so today! tadaa! its pretty well the end of the year already
the time between Xmas and the new year is such a wonderful time of year
what will you all be doing to celebrate the new year?
I'll be celebrating with some 'omisoka' like food
lets get cookin
this is how its made I'm sure Y'all already know what food we have for omisoka
but I'll be making some toppings for it right now
remove moisture from the tarako with some paper towel
wrap in ooba leaf and pin with toothpicks
coat in tempura powder mix
make batter flour ice water
mix
add the mentaiko egg
once the oil has reached temps
fry the mentaiko
time to make the kakiage (tempura mix)
thinly slice the carrot
onion
ooba leaf
pickled ginger dried shrimp
add the batter and then make the kakiage
once its covered in batter use some seaweed
take our mix and put it on the seaweed
tadaa we now fry this
a kakiage that took the whole pan to make
next up egg tempura
dip the seasoned egg into the batter
fry the eggs
be careful not to drop them
once the batter has crisped its done

I'll make 10 portions worth
add the broth to a bowl and add the noodles
since I love tororo I'll be using this 'tororoimo" yam (grated yam/tater)
these tororo soba are so yummy arent they
top with the kakiage we made earlier

its super heavy... the noodles are heavy on their own but its also got so much tempura weighing it down as well
its so jam packed with ingredients its gonna be so yummy
this is some amazake I love this stuff so much
very new yearsy' meal itadakimasu
lets kick things off with the large kakiage
its been sitting for so long that its kinda soggy
yummy the ginger is so good
its so packed with yummy veggies I love kakiage so much
the seaweed is very tasty the seaweed serves to
it also helps give shape to the tempura ... not only does it do that but it tastes good as well
its so goopy now
we are having new years soba so lets give it a try now
I love tororo soba

I love the crispy exterior with the eggs that pop in your mouth
its a great snacks as well

if you don't eat this quickly the toppings will all get soggy
this one kept its shape better.... and it fell apart as I said that

it was jam packed with all sorts of deep fried things it was definitely something that I liked
this is the first time I've tried mentaiko tempura it was so EZ to make and yummy
when you make the kakiage on top of seaweed it helps aid you in making 1 giant portion of it
it was a bummer when it got all soft and soggy when I put it onto the soba though

so today! tadaa! its pretty well the end of the year already
the time between Xmas and the new year is such a wonderful time of year
what will you all be doing to celebrate the new year?
I'll be celebrating with some 'omisoka' like food
lets get cookin
this is how its made I'm sure Y'all already know what food we have for omisoka
but I'll be making some toppings for it right now
remove moisture from the tarako with some paper towel
wrap in ooba leaf and pin with toothpicks
coat in tempura powder mix
make batter flour ice water
mix
add the mentaiko egg
once the oil has reached temps
fry the mentaiko
time to make the kakiage (tempura mix)
thinly slice the carrot
onion
ooba leaf
pickled ginger dried shrimp
add the batter and then make the kakiage
once its covered in batter use some seaweed
take our mix and put it on the seaweed
tadaa we now fry this
a kakiage that took the whole pan to make
next up egg tempura
dip the seasoned egg into the batter
fry the eggs
be careful not to drop them
once the batter has crisped its done
soba
I'll make 10 portions worth
add the broth to a bowl and add the noodles
since I love tororo I'll be using this 'tororoimo" yam (grated yam/tater)
these tororo soba are so yummy arent they
top with the kakiage we made earlier
we got this little one as well

kamaboko fish cake
eggs and lastly the onion

its the new years soba made by "calorienist"
its super heavy... the noodles are heavy on their own but its also got so much tempura weighing it down as well

it also helps give shape to the tempura ... not only does it do that but it tastes good as well

we are having new years soba so lets give it a try now

this is the first time I've tried mentaiko tempura it was so EZ to make and yummy
when you make the kakiage on top of seaweed it helps aid you in making 1 giant portion of it
it was a bummer when it got all soft and soggy when I put it onto the soba though

This is a part of my daily routine and it's something that I really look forward to every morning when I wake up easily
Starting the day with that one-minute appreciation finding the thing s that I can find
Right then and there to appreciate and it's fun every day that my mind immediately goes there
It becomes a habit as you rewire your brain, like we talked about and if you want to take it a step further
which I know a lot of you guys do meditation is something that really can unlock the all the
Inspiration and awarenesses from the universe
They can come to you in rapid order a lot of the inspirations that I had for this master's program
came during my daily meditation practice and it doesn't have to be something that is really long and
Really tedious. It should never feel like a chore
It should feel like something that you really are excited about you really enjoying doing
Fifeteen, 20 minutes is really all that is necessary to allow your
vibration allow your energy to go up and up and up and to really
Accomplish what you're setting out to accomplish your intention for the day your intention for your life
And so I've included here which I'm super excited about. You'll see attached to this lesson a
guided meditation that I've done for you and
It's something that really I'm excited about because it's gonna allow you to feel your energy in each part of your body
really as you're waking up because you know
Ideally you want to be doing this in the morning something to start your day is the best time you can also do it before
You go to sleep at night. That's okay, too. It's okay to do it anytime
But just like we talked about because you don't have so much momentum going when you first wake up
So I'm gonna take you through and you're gonna feel your energy in each part of your body
I'm gonna take you from you know from head all the way down through your body and just going the
Feeling that green zone energy and you're just connecting with your energy and connecting with the energy around you
Connecting with the energy in the room connecting with the energy in the universe and as you're connected with that energy
Then we're going to think about our vision
We're gonna think about what we're excited about what we're excited to attract what we're excited to create and as you're thinking about those things
From that energy and you've already become aware of your energy and you've already connected with that energy
It's just gonna be amazing where your mind can go the thoughts that drop into your mind and one thing is for sure
Whenever you're in that Green Zone energy you have thoughts pop into your mind. Those are amazing next steps for your journey
those are things that if you follow through with those or just take the first step on those can lead you to everything that you
Want to be doing having so I'm super excited
For you to go through this meditation and for you to make this a part of your morning routine again
This shouldn't feel like a chore if you already have a really strict routine in the morning
You're going to have to decide I want to wake up,
15, 20 minutes earlier to do my meditation
If that's something that's important to you if you already have a meditation routine if you're already doing this in the morning
There's no reason to change it if it's something that you're excited about and it's working for you
Yeah, you can bring in something different and switch it up a little bit. That's okay, too, but there's no right way
There's no wrong way to meditate. It's really just the most important thing is you're gonna want to get in a comfortable position
You're gonna want to either get to sit in a comfortable chair. Make sure that you're very very comfortable
You don't want to be thinking about your body being uncomfortable
What I have started doing now because it's a kind of universal no matter where I'm traveling to in the world
I keep my feet on the floor and I lay sideways across the bed and
Just let my head rest under a pillow that my arms kind of go out
You know to my side my feet are on the floor
But I'm laying back sideways across the bed and it's just such a relaxing position for me and I can get into meditation
Immediately and I go through this guided meditation
I feel my energy throughout my body and then I always have
Amazing thoughts amazing ideas popping in my mind
About things that I want to be do and have, not trying to make anything happen here of course
I'm just allowing my mind to go wherever it goes
I don't get in the way and if it's just me enjoying feeling my energy and it's just enjoying the peace of the
That's great because every moment that I'm in that peace every moment that I'm in that calm every moment that I'm allowing
Myself to float up and up and up as far as my energy goes. That's just taken me higher and higher and higher up
into that green zone beyond bliss beyond euphoria beyond ecstasy
And that's exactly how any of us would love to start our day
That's how if we start our day like that
Watch for the evidence of the amazing synchronicities the people places the circumstances situations that are going to come into your life on a day-by-day
basis. So excited to be on this journey with you guys
I'm so excited for this meditation practice
If this is something that is new to you, this will dramatically change how you start your day. This will dramatically change
How you live throughout your day and started with that one minute appreciation
Let it lead into a 15 to 20 minute meditation I get up in the morning
I'll tell you I don't just go right from my one minute
Appreciation to the meditation because I don't know if you're the same but I have to use the bathroom when I get up in the morning
So I go to the bathroom
I wash my face
Just to kind of wake me up a little bit and I drink a nice cold glass of water. It makes me feel good
I envision the water just
Purifying my body just going through all my cells my cells getting that enjoyment as I've slept in the night and now
I'm giving myself water for the first time and then I go right to put my
my iPhone headphones in my air pods
and then I put it on the the guided meditation lay in my comfortable position and then I just enjoy the next about
15-20 minutes or so and that starts my day. This is a daily daily routine that I'm excited about

supercharged for a lot of people around the world right now and it is one that can be so much fun and so adventurous if
We allow it to unfold when using all the laws of the universe that we've already discussed just like everything else
all the experiences that we've had up into our life where maybe we didn't have enough money or like oh
I didn't have enough money for this on time enough money for this
I couldn't afford this I couldn't afford this I couldn't afford that I haven't been able to travel
I haven't been able to do all these things
have led us to the point that we are right now and if we're at the point right now where
we desire more money get really really excited that the way the details the how what when where it's
Rapidly coming into your experience because you've already created so much momentum in the desire for more money
so now all we have to do is allow the
How the what to win the where to be attracted to us and at the same time move towards it in that green zone
energy
And if you just know that you don't have to know all the details and you know that the idea
For how you're going to go out there and create more money based off
all the experiences of life that you had until now is going to pop into your head at the most surprising and delighting time and
Once you have that inspired idea if you carry that out in Green Zone energy
It's allowing the momentum to pick up and pick up and pick up not trying to go from
Just getting the idea today to having it all completed tomorrow. It doesn't work that way
All you have to do is incrementally
Create that momentum
Go on your journey being excited about it the whole time knowing that you don't have to have the whole journey figured out right now
but any
idea that we have that pops into our mind when we're in that green zone energy will bring the abundance that you're looking for will bring the
Money that you're looking for if you allow it to be carried out and allow the momentum to go behind you
It happens this way all the time
This is universal law and so get really excited right now
Wherever you stand don't look at your current bank account who cares all that is is all your past
Thoughts beliefs feelings that have led up to this point where you have what's there currently
But the best thing that your current bank account is done for you and all the thoughts actions and beliefs and feelings that you've had
Up until now has shown you a clear picture of what it is that you do desire and you put so much momentum
Behind that desire for more money that all we have to do from here regardless of what your current bank account says
It's irrelevant
as far as where we're going right now is
focus on that clear picture and
Being able to get excited about the things that you want to be doing have the places you want to travel the people you want
to meet the things that you want to do the things that you want to have get excited about all of those let that energy
Pick up that puts you in the green zone
envision yourself
Having those things feel what it'll feel like to have those things right now
Put yourself in that car and drive it around put yourself in that vacation staying in wherever you want to stay and get the energy
Of it feel that because the energy of that
the more that you
Intensify it makes you a magnet and it brings it to you and it brings the idea as far as how it's gonna all happen
How it's going to unfold even quicker the more that you can feel that energy
So wake up in the day do your one-minute appreciation challenge be feeling the things that you appreciate now
there's so many things and then allow your brain to drop ideas into your brain about things that
already are connected to how you've lived your life and the things that you've experienced and the things that you're passionate about and the things that
You can go out there and create and then when those ideas come don't second-guess because all of those ideas
That come to us when we're in that Green Zone energy will work for us if we carry them out in that Green Zone energy
Allowed the momentum to pick up and pick up and pick up not expecting to have all the details of how it's going to happen
Just do what we can do with what we have from where we are
Do what you can do with what you have from where you are
take the first step and allow the momentum to carry you to the second step and the second step and the second step and
Beyond and that is how it always works we can be doing have anything
Finances can be fun finances is fun
It's an adventure if we allow it to unfold and not worry about how it's gonna happen when it's gonna happen
Who's gonna bring it to us?
Where's the idea gonna come from what its gonna look like? All that does is keep it away from us
All that doesn't slow it down when we try to figure out all those details and we've talked about that a lot
that is the biggest thing that I see people being slowed by is hows' the
Dreaded the dreaded the dreaded how's of how my life is gonna unfold instead of just allowing it to unfold
Knowing that all that we can control is our energy making sure that we right now in this moment enjoy this moment as much humanly
possible in that
energy
and then we allow the momentum to carry us to all those how's and they will come rapidly and the momentum will feel it and
As the momentum picks up just enjoy it and when you see the evidence when you get that idea pop in your mind be super
Appreciative for it just milk it milk it milk it get really excited
and then the next step will come and the next step will come and put as much work into that idea as
You feel excited about right now
Once they get to the point where mentally you're tired and you want to go do something else that else is that's a Green Zone
Activity for you. You want to go outside or you want to spend some time with your family do that
Don't overwork it do as much as you can do while still being in that energy and then put it down put it aside
You're still gonna be excited about it
When you come you come back to it because that's the momentum that's carrying you out and then when you're out there doing other things
You buy ooh
I'm super excited to do this when my project and then you go back to that project with that
Newfound energy and then you put that into it again in that green zone energy and you can take all of these
Experiences that we have in our life and all areas of life and you can use them to just culminate this
Amazing energy and then when you're doing whatever those activities that you're doing at the moment just have complete focus on that activity
Funneling all that energy that you have into that activity and that activity is gonna work out best for you. It's gonna be fun
It's gonna be an amazing time for you for the people that are around you and your life can just be a constant
Unfolding of the next thing and the next thing and the next thing the next idea the next people places circumstances
And it could just be this way forever if we're aware of our energy
We allow the momentum to build have a lot of fun while doing it. I'm so excited for all of us
I'm so excited to be on this journey with all of you guys
Let's all manifest the finances the relationships the health that we all desire. Let's help each other do it
Let's be first an example for everybody around us by doing it ourselves
And then people say how the heck do you have such great health. How the heck do you have such great finances?
How the heck do you have such amazing relationships?
And you say all I do is I focus on my energy making sure that I'm in that green
And I enjoyed this moment as much as something possible and I left the details work themselves out
I don't worry about the how's the what's the whens the where's I just know that everything is working out for me
This is universal law. I'm so excited for all of us. Let's go!
