THE BOYFRIEND KISSED MY DAUGHTER FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER --- DAYS OF BEING IN A RELATIONSHIP
One week?
****
****??
You lured an innocent girl around and kissed her huh?
Hello
Nice to meet you, wanna get up?
Hello.
I am Ga Hyang's boyfriend of 230 days. My name is Im Soo Hyeon.
I am Da Hae's boyfriend of 89 days. My name is Yuh Taek Hee.
Nice to meet you.
Me too.
Did you have breakfast?
I don't eat breakfast.
They don't make breakfast for me.
You lured Ga Young?
Yes.
What's the age difference between you two?
We are 2 years apart.
Ga Hyang is two years older right?
Yes.
That's... I'm not fond of that.
My parents are as well. My mom is older than my dad.
Really?
Should I pour us some 'So-maek' (Soju + Beer)?
Yeah, sure.
What's the ratio that you take it?
1 to 1.
1 to 1?
Don't be nervous.
Okay.
There's nothing to be nervous about. Just do what you usually do.
Glad you were able to make it.
Do you drink?
Yes, I like to drink a little.
A lot or a little?
A lot.
Do you smoke?
I stopped smoking.
When did you stop smoking?
A little after meeting Ga Hyang.
You quit after you met Ga Hyang?
Yes.
I really prepared myself to be here.
Yes.
I'll draw a card.
OUT OF 100 POINTS, DAD RATES THE BOYFRIEND -- POINTS BASED ON FIRST IMPRESSION
70 points?
80 points?
Yeah, 80 points.
wow.
60 points.
50 points.
Okay. Thank you.
I met you for the first time right?
Yes.
So, I cannot rate you.
I don't rate people from first impressions
because personally my first impressions aren't that great.
So don't think too much into that, okay?
Yes, okay
Have you day-time drink before?
Yes I have.
Naval Military can drink well.
WHEN DAD FIRST FOUND OUT ABOUT HIS DAUGHTER'S SOCIAL INTERACTION, DAD'S FEELING WERE ------
Unsure?
I was disgusted.
That was just a joke.
It's not a bad feeling, it's not a good feeling.
I felt my daughter is all grown up now since she's meeting her first boyfriend.
I was unsure.
I'm a bit against having a boyfriend
because she's studying very hard these days
and it's a period in her life when she should be studying.
Okay.
WHAT IS THE MOMENT LIKE WHEN THE BOYFRIEND CONFESSED HIS FEELINGS ABOUT HER?
Her first impression was great and because she's pretty.
It's neither those.
Ga Hyang said she was going on a blind date.
I told her don't go and I told her I liked her.
umm.. I'm not very fond of that.
The guy should have been chill about that.
But saying from the beginning to not go, that takes away points from you.
I don't really like that kind of stuff to be honest.
DAD HAS SEEN OR HAS NOT SEEN HIS DAUGHTER'S EX BEFORE IN THE PAST?
This is 'has not seen'
I haven't seen.
From what I know, I'm the first person she's dated.
I heard you have dated a lot before.
Not a lot...
How many girls have you dated?
After I've become an adult?
Yes.. wait, you dated even before that?
What a play boy.
1, 2. Including you 3 boyfriends.
Is there someone you saw a lot of?
Of course
He even came to the house
If I came, would I be welcomed?
Who? You?
I have no problem with coming to the house.
I'm chill about that.
That doesn't mean you're automatically gonna be my son-in-law.
I haven't dated Ga Hyang for too long,
but I would like to
That's too serious right now.
Don't think like that.
THE BOYFRIEND FINDS THE DAUGHTER PRETTIEST WHEN SHE IS ------
Isn't she pretty all the time doing anything?
Definitely.
But if I had to pick, I would say when she smiles
and when she eats
like Soondaegook and Raw Liver.
That's not something she used to eat with me.
Oh, Really?
Boyfriends are good.
THE BOYFRIEND KISSED MY DAUGHTER FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER --- DAYS OF BEING IN A RELATIONSHIP
1 week?
How about you? When did you and the mother first...
First kiss?
Why are you suddenly asking me?
I don't remember.
It's been a long time.
We..
we kissed on the first day.
On the first day?
You lured an innocent girl and kissed her huh?
You've heard of the dads who love their daughters right?
If you mess up, you're dead.
DAD CAN OR CANNOT GIVE HIS DAUGHTER PERMISSION TO GO TRAVELING WITH HER BOYFRIEND
I cannot.
I have to answer. haha
If we need to spend the night, I think you cannot.
That's for certain.
Later, if ya'll are meeting seriously, sure whatever.
But until then I don't think it's a good idea.
that's what most of fathers think
So before you got married, you never went traveling before?
With my girlfriend?
Yes.
*both laugh*
I went.
DISREGARDING THE REASON, THE BOYFRIEND HAS OR HAS NOT MADE THE GIRLFRIEND CRY
He probably hasn't.
I have.
Why?
Because we're different and grew up in different environment,
it's a bit hard for us to understand each other.
We both become very sensitive and emotional.
So in moments like that, she has cried.
Was she cried?
Yes.
You already made her cry and it hasn't been 100 days?
I might kill you.
Ga Hyang was trying to jokingly ask me a question to make me jealous,
so I also did the same and she has cried before because of that.
DAD THINKS THE GOOD POINTS OF HIS DAUGHTER DATING THE BOYFRIEND IS ----------
Her personality changed.
Yes.
Before when she was mad, she would go in her room and close the door and not come out and talk.
But now she says what's making her mad.
That's a really good point of dating with you.
To be honest, there are no good points.
Because
When she comes home, she should talk to me.
But she always texting her boyfriend.
Do you think I like that? I don't like that.
It must be good for her since she has a boyfriend.
She eventually has to leave my home and live her life.
Don't misunderstand this.
Oh, I won't
ASK EACH OTHER QUESTIONS
What is the most important attribute to you if Da Hae meets someone and gets married?
First impression.
You have a first impression.
And most importantly,
your ability and endurance.
I will try hard.
In the future,
if you are assigned to a ship and you have to be far apart,
what would you do?
If I'm still meeting her,
I will finish my job at the ship
and find another job that will allow me to be more available.
I hope everything works out the way you say.
It's a good plan and having a good plan is good.
DAD THINKS THE MOST IMPORTANT THINK ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS IS -----
Don't think too much.
Honesty and passion, I think is the answer.
Yes.
I wanted you to answer
'Honesty'
I will try hard.
You don't have to try hard to me.
Be considerate to each other and try hard.
I think that will make it less hard to be in a relationship.
I know social life is important,
but family is first.
And wife first.
Last Question
DAD PERMITS OR DOES NOT PERMIT THE DAUGHTER TO DATE THE BOYFRIEND
He permits.
Because I permitted you've come this far.
Thank you.
I'm going to meet her either way.
To be honest,
I was gonna say you guys need to end this relationship
But after talking to you,
I got to know more about you.
Since she met you in Seoul,
there must be some kind of fate.
And I'm trying to be more open about it.
Yes.
Anyway,
when you meet Ga Hyang,
be nice to her.
It feels nice to have meet you.
It feels nice for me too.
Just don't hurt each other.

-On my grandmother.
-How did you come to that?
-Well, as I started researching her,
there was something in her voice and something that sort of
started to remind me of my grandmother.
And the more I did research -- my grandma is from Utah.
I understand we have some Utah folks here today.

There was just something in the way she was raised.

that was instilled reminded me of Lynne Cheney.

Christian Bale's transformation into Dick Cheney.
But you also had to spend a ton of time
in hair and makeup for this role.
How do you pass time when you have one of these parts
where you spend so much time doing that element?

I mean, we would -- Christian often had headphones on.
I would often sing as Lynne Cheney, which was fun.
-What sort of songs would your Lynne Cheney sing?
-Mostly hits from the '80s.
-Okay.

might have been an even more important thing
to bring to "Sharp Objects." -Yeah.
-This is a very -- I mean, it's a wonderful series.
But it's very dark subject matter.
-Yeah.
-You weren't just the star of it.
You were a producer of it.
Did you feel as though it was your responsibility
to try to bring levity to set?
-I did. You know, it's something
that's really important to me on set anyway.
Not at the wrong time,
like someone's trying to do something serious
and I'm, like, tap dancing, you know, on their coverage.
But when we have time and to lighten it, I'd like to do that.
I got an ice cream truck for people on "Sharp Objects."
And then I also brought a fart machine onto set.
[ Laughter ]

-Put a laser pointer on someone else's butt
and then it knows exactly where to throw it.
-Where you want it to go. That would be great.
-Oh, we got to invent this. -This could be so fun.
-We're going to make so much money.

yeah, so we're going to watch some vids from the trending page
The first video
Vanilla's Most Painful Surgery
...
I'd never heard of this Vanilla person
but apparently she's on TV a lot
She's famous for having plastic surgery over 200 times
and she's spent like 2 million dollars on surgery
and she started a YouTube channel 7 months ago
This video has a crap ton of dislikes
I want you to know that although my beauty is natural...
*instantly cringes at what I just said*
I have nothing against plastic surgery
If you're doing it because you want to
and are happy with it
That's great
Right?
It's sad if all these dislikes are because she's had plastic surgery
Anyway let's watch this
Hi
It's me Vanilla the French doll that's from Palace of Versailles
Okay, now I know why there are so many dislikes
It's gotten a bit cold
How are you guys doing?
I guess I'm okay
I'm not sure why, but I was really tired today
I was a sleeping beauty for 12 hours
You literally slept for half a day!
I'm hungry so I'm goung to eat a croissant
A croissant?
I love croissants
It's pretty much necessary to be French
France= Croissant
is like what someone who knows nothing about France says
Aren't you from the Palace of Versailles
Do you like croissants?
Yeah
I eat them almost everyday
but my favorite food is meat
meat?
She is a comedic genius
Next video
Aren't you going to watch a bit more?
I'm pretty full from her content
42nd Week, Masao Runs Wild
"I Love Kissing"
I don't think I've talked about this anywhere, but I just started watching Terrace House
Man you're late to the game
I started watching the latest series
and I was super invested in the Sean and Tsubasa couple
they were so cute
but I feel like things haven't been the same since they left
ikr
I still kept watching after they left
and then a super douchey narcissistic delusional guy called Sota showed up
I really didn't like him, so I was thinking of quitting
but then
he was rejected by pretty much all of the female memebers
and pretty much had no other option than leave
Good riddance!
I was happy that he was gone and a new person was coming
my joy was short lived
the new member was the bassit for a famous band called Gesu No Kiwami Otome
Come back Sota
that's how ewwww thuis guy made me feel
and it's not because he's a chubby man in his 30's
it's because on his first day in Terrace House
he looked at Risako like a piece of meat
You're beautiful
it chilled me to the bone
he also talked about how thinking that the girls think he's gross turns him on
and in this video this is a story from when he was in junior high and broke up with his girlfriend
She told me that she wanted to break up
but I couldn't give up
so after that I asked her out over ten times (aparently he eventually got back with this girl....I hope not because she was terrified)
Even though he was in junior high
That's teriifying
Dude, just try not to creep the girls out and remember what consent means...
Who are You? The Fake Show
If you follow me on twitter
you know that I watched the first episode of Hajime's YouTube Premium series (You can watch the first episode for free)
it was better than I was expecting (although my expectations were very low...)
What!?
but will I sign up for YouTube Premium to watch the rest?
Not in a million years
Thank God
What I like about it was that it highlighted the behind the scenes of a YouTuber with a big following
like
YouTuber's not really having days off
Being stalked
Taking photos with viewers (and them being rude to your face)
and having to be careful what you post because you know that tons of people (and impressioanble kids) are watching
I thought it was nice that they showed things like that
but you know the saying show not tell
it felt like the show was holding my hand through all of those things and explaining them all to me
I think they could have been a bit more subtle with those things (but I guess it's just a YT Premium show)
it's a shame
I see
also this is really small but
Hajime is playing a famous YouTuber called Show in this series
and they showed an event that Show had (not Hajime)
but you can pretty clearly see this girl with her Hajime sign
suspension of disbelief killed 3 minutes in
Dude, that's just nitpicking
The editing is a bit dodgey in parts
but the thing that completely took me out of the show was this scene
I'm sorry
Yeah
What the hell?
What do you mean?
I mean..
Do you know what time it is???
it's 2:30am
on a weekday
I told you that I have dance practice tomorrow morning!!!
I'm sorry
My bad
I'm not talking to you!
Okay so let me explain
Famous YouTuber Show
his old high school friend who's making a documentary about Show for a uni project
and his friends younger sister
who ois driving them to a haunted school for one of Sho's videos
up to this point the younger sister seemed confused a bit, but never seemed like she was angry
and she get's angry because she says she told them she has dance practice in the morning
but that was never established early on
I don't know if it was in the script and cut for time
but as a viewer her getting really angry ast Show just seemed to come out of nowhere
it really took me out of it because it didn't make much sense
I see
it has it's flaws, but I feel like if you're a Hajime fan you'll probably enjoy it
and that was
PDRsan Looks At The Trending Page
Dude, you must have a better title than that
Please give me a thumbs up if you want to see more of this(^o^)b
I've also been getting a lot of requests to make a video about Joe Vlog
I've never watched his videos
and I can't be stuffed to look, so it would be awesome if you could be more specific on why you want me to make a video about him ^^
Oh and
Falcon and Meteor
congratulations of being number 2 on trending
(They became number one while I was editing XD)
I'm sorry that you lost to this 13 minute video with 10 ads in it
made by some channel exploiting their kids for views
but that's a great start
Bye

What do you guys think of the things I talked about in this video (any fellow Terrace House famns out there???)
Have any of you watched amy of the YouTube Premium series?
I just don't see any reason to join
Anybody see Gekidan Squash's movie
it looks a bit crap
Hajime's series is probably better than that ( and that's not saying much)
Thank you to everybody who's subscribed recently
I put a video out on my second channel yesterday
my next video will probably be on my second channel and then a new video here on Friday

In the name of all the competitors, I promise that we shall take part in this Paralympics Games,
in the true spirit of sportsmanship, the glorious sport and the honour of our teams.
I think the Paralympics in the Paralympic movement are the perfect
vehicle to initiate and prompt change. For me, it was a real honour to get to
compete at a home Paralympic Games and I was like, "This is never gonna happen
again, so just enjoy every single second of it."
For two weeks you've nothing else
but people with disabilities on TV doing sport, getting gold medals just like the
Olympians were. So all of a sudden everyone's like, "Oh wow, people can yeah."
It really challenged some attitudes. There are more opportunities for
disabled people in terms of employment now than there were before the Games.
Since retiring, I've realised that actually there's a lot of limitations
and barriers that aren't placed on you by yourself
but are actually placed on you by society.
One in five of us is disabled. There's also a huge amount of disabled
people who are unemployed and who can work and want to work.
That's a huge untapped talent pool and resource that employers should be
drawing on.
A lot of the time disabled people will be sat
at home looking at roles and not knowing if they can apply for them.
Recently, I set up a recruitment company that is run entirely by people with
impairments so that they can work remotely and with flexible hours as
consultants or resources from anywhere in the world.
Earlier on this year she got in touch with me
and said would you like to be involved and I jumped at the chance
because one its employment, but it's not just the employment, it's employment with
somebody who understands the nature of disability first-hand.
Having more disabled people in your workforce at every level could really benefit the
bottom line of your company and improve productivity as well.
When I tell her "Oh this might be a little bit difficult..." I don't have to explain myself
she knows why already.
I know that my team are strong and I know that
they want to succeed and they will succeed. So hopefully when they do, the model
itself will filter down through other organisations.
As somebody with a disability when you employ
people expect much more of you. We are all human beings so
we can all meet the same benchmarks, it's just we do it in different ways.
Scope partnered with Virgin Media. We launch a joint campaign called
Work with Me, which is really about disability employment and to challenge employer
attitudes. We have been going for the last 12 months. We're also looking at how
we can bring more employers on board with the campaign to support more
disabled people into work.
People with disabilities, they're some of the most
resourceful, resilient, dedicated and motivated people on the planet.
People need to stop hiding at home behind closed doors and get out there
because the world has changed.
Transforming lives simply makes sense for everyone.
Employ persons with disabilities now.
It's good for you. It's good for them. It's good for us all.

-This is interesting. When you do your book tour,
you have a playlist of music that you play during the event.
And it was made by our very own Questlove.
-Yes, indeed.
-How did you hook up with Questlove?
-Just called him and said -- [ Laughter ]
"What you doing? You free?"
-"You free," yeah. -"You want to hook me up?"
And he was like, "Okay, I'm on it."
-Yeah. -And so, he went in.
-She asked me for like 40 or 50 songs.
-Yes. -And what'd you give her?
-1,100.
[ Laughter ]
-I mean, he doesn't mess around. -I know, I know.
And it's available on Spotify and Pandora.
-Spotify and Pandora, yeah.
-What is the playlist? What is it called?
-It's the -- I think the Michelle Obama Musiquarium.
That's what I called it. -The Musiquarium, yeah.
-I am honored. -Can I --
Normally, when someone writes a book...
-Mm-hmm. -...they come do talk shows,
but then they go to maybe, like, a bookstore,
a Barnes & Noble, you know, whatever it is.
You sold out the Barclays Center tomorrow.
-I know. -Sold out stadiums.
[ Cheers and applause ]
What? -It's a trip, yeah.
-I knew it was gonna be big,
but did you think it was gonna be this big?
-No. No. Absolutely not.
I mean, we started, you know, selling tickets,
and then, they were selling out fast.
And then we wanted to make sure everybody had access,
and then I wanted to have a lot of young people there.
So I wanted to give 10% of every house away,
and I wanted to give thousands of tickets away,
so we had to have a bigger venue.
-Yeah.
-And it just got bigger and bigger and bigger.
-You've given over 15,000 tickets away to people
that either couldn't afford it or just couldn't get tickets.
And then, also, tomorrow night, 250 Blue Star families...
-Yeah, absolutely. -...are gonna be there.
That's amazing that you're doing and giving that back.
[ Cheers and applause ]
-Thank you.
-It's "Becoming," and you see you "becoming," Michelle Obama.
-Yeah. I'm becoming me, yes, yes.
-I love the dedication. If you don't mind,
I'd just like to say it -- "To the loves of my life,
Malia and Sasha, my two most precious peas,
who are my reasons for being.
And Barack who always promised me an interesting journey."
[ Laughter ]
-It's true.
-"And Jimmy Fallon." [ Laughter ]
I thought that was thoughtful, and I feel --
We don't have to show it,
but I just thought that was thoughtful.
-I couldn't leave you out. -You didn't have to do that.
-I couldn't leave you out. We've done so much together.
You've been such a part of my journey of "becoming."
-I know, but you didn't even ask.
I mean, you didn't get permission.
I'll give it to you now. -I should have.
I'm sorry. I am sorry about that.
-No problem. -I'm glad you're okay with it.
-Yeah, I'm totally cool with it. [ Laughter ]
I just to want -- You've made a real impact
on every issue that you've worked on.
You touch upon it in the book. I want to remind everyone,
thanks to you, 45 million kids
are eating healthier breakfasts and lunches.
1 million students... [ Cheers and applause ]
...are getting 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
[ Cheers and applause ]
You persuaded businesses to hire or train
more than 1.5 million veterans and military spouses.
[ Cheers and applause ]
A billion dollars invested in girls' education worldwide.
I mean -- [ Cheers and applause ]
Every time we've talked to you, you always had a new initiative.
-Well, and you help me every step of the way.
I mean, you guys were always down for anything
that allowed us to shine a light on those issues.
And we had fun doing it, which is one of the reasons
why we were so successful, is because you brought humor
to a lot of the stuff that was serious.
So, I love you for that, and I will -- I will --
-Absolutely. The feeling's mutual.
[ Cheers and applause ]
-What is happening with the Global Girls Alliance?
-You know, we are actually raising money.
We've got a number of interesting projects online
that people can fund directly.
So, one of the things we wanted to do with the alliance
is find some of the best work happening
all over the world and allow people, like you guys,
to get online, learn about it, and fund it directly.
And my hope is that, this year, at some point,
I'll be able to go and visit some of those programs.
But we've had a big summit, pulling young leaders together,
meeting some of the people on the ground, doing the work.
So, we're moving and grooving. -Yeah.
-So, yeah. -You really are.
[ Cheers and applause ]
So many stories I want to discuss in the book.
It's such a great read.
I got to talk about your brother, Craig.
-Craig, my big brother. -Your big brother.
How many years apart are you and Craig?
-He's like 1 1/2 years. -Yeah.
-But he's like 6'6."
He's my big brother, and it's hard to be much taller than me.
But I look up to my brother. -Yeah, you do, yeah.
You've got some pretty funny stories in here about --
The fire drill?
-Well, most people know my father had M.S. growing up.
And part of the story is sort of showing how,
when you have a parent with a disability,
you kind of feel like you have to plan
a little bit more, because, you know,
my dad couldn't walk without the assistance of a cane,
and, eventually, he was in a walker.
So, my brother was always kind of in his doomsday mind-set
when he was younger.
It's like, "What will happen if I go blind?"
So he would ask me to blindfold him,
and he'd walk around the house to make sure he could
get around if he got blind. [ Laughter ]
He -- There was a time that he had me
tie his right hand behind his back
just in case it got cut off. [ Laughter ]
No, seriously.
So that he would be ambidextrous,
and he would do that for a week. -Wow.
-And so, in the book, I talk about how
we were really obsessed about fires and how we'd get out
because we lived on the second floor,
and then, how we would get dad out.
So he would make us run fire drills
and make my father lay on the floor
so he could drag him around the house.
[ Laughter ]
You know, and this tells you a little bit about my father,
who was a very, you know -- He was a very dignified man.
But he humored us because he knew.
And I was always his little -- Yeah.
-I was his sidekick in all this.
I was his assistant, so I had the, you know, notepad,
and I was checking the fire alarms,
and, "Get on the floor, Dad!" [ Laughter ]
And then he'd drag him.
-"Come on. We did this five times already."
-That's right. That's right.
And he was like 10 years old.
He was a little kid, but he thought,
"If something goes wrong, I've got to be ready."
So that's one of the reasons why we've learned to be prepared
and on time, which my husband
had to kind of get around to that.
He didn't... [ Light laughter ]
He wasn't good with time until we got married.
-You said that the first time you met him, right...?
-And he was late! The first time --
First day of work, his first job, dude was late.
I was like, "Triflin' brother..."
[ Laughter ] You know?
I was like, "I don't know about you," you know?
But eventually, he came around.
When we had little kids, and he'd be the kind of person
who would call and say, "Honey, I'm on my way home."
-Yep.
-And it would be hours before he'd get home,
only to find out that he didn't know what "coming home" was.
I said that's where hope actually began.
He was hopeful that he would get home.
[ Laughter ] -Too much work.
-But he couldn't quite, you know...
So I had to start telling him, "Well, you tell me
where you are, and I'll tell you how long
it'll take you to get home." [ Laughter ]
-See, that's a partnership right there, absolutely.
-He didn't get our on-time gene.
He's much better now after 26 years of marriage.
-Is that right? -Yeah, yeah.
-Oh, my gosh. Congratulations.
-He's gotten much better. -I'm going on 11.
It'll be my anniversary this week.
-Well, bless your heart. [ Cheers and applause ]
Congratulations. -And I have two girls.
-Yeah. -They're 4 and 5 now.
A lot of people come up to me, and they go,
"Oh, don't you miss when they were babies?"
-Like, "No way." -I don't.
-Babies are cute, but they're hard.
-Yeah. They're cute, but they're hard.
That's great. But I like who they are now.
-Every age they are, yeah.
They're interesting, they have things to say.
-That's what I'm saying.
-And don't you find they're so very different?
-Oh, my God. -You think you are a good parent
until you have a second one, and then you realize
you had nothing to do with the first.
-No, they're just their own people.
-Yeah. -Oh, completely.
They're totally two different kids.
Now you have -- You have teenagers now.
-I have young ladies. -Young ladies.
-Young women, yes. [ Cheers and applause ]
-And you -- do you --
Do you miss when they were babies now?
-No, I loved the baby stage.
I'm like you -- I love every age,
but now they're really interesting.
We're friends.
There are boyfriends we can talk about.
-Isn't that amazing?
-You know, they drive, so they can --
you know, they can earn money, so they ask for less.
I love it. [ Laughter ]
-My babies will never have boyfriends or learn to drive.
They're not leaving the house at all.
They're just staying in one room.
-I've always said, as quiet as it's kept,
the second term of the presidency
was really fueled by Barack's desire
to keep them with their agents into their teen years.
He was like, "We've got to win,
because I don't want those girls walking around."
He wanted men with guns with them.
[ Laughter ] -Taking care, exactly.
-He worked extra hard on those votes.
He's like, "Come on, voters!"
-We've done a bunch of great, funny bits,
and I love that you just get out there
and you talk to everybody and you're so personable.
But people really connect to you.
And you say in the book it's about liking yourself.
-Yeah. -That makes you connect.
Explain that a little.
-Well, I think people can smell inauthenticity.
You know? And if you're not comfortable
in your own skin, that comes across.
You know, that's one of the challenges,
I think, that politicians have,
because politicians aren't always "people" people.
And you have to really enjoy people, because folks will --
they will sense that.
So, for me, I am Michelle Obama behind the scene
in the Blue Room, when we're acting up,
when I'm in the White House as First Lady, when I'm here.
I'm always the same person,
and it's easy to keep up with that.
I don't have to make up a story of who people think I should be,
and in that way, it allows me to be comfortable
and enjoy every minute of my time
with the people that I meet.

LAST PARTY OF 2018 SHOCKERZ - AFTERVLOG #158 - Duration: 18:35.
Hi on this very cold Saturday
It's December 15th
And we just arrived at Shockerz
right behind me
My lover is also here for a little while
but he will go in a few hours
And Imara is also not here
unfortunately
She had to do something else so
you have to do it with me today
And yes let's go inside
Regain is also here
If I'm right my girl is at the entrance
Told you!
It's 5.50pm now
The stage is right behind me
and the atmosphere is unbelievable everybody is going crazy
It's a little bit hot but
Let's go for it
Shut your mouth!
We found something super weird over here
It's almost midnight
and there is something weird here
Wait, take a look!
Shockerz was so nice!
One of the best parties of this year I think
The organization was great
I walked around a lot and
spoke to a lot of people who are watching our videos
Super nice and also very nice that you are so enthusiast
Especially the atmosphere was really nice
At every artist everybody went crazy
There were played a lot of good sets
Phuture Noize was great
E-Force too
It's bad that Deadly Guns and Warface had to play for an half hour
An whole hour was much better
What was also a highlight?
I think Rebelion was also good!
It was a little bit too hot at the location
But that's not weird with so many people who are dancing and ''hakken''
Too bad that I didn't see Killshot
on stage
because I heard he had a great set
I noticed that because he had to play at the same time as Radical
and at that moment area 1 was a little bit empty
And I heard that area 2 was very crowded
Unfortunately I also missed GPF but
they had to perform at the same time as Warface and Deadly Guns
So we didn't see that
Next year I will be at Shockerz again
Don't forget to like and subscribe at our channel
Don't forget to follow our Instagram
If you are watching on this Wednesday
we will choose a winner of the Scantraxx package
If you want to participate
Comment on the video that will appear here in this screen
And
I think this is my last video of this year. Maybe I will go to Epic hard or We Are Hardestyle
I can't wait for my vacation
and next week we will go!
For three weeks so I will say goodbye for a while
Maybe I'll post an update
If you have nice video's or you go to an event in these three weeks
For example Wow Wow by Q-dance
We Are Hardstyle or Epic Hard
you are always welcome to send your videos
Maybe we can make a little video of that and post that on our channel
If I come back of vacation Imara and I will go to BKJN Partyraiser vs. Peacock so
that's going to be a great party too
I see you very soon!
Big kiss, happy Holidays and a happy New Year
See you soon!

my first Sketchbook tour and more - Duration: 19:43.
hi you're watching intan Galistri channel we talk about art and More
this video I'm going to talk about my art from last few years since I'm in
Malta and some a little bit what I'm thinking about 2019
so yeah here it's like sketchbook sketch ideas some paintings I'm training which
is actually I have made all oooover the place like I mean like it's
literally less and sometimes I am confused to organize them.
gift and somebody buy on my art market so this is one of another
sketches about Marsalforn and this is for Christmas I make it for the Christmas
market last time and this is I like to make pin
and so just to display them I I put it like standing like this and you know
it's looked like so this is just waiting to display pin when I'm on market
I like craft market local one so they are like this and I have still a lot
more of this this is another hobby and fun that I like I like to make it is
this is for earring another Christmas stuff
this is sketch sketching for painting I make the painting really this is a sort
of
like inspiring woman that I learn about them and they kind of
they give me another nice feeling, I have Frida
I have Merie Curie, Hedy Lamarr I had Ada lovelace ,Coco channel ,Lotte Reiniger if I am not Butcher her name I hope Not ...
and some of sketchbook that I have from time to time, this kind of random, sometimes I talk (i mean Write)
this I paint with tea, with this tea in a cafe, at Msida Malta while I am waiting for my friend, and I kind of like it they kind of like fruity tea,
and the become grey I don't know why, so i brush them the look red and the become greyish,
and this is when I waiting for my friend looking at dove ( I mean Pigeon)
this when I am going out with my husband with my husband to get lemon cheesecake
this is I forget to write the time but this behind our balcony and from the dry grass its look like summer
this is i learn some technique from youtube
this is actually I made while I am in Valletta while eating with my friend, but this is too small
so I just make it just the look separate and make another learning about this decorative flower,
decorative flower and end up I like it this is bad I don't notice it is
rushing painting my picture the top of Ramla bay.
this a map that I get to collect all this my stuff that are
different size especially in this small size so so they're not gonna be too much
all over the place and somewhat Print
digital painting I make since like last year too like this one this is Bromo
that I mix with my idea this is like my hometown malang and this I make this when I miss them my heart is there
no my Hearth is where I am, but sometimes I miss them so much
and this is Here In Citadel, the sea, night and I am Growing Like a Monster hehhe.
and this is Rome, ah Rome, Rome has alot of Crazy Memories and this is Lithuania
where I am gonna go next week
paint it's just one lately this month
rainy day, The sea, the sea in Marsalforn,
it's like very windy day I take a picture going out make a video out of it
I kind of like it, its one of my first time I drew this kind of sea and me kind of love it.
this print of a painting that I learn about dark light, learning this give me how dark can be so Intriguing
this is like first I am trying with dried flower, but I don't know why this change color, sorry,
this is not successful no because you see they're broken a lot and change color they
should have a like a bluish color like this blue is blue is it different flower
but it still should have a bluish color but maybe I was putting him wrong
something like nice #### it properly so you know you keep your failure to
remind you, products sketch gonna make with polymer clay or clay or
something like that or is random thing
this is one of the first not failure one is a watercolor
some pearly acrylic paint and golden and I figured it out you see the
fixative watercolor effects from Winsor & Newton kind of keep their color
stay and nice this is my nice picture and I just make they actually not
different picture and just want them together like this with her hands down
and yeah it end up very nice
more of sketch this is such sketching about documentary of a pigs in the cage
and this is so sad
first starting with this style myself and another smaller myself
like them a lot but I'm still have no idea how I should make more of this kind
of like i feel stuck so I don't know I don't know really tweak my brain I get into a
good idea
first sketching outside in Marsalforn
painting while I am in bathtub
learning more about face it's not very good I think it's like a year already
painting with the friends community they talk about space or so i am capture about the
hole which is space this is a tree
these these are like clutch with a polymer clay on the top of it
it's very experiment but it's I love this there is me love another sketchy
day and abstract experiment golden leaf
isn't the one that latest I drew this is I don't have video to I really wish I was make video out of
it but this is fun like I just want to painting even in the middle of the night
and they kind of end up good I mean this is have a big hand not good
and I wish I'll make it even smaller but it's okay you make things and you keep
making mistake but you keep making it until you get there and this abstract that
I make for documentary about those BBC the blue planet
so this is one spontaneous painting that so bad just keep it one that I got the job... not a job but comission
souvenir shop in here make this draft show them and I painting the door
those is the one that I show you the print this is the original
if I may go wrong spelling it spelling pronunciation
festival
on the front of busstation in
just sitting down there oh it's in March yeah so it's just by quick painting
another quick painting one I was like just having a good day with my husband
this light give them life
the golden painting
like the subtle which is I try to experiment with a white shade I'm really
happy about it and more trilogy paintings that I make it is the rabbit
the cat and the deer but the deer I'm not yet finished because I wait for
drying the flower and I made the time travels is the biggest Painting (on canvas)
that I make and it's a lot of time I'm not even sure the one that I show you
right now it's it's finished
but I kind of very happy with it so and there is some abstract painting so all
that I can show you is the one and I already made maybe there is some
I don't know not good enough to show and another thing is for the next year I
have one to make exhibition so I still got no collecting those sculpture
painting I want to really serious see this on it because
it's give me all the joy about sculpture and painting so they both are
and one so I really like them and I wish I have luck don't get a good place to
exhibition and also Next year plan to make documentary no documentary
like feature video more like about artists around here which is they're
very nice and I can't wait to show you guys
so I hope you like this video and keep going with my journey and see you next
time don't forget to Like and subscribe bye

▷ Cómo resolver una ECUACIÓN CUADRÁTICA USANDO LA FÓRMULA GENERAL paso a paso. Curso 2018-2019 - Duration: 5:27.
Boys and girls, how are you?
Welcome to the Mathematics channel with
Juan. I am prepared to solve a
second degree equation using the
formula. Let's see how it can be done
this. First of all our exercise
is the following, this is our
enunciation. We have the second equation
next degree: x square minus 25 x
plus 100 equals 0 equals. I
find the clear x, I'm going to have two
solutions surely. To use the
formula what we take into account is what
next: we write the equation of
second degree in its general form a x
square plus bx + c
equal to zero.
The formula is this: -b plus minus root
square of -b to square minus 4a c, match of 2a. In
our case, in our case "a"
In our case a is equal to 1.
our case b is worth minus 25, b is equal to
minus 25 and "c."
equals 100, "c" equals 100. Good.
boys, substitute, substituted
each of the data in this expression
and let's see, let's see what I'm going to
get.
-b. --b? Well -25 +-
root of
"b" square. Well, minus 25 squared and
minus four, -4 "a"
"a" is worth 1. For c. "c" is worth 100, very.
All right.
and 2 "to" game. 2 "to" game?
then 2 for 1 and this is going to be the same,
little friends, this is going to be
equal to -20, less for less because it is
more, so I've got here 25, more, less, more.
less than 25 square root. 25
is going to be positive. Minus 25 at
is going to be positive. Minus 25 for
minus 25 is 625. The truth is, this is me.
I know it by heart, I haven't calculated it but
I know it by heart. 625 and minus 4 for 100, because
minus 400, divided by 2. And this, let's see,
let's see, focus it right, it's going to
equal
25 plus minus root of 625 minus 400,
this is 225. 225 divided by 2 and another
one more step, one more step. I have 25 more
less... root of 125? 15. 15 because 15 by 15 is
225. Come on, here I write 15 here I'd have
a 2 and I'm almost done. Let's go
to see that I approach it well, how difficult it is
to be alone.
On the one hand, I'm gonna have 25 + 15 divided.
between 2 and on the other hand I'm going to have 25
minus 15 divided by 2, come on. But it's
to touch here what is here operating
would be 5 and 5 10 234 40 divided by 2
well 40 between 2 and finally here
I'd have a 20 on the other side I've got here.
25 15 25 minus 15 this is 10 10 10
divided by 2 and divided by 2 will be
5
jajajajaja
well very well juan very well well then
conclusion, conclusion,
conclusion:
I have two solutions, one solution is 20
and another solution is 5. Fantastic,
fantastic.

I'm one of them everybody is talking about.
I'm one of them, who many may believe, don't want to integrate.
Who won't adapt to Danish values.
Who don't want to be part of the Danish society
But this isn't the truth.
I'm one og them who wants to integrate.
Who want to be part of Danish society.
And I'm not only speaking on my behalf.
I'm speaking by the thousands of people who are displace.
We want to integrate, and we want to be part of the Danish society.
We want to create a safe and sound life for our children.
We want to create a future and to contribute.
We don't want to be packages, that are shipped from a to b.
Who are voted 'home'.
Who is send 'home'.
We are humans with feelings, hopes and dreams.
My daughter, Solin.
She is 8 years today.
She has been away from Syria the past 3,5 years.
This means that she has been liven 45% of her life in Denmark.
She speaks Danish,
and she feels at home.
Yesterday is was the Afghans, who were going to be send 'home'.
Today it is the Somalis, who are going to be send 'home'.
Tomorrow it is the Syrians,

Stephan Siegrist - Expedition Bahai-Jar - Duration: 8:36.
Stephan Siegrist: We are having some issues at the moment.
We are here, I can show you that
in the e-mail I sent to you.
We are in the wrong place!
Our crew, which went ahead,
has set up our base camp in the wrong valley.
Right now our only option is to get up there, take it down,
and rebuild the base camp
so we can still get to the north face of Bahai Jar
The wrong location of the base camp had one big advantage:
we could see our planned descent perfectly.
When we were on our way back, it started snowing.
There was so much fresh snow that we had to wait four days
until we could even head up to our new base camp.
For skiing it would really be awesome!
Fresh powder, which has not settled.
Perfect conditions, we just packed the wrong gear.
For the last three weeks we were hoping for better conditions here in our basecamp.
Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened.
More fresh snow came
and the slopes were heavily loaded with snow
that you had to be really careful when moving around.
We decided to cancel our ascent and to leave the valley.
Up there it is too delicate because of the heavy winds,
blowing over the cornice.
These three pitches, they are
really dangerous at the moment
because the weather did not improve.
It took us one week from our base camp to Manali.
We are frustrated, of course,
but it turned out that this was the right decision.
It kept on snowing.
We were hardly able to cross the Rotang pass.
And now we are here, in a valley, which none of us has every heard about.
The way it looks back there, this could be like paradise.
Jonas Schild: A really awesome finger crack.
Luckily I managed to climb it right now,
because I've got wounds all over my fingers.
This is actually the perfect moment for the first ascent.

Outlander: Why Brianna didn't reveal her mom's pearls to Laoghaire - Duration: 2:54.
Sunday's tense scene in Outlander between Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Laoghaire (Nell Hudson) was actually missing a major prop: Ellen Fraser's pearls that Jamie gave to Claire, who then passed them down to their daughter, Brianna
In Drums of Autumn, the fourth Outlander book, on which this season is based, Brianna shows the pearls to Laoghaire to prove that Jamie is her dad, but then the crazy Scot tries — and fails — to snag the necklace
She did marry Jamie, after all! While there was lots of arguing between Brianna and Laoghaire in Sunday's episode, there was no such tug-o'-war over the pearls because they were never revealed
So we asked executive producer Maril Davis to explain. "We actually had them in," Davis says
"There's a deleted scene that you'll see on the Sony DVDs that shows that we did use the pearls
It was a decision in the editing room. Certain people had questions about why she wouldn't use them
She could potentially buy passage if she lost her money. There were those of us who felt like she'd never obviously sell those pearls because they are sacred, but why wouldn't she have brought them out earlier? There was so many questions
Also, we left out the fight between Brianna and Laoghaire because it felt a little over the top
For those reasons, we decided not to include the pearls. I'm not sure if we'll use them later, though obviously she has them with her

Oh hi, my brain's gone to shit.
Oh. I feel sad and I feel like my brain is just not
doing anything that it should be doing and I just feel like a mess
and it's all stupid.
I don't even know, why do brains not make sense.
Yeah, I feel rubbish and there's not really anything I can do about it and it doesn't make
sense. I'm fine, nothing bad is happening to me
like, I just,
urgh this is not good vlogmas content I didn't want to be like this,
I want to make a good video that's like nice to watch in some way or another I
don't want to make a video where I'm just sad and lame.
And do you know the only thing that I really have planned to do today is to clean some mould off of some
window sills. That's good for a video.
I feel like such an idiot I'm so lame I wish I wasn't so lame.
I don't even know what's wrong really, like I said nothing bad is
happening to me and I feel like, my brain is just being
like no no everything's wrong everything's wrong your whole world's
falling apart and I'm just like but it isn't, nothing has happened to me I'm
fine and my brain is just like no no no everything is awful.
*screams*
I'm gonna go and clean some mould.
While it isn't a particularly exciting thing to film
maybe a before-and-after will at least be satisfying, so here is our gross
window sill. There's all mould along there, I'll have to wash those little statue things as well
but yeah so here is before.
Ah, better than it was, that's all I can really hope for when
cleaning this house but that is much better.
Now I'm gonna do upstairs.
Now I will do the same thing here, this one's not quite
as gross but it needs doing as well.
And, done.

LIFESTYLE BUSINESS - HOW TO PLAN A SUCCESSFUL DESTINATION RETREAT - Duration: 11:07.
Hey there, coach, Carolin here, and today I want to talk to you about how to build a
real lifestyle business that allows you to travel, but offering destination retreats.
Make sure you stay all the way until the end of the episode because I will tell you all
the specific details you need to know right now to make your next retreat a big success.
As always, before we get started, make sure you hit the bell icon so you'll get notified
when new episodes drop every Wednesday.
All about helping you go from passion to profit in your coaching business.
Today, I'm coming to you live from the Bahamas again, where we're hosting one of our Powerhouse
coach retreats.
Now travel is one of my personal favorite things to do and it makes me feel free and
like the world truly is my oyster.
Over the last couple of years, I've hosted retreats in Costa Rica and Scotland and Italy
and Hawaii and Portugal, and now we're in the Bahamas, and if you want to know how to
build amazing destination retreats, today, I want to tell you how to plan for them and
also how to execute an amazing experience for yourself and your clients as well.
Step number one is to choose a theme and a purpose for your retreat.
The first thing you want to do is get really clear about the purpose and why you actually
hosting the retreat.
What kind of experience do you want to create, what is the desired outcome of your retreat?
So I want you to think about creating a very luxurious, high end experience, or creating
a very natural outdoorsy type of experience.
Do you want to coach and educate or do you want your clients to really transform and
challenge themselves?
Think about why you're hosting the retreat first of all, and then think about where you
can create an experience that will really allow you to bring that vision and make it
a reality.
Step two is to set your budget.
Before you think about where you want to host the retreat and how long it will be and what
will be included, I want you to think about the facts and how much you have available
to spend on your retreat because that will determine what you can actually do and where
you can go and what everything will look like.
A retreat can range from $3,000 to $5,000 all the way up to $30,000.
Really the sky is the limit when it comes to you hosting a retreat, so think about what's
feasible for you, what your budget is, and also what you desired outcome is for the retreat.
That will allow you to think about locations and then going out there and are actually
obtaining quotes from hotels, thinking about activities, whether you want to be offering
food or not and all of those things.
Step number three is to create the experience.
When I design my retreats, I have certain key factors in mind that help me figure out
the agenda, the flow, and what I'm actually including in my retreats.
For our Powerhouse coaches, we love the element of community and bonding, so we make sure
we always have some sort of bonding activity included.
It's also really important to us to allow our clients to travel while building their
business and actually exploring the world which I believe opens their horizons to a
lot more possibilities, to new cultures and new foods, and new environments and it gets
them out of that rut they might be in, the day to day, and into an environment that really
helps them step outside their comfort zone, dream bigger and do more.
Educating our clients is also really important to us so we always make sure we have an amazing
space available, which could be a ballroom, an office, or even a conference room depending
on how many people will be attending your treat.
Make sure you have a projector at hand.
You can bring one or rent one.
Make sure you have a screen ready, and then think about the actual agenda and the content
items that you will be delivering to your clients at your retreat, which will also determine
the length of your event.
Step four is to pick your top five locations.
Now that you understand your budget, you also know the type of experience you want to create
and you know the theme and purpose of your retreat, you can begin to look at the globe
and pick your favorite locations.
The world literally is your oyster.
You can look at Europe, you can look at Asia, you can look at Australia, the entire US,
the UK.
There really is no limit to how big you can think, so take all those factors into consideration
and choose a location that would suit your clients, but that would also suit you and
bring you the happiness you're after in your lifestyle business.
Step number five is to research your seasons and your weather.
This is a very simple step for you to do, but if you forget to do that, it could really
get you in trouble.
When you're looking at where you want to host your retreat.
It's really important to choose the right time depending on where you want to go.
For Europe, for example, I recommend you go to Europe in the summer months, so April,
May, June, July onwards might be a really good time for you to go to Europe.
For us, in our Powerhouse coach program, we choose a tropical destination for our November
retreat.
We choose a warmer, US based location in spring, and we like to choose a nice and warm European
destination in the summer.
Step number six is to decide on your content and your agenda.
Before we go on retreat, we always sit down as a team and we think about what we want
to bring to our clients, and every retreat is custom created and custom tailored to our
audience.
So we look around the room and we ask ourselves, what do our clients need right now?
What new strategies, what new content do we need to bring them right now to serve them
the most?
And you can do the same with your audience.
Think about who will be attending your retreat and how you can best serve your audience.
What do they want to learn?
What do they want to know more about and experience, and let that guide the agenda and the content
you're actually tailoring and creating for the retreats.
In our Powerhouse coach retreat, we have two days of content.
We bring our clients into an amazing space and we coach them on different topics relating
to mindset, marketing, sales team building, and anything else they need to grow and scale
a successful online coaching business.
And we do sell over two full days.
On the third day, however we go on excursion with them and bring them outside, we show
them the land.
We go zip lining, we go on food tours.
We go shopping, we go on boat tours and every retreat is different, so you want to look
at where you're going and what that specific location has available for you and what your
clients and your audience might want to experience and see and custom create an amazing excursion
where your audience can bond, they can have fun and they not only learn, but they also
experience the location.
Step seven is to decide on the details, the features and the activities.
Now I'm a big fan of details.
I believe that the little things, the details, make an amazing experience, so I always look
at things like food.
What kind of food do you want to serve your audience?
Is it a plated lunch?
Is it a buffet?
What should be on that buffet?
And again, what is your budget?
You want to think about water in the room, coffee and tea.
Do you want to serve it during lunch or all day long?
Also, think about attendee gifts.
Can you afford to give them a gift once or maybe they get something every day during
the retreat?
When it comes to retreats, you want to realize that the experience you're creating is a reflection
on your brand, and that's why you want to make sure your clients are walking away with
an incredible memory that they will then associate with you and they will want to come back time
and time again.
Step eight is to quote your hotels.
Now that you have an idea for your desired location, your destination, the type of experience
you want to create, you can also go out there and quote hotels.
Every hotel has a very unique brand and a very unique environment so you can choose
the environment and the hotel to help support your mission and your theme and your purpose.
And now I have a bonus insider tip for you.
Do not agree to a hotel room block.
In the beginning of my career, I signed off on whatever the hotel would give me and I
learned quickly that our room block is not in your best interest.
It allows the hotel to lock you in and have you guarantee a certain number of room nights
or rooms.
And what happens is that when your audience changes.
So for example, a client gets sick or a client cancels last minute, you are responsible for
those rooms and you will pay for them no matter what.
So it is in your best interest to go to your hotel and say, I would rather not have a room
block, maybe agree to the meeting room and actually paying a fee, maybe a rental fee
for the meeting room and cut away, cut off, get rid of the room block requirement altogether.
Step nine is to plan your trip.
Depending on your destination, the hotel or the country may have certain power requirements,
certain types of outlets where your clients may need to bring adjustments and pieces to
help them connect to the power.
They may also needs certain Visas, there might be money that needs to be exchanged.
You want to look at the weather, you want to tell them about the dress code, and of
course send them the agenda ahead of time so your clients and your audience know where
to go and where they need to be to be ready for your retreat.
And step number 10 is to have fun.
Don't forget to have fun.
This is an experience you're creating for your clients, but you're also creating an
experience for yourself and of course for your team.
So don't forget to have fun.
Enjoy building this lifestyle business that allows you to travel, explore the world, and
have an amazing time.
