Welcome to Aichi Prefecture!

Today I've teamed up with Aichi Prefecture

to check out how to ride and bike around this area in central, Japan.

To get there, we're taking a super smooth ride

the magnetic, levitating train called Linimo

and checking out a few stops along the way.

At each stop, I'm doing a survey by bike

checking out what to do and where to eat

around Aichi, in the heart of Japan.

I'm going to go buy my ticket and then we'll get started.

To get here you start at Nagoya station,

then take the Subway Higashiyama Line to Fujigaoka St.

OK, let's go!

We made it to Irigaike Koen Station.

We're first going to check out Cycle Joy.

Bike rentals are pretty popular across Japan,

but at Cycle Joy you can rent them for FREE.

You just need to fill out a brief application, available in English,

to rent a bike for the day.

We made it to the first place. It's a local ramen shop,

but it has a very special flair to everything its serving up.

I got the cheese, curry, soy milk, tan-tan men.

The lunch set also comes with a special side

so I got Italian TKG.

And then there's deep fried gyoza! Who doesn't like that?

I'm going in!

Mmmmmm!

That's a good tantan-men!

Good heat, good cheese, good balance, good eats!

Our main ramen is Tonkotsu (Pork-bone) based.

So It's kind a like the fable , but you are the wolf.

This is the concept of this restaurant.

A-ha, I see.

A lot of rugby players come to eat here

and this town has a lot of study abroad students,

so we get a lot of students, too.

Welcome to the grounds of Iwasaki castle!

If you use a bike like we did you can get pretty close to it off the Linimo,

and from the surrounding areas as well.

We just learned about the history of this castle

that starts in the early 16th century,

there were so many battles and stories about how the castle was turned over between different families

but none of that really known outside of Japan.

In Japan there are these things called TAIGA dramas which is like historical dramas,

and apparently this castle has been skipped over,

but Iwasaki castle has a huge history that you have to come here to see here yourself.

Thanks to the bike we were able to do that today.

Next up, I read there are a bunch of trendy cafes in the area

and decided to check one out along the way.

They have delicious coffee and a full bar,

but they also have some cool desserts,

so I'm getting a little treat after all that bike riding.

We made it to the next station, Ai-chikyuhaku Kinen Koen.

Also it's the home of Aichi Expo Park.

This is one of the hugest and widest attractions.

We're going to be cycling here today, but also,

Aichi Expo Park is a huge space where families can come play,

it's a great date spot, you can go on picnics

and the CYCLING is by far my favorite! You can really see far out from here!

If you ride the Linimo train to the last stop,

you'll arrive at Yakusa station.

From there you can transfer to the Aichi Loop Line and catch a soccer game

or the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Toyota Stadium

or head back towards Nagoya!

I only visited a few spots along the Linimo Line, but let me know in a comment

if there's another spot I should check out next.

Best Bank for Nickel Boxes - Bank Battle Round 6! - Duration: 14:56.

it's time for another nickel bank box battle and this one is round six

hey everybody its Rob with Rob finds treasure we've got another nickel box

battle episode coming right at you it's round six you'll call Wells Fargo

took round one well they tried it with chase chase is taking around it's two

and three by itself and B of A has won the last two the overall leader after five

rounds is chase chase has thirty-one point three points B of A is right on

its heels at 31.1 and Wells Fargo is bringing up the rear at 25.2 I'm curious

to see which of these boxes holds some really cool finds we're kicking it off

with this first Wells Fargo box since they're in last place let's give a

chance to be first at least on the board of fines I've already checked if renders

I don't see anything special let's kick off this battle with this rule right

here rule number three of the Wells Fargo box we found a couple of 54d so

far but we got our first four TS find of the box

it's a 1946 Denver as well and we found our 9 already rule number seven and look

what we got here a 1939 can there be a mint mark

there is not we find a lot of 39 peas when we find 39 s sure be nice to get 39

s or 39 d every once in a while we have found him just not very often

roll number 11 we have found another 40s nickel this one's a 48 Philadelphia roll

over 26 we've got a foreign Canadian nickel in the box 1988 first one of

those they've been a bit broad roll 35 we finally got another 40s nickel here

it's a 1940 on the nose Philadelphia rule 38 got into the 40s

nickel here 1941 San Francisco rule 46 we got a 1947 Denver rule 49 we've got

another 40s nickel and this one's another 47 out of Denver well we

finished that Wells Fargo nickel box we got 13 from the 50s and I guess the best

of the 50s is this 52 s not a bad find we got six in the 40s oldest of the 40's

was in 1940 philadelphia we did get one in the 30s 39p I checked it for the

doubling on the Monticello and the five cents wasn't there

epithet aside 309 s and a Canadian not a lot of good finds no war nickels no V

Nichols and no buffalo nickels however not a bad amount of fines overall I

think B they can do better rolled over for the bank of America box

and we're off to a pretty good start because I see the back of some silver

it's a Philadelphia minted wartime nickel and it's a 45 P can't get mad at

that I guess we'll check the reverses for

some doubling but we're on the board of some silver in the box

roll number 8 guys we got another 40s nickel towards the back of the roll a

1949 d

we'll be checking the 49b for any doublet and I don't see anything worth

mentioning but still 40:19 will take it that's two nickels in

the 40s once a silver rotten rolled over 12 guys and I just laid him out and we

got a yellow one right there and I'm almost certain that's gonna be another

silver 1943 can it be a D it's a forty three P but there is an error variety

with the double I so let's see if he's got a double I yeah it's pretty toasted

it's hard to tell you would see a little doubling right here and I can't tell if

that's it we're gonna go ahead and wipe it down and be right back

well I don't see it guys and like I was saying this little triangle piece here

would be sticking out in front of the bridge of his nose and it's not there at

least for what I can tell still 12 rules in to war nickels deep

rule number 21 we've got ourselves another 40s nickel here how did that

silver war nickels not it's the 47 P instead rule number 30 and

we've got a couple of them here very first one 1948 Philadelphia and then I

saw a few behind it looks like we got a 1940 and it's a 1940 Philadelphia as

well roll over 33 and I think we have two more I see for sure in 1940 in the

front 40 Philadelphia and this one looks pretty old right here it's at 52 old

enough I guess and it's a 52d not a bad year well 38 and I just laid them out

and this one is catching my eye

and it's another or nickel we're gonna have our third war nickel of this Bank

of America box 1944 Denver it's not the 43d but a 44 D is pretty good so we've

got a 43 a 44 and a 45 42 we've got a 1948 Denver with pretty much a hole

punched in it probably a whole roll 43 and check it out a 39 is their mint mark

there is not let's go ahead and check it for the doubling on the Monticello word

and the five cents words don't see any doubling despite the damage so just the

39 but it's a 30s nickel nonetheless and we'll add it to the collection rule 48

guys and this Buffalo would win the hide and go seek of the Year award I didn't

even notice it until I pulled the last nickel awesome and look back up holy cow

there's no information on this whatsoever it is a type 2 not a type 1 I

don't think we're gonna have a mint mark either doesn't appear that there's gonna

be a mint mark on that one as well and without a mint mark and then this better

condition it won't hurt the nic-a-date it and see what it is well guys I've

nic-a-dated it and check this out 1913

we Nic-a-dated using the trusted Nic-a-date and if you don't know what that is

it basically restores the dates on your old nickels the problem with it is once

you use it you're down to about 10 or 20% of the value of the coin now

an undated buffalo in this condition 50 cents to a bucket best anyway so

whenever they're in this battle shape I have to nic-a-date or know what they are

plus I'm still looking for some 1913 type twos so it's a 1913 and it's a type

two because instead of the raised mound it's a flat mound and I went ahead

because obviously I wanted to make sure if it might have had a mid mark on the

back so I went ahead and nic-a-dated the back as well and I think there's a mint

mark I haven't spent enough time looking at it but you can see some elements

between the five in the sense so let me go ahead and look at that and see if I

can pull if that's a D or an S or if I'm just seeing some damage all right guys

I've got my macro lens on here so I'm sorry for the shaking but I don't think

that that damage there is a mint mark it kind of looks like an S in some lights

but we would see more raised elements than that you can see it looks like an S

right there if you look between the E and the C it does have some of the

markings of an S but man my eyes could be playing tricks on me

so I've messed with it long enough guys at this glance it looks like there's no

minute mark I think my eyes are just playing tricks on me

either way it's a 19-13 type - Philadelphia Mint I have one in better

shape than this but still a good find three silvers and a buffalo nickel we

got to finish this roll and we got two more rolls to hunt and we'll see if you

can find anything else well we finished hunting that bf8 nickel box guys and it

was one of my better boxes we got a couple of 59s 3 58's and 2 57's we got 3 55's

3 54's a 1953 we got a sweet 1952

Denver we got a 49 two 48 a 47 to 40s a 39 three

wartime nickels a 1913 type two philadelphia mint buffalo nickel 4 09s

and check out this beautiful 1979 out of denver almost full steps but it's got a

ding across the middle of it as you can see that was a great box one of the best

boxes of the series so far so I'm sure it's gonna score a lot of points to now

chase the leader of the nickels to do better than this which is gonna be tough

well we're on a roll 15 in the chase box we've got no 9 354 s and a 59 so we do

to have some finds but we're finally getting our first 40s nickel of the box

it's not in really good shape either but it's a 1946 and it's one of the finds so

it kicks us off with an early Jefferson role 18 another 40s nickel here this was

a 1948 Philadelphia roll number 30 and we're gonna have our earliest Jefferson

nickel in the box so far it's a 1941 Philadelphia rule 35 found another 42

nickel here 1946 Philadelphia again rule 39 got another 40s nickel right here

1947 Denver roll number 40 guys asking you shall receive but it's a shame just

getting ready to pull this nickel down and saw that I had a buffalo behind it

and it is trashed let's see if it has a mint mark I don't think there's a mint

mark there looks like there's just some excessive damage I mean obviously at

first glance it reminds me of an s and actually that looks like it could be an

it's either be or the damage but that looks like an S right here we won't know

until I to get a little nic-a-date on it so let me go ahead and nic-a-date the

back side of this on the bottom and the front side of this on the bottom and see

if we can pull a date and possibly a mint mark off it otherwise we just got a

trash buffalo well as expected Nic-a-date couldn't help this thing is beyond

help and as far as the back goes you really can't tell if there's an s there

it appears that there's an s between the five cents barely but it's so heavily

scuff that could just be my eyes playing tricks on me with the scuffing to any

extent we'll never be able to identify this one but it is a buffalo nickel and

it is our first of the box it's worth pretty much five cents in the condition

it's in hold on to it though we'll give it a home it's had a rough life and

we'll get back to the box maybe we'll get something else good in there and

something that we actually can see why let's get back to the hunt 42 got

another early Jefferson here 1941 Philadelphia rule 46 we've got another

40s nickel and it's a 1947 Philadelphia as well finish hunting that chase Fox

guys and it did a lot to try to stave off that onslaught of the P of a box but

let's talk about the fines we had 14 in the 50s and the 40's really nothing

fantastic at all couple of 40 ones we did get a buffalo that's unidentifiable

unfortunately so we'll never know what it is but it's still a buffalo for the

points and a couple of oh nine s let me plug in the stats and make it official

to see if B of a a won the box battle and then did it catch enough points up

to pass a chase to take the overall lead alright everyone got the data plugged in

the walls Fargo Bank box scored twenty nine and a half points this round

chase banks scored 31 and a half which is what it's been averaging and BMA

pulled out a third consecutive win with a whopping forty seven and a half points

it's best box so now the overall leader is B they 33.8 points

31.3 for Chase and Wells Fargo's in last at 25.9 we've now officially completed

six full rounds of the Battle of the banks for nickels we have four more

rounds to go to see who the overall winner will be hopefully enjoying the

Battle of the Bank series with the Nichols if you are I'd appreciate a

Celebs That Ditched The Limelight For Low-Key Jobs - Duration: 5:45.

Some of these stars ditched the limelight in favor of low-key lives doing everyday jobs.

Others didn't have a choice, because, well, Hollywood is a cruel and fickle place.

These are the celebs who ended up with totally regular jobs.

Michael Maronna Pete & Pete star Michael Maronna, who starred

on the beloved series as Big Pete, still works in TV, but not in the same capacity.

As he told The Washington Times in 2015: "I'm a best boy electrician on an NBC show

called Shades of Blue.

I do lighting."

Aside from Shades of Blue, which wrapped in August 2018, Maronna has also worked on Elementary,

Nurse Jackie, Men In Black 3, and other films and TV shows as an electrician.

Maronna and his pal Danny Tamberelli, who played little Pete, also lead a podcast called

The Adventures of Danny & Mike.

Of the project, Maronna told The Washington Times:

"The podcast got started at the end of one month when Danny couldn't make rent.

On the 31st he said, 'We should do this podcast.'

Five days later we got Danny some rent money.

And a good couch, a fine, comfortable couch that he can clean every so often."

Clearly, these guys are still hilarious, and at least one of them is happy with their current

situation pursuing everyman endeavors.

Maronna continued: "But we're so damn busy.

I have a full-time job and Dan is busy trying to get that couch together."

Geoffrey Owens The Cosby Show had its reruns pulled from

airwaves in April 2018 in light of allegations against the titular character.

That meant all the actors on the series stopped receiving residuals, including Geoffrey Owens,

who played Bill Cosby's son-in-law, Elvin Tibideaux.

Then, photos of Owens working as a cashier in a Trader Joe's in New Jersey went viral

in September 2018.

"I took a regular job so I could support myself and my family and it all went crazy."

Owens told Good Morning America that while he wasn't ashamed of his job, he kept the

gig quiet because he didn't want the entertainment industry to think he'd quit, revealing:

"I've been teaching, acting, directing for 30-plus years, but it got to a point where

it just didn't add up enough and you gotta do what you gotta do."

And for Owens, taking the side job wasn't a way to step out of show business.

In fact, it was the opposite.

"I wanted a job that I could have some flexibility, try to stay in the business."

Owens received an outpouring of support after the images went viral, including a $25,000

donation from Nicki Minaj and a job offer from Tyler Perry, which Owens accepted.

Still, he wants the conversation about jobs to continue.

"There is no job that's better than another job."

Terry Crews After Geoffrey Owens was shamed by some for

working at Trader Joe's, athlete-turned-actor Terry Crews rushed to his defense on social

media, tweeting: "I swept floors AFTER the NFL.

If need be, I'd do it again.

Good honest work is nothing to be ashamed of."

Indeed, Crews has had other jobs in between his football career and his acting roles,

including co-founding a furniture design firm and a stint as a courtroom sketch artist covering

a high-profile murder case in Flint, Michigan.

Though he's wildly successful today, the entertainer has made it clear that side hustles have always

been a part of his equation, even doing portrait paintings for fellow football players.

"It would literally take me about two months to do a painting and they would give me like

5 grand and I would survive off that."

Nate Richert From 1996 to 2003, Nate Richert starred as

Harvey Kinkle, actress Melissa Joan Hart's love interest on Sabrina The Teenage Witch.

Since then, he's taken several decidedly un-Hollywood jobs to make ends meet.

In 2018 he tweeted: "I've been an actor for 32 yrs (since age 8).

I'm extremely lucky to have had any success at all, let alone solid work in film and TV

for 6yrs (20yrs ago).

I'm currently a maintenance man, a janitor, a carpenter, and do whatever random jobs I

can get to pay the bills."

Richert still performs and works as a songwriter, but further explained his predicament, noting:

"Actors so very rarely have job security or consistent work, quality healthcare, a reasonable

retirement.

We are actors anyway because it is who we are at the core, for the love and need to

bring the words on the page to life and to make you feel them."

Mike Vitar You probably remember Mike Vitar as "Benny

the Jet" Rodriguez in The Sandlot or Luis Mendoza in D2: The Mighty Ducks and its sequel,

D3: The Mighty Ducks.

He left Hollywood in 1997 when he was 19 years old and became a firefighter in Los Angeles.

The '90s movie star ran into legal trouble when he, another off-duty firefighter named

Eric Carpenter, and a third pal named Thomas Molnar were accused of beating Samuel Chang,

a college student who was handing out candy in Carpenter's neighborhood on Halloween in

2015.

After Chang wound up in the intensive care unit, Vitar and his buddies reached controversial

plea deals that kept them out of prison.

Vitar reportedly pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery and received three years of probation

and community service.

He was suspended for six months from the fire department, then returned to work.

Chris Rankin How do you move on after the magic of Hogwarts?

Ask Chris Rankin, who played Percy Weasley, Ron Weasley's equally ginger brother, in the

Harry Potter franchise of films.

While he's done some YouTube work since then, he told the BBC in 2008 that he planned to

quit acting because, well, the magic was gone.

He revealed: "I went for the West End audition for the

musical Wicked […] Usually when you go for TV and film auditions people are nice to you,

they tell you 'thank you very much' and say they'll get back to you in the next few days.

In the West End auditions, they just say 'next', and I thought, 'I don't enjoy this anymore.'"

Rankin left his job in front of the camera to pursue work behind it.

He reportedly went to college to study directing and media production, and served as an assistant

production coordinator on Downton Abbey in 2015 and as a production secretary on the

Atlantis TV series from 2014 to 2015.

franchise has come a long way from the limitations of previous platforms and up

to their latest entry this technical achievement included some of their worst

Audio Technica ATH-MSR7B Review (4K): One For the Fans - Duration: 1:54.

Audio Technica fans rejoice!

This is the new ATH-MSR7B - an update to one of the Japanese company's most beloved portable

headphones, the ATH-MSR7.

These are the three headline changes.

Number 1: Audio Technica has shaved 53g of weight off the MSR7, significantly improving

wearing comfort.

The whole headphone is now almost absurdly light, but one thing that hasn't changed

about the design is the squeaky hinges.

Number 2, the MSR7B now comes with both a standard 3.5mm stereo cable, as well as a

4.4mm balanced cable for use with premium audio players like the Sony NW-ZX300.

The detachable cable mechanism has been updated to Audio Technica's reliable but proprietary

A2DC connector.

However, to allow for the new balanced connection, the MSR7B is now dual entry rather than single

sided.

Number 3: The MSR7B inherits carbon coated driver technology from last year's Limited

Edition MSR7SE.

Despite this, it doesn't sound a great deal different from the original MSR7 - the sound

is still overall leaner and brighter than your average portable headphone, with a particular

emphasis on the female vocal range.

The bass is perhaps a little smoother and denser than the original MSR7, but it still

doesn't match the MSR7SE in terms of a solid, natural low-end.

Still, the ATH-MSR7B is perhaps an even more unique product now than it was several years

ago.

As other manufacturers have progressively moved towards putting more bass into their

portable headphones, the MSR7B stands alone in offering a natural, clear and pleasant

tuning.

If you are a fan of Audio Technica's traditional house sound, this is one of the best examples

of that vocal forward signature.

CYCLING THROUGH AICHI, JAPAN // Linimo & Bike Trails - Duration: 7:32.

Welcome to Aichi Prefecture!

Today I've teamed up with Aichi Prefecture

to check out how to ride and bike around this area in central, Japan.

To get there, we're taking a super smooth ride

the magnetic, levitating train called Linimo

and checking out a few stops along the way.

At each stop, I'm doing a survey by bike

checking out what to do and where to eat

around Aichi, in the heart of Japan.

I'm going to go buy my ticket and then we'll get started.

To get here you start at Nagoya station,

then take the Subway Higashiyama Line to Fujigaoka St.

OK, let's go!

We made it to Irigaike Koen Station.

We're first going to check out Cycle Joy.

Bike rentals are pretty popular across Japan,

but at Cycle Joy you can rent them for FREE.

You just need to fill out a brief application, available in English,

to rent a bike for the day.

We made it to the first place. It's a local ramen shop,

but it has a very special flair to everything its serving up.

I got the cheese, curry, soy milk, tan-tan men.

The lunch set also comes with a special side

so I got Italian TKG.

And then there's deep fried gyoza! Who doesn't like that?

I'm going in!

Mmmmmm!

That's a good tantan-men!

Good heat, good cheese, good balance, good eats!

Our main ramen is Tonkotsu (Pork-bone) based.

So It's kind a like the fable , but you are the wolf.

This is the concept of this restaurant.

A lot of rugby players come to eat here

and this town has a lot of study abroad students,

so we get a lot of students, too.

Welcome to the grounds of Iwasaki castle!

If you use a bike like we did you can get pretty close to it off the Linimo,

and from the surrounding areas as well.

We just learned about the history of this castle

that starts in the early 16th century,

there were so many battles and stories about how the castle was turned over between different families

but none of that really known outside of Japan.

In Japan there are these things called TAIGA dramas which is like historical dramas,

and apparently this castle has been skipped over,

but Iwasaki castle has a huge history that you have to come here to see here yourself.

Thanks to the bike we were able to do that today.

Next up, I read there are a bunch of trendy cafes in the area

and decided to check one out along the way.

They have delicious coffee and a full bar,

but they also have some cool desserts,

so I'm getting a little treat after all that bike riding.

If you ride the Linimo train to the last stop,

you'll arrive at Yakusa station.

From there you can transfer to the Aichi Loop Line and catch a soccer game

or the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Toyota Stadium

or head back towards Nagoya!

I only visited a few spots along the Linimo Line, but let me know in a comment

The outlook for Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James following a groin injury on Christmas isn't nearly as bad as it could have been.

While he walked gingerly off the floor shortly after it occurred, the concern level was understandably high.

Haynes of Yahoo Sports revealed Wednesday, LeBron will miss "at minimum, a few games." Lakers coach Luke Walton also didn't sound interested in rushing back the four-time NBA Most Valuable Player either.

"Obviously, we want him back soon as possible," coach Luke Walton said, "but we also will be very cautious when we bring him back.

The positive news on James' MRI came with a positive update, per The Athletic's Shams Charania, who also revealed the forward is day-to-day.

But even still, groin injuries can be tricky.

Assuming James does miss just those three games, as the Lakers get two days off after that, how do you think their record will look without him?.

Lakers' Performance in Win Over Warriors.

When James went down in the third quarter on Christmas against the Golden State Warriors, the rest of the Lakers stepped up in a big way.

When the third quarter wrapped up, it was just a nine-point lead for Los Angeles.

But thanks to a superb fourth quarter from the rest of the group, the Lakers rolled to a dominant 127-101 win.

Stephen Curry and the Warriors were outscored 36-19 in the fourth quarter, led by a well-rounded effort from the Lakers.

Rajon Rondo scored 16 points with 10 assists while Josh Hart and Lance Stephenson tacked on 12 and 11 points off the bench, respectively.

As for the starters, Kyle Kuzma scored 19 points and center Ivica Zubac had yet another strong game, finishing with 18 points and 11 rebounds on 9-10 shooting from the field.

The Lakers rallied around the absence of James and left plenty of reason for optimism when it comes to the outlook over the next few games.

this video it was more about just talking crap about him and I think

think people are so focused and talking crap about him that we lose the details

of the situations so I thought it would be a good idea if I went over this and

provided the facts and evidence more in-depth that way I can provide you guys

with a better a better way to form your own opinions on this so a nice yon

losers in court let's check it out so it looks like on 97 2018 at 9:10 p.m. he

says at this point so many effed up things are happening to me it's becoming

hilarious there was a string of comments and they went like this

bushes as well you know the government is insane

other weeds so what's going on is Anisha I moved into a new place in Washington

in Pierce County and the area that he moved in involved a wetland Marsh in a

wildlife and in general especially out in Washington near Parrish County area

they're really serious about the wildlife there they're here they're very

serious about it here where I am in Georgia like if you go camping and you

get caught chopping a tree down or something for firewood you are gone but

they issued him some papers he says a fraction of the documents they sent me

for again clearing out blackberry bushes and weeds for the record no water was

affected no erosion as possible this is absurd on every imaginable level let's

take a look at those documents this is the violation of codes and descriptions

and if you guys are not aware that he was charged with two violations as you

can see here it's a wetlands stream flood issue and a feeling great

violation and it says the notice in order to correct follows a site visit on

August 31st of 2018 in Pierce County violation confirmation this

notice to stop all work unless directed otherwise by the development engineer

all records indicate that you the current owner of the parcel and as such

are responsible for any activity of this nature taking place on your property

development means that man-made change the properties such as dredging clearing

feeling great in paving excavation or any activities that results in the

removal of vegetation a description of the development follows and it gives to

title 17 a and 18 E and then goes on to say that clearing means the removal of

stumps vegetation to the extent that the removal has the potential to cause

erosion or drainage impacts lodging or harvesting or removing of timber lodging

does not include the removal of stumps understory vegetation title 17 a and

basically what they were saying is you have to stop this because these stumps

and these bushes and stuff are home to wildlife and it can as an attempt to

save this and stop men from further destroying the environment they put

these laws in place and I guess Greg did not know about this this goes on to say

if you feel to comply with the terms of this notice Pierce County will take the

following enforcement actions goes on to say record of notice of non-compliance

on title notifies any interested parties or lenders of a violation on the

property well this is saying that they're gonna he's he had probably has a

mortgage down on the house so they would know and this could cause complication

is they're recording fees need to be paid by the owner issue civil penalties

in the amount of 1 4 or $10,000 Pierce County will turn over any unpaid civil

penalties to a collection agency criminal misdemeanor charges punishable

by 90 days in jail and other penalties it does say that fails to comply with

the terms of a notice order shall constitute a separate violation so you

can get even more charges now I do want to point out that this doesn't say that

these things are gonna happen this is a threat safe if you continue the actions

then these things could happen it doesn't say that at any point now I'm

not trying to call and II see on out on anything but I want

to refer back to this he says for the record no water was affected no erosion

as possible but as we can see here this is a photo of his dog and that's some

some trees that he's cleared and they're in the water and that leads me to

believe that that's I don't I don't wanna say it's a maybe it's an oversight

but that's definitely evidenced that he did put some of the stuff in the water

not to mention there is video evidence later on in the video he tweeted this

showing obvious frustration saying most every place on earth oh you have weeds

remove them as you like Pierce County how dare you prison time for you protect

the weeds you are not allowed to walk anymore either

environmental perspective I'm even told that he's a vegetarian and very

codes are put in place to stop damage in the environment responding to one

hand or poison or like roundup he says no poisons of any kind were used I was

operating a tiny tractor so it would not be harmed in the nettles berry bushes

and Devils cup we actually have evidence of him taken by a neighbor let's go

with my hippie neighbors reported me she showed up at my house about two months

ago acted like we were friends didn't reported me from moving weeds invasive

trespassing on my property I told them they did not have permission to come on

binoculars they could but then I do want to point out that it would be very easy

you can see the neighbors are very close it would be extremely easy to see

anything that was going on in general and if you're operating a tractor that's

gonna set off some red flags because here there's not supposed to be any

tractors there so they're gonna hear it very

in school growing up so these things can be over sited the things that they

should teach in school they don't they should teach you about finances money

trying to teach you to be completely honest whatever area that you live in it

most like in my area for example we have carpet mills where the carpet capital of

the world down here and so most of the schools around here for trade trade

schools so they teach you how to work on cars and things like that if you go up

north there it's more office space so for wherever you are it's gonna go it's

gonna confine to the norms in the fall quays of society and they don't teach

you things specifically everything that you need to know growing up but I want

to know what the community around the area was saying and let's get into that

so this is the violation here code enforcement the citizen reported

neighbor clearing out wetlands with Bobcat tractors citizen is also an

videos on a Nissan want to demonize and attack him forgetting that he is a human

being yeah it's fun to get caught up in this YouTube drama and stuff but because

of stuff like this it's important to convey all the facts and not just try to

demonize anybody just because they've done many bad things it confused and

restricts the story at hand and we just really want to get to the bottom and

know for sure what's really going on they said they can see the area north of

the house within potential wetland and fish and wildlife habitat where all the

vegetation had been removed and bare dirt exposed and the

patien was pushed into a pile they talked about the notice in order to

correct was sent to the property owners both regular and certified mail in

combination with a notice in order to correct from the development engineering

sitemap wetlands and Fish and Wildlife's information they gave him all the

information and just to back up everything with a little bit more

evidence I do want to show you a little bit of a video footage of the acts that

they were talking about and you can see that he definitely was clearing these

things out and it was in violation as will pull those violations up right

after this so I cleared all the sticks from this area time to get rid of all

right so as you can see and you can see that all the vegetation that was removed

was what they were talking about all that was environmental and should not

have been removed right here you can see the stump that he's fixing it he's

fixing to take down this but you can see right across there from where the

previous video was taken easily be seen didn't need very much to be seen in

general and then this is more damage the here you can see everything's cleared

out down to the dirt this was animals homes this was a leader before and

here's an after and this is what they're so upset with but the major thing that

they're really mad about is that he did dump this those scraps into the water as

you can see with this picture here in his dog right there in the water you

know that's about direct violation and you know maybe he didn't know all this

I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt but now he does know and it sucks

he's got to pay all this money I know he's having some tax issues and

everything like that but I just wanted to give you guys a neutral unbiased

perspective and without going in on somebody and just saying they're evil

from Beer Masoud area, which is after Abo Haif beach

Beer Masoud is a vertical well in the rock which behind me

ends with an underwater cave

that cave is which you watch now

that entrance leads to Masoud Well

that is the entrance of the well

I like to tell you

there are more bold people

swim into that cave,

they can be sank while high waves

because the high waves are fill all the cave

they swim inside till reach the well and climb its sides to exit

and they do the opposite too, jump in the well and exit from the cave

we will see the distance now, it is approximately..

it is about 9 or 12 meters, something like that

I will ascend the rock to watch the well hole which open to that cave

terrain is difficult here as you watch

under there, the cave entrance

we will move now to watch the well

that iron square is a safety around the well

it has a different terrain now

it was more deep in water

you watch now the well which lead to the cave

somebodies filled it by stones

it was deeper, so people were could jump in its water from this height

as you watch, there are prominent rocks at sides

there is a possibility to hurt the jumper

but more of them are very professional

they jump in the middle without any hurts

it maybe that Masoud died inside the cave or while jumping in the well

because of its protrusions

CYCLING THROUGH AICHI, JAPAN // Linimo & Bike Trails - Duration: 7:32.

Welcome to Aichi Prefecture!

Today I've teamed up with Aichi Prefecture

to check out how to ride and bike around this area in central, Japan.

To get there, we're taking a super smooth ride

the magnetic, levitating train called Linimo

and checking out a few stops along the way.

At each stop, I'm doing a survey by bike

checking out what to do and where to eat

around Aichi, in the heart of Japan.

I'm going to go buy my ticket and then we'll get started.

To get here you start at Nagoya station,

then take the Subway Higashiyama Line to Fujigaoka St.

OK, let's go!

We made it to Irigaike Koen Station.

We're first going to check out Cycle Joy.

Bike rentals are pretty popular across Japan,

but at Cycle Joy you can rent them for FREE.

You just need to fill out a brief application, available in English,

to rent a bike for the day.

We made it to the first place. It's a local ramen shop,

but it has a very special flair to everything its serving up.

I got the cheese, curry, soy milk, tan-tan men.

The lunch set also comes with a special side

so I got Italian TKG.

And then there's deep fried gyoza! Who doesn't like that?

I'm going in!

Mmmmmm!

That's a good tantan-men!

Good heat, good cheese, good balance, good eats!

Our main ramen is Tonkotsu (Pork-bone) based.

So It's kind a like the fable , but you are the wolf.

This is the concept of this restaurant.

A-ha, I see.

A lot of rugby players come to eat here

and this town has a lot of study abroad students,

so we get a lot of students, too.

Welcome to the grounds of Iwasaki castle!

If you use a bike like we did you can get pretty close to it off the Linimo,

and from the surrounding areas as well.

We just learned about the history of this castle

that starts in the early 16th century,

there were so many battles and stories about how the castle was turned over between different families

but none of that really known outside of Japan.

In Japan there are these things called TAIGA dramas which is like historical dramas,

and apparently this castle has been skipped over,

but Iwasaki castle has a huge history that you have to come here to see here yourself.

Thanks to the bike we were able to do that today.

Next up, I read there are a bunch of trendy cafes in the area

and decided to check one out along the way.

They have delicious coffee and a full bar,

but they also have some cool desserts,

so I'm getting a little treat after all that bike riding.

We made it to the next station, Ai-chikyuhaku Kinen Koen.

Also it's the home of Aichi Expo Park.

This is one of the hugest and widest attractions.

We're going to be cycling here today, but also,

This whole area is loved by people around here for picnicking and hanging out.

About two kilometers into the bike course

there's this hidden house from the original My Neighbor Totoro movie.

There's the pond over there, too. You can actually go in and do tours.

I bet you it's beautiful in the Spring too, but these Fall colors?

The reds and the yellows and blue sky…

Aichi Expo Park is a huge space where families can come play,

it's a great date spot, you can go on picnics

and the CYCLING is by far my favorite! You can really see far out from here!

If you ride the Linimo train to the last stop,

you'll arrive at Yakusa station.

From there you can transfer to the Aichi Loop Line and catch a soccer game

or the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Toyota Stadium

or head back towards Nagoya!

I only visited a few spots along the Linimo Line, but let me know in a comment

if there's another spot I should check out next.
