Specialty Forged is a huge player

in the lifted truck industry.

They have forged wheels, anywhere from a 20 x 9

all the way up to a 28 x 16.

Forged wheels, if you don't know,

start as a huge tube of 60 61 T6 aluminum,

which is then cut into pucks and brought in and pressed

and cut into the shape and design you want,

and then polished.

on Instagram right now.

Now here comes the most impressive part.

The Specialty Forged Company is only four years old.

The owner of Specialty Forged...

Carlos Gongalas, owner of Specialty Forged,

didn't leave American Force just to go to Specialty Forged.

After differences between Carlos

and American Force's owner, Ray Shadravan, arose

Carlos split to to his own thing.

For a year, he ran his own diesel shop.

All the while, obsessed with custom wheels and trucks.

During his time at the diesel shop,

Justin, the then-engineer for American Force,

was let go and got in contact through Carlos,

as they've been friends throughout the last couple years.

- They started to talk and develop a game plan in 2014

completely discrete and unknown.

Lonestar Throwdown 2015 is when they decided to release it,

Specialty Forged came out of no where,

and they came out swinging.

The huge sizes, sexy designs, and beautiful builds

featuring these wheels created the buzz

that has kids saving up a half year's salary

just to buy the wheels of their dreams.

Is part of the reason that these wheels

are so highly desired because of the fact

that they cost so much and those that can't afford them

will just sit and dream about them?

Probably.

I think part of it, too, is that Specialty Forged

is hitting a market that didn't really previously exist

in the show truck scene at all.

In the car world, buying a set of $5000 wheels for shows

happens all the time.

These wheels are extremely intricate and top of the line.

Until recently, spending $1500 on a set of 20 x 12s

was the norm for trucks in the show scene.

And it was just expected for

your local truck showing up at shows.

You don't have any second thoughts about going to Minnesota.

That's what Jonathan, I mean, he wanted to take the chance to have a normal life.

Jonathan wanted to live.

We had done many, many attempts to improve his quality of life before deciding to go through the BMT.

And he was a big decision-maker in his care.

At that point, he was old enough to be a big voice.

He decided that that's what he wanted and I was going to help him get there...

and go through everything that he's he's gone through in the past two years.

It was our biggest chance.

I know in my heart that if we wouldn't have done that, he would probably have passed away a little while ago.

He was quite sick before we left.

The BMT did work

I was leaving certain areas of his body uncovered … I hadn't done that since he was very, very little.

It did work and he was feeling so encouraged by it.

He wanted to learn how to ride a bike.

He wanted to just enjoy spending time with his dog, being able to walk, going back to school – very typical things that we've always done.

Most of us have had the opportunity to do without thinking twice that it was a luxury.

He had such big aspirations for when he did get home.

Things really changed.

How has Gibson adjusted to not having Jonathan here?

He knows that his buddy's gone.

He knows that something is different.

He's sniffed me. I'm sure he can smell him on me because I brought back the clothes that I had in Minnesota, so they probably smell like Jonathan.

That was the clothes I had with me.

It's hard. That was one of my biggest challenges when I got back home was to see Gibson,

because I knew that I was coming back and his buddy wasn't there.

And Jonathan just wanted to see his dog.

'You drove back from Minnesota. Can you tell us why?

I needed those days to be able to cry if I wanted to, laugh, if I wanted to, be able to talk to him, listen to music or be angry that he left me ...

and tell him that he wasn't supposed to leave – that we were supposed to get home together.

I knew that once I got back to Canada I had to face everyone, and not having him with me

Yep, it was very, very small. It was just for his immediate family.

(His sister) Noémy hadn't seen him in a very long time.

That's what he would have wanted.

Jonathan had two things that he really wanted to do when he got home – to see his dog and have a little bit of a family gathering.

because since my former video on him,

chocolate and pastry chef Jacques Genin has won a huge award.

It was presented for the whole of his work

and is highly prestigious in France for food professionals.

The few who receive the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Award

are given their medal at a ceremony held at the Sorbonne.

Also, since that former video about Monsieur Genin,

he opened a new boutique on rue du Bac,

in the general section of Paris where the Musée d'Orsay is.

There, you'll find his fabulous chocolates and on some days his pastries.

But if you prefer to eat them where he has a tea salon,

you'll need to go to Monsieur Genin's other boutique

at 133 rue de Turenne where he has a tea salon in the same building as his chocolates.

Among Monsieur Genin's house made candies,

the candied jellies and caramels nature are some of my favorites.

If you want to do something else while you're in the area

walk down rue de Varenne to the Rodin Museum.

For a mere 2 euros you can linger in a fabulous garden dotted with sculptures.

GOOGLE PICKS MY MAKEUP CHALLENGE | CRUELTY-FREE 🐰 - Duration: 5:46.

I've been seeing this challenge make its rounds around YouTube so I thought I

would go ahead and give it a try because why not look like a lot of fun. My name

is Chris if you are new to my channel definitely consider subscribing if you

are into cruelty free beauty so I definitely hit that subscribe button and

these! Now that I think about it it's been a little bit since I've done a challenge

so this will be really really fun. This is the Google picks My Look challenge I

believe Nikki started it? I'm sure you guys - if you're in the beauty realm you

know what I'm talking about. So let's get started I got a really

interesting picture it looks like the Sims... it looks like a Sim look. There's a

lot of blacks, browns, and white. So let's get started

I'm going to just right off the bat slather my face with a foundation so

this is the vapor organic beauty foundation I'm just gonna go ahead and

slap that on. I will definitely try my hardest to make it like a look that I

will wear but... alright right foundation applied, bam. Because there is a lot of

brown I'm going to be very intense with my contouring and this is the milk

makeup blaze matte bronzer. Really layer on that color. I think would add

just a little bit more color because I want it to be more intense. Okay I've got

the base done now let's start up with the eyes I'm gonna use this well people

bio brightener stick I'm going to use it in my or on my lids because this is

probably the only light like close to white thing that I have actually now

that I'm on it I'm just gonna highlight my face - oh I didn't blend out my nose

contour whoops hold on let's continue blend out this highlighter right, while

that sets a little bit I'm going to go in and do my brows. Hmm like they're

these little I think there's some characters they have like really thick

brows so I'm just I'm gonna I'm gonna go thicker than I normally would

cuz why not all right they don't match but that's

okay so because there's a lot of black in it

I've only felt like you would be fitting to have a black eye shadow so we're

gonna go ahead with this pixie it's Judy time palette and this is called night

night we're just going to go in the outer corner and kind of like smoke it

out. I wish I had white eyeshadow or like something that I can just draw like a

white line like they have in their clothes I believe they have yeah like

there are Addidas and they have like sportswear I wanted to draw like a white

line across my eye like that would be cool all right I'm going to add some

Brown in here I'm gonna do this color which is dark chocolate and when I just

use that as a transitional color like right above the black alright I'm going

to go in with eyeliner I'm going to make it a very straight line because I feel

like all of these have all these figures are I don't know they just seem very

rigid so I think that would be my interpretation of it so

I did not do a good job of blending my eyeshadow also I think putting the

highlighter underneath really messed that plan up I'm going to curl my lashes

and then apply some falsies. Success!

Oh god that definitely took some concentration oh I'm going to go back in

with this color palette and use bubbly this champagne-y color and highlight

the inner corners of my eyes kind of like to pull in that whole like glow

that they've got going on with these little character things. Alright and for

the lips I'm actually going to go for a bold lip this is Em cosmetics Spanish

earth I feel like this will tie in the brown like the a lot of a tan color that

they've got going on here wish me luck because I'm so bad at applying lip dark

lip colors

okay so this is it this is the finished look I feel like I kind of got lucky

with the imagery because I feel like the makeup itself it for the characters is

kind of like the makeup that I'm wearing right now but yeah I hope you guys
