regarding the education system which is followed everywhere especially in India

so it's a guru my question is what is what exactly is the idol education

system that we should have in a country so that we can explore every dimension

of life keeping intact the material needs of the country everyone with what

they're around so yeah there is no such system that that you can create in a

limited amount of time that human life is and that to education is a certain

part of our life to create that you can experience every dimension of life for

everybody no it won't work like that somebody's interested in academics they

should go one way somebody just wants to earn a living they must go another way

somebody else has some other kind of skills they must go another way I think

early on I'm saying at the age of 12 by 12 everybody is reasonably literate they

can read at least one or two languages in this country two languages you can

read English language and you can read your local language whatever your mother

tongue is these two languages you can read and grasp what is written in a

paper to this level we must bring every child before they're 12

we should not cramp them with too many things just language and perception what

I read I understand that's all this capability if you bring

by 12 then you can do evaluation who should go for skill based thing who

should go for little higher level of expertise in the same skills who should

go for academic pursuits this needs to happen if this doesn't happen everybody

is being pushed through the extruder of academics people are just committing

suicide not one or two in 20

sixteen some seventeen thousand six hundred youth below 18 years of age

commit suicide seven thousand and odd are below fifteen years of age

if twelve thirteen fourteen year old boys and girls start killing themselves

are we not doing something fundamentally wrong in our society hello not grown up

people twelve thirteen year old boys and girls

who must be exuberant life at that time they want to take their life obviously

we are doing something very fundamentally wrong isn't it and

unfortunately ninety percent of these suicides are education related few other

things are family something else some other issues but 90% of them are

education related definitely we need to revisit this education as to how to do

education we are trying to put everybody through the same process

not everybody is equipped to go through the same process it's very important

it's most what is a cruel way of handling a child

Hello, my name is Lionel Turci,

and I'm an innovation project manager.

Before getting into service design at Aktan,

I was an innovation consultant

and supported companies from a variety of industries

in designing new products and services.

These days, my job still involves supporting my clients,

helping them find ways to innovate, improving service quality,

and designing new products and services,

but now I focus only on service design.

My scope of action is quite vast.

I support the project from beginning to end, and the client

starting with the first meetings,

and guiding the project day to day until completion.

Any service innovation project begins with a scoping phase, which is key

when the main goals, challenges and constraints are defined

A multi-disciplinary team is formed between Aktan and the client

to decide exactly which work methods and tools we will use together.

It's a crucial time, because if we don't accurately foresee

the project's objectives and challenges, our approach will be off course,

and we won't be able to complete the project.

During this immersion phase, I take the time to discuss

matters with each project designer and company executive individually.

Together, we determine the project goals and constraints,

its fit with business strategy, the main roles and responsibilities,

and of course which users we are addressing.

My job is to keep the project on track,

in line with the client's business issues

coordinate methods and expertise, and, if necessary,

align or re-align each step in the process.

What I find particularly exciting as project manager

is the variety of topics to deal with.

With each new project, I discover a new world

and apply my work methods and lessons I've learnt.

The human aspect is also very important, because it's essential

to build trust and act with kindness towards the client.

And it's really rewarding at the end of the project to see that

the teams are proud of succeeding and learning with Aktan.

suggestion to you if you're gonna sign a kpop contract in Korea now in your home

country if they send the contract through the mail then you can go ahead

Liverpool news: Simon Mignolet admits Alisson frustrations after Chelsea defeat - Duration: 3:52.

 That follows the Reds' Carabao Cup exit to Chelsea in the third round on Wednesday night, Eden Hazard providing a late winner at Anfield after Emerson Palmieri had cancelled out Daniel Sturridge's acrobatic strike

 Mignolet made his first start of the season against the Blues but could do little about either of the two goals and made a handful of fine stops on the night

 The Belgian international has once again found himself on the bench in the league

Having been displaced as No 1 by Loris Karius from January onwards last season, Mignolet is now second fiddle to Alisson

 Jurgen Klopp spent a then-world record fee on a keeper of £65million to sign Alisson from Roma in the summer, with Mignolet in turn looking to force an exit

 But despite interest, the former Sunderland shot-stopper could not find a new club with Liverpool demanding around £12m to let him leave after securing a similar fee from Leicester for former third-choice keeper Danny Ward

 With Liverpool hoping to compete for the Premier League title and looking to recreate their excellent European run of last season in the Champions League, Mignolet's playing opportunities are limited to domestic cup competitions

 And the 30-year-old acknowledged that Liverpool's defeat to Chelsea was tough to take in that respect

 "First and foremost it was nice to be on the pitch again. It's been a few months since I've played, so I looked forward to it," he said after the loss

 "Because it was that long a time and long a period, it was a bit strange to be out there again

  "But I think I tried to do my job the best I could, I haven't seen everything back yet but I can't be too disappointed [with] the way I played

  "So that felt good to be on the pitch and part of the squad and to make sure I'm ready if something happens because not having played so long you never know

  "At the same time, if you go out of the competition - which was a chance for me to play every time - it makes the chances of playing small again and that's not what you want

" On whether taking Alisson's role as first choice is his main motivation now, Mignolet added: "I don't really think about that in those terms

I know, of course, we've signed a new goalkeeper and all that sort of stuff, it doesn't really change [things] for me

  "The only thing I can do is try to be ready for when the gaffer needs me and, for me personally, it's about making sure I'm fit and then making sure, like today, that the chances I get to be out there, [that I] show the club I'm ready when they need me and I think I did that tonight

 "I try to train, I keep my head down, I do my work because I know at the end of the day it's all about myself, making sure I am ready

  "Ever since [the summer] I've been there for the team and that's what I'll always try to do

I just work as hard as I can together with the other goalies to make sure that Liverpool can line up the best goalkeeper that they can

" Barring any potential injury to Alisson, Mignolet is unlikely to receive any first-team game-time now until January when Liverpool's FA Cup commitments begin in the third round

FabScraps Film Friday Mixed Media tag with WOW embossing powder - Duration: 9:39.

Hi I'm Gerry from Gerry's Craft Room In this video I'm going to make mixed media

tag with FabScraps paper a stencil and WOW embossing powder

I start with applying some ink through a stencil on my tag

I push really well because the stencils are a bit thicker than most stencils

and I want the pattern to appear completely

by the way I added the products I used in the description box for you

and if you are new here don't forget to subscribe

then I sprinkle on the embossing powder and melt it with the heat tool

and I do the same on the top of the tag

I distress the edges of the tag and I am going to add glitter embossing powder

something fun and different than inking

I hold the tag with tweezers to make it easier

I'm making some water splats with my fan brush

and I sprinkle on the embossing powder now you have to melt it right away because

the water will hold the powder but not for long, it doesn't really stick

so on with assembling I add the tag to a bigger tag

I cut a circle out of the paper and added foam on the back

and I have some flowers I fussy cut and a few flowers I shaped

first I will add some thread I found a bit thicker thread that I think would look great

on this tag I added a bit of tape and just press the thread on it

I secure the thread in 2 places with tape

now I put the circle in place but don't press it to the tag

so I have some space to tuck thing under if I like

and now I am going to add the rest of the elements

I made some dots with WOW melt it powder & WOW embossing powder

and I'm going to add the dots to the tag

at this point I thought I wanted to add another element

I cut some hearts and I'm going to add embossing powder

I use a sticky note to keep the mini hearts in place

and I will add 2 layers

I add some of the glitter embossing powder on the heart and I will melt that again

and then I add them on the tag
