that's why you have to watch what you use
if you use too heavy products
they're gonna definitely weigh the curls very quick down
and you won't have a longer style
and you have to rewash again
so especially with your texture less is going to be better

twice a year... which is good because honestly if you do it much more often than that
especially since your curls are not that tight
you can compromise the texture

then we oxidize the ends

in the next haircut it's gonna even be fuller
because now we are blending them together

it doesn't have to be freezing cold but cool temperature is good
and this will be the only time you use anything other than the warm water
it'll help to lock in all that moisture, but it also helps to prevent frizz
I normally use like about a quarter size for each section that i'm doing
just to get a little bit more of like a slip
because before you rinse it you want to make sure you feel that slip otherwise
that means you don't have enough conditioner in the hair or not enough water
it depends sometimes people do need more moisture, so we do apply like a
styling cream especially in the winter, thats when the hair tends to get a little
bit more dry but usually we can tell once the hair is wet
for you, you should be fine with just gel
with these gels (Ouidad) it's better though just cause it helps to like lock the moisture back in as well
so it's good cause it won't make it crunchy or dried out
so the way that i'm applying it is basically the same way as the conditioner
just in smaller sections you can get more of a defined curl
but it's the same thing you always want to make sure you're using lots of water in the hair
so that it doesn't get weighed down as well
so water is key
do you do the "rake & shake?"
yes, that way it'll help the curls to form a little bit better
then with a microfiber towel you can get the rest of the water out
even a cotton t-shirt works you just wanna make sure you're using something really soft on your hair

just cause it helps to dry it a little bit quicker too

Copeland shares what God has said about healing
and His desire to make you whole.
KENNETH: Faith begins where the will of
God is known. When you're not sure about God's will
about a certain thing you can't have faith for that. Nobody, I
don't care who you are, you cannot have faith beyond
knowledge. You have to have knowledge, knowledge of His
will, knowledge of His Word, knowledge of His motives and His
ideas, and His concepts. Amen. God's Word is His will. He
doesn't will one thing and say another. I got this from Keith
Moore's book. It's a large spiral-backed book, "God's Will
to Heal. I strongly suggest everyone in this room to go on
their website, praise God, Faith Life Church and Moore Life
Ministries, and get that book. I took this there from the back,
three or four pages, four pages, in that book. I called him and I
told him I said, "Son, you better get a supply of these
books." He said, "We're up with you." Praise God. I'm telling
you there have been great miracles occur just reading that
book. It's just so powerful. You see, Keith Moore graduated from
Rhema Bible Training Center and then stayed there and taught and
assisted Brother Hagin in Healing School for 17 years. You
know the song, The glory is here. Do you remember that?
Keith wrote that, and he wrote that out of an incident that
happened in Healing School. There was a woman that came in,
she had a tube in her nose but she didn't say why she was
there, and she came in and stayed there for several days
listening to the teaching of the Word, teaching of the Word,
teaching of the Word. So, after several days Brother Hagin said,
"The Glory is here. Whatever you need just reach up and take it."
She just did this, pulled that tube out of her nose. Come to
find out it was a feeding tube. She was on her way to the Mayo
Clinic. She had an operation on her thyroid and the doctors had
accidentally slit her esophagus, and she had been operated on, I
believe, it was 11 different times. She was going in for
another time. She hadn't eaten any solid food in several
months. That was a feeding tube. She couldn't swallow. Well, she
came back and gave her testimony. She pulled that tube
out, went across the street to the Monterey House and ate two
Mexican dinners. Now you know she's healed. She hadn't had any
solid food in months. If she wasn't healed it would have
killed her. Glory to God. Totally healed. Well the glory
is here. The glory is here. Amen. Just say, "It's mine. I
take it now." It was that simple. She just said, "Fine. I
take it now." Well, I can tell you from experience. I can tell
you from what I know of the Word, and I can tell you from
the witness I have in my spirit right now, the glory is here in
heavy, heavy proportion. His Glory hallelujah. Thank you,
Lord Jesus. Say, "Thank you, Lord Jesus." CONGREGATION: Thank
you, Lord Jesus. KENNETH: Thank you, Lord, for your Glory.

we know whether it's God's will to heal us or not? It makes
little difference what others say about it, what did He say?
Remember that God is no respecter of persons and He
never changes. So, what He said to them yesterday He's saying to
you today. You remember our golden text today is Hebrews
13:8. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever.
These statements are taken directly from the Bible with
little or no variation. The verbs and construction have been
changed to apply to you personally to sum up the
thoughts in some instances. Also, many of these statements
are prefaced by phrases like, "If you walk in my commandments,
if you believe and obey," and so forth. What did God say? One
hundred and one things God said about our healing. Number one,
"I Am the Lord that healeth thee." Exodus 15:26. "Your days
shall be 120 years." Genesis 6:3. "You shall be buried in a
good old age." Genesis 15:15 "You shall come to your grave in
a full age like a shock of corn cometh in its season." Job 5:26.
"When I see the blood I will pass over you and the plaque
shall not be upon you to destroy you." Exodus 12:13. "I will take
sickness away from the midst of you, and the number of your days
I will fulfill." Exodus 23:25, 26. "I will not put any of the
diseases you're afraid of on you. I will take all sickness
away from you." Deuteronomy 7:15. "It will be well with you,
and your days shall be multiplied and prolonged as the
days of Heaven upon the Earth." Deuteronomy 11:9 and 21. "I turn
the curse into a blessing unto you because I love you."
Deuteronomy 23:5 and Nehemiah 13:2. "I have redeemed you from
every sickness and every plague." Deuteronomy 28:61 and
Galatians 3:13. "As your days so shall your strength be."
Deuteronomy 33:25. Now, as we go down and as you're reading
these, as you go down through them you say to yourself or just
whisper out loud. "I believe that." See, I choose to believe
that. I believe that. When you say it, it activates your faith.
I believe that. I believe that. I believe I receive that. "I
have found a ransom for you, your flesh shall be fresher than
a child's, and you shall return to the days of your youth." Job
33:24,25. "I have healed you and brought up your soul from the
grave. I have kept you alive from going down into the pit."
Psalm 30, verses 1 and 2. "I will give you strength and bless
you with peace." Psalm 29:11. "I will preserve you and keep you
alive." Psalm 41:2. "I will strengthen you upon the bed of
languishing. I will turn all your bed and your sickness."
Psalm 41:3. "I am the health of your countenance and your Gods."
Psalm 43:5. "No plague shall come nigh your dwelling." Psalm
91.10. "I will satisfy you with long life." Psalm 91:16. "I heal
all your diseases." Psalm 103:3. "I sent my Word and healed you
and delivered you from your destruction." Psalm 107:20 "You
shall not die but live and declare my works." Psalm 118:17.
"I heal your broken heart and bind up your wounds." Psalm
147:3. "The years of your life shall be many." Proverbs 4:10.
"Trusting me brings health to your navel and marrow to your
bones." Oh somebody's bones, osteoporosis was just healed,
brother, just miraculously healed right then. Praise God.
Oh thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. "My joy is your strength.
A merry heart does good like a medicine." Nehemiah 8:10 and
Proverbs 17:22. "The eyes of the blind shall be opened. The eyes
of them that see shall not be dim." Isaiah 32:3 and 35:5. "The
ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. The ears of them that
hear shall hearken." Isaiah 32:3 and 35:5. "The tongue of the
dumb shall sing. The tongue of the stammerer shall be ready to
speak plainly." Isaiah 35:6 and 32:4. "The lame man shall leap
as a deer." Isaiah 35:6. "I will recover you and make you to

You can use that verse right there to turn things around in
your own city. Glory to God. I'm telling you right now. You see
what I mean? You can take that very verse right there, just
like situations in Chicago and places like that. You can take
that verse right there and just take it right before God. "God,
I'm telling you. We need this city healed. We need a move of
God in this city. We need it now, in the name of Jesus."
Glory to God. Hallelujah. "I will bind up that which was
broken and will strengthen that which was sick." Ezekiel 34:16.
"Behold I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall
live." Asthma is healed right now. "I shall put my spirit in
you and you will live." Ezekiel 37:5 and 14. "Whithersoever the
rivers shall come, shall live. They shall be healed and
everything shall live where the river comes." Ezekiel 47:9 "Seek
me and you shall live." Amos 5:5,6. "I have arisen with
healing in my wings." Malachi 4:2. Now, New Testament. "I will
be thou clean." Matthew 8:3. "I took your infirmities." Matthew
8:17. "I bore your sicknesses." Matthew 8:17. "If you're sick
you need a physician. I am the Lord your physician." Matthew
9:12 and Exodus 15:26. I am moved with compassion toward the
sick and I heal them." Matthew 14:14. "I heal all manner of
sickness and all manner of disease." Matthew 4:23.
"According to your faith be it unto you." Matthew 9:29. "I give
you power and authority over all unclean spirits to cast them out
and to heal all manner of sickness, and all manner of
diseases." Matthew 10:1 and Luke 9:1. "I heal them all." Matthew
12:15 and Hebrews 13:8. "I heal them all and I'm the same
yesterday, today, and forever." Say it. "He healed them all,
..." CONGREGATION: He healed them all ... KENNETH: "... and

for this you will need you will be needing few newspaper tubes if
you ant to know how to make them please watch my previous video link is in the description

bend the tube from here and now measure 10 cm fold the tube like this
shape it into star this way adjust apply glue paste it and attach cloth pin apply glue here
and attach a cloth pin now here apply glue and insert the the tube to extent and start
weaving like this to extend the tube insert another tube applying
glue and continue weaving

What's up folks welcome to my asylum it's Anand Singh today I going to show you home
leg workout without going to gym no machines no money just you need to use
your body and willpower to do this all right
this exercise gonna fires up your legs I guarantee this thing now we're moving
on to the first exercise which is Pistol wallsit firstly I show you how
you perform this thing so when you you go for the wall sit the first leg is
perpendicular to the ground means 90 degree to the ground and second and the other leg
is pointed and tight like a pencil and when when you go for this thing you have
to engage your core glutes and hamstring as well so let's go for 20 seconds
all right so my legs is on fire right now if you try this thing first time you
can go for five second then go ten and then go beyond your limits and keep this
thing in your mind try with the both the legs otherwise you will facing muscle
imbalance problems now we moving on to the second exercise
which is deep knee squats so firstly I show you how you perform this thing
so when place your your legs and give proper space between your legs and when
you place your hand parallel to the shoulder height and one more thing is
that when you go for the squat do not stop here go deep so keep this
thing in mind so let's go for 15
all right so during the movement engage the core glutes
hamstrings and neutral spine so now we move on to the third exercise
which is a standard calf raises so place your balls of your feet on the edge of
the stairs like this and during the movement and one more thing is that this
exercise mostly work on your gastrocnemius muscle which has long and short head so
let me show you so when you when you push you a balls of feet on the stairs
and you you feel or on your legs on your gastrocnemius muscles so so let's go for
10
all right during the movement engage your core glutes and hamstrings as well and
neutral your spine as well now we're moving on to the fourth exercise which is
pistol squats so let me show you so place your first leg like that and one
more thing the second leg straight and tight like a
pencil and during the movement engage your core glutes and neutral spine and
mostly and most important things you have to place your hand like this so
let's go
all right so try with the both the legs otherwise you will facing muscle
imbalance problem you keep this thing in mind because this is most important
things now we're moving on to the fifth exercise which is lunges squat and by the
way these exercise mostly work on your quads and hamstrings so let me show
you how you perform this thing so place your first leg perpendicular to the
ground like this and slide your back leg a little bit and during the movement
don't break this 90 degree angle so keep this in your mind so let's go for it
alright now we're moving on to the last and final exercise which is precision
jump so let me show you how you perform this thing you have to swing your arms
like this when when you launch yourself on the other direction so let me show
you and one more thing the join you Legs when you shoot yourself on the
other direction

A coroner has criticised police after finding a Russian whistleblower probably died of natural causes, in the absence of evidence he was poisoned
Multi-millionaire whistleblower businessman Alexander Perepilichnyy, 44, collapsed and died while jogging near his home in Weybridge, Surrey, on November 10 2012 after spending the night with his mistress in Paris
Evidence he had been helping exposed corruption by Russian mafias led to claims he may have been assassinated by poisoning
A coroner today bemoaned a 'significant lost opportunity' to investigate his death, which was not initially treated as suspicious at the scene as no-one reported any ill effects or concerns
Coroner Nicholas Hilliard QC said he 'could not rule out' that Mr Perepilichnyy was poisoned but it is 'more likely than not' died of natural causes Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS)
He said that, as a result of police not treating the death as suspicious, mobile phones were not scrutinised straight away, no CCTV was seized and no forensic post-mortem examination was done until 18 days later
The coroner added: 'Faced with a middle-aged man in jogging clothes at the top of a steep hill, it is unsurprising those officers (at the scene) came to this view
' He told the court that had police looked 'carefully' they could have found an article linking Mr Perepilichnyy to the alleged fraud and that he was 'hiding in London'

He said: 'I can't rule out that Mr Perepilichnyy was not killed by a poison that has not been detected
It's not impossible that a novel unknown substance was used.'It is not possible to exclude death by poisoning but if he was killed in this way it left no trace which could be picked up at post mortem
'He continued: 'I'm satisfied that it is more likely than not that he died of natural causes, namely SADS, sudden arrhythmic death syndrome
In my judgement it is likely that he died of natural causes.'I cannot completely eliminate all possibility that he was poisoned but there is no direct evidence that he was killed or any compelling circumstantial evidence either
' Outside court, campaigner Bill Browder, whose investigations Mr Perepilichnyy had helped, branded Surrey Police's investigation 'incompetent'
Mr Browder - who has described himself as 'Putin's number one enemy' said: went on: 'They lost the stomach samples
They lost the computer files of Perepilichnyy, they lost financial records, never treated it as a crime scene and as a result he (the coroner) could not come to any conclusions about what happened up there
'He could not get any direct evidence because police did not do an investigation.'I do not know how he was murdered, there's no way we can without a proper investigation
'Mr Browder said he was determined not to give up, saying he would 'work on this politically'
He added: 'Putin cannot be allowed to send his people here and the authorities sweep it under the carpet
' Surrey's Detective Chief Superintendent John Boshier said outside court: 'This has been a detailed and exhaustive process in which the coroner has examined all of the available evidence and returned a verdict of natural causes
'This supports the conclusion reached by Surrey Police in 2013 following a full investigation
No evidence of third-party involvement in Mr Perepilichnyy's death was found.'Surrey Police has faced criticism around the way parts of the original investigation were handled and we accept some organisational errors were made in the early stages
' The night before his death, Mr Perepilichnyy had been sick after a meal out at a fish restaurant in Paris with his ex-model lover Elmira Medynska, 28, the inquest heard
Ms Medynska said he was shaking and drinking a lot and seemed 'somewhere else', throughout the evening
Mr Perepilichnyy ordered tempura prawns or vegetables, but sent the food back after complaining about it, the inquest heard
She said: 'He said that he didn't like the taste. He was very irritated and mad about the quality of the food
'Ms Medynska added: 'He was looking for people around us. I think he was a little bit stressed
I didn't understand the reason why he was stressed, because it was nearly all French people in the restaurants, very old people

The coroner said he was satisfied Mr Perepilichnyy had vomited on the night before he died as a result of food and drink he had at a restaurant serving raw fish
But he said on the balance of probabilities it did not cause or contribute to his death
Mr Perepilichnyy had been helping UK-based businessman Bill Browder's Hermitage Capital Investment expose a 230 million US dollar (£142 million in November 2012) money-laundering operation, the inquest was told
The father-of-two was said to have appeared on a hit list in Moscow before his death
He had taken out £3.5 million of life insurance and applied for another £5 million of policies amid concern to provide for his family, it was claimed
A month before his death, he had fought off a legal challenge by a debt recovery firm allegedly led by a prime suspect in the Alexander Litvinenko poison case, Dmitry Kovtun
It was claimed an assassin may have wanted to kill him either to silence him or seek retribution and had the means to do it undetected
Extensive tests have failed to identify any poison in Mr Perepilichnyy's body, although experts could not categorically rule out a toxin or even a nerve agent such as Novichok
It was alleged an undetectable poison could have been used, or that the opportunity to identify it was lost in the days after his death

Born in West Ukraine, he met his wife Tatiana Perepilichnaya in the 1980s, when they were students in Moscow
Mrs Perepilichnaya said her husband was a 'very kind person' who was brought up in a remarkable family
His father was a surgeon who died from leukaemia shortly after volunteering to help in the wake of the Chernobyl disaster
Mr Perepilichnyy studied physics and technical science at a top Russian university before he married and had two children, now aged 17 and 15
According to his widow, while still studying, he made money in computers before moving into manufacturing frozen vegetables and condensed milk
He had offices in Moscow and factories in Russia and the Ukraine, she said.According to bank documents, Mr Perepilichnyy gave his occupation as 'industrialist' and had a net worth of over £50million
He was said to have benefited from the Perestroika in the Goraechev era and made his first fortune through his company, Gefest, which closed in 1990
In the mid-1990s, he set up the Moscow-based Horus Group, which moved from trade and financial operations into food distribution and real estate
In 2006, he cashed in on the sale of shares in the Russian natural gas company Gazprom, the bank document stated
But 'full-time mother' Mrs Perepilichnaya said she did not discuss work with her husband, and instead would discuss their children and large dog Samuray
She knew nothing about his dealings with Bill Browder's Hermitage firm, or whether or not her husband was on a hit list in Moscow
He also kept her in the dark about meeting an ex-model lover in Paris the day before his death
According to his widow, Mr Perepilichnyy was not interested in socialising - preferring reading and solving physics problems
She said in a statement: 'Alexander did not understand the need to socialise with people
He did not like to go out. He was not interested in status or self-aggrandisement himself
He was very humble.'She described him as 'apolitical' and a 'very private person'
She said the family decided to move from Russia for the sake of their children's education, moving first to Switzerland and then Britain in 2010
At 6ft 1in tall, Mr Perepilichnyy's struggled with his weight in the last 10 years of his life, peaking at more than 17 stone
He put himself on a strict diet and went jogging up to five times a week so that by July 2012, his weight had dropped to just 12 and a half stone
While not suffering from obvious health problems, Mrs Perepilichnaya said he had always been 'stressed'
She said: 'He was no more stressed in the months up to his death than before. He stopped working such long hours and he spent more time with his children
He seemed more relaxed.'At the time of his death, the family were living in rented accommodation in the exclusive community of St George's Hill near Weybridge in Surrey
They had a gardener, cleaner and driver, but Mr Perepilichnyy never felt the need for a bodyguard
On the day of his death, he had just returned from Paris and seemed 'completely normal' as his wife prepared one of his favourite meals for lunch, a traditional a sorrel soup
On the devastating impact of his death, Mrs Perepilichnaya said: 'From the moment the police confirmed his death I had a physical reaction
I was cold, my jaw locked up and I couldn't talk properly. I was trembling all over and I remember feeling completely overwhelmed
'It was very difficult to leave my house after his death in part due to the fact that I would have to face the street where Alexander died whenever I left my house
'She added that everything that has happened since he died has affected their children and 'damaged their future'
