10 Signs to Tell If a Guy Respects You In A Relationship - Duration: 4:31.
10 Signs to Tell If a Guy Respects You In A Relationship
As women, it is important to be acknowledged by men.
The reason is because they can be good help and companion when you need them.
Moreover, you also can have a good relationship with one of the men who are still available.
Thus, getting a respect from you is really important because it opens up opportunity
for so much interesting life.
These are some signs that you can see if a guy respects you.
#1 - Giving full attention
If a guy respects you, he will always tries to give you appropriate attention: not too
much and not too less.
However, he will do that with all his heart.
The attention directed to you is sincere, and that is why it is full of attention.
#2 - He listens to your opinion
People rarely listen when they think something that matters.
They really do that especially if they talk to someone they like and respect because they
don't want to miss details.
Missing details mean missing opportunity to assist and support the other person, and that's
one thing to avoid.
#3 - He doesn't want to control you
The next worth remembering is that people who respect you will not put you as a pawn.
They will consider you as friend or partner for life.
That means, there is no such intention to control your life by leading you into something
bad.
#4 - Opens up
This one is not only a sign of respect.
However, it is also a sign of love or just attraction.
Men usually don't open up things because they are trained to keep things in secret
because they have weaknesses that they cannot show to the world.
#5 - Encouraging to be successful
Another important aspect of respect that you need to consider is encouragement.
You should understand that people who respect you will not put you down.
They respect your goals, intention, and action.
#6 - Being honest
Honesty is always the most problematic thing to discuss.
Most of us prefer to hear the sweet or nice fake news instead of the truthful one.
That is really bad considering the fact that it brings nothing but disappointment in the
future.
Someone who respects you, however, tries to be honest always.
Though it is hurting, he is not deceiving you into believing that things are just impossible
right now.
#7 - He wants you to be involved
Respect is not naturally built.
It is developed overtime after understanding each other.
A guy who respects you wants you to know about this.
That's why he always encourages you to be involved in each other's live.
You can say that as distraction, interruption, or intervention.
However, as far as it concerns, private life still can be preserved if you know your boundary.
#8 - He wants the pleasure
The pleasure of being in a relationship is usually sexual one.
However, someone who really respects you thinks more than that.
He believes that the pleasure on bed is just temporary, well considering the fact that
it is just for a while.
However, pleasure out of the bed is far more valuable and enjoyable.
#9 - Jealousy in the correct context
Respect is closely related to trust.
If you think your partner is overly jealous, there is something wrong with him.
It is true that a guy who respects you always wants you to perform better, and it also means
respecting you with reasonable jealousy instead of impulsive one.
#10 - Number one fan
The last thing to remember about respect is attraction.
If he respects you, he simply likes you.
Whether it ends up in a romantic relationship is no one's business.
However, he is always the one who likes you in any condition.
Well, that's all the 10 signs to tell if a guy respects you in a relationship.
Really cool information isn't it?

3 WEIRD THINGS BRITISH PEOPLE DO & WHAT THEY ACTUALLY MEAN - Duration: 9:41.
one of the most difficult things about learning English is understanding the
cultural norms Lia is hiding behind the coat Btitish people are very indirect so
we're going to give you some examples okay we are we're going to show you some
scenarios that you might encounter in England so that you can decipher the
what English people who are trying to say to you ...so we're about to
jump into the first scene remember that this video has been done in two parts
and you'll find the second part over on Joel and Leah's channel so make sure you
check that out I will leave a link to that video at the end of this... oh my gosh it's only six o'clock, where are we going next? oh I
can't hang around sorry oh really yeah it's just my cousin's
friend she's in hospital so . i've gotta go and visit her, and then I've got some shopping later that I've really got to do..that was so uncomfortable wasn't it
it was it certainly was why do people feel the need to make an excuse of that
extremity well I think this is really really British when we have to leave a
social situation like Joel on his day he didn't want to stay with Leah much
longer he's bored maybe he wasn't attracted to her and
instead of saying you know I want to go he had to come up with a very convincing
excuse this is very British even when I'm with good friends I always feel like
I have to say why I'm going I can't just say I'm off no I feel the same yeah you
can't you can't it's um it's British law and you probably couldn't say what you
actually want you couldn't say I want to I just want
to go home with chill no you don't say oh I want to have time away from you
goodbye I find it really interesting if you the
subscriber the person watching what's it like in your country if you're insecure
a situation like this you want to go home you want to do your own things
would you say I've got to go or would you can't with an excuse like Joel
saying your cousin zero or you have some really important things to be working on
I want to know so leave that in the comments below I I often use I've got a
class to attend to ah so gotta go I got class got a Skype class
so yeah I'm probably gonna leave her, really? I think that's for the best.
yeah whose round is it anyway? oh yeah that'd be great..erm make mine a Guinness and you have
whatever you want it's his round but he doesn't understand I just bought him a
drink I just hadn't I just boil him like a
pint and he didn't offer me around so I felt like I had to go and get another so
you're too - you're too polite for your own good and it takes a damage on your
wallet or your wallet takes the hit exactly my wallet takes the hit and to
be honest I probably wouldn't be so British and to not say look may I think
it's it's your round but do you think there are British people who are like
this charlie oh I think there's there's moments
especially if you've met them just that day maybe I think at a wedding this
could happen where you've been generous to begin with and a lot of time we we
squabble over that most like if you're polite enough you so say oh no I'll get
this first round do you do it to do that yeah absolutely like amongst my like
small group of friends in Bedford but we meet up for a drink
there's always one person who will want to buy the first round then it will
almost be an argument as to who will pay the first round like my friend Chris
always wants to get the first round he gives his card out means that I'll get
the first round okay the first row what do you want what do you know I know I'll
get it okay no no okay I'll get it first what do you want to drink I think that's
I think that's a bit of an ego boost because he he knows that the the first
round is the most sober round and everyone remembers that and it's
probably the cheapest because the shots come in later so he's he's doing a trick
there but a wedding scene I can imagine you've not met them before and you are
polite enough to say oh would you like a bottle of wine or something if the bride
and groom are being stingy and then after that bottle is kind of like they
disappear and then as I don't know get me and then you don't say it
yeah I think that's a good example so when Brits are around new people
they feel too awkward to say okay I think it's I got the last one so I think
maybe it's it's your turn to pay and we're - we're too polite and we'll go
and get another one we are too polite but then at the same time we also
backstab because we talk about each other behind our backs and we say he
didn't get me around last night and there's no person who's more frowned
upon in England than someone who doesn't buy around yeah sneaky it's probably
something I do you guys can you please leave your comments below about this
matter what do you do in your countries what's the habit of buying rounds and
what would you do in this situation in which I found myself would you have
bought another round or would you said look Mate it's your turn to buy ... So nice to see you.. OMG your hair! Did you get it done?
yeah I got a blow dry.. yeah? you are looking you I love your your your coat
is amazing so nice so it's lovely you've seen it lots of times
ah yeah it's so nice that's a warm was that uncomfortable for you it was
uncomfortable for me that was awkward as f****.. from my perspective, correct me if I'm wrong
charlie, but you were giving Lia a very genuine compliment about her hair
right I think so yeah I felt like I meant that compliment about her hair it
was new to me so I wanted to say it but Lea didn't really know how to respond
did she she didn't she kind of just felt a bit awkward she couldn't she couldn't
accept it and say yeah I'm really happy with it she kind of didn't know how to
say it and the way that she came back was she just instantly reciprocated with
something else yeah you you're looking you I love your your your coat is
amazing so nice but it didn't work it felt empty and we all go away feeling
uncomfortable and that's exactly what British people like to do we like to it
happens a lot yeah yeah we don't choose to but we do as it as a social group we
decide on making it uncomfortable it's kind of like as soon as they're not a
compliment comes to you you put up this shield like like you try and defend it
yeah you feel almost feel guilty receiving a compliment
you feel like ah I'm not deserving of this or I must give something back like
the other day I had a date and I haven't told you about this Charlie I
complimented her I said you don't get it really nice tonight
and then she instantly said the same thing back to me maybe she was thinking
it but yes I you don't need to reciprocate you know did you tell her
that did you say you don't need to say that say not going on a second date as
you well actually went quite well are you in good what about you Charlie can
you take a compliment I actually immediately try to think of something
funny to say back okay and if I said I you look
you're looking quite trim I can see that you've your workout really paying off
how would you respond to that I'm immediately trying to think of a joke
but it's not coming to me that's very British actually yeah you get a
compliment and you try to make light of it you try
to kind of just yourself deprecated or something so yeah that's that's the
British way compliment and respond with a joke if you can unlike me all respond
with a non genuine compliment about the other person but what about your country
tell us in the comments below what do you do
does it sound strange to you what do you think about ways
you

BREAKING NEWS: Judge Hands Down HISTORIC Ruling ON Illegal Alien…
THIS IS HUGE!!!
TAKE A LOOK!!!
PHILADELPHIA –A Liberian national was sentenced in federal court Thursday to 30 years in prison
for immigration fraud and perjury.
The prison term marks the longest sentence for a human rights violator case in the history
of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Human Rights Violators and War Crimes
Center (HRVWCC), which supported the probe.
The sentencing also caps an extensive investigation led by ICE Homeland Security Investigations
(HSI) Philadelphia.
Mohammed Jabbateh, 51, a violent and ruthless Liberian war lord also known as "Jungle
Jabbah," who had been living in East Lansdowne, Pennsylvania.
Jabbateh, 51, was found guilty in October 2017 of two counts of fraud in immigration
documents and two counts of perjury.
"Let today's sentencing serve as an example of HSI's commitment to bring to justice
individuals such as Mr. Jabbateh," said Marlon Miller, special agent in charge of
HSI's Philadelphia office.
"Human rights violators will not evade justice and will be held accountable for their crimes
committed abroad, nor will they find refuge here in the United States."
During the height of Liberia's first civil war from 1992 to 1995, Jabbateh, while serving
as commander of a warring faction known as the United Liberation Movement of Liberia
for Democracy (ULIMO), committed various acts of shocking brutality including rapes, sexual
enslavement, slave labor, murder, mutilation and ritual cannibalism.
He also used children as soldiers.
According to trial testimony, in one instance Jabbateh ordered the heart of a captive be
cooked and fed to his fighters.
In another, fighters under the defendant's command murdered a villager, removed his heart
and ordered the town chief's wife to cook it.
Jabbateh later had the town chief himself murdered and ordered his widow to cook her
husband's heart. In Dec. 1998, when making application for asylum, and later for permanent
legal residency, the defendant was not truthful about his activities during Liberia's first
civil war while he was a member of the ULIMO and later ULIMO-K rebel groups that battled
for control of Liberia.
At Jabbateh's trial, during two weeks of testimony from some two dozen witnesses, including
17 Liberian victims, the jury heard evidence that Jabbateh, as a ULIMO commander, either
personally committed or ordered ULIMO fighters under his command to commit the following
offenses: the murder of civilian noncombatants; the sexual enslavement of women; the maiming
of civilian noncombatants; the torturing of civilian noncombatants; the enslavement of
civilian noncombatants; the conscription of child soldiers; the execution of prisoners
of war; the desecration of corpses and ritual consumption of human flesh; and the killing
of persons because of race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin or political opinion.
HSI Philadelphia was supported by ICE's Philadelphia Office of the Chief Counsel and
ICE's Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center (HRVWCC).
Established in 2009 to further ICE's efforts to identify, track, and prosecute human rights
abusers, the HRVWCC leverages the expertise of a select group of agents, lawyers, intelligence
and research specialists, historians, and analysts who direct the agency's broader
enforcement efforts against these offenders.
Since 2003, ICE has arrested more than 380 individuals for human rights-related violations
of the law under various criminal and immigration statutes.
During that same period, ICE obtained removal orders against and physically removed 785
known or suspected human rights violators from the United States.
Additionally, ICE has facilitated the departure of an additional 108 such individuals from
the United States.
Currently, HSI has more than 160 active investigations into suspected human rights violators and
is pursuing more than 1,750 leads and removals cases involving suspected human rights violators
from 95 different countries.
Since 2003, the HRVWCU has issued more than 70,400 lookouts for individuals from more
than 110 countries and stopped 213 human rights violators and war crimes suspects from entering
the U.S.
Members of the public who have information about foreign nationals suspected of engaging
in human rights abuses or war crimes are urged to call the ICE Tip Line at 1-866-DHS-2423
(1-866-347-2423).
Callers may remain anonymous.
To learn more about the assistance available to victims in these cases, the public should
contact ICE's confidential victim-witness toll-free number at 1-866-872-4973.

BREAKING: California On HIGH ALERT- Authorities Release Statement- Here's What We Know - Duration: 3:43.
BREAKING: California On HIGH ALERT- Authorities Release Statement- Here's What We Know
Scientists are now saying that the "Big One" in California may not be caused by
the San Andreas fault line, but by the Hayward Bay fault line.
It is now thought to be the "ticking time bomb" fault line and more dangerous than
the San Andreas.
The scariest scenario for the next major earthquake may not be from the San Andreas Fault (though
that one still threatens), but from the Hayward Fault that runs along the east side of the
San Francisco Bay.
In fact, many say that the next earthquake on the Hayward Bay fault line would be "disastrous."
According to KTUV, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake along the Hayward Fault could kill as many
as 800 people and injure 18,000, according to results of a new research released Wednesday.
The U.S. Geological Survey, citing findings from a simulated tremor with an epicenter
in Oakland, said the disaster would cause 400 fires that could destroy 50,000 homes.
Nearly half a million people would be displaced, authorities said. The simulated quake in the
video above, known as the "HayWired scenario," was modeled to occur at 4:18 p.m. on April
18.
It replicates a rupture along the fault's entire 52-mile length, from San Pablo Bay
in the north to just east of San Jose in the south.
According to this model, the violent shaking from the earthquake could cause the two sides
of the fault to split six feet apart in some places.
Some of the aftershocks would continue for several months as well.
Cities in the East Bay would be hit hard, including Berkeley, Oakland, San Leandro,
and Hayward.
If a 7.0 magnitude quake occurred like the one simulated, researchers say that the East
Bay residents could be without water from anywhere between six weeks to six months.
Electricity could be out for up to four weeks in some locations.
According to Business Insider, the statistical chances of this type of an earthquake occurring
are not very comforting either.
There's about a 76% chance that the San Francisco Bay Area could experience a 7.2
magnitude earthquake within the next 30 years, according to some recent reports.
The San Andreas Fault under San Francisco rumbled apart about 112 years ago, causing
the devastating 1906 earthquake that swallowed city blocks, broke water mains, and triggered
massive fires that burned for days.
However, the threat of another major quake for the Bay Area is "real and could happen
at any time," according to researchers for the US Geological Survey.
The Hayward Fault is a "tectonic time bomb, due any time for another magnitude 6.8 to
7.0 earthquake," according to a 2008 USGS report.
Since then, research has indicated that the likelihood of a Hayward quake is greater and
more threatening to the 7 million Bay Area residents than a San Andreas quake would be.
"It's just waiting to go off," USGS earthquake geologist emeritus David Schwartz
warned when speaking to the Los Angeles Times.

Mastering the Laws of the Universe! 🚀 Abraham Hicks 🚀 No ads during segment - Duration: 16:56.
our point is if you push against nothing if you push against nothing everything
that is beneficial will flow easily into your grid but when you're pushing
against something now you've got an active vibration that's making you blind
that's keeping you from discovering that's holding you apart from the things
that are beneficial that would flow easily if you weren't doing that thing
that is holding them apart the conversation comes around to behavior
and we really get it especially relative to your children because there's so much
that you want to do in order to enhance their experience but if you could just
for a little while continue to turn this parenting
experience into something that is much less about action and much more about
feeling and much less about action and much more about vibration and much less
about what you're doing for or to another and much more about how you're
feeling as you're doing it in other words if you can just make it an
emotional journey for just a little while we we've had so many of these
conversations over the years and there been a lot of people that have asked us
direct questions and we just give them direct answers but it's time in this
leading-edge conversation about deliberate creation to talk about it
from the vibrational center of it it's time to let these laws of the universe
that are working constantly be so conscious so forefront in your mind that
your behavior that you're that you make a decision to go with the flow of the
laws of the universe rather than bucking the current of them because life can be
so much easier parenting can be so much easier everything can be so much easier
and so much more pleasurable when you are not bucking your own current that
you've said into motion there have been some conversations already here today
that imply and a lot of people feel this way that things are not working out for
me that things are actually working against me that my life is hard and when
you feel that way whether it's for a short period of time or for a long
longer period of time what it always is about
is about a misunderstanding that the laws of the universe are in place and
are completely consistent always but that there is something even beyond the
laws of the universe that is a driving force for goodness and well-being that
is offered to every single one of you and that's the continuity of who you
have been it's the continuity of who you are it's this larger non-physical
perspective that we've been describing by this vortex of creation who has
attention upon you awareness of you and is rooting for the well-being of you
that is the dominant vibration but it is being deprived by you in other words you
are depriving yourself of this awareness this consciousness this help this
benefit this beneficial flowing of attention and part of it is because
you're striving for independence but most of it is because you are observing
things that cause you to offer a vibration and we love you so much you
are sloppy observers and the reason that you are sloppy observers is because you
have not yet made the correlation between what you practiced yourself into
a vibrational offering you're not making the correlation between the thoughts
that you've been thinking and the practice that you've been offering and
the conclusions that you've come to and the expectations that you hold you have
to take ownership of your own expectations and accept them as your
point of Attraction before you have any creative control but then you have to
accept that you have the ability to change your expectations without others
doing anything differently and when you come to that Oh awareness of relief that
you can expect because you choose to an expectation is a strong belief a belief
is just a thought you keep thinking I thought you keep thinking is
the vibration you've been practicing in other words it's all about starting with
the subtle and that's what we're calling the general starting with the general
vibration and practicing the feeling of it until you own it and it doesn't take
very much of that before manifestations start lining up as evidence of the new
vibration that you have achieved you say isn't there a bit about letting go of it
too because I feel like I've done that quite a bit and this is bringing me back
to the last subject I'm very sorry but you've really really spurred me here
towards this again and I I've worked so much on my vibration around my
ex-husband and I'm grateful to him for all of the things that have happened
even the things that were angry my serves that demonstrate some of the work
that you do I I feel overwhelming gratitude that we are no longer together
because I'm so much happier now in my life than I was when we were together
and I'm so grateful that we were able to have this child together because he is
fantastic and I'm grateful for his input into this child not just you know I
don't necessarily want my child to only have my perspective as an offering I
want him to be able to see a differing perspective and there is that here your
words and we hear your desire but the vibration that is behind them just
doesn't match up to what you're saying because of the one hand you say I am so
grateful for his input and you just spent quite a bit of time explaining to
us how uncomfortable it is when he goes over there in the confusion that you're
feeling and the feedback that you're getting from that you see and so of
course there are lots of things that feel confusing about about all of that
but when you sort of bring it back to the general the premise that you're
wanting to present here is that there you said I apologize for wanting to go
back to this why are you apologizing for wanting to go back to that because I
said I was moving on to a new topic and now I'm going back to the last I
mean what is it about that last topic that you
your draught your honing in on that you feel that we are wanting to move away
from what's that piece you were saying to do the pre paving and to really take
hold of it and my question was about and they had to let go said it but here's
the here's the piece this this is exactly what we wanted you to who
discover so we're talking to you about pre paving and you're wanting to talk
about what happened and when you talk about your words are I've worked so hard
I've worked so hard to find the right vibration about and we want you to bring
it present tense and to do it now so bring it present tense and right now
with all of this clarity and all of his power and all of this support and all of
this knowing coming from us we want you to find the vibration of appreciation
for this person now not tell us that you've done it or not tell us that
you've worked to do it but do it now when I let go now I'll do it now do it
now make it don't make it don't make it conceptual do it now I love that my son
has a father who's who adores him so much yeah and that's a lot that's a lot
that's really a lot that's a lot and it's true that is so true and it is so
good mmm stay there for a minute just savor that
feeling feel that oh oh wants to be in his life cares deeply
loves him so deeply oh how sweet is that stay there for a minute and feel that
really really nice that's really good and and that he has so much to offer him
mmm yeah really really really true like
his unique perspective on the world mm-hmm yeah nice bad each point his
intelligence oh no question about that huh his now enjoyment of life yeah now
if you feel yourself reaching to a place you can't quite get to back up to a
place that was solid just reach and it feels too stretchy just back up to a
place that was solid and the rest of his family as well all right so you've gone
way into details you started general you got into quite a few specifics this
pretty solid thing you've got going on here
so now don't don't push it into a place of working hard this is the thing
because this isn't an exercise of fixing everything that's ever been wrong in
your life were in that relationship right here now you don't have to do that
all you're looking for is a moment that feels this good and staying there long
enough that you practice the rhythm of it that now law of attraction must bring
you things that match at other thoughts other feelings other connecting thoughts
even some manifestations but nobody's going to spit on your sidewalk while
you're feeling like that it's just not going to happen you see you've shifted
the vibration far enough that now other things are going to be your point of
Attraction even though I'm feeling sad
you feel sad right now about
so we were confusing the feeling of sadness for the feeling of appreciation
no I was feeling appreciation so why are you calling it sad I guess there's I
believe someone cuz you don't always feel that way because you don't always
focus that finally no because I I think or I believe that what my son wants
would be for us to all be together well now you're off on a whole other
screwy topic that has not anything to do with what we're doing here and now but
over there what what's this masochistic thing you got going on that was the
moment too sweet for you that was Osten ended when the light made
me wonder why we'd want it was sigh we couldn't have made it work then because
if we can be with anyone as I've heard you say then now I'm doing an anti thing
now you're doing the exact opposite of what we were just doing yeah now you're
now you're working for your discontent rather than for your content now you're
working for your misalignment rather than for your alignment cut it out don't
do that and and you did it so soon after doing the other that's what we're saying
that way that way that way that way that way that way just got that with that
with that with just a just hang in there a little longer that way that way that
way that way until in time those thoughts will not be accessible by you
you see you practice the vibration that continues to produce the next feeling
and the next feeling and the next feeling you see this was really good
because you keep thinking that you got to go back and undo stuff and we dragged
you into the present now we dragged you into the now where all of your power is
and focused with you until you found the focus until you found the alignment and
you couldn't hold it because you haven't practiced it chronically enough but with
a few mornings of waking up and just going that far and when you find
yourself dipping into the other get out of bed
brush your teeth go do something else change the change the subject don't let
yourself go there stay in vibrational alignment with what feels good you say
you see your mind has the ability to go everywhere just like turning on your
television and there are a thousand channels that you could choose from but
your vibration is bringing you and your vibration is narrowing it down so you
only have access to something that's in a very narrow range of where you what
you've got going on vibrationally you have control over that so when you find
yourself having a manifestation which is the thought of why didn't we make it
work why didn't we make it work that's a manifestation of a different vibration
than you're going for here you see what we're getting that that's a different
grid filling in so it's really about deciding what grid you want to make
dominant so this is the law as we know it to be you are a vibrational being and
you are projecting a vibration all the time the vibration that you are
projecting is being matched by law of attraction and feedback is coming in the
form of thoughts in the form of others in the form of manifestations constant
feedback to what you're putting out so when you get feedback of why did we do
it that way why didn't we do something different and you feel the discomfort of
that feedback just stop and say it's feedback to what I'm putting out I don't
have to accept this painful thought the only reason I'm getting this painful
thought is because it's feedback to something I'm putting out let me see can
I put something different out you just showed us you can and as you practice
what you're putting out the feedback will reflect what you're putting out
until before you know it you won't be asking questions that you don't want to
the answer in other words you don't want to hear the what went wrong really
really that's the answer you're looking for you have infinite intelligence and
unlimited possibilities for anything that you want how would you like to
spend this moment what went wrong really that isn't the way you want to
spend a moment with us that isn't the way you want to spend a moment with a
universe that's yielding to you unequivocally the precise match of
whatever you're putting out you see you want to ask the question what's going
right how much better can it get how much fun can I have what's gonna happen
today how can I feel better what could I say that would make that person feel
better right now how can I make this better how could I feel better what's up
what's new in other words there's so many really good questions to which you
will enjoy the answer that comes back in vibrational feedback to what you're
putting out a really good good time for a segment of refreshment
you

Meeting of Serzh Sargsyan and Nikol Pashinyan / 22.04.2018 - Duration: 11:26.
Serzh Sargsyan: First of all I am very glad that you reacted to my numerious calls for dialogue though honestly I can not imagine how we can negotiate in the presence of so many journalists. However, I am glad.
Nikol Pashinyan: I think there is a misunderstaning as we yesterday talked to Mr. Sargsyan, I clearly stated our position that the we are not here for dialogue as you proposed but on the agenda proposed by us and I came here to discuss the conditions of your resignation and the peaceful transfer of power. That's why I invoke you do not use the term dialogue.
Serzh Sargsyan: This is not a negotiation, this is not a dialogue but this is ultimatum and blackmail to the state and legal authorities, you do not acknowledge the degree of responsibility, you did not get lessons from March 1 and if you will continue to talk on the same tone, then I have nothing to do but one more time to act within the legal frameworks and within the logical framework of actions. On the opposite case the whole responsibility is on you. Choose.
Nikol Pashinyan: Mr. Sargsyan, I want to be clear that nobody can or is able to talk with us in the language of threats. I am telling you that you do not imagine the situation in the Republic, the situation in the Republic is not the same as you knew 15-20 days ago, the situation in the Republic of Armenia has been changed, you do not have the power in the Republic of Armenia as you were reported, the power in the Republic of Armenia transferred to the people.
Serzh Sargsyan: The parliamentary group which got 7-8% in the elections has not the right to talk in the name of nation. And I do not have any wish to continue with you this conversation. If you do not accept the legal requirement of the State, good bye. Dear journalists, you may do your own conclusions.

Anatomy of a Swimmer - How does Olympic champion Abbey Weitzeil generate speed? - Duration: 13:24.
We've taken six of the world's top athletes to find out what it takes to make it true Olympians
As we push their bodies to the max
When we look at Sprint swimmers what we're looking for is a very high
anaerobic capacity an ability to cope with high intensity exercise add on top of that with swimming though swimming is
incredibly technical
When you're not technically proficient you are uncanonical so it's marrying together the anaerobic capacity
The strength and the power with optimal technique
At the Olympic Games Rio 2016 19 year-old abbe Weitzel won
gold for the USA in the 4 by 100 meter medley relay and a silver in the 4 by 100 meter freestyle relay
Swimming the fastest split in her team
We've brought Abby to the prestigious st.
Mary's University in London a world leading sport science facility which counts Sir Mo Farah
four-time Olympic gold medalist among its former students
I believe I have an actual talent for swimming that I was born with and I believe that I was meant to swim
Just because I have a great feel for the water
Abby is one of the most powerful swimmers in the world
But our team of scientists are going to take her out of her comfort zone in the pool to truly test the anatomy that lies
behind the Olympic medals and record times of one of Team USA's star performers
the typical body shape of a sprint swimmer is tall and long because
Speed in swimming is about stroke rate times by stroke length combine that with high strength and high power output
And that will increase the speed of arm turnover
we're analyzing Abby's body composition her relative muscularity and fat percentage as
Well is taking a series of measurements across her whole form training and technique are vital ingredients for any Olympic level athlete
But having the right Samantha type or physical characteristics is the key foundation to build on from medal success
Looking at your height and also your limb length. We can see that you're probably most suited to sprint distance sport
I actually have a short torso and very long limbs
compared to other swimmers who mostly have longer torsos and
Shorter limbs that kind of backs up what we found with our results there
It gives you that mechanical advantage in the fall which is reaching for that finish line
Extra advantage one interesting factor that we see is when we're measuring the leavers
Particularly the arms because what we know is that the long arms?
Create long stroke lengths and stroke length is a key determinant of sprint speed performance, and if we look at Abby Abby has got
Exceptionally long arms and those long arms allow her to create a long stroke length allow it to create speed
As we expect the upper body is crucial to swimming performance because it's the area where the greatest amount of propulsive force is generated
So this test will give us a good indication to Abbas upper body power output
you have the ball against your chest and you're gonna throw it as explosively as possible and this gives us an idea of your
Upper body power so I imagine this would be quite relevant to you as a swimmer
Yes, definitely upper body strength especially for the pole and freestyle and any stroke actually so we work on that a lot
Okay, well in that case would expect you to
Freestyle or the front crawl stroke and swimming puts nearly 50 different muscle groups to work
But it's the upper body, which is the real powerhouse?
Providing two-thirds of the propulsive energy in every stroke compared to the leg muscles
Can be as powerful as you can release their ball and try and get the most distance you can't the seated medicine ball
Throw has been one of the standard assessment tests for all new draft ease to the major professional sports leagues in the u.s.
Like the NHL this test just like front crawl swim itself pushes the scapular stabilizers
Pectorals wrist flexors and triceps the same muscle groups that Abby utilizes in every energy-sapping stroke in the pool
They are be last one so keep your back against the seat pad and then just throw it as far as you can
That was close to your first one. Yeah, exactly the same, so you mean called your best good work
Abbie's performance in the test rivals that of many elite female athletes from basketball and volleyball
And her ability to unleash enormous explosive power is a key factor in her swimming success
Abby was able to propel the six kilogram mass over four meters
Which really does demonstrate the huge power output that she has in her upper body I do believe that my physical
skills do come with the upper body that is
But I've always been better at
The lung function test is a really important test for all athletes
But particularly for Sprint swimmers because what it's going to tell us is the size of Abby's lungs
now critically the larger the lung the greater the surface area to up to take oxygen and
Importantly for a sprint based athlete is to get rid of carbon dioxide
In a 100-meter freestyle relay Lake a swimmer against forty percent of their energy needs from the aerobic system almost ten times
the amount that attracts printer uses in a four by 100 relay
So Farabi a powerful efficient lung function is a vital weapon in her anatomies armories
How we keep going keep going keep going keep going empty the lungs as much as you can good same again
Good keep going keep going keep going push push push push push push push until you've got Noella good
Ok I'll be these are your results from the test you just did and for example your forced vital capacity
That's the amount of air that you can expel that is a hundred and thirty percent of
Predicted these are indicative of an elite level athlete and some of the highest results. I've recorded
Thank you the lung function test results for a B really are exceptional and it's the forced vital capacity
That we're taking a look at and that figure is five point seven four liters
And that is one hundred and thirty percent of what we expect to see for someone of her size and her gender
In other words thirty percent bigger than normal
truly massive
I
Started swimming because of my sister she swam in high school, and so I started swimming I didn't start swimming competitively
Until I was about 13, I still say I'm complete rookie in the sport like gaining my experience, but I'm there's so much to learn
Rio was an amazing experience?
The United States of America I remember walking out for my first race which was the relay on night 1 my first
Olympic race was an Olympic final. It was pretty crazy
But I didn't let that affect me as much because I wasn't nervous at all which was really weird to me
But it was just so surreal
You have the crowd the rest our team in the stands
And it's just like the vibe that you get when you walk out, and it's just like I'm here like this. It's just awesome
The Scot jump test the reaction time test and the counter movement loaded jump test a
Critical measures of power output, which is crucial to the start in Sprint swimming?
Abi's ability to respond to the starting signal as quickly as possible is
Absolutely fundamental to the outcome for Sprint swimmers just like they're on track
counterparts the fast twitch fibers of the lower body muscle groups really come into their own in the start sequence and a fast and explosive
Getaway can be the difference between an Olympic medal or just missing out
So we're trying to assess how explosive you are off the block and also trying to gauge your reaction time
So is that something that you know you work on yes, we work on it a lot
And I've gotten a lot better at it, so I feel like I'm I'm pretty decent at it. Okay. Well. We'll see how you go
To assess a B start speed
We are measuring her movement times the gap between the starting beat and the moment resistance is applied to the force plate
In sprint swimming the starting sequence also consists of two further phases the flight time or initial entry into the water and the
subsequent underwater stroke both these phases demand the generation a huge explosive power
By measuring the force a B applies to the specially calibrated
floor plate while bearing a loaded weight across our shoulders
We can also assess the energy she can transfer from the starting blocks into that vital initial entry into the water
The standouts are really the reaction time and in particular the movement time
Which is actually faster than any other elite female swimmer ever measured, I mean truly incredible
Demonstrating that she can produce power very very rapidly the force velocity
Relationship, which is effectively how quickly a B can produce force and tell us that she is incredibly rapid and that?
Really tells us why she has got a great sprint start you want to get out in front
As fast as possible the hundredths of a second is literally
What wins race your reaction time your explosiveness off the block which is what I've worked on my starts gotten so much better
There's the entry there's the angle there's everything and the starts super important
For someone like Abby who is a sprint swimmer she is an anaerobic
athlete nonetheless
Aerobic capacity is still important to support that Sprint swimming
and it's also very very important in training so that she can enhance her recovery of
Multiple sprint set as the Spiro test has already shown us Abbey's lung function is way above the typical female of her age group
But the vo2 max remains the ultimate test of an athlete's respiratory system and will take Abby to a level of exhaustion
she has never experienced before and
We're just gonna hold on to that rate, that's perfect great work. I've been doing really well keep the stroke long
Excellent work keep pushing yourself
In a 50 meter freestyle swim only 4% of energy needs are met by aerobic processes
But in the 100 meter event it is 10 times that figure at over 40%. Let's go now good keep pushing
So Abby's relay performance requires her to take in as much oxygen as possible
And deliver it to her muscles as quickly and efficiently as she can final 10. Let's go
Let's get into the 140s come on push keep going keep going keep going last few strokes keep pushing keep pushing
Good good good
excellent work brilliant effort
Abby's four minutes of maximal effort on the rowing ergometer produced a vo2 peak of 48 milliliters per kilogram per minute
Putting her on the same level as an Olympic 100-meter track sprinter, but with one important difference
When tae-hee look at Eva's vo2 max test results one thing we do have to take into account is the fact she performed it on
A rowing odometer so what we'd expect to see is a higher vo2 max if we measured it in the pool for example
Because it's much more specific, but for a sprint based and the aerobic swimmer
Aerobic capacity is good which will support her sprint swimming and critically support her in training
I believe that endurance you build on land as well
Translate into just being a better athlete which translates into moving through the water better and just being comfortable in the water
Abby has shown that to be an Olympic gold medal-winning sprint swimmer
It's not enough just to have a perfect body shape you need a combination of lightning fast reactions
explosive power that can be deployed instantaneously and huge upper-body strength all underpinned with a
Determination to push your body to the maximum. Let's go again Abby is one of the best sprint swimmers in the world
She is a power based
anaerobic athlete and the test results really bear that out if we take a look at
Reaction time we take a look at movement time
They truly are exceptional higher than we've ever measured in an elite swimmer
And it's the combination of these factors, which make a baby one of the fastest sprint swimmers and an Olympic gold medalist
I love Therese and I
The rush you get during a race at the end of the race and just to see what you can do
I love seeing what I'm able to do

Tyra Banks is no longer just a supermodel.
The 44-year-old is now an author, business mogul, TV host and even teaches proper branding skills at Standford business school.
All this and more is brought up during her recent visit to Complexs Hot Ones, but the most standout moment of her interview (with her mother joining her) is where she tells 2 Chainz to give her a call because shes single.
Host Sean Evans brings up some popular rap verses that Tyras been mentioned in and revels to her for the first time that Lauryn Hill mentioned her in her track Keep It Tight.
Oh my god, wait, Lauryn Hill put me in a rhyme and I dont know this? This is sacrilegious that I dont know this, she says.
2 Chainzs Bentley Truck lyrics come up where he raps, Shawdy thick, small waist/ Fat ass, gon' shake/ Money tall, Tyra Banks/ We everything y'all ain't.
Oh so hes saying that I got height, she says in the video below, after asking if he really does wear two chains.
And isnt he tall.and he has money.and Im single.
I got on one chain and I need another one if you know what Im saying, she adds.
Miss Banks then looks at the camera and urges Tity Boi to hit her up.

Why is My Cat Shedding Fur? Reasons Why Your Cat May Be Shedding Their Hair and How to Tackle it! - Duration: 5:08.
I've got a brand-new black comforter just hope Ragsy doesn't take liking to
it, otherwise it's gonna get covered in hair- oh and you're already here, well that didn't take long did it
Hi guys, welcome back to the channel it's Claire and Rags and today I'm talking to
you about shedding, what is normal and what isn't, now, whilst it goes hand in
hand or paw in paw for cat owners to have everything they own have a thin layer of
cat hair over it, there are a few things to look out for that may cause your cat
to be shedding more than usual, losing hair or pulling their own fur out, here
are a few things to look out for and a few normal things and a few abnormal
things about your cat and shedding! Now the main reasons your cat might be
losing too much hair is if they have fleas, now if you notice your cat over
grooming, scratching a lot and you notice some little black specks in their
fur, this is an indication that they have fleas, this kind of thing can lead your
cat over grooming certain areas and even pulling out their own fur, you need to
make sure you get your cat treated for fleas and make sure they stay up to
date with flea preventative treatments, now believe it or not some cat can have
allergies and this can lead to them losing some fur in places, this can range
from anything from cleaning products in your house to foods or anything like
that, if you notice your cat over grooming or losing some fur, you might
need to get them to the vet to see if they have any particular allergies
now some cats may experience little bald patches, now this can be for one of two
reasons, the first reason is your cat is a older female and she is going through
something that is hormonal this is completely, normal for older female cats
and the way you can tell if it is, is if the bald patches are smooth and soft,
if the bald patches that your cat has are rough and texture and blunt this
means that they are over grooming, now this can be anything from stress or
allergies or something that is irritating their skin, if you notice your
cat has any over groomed areas or is pulling out any of their own hair, get
your cat to the vet so they can get treated. As I said before your cat
sheds twice a year and it's completely normal and there's things
can do to help not only you but your cat as well, regular grooming will help
your cat get rid of any excess hair, so this means that they are less likely to
suffer with hair balls but also there's going to be a lot less on your furniture and black clothes
now ringworm is another reason your cat may be losing
hair, if you notice on your cat's skin there are little bald patches and
circular crusted lesions, this is an indication that your cat has ringworm
just take them to the vet for a quick treatment and it will get cleared up
now stress is another reason your cat may be losing hair, just like us humans
it is very easy for your cats to get stressed, it can either be that you have
moved house, you have another member of the house joining you, you're having work
done or there may be some outside reason your cat is getting stressed, so if your
cat is pulling out hair or losing hair for what seems to be no particular
reason, it could be stress, get your cat to the vet for a bit of treatment
not only can your vet to help you with some tinctures and some medication, they
can also help you make sure that your home is a stress-free environment
for your cats, either every day or when these things are occurring. Why not try

Preparing to Get a Dog! Top 5 Things You Should Know Before You Get a Dog - Tips and Items! - Duration: 3:50.
Hello! I'm Charlotte and this is Ellie and today we'll be giving you some top tips
and advice on how to prepare for getting a dog! So as you know different breeds
require different things before you get them, same as
different-aged dogs, for puppies you might need puppy pads, for older dogs
you might just need a safe secure home, so we're gonna be giving you a general
rundown of what you'd need to prepare for getting the dog
So tip 1 - as everyone says dogs are for life and this completely rings true, if you don't
know if you have the energy, the love, the time or the room to even keep a dog
then maybe you should think about getting something else, you know,
something a bit easier to look after, even if you are an animal lover,
you've got to think about what's best for the animal
but if you do think you've got the, you know, the attention and love to give to a dog then great, carry on watching the video
tip 2 - different breeds of dogs, so you have to
do your research on the type of dog that would be perfect for you; so Ellie for
example we chose a poodle specifically because they are hypoallergenic, it's the
same for you know if you want a little dog cause you might not have the room for
a big dog, you've got to think about all these factors, do your research on the different types of breeds of dogs
tip 3 - find a vet, get insurance! Yes this is
rather boring but you need to do it, Ellie has Addison's disease and if we
hadn't got a vet or insurance then she might not even be here
right now, she requires two tablets a day and that would have
been extortionate did we not have insurance
tip 4 - get your dog equipment, so write a checklist because otherwise you are bound to forget
something, we've got all sorts for Ellie, so dog bowls, food, lead, collar,
coat, a waterproof coat for your dog, there's all sorts, toys, that you need
Ellie's got it all and we've just kept accumulating as the years have gone on!
This is probably one of the most important - creates a routine, so once you have
your dog, you need to know when you're going to be taking them out, when you're going
to be feeding them, as we said in previous videos, routine is really important to
keep a dog happy and healthy and it also helps with their behaviour, so yeah if
you've got a dog or you're getting a dog, I hope this video was really helpful, make
sure to give us a like and subscribe if you've not already done so because we've
asked you every week now, make sure you leave a comment to let us know what you
think and always hit that notification bell to keep up to date with mine and
Ellie's videos and we are doing our t-shirt giveaway,
so the winner is - Luna Miyuki - and she said 'ooo my pomchi is gonna love it x3
thank you so much for the idea' So remember, head to Instagram to collect
your prize, give us direct message as we're showing you now and we'll get back to
you with your beautiful t-shirt and you can match with me and Ellie, yay!
We'll see you next week for next week's video, thank you! Say bye Ellie! Bye!

This is the INSANE €2.3M Apollo Intensa Emozione! - Exhaust Sound + Tour [Sub ENG] - Duration: 13:18.
Ciao everyone, here it's Marchettino and today I show you but mostly, hear this beast behind me, the new Apollo Intensa Emozione!
I think you recognize the location, I'm in the harbour of the Principality of Monaco and today I have the exclusive opportunity to shoot
make you hear and see on detail this truly incredible car!
I have seen many hypercars and crazy cars in my life and the Apollo I.E is a car that amazes very much!
As you can see it's registered, it's so extreme but they managed to make it road legal and this is a car built without compromises and with insane figures!
Every detail of this car hit the eyes, this spoiler is so massive!
On this long table you can have lunch with the whole family! The Apollo I.E doesn't have active aerodynamic,
this massive spoiler that you can adjust mixed to an incredible tech, it allows to this car to generate 1350kg of downforce on a road legal car, this figure is incredible!
Maybe what I love about this car is that the Apollo guys told me this car not to compete or show they can build a hypercar,
but the idea was to develop a car from scratch and build it with no compromises,
and honestly this is fabulous to me, I still can't figure out how they made it road legal because this car
has been built to be super quick on the road but mostly, on track! In fact the customer can opt for example
for road tires, obviously this one has road tires and steel brakes, but eventually you can have the car on slicks and carbon ceramic brakes!
We can say there's lots of elements taken from racecars, for example the idraulic lifting system, just like racecars!
Idraulic system is for the track, to lift up the car and make the tires and brakes change easier, meanwhile
for a road use as you can see the car is extremely low, it scratches everywhere but hopefully it has a lifting system like most supercars.
This car has such a high aerodynamic coefficient that is above 3cx
the lateral g force is above 2.5g, this is a truly impressive figure!
I hope to drive this car someday, it must be ATOMIC!
What to say about the Apollo with the doors up, basically it's a show! Also the walls would turn to look it!
If there's something I really like about this car is the quality of the carbon fibre, obviously all the car is made in carbon, look at the wave there's a magnificent light
you can admire the carbon, truly beautiful!
It's impressive because I've been told it's even longer than a Mclaren F1 GTR Longtain, so the longest version!
It's a truly big, wide, long car but still, it weighs just 1250kg!
I'm truly impressed by this car; the figures, the look, it's a shame just 10 I.E will be built and the price is truly absurd to say the least!
A whopping €2.3M!
Let's jump onboard so I show you the interior!
I'm getting inside the in the worst possible way, basically you're sitting on the ground!
First impressions onboard, you feel a bit claustrophobic, look at the space!
It's quite tight, visibility is low but apart from the side mirros you have also cameras that help with the rear view,
I've been told the side mirrors have been placed just for the homologation.
The camera is much better to view because as you can see behind you can't see anything, nor even the engine bay; visibility is very very low!
As you can see there's a clutch pedal! The Apollo I.E uses a 6-speed sequential gearbox, it's a race transmission!
And you use the clutch just to take off in 1st gear, then you change gears with the paddles.
Listen to that noise!
The car is very spartan, love all this bare carbon and everywhere I touch I can feel there's quality and this €2.3M is worth it every penny!
Here we have lots of settings like the engine map, electronic aids, abs..
Steering is like a racecar and the functions are very few, you have the lights, horn, side indicators, it's a truly spartan car
Yeah it's road legal but I think that the 10 lucky ones will spend all their time on racetracks rather than on road!
The engine of the Apollo I.E is a 6.3L naturally aspirated V12 that produces 780hp and 800nm of torque,
I just asked and the guys gave me the permission to fire it up!
As you can see on the digital dash the engine revs, just listen to the idle noise!
I have no idea how they managed to make a road legal car with such kind of exhaust, it feels like being in a racecar even more with a beasty engine on, just listen to the idle i need to shout!
Listen to that, just 1000rpm while doing a maneuvre!
Impressive! And after having shown you the car, we'll be doing a tour around Monaco to show it to you in motion because it's truly impressive!
I swear I don't have voice anymore, I'm shouting since the beginning of the video!
I'm getting far 'cause I can't talk, the 3 exhaust tips you see, do you wanna know the price?
They cost more than a BMW M4! I'm not talking about the exhaust but only those 3 exhaust tips with an aestethic function!
Just to let you understand how much money and quality has been invested in the making of this car!
It has such an insane wow factor, forget about LaFerrari, P1, this car is on another level just look at it, it's crazy!
Can you imagine, you're at the traffic light or driving and from the view mirror you see this!
I remind you it's registered, it's road legal! This is crazy!
Oh look, another tunnel! I swear I'm not telling the driver to make all the tunnels, that's not me!
I'm against these things, tunnels, unnecessary noises, that's not so me!
Honestly I think this is the best 6:30am wake up of my life,
Taking this beast out on a early morning and drive around Monaco with empty roads - something very rare during the week of Top Marques - well, it's priceless!
Oh my God!
Well guys, we're back at the harbour to continue the shooting, I remind you to follow on my Instagram because i'm posting stories and exclusive content
of my adventure in Monaco!
Listen to that! I swear that at idle it makes my ears shake!
I really thank the guys at Apollo for this experience with this truly incredible car,
and who knows when the car will be ready they may let me test it!
I swear I'm really excited about this car, I'd love to test it so badly!
Make sure to Like the video if you enjoy it, subscribe to my YouTube if you haven't yet and as always thanks for watching, ciao!

Without You, Avicii - Duration: 4:14.
📝 Avicii - Without You Lyrics
You said that we would always be Without you I feel lost at sea
Through the darkness you'd hide with me Like the wind we'd be wild and free
You said you'd follow me anywhere But your eyes tell me you won't be there
I got to learn how to love without you I got to carry my cross without you
Stuck in the middle and I'm just about to Figure it out without you
And I'm done sitting home without you Fuck I'm going out without you
I'm going to tear this city down without you I'm going Bonnie and Clyde without you
I'm going Bonnie and Clyde without you I'm going Bonnie and Clyde without you
Now I'm running away my dear From myself and the truth I fear
My heart is beating I can't see clear How I'm wishing that you were here
You Said you'd follow me anywhere But your eyes tell me you won't be there
I got to learn how to love without you I got to carry my cross without you
Stuck in the middle and I'm just about to Figure it out without you
And I'm done sitting home without you Fuck I'm going out without you
I'm going to tear this city down without you I'm going Bonnie and Clyde without you
I'm going Bonnie and Clyde without you I'm going Bonnie and Clyde without you

Really cool information isn't it?

in your own life to help you network more professionally and increase your
odds of landing your first job after college by the way if you're brand new

more but also just so you know we produce career videos such as this one

hitting that red subscribe button down below!
I remember when I first got out of school or when I was in school I was
like man how the heck am I gonna land a job because when I would go online to
look at job postings every single employer wanted experience
and I didn't have it and so what I found though is if you can get yourself your
foot in the door to an internship opportunity or something like that then
you can gain experience and that is what these networking tips are really
designed to do I highly encourage you to watch this whole video from start to
finish I really think it's gonna be worth your time just so you guys know
I've been working in accounting for six to seven years now and so I've been on
both sides I've been on the side where I had no experience didn't know how to get
my first job in accounting and now I've been on the recruiting side as well
where I'm going to college recruiting events and things like that
now if you're wondering if you should be taking notes on this I would encourage
you to do so however I'm actually gonna provide you with the notes I kind of
made this as a script for this video kind of an outline and so oh is that it
I was like well why don't I just give this to you guys and I can just kind of
use this to stay on point and provide you with some valuable advice so in the
description section down below of this video which you can check out at any
time you can find this available for download
it's completely free it's two pages worth of notes that I've produced that
are gonna help you with all of these pointers I'm gonna talk about in this
video all right guys let's talk about professional networking and specifically
in this video I'm gonna talk about networking at events like a career fair
are like a college event on your college campus and if you're wondering like I
used to wonder what's the secret to getting a job in accounting right out of
college the secret is what you're doing right
now while you're still in college and one of the big things is networking at
career fairs now often schools that are universities that you attend will have
career fairs sometimes their accounting specific but often they'll have a County
and Finance jobs where you can go to them usually usually during the evening
and they'll bring in a lot of employers throughout the area that you can meet
that you can be introduced to network with etc to help you land a job so
that's the kind of networking I'm gonna be talking about today is to help you
get even better and more professional when you go to those events so that you
stand out as somebody that they would hire as an intern or somebody that
they're going to keep in the back of their mind wandering
hey when they graduate we want them we want to be contacting them for an
interview so the first question is well how do you even find out about these
events where do you find out well often universities or colleges will have a
Career Center at least that's what they called it when I was going to college is
they had this department at the college that was completely dedicated to helping
students get ready to get jobs so to help them with their resume help them
network let them know of upcoming events contact somebody at your office or at
the office at your school or check with one of your professors say hey where's
the career where do we have a Career Center on campus is there anybody who
can help me find out when the next career events coming up get plugged into
that and use their resources and usually even if you're an alumni because I even
use those after I graduated I could still go back anytime I wanted and they
would still help me with my resume practice interviewing etc with with
those kinds of things so really utilize it it's there for you and it makes
colleges look good when when they can say hey if you come to our college guess
what we actually are able to get students jobs that makes them look
really good and they want to help you so find out where the Career Center is on
campus that's tip number one okay let's talk about tip number two when should
you start networking at what point in your college career should you start
going to these events my suggestion to you would be your no later than your
sophomore year you'll say well Mike isn't that too early what I'm not even
going to be ready to graduate that's okay because the people who go early on
in their sophomore year have time more time to develop relationships with those
recruiters the companies that are coming to those job fairs on campus or off the
campus doesn't have to be college campus specific here guys but though they'll
give a chance if you go there starting off young and early you're gonna have
more of a chance to get to know them and you're gonna be able to build up a
relationship with them over time because often the companies are gonna send the
same people every single year to those events to see who they're looking to
recruit and to be honest that's one of the main reasons I have the job I
have today is because the head of HR was always at those recruiting events and
over the span of a few years even when I first met her I wasn't ready to graduate
but over the course of those years I would always go to those recruiting
events while I was at college and I would take advantage of them and she got
to know me and so when I became available to looking for a job she felt
comfortable contacting me for an interview and I've been working at that
firm now for over six years so start networking early that's one of
the best tips I can give you okay so let's go to the next one okay tip number
three let's get into some specifics here usually you're gonna know what employers
are coming to these networking events especially if they're gonna gonna be on
a college campus and you can often find out like I said if you get in touch with
your Career Center or the department at your college who does that kind of stuff
they'll usually have a pamphlet or flyer to give you some sort of idea or on
their school website so you can get an idea of which employers are gonna be
there that night and so my suggestion for you is think like a marketing person
so do you think a professional person in marketing wants every customer you would
initially you might think yes but the answer is no a marketing person as
somebody who's a professional marketer is gonna target certain customers and so
what I mean what I'm trying to say here with your
approach to networking if you know ahead of time which companies are gonna be
coming to that career fair do your homework pick your top three companies
you want to talk to that night the ones that are most important to you the ones
you would most likely want to have a chance to work for and go online and
study their website study a few things about them write some notes down and so
that when you come to that career fair you are prepared and when you're talking
to them you can ask them very specific questions about their organization that
are gonna blow them away because most people most students who
are attending those events I can tell you from my experience as a recruiter
aren't asking questions about the company itself and so whenever is when
somebody comes to me at when I'm at a recruiting event and ask me a very
specific question of the company I work at I am blown away
because that instantly tells me that there are prepared this person is
professional they're taking a professional approach and they're
prepared and that's Mick already starts to make me think that there's somebody I
would like to interview or somebody I can count on tip number four you
wouldn't think I would have to talk about this but I actually do and tip
number four is look professional look and dress professional so what I see
students doing is they're you know when there's these recruiting events there
might be you know 50 to 100 students up these things and if somebody is
underdressed for the event so let's take a guy for example think of what's the
most professional look a guy can have what is your mind go to and if you're
like me you're usually thinking a guy in a suit and tie right suit and tie that
is the full gamut of professionalism for a man but often now let's say another
guy walks in the room and he's only what he's wearing black slacks but he's
wearing a polo and then now he now he's standing next to the guy in a suit and
tie well instantly as a recruiter or
somebody who's looking for potential candidate I'm thinking that the guy in
the suit and tie is better prepared what I'm saying here guys is don't let the
way your dress diminish your odds of landing an internship or an interview I
know things are much more relaxed these days especially with Millennials I love
wearing loose and relaxed clothes however when you're attending these
networking events make sure you are dressed for the occasion
look and dress the best as possible the more professional look the better your
odds will be of you getting an internship or an interview in the future
with these companies tip number five is bring your resume have it on you have it
with you you know have covers letters with you how if you have letters of
references from your teachers or whomever whomever you've worked with and
whatever capacity doesn't have to be accounting right whoever can vouch for
your work ethic your hard work ethic why you might be valuable for their company
have those materials on you when you're attending these career events it will
really help you and if you don't have it on you like physically have it keep a
couple copies in your car while you're looking for a job so that you're always
ready you are always prepared and that's because that's what recruiters are
looking for they're looking for somebody who's perfect professional and somebody
who prepares because that they know a person who
prepares is probably going to be a very valuable employee to their organization
hey guys thank you so much for taking time out of your day to watch this video
sorry I had to cut it a little short life and work just got a little too
hectic so I'm gonna release part two most likely sometime next week and it's
gonna have the last five tips so be looking for that coming up now I hope
you guys found these first five tips helpful I would love to hear of the five
tips we've discussed today let me know in the comment section down below which
one you are most excited about which one do you think you're gonna implement
first to help you land the interview or just to help you when you're out about
at a career fair I can't wait to see you guys next week in next week's video
because I really we're gonna get into the Nitty Gritty of some of the
questions recruiters may ask you and some of the
questions ice will suggest that you asked them to help you stand out when
trying to land a job as you guys know I have all series of videos on public
accounting taxes investing finances etc so make sure to subscribe if you have
not already share this information with a friend especially somebody who's
trying to go into accounting and I will see you guys next week
love you guys live life on caged

[3x03] Nina calls Gastón / Translation - Duration: 2:56.
Hello
Hi, hi Gastón. Thank you for your gift. I really like it
It's really pretty
I'm sorry, did I interrupt you or do you have time to talk
No, calm down. I was studying but I think I need a break
Nice to see you. Are you in the Roller?
Yes, yes I am
I tried to write something for "Skate Friends"
but I hadn't any ideas
but your gift let me forget about all my problems
Wait... what's that? I don't understand. What does it mean?
It's a story in a book
Referring to an old japanese legend two people who are meant to be together
are connected by a blue ribbon
Look, I got mine and I send the other one to you so you can use it
It's wonderful
Yes I thought a lot about what you told me in Cancún
That the sea writes our names at another place
and I wanted to give you something so we feel a little bit nearer
Can it be that there is written "Red Sharks" on the monitor behind you?
Yes, Gary decided that the team of the Roller doesn't exist any longer and now
they're called Red Sharks
What? That can't be true
Yes, I can't believe it either
I don't know. He decided to let all people of the Roller go
he creates a new team with Ámbar and Emilia
They're all very sad
and they don't know what to do anymore
You can't imagine how much I'd like to be there so I could help you
Yes, I'd also like to help them but I don't know how
Maybe you could write something about what happens in the Roller
You think so?
I think the idea is amazing
Maybe you didn't know what to write because you had no exciting ideas
That way you can help them and at the same time you're writing from heart
Okay yes. I never thought that way
Okay Nina. I'd love to talk to you the whole day
but I have to go to class
Already?
Yes, the only thing I ask for is not to lose the ribbon
No, no. I promise I will never
Gastón I can't hang up
Me neither
I miss you a lot
I miss you more. Are we hanging up together?
Okay, at three
At three, okay
One, two, three

Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Anxiety in Dogs- Companion Animal Vets - Duration: 6:41.
there's a lot of perceived stigma about using medications to treat anxiety in
dogs but this is a real disease that causes suffering if not treated
appropriately. Here's why in this case drugs are good. Hi family
pet lovers I'm Matt Young from companion animal vet
hospital and you're watching our family pet care video series: ask the vet. It's
your guide to the latest information and best practices to help you care for your
family pet. Generalized anxiety is a common problem in dogs and if left
untreated it can cause a number of problems including suffering for the dog
self harm during panic attacks, escape with the danger of injury, biting and
other antisocial behaviors, abandonment, surrender or euthanasia. Fear is a normal
response to some sort of stress and is designed to keep us safe. Anxiety can be
considered as an extension of fear the stressor may have gone away but the
feelings associated with the fear do not resolve The animal remains in a
heightened state of arousal and does not return to normal. There are lots of
things that contribute to anxiety and any event that causes fear can lead to it
especially if these events are repeated or occur over a long period of time. Some
common triggers are being attacked by another dog, rehoming, separation from a familiar
environment or family group, fireworks going off in close vicinity, lack of
socialization as a pup, and sudden change of routine. In people about forty five
percent of us will have a mental health problem at some point in our lifetime
and it is now believed that this statistic is similar in dogs. There is
some sort of genetic predisposition to develop anxiety which is why some
develop it and some don't under the exact same circumstances
judging whether a dog is anxious can be quite difficult as a range of behaviors
they can show can be so varied in general anxious dogs will display a
range of fearful behaviors and are highly aroused when a dog is subjected
to stress. They have three options the first is that they can run away or try
to escape this is the flight option the second option is that they can bite
back this is the flight response the third option is that they can fidget.
Fidget behaviours are normal behaviours that are out of context. Some common ones
that can be seen are lip licking, yawning and tail wagging. Aggressive types of
behavior such as looking at you out of the corner of their eye
growling crouching and snarling are often mistaken as signs of aggression
and dominance. In truth this is the opposite to dominance
these dogs are fearful in expressing their fear externally suppressing this
behavior by punishing it just increases the fear and stress levels of the dog it
does not address the underlying cause of stress and leads to a dangerous
situation where a dog will jump straight to body without showing any warning
while highly anxious dogs may show many of these signs of stress they don't
always and some dogs will just go nuts when there's a lot of other dogs around
or if they're at a party. So how can medications help? while it's important
that the dog is put into a low stress environment and the type of training
that you use is positive and fear free it is equally important that the
underlying medical condition is addressed. If you just remove the
stimulus the fear will go away in a normal animal but in an anxious animal
that fear level remains using medications we can reduce these anxiety
levels and get the animal back to a normal baseline. In general this will
take a long period of time to happen we're talking months, sometimes years
here not weeks it takes time for the medication to actually work but it also
takes time for the dog to learn new ways to react to stress these medications do
not change the personality of the dog they are still the exact same dog but
they do not suffer with anxiety they may be less interactive and sleep more but
generally this is just because they are relaxed there are broadly two types of
medications that are used the first emetic Asians that are used in cases
where the animal has an anxiety that has a specific trigger such as when being
rehomed traveling during storms or at times of fireworks these medications are
only short-term and are just used when the stimulus is around
the second type of medication are the antidepressant any anxiety medications
and a used long-term to normalize the chemical levels in the brain these
medications are given daily or twice daily and a given regardless of the
stimuluses presence a common time we will often use these medications is in
rescue dogs that have been subjected to various at times unknown traumas this
may include abandonment abuse or being loose and chased off living wild they
are then placed in a pound surrounded by other barking dogs before finally
arriving with someone to provide a safe caring environment while these animals
are now in a safe low stress environment their anxiety levels are often very high
due to their stressful experiences while being rehomed the dogs are again
subjected to stress and it will take time for them to settle into their new
environment in this sort of situation it is really
important that the dog remains on the anti-anxiety medication despite the fact
that the new owners environment is no doubt loving and caring it still
requires a change in routine for the dog and as we discussed previously this is a
stress for the dog withdrawal from medication should never occur until the
animal is well clear of any stressors and not displaying any anxious behavior
at all sudden withdrawal of medication can result in a bounce-back effect to
the anxious state. The medication needs to be tapered and withdrawn over a long
period of time occasionally dogs may need to be on
medication permanently. Is this really a bad thing?
Without medication these dogs are suffering, the incidence of side-effects
is extremely low, and we know that on medication they can live a normal life!
The pounds are full of animals that have been surrendered or abandoned due to
untreated anxiety disorders. So in summary, anxiety is a common and
debilitating condition which needs to be treated, medications for anxiety can
reduce suffering and improve your pets quality of life. Do you think your dog is
suffering from anxiety? To help you determine an answer to this we placed a
link to a survey in the description. For help managing your dog's anxiety book an
