But, like using AeroPress ?
No need to be afraid, No need to worry !
Because, right now we have Prismo Fellow !
Right now, Prismo Fellow has been collaboration with AeroPress.
They made a collaboration with making a special filter to produce an espresso-style coffee.
Let's see how is the shape of this Prismo Fellow.
The shape is exactly like the cap of this AeroPress.
In the box of this Prismo Fellow,
You can find a guideline paper on how to use this Fellow.
You can see everything here.
And also in this box, it explains completely all material are being used in this Fellow.
This is it, the Prismo Fellow.
The shape is exactly like the cap of AeroPress.
As you can see, this is the front display.
In this front display, you can see there is pressure actuated valve.
This pressure actuated valve is a valve where you can brew espresso and no drip seal.
This valve will keep locking whenever you haven't pressed your espresso.
This unique-shaped cap is made of polypropylene.
And the valve comes from silicone.
This cap is specially designed to fit to your espresso cup.
This is it, as you can see.
Next, we move to filter.
This filter comes with 70 micron metal filter.
As you can see, how small and tiny these holes in this filter until you can't see.
Even your skin pores lose from these holes.
The way to use is very easy.
Put this metal filter in the cap.
Then, exchange the cap from AeroPress by using this Prismo Fellow.
So easy, right ?
You have changed the cap.
Let's make espresso with AeroPress and Fellow Prismo.
Right now, I'm using AeroPress with Inverted Method.
I have prepared the coffee ground with fine grinding size.
There are some tips with using this Fellow Prismo.
First, you need to make sure your grinding size.
Second, your water temperature.
And also your timing.
These three important components that can help you to produce espresso-style with using Fellow Prismo.
Put the coffee ground into AeroPress.
I need around 20 gram of fine coffee ground.
After 20 gram of fine coffee ground, and next I pour 50 ml of water.
I have heated the water.
I heat the water with 100°C.
Pour the hot water slowly.
Wait around 1 minute for the coffee extraction with using this AeroPress.
Stir the coffee around 10 seconds.
to get evenly coffee.
After one minute later.
Don't forget with the filter.
Put the filter in the cap and lock it directly.
After one minute, shake lightly the AeroPress.
Next, you just need to press.
Press it faster.
Keep on pressing till it comes down.
The crema is coming out slowly.
The crema comes out.
Look, there is crema !
So, this is espresso-style with Fellow Prismo.
For those who are thinking about using Fellow Prismo,
This is the crema from espresso-style.
The difference between espresso with espresso-style is,
Usually to get an espresso, we need 9 pressure bar for espresso machine.
The given pressure from espresso machine is around 2000 pound or 970 kilo pressure.
to get a cup of espresso with thick crema.
But, using manual coffee equipment like AeroPress together with Fellow Prismo,
It uses manual method to get a cup of espresso with some crema on the top.
It also has been very good.
You can't compare a big espresso machine with usual manual coffee machine which is very easy to take anywhere.
Don't try to compare it ! As you get what you pay for !
So, with simple coffee equipment like this AeroPress makes quite satisfied to produce a cup of espresso.
Let's try this cup of espresso !
Although it is a simple manual coffee equipment and not comes from machine.
But the result is so good and concentrated coffee.
Although the produced crema comes out quite thin by Fellow Prismo.
But, the result and the body helps look like coming out from coffee machine.
It is very concentrated coffee !

WALMART HAUL CAMPING TRIP | SHOP WITH ME - Duration: 7:20.

It's Jana!
And I just dropped the kids off at school I am at Walmart.
I need to get stuff for our camping trip.
We are going to have so much fun.
So Quin's Boy Scout troop is going on an adventure and it is a family camping trip
so we all get to go.
So umm the boys have gone a few times, but the girls have not gone along with the Boy Scouts
so we need a few things.
Let's get our shop on!
Alright guys I am back from my Walmart camping haul.
We are so excited to go camping. we have not gone as a family yet
so this will be super fun.
Emma's first camping trip.
So I just want to show you what I got at Walmart.
If you like any of the things that we got today I will link it down below you can check
it out for yourself.
First up sleeping bags.
The boys already have their sleeping bags,
Emma has like a cheap one so I wanted to get her a nice one.
I got two sleeping bags one is yellow and one grey.
I don't know which on she will pick there wasn't that many to choose from actually so
It's all good, I like yellow, yellow is good and I love grey it's like all I every wear.
Essentials, toilet paper, you need the toilet paper.
I just needed some laundry detergent so I went ahead and grabbed that while I was there.
I got a couple camp chairs because we do have two,
the other two have broken throughout time.
So we got a couple of those.
Oh my god, this is actually pretty heavy.
Avalanche of stuff.
We got an air mattress for hubby and I.
We do have an air mattress for the kids so they are good to go, but we needed one.
We just never had a big one, I don't know.
Let's see.
Got a couple of whistles, so these are for if the kids get lost.
The rule is that if you are lost you find a place that you stay that is safe and you
blow your whistle three times and you wait and then you blow your whistle three times
and you wait until somebody finds you.
So it's a good little safety thing to have on camp you know if they kind of wonder off
or whatever.
So we got that.
Needed some batteries for our flash lights, so we got that.
Wipes, necessity, wiping your hands, or wiping your face off, or wiping your bottom.
And I thought since we are all going to be unplugged which is lovely I would get the
kids some new books that they can read.
Quiny and Emma both love Dogman and Diary of a wimpy kid.
So I grabbed those for them they will be super excited.
We got a couple hats, one for Emma on for myself.
The boys already have hats.
I don't know which one she will pick I don't really care I like both of them.
They are very cute.
And actually it's, it's nice, ohh well the pink one doesn't have it but
I don't know if you can see one the black one it's like reflective inside there so when you are out
and about at night or whatever it's reflective which is always a good safety thing.
Isn't that a cute pattern cut out?
I thought it was cute.
Quin needed some new socks his are holey moley so I went ahead and got him some new socks
so he can be comfortable.
Sunscreen gotta have that!
Hand sanitizer.
I needed some dish soap so I went ahead and grabbed that too.
And the most important, and we are going to do food later, but Pringles.
It's like the best snack for camping, I guess.
So we will get all the other food later, but they were just there while I was walking around.

about all the things that we take for our camping trip.

North East Link is Victoria's biggest transport project.
We'll be delivering three massive projects in one, completing the missing link in Melbourne's
freeway network, modernising the Eastern Freeway, and building the Doncaster Busway, Melbourne's
first dedicated high-speed busway.
Whilst we've confirmed the route for North East Link, there'll be lots of opportunities
to get involved and help shape the project during 2018.
These works need careful planning and a lot of work to get it right.
We've been working on early concepts for the projects, looking at how we can build freeway
interchanges at the Ring Road, Grimshaw Street, Lower Plenty Road, Manningham Road and Bulleen
Road as well as improving the Eastern Freeway.
We're looking at construction techniques and where we will use tunnel boring machines.
We're exploring where to create new parks and improve walking and cycling links, and
we're considering how the new roadway will look.
Technical studies are underway for planning approvals.
This will be through an Environment Effects Statement or EES, which is Victoria's most
detailed and transparent planning process.
This includes extensive community consultation and involvement.
You may have seen some of our specialists out in the field, looking at things like air
quality, noise, vibration and water.
We'll share this information to get feedback on possible impacts and how to manage them.

second mission of the day : I must go to deposit checks at the bank
these checks have been on my desk for months
I think I have them since Christmas
I am a di** when it comes to administrative and money management. Let's go
cash that, go to the bank, let's go
f*** me, life is against me, the bank is closed
we will see if we find something else you know what let's aboard the second mission
will do that later while waiting third mission of the day it takes

And it also can be a problem with computer.
So, you can say: "I have a bug in my laptop."
And you think: "Wow, there's like an insect in your laptop?"
And you go: "No, silly rabbit, 'a bug' means a problem."
So, if you've got a problem with a computer, maybe your tablet or your laptop or your phone,
you can say: "I have a problem" or "I have a bug with my computer" or "with my phone".
This always sucks, doesn't it?
Then we have some verbs to use in slang time.
If somebody "bugs" you, it means that they annoy you.
So, if you annoy someone, you maybe poke them a lot or call their name, like: "Hey, Ronnie.
Ronnie.
Ronnie.
Ronnie.
Ronnie."
Ronnie's busy, but you keep on calling my name.
Don't annoy me.
Don't bug me.
So, you can tell the person: "Hey.

Leave me alone.

Another way that we use this in slang is when somebody gets angry at you or freaks out.
So, if you get angry, you freak out, you lose your temper, so: Do you have a mom?
Maybe...
Or a friend who always gets crazy, you can say: "Hey.
Don't be bugging on me."
We also have another slang word, it's called "tripping".
So it's the same thing.
"Don't be tripping."
It means: "Relax.
Don't yell at me.
Everything's fine.
Don't annoy me."
Don't get angry.
Don't freak out.
Everything's going to be cool, maybe.
My phone, my phone's "buggy" -- that means that it's not working correctly, there's something
wrong with my phone.
So this is an adjective.

This has a lot to do with people who are on drugs.

If somebody's bugging out on the bus, they're like: "What's happening?

They go a little crazy.
You kind of think that they're crazy.
It's probably just the crack that they've smoked.
But if somebody's bugging out on the bus, they seem really, really crazy.
So, you can say to them: "Don't bug me.
He's bugging out."
Another way that we use this is if something or someone makes you feel uncomfortable, you
can say: "He's making me bug out."
This means: He's making me feel uncomfortable.
You could also say: "He's bugging me out", which means this person has a bad vibe, and
it's making you feel uncomfortable.

need to deliver in order to warrant and merit that valuable amount of time? Three
things. We need to be entertaining. We need to make it fun for our audiences to
pay attention to us. We need to bring something of value in terms of content.
Share something that's going to be useful for them, and perhaps the most
important we need to make sure that they walk away feeling good about themselves.
This was something that was worthy of my time and attention and I feel really
good about myself for doing that. So something entertaining content, that is
rich, and relevant, and to help your audience feel good about themselves.
Those are the three things we want to bring in order to warrant the attention
of our audience. Remember all the world's a stage and all the men and women merely
players so make sure that your play is
