Senate Passes Criminal Justice Reform Bill - Duration: 6:59.
-You guys, Christmas is less than a week away.
That's right.
Well, I saw that for the holidays,
President Trump is spending 16 days in Florida at Mar-a-Lago.
You can tell he's nervous about the Russia investigation
'cause today he said,
"Siri, can you swim from Mar-a-Lago to Cuba?"

That's right.
On Friday, Trump is going on a vacation to Florida for 16 days.
There's actually a word for a trip that long -- moving.
[ Laughter ]
But here's the big story.
Congress is working on a spending bill
to avoid a government shutdown until February.
Yep. The government's basically staying open month to month.
I'm not saying that we're in trouble,
but if the U.S. were a department store, we'd be Sears.
Do you know what I'm saying?
Do you see what I'm saying?
[ Applause ]
But Trump was threatening to shut down the government
if Congress didn't give him $5 billion for a border wall.
But now he says that he'll get the money somewhere else.
Or as one guy in Moscow put it
[Russian accent] "Ugh, I'll get my checkbook.
But this counts for birthday and Christmas."

[ Normal voice ] That's right.
Trump says he'll find another way
to get $5 billion for the wall.

about building a Trump Tower in Moscow.
But last night, CNN got a letter about the project

a new criminal justice reform bill.
And I read that it allows judges to reduce sentences
for certain low-level crimes.
It turns out the bill also defines a bunch of new crimes
that deserve jail time.
For example, you can get up to one year in prison
for getting in a packed elevator and only going up one floor.
-One year? -One year in prison.
-Wow. -Just walk up the stairs.
-Yeah, come on.
-You can get up to three years in prison
for getting in front of the TSA line and going,
"Wait, we have to take our shoes off?"

My name is Shayan.
And, uh, we're here today to bake.
Hi, my name is Pooja Dhingra.
I'm a pastry chef.
I run Le15 Patisserie in Mumbai.
Have you ever baked a cake?
Literally never in my life.
I've not even tried.
I baked once...
when I was 12.
Uhh, it was not good.
Because after I put it in the oven,
it came out as a slab.
I have been baking since I was six years old,
and I started my business in 2010.
Our competitor is Pooja Dhingra,
who is a certified pastry chef.
She's like the polar opposite of what we are
in the baking industry.
We, on the other hand,
are certified champions at eating cake.
I know it's a competition, but I think that
there's cake in the end of it,
so we're all winners.
So today y'all will be making a cake in 90 minutes,
and you have to make the best cake that you can possibly make.

I'm not a very competitive person by nature.
I enjoy doing my thing and I also enjoy seeing other people prosper.
So I will be helping them out.

I think it'll go really well with
the chocolate cake that I'm making,
I think it'll dissolve in really well
and it'll give you a nice, sort of malty flavour.

and so while I'm waiting for them I've decided to make another cake.
So I'm doing a vanilla and chocolate chip, sort of sponge cake.
I had finished my first cake in thirty minutes and then I had a lot of time left,
so I decided to make another cake.

When Pooja was like, "You know what? I think I'll make another cake."

The batter, I must say, actually tasted good.

So at this point it's in the cake's hands, literally.
The competition ended the second she announced that
"Guys, I will make a vanilla chocolate chip for fun".
It's like she came to give a Physics exam, and she was like,
"Let's give the Geography exam as well."
If I keep looking at it, will it take longer?
Yeah, yeah, that's how time works.
In the last fifteen minutes, I think it was crunch-time, we took the cake out of the oven,
looked pretty dome-like,
then it just started sinking rapidly, just like our dreams.
Her cake went down like this.
Our cake was just like —
It's done! -It's clean AF!
It's really done!
So my second cake is ready for the oven.
The best bad cake I've ever made.
It smells also pretty decent.
I think it's — I think it's good.
I don't know, but I think decorating it was the most fun.
That was the most enjoyable part of the process.
Now rotate, and go like CUT CUT CUT CUT CUT.
I saw her do the same thing and it was very nice.

By that time we were like okay, this might just work, and then it was just sprinkles.

I'm super happy about my chocolate raspberry cake. I think it's going to be great.
It has a little bit of Milo inside, it has Silk on top, it has Nutties.
It's looking very beautiful.
The vanilla chocolate chip is something that is comforting,
and it's not as pretty as the other one, but I'm sure it'll taste good.
I never expected for us to win. I just expected us to
be able to make the cake happen, which is what he said.

And welcome to the Mobile Legends Boot Camp!
In this video, we are going to talk about the mage, Kadita.
Kadita has a good set mobility, charge, area-of-effect, slow, and crowd control skills.
Our Ocean Goddess, Kadita, is a mage hero.
I consider Kadita as a burst mage since her skills, specially her ultimate,
could really rip off the enemies.
Not only that, her first skill gives mobility to either chase enemies,
or escape death.
Now, let me share some tips and tricks on how to use Kadita based on my experience.
I will also teach you some combos and techniques on the latter part of this boot camp.
But before that, let me explain her skills one by one for further understanding.
Kadita's passive, Thalassophobia, gives her Blessing from the Might of the Ocean
when she receives damage.
This buff will regenerate a percentage of Health Points reduced from Kadita,
within its duration.
This passive skill has a 30 seconds cool down.
Kadita's first skill, Ocean Oddity, summons an ocean wave towards a specified direction.
Upon casting, Kadita rides in the wave.
Enemy units along the path will receive a certain amount of magic damage,
and have their movement speed reduced.
After the ocean wave has reached a certain distance,
it returns back to the location where it was initially casted.
While inside the wave, she gains immunity from crowd-control skills,
and also reduces the damage taken.
You can click the skill again to immediately get off the wave.
Even if you have gotten off the wave, the wave will still continue to travel.
Aside from that, you can also use your 2nd or ultimate skill while inside the wave.
This will instantly make Kadita get off the wave and cast the skill clicked.
Also, this skill can pass through obstacles.
You can use this to chase enemies, or escape death easily.
Combos with this skill will be explained later on.
Her second skill, Breath of the Ocean, summons an ocean wave to mark a designated area.
After a short period of time, the wave surges out of the ground,
and knocks an enemy into the air for a short period of time.
The surge deals a certain amount of magic damage.
This skill can cast this skill during Ocean Oddity, her first skill.
When casted while riding the wave from her first skill,
she releases the Breath of the Ocean at the place she currently stands.
The wave surges out faster when used in combo with her first skill.
Kadita automatically gets out of the wave upon using this skill.
Kadita's ultimate skill, Rough Waves, creates a tsunami by diving deep under the ground.
The tsunami creates waves around Kadita.
Each wave deals a certain amount of magic damage.
The waves created travels away from Kadita.
The more of these waves an enemy takes, the more damage they take.
After a short period, these waves return to Kadita.
These waves will deal another set of magic damage along its path.
These waves, however, have its damage decay when hitting the same
enemy hero for multiple times.
This skill can be used in combo with Kadita's first skill.
When Kadita is underground, she is not targettable.
Unfortunately, this skill can't make you pass through obstacles or walls.
There are so many items that you can buy for Kadita.
You can either focus on cooldown items,
or items that gives you high magic power and cool down reduction.
For me, I choose to buy items that grants cool down reduction,
spell vamp, and health points.
As for starting item, you can consider buying Clock of Destiny.
This grants you magic damage, health points, and mana.
Its unique passive grants additional Health Points
and magic attack every 30 seconds, permanently.
This stacks up to 10 times only.
When the maximum stack of 10 has been reached, the hero will receive extra 5% magic damage,
and additional 300 mana.
In my opinion, you can consider buying Magic Shoes for Kadita.
Magic Shoes grants additional Movement Speed and Cool Down reduction.
This can help you cast more of your first skill for burst damage and mobility.
Buying magic items such as Lightning Truncheon, will help you deal more burst damage.
This item gives you magic power, mana, and cool down reduction.
Its unique passive will deal magic damage to your target
and two other enemies when you use a skill.
This unique passive has a short cooldown.
Since most of your items gives you mana, the unique passive of this item will be more explosive.
Another item to keep in your tab is Fleeting Time.
This item grants you additional magic power and cool down reduction.
Its unique passive grants Kadita's ultimate skill cool down to be instantly reduced
by 35%, after an elimination or an assist.
You might also want to consider Concentrated Energy.
It provides additional Health Points, magic power, and spell vamp.
Spell vamp can greatly increase your survivability.
Given that her skills deals area of effect damage,
Kadita can regenerate lots of health when hitting enemies with her skills.
You can also consider Divine Glaive.
This item grants magic power.
Its unique effect grants a certain percentage of magic penetration on your skills.
In addition, its unique passive grants extra magic penetration
when your HP is above a certain amount.
The item build for Kadita really depends on the enemy's line up.
So make sure to read each item's description so you can adapt in-game.
One of the best spell to be used on Kadita is Petrify.
You can use petrify to deal magic damage to enemies around you,
and petrifies them for a few moments.
This can really help you set enemies for your ultimate skill.
It's perfect that you can use Petrify after or in between your combo.
This can help sustain the damage the enemies take from your team.
In my opinion, the best emblem set to be used is the Custom Mage Emblem set.
Custom Mage Emblem could provide extra stats according to your needs as a Mage.
Set Flow to its Max level because it can give you extra magic power.
Higher magic power will give you higher damage for your skills.
Setting Observation to max level will provide additional magic penetration on your skills.
Higher magic penetration deals more magic damage to enemies.
That means, your skills will be more explosive during team fights.
Get Impure Rage to deal extra damage depending on the enemy's current HP.
Impure Rage also restores your mana.
For me, it's the best thing to get since Impure Rage has only 5 seconds cooldown.
This makes her skills more powerful with Impure Rage since it has low cooldown.
The mana restored by Impure Rage helps you to avoid buying items with high mana regen.
Set first skill to max level first.
Prioritizing this makes the cool down lower and the base damage higher.
That means, you can deal more damage and cast more of this skill.
Prioritize second skill less since her first skill is what you need for damage dealing.
Always upgrade her ultimate skill when available for upgrading.
During the early game, you can use your first skill to clear up lanes.
Just instantly click your first skill twice.
This will make the wave clear the lane for you,
without risking your life on the enemy side.
Just make sure when you are using your first skill,
be wary of your situation.
If you just want to harass enemies,
make sure you click the skill again as soon as possible.
If the situation is safe, you can go enjoy yourself inside the wave.
With her first skill, she has a higher chance on escaping death.
It doesn't just make her dash towards the direction,
it can also make Kadita pass through obstacles.
It's a pretty big thing to have since you can easily set your combo with this.
Kadita's combo is one of the deadliest combo I've seen so far up-to-date.
Regarding her combo, I see it as similar with the combo of Alice.
But with Kadita's ultimate, burst damage can be clearly seen.
One perfect stroke of her ultimate could bring the enemy back to its mother's womb.
Now, let's talk about her combo.
I usually follow a combo for Kadita.
First, I use my first skill to dash towards the center of the team fight.
Then, when I see that I'm underneath at the center of the enemy heroes,
I now use my 2nd skill.
With this combo, this will make the surge of wave from the 2nd skill faster to erupt.
Going out in the center will make sure that, the waves from your ultimate skill will be
caught by most of the enemies.
Then, if the situation is perfect, instead of using petrify,
I now use my ultimate skill.
The tsunami will eat up the enemies and let them suffer severe burst damage.
While underground, make sure you get most of the enemies
when the waves come back to you.
Then, use petrify when appropriate.
If the fight is still ongoing, use first and second skill as combo.
In terms of going against a 1 versus 1, you can still follow the same combo.
Just make sure you analyze which part of the combo you need to use petrify.
Additional tip: You can use your first skill to dodge crowd-control skills.
A good example of this would be Aldous' ultimate.
You can make yourself immune from the knockback of this skill.
Another thing is, you can also use your ultimate to totally dodge his ultimate.
This tip is not limited against Aldous.
This is also applicable with other heroes that has crowd-control skills.
Just make sure you use the skill at the right time.
The tips I mentioned are just some of the ways you can use Kadita.
This video just guides you on how to use Kadita, the Kurumi way.

This was to bolster the authority of KOR.

She was the fiancée of Russian composer Peter Tchaikovsky.
She is one of the women who played a key role
in the composer's life,
while Tchaikovsky was in fact homosexual.
Tchaikovsky was complex, to put it mildly.
Still, we can summarise it with only three women

Tchaikovsky met her at a soirée in Moscow
and there was an immediate spark.
They started writing letters to each other
and Tchaikovsky's feelings were so overwhelming

Instead, he wrote a piece for the beautiful and talented Désirée,
thisRomance.
It was very romantic,
because in a letter to one of his brothers
Tchaikovsky wrote the famous words:
Never before have I been this charmed by an artist.
I wish you could hear and see her.
I wish you could admire her gestures and the grace of her movements.
So it is no surprise that the 28-year old Tchaikovsky
asked Désirée Artôt to marry him.
But Peter Tchaikovsky was five years younger than Désirée Artôt,
and her mom didn't like that.
There were also rumours that the marriage was a cover
for Tchaikovsky's homosexuality.
That too was unacceptable for mother Artôt.
In short, the wedding was off.
The opera singer married
a Spanish baritone singer from the opera world.
Tchaikovsky was beside himself.
He put all that energy, that frustration, in his music.
With half a burn-out and a lot of heartbreak,
Tchaikovsky was inspired by a play written by William Shakespeare.
Guess which one.
And his music got even more personal.
Because if you think things couldn't get worse after the split,
you are very wrong.
Three years later, Tchaikovsky meets
a new woman, who made him feel even more miserable.
Woman 2
Antonina Miliukova was eight years younger than Tchaikovsky.
She was studying at the Moscow conservatory.
Not a coincidence, as her big crush, Tchaikovsky, was teaching there.
She wrote him a passionate love letter,
which Tchaikovsky didn't expect at all.
The love was not mutual, but Antonina didn't care.
She threatened to kill herself
if Tchaikovsky didn't reciprocate her love.
In that same period, Tchaikovsky starts working on a new opera.
Jevgeni Onegin, after a novel by Alexander Pushkin,
in which a woman declares her love in a love letter.
What a coincidence.
Tchaikovsky marries at age 37 in a small church in Moscow.
But his heart was with Josef Kotek, his friend, student,
assistant, and best man at his wedding.
So his true love was right by his side when Tchaikovsky said 'I do'
to Antonina Miliukova.
The marriage was doomed.
Two months later, including a suicide attempt by Tchaikovsky,
the couple separated.
These were dark years in Tchaikovsky's love life.
But it did lift his music to new heights.
In Genève, Tchaikovsky composed
a stunning violin concerto,
in the presence of his student, the best man at his wedding,
his true love, Josef Kotek.
You can feel it, because you hear the burning desire in the music.
But you also hear that this burning desire
is unattainable, unfortunately.
Tchaikovsky started to realise he had to accept himself.
He also wrote that in a letter to his brother:
Only now, after the marriage, I finally start to understand
that nothing is more useless than trying to be something
I am not naturally.
Apart from his frustrating love life, Tchaikovsky had another frustration.
Because his job as a music teacher
didn't leave him much time for composing.
In an ideal world, Tchaikovsky would live off his music, and nothing else.
And that dream came true, thanks to a woman.
The third woman in Tchaikovsky's life.
Woman 3
Nadezhda Von Meck was a rich widow with a big heart and a big wallet.
She filled her time with philosophy, history,
painting, languages and of course also Tchaikovsky's music,
because she loved it.
She gave Tchaikovsky enough money
to allow him to quit his job at the conservatory
and thus Tchaikovsky became Russia's first full-time composer.
768 letters have been kept until this day.
But they were not love letters.
What connected them, was friendship and admiration.
And to celebrate that friendship,
Tchaikovsky dedicated a lot of his music to Nadezhda Von Meck.

How many years have you been using Gaspardo?
Since I was a little boy
my father and my uncle had always had Gaspardo, and we still continue with Gaspardo.
Your first planter?
I vaguely remember, The first Gaspardo was a four-rows SP.
I was a kid, but i think this was the machine.
Other Maschio Gaspardo machines?
Almost all our equipment is of Maschio Gaspardo.
From power harrows, to minimum tillage machines, drill machines, maize planters, sprayers
and Uragano to do the treatments.
On what type of soil do you plant?
A mix. We do from the minimum to the conventional seeding.
How important is a correct seeding?
it is said: well begun is half done.
In my opinion, good seeding is good harvesting.
It is important because if you good invest in seeding
you've got sprouts that are all homogeneous, you are already at a good point with the harvest
Then when the corn is born, you will get it right.
If the first sprouts are not nice,
that corn will never look good.
Your ideal planter?
I've been asking for years for a high-performing machine
and finally I have it.
Why Chrono?
It meets all my needs.
I wanted a precise and fast machine
Because when I used to plant with a normal machine, you know, when exceeding 10 km/h
I was loosing accuracy.
Instead, with this machine I can work from 15 km/h speed
maintaining the same accuracy as a mechanical machine that works with 5 or 6 km/h.
I can double my worked daily hectars
This machine is very precise even what depth concerns, because it does not have the classic springs
it is built with air spring, instead,
and from tractor you can control their pressure. Visually you see the soil, you see the machine and its planting units. It these are starting to jump,
from the ISOBUS control you can adjust the pressure to get stability again.
Independently from the soil texture,
the working depth is mantained constant.
Chrono regulations?
it's very comfortable, because you don't get off from the tractor anymore.
Because as you set the depth, then you remain on board.
While driving, you only load or unload the airbags and the machine maintains the same depth.
Instead, the seeding investment can change while working.
From the terminal you can select as unit either
kilo-seeds per hectare, or seeding distance.
You can do whatever you want while you're working from tractor.
You can change the investment, or the seeding distance.
How fast is Chrono?
The machine is thought to perform even with higher speed
but in Piacenza area, on hilly fields,
the tractor doesn't work over 16 km/h.
And the productivity?
With a normal machine you're working at 7 or 8 km/h.
With this machine, when I do not need to work urgently, I seed at 14 km/h.
If you have a regular field, you can plant four hectares per hour
Without stress
Section control's benefits?
Today a bag of corn costs 75 euros
if your fields are not regular, you unfortunately have a lot of corn waste.

you see only aligned rows. Hence section control works really well.
What have you planted with Chrono?

Yes, we have two Gaspardo row crop cultivators, one with fertilizer and one without.

I have a good relationship with the factory too, really good.

ingredients. pasta bacon egg cheese pepper olive oil water salt
cut bacon
fry til it takes on a bit of color in some olive oil
grate the parmesan cheese you can use the powdered version
its like an eraser
was this always this difficult? isn't there an easier way to do this?
I'mma use my food processor
not that bad
this is the grated one
once its grated .... add egg
pepper
mix this up
add plenty of salt to the water and boil the pasta
1kg of pasta when done drain the water and add olive oil
(inaudible) mix in the olive oil and .......
(inaudible) mix in the sauce on low heat
watch out cuz it cooks quickly
once its plated... tadaa its done... it looks scrumptious
time to dig in itadakimasu
its so cheezy and yummy the parmesan and egg has turned into a nice sauce
gotta have that bacon with carbonara
pasta = heaven
its way yummier when made fresh its still steaming hot
its so rich tasting because of all the cheese
its so filled with veggies and so yummy
pasta is yummy..... but... its so messy to eat
yummy foods tend to be on the difficult side to eat cleanly
the pepper gives it a nice bite
I prefer creamy sauces with pastas but carbonara has gotta be my favourite pasta
I made this using a recipe that doesn't use milk or cream
it would be so awesome if pasta didn't cool off
if you don't eat this quickly its not as good

Alright, so I found this particular Sorting Hat Ron at Barnes and Noble probably a week
ago.
Um, for $14.95, as most exclusives are.
And of course, Sorting Hat Harry Sorting Hat Hermione, they're already out.
I had to have Sorting Hat Ron to complete the Trio!
And like all Funkos, he's packaged really well.
We'll pop him out.
Out of all the Funkos, I don't know why Ron is -- I only have, well now I have 2 Funko
Rons.
I have your standard Ron and then I have Sorting Hat Ron, which I got simply to make the Trio
complete.
I don't really do a lot of Ron Funkos.
I don't know why.
I like Ron the character.
I like Ron in the books.
I like Ron in the movies.
Funko Hat/Funko Ron . . . I don't know.
I think for Sorting Hat Ron, or any of the Sorting Hat Harry Potter Funko Pops, I like
that you can see the Sorting Hat features.
The eyes, the mouth - it talks, so that you know he's not just another wizarding hat.
I've seen others that I'd say -- not Funko Pops of course -- But I've seen other Sorting
Hat products and it was just kind of a wizard hat that had almost features.

was the remarkable Fr Sadzik,
a man of outstanding intellect and dignity.
He was friends with Miłosz,
and Miłosz was greatly indebted to and inspired by him.
Miłosz often wrote...
and I remember that I involved Sadzik on our activities.
We had prepared... this guy who'd been a censor in Poland
and who'd got out contacted my brother and me.
He'd left Poland legally, but he'd taken a quantity of material used by censors over a certain period.
He ended up in Scandinavia but that's not the point.
He went to Radio Free Europe with all of this
but they turned him away thinking it was a provocation.
'Kultura' also turned it down for the same reason.
I looked at it and could see that it was genuine. We're going to publish this.
I said more – at that time
it was a painful decision for us, for all of us, but I said, 'We're not going to publish this ourselves,
but we're going to send it over to Warsaw so that KOR can publish it'.
This was to bolster the authority of KOR.
And so we smuggled this material into Poland where it was published as 'The Black Book of Censorship'
and we published it – after KOR, we published it as a book entitled,
'The Black Book of Censorship in the Polish People's Republic'.
Later, that guy had all kinds of complaints against us
about financial issues and other things. But that doesn't really matter.
To this day, he's still lurking somewhere on the political fringes.
But this shows that even in our activities in 'Aneks'
we always put Poland first and the interests of the initiatives
that were generated and developed over there.
When KOR was created, it was KOR above all else.
Even in that example about publishing
where the natural instinct of a publisher would be to publish,
we felt that from a political point of view it was far more important
that KOR should publish the material,
and so it was published by an acclaimed poet, a member of KOR, Staszek Barańczak.
If I remember correctly, he worked on this.
So now I'm coming to the part that will deal with 'Aneks'.
That was...
'Aneks' was a substantial chapter of our émigré life.
