together with Surmachevskiy, Loran Alekno, Mikhailov, Kononov, Samoylenko and Valentin Krotkov as a libero
In the first set Zenit were stronger than Yaroslavich!
Andrey Surmachevsky pinned up 9 points in the first set
5 more points added by Aleksey Samoylenko, plus the team 59 percent in the attack,
4 blocks and 3 aces lit up the oversized 25-14 on the scoreboard.
Today we gave the chance to almost everybody in our team!
And this was one of our goals for this match. We combined business with pleasure!
Yaroslavich is the team that took a last place in Superleague, and their problems is important just for them
And today a lot of our players have a chance to play
We are lookin for our quality of oue volleyball! And we don`t look who play against us!
In the second set, Zenit players relaxed, than Yaroslavl poured with satisfaction
on an equal basis fighting the 13-13
Zenith at this moment took time-out by Alexey Verbov

They have their own goals! We have our goals! We don`t want to compare two different levels of the goals!

Alexey Spiridonov entered the game and Earvin Ngapeth scored 6 points.

Our main goal was to be good at reception, because Kazan played at home arena

We try to be good at reception and play our best volleyball!
In the third set, Alexey Samoilenko's planners broke the reception of Yaroslavich!
and the middle-blocker scored 11 points, like an Earvin Ngapeth!
And the most productive player was Andrey Surmachevsky with 14 points.
Also in the end of the game, the young libero Iliya Fedorov made his debut for Zenit-Kazan
who took a part in a couple rallies
I asked him how was he feel himself to play? Because we don`t want to break a character of young player
I like how is he plays. I saw him in training with us, and this guy are talanted and have some perspectives
And on the next away games we will take another young libero Nikita Lyasov from our farm club
So we want to give a chance to our young players and we wil see what will happened. And how they will be training and work
It wasn`t real fight in this evening! 25-16 in the third set and 3-0 in the match!
We are in a good mood before New Year that will be in three days!
Good and positive emotions! I`m satisfied how are guys prepare and play today
We have absolutely no experience of the game! We were beaten in all aspects!
Today we did not succeed! And Zenit played well and collected! Congratulations them!
Our lossing streak push mentality of our young players, because we was on the last position from the begininng of the championship
We will try to do our best to take a better place in the standings
We were nervous and really wanted to show our best volleyball!
We are very happy to win this game and prepare for the New Year in a good mood!
Zenit goes to the New Year holidays in the status of the sole leader of the Championship with 11 wins in 11 matches.
But Yaroslavich with one victory is on the last position
Men's Super League in spite of the holidays does not go on vacation.
Already on January 4 and 5 matches of the 12th round will take place.
Zenit is waiting for the 5th match away series at the begining of 2019.
The first of them will take place on January 5 at 15-00 Moscow time in Krasnoyarsk against the Enisey

fries? Well what's the best way to reheat those french fries? On this video,
we're gonna show you a technique that we believe is the best way to reheat french
fries. Hi folks welcome to Kitchen Tips Online, the Youtube Channel, where you can
find new and innovative ways to do things in the kitchen.

french fries is to enhance the flavor with seasoning salt. On your screen now
is the recipe that I use. And I'll put the recipe in the video description for
those folks who want to make, it but if you're not inclined to make it, you can
use a store-bought seasoning salt like Morton Seasonal. For those folks who want
to get the large container, we have them available on our Amazon Affiliate Store.
And we'll put a link to the store, in the video description. If you do a YouTube
search on, how to reheat french fries, you'll see lots of folks who recommend
using a frying pan or a cast-iron skillet.
Some folks even recommend adding more oil to the frying pan or the cast-iron
skillet. But we didn't think that was the best way to go because french fries are
already saturated with oil. We tried a frying pan and a cast-iron skillet and
they did a pretty good job, but a couple of times, we actually burned the french
fries. Now obviously you can spread the french fries out on a sheet pan and put
them in the oven at 400 degrees, but what we discovered was the very best way
to reheat french fries, is to put them under the broiler. Now you have to keep
an eye on it because they'll burn. But if you want crispy almost new french fries,
put them under the broiler for a couple of minutes. Here's your question of the

These Are The Saddest Phrases In The English Language - Duration: 5:24.
Some of today's most popular phrases have some truly tragic origins.
Certain common sayings are rooted in deep prejudice or gruesome old traditions.
Plenty of them are just plain bummers.
Come along on a linguistic adventure through the origins of the saddest phrases in the
English language.
If you've ever called yourself a "basket case," figuring that it's just a funny way to explain
how stressed out you are about the holidays, get ready for some upsetting news.
As with so many terrible things, this phrase was created by war: World War I, to be exact.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, American soldiers who lost all four limbs
were referred to by their fellow troops as "basket cases," the implication being that
they'd now have to be carried around in a basket.
By the mid-20th century, the term also came to describe people living with mental illnesses,
usually as a way to ignore their struggles.
Essentially, writing someone off as a basket case implies that you're not going to bother
paying attention to them or be helpful in any way.
No matter how you look at it, the phrase "basket case" has a history of marginalizing people
in pain.
This one goes out to all you procrastinators out there.
Have you ever spent a long night staring at a glowing screen, praying that a second wind
catches you soon?
For you folks, the word "deadline" is already the most depressing entry in the English dictionary.
But those deadlines aren't so bad when you compare them to the original "dead lines"
from the 1860s.
During the American Civil War, "dead lines" were literal lines in the dirt, rather than
metaphorical ones.
These boundaries were drawn either in or around Confederate prisons, where captured Union
soldiers were kept.
If one of the prisoners of war decided to walk over the line, he would be shot.
No extensions, no debates.
"Dead" really meant dead.
Needless to say, these prisons became infamous for their harsh conditions and poor treatment
of soldiers.
The origin of the phrase "mad as a hatter" seems easy to pinpoint.
After all, one of the most popular characters in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is that
jolly little fellow with the big hat, defined by his mad outlook.
But it turns out that author Lewis Carroll didn't invent the term.
His Mad Hatter character was based on the phrase, rather than the other way around.
"Mad as a hatter" is an example of stereotypes regarding real hat-makers in the 18th and
19th Centuries, most of whom used a certain substance called mercury nitrate as part of
the hat-making process.
It turns out that when you combine that toxic chemical with poor workplace safety protocols,
you end up with mercury poisoning.
That causes lifelong ailments ranging from hallucinations to speech difficulties to tremors.
It wasn't until the 1940s that using mercury for hat production was finally banned, and
by that point, these negative associations had plagued hat-makers for more than a century.
Every generation has complained that kids are breaking cultural taboos and ruining their
minds with violent movies like that one 1988 Christmas flick starring Bruce Willis.
But these complaints sound silly when you consider that almost anything that today's
culture deems "gruesome" is a lot less violent than some of the things our ancestors did
for fun.
Case in point: Public hangings, and the phrase "die-hard."
Not that long ago, families would line up to cheer as the latest convict was choked
to death in front of them.
Back in the 1700s, these hangings didn't yet use the well-known "drop" method.
No quick drop meant that hangings took longer and were more painful, which resulted in a
lot of individuals thrashing about and struggling to survive as the rope tightened around their
throats.
These folks came to be recognized as "die-hards," since they died hard, rather than easily.
By the 1800s, the term spread to the battlefield, as "die hard" evolved to mean fighting to
the bitter end.
The general connection between dying hard and stubbornness persisted to the present
day, though the violent connotation has since worn off.
If you've ever unwrapped a massive birthday present that you don't want but that's too
big to get rid of, that's what you call a "white elephant."
Actual white, or albino, elephants are beautiful creatures, but they have a reputation for
being difficult to take care of.
The "white elephant" metaphor first hit print in the 1850s to describe a rather peculiar
custom in Siam, in which the king would "reward" a difficult subordinate with one of these
giant, pale animals.
Because white elephants were regarded as sacred animals, their owners had to provide access
to anyone who wanted to worship them, in addition to special food, care, and maintenance.
In other words, if the King of Siam gave you a white elephant, he was trying to make you
go bankrupt.
It's hard to say if this sort of exchange actually happened.
But the myths surrounding it definitely inspired the phrase, thus giving us a handy way to
describe those ugly presents that will be occupying too much space for years to come.
People usually use the phrase "off the reservation" to describe someone who is doing the opposite
of what they're supposed to be doing.
The problem is that the negative connotations of this phrase are rooted in the centuries
of mistreatment that North America's indigenous population has suffered at the hands of the
government.
Historically, reservations have been increasingly small spaces that the United States restricted
the native population into under severe limitations that indigenous leaders were forced to sign.
While the government has violated these treaties multiple times, the marginalized people have
been expected to stay put without complaint.
Hence today, if any person is doing something that isn't culturally accepted, they are accused
of being like a native individual who is "off the reservation."
So not only does this phrase have a bloody history, it also perpetuates harmful stereotypes
regarding oppressed peoples.

hey guys have you been subscribed for a while than you know that I love testing
things it's like a group learning session I do something and we all learn
from it oh my god wait that's like my whole channel that is literally me on
youtube today we are going to be testing out five different ways to remove your
makeup without using makeup wipes or like harsh makeup removers back when I
was younger doing dance recitals and stuff my friends learned that lotion actually
took off makeup pretty well since then I had a pretty good understanding that a
lot of things can actually take off makeup and I've been pretty public on
YouTube about my acne skin journey since actually taking away a lot
of chemicals that I used to put on my face, my face is looking better than ever
so less chemicals and less cleaning equals better skin that's weird right is
that a coincidence who knows? Any other Beauty person on YouTube or online
really would probably put makeup on their arm and then test them one by one
but you know I don't like doing anything too simple and I also have this weird
love for putting myself in weird situations so I am going to be
sectioning my face and doing it on my face like where people usually put
makeup just saying yeah so I just Googled different ways to take off your makeup
without using makeup remover and they suggested a few things cucumber coconut
oil jojoba or jojoba oil not sure which one baby shampoo and what I use
simple's cleansing water I wish this was sponsored but it's not so you know all
of these things are either gonna work or they won't and I'm not getting paid to
tell you that one works better than the other I know hard to come by right so
let's section my face into five sections and get cranking on this I probably won't
do this very well if I don't draw in a straight line don't come at me I am not
good at things okay oh yeah oh yeah nice
welp so I didn't do that well as expected but it's fine let's start with
the cucumber
this section that I'm going to be testing out first does not have lip
gloss on it so let's just do a little swab of lip gloss and then um then we'll
be able to see if this cucumber can take it off there we go
test number one the cucumber this is the weirdest thing okay oh my god no way you
guys it's doing something Oh God okay you know what um well
I don't know how this can get better okay um I'm going to take a cotton pad
and let's see how much comes off on the cotton pad
well cucumber not very good one out of ten on taking off makeup now let's try coconut
oil so this is organic unrefined virgin coconut oil it is a not melted it's very
soft so I have a good feeling about this you're supposed to cook with this but um
I think I'll be fine oh yeah this feels like it's so good for my skin to be
honest forget slime guys just play with coconut
oil let's hope I don't go blind
well all my makeup is in my eye I can tell you
that but it is coming off that works really well that works so well on my
eyes I don't know about you but I always find it like so hard to be able to take
my mascara off what the heck shook let's see what's left underneath not bad my
skin feels really nice right now oh my gosh that's amazing
coconut oil ten out of ten now this section on my nose does have lip gloss
but it is missing liquid eyeliner and mascara so
why am I so bad at lines yeah
and for the middle section I'm going to be using baby shampoo anything for
babies has to be very gentle so I already know if I'm gonna be using this
on my eyes it's not gonna sting so I actually have a really good feeling
about this but we'll see we got some shampoo we've got a little bit of water
in there I'm just gonna rub that all around in there oh oh yeah
my foundation is going everywhere right now
okay let's see how it did
well my skin feel doesnt feel too good it oh oh oh I shouldnt have licked my lips oh my god
it pretty much got everything off but my skin does feel a little weird because of
the shampoo just because I'm sure I'm supposed to have my whole face in like
you know water I'm gonna give it like a 7 out of 10 this section we are going to
be trying jojoba oil jojoba jojoba it's either jojoba or jojoba unless I'm
actually saying all of it wrong who knows this I actually used to use in my
hair a lot when I was trying to grow my hair back but I did not know that people
usually use this to take their makeup off so I'm excited to try it this is a
very thin oil so let's see how well this one does
yeah this is just spreading
everything everywhere isn't it? I'm afraid to open my eye okay let's see
whoa okay this oil did work really really well yeah it definitely feels
like you're gonna have to wash this off your face a little bit you can see that
it did take my mascara off pretty well I give this one a 7 out of 10 and for the
final section of my face I'm just gonna add some liquid eyeliner on there some
mascara and some lip gloss and this is actually how I take off my own makeup
every night and now with this you can't really like delos your skin in it but
I'll just show you guys how I usually take it off everyday so how I usually
take off my makeup is I just take my cleansing water and I actually soak a
cotton pad I usually hold it down over my eyes and then I circle it
and it just strips everything right off yes there we go and here is a fresh one
I'm gonna go down
and that is what's left thank you thank

we just have a few questions. First of all, what exactly is the the comic con
organization and how did it get started? Jerry: Wizard World is the organization and we
run pop culture conventions all across the country. We've been doing them for
twenty years. We now do between twelve and sixteen shows a year, and it's a
celebration of everything in pop culture and it brings all the fans together for
it. Steven: So, how long have you been doing the events in Madison then?
Jerry: It's our fourth year in Madison and we're just about to announce our fifth
year with dates for next year, so we're really excited to be part of a vibrant
city that loves its pop culture and that's why we come back year after year.
Steven: Yeah, that's definitely something I have to say-especially with like the
University and all that stuff there's a lot of interest in the in the type of
show you put on here. So, for someone who's never been to one of these Wizard
World events, what can they expect at one of those if they go to one? Jerry: Well,
it's everything in the world of pop culture, so it's movies and it's
television. It's art and science fiction and comics and cosplay-people dressing up in
their favorite costumes. It's whatever you love about pop culture we have that
here at Wizard World, and the fans who come to share what they love-all the
other fans that love the same things they get to meet them and make lifelong
friends. Steven: There are a number of guests at this year's event. Why don't you tell the folks
at home about some of them? Jerry: Well, we're really excited. William Shatner returns
to Wizard World here in Madison, and he's one of the biggest guests we ever have
on our shows. He brings people-he's six decades of pop culture all wrapped into
one guy, so fans really love meeting William Shatner. Barry Williams hasn't
been to one of our shows in a long time [until this one]. [He's] Greg Brady.
Brady Bunch is a part of pop culture almost as much as any TV
franchise in the history of the medium, so we're really excited to have him here.
We have guests from Charmed, we have guests from all different kinds of...
different kinds of things that people love-whatever in pop culture we have
someone here that kind of encompasses that. Steven: You have a pretty good variety here,
so I guess I just want to ask how has-in your opinion-this event gone so far this
weekend? There have been a couple hiccups with some of the the travel and stuff.
That's always a bit of an issue, but how are things going overall? Jerry: Everyone
got here it's one of the few times that every one of the celebrities that we've
announced over the course of the last couple months are all here, so for fans
that get a chance to come in today and meet celebrities over this entire
weekend it's been a pretty exciting time for us. A Saturday event-we've had
more people than we ever had at a Saturday
Madison event before. In fact, they had to open up another parking lot
over by the arena. The fans have really come out for the show this year and we
couldn't be more pleased with the way it's turned out. Steven: That is awesome to hear.
Unfortunately, this is actually my first time here, but you seem to put on a
pretty good show here, and I'm glad I made it out this time.

Mercedes are unreliable when JD Powers ranks them one of the best cars in 2018, I
always laugh when I see this JD power stuff, if anybody doesn't know JD Powers is
basically a giant advertising company, it's an advertising firm, it's a PR firm
why would anybody take their slant on anything, because they do what they get
paid to do, it's just the stupidest thing on earth, I don't know why anybody would
listen to any of that stuff, I even had a thing years ago at one
point in time my father sold Remington typewriters, and one of these Consumer
Reports rated their typewriters as one of the worst, and everybody knew these
Remington's are pretty good typewriter, their made out of all metal and they're real
heavy, so he calls him up one time and said, how come you're rating this
Remington typewriter so lowly, and they said well because when we dropped them 6
feet on solid concrete then they didn't work as well, he said these are a
precision machine, you don't drop them 6 feet on concrete, what kind of a
ridiculous test is that, well and a lot of those things from stuff like JD
Powers is the same thing, they do stuff like, best in initial quality and what
they do is, cuz I had a customer that actually used to work in advertising and
they would call people that own the cars to see what they thought, and if
they called somebody up and says, you know what do you think about your brand
new Chrysler and the person starts saying, what a piece of junk I hate
they'd hang up and it wouldn't count that in the list of people they
interviewed, so don't listen to anything that any of these PR firms say about
anything really, they're advertising firms they're paid
to talk about stuff, their no experts you know they're just paid and have
awards for the most retarded things too, I mean I can't wait till they
have JD Powers the best toilet paper of the yea,r that wouldn't surprise me
either, Daniel says Scotty what do you
think of a 93 Nissan pickup with 160,000 miles, 93 was when Nissan was still
making solid pickup trucks, I got customers with those things that have
three hundred thousand miles on them, theirs nothing wrong with buying one but it's a
93 so what are you talking about, twenty-six-year-old vehicle, so you know
it's an older vehicle and it's not worth that much money, don't pay a whole bunch
of money for it, but those things can run a long long long time, especially if it's
a four-cylinder engine, because those four cylinder engine ones, Man Alive they
could last a long time and if it's got a standard transmission even more so they
can run forever, and just keep going and going, that was
long before Renault took over Nissan back in 93
yeah those those things were solid built and the customers of mine that had them back
then, they were pretty happy with them, Jonny darter says is there any truth that
changing your transmission oil will lock up the tranny down the road, I got an 09
Pontiac Vibe, bought it with 90,000 not as 180,000, drives great but I haven't
changed the transmission or coolant, okay well you want to change them both
realize that's really a Toyota, its a Toyota engine and transmission and
changing the fluid in them doesn't really damage anything because they're a
different kind of transmission, but let's take an American car like a Chrysler or
a Chevy like the older transmissions in those and some of the newer ones
still shed clutch materials they have automatic clutches, and when the fluid
gets dirty the only thing that's making them go is the dirty fluid because
there's more friction so it keeps sliding enough in the torque converter
that it runs, if you put in new fluid on one of those that has 180,000 miles, it
won't lock up, usually what happens is it just slips and it won't go anywhere, or it
won't shift gears right, so on those you don't want to change, but on that, that's a toyota
product, change that and definitely change the coolant too, and use the
Toyota coolant the HOAT coolant it's much better it last longer, Manny Ramirez
says my Honda loses power only when it goes uphill what causes this, well that's
called losing power under a load, the heaviest load your car is gonna have is
when you're going uphill, especially if you're doing at higher speeds, start with
the simple stuff, first change the fuel filter, something as dumb as a clogged fuel
filter can cause that, if it's not that after you change the filter, pressure
test the fuel pump, a weak fuel pump will do the same thing, now if you have dirty
fuel injectors and the fuel pump is okay, that'll do that so if you get them pressure
cleaned that's a good thing to do, and this is rare but it can
happen, and you want to pray it's not that, if you got a bad automatic
transmission sometimes when the transmissions go out, they have problems
going uphill, I had a car three years ago with the
Toyota, everybody says oh yeah you tell how great
Toyotas are, well everything breaks eventually, and it would only act up when
it went up hill and i finally figured out and said, you know it's your transmission
and I don't overhaul automatic transmissions, I sent them to my tranny guy
and he fixed it and the problem went away, but that's relatively rare, the
other problems show up more often, so check them first, so if you never want to

I am here with my co-instructor, Myla. She is 16 months old. She has low tone.
We are going to work on propping in side sitting with both arms down on the side.
So I just am going to...She is usually working more in the front, so I want to
encourage off to the side to get obliques. I am going to put all of this stuff over
here. I am going to bring her off to the side and hold her legs back.
So she is propping with rotation to the side. She says, "I don't know if I like
that. We are going to to right...oh...I know it ...It is terrible, but that is what we're going to do.
You got it? Good girl! Uh-oh. Want to get it again? Good girl!
Excellent ! It is an early crawling skill to be able to prop on the side and play.

New Year's Day Guided Meditation - Duration: 12:52.
Before meditating, try to notice any contractions in your body and posture
and relax them. Then follow the breath with the continuity so you can catch
those gaps in mindfulness where the mind throws up some feeding suggestions.
Try to catch any labels and notice any addictive feelings associated with them.
Most of the time there are things you have fed on many times in the past.
This is where people can get locked in with shame and recrimination. This leads to
that lower part of the mind to give up looking for new objects, and to pursue
the same old ones.
Instead keep feeding on the breath and it's delicious freshness. Really treat it
like savoring food, while maintaining your continuity of the breath.
Now keep feeding until you feel satiated. You may notice that when you stop, the
mind wants to go back and feed on those same old things again. Just accept how
the mind is habituated and continue feeding on the breath.
Try to keep feeding long enough so that the mind starts to let go of those
thought labels. This may take some time depending how strong the craving is. This
is especially true if you're daydreaming with relish on those old images. The
intention is encouraged with elaborating on those old thoughts, and the intention
then gets fixed, and it becomes harder to let go. You have to go back to the breath
and stay there with continuity for a long time. This is why catching
intentions earlier makes it easier to meditate.
Now unless you want to be a monk you may want to feed on objects that are just
fine in your environment. Many people are secular meditators and want to enjoy
worldly pleasures in moderation. There are other options. When the mind brings
up an old label to chew on, stay with the pleasure of the breath as a bridge, but
now introduce labels with the negative aspects of those desires the habitual
label is associated with. Think of how the body will be affected by feeding on
that object person or situation, then think of a better object person or
situation.
As you bring up the better object, there will be some resistance, and the
old labels get thrown up again to the forefront. This is why enjoying the
breath with the same attitude as when you anticipate eating a good healthy
meal is important. Think of freshness! Especially when you think of going out
of your comfort zone. This new object is now your new meditation object.
Put your mind on the fresh delicious aspects of this healthier image and use
the breath when you fall off the image. You can put this method on good or bad
people, good or bad objects, and good or bad situations. A form of meditative
self-regulation and imagery practice.
Let the natural interest motivate you to take action.
Here's a quote from Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi:
Because every time you've controlled your consciousness you've achieved your goal. It's a feedback loop you control so it's
less stressful than trying to control outcomes that involve causes and effects
that you don't control. It facilitates what in psychology is
called Mastery or Learning Orientation. Your goal is to learn, not to control
everything. Dwelling with concentration on negative
self measurements, and the envy to "be somebody" and "right now," is the main
obstacle to stable concentration and low. It can lead to feeding on pride
with the small attainments in your concentration before you've stayed with
the breath long enough to gain more relief and pleasure. It comes from the
internal commentator that will interrupt your meditation and feed too quickly.
You're getting feedback from the breath by every successful awareness of the in
and out breath, so if you feed too quickly, just come back to the breath or
the object and enjoy the details and opportunities as you engage with them,
restarting the feedback loop. Csikszentmihalyi asks...
The answer is interacting with the breath in concentration or interacting with your
goal and chosen activity. It's the interaction, not the commentary where the
magic is. Any time your brain stops and says "what now?"
the answer is interacting with the breath or some resolution you made in
the past. You can always bring it back to consciousness and start again.
