KEEPING YOUR FOCUS ON GOD, YOU WILL BE BLESSED AND GOD

WILL ALWAYS MEET YOUR NEEDS.

TODAY WE'RE OFFERING YOU A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY THE BIBLE

I Don't Know How To Learn Programming! - Duration: 7:06.

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

Today, I'm going to be answering a question from Carl and Carl says that he can't choose

which source to learn programming from.

He said, "I found many resources to learn about web development like freeCodeCamp,"

which is a good resource, by the way, "Mozilla Developer Network, Codeacademy and etc.

My concern is that I'm having a hard time choosing which book or site I should focus

on because I keep on searching if there is a better resource for me to learn web development

that leads to craziness on what I should choose.

My question is how would I be able to pick and stay focused on a certain site or book

to learn web development?"

This is something that is kind of near and dear to my heart because so many people are

making this mistake today, Carl, not just you.

Everyone is sort of looking for this golden goose line one-stop shop for learning to become

a software developer, and that doesn't exist out there.

Not really.

I mean there are some good programs.

I've done courses for a company which I highly recommend called Pluralsight and they've got

a bunch of courses.

I've done courses there and there is a bunch of courses that will teach you a bunch of

things and there's learning paths.

There's treehouse.com.

There's, like you said, free Codeacademy, which is really a good resource or freeCodeCamp

which a lot of people have recommended.

They have paths and there's coding boot camps and what not.

What I find honestly is that what you need is that none of these resources are going

to be complete in themselves.

It's not like you're going to take one of these resources and just follow some step-by-step

process that's going to take you all the way from point A to bam, you're certified, you're

a developer and you can start writing code.

Now, some of these things will take you close to that if you follow them, but it might take

you like two years or three years.

Maybe that's not the time frame that you want to do this in, right?

Even still, is it really going to guarantee that you're going to learn everything that

you need to know?

Especially, how could they think about it this way?

There's a lot of different paths you could go in the software development world, so many

different technologies and choices.

How could they create specific learning plans that are going to take you specifically through

each one of those paths?

Now, some of them do a decent job of trying, but, ultimately, you have to realize this.

It's your responsibility for your education.

Even if you're taking going to college, even if you're going to a coding boot camp if you're

learning on your own, it doesn't matter how you're learning and whatever you're learning

in life.

You have to be ultimately the person responsible for your own education.

This is a really, really important concept to understand.

You can't just say—I think a lot of people, a lot of millennials catch a lot of this shit

today because some of them have the attitude, not all of them but some of them have the

attitude of, "Hey, I signed up for college.

I followed the program.

I did what I was supposed to do.

Where's my job?"

It doesn't work that way.

Life doesn't work that way.

Nothing works that way.

If it did—there are some things that work that way.

Maybe dental school works that way, I don't know.

I haven't been to dental school, but maybe when you come out, you pop out as a dentist

and then you can just be a dentist.

That's probably true, right?

Maybe.

The highly rewarding things in life, although dentistry is pretty reward—I guess you can

make a lot of money, but aside from that one contradiction, it's actually a lot of work

though.

The highly rewarding things in life are not easy.

You got to figure the shit out of yourself, for example, being an entrepreneur.

Really, really hard but really, really rewarding if you get it right.

There's no guide books.

There's nothing that's going to tell you exactly how to build the business from A to Z and

exactly the steps that you need to take.

Most things in life are like that.

What you got to do is you got to be really good at taking—figuring out first of all,

what's your goal?

I talk about this a lot.

I've done a lot of videos on this, but it's so important is that so many people are trying

to learn software development or learn anything is they don't have a defined goal.

They don't know what exactly they are trying to learn and trying to become.

Without that, it becomes really difficult to know what you need.

That's why you're looking.

You're like, "Just tell me.

Just give me some steps I can follow or some course I can take and at the end, I'll pop

out and be able to write code."

It doesn't work that way.

Instead, what you got to do is you got to have the goal and then you got to say, "What

is it going to take for me to get this goal?"

Then you take some pieces from here.

You go to freeCodeCamp and you take some pieces from there.

You go to Pluralsight like I mentioned before and you watch some of my courses because that—my

courses, that's right.

No.

You watch some courses on there.

You grab some books and you grab the pieces of information that you need and you don't

necessarily have to read books to cover to cover.

You don't have to necessarily watch the courses from beginning to end, except for

my courses.

You know what I'm saying?

But you don't have to do all that stuff and you don't have to complete everything

on freeCodeCamp.

Instead, what you got to do is you got to pull the pieces that you need and assemble

your own education.

That's going to be better than any education that someone else is going to assemble for

you.

A college is not going to prepare you with a four-year program for entering the job force.

It's just not going to happen today, I'll tell you this.

So many people believe that this is true.

A code camp is not going to prepare you by itself.

It's going to require some external work on your own.

You're going to have to go and grab some books and read some stuff, and do some tutorials

and do some projects on your own.

You really need to figure this out from the perspective of not which is the best resource

because it doesn't matter.

You don't even have to find the best resource.

You could use shitty resources and get a great result, as long as you're the one who is the

curator of the pieces of information that you need.

I've gotten a lot of good information from crappy resources because I'm like, "Oh.

Well, this is a golden gem here.

I'm just going to pull this out, use what I need here, and I'm going to use it."

I read hundreds of books, almost a hundred books a year and I pulled pieces from the

books.

Some of the books are total crap, but there's one gem in it and I pulled that piece out

and I used that piece.

I'm always focused on trying to create my own plan.

What is it that I'm trying to learn.

What is it that I'm trying to achieve in life and how can I grab pieces from everywhere

that I need and put together my own plan that's superior to any because I don't expect anyone

to do it for me.

I don't expect there to be a golden path that I'm going to walk down the yellow brick

road and come to—actually, I do.

If I go down the yellow brick road.

Where do you get to?

You get to the Wizard of Oz.

What is the Wizard of Oz?

He's a fraud.

He's a phony.

It's a fake dream.

That doesn't exist.

Instead, you got to piece together the pieces for yourself, but it all starts with, again,

this mindset.

You got to think about you being responsible for your own education.

All right.

I hope that helps you.

Should I go on short-term mission trips or just give? - Duration: 4:42.

(music)

The question of whether

believers, churches, individual families,

should give of their funds to help other missionaries

that are already on the field, or whether they should

plan to go themselves, is one that comes up all the time,

and it's tied very closely to the question of,

does short-term missionary teams really do any good?

What I've seen through several decades now,

of doing missions, both through short-term and career,

the answer is, yes.

In fact, my wife and I were called

through short-term missions experiences, and we have a

number of missionaries on the field right now,

who were called to missions, and career missions,

they didn't even have it on their radar screen, but they,

they received that call, and that awareness,

and that guidance through short-term mission trips.

So, it does great good, oftentimes in the form

of mission education for those who go.

Ralph Winter used to say that God can't lead you based

on information that you do not have.

And so, when you go to the field, you have this greater

awareness now, and you can come back.

You pray differently, you watch CNN differently,

you read your Bible differently, and you are

more engaged with the world.

And God uses that awareness to steer you to the field.

When you look at short-term missions, and some people say,

do they do any good?

Well, it depends on three things.

There has to be good pre-trip orientation.

You've got to know where you're going, with whom we're

going to work, the missionary has spoken into this trip,

and he's told us, here are the things you can do

that would really help us,

so this is what we're going to prepare to do.

While you're there, you've got to have good

onsite supervision, someone who knows the language,

the local testimonies, don't eat that,

yes do eat this, don't drink the water,

different things like that that can kind

of guide you through that short, focused experience.

And then thirdly, there needs to

be good post-trip de-briefing.

What did God say to me on this trip?

How could I have been better prepared?

What will I do to prepare myself for the next time?

Who will I invite to take with me?

Mission trips can be a great discipleship tool

for those who are believers, but they seem

to take that next step, both of personal involvement

in ministry, and, in what they understand about what God's

doing around the world, through these short-term trips.

At the end of the day, when God speaks to people,

through those mission trips, about how they can

be more involved in their home church, what God may

be doing, leading them to do with the rest of their life,

with the connection they make with nationals,

there's so much good that comes from short-term trips,

I would say that it is wise to go,

if God opens the door for you to go.

One specific answer to the question in closing, is,

should I take this money and give it to an international

missionary in place, or should I use it to go?

In the vast majority of evangelical churches,

that money doesn't exist.

And it doesn't come into existence until that person

says I'm going to go, and he begins to ask his mom and his dad,

or his cousins, or his sisters, or his church members,

or his neighbors to give to this mission trip,

and now the money comes together.

There was never the question of should I just

write a check for this amount of money

to send to a missionary, or go myself?

But if you had the money all heaped up, and you were

praying about it, if you do find yourself in that situation,

to whom will you give the money?

How do you know they will do what God has burdened you

to do, or what needs to be done?

Why has God made you even aware of the question?

So if God is providing resources for you to go,

and He has given you an opportunity to go and be a part

of seeing these kingdom funds

being dispersed, or seeing your mission's education

take place through this trip,

a way that you can be a better sender in the future,

my tendency is to say go.

But more than everything, seek the Lord's will in that.

How would the Lord have you to use the resources

He's given you, to be a part

of extending His kingdom around the world?

He has a purpose, He has a plan for your life,

and for all the resources that come to you.

Design-project of an apartment with an area of 100 square meters. - Duration: 2:51.

Interior Design Studio of Yulia Sheveleva

presents a design project for an apartment of 100 square meters.

The project was named "The Lights of a Metropolis".

This is an apartment for a large family of 5 people in the city of Yekaterinburg.

The interior is made in warm colors,

and the style is chosen light and modern, not overloaded with details and decor.

The layout of the apartment has not undergone serious changes,

since most walls are carriers.

Therefore, it was necessary to fit everything into the existing volume.

Two rooms of their three are for children, and the third room is a living room.

It is divided into two zones - a rest and a bedroom with a full bed.

During the design process, the passage that connects the kitchen and the living room was closed.

The head of the family cooks a lot and the separation of the kitchen from the living room was a prerequisite.

As a result, the kitchen became isolated and separated by a door from the corridor.

One of the children's is designed for the son, with a brick and graffiti in the wall.

The second child for two daughters, executed in a light romantic style.

In the small space of the nursery it was necessary to write two beds,

A place for classes and wardrobes for storing clothes.

Plaisir & Diète - PUDDING LOW CARB (healthy) - Duration: 4:36.

hello and welcome to enjoying and dieting on the same plate

we meet again and it's been a moment indeed... and because of that I

will present you a recipe enough special and I think you'll

liked it a pudding recipe or both sides so that means lowcarb

say very little carbohydrate and no sugar this recipe is interesting

because it is low in calories and there is a large volume food and

so it will have is good for little calories

Besides if you want to see the recipe in English you can click on the link

I put in the description down below of the channel of my friend darko or even the one of an

other friend of mine Ilyan... you'll get the two in the description so

as I told you this is very low in calories...150kcal for about 500

grams of food so it's very Interestingly also turn to

Ingredients for the recipe you'll start to need

sweeteners here I have liquids but you can take whatever you want

gelatin sheets here is you can also take into powder, one sachet

cocoa powder and it is unsweetened some frozen strawberries if they are

Frozen not trying to freeze them before because when it is not frozen

I never tried ... milk, I made almond milk but you can take any milk

and a blender or if you now have a big enough bowl up and blenders

you can do it too, but it will be I warn you now complicated

First thing you'll do is you're going to put water in a

container and you're gonna put the leaves gelatin one by one in like

it she said are good in the lot and

it becomes soft enough you let about 5 10 minutes so you to do the

remainder of the preparation what you gonna do now is that

you're going to start with m strawberries they are hard Carrasso I

so I did what you'll do is that you'll start by putting just the

milk and you will mix it with cocoa before adding more water after

because the goal is to reach 500 grams of food is what you

have to do here is that as you go put in the recipe

two hundred and fifty thousand liters of milk and strawberries which 100 g

safra 350g more than another you we have more or less not count and therefore you

put at least one hundred and fifty thousand liters of water that is now a glass

around here you put the glass of water if you manage to about 20 or 30 minutes

more it does not matter that's not it that will do miss the recipe but if you

begin to be 100 or 200 activists this is required that does not hope

Here it takes then you add a some sweeteners now it is no

not required because with strawberries and that's enough

the jam that you sweeten it now is not sure it will be the most

Interestingly it's better when it's sweeter remix is you put it

in a frying medium heat I would not say for about 5 to

10 minutes until it is heated to ease expect it to be hot

but there is no bubble if Bubbles is not a good sign when

you remove from the fire and you let it cool about one minute

but the moment when you get your finger inside it's hot but you get in

realize that this is not just warm hot it is time to gelatin

which will melt and if you put the gelatin and you mix I put all

leaves and you try to mix well for approximately at least one minute

after to be sure everything and diluted is better able to do so

with a whip to ensure that all then either party when it's done it

Finds himself

Now here it is done you waiting about five minutes and then

after you leave it for last time but is in a flat here gives

not whether Granger made the recipe for two portions so that 300 calories

but this amount is Interestingly let stand about

two hours outside for it is cooled and after I have put in

fridge overnight now you dishes May 4 o'clock I think it should

hold and then it is well thou canst recover with curd as

I did it here and you see that it gives really want here I add fruit after

and frankly for a light breakfast is really perfect

so I hope you enjoyed and if that's the case you can click on the thumbs up button and Subscribe to the channel

see you soon for another recipe and another video

VLOGMAS #4 - SHOPPING HAUL #3 - Look Book, w/ENG SUB - Duration: 6:54.

Hi everyone, I'm Martyna!

And I want to welcome you in my first video in December! (yeah, it's not, I know it now :D)

*dog's barking* MARLEEEEEEEEEEEEEY!

Hey everyone, I'm Martyna!

And I want to welcome you in my first video in December! (yeah, it's not, I know it now :D)

This is why I have my reindeer's horns!

I have them on my not only because it's December,

but also my first Vlogmas but also because

it's a shopping HAUL!

And I'd have to show them to you anyway! :D

I bought them just for videos, I want to recored all videos in December like this :D

This is how December is going to be on my channel!

I will even change my profile picture :D

Hope you like it, hahaha :D

But ok, let's be serious!

I really want to show you what I bought.

I didn't buy too many things,

but of course I made a look book

try-on shopping haul!

And I'm very happy about it, because I just love to make those videos!

So yeah, I bought everything, when I wanted! :D

Alrighty, let's start!

... seriously this time!

I bought few things I really needed, like a mouse to my laptop.

I'm not going to show it to you, it's nothing exciting :D

But look at this! I needed this TINY tripod :D

I think it's the sweetest tripod in the world :D

But honestly, I really needed something to hold my camera (here in Greece).

You don't wanna know who my actual "tripod" looks like!

It costs only 0,99 euro, so even if it breaks down, it's not a big lose.

OF COURSE, I also bought my horns, for 1,50 euro.

They were more expensive than my tripod... :D

I bought two more things.

But we need a backstory to one of them!

When you come to my house

you would have no idea that I love Greece so much.

Or that I've even been here or live here...

It's kinda logical that I would like to have something to memorize all my trips!

Ehmm.. No. :D You can't find even one thing :D

I don't even have pictures hanged on the wall :D

NOOOTHING!

But I don't have them because,

when I'm going back to Poland

I never buy antyhing for myself.

I'm buying gifts for my folks and my friends.

But even then, I always choose something useful.

Like food, drinks, cosmetics, etc.

I don't like baubles or any kind of decorations...

BUT!

Now I have time, to think about home decore :D

I want some changes in my room

I want to make it nicer for me and of course for my videos!

So I was thinking thinking and thinking, and

And finally I have an idea in my head!

So I started to collect stuff I need for it!

Few days ago I visited a store, which I called "AliExpress in real life"

and I found two really good looking baubles!

Moreover they are also symbolic!

It's a symbol of Christmas and New Year in Greece.

Anddd... it's a pomegranate!

Pomegranate is a symbol of multiplicity, plurality.

In this time you can see them everywhere.

Of coruse, it's also time when pomegranates are blooming this time in a year.

I can eat them all the time, they are so tasty!

I boguth two of them.

I really like them, because they have beautiful color,

in this one you can see the seeds,

and this one is closed.

I didn't pay much for them.

Open one was for 2,50 euro and closed for 2 euro.

I was shopping in Jumbo,

and as I said before, it's an AliExpress in real life.

I was talking about it in my two previous videos.

In "Daily Vlog" from 23/11.

and in my video about "5 unusual facts about Greece".

Hope you will check out both of them!

And now it's a time for my favorite TRY ON!

Give it a thumbs up and leave a comment if you like it!

And I will be very, very, very pleased if you subscribe to my channel.

That's all! Keep on watching! Bye!

3D BINAURAL AUDIO IS AMAZING! - 3Dio Free Space Review (Binaural Microphone with Ears) - Duration: 5:48.

As someone who has reviewed a crapload of microphones over the years, I've always

been super interested in the audio hardware used to create ASMR content.

One of the main, "face of ASMR", mics is this one right here: The 3Dio Free Space

binaural microphone.

I was super stoked to get to check it out for myself - and while most of it I won't

share publicly, it's been a lot of fun messing around trying to create my own ASMR triggers

and play with the audio channels.

The first thing you will notice about the microphone is its striking appearance.

The Primo EM172 microphone capsules are embedded into soft silicone ears designed to look and

act like real human ears.

This contributes to the overall ability of the Free Space to pick up sound naturally

as a human would actually hear it.

3Dio has a few different models available, with better microphones on the higher-priced

ones and XLR output options.

This base model just has a standard 3.5mm output jack, a bass roll-off switch, and a

power switch.

The mic is powered by a 9-volt battery inside - though they appear to have made it difficult

to replace for some reason.

And actually, overall, I find this whole product to have a… strange design situation.

In my unboxing, I noted that the audio cable itself was just thrown in the shipping box

and was not present in the actual product box.

Plus, the cable itself is only a couple inches long - which, combined with the weird placement

of the audio jack and completely inflexible mounting options, can make it difficult to

connect to a recorder.

You can use your own longer audio cable, of course, but it just seems weird.

The bottom of the microphone box features a standard microphone stand mount.

But you can't change it, you can't mount if from the top, or do… anything… with

it, without rigging something custom yourself.

I just feel like this kind of setup should be more flexible or adaptable.

Especially since - while intimate ASMR settings are a great use for this mic and all - a really

awesome use case for this mic would be getting audio out in nature or in big groups of people,

and situations like that with a mobile rig really need more mounting options.

Running and gunning with the mic would be much less noisy if it was mounted from the

top.

It is small and lightweight, though.

But how does it sound?

You're hearing it now.

As a vocal microphone, it's kind of thin.

Using the bass roll-off switch helps avoid unpleasant sounds to the ears, but further

loses any coloration to the sound.

This is great for real-world, bigger-picture soundscapes, but for normal talking levels

it can require some processing to truly sound "natural", to me at least.

The binaural effect is pretty good.

For one-on-one stuff like this, you're not going to notice the separation effect anywhere

near as much unless you get right up on top of it.

It's amazing for bigger-picture real-world sounds, however.

The key factor here is the mic's ability to remain low-noise so you can bring up whispers

and soft sounds without a noise floor.

There's still some light hiss to this mic with most recorders I've used, but it's

much better than what you'd get trying to just strap two cheaper mics side by side or

using the Blue Yeti's stereo mode for this.

I imagine the XLR model has even less self noise.

The 3Dio Free Space binaural microphone provides an entry point into the binaural or 3D audio

space that doesn't break the bank anywhere near as much as their higher-tier models or

other products I've seen, but still provides a competent setup.

I just wish the chassis itself had more mounting options and was a bit more flexible in nature.

Californians Stunned To Learn That LA Paid Over $1.3 Billion DOLLARS In The Last 2 years To… - Duration: 3:14.

Californians stunned to learn that la paid over

1.3 billion dollars dollars in the last two years - at the risk of sounding like a broken record

I am going to say something Ivy said dozens of times in the past welfare

Fraud is a real problem

And the latest numbers from LA prove it if you listen to your typical liberal talk about it you d think

Welfare fraud barely exists you d probably think the greatest recipients of benefits are Bible Belt

conservatives or American servicemen being in denial requires a lot of mental footwork

but it s difficult to deny cold hard math and

The numbers are in LA paid out well over a billion dollars to people who weren t supposed to receive benefits

Because among other things they really GLE immigrants, but there s actually good news behind all this

Fox News reports

illegal immigrant families received nearly one point three billion dollars dollars in Los Angeles County welfare money during

2015 and 2016

Nearly one quarter of the amount spent on the county s entire needy population

Robert rector a Heritage Foundation senior fellow who has written extensively

And illegal immigration said the costs represent the tip of the iceberg dot he said the costs of education police and fire

medical and subsidized housing can total

$24,000 dollars per year in government spending per family much more than would be paid in taxes

Let s be a little bit cynical fad is we could talk all day about the dangers of letting people break US law

But that s. Not even the most important issue

No the most important

Is this are the people whom you re letting in the country contributing if your country were a business would you be in the black?

But as much as illegal immigration might hurt the economy

There is a light at the end of Tunnel and a tents there because of Trump and only Trump

Do the math even if you were to build a wall and deport every illegal immigrant

You still won't he be on a financially sound basis for a long long time?

walls cost money

deportations cost money lots of it your best bet is to discourage people from coming here illegally in the first place and

That is exactly what Trump has done dot the trump presidency s hardline immigration policies though

Maybe curtailing the population seeking welfare payments in recent months

The same stats show Los Angeles County is expected to dole out 200 million dollars less this year than in

2016 and several thousand fewer families are collecting benefits

there you have it without even a fully-functional wall Trump is putting the country on sound financial footing and

All he had to do was say he D enforce the law the law

Resolving combat damage incorrectly.

I know what you're saying.

Damage is damage, how am I doing it wrong.

We are going to go over that right now.

Reaching and teaching Young Mages of all Ages.

Welcome young mage I'm Rhino.

Before we get started, tell me in the comments below, what mistakes do you see new players

making?

I'd love to do a video about the mistake.

Today we are going over how to resolve combat damage properly.

I have two examples to go over.

I see this mistake all the time.

We attack with two creatures a 1/1 and a 3/3.

Our opponent has the ability to block both of them.

But they put their 1/1 to block ours and say they trade.

Then immediately put their creature into the graveyard.

They jumped from declare blockers to the combat damage step.

In a game with a high level of rules enforcement they can't block the other creature.

The combat phase is broken up into five steps.

You have to finish each step before you can go on to the next step.

And most important,

you have to allow your opponent to respond to each action before moving forward.

The two steps we are interested in is the Declare Blockers and Combat Damage steps.

The player that puts these two together, misses opportunities.

They obviously missed the chance to block the other creature.

They also gave us too much information.

They told us that they don't have any removal or boost spells for this situation.

That's good information… for us.

If you are playing a casual game, you should take the chance to teach them this mistake.

And maybe even let them take it back.

But if it's a tournament, they missed their chance.

It could cost them the game.

For the second example we are going over damage during the Combat Damage step.

All damage is resolved at the same instant.

This is important because, there's an interesting effect with Lifelink.

We are down to 2 life.

Our opponent has 2 creatures and we only have one.

They think they have us.

They swing with both thinking that we can only block one,

and we will be down to zero life.

So we block with our creature.

After blockers are declared we cast Prepare to Fight on our 1/1 creature before the Combat

Damage step.

It's now a 3/3 with Lifelink.

When we resolve the damage, the Lifelink resolves at the same instant.

Even though we lose two life, we gain three life at the same instant.

We are setting fine at three life and took out one of their creatures.

That's how damage is resolved correctly.

I know that this confuses new players.

I hope that this has been helpful to you.

How often do you see this mistake?

Is it you making the mistake?

VETERAN: I'M BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR DOG TORTURE AT THE V.A. - Duration: 6:24.

VETERAN: I'M BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR DOG TORTURE AT THE V.A.

Little do Americans know, that more than $15 billion of their tax dollars are going to fund painful experimentation on dogs and other animals, and the White Coat Waste Project (WCW) is determined to stop it.

The taxpayer watchdog group was founded by Republican strategists who worked on high-profile campaigns including "Hands Off My Healthcare" and "Defund Planned Parenthood", and are bringing principles of fiscal conservatism and small government into the fight to stop the government from forcing taxpayers to foot the bill for wasteful and cruel animal tests that a majority of Americans oppose.  As WCW puts it, it is uniting more than 400,000 liberty-lovers and animal-lovers to fix this problem.

As a veteran, I was struck by WCW's most visible campaign at the moment, which aims to expose and end the abuse of dogs in deadly taxpayer-funded experiments at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Furthermore, it is wasting money on dog abuse even though it is unable to take care of veterans.

A series of articles in the Daily Caller has reported on evidence uncovered by WCW of egregious dog abuses and accountability failures in the Richmond VA's dog experimentation laboratory, where puppies undergo surgeries to intentionally cause them heart attacks and are then forced to run on treadmills to test their injured hearts.

Now, a VA whistleblower from the facility has come forward—an Iraq war veteran—who is horrified by what he's seen in these dog testing labs and wants it to end.

In a TV interview last night, he shared horrific photo of a dog with bloody lacerations and explained that, "The one dog had recently had some sort of procedure done where you could see the incisions."  He also told the reporter, that "you can tell they are like scared of you, very nervous, distraught, uncomfortable," and shockingly added, "I have seen a bowl with water and a dog heart in it.".

The VA is notorious for punishing brave whistleblowers—including in Richmond—so thank goodness President Trump recently signed the VA Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017 so the agency can't retaliate against staff for exposing waste, fraud and abuse.

Aside from animal cruelty, another point this whistleblower made will resonate with everyone: "I don't think it's the VA's job to be doing this to dogs…I think they should be focusing on taking care of veterans.

Keep in mind, this is the same facility that a VA Inspector General audit criticized in March for significantly underreporting wait times for veterans seeking appointments with physicians, which conceals serious problems and ultimately prevents veterans from receiving life-saving treatment.

As one Richmond-area soldier wrote in the Richmond Times-Dispatch this week, "Every minute and penny the VA squanders on torturing puppies in outdated and wasteful experiments — and on trying to defend them — means less help that can be provided to veterans and wounded warriors who are suffering and dying because they can't receive basic care and services from the agency.

WCW and Brat's effort also has the support of veterans who are helping lead this VA reform effort.

A group recently started a petition urging VA Secretary David Shulkin to end the agency's dog experiments.  They write, "The VA's painful and deadly experiments on dogs are a betrayal of these loyal animals who literally save soldiers' lives on and off the battlefield.

These projects also waste resources desperately needed to provide veterans with care and services.". I'm happy to see that Richmond-area Freedom Caucus Congressman Dave Brat (R-VA) is leading the charge to end wasteful and painful dog testing across the VA.

He just introduced the PUPPERS Act, which stands for Preventing Unkind and Painful Procedures and Experiments on Respected Species. The bill will prevent VA from spending taxpayers' money on any dog experiments that cause significant pain, like those in Richmond, and at V.A.

Join me and other veterans who are supporting WCW's campaign to save dogs, help veterans and protect taxpayers. Tell your Congress members to support the PUPPERS Act so taxpayers are longer forced to pay for this government waste and animal cruelty at the VA.
