I think we can both agree that 2018 has been quite the year.
We have put out almost two hundred and fifty videos.
Now, gentlemen, that's a lot of content which led me to the question, what were the
best videos we put out this year.
In today's video, gents, I'm counting down the top twenty five videos of 2018.
[Music] Let's start things off with some honorable
mentions.
First up, we've got my most popular video of 2018, almost five million views, Stop Cutting
Your Fingernails Wrong.
Who knew that there was this much hunger for this type of video.
Up next, How to Wash Your Hair or maybe How to Wipe your [bleeping sound].
And speaking of backsides, my next video, Wear This and Get Your Butt Kicked, Stolen
Valor and The Consequences of Wearing Things You Shouldn't.
Now, gents, I had a lot of fun with this video because I got to talk about something I don't
think a lot of style vloggers can talk about.
And, by the way, all these videos I am going to link to down in the description, so when
you want to check them out after this video, go do it.
The next honorable mention is Are Tattoos Really Attractive, the signs about the placement
and they type of tattoos.
This one was really fun because one thing I love at Real Men Real Style is getting into
the signs getting into the details, being able to talk about things in ways that most
people don't.
The next honorable mention for me, Ten Tips to Walk with Confidence.
It's a great video about what really sets us apart is we're starting to use more B-roll
here at Real Men Real Style.
This is one which I brought in a videographer and one thing I'm doing is I'm trying
to push myself outside of the comfort zone creating new types of video better content
for you.
The next honorable mention is How to Shut Down Style Critics.
I did this as an interview with Raphael over at Gentlemen's Gazette, a great friend of
mine.
And, what I love about this video is it had some great stuff, great content.
It didn't actually require a lot of work and I love trying to bring in other experts.
So, you're going to see that a lot more from Real Men Real Style in 2019.
All right, gents, so coming in at number twenty five, we've got Short Men Style Tips: How
to Dress Taller.
And it doesn't matter honestly if you're taller if you're short if you are big, if
you're small, you're going to get value from this video because I brought in and I
explained proportions.
You see, if you don't understand proportions in menswear, things are always going to be
off with your outfits.
This video did a great job and I think really covered the topic well.
Coming in at number twenty four, we've got Ten Tiny Mistakes that are Going to Destroy
Your Expensive Watch.
I was really proud of this one.
I did a lot of research.
People reached out to me and say, Antonio, I had no idea I was damaging my expensive
watch.
So, this one was great because I feel we put out a lot of unique information which you
can't find anywhere else.
Next up, I've got How and Where to Apply Fragrance Correctly.
So, this was actually relatively simple video, got a lot of views, and, again, we laid out
information in a way that people wanted it.
So, it wasn't like I was saying anything new, but we had brought together some of the
best information.
I put it out in a format that people just really absorb, we were to the point, we laid
it out, we had diagrams we had information, we link to infographics and I know that when
someone finds that video, they're going to come away with a much better knowledge
of how to apply fragrance correctly.
Now, really quick I want to give an honorable mention to Ten Colognes that Women Love on
a Man.
I had a lot of fun with this video and I felt it tied right in, but I didn't want to have
two fragrance videos in this top twenty five.
Next up, I've got Fifteen Pant Styles Every Man Needs.
So, who knew that there were fifteen types, there's actually a lot more than this, but
I wanted to keep it to ones that are practical ones that men in 2018, 2019 would actually
wear.
But, I think we did a great job of laying out a lot of guys love when we talked about
the difference between chinos and khakis.
Next up, we've got Blue Versus Gray Suits: Which One is Better?
Now, the question seems very simple, but when you look at it and you start to understand
all the details that go into the different types of suits how they complement different
colors and different ages, it actually becomes a more complex questions.
And things like this where I have a lot of fun at Real Men Real Style where I can teach
you that these small details and understanding the nuance of style and still be able to keep
your attention which I think we did with this video.
Coming in at number twenty, I'm going to go ahead and combine two videos right here.
I've got Ten Frugal Fashion Hacks and How to Look Stylish without Robbing a Bank.
In both of these videos, I talked about how not to spend much money and to look great.
Next up, we've got The Ultimate Guide to Leather.
So, this one I went into a lot of detail.
I explained the different tiers of leather from one, two, three, and four, where they're
going to be used, what to look for in these types of leathers.
And this also linked over to my infographic that went into tons of detail.
Again, I know you guys love these really detailed videos and we deliver the goods on this ultimate
guide to leather.
Next up, we've got Pattern Matching Made Simple.
I love videos like this because I take something a lot of guys are scared of, they're just
-- they don't understand how it all works together and when you mix in texture, you
can bring in colors and then you've got all these complex patterns, how do you actually
make it work?
Guys, in this video, we took a very I think kind of complex subject and made it simple.
So, go check it out, guys, if you haven't already.

got How to Wear Something New and Stand Out from the Crowd.
In this video, I wear a bowtie which is notable because I have never worn a bowtie in any
of my other videos.
But, I do think the bowtie is one of many items that you can wear that's classic,
should be the man's wardrobe and can help him stand out in a crowded market.
Now, this next video I had a lot of fun with, Five Pieces with Extreme Attitude.
Most men when they wear clothing, it's because they have to.
They don't wear pieces that really express who they are or pieces that really have attitude
with them and that's what I try to hit on with this video that you can wear these pieces
and you can really stand out from the crowd by letting them express who you are.
Now, let's talk about your hair, Three Steps to the Perfect Haircut.
I had a lot of fun with this video if you go watch it, very well laid out.
And the back story with this video is I was in Atlanta just hanging out with Aaron Marino,
we went inside his barber, Christian, who now is my barber whenever I'm in Atlanta.
We ended up taking all the B-roll, I did a voice-over and it came out really, really
well.
Next up, I've got, Stop Dressing Like a Child: Nine Clothing Mistakes that Men Make.
And this one is important because a lot of guys they have one thing that they're wearing
that just totally sinks the outfit.
Hopefully by watching this video, you're able to avoid that problem.
Next up, I've got the Ultimate Guide to Buying the Perfect Suit for You.
This video was over twenty minutes long.
I cover the style pyramid; fit, fabric, and function in a lot of detail, show a number
of examples.
But if you're looking to buy a suit, this is the video you want to watch.
So, the next video on my list is Ten Books that Every Successful Men Should Read, But
Most Men Don't Even Know Exist.
And that's where I had fun with these videos is I go off and I do some research, I find
books that I know are life-changing, but most guys haven't heard of.
So, I try to bring them to your attention so that you can find that book, read it and,
yes, be on the path to success.
The next video on my list, Bad Table Manner Mistakes That Are Making You Look Like an
Idiot.
Now, a little bit of trivia here.
I learned my table manners not only from my mother, but also in the Marine Corps of all
places.
We actually had to go through a class in which they taught us dining etiquette.
And, it's funny at the time, I thought it was a complete waste.
But, here's the deal.
You eat three times a day and a lot of the most important meetings you're going to
have are going to be over a meal, getting to know somebody and they're going to judge
you based of how you eat.
So, this video, very important, something that every man needs to watch.
Next up, we've got Don't Stare: Twenty One Eye Contact Mistakes.
I created this video specifically for the guys out there because let's just face it,
guys, sometimes we get caught staring and it's like what do you do?
So, I had fun with this video and we talked about things that you need to avoid with eye
contact and things that you should do more of.
Next up, I got Public Presentation Tips to Dominate the Stage.
Basically, the mistakes you want to avoid when you're public speaking.
They say public speaking is the thing that people fear most.
I'm not sure about that, but I do know that I've had to jump on multiple stages and
I take my own experience with some of the best tips I've learned, put them all together
in this video for you.
The next video on my list is How to Introduce Yourself Appropriately.
So, a little bit of trivia on this one.
My daughter Lana gave me the idea as I was heading out to work and I filmed it that day.
I thought it was something I haven't covered for awhile, but we talked about introductions
how to basically be memorable.
It's a great video if you are out there trying to network trying to get to know people,
you want to watch this one.
The next video on this list, Ten Steps to the Perfect Morning Routine.
And, to be transparent, there is no perfect morning routine, but what there is is something
that you go after.
There is an ideal that you strive for every single day and that's what I really hit
on this video.
I lay out my perfect morning routine.
What I shoot for, normally I'm hitting about 70, 80%, sometimes I only hit 20%, but it's
about going after it and knowing that, hey, I may never achieved perfection, but when
I constantly go after it, I'm going to get better every single day.
Now, this next video ties right into that last one and that is How to Wake Up at 5:00
AM.
This video, I had a lot of fun with and I can tell you that when you start to wake up
early, it's going to change your life.
Now, the elephant in the room is why wake up early?
I talk about this in the video, but really it's about having time for yourself, freeing
up that time to be selfish and to focus in on your self-development.
All right, gents, we're about to enter the top five videos of 2018.

So, coming in at number five, I've got Seven Success Secrets: How to Double Your Pay without
Getting a Degree.
I'm putting this one really high because I think so many people have this mind block
that to have success I've got to get a degree, I've got to get a second degree, I've
got to go back to school.
And when you don't have time to do that, one, you feel, oh, I guess I'm never going
to be successful.
And, also, when you do it nowadays, there's no guarantee of success.
Maybe twenty years ago, a degree promised certain things, but nowadays, it only promises
student loan debt.
So, I really wanted to put the importance on looking at other options out there.
Coming in at number four, I've got Build Your Confidence and Conquer Self-Doubt.
So many of you guys just you listen to that inner critic.
And here's the deal, if you keep feeding that inner critic, he's going to get stronger
and stronger and is going to continue to push down your confidence.
You've to figure out, you've got to learn you've got to surround yourself with people
who are going to help to build you up.
That's what I cover in this video.

$100 billion of that spending will be totally wasted, or as economists like to say,

Yale economist Joel Waldfogel — conducting serious science — wrote a famous article that
estimated that between one-tenth and one-third of holiday gift-giving is mismatched
compared to a cash gift. Waldfogel finds further support from economist Steven Landsburg,
who says he's not sure why people give each other store-bought gifts like clothing instead of cash,
because cash is never the wrong size or color. So, clearly cash is always
the most efficient gift. But if cash seems too impersonal,
consider the next most economically efficient gift — a gift card.

Yeah now I say that out loud, Christmas is kind of weird isn't it?
So while I love Christmas, today we're going to talk about some of the weird things
we do to celebrate it.
Which is a lot of things.
Boy do we do a lot of weird things.
So let's start by talking about Christmas trees.
You know how trees usually grow outside and that's one of the main thing they do?
Well throw that logic out the window because for some reason at Christmas we decide to
just take these trees and put them in our houses.
Because what's more Christmassy than a tree.
Genius.
But let's talk about possibly the strangest part of Christmas, the fact we sing songs
about a fat man in red flying around delivering presents on
oh I don't know
a sleigh pulled by 8 reindeer.
You know.
Reindeer.
Those creatures which are well known for being able to fly.
But yeah, back to Santa, it's
a bit creepy how he apparently "sees you when you're sleeping" isn't it?
I mean, how does he do that?
Does he watch me all the time?
When I'm in the toilet?
Oh no.
And you know, that whole thing about him coming down the chimney is a bit odd as well.
I mean… why?
There is a door just there, you know, that you could walk through that if you wanted
like a NORMAL person.
Look, even though some of the things we do to celebrate Christmas are a bit weird,
I really do love it and, I would just like to say I hope you have a very merry christmas
and a happy new year.

The Superheterodyne Radio: No really, that's its name - Duration: 12:31.
Yeah. It's a great word, isn't it?
It may not seem like it, but even an antique radio like this has to overcome a pretty significant
problem before it can become…
a radio.
See, like any radio, I can choose to listen to
different stations by just touching that dial, and just like that the radio is able to zero
in on a single frequency and allow me to listen to…
just that station.
But have you ever stopped to think about how it's doing that?
Right now the radio is being bombarded by electromagnetic radiation, the vast majority
of which it can't do anything with. Sure, when it was made, it just had to deal with
AM radio signals for the most part, but soon came FM, Television, microwave transmissions,
cell phones, WiFi, and the list goes on. And yet, it still functions perfectly as an AM radio.

It's able to toss out all of that nonsense
and focus on just what I want it to focus on.
To do that - and to do that well - it's being a lot more clever than at first you
might imagine. Obviously it has the ability to tune into one frequency - and thus tune
out the rest. But you might be surprised to learn that it goes beyond being selective
in the frequencies it receives. What it's actually doing is creating a second frequency
of its own, mixing that with all the incoming signals, and the resulting composite signal
is then filtered and amplified.
That's what superheterodyne means -
it's not just a flowery marketing term like "Spectrohydramagnetic,"
it actually comes from supersonic heterodyne. Supersonic means that it's above the human
hearing range.
Today we'd be more likely to call it ultrasonic
but it was the 1900's and
radios were getting
CRAZY!
Hetero means different, and dyne means frequency. So it's a super (ultra) sonic
frequency that's different.
OK, how does that help?
It helps through creating an intermediary beat frequency. A beat frequency is what happens
when two dissimilar frequencies cause interference with one another. To demonstrate, I've placed
these two speakers in front of me, facing each other. This one is playing a 400 hz tone,
and the other is playing a 401 hz tone.
Notice how the sound appears to fade in and out once per second.

On their own, they sound pretty
much exactly the same. But together, that slight misalignment of their frequencies is
producing a beat.
And the frequency of that beat is determined by the difference between the two frequencies.
The beat occurred once per second because there was a discrepancy of one hertz.
Hert?
Increase the frequency from 401 to 404,
and the frequency of this speaker could not be found.
I'm just kidding,
Internet humor!
Now, since there's a difference of four
hertz, that beat frequency becomes four hertz.

To see what's happening, I'll make the same tones in Audacity and put them next to
each other. If we zoom in on the waveforms, we can see that they're not quite aligned.
If we were to add them together, at some points they combine to make a larger amplitude. That's
constructive interference. At others they combine to actually zero out the signal.
That's destructive interference. When I actually combine them, we end up with a new waveform
that is pulsing 4 times per second.

The real fun comes when we get into higher frequencies. This speaker is playing a tone
at 5,000 hertz or 5 kilohertz. This one will play at 5,400 hertz, or 5.4 kilohertz.

The principle of constructive and destructive interference producing a new signal at a different
frequency also applies to radio waves. If you inject a signal that is, say, 100 kilohertz
offset from another, it will produce a beat frequency of 100 kilohertz. Can you see how
that might be useful? Let's go back to the radio.
Say we want to tune to 780 AM, that's 780 kilohertz.
One way to do that would be to create a filter which can block out every
frequency that isn't 780 kilohertz.
Now, we can do that, but to design a filter that can shift which frequency it lets through
(and thus allows you to tune the radio) is tricky. It was done before, and until the
invention of the superheterodyne radio receiver in 1917/18/20, that was essentially how all
radios worked. But the trouble was that these filters weren't that precise, and because
of that the radio wouldn't be all that sensitive. Competing signals at similar frequencies might
blend together, and the signals themselves would have to be pretty strong in order for
the radio to pick them up. It was always a tradeoff between the precision of the filter,
and the strength of the received signal.
Further complicating things, these early radios also had trouble processing the signals themselves.
The amplification circuitry of the day didn't like dealing with the (at the time) very high
frequency of radio signals, as it was hard to design a vacuum tube that could effectively
amplify these signals in order to produce audible sound.
But what if instead of trying to design a radio that works in radio's frequency range,
we take a completely different approach? What if we design a filter that looks for just
one specific frequency, AND we put that frequency outside the normal broadcast range? That would
solve the interference and signal strength problems, and if we were able to lower the
frequency of the signal, the radio could amplify it and make sound more easily. Additionally,
we could make the filter more precise because it is set to a fixed frequency rather than
needing to move around as the radio is tuned.
And that's what superheterodyne radios do. Take a look at the schematic for this radio,
a Philco 42-PT-7, and you'll notice it says intermediate frequency: 455 K. C. This stood
for kilocycles, which is another word for kilohertz. I like these old schematics because
they often contain outdated terms, like how what today we call capacitors were then called
condensers.
Anyway, what this means is that, in a way, this radio is always tuned to 455 kilohertz.
Now that may seem pretty useless, but it's actually genius. See, this tube here, which
is a pentagrid converter tube, is able to generate its own sine wave output at whatever
frequency we like. This component here, called the tuning capacitor, works with the tube
to change the frequency it generates as the plates move in and out (which therefore changes
its capacitance value). By turning the tuning knob, the capacitance value of this component
changes, and this in turn increases or decreases the frequency being generated by the oscillator tube.
If we want to tune to 780 AM, we can take all of the incoming signals, mix them together,
and inject a sine wave at 1,235 kilohertz. The interference between our desired frequency,
780, and the frequency we're injecting, 1,235, will produce a beat frequency at 455
kilohertz. And, since this tube here, the intermediate frequency amplifier, is tuned
to only pass through signals at 455 kilohertz, this newly created composite signal will pass
right through it. It then gets rectified by the detector tube, amplified by the output
tube, and with the help of some other smoothing capacitors, the resulting output gets sent
to the loudspeaker, and we get audible sound.
See how cool this is? We don't have to change the frequency we're looking for in order
to change which frequency we receive. By modifying the frequency that we inject into the mix,
we can single one out because the combined signals will produce beat interference which
will pass right through our intermediary filter.
It's science!
It's math!
It's fantastic!
But, this isn't to say that we can just inject a signal and everything is fine and dandy.
There's one slight problem.
See, if we inject our 1,235 kilohertz signal without
doing any other filtering, we'll actually get beat frequencies from two incoming frequencies.
One from 780 kilohertz, and the other from 1,690 kilohertz. Both of these are 455 kilohertz
away from the frequency we're injecting. So, the radio will typically need some other filtering
on its input to block out one of these frequencies,
and thus prevent the second signal from coming through.
That second signal is often called an image, because it's analogous to a mirror
image of the intended frequency - flipped across the axis of the injected frequency.
This first filter doesn't need to be precise, but it does need to move with the tuning dial.
Otherwise, the radio couldn't receive the full frequency range. If you take a look at
the schematic, you can see that the tuning condenser (slash capacitor) takes a role in
two places - it functions both as a filter on the antenna and as a generator of sorts
for the oscillator tube. But to be clear - that first filter is really sloppy. It just has
to block out frequencies that are some 400 kilohertz or further away from the local oscillator's
frequency.
Now some of you might be asking, how can we change the frequency of the signal without
affecting the sound? Well, that has to do with the way the signal is actually encoded.
Remember, the frequency of the radio signal is simply a carrier. For amplitude modulation,
it's the overall intensity of the signal over time that encodes sound. So we can shift
the carrier frequency up and down, without actually changing the information that it
carries. The beat frequency generated by the mixing of the signals will follow the same
exact pattern as the original carrier wave.
The superheterodyne radio receiver solved one of the fundamental problems of radio in
a very clever way. It proved to be such a good method of isolating frequencies that
it became the de facto tuner design for many decades, continuing into the television age
and through the transistorization of radio,
though these days tuning is largely done with software.
It wasn't perfect though. The presence of a local oscillator in the radio meant that
it created a bit of electromagnetic radiation of its own, which could interfere with other
radios nearby. To be fair, nearby usually meant within the same room, but it's only
fair to say that there were downsides to this approach. Still, thanks to the Superhet as
it's sometimes called, tuning to your favorite station became a piece of cake.

description for I usually do and it this is basically the site folks I mean look
at this not too much to it the only thing you may want to look at is the fa
Q's otherwise most of the information will be on your app stores or your app
pages now here's the Apple one and there's the Google let's check out the
Google one now this here just want you to notice it's four star rating
it says seventy-five thousand four hundred sixty-nine downloads thus far so
that actually tells me it's probably pretty reputable here's a couple
screenshots one thing I want to mention to you you don't get paid cash with this
okay you get paid in gift cards but it's still good gift cards and for Google
Play you get paid with Amazon gift cards and with Apple you get paid with iTune
iTunes gift cards they don't give you the Amazon I was looking through the
page here and I didn't see anything about Amazon everything they pay out as
far as I can see is just iTunes cards for your ISO s and your Apple phones so
let's get into the nitty-gritty here look at let's look at this review 4.1

resolved since they've done this there was a a change in the app I believe it
was late November mid November and since then I've read a lot of comments here
I've gone through a whole bunch of them and they basically are saying people are
having trouble getting their money not that they're not going to get their
money but it's not as quick and easy as it used to be and from some people that
I've read it's this been solved so I just want to make you aware of that if
you're on the Android phone that seems to be some sort of an issue or at least
it was in the early part of December so be aware of that
you may want to depending on when you watch this video check out the comments
section again and see it's actually worked or updated and
people aren't having problems anymore but I did see a couple people in here
it's basically say that there really is no more problems and it's fixed but I
would still check it out for myself if I were you because I read one comment in
there some lady we should have gotten paid $300 and she only got paid 50 bucks
and they held back on her the rest of the money until this glitch got fixed so
I'm assuming that it's fixed now but that's a lot of money to kind of hold
out there in limbo especially you know for people in the Christmas season who
want that money that they want to spend to buy somebody something but now we're
coming coming up on the slow season salt might not meet no matter as much to you
but I think you should know about that now as far as the Apple or ISO I see no
problems on that whatsoever and they basically have the same rating as well
for point one out of five out of 7,000 ratings which is really good
like I said they pay with iTune cards and the androids pay with Amazon cards
so I think that's really important to know as well now let's see here now this
here is actually very simple it basically gives you an idea of the
screen shot you're gonna see here someone who's made $50 they are able to
cash out a $10 Amazon gift card so I'm assuming you can get it in $10 $20 $20
and $25 increments on Amazon gift cards if you so choose you would have to look
into the details for that one because they don't let you have that unless you
actually have the app and they've actually made enough money to actually
may have that option I'm not going to get involved with this because I'm much
more about the passive income kind of deal and the funny thing is I did
another survey video not too long ago I did it was tell what and sometimes when
I'm doing these survey things I'm kind of like I don't know if I really should
do them because it's not really working at home it's just making a couple extra
bucks from my comfort of your house right I actually people on Instagram
message me basically thanking me about the tell what video that I just did last
week of the week before because they love it and they're making a lot of
money on it so I'm like okay great well I guess I'll do the survey things as
long as I think they'll legit and you can make pretty good money and one of
the comments I saw down below when she said she made $300 and it took her a
while to get it but she finally got I was just like okay that's legit money
if you can make $300 on this that's fantastic now one of the great things
about quick thoughts is is this it's not available in all countries okay but it
is available in a lot of countries so before you sign up find out particularly
what country they cover if you don't know contact them through customer
service or download the app and see if you have the you know don't even waste
your time with customer service al-qaida's download the app and try it
save yourself a lot of time and worry about talking back and forth just put
the app on your phone if it doesn't work for you and you're in the country that
you're in just delete the app okay but the great thing about this survey site
is is this and I've actually whenever you're doing things like user feel user
testing try my UI for example you always have to take a preliminary test and to
see if you fit the demographics that they're looking for for the surveys that
they want you to take the great thing about this site versus a lot of other
survey sites or tasks that you have to do online for the previous websites I
just mentioned they don't pay you you have to go through a little of a
preliminary which is basically maybe five extra questions that you that they
asked you to see if you qualify for the survey that you want to do this site
even if you don't pass the survey or the demographics that they want to finish a
particular survey you get paid 10 cents no matter what now there's a lot of
money no are you gonna get rich doing it no but the fact that you even make any
money at all and you don't even have to complete a survey that it actually says
a lot about the company that's actually administering this this app so I think
that's something that's actually really a positive thing to say about a company
keeping that in mind most surveys on this app will pay you three dollars per
survey that's the average okay and there are certain things they might ask you to
do if you so choose which basically is like this and it comes down to here
find a survey that's not the one I want local missions a local mission is
basically once I did a swarm mind swarms they had me or they
asked me to go to a Kentucky Fried Chicken and order a certain type of
Kentucky Fried Chicken and try it and give them a reaction and all this other
kind of thing they might ask you to do locally in your area to go to a Burger
King McDonald's anything that's you know that it's curious about what your take
is on their food and their service and all that and do it and eat their food go
through the whole experience and then do a survey on it for those kind of surveys
if you so choose to take them you'll get paid five dollars a serving so let's
just say you know you get a survey in you know Monday right and the survey
lasts a week or two if you go out Friday Saturday or Sunday or the weekend or
whenever you go get fast food heck you can make five bucks if you're going to
there anyway take the you know say you're gonna do the survey eat the food
and then the sooner you're done eating the food fill out the survey maybe five
bucks you just made your money back for the money you spent on the fast food
right so it's something to keep in mind and you have to have a minimum of ten
dollars in your account in order to cash out okay and obviously with that kind of
money three dollars per survey honestly you should probably make that in no time
that's actually pretty good if you ask me that's really good I think it's a
nice little thing for you to do if you want to make some extra cash for
yourself right it doesn't hurt to in if you can make three hundred dollars just
putz it around doing some surveys that's no small change so that's all I have for

Today I cook a dish with mutton. This dish comes from a Georgian restaurant, and I'm trying to restore the taste of this dish.
Cut mutton leg into pieces.
Cut half an onion into dices.
Garlic chopped.
Cut tomatoes in half.

star anise,bay leaf,Basil,Herbs,White pepper,Mixed Herbs,Cumin powder
Pour the olive oil
Stir-fry onions and garlic until they discolor.
Pour the tomatoes
Add mutton.

A spoonful of oyster sauce
Two spoonfuls of white vinegar
It can makes mutton stew faster
Half spoonful soy sauce

Add 200ml water

Leeds news: Paul Heckingbottom reveals truth behind controversial Barnsley exit EXCLUSIVE - Duration: 3:22.
Barnsley were relegated from the Championship last season after being rocked by the news that their manager had joined their Yorkshire rivals
The announcement came just three days after Heckingbottom signed a contract extension with the club
Despite hovering just about the relegation zone, his achievements over the course of the previous year at Oakwell could not be ignored
He guided the Tykes to promotion after an emphatic 3-1 victory over Millwall at Wembley back in 2016 and won the Johnstone's Paint Trophy by beating Oxford United 3-2
Leeds paid Barnsley £500,000 to activate a release clause in Heckingbottom's new contract so that he could replace the departing Thomas Christiansen
In an exclusive interview with Express Sport, the 41-year-old revealed the truth behind his swift exit
"In terms of my time there it was fantastic, everyone knows I played there and to get there as a coach," he said
"Everything sort of runs its time, that's what happened at Barnsley. Lots of things changed, I didn't really have any value there
"You've got to feel valued and wanted and like you're making a difference. It was beginning to feel like I wasn't so you look for different challenges, there were opportunities where I could have gone somewhere else before that but I didn't want to
" Heckingbottom knew that the next opportunity that became available would mark the end of his 18-month stint with the club that he represented as a player
"There became a point where myself, family and people I'm close to knew that next time there was an opportunity I would want to go," he added
"It didn't need to happen [Barnsley going down], I look at the mistakes made all the time, you're accountable as a head coach and so are the players, you're actions are judged
It's not always necessarily people that are in the public eye. "When are club are successful a lot of it is down to people behind the scenes
"My time was done and I moved on, there was no need for Barnsley to go down but they have if they can get back up this season they'll be stronger for it
" Heckingbottom insists that Barnsley still remain close to his heart just over six months after being sacked by Leeds
The former defender has been taking a break from football but is now ready to return to management should the right opportunity become available
