This is another quick and easy Chinese stir-fry. I'm Tess and today I'm making a

spicy shrimp stir-fry. Stay tuned!

I'm starting by making the sauce. I have some water and I am adding in some ketchup,

light soy sauce, Shoaxing wine vinegar and you can use

rice wine vinegar, a couple good doses of chili oil for some spicy, sugar to

balance out the heat and some cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Giving that a good stir.

Just a reminder that you'll be able to

find this recipe, the list of ingredients and much more in the show more section

below. I've also included links where you can purchase online some of the

ingredients and equipment that I use in this video recipe. If you have a chance

please check it out. For the shrimp I have about a pound of

clean shrimp and I'm adding in some Shoaxing wine and again you can

use rice wine vinegar, and some cornstarch. Giving that a good toss.

I'm ready to cook and just remember to have everything prepped and ready before

you get started because this stir-fry will be ready to eat in about 10 minutes.

In a pan or wok on medium-high heat I'm adding in some oil and my shrimp. Cooking

and stirring for about three to four minutes or until done. Just don't

overcook the shrimp. Once done remove from the pan and set to the side.

I lightly wiped out my pan, brought back up the heat and added a little more oil.

Now I'm adding in some minced garlic and chopped red chilies for some spicy heat!

Cooking and stirring for about 20 seconds and then I'm adding in my vegetables.

Today I'm using some multicolored bell peppers and the whites

of garden onions and I will be using the greens later.

These are beech mushrooms and I found them at our Asian market. Adding in some

snow peas and giving that a good toss. Cooking and stirring for about three to

four minutes.

Now the shrimp and all the juices go back into the pan, adding in the sauce

and the green onions. Giving that a good stir and you're gonna start to see the

sauce thicken. It smells so good! Cook and stir for about a minute and it's done!

I love the balance of the spicy, sweet and saltiness. I really enjoyed the

shrimp in this spicy Chinese stir-fry but you can use chicken, beef, pork or

even tofu. You can also use the vegetables that you like. Serving tonight

with some steamed jasmine rice and topping with some chopped green onions. I

After decades of giving Democrats free reign of California, it's starting to seem like

the American residents have finally had enough of the unmitigated disaster said politicians

have turned the once Golden State into.

While the whole state is falling apart with it's out of control homelessness, gas prices

that more than double the national average and streets that look like something out of

a third world ghetto in major cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Sacramento

the governor of the state, Jerry Brown, chooses to battle President Trump's attempt at securing

our borders instead of fixing what California citizens have to deal with on a daily basis.

Last month President Trump asked the governors of border states to help address the severe

illegal immigration issue and send in the national guard to protect against a yearly

caravan of illegals making the trek from Latin America into the U.S.

To which Brown instead of complying to make our nation a safer place, wanted to make sure

the troops wouldn't be there to stop illegals from coming, but to instead just make sure

that when they come in they have a safe experience.

But the good news is according to an article on American News Daily all these shenanigans

from the Democrats in California are finally starting to take its toll on the state's

citizens.

It looks as though after constantly trying the same thing over and over again they have

finally started to wake up and realize things don't need to be this way.

In fact, a Republican running for Governor might actually have a prayer of winning this

year, or at least coming close to it, which is a huge victory in the eyes of any person

on the right stuck trying to live in the liberal mecca of California.Here is what Former Speaker

of the House Newt Gingrich had to say about the California Governer's race via SF Gate:

"Former Speaker of the House and 2012 presidential candidate Newt Gingrich thinks that California

could elect a Republican governor in 2018.

In a Fox News op-ed titled "California may elect a Republican governor — Incredible

as that sounds," Gingrich writes that GOP candidate John Cox is "within striking distance"

of front runner Gavin Newsom.

Gingrich cites a recent Public Policy Institute of California poll that found that Cox has

surged into second place behind Newsom, and notes that a quarter of the poll's participants

were undecided.

Cox trails Newsom 28 percent to 14 percent, but a second-place finish in the June 5 primary

would guarantee that Cox moves on to face Newsom in a one-on-one race in November.

California's primary system is unconventional, with every candidate regardless of party affiliation

appearing on the same ballot in June.

The top two finishers then move on to the general election in November, meaning that

it is possible for two Democrats to run against each other.

Gingrich calls California's primary process a "great system for silencing and drowning

out political minorities," and states that "it has likely been a big help to California

Democrats since it was adopted in 2010."

(No Republican has won statewide office in California since 2006).

The three Republican candidates for governor: State Assemblyman Travis Allen, businessman

John Cox and former Congressman Doug Ose.

The former house speaker likes Cox's odds against Newsom in a one-on-one race, since

he believes that California would "clearly" benefit from Cox's conservative leadership.

"Cox would work to cut state taxes so that Californians would see more take-home pay

and small businesses would be more able to grow, succeed, expand and create more jobs,"

Gingrich writes.

"This includes the hugely unpopular gasoline tax that the Democratic California Legislature

and Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown imposed on drivers last year."

Gingrich believes that Cox can win on the issue of immigration, writing, "Democratic

leadership has also made California a haven for criminals who are in the country illegally.

Cox has pledged to end California's lawless sanctuary policies and work with federal officials

to get those who are in the country illegally and committing crimes off the streets and

out of the country."

Gingrich doesn't use any poll numbers or raw data to support these claims, but an LA

Times/USC Dornsife poll from 2017 did find that a majority of Californians want to see

the gas tax repealed.

On the issue of immigration however, the same poll found that a majority of Californians

support California's sanctuary state law.

Gingrich also notes how important it is for the national GOP to have a Republican candidate

for governor on the ballot in November.

He cites a SmithJohnson Research survey that found that 99.6 percent of Californians said

they planned to vote in the June primary, but only 56.1 percent of these voters would

vote in November if there were two Democrats on ballot for governor.

Low turnout could doom GOP candidates in tightly-contested local races.

Gingrich writes, "Republicans currently hold only 14 of California's 53 House seats,

all of which will be on the ballot this November.

Any losses or gains in California could have a serious impact on the ability of Republicans

to keep control of the House."

In other words, Cox's performance in June could help determine who controls the House

of Representatives in 2019."

We'll see how this plays out during the summer and the months leading up to the election,

but for the meantime, at least there is some hope in a state that just two short years

ago was considered an instant loss for Republicans.

The REAL Problem Kawhi Leonard Has With Spurs In The NBA - Duration: 3:46.

Kawhi Leonard was a top 3 candidate for NBA MVP last season and now he barely played any

games this season.

Kawhi isn't even sitting on the bench during the Spurs playoff run but why?

What problem does Kawhi have with the Spurs?

What is up dudes, dudettes, ballers, players.

I'm sick and tired of this whole Kawhi Leonard situation and I just wanted to know what's

going on.

Kawhi got injured by Zaza Pachulia, I mean PaCheapshot and just hasn't been the same

ever since.

He's been in and out of the starting lineup, Popovich has been subtweeting him in real

life, and Tony Parker called his quad injury 100 times worse than Kawhi's.

This all sounds like a weird soap opera drama.

Kawhi has been medically cleared by the Spurs medical staff but is still iffy.

The worst part is, no one knows what's going on and Kawhi ain't even traveling with the

team, but there's a reason to that.

Let me know in the comments whether you think Kawhi Leonard is staying with the Spurs and

also, are the Spurs gonna even win a game in this playoff series?

Most people in the Spurs organization thought that Kawhi Leonard was Tim Duncan, a player

who was all for the Spurs organization and who was committed to what the Spurs had in

store.

But that was the wrong assumption.

Ever since Kawhi's uncle has gotten involved as his business manager, there has been more

dissent.

As I've stated before in a previous video, Kawhi is very conscious about his own brand

and wants to build it further.

Just because we don't see Kawhi being overly expressive doesn't mean he doesn't have

feelings.

It's just harder for the outside world to figure out what he wants.

Now Kawhi is also very weary of the whole Isaiah Thomas situation that happened with

the Celtics clearing him to play on a bad hip and he's being cautious.

That doesn't explain why he ain't even with the team when Kyrie literally had surgery

and sent advice through a group chat.

The problem Kawhi has with the Spurs is all these expectations.

It's not that he's scared of the expectations.

It's just that it doesn't fit who he is.

I mean this is the man that has no expression.

The smileless assassin.

Kawhi is more involved with his own things than team affairs so when all these statements

are being made about Kawhi from his own team, it just pushes him further away.

However, Kawhi still is more concerned about his own things and so this stuff doesn't

really impact his relationships from his side of things just like these cases protect your

phone from major impact with dope designs so check out athletic cases in the description.

They got an uninjured Kawhi Leonard dunking it.

What matters is what the Spurs management thinks is best for the team.

Team chemistry seems to be strained because Spurs players just don't understand Kawhi's

mindset.

That being said, Kawhi might get moved this summer because team chemistry is key for the

Spurs and it's shocking that the Spurs are involved in any drama.

We make this a bigger deal because it's Kawhi Leonard and Leonard is handling his

injury internally instead of trusting the Spurs organization.

Right now it's more about an NBA player making sure he is fully healthy and that doubts

have crept in about the Spurs management.

I just think that all this media is making is worse, but what do you think?

and its time for another product quick view.

Let's get to it.

Okay so today we are taking a look at Signa Max

Cat 6 Industrial Jack, it their part number

KJ458IG-C6C,

it includes a step by step instruction

on how to install it to the plate and to terminate it,

and we'll do a separate video on how to terminate it.

There's also the, that's what's included,

you get the cap after you punch it down to pop it on there.

There's the cover and as you tell

inside that covers got a rubber gasket,

and as you can tell right there that's,

you know when you tighten it down

it is a little hard at the very end,

but that is to make sure that it has nice pressure,

to make sure nothing gets in there,

when you know you got to hose it down

if it's in that type of area

so that way no moisture gets in there,

and those conductors

there we go, you kinda, you will feel it

when give it that nice little try at the end

you'll feel it lock into place.

That's that little notch I was telling you about,

and you can go ahead and unscrew it,

we'll go ahead and do that here.

And the pins inside the jack, one of the things

I also did want to mention was that

those contact they were designed a certain way

to provide enhanced plug to jack connection integrity

and protects against damage caused by insertion

of four or six position plugs,

so if somebody does do, you know, a different plug in there

it will still work just fine you won't have any issues.

There's the other gasket at the other end

and we'll do a separate video where we show the plate,

and with this installed,

so that way you get a better feel for it,

but we're just checking out this product right here,

just the jack.

Now this type of jack as you can tell the back it is,

it has the 568 A and B color code there

so you can go ahead and punch it down

whichever way you want.

Now, this is designed to withstand harsh environments,

typical of factory floors, chemical,

food processing, that sort of thing.

It does have an IP67 rating

and that gives you great, superb protection

against liquid and solid agents,

and vibrations that sort of thing,

so if you are looking for something really durable,

in an environment like that, that's pretty much,

this is the jack to get, and these are also the plates

and the boxes to get.

A couple of other things I can tell you ,

the wire gauge you can punch down on is 22 to 26 gauge,

and the jacks and the boxes are also IP67 rated,

you know designed to go with this,

and it is available in a shield and a unshielded version,

the jack itself the cap and the punch down and the bag.

There is quite quite a few other specs,

I could go on and on about this product here,

but the easiest thing to do is

when you go to the webpage towards the bottom

there's a downloads tab

you can check out the specs sheet there,

and also the last thing I want to mention,

the operating temperature is

- 14 Fahrenheit to 140 Fahrenheit,

so if you have something really cold or really hot,

this should probably do it for you so.

who was all for the Spurs organization and who was committed to what the Spurs had in

store.

But that was the wrong assumption.

Ever since Kawhi's uncle has gotten involved as his business manager, there has been more

dissent.

As I've stated before in a previous video, Kawhi is very conscious about his own brand

and wants to build it further.

Just because we don't see Kawhi being overly expressive doesn't mean he doesn't have

feelings.

It's just harder for the outside world to figure out what he wants.

Now Kawhi is also very weary of the whole Isaiah Thomas situation that happened with

the Celtics clearing him to play on a bad hip and he's being cautious.

That doesn't explain why he ain't even with the team when Kyrie literally had surgery

and sent advice through a group chat.

The problem Kawhi has with the Spurs is all these expectations.

It's not that he's scared of the expectations.

It's just that it doesn't fit who he is.

I mean this is the man that has no expression.

The smileless assassin.

Kawhi is more involved with his own things than team affairs so when all these statements

are being made about Kawhi from his own team, it just pushes him further away.

However, Kawhi still is more concerned about his own things and so this stuff doesn't

really impact his relationships from his side of things just like these cases protect your

What matters is what the Spurs management thinks is best for the team.

Team chemistry seems to be strained because Spurs players just don't understand Kawhi's

Spurs and it's shocking that the Spurs are involved in any drama.

We make this a bigger deal because it's Kawhi Leonard and Leonard is handling his

injury internally instead of trusting the Spurs organization.

Right now it's more about an NBA player making sure he is fully healthy and that doubts

have crept in about the Spurs management.

I just think that all this media is making is worse, but what do you think?

and its time for another product quick view.

Let's get to it.

Okay so today we are taking a look at Signa Max

Cat 6 Industrial Jack, it their part number

KJ458IG-C6C,

it includes a step by step instruction

on how to install it to the plate and to terminate it,

and we'll do a separate video on how to terminate it.

There's also the, that's what's included,

you get the cap after you punch it down to pop it on there.

There's the cover and as you tell

inside that covers got a rubber gasket,

and as you can tell right there that's,

you know when you tighten it down

it is a little hard at the very end,

but that is to make sure that it has nice pressure,

to make sure nothing gets in there,

when you know you got to hose it down

if it's in that type of area

so that way no moisture gets in there,

and those conductors

there we go, you kinda, you will feel it

when give it that nice little try at the end

you'll feel it lock into place.

That's that little notch I was telling you about,

and you can go ahead and unscrew it,

we'll go ahead and do that here.

And the pins inside the jack, one of the things

I also did want to mention was that

those contact they were designed a certain way

to provide enhanced plug to jack connection integrity

and protects against damage caused by insertion

of four or six position plugs,

so if somebody does do, you know, a different plug in there

it will still work just fine you won't have any issues.

There's the other gasket at the other end

and we'll do a separate video where we show the plate,

and with this installed,

so that way you get a better feel for it,

but we're just checking out this product right here,

just the jack.

Now this type of jack as you can tell the back it is,

it has the 568 A and B color code there

so you can go ahead and punch it down

whichever way you want.

Now, this is designed to withstand harsh environments,

typical of factory floors, chemical,

food processing, that sort of thing.

It does have an IP67 rating

and that gives you great, superb protection

against liquid and solid agents,

and vibrations that sort of thing,

so if you are looking for something really durable,

in an environment like that, that's pretty much,

this is the jack to get, and these are also the plates

and the boxes to get.

A couple of other things I can tell you ,

the wire gauge you can punch down on is 22 to 26 gauge,

and the jacks and the boxes are also IP67 rated,

you know designed to go with this,

and it is available in a shield and a unshielded version,

the jack itself the cap and the punch down and the bag.

There is quite quite a few other specs,

I could go on and on about this product here,

but the easiest thing to do is

when you go to the webpage towards the bottom

there's a downloads tab

you can check out the specs sheet there,

and also the last thing I want to mention,

the operating temperature is

- 14 Fahrenheit to 140 Fahrenheit,

so if you have something really cold or really hot,

this should probably do it for you so.
