We carry timber from the woods with a gross vehicle weight of 80 tons.
The roads are narrow and icy.
We've driven Volvos for a long time.
We had some trouble when they didn't have gears small enough for here.
We couldn't get moving on big gears -
on a soft surface and in steep hills.
That's why we chose the new I-Shift with crawler gears.
That took care of the problem.
We can now always get moving. The wheels are guaranteed to turn -
whether there's a steep hill or a soft surface.
I've joked and said that if God created a better timber truck -
he must have kept it for himself and given us this one.

Three Commitments — A Premier Who Works for You - Duration: 0:31.
The best thing about this job is meeting people.
Hearing their stories...
their worries...
their hopes for the future.
I think the job of premier
is to make life better.
And I have three commitments to do that.
We're going to make life more affordable
We'll fix the services you care about.
We'll create good, sustainable jobs,
so our kids can build their future here.
Three commitments,
and a premier who works for you.
-------------------------------------------
John Horgan — Commitments - Duration: 2:33.
The thing I love about this job is talking with people.
Hearing what's important to them. Their worries, their hopes for the future.
The things you won't hear in meetings with high-priced lobbyists.
That's how you discover the BC that Christy Clark doesn't listen to.
Ahmed and I, we moved back to Canada about a year ago.
Arriving here, our biggest struggle was just finding a home.
We went from place to place looking. There was so much competition with people.
And then as soon as we find housing, I find out that I'm expecting.
Great news, of course.
But we are worried about the cost of living here and affordability.
Well there's so much that government can do to make life more affordable for people.
And one place to start of course would be $10/day childcare.
Yeah that would really help us a lot.
It's not rocket science.
It's about having a premier and MLAs who actually work for you.
I'm Marjorie Buchanan.
And I'm ninety-three – and I think we decided – three quarters.
And I'm concerned, I'm worried
that the government is not going to help me slide into a retirement home at my age.
I'm telling them I'm ready, and they're not listening.
It's time to fix the services that are important to people.
And one way to do that is to get rid of this backlog
for seniors to get into extended care facilities.
Sounds wonderful and that's a great philosophy.
People want to know they and their kids have a future in BC.
I work in the forestry and mining sector.
For the last ten years, I've been travelling farther and farther.
A lot of times I have to leave home for thirty, sixty,
ninety days at a time to make ends meet.
I see a lot of logging trucks heading down to the coast with raw logs on them.
Looks like they're heading for export.
We need to create more, better paying jobs in a sustainable economy.
We do that by making sure that our logs stay here,
not shipped overseas,
but are here for mills to create jobs in British Columbia.
People aren't asking a lot from government.
But Christy Clark's Liberals are making things harder for them.
I want to make life a little easier and a lot better.
More affordable.
Better services.
Good, sustainable jobs to build the future.
The people at the top have had their premier.
It's time you have one who works for you.

UNLEASHED: Treasure Island (Episode 2.2 Trailer) - Duration: 1:40.
There is an actual island in Queensland where, quite possibly, we could find something that
hasn't been discovered yet.
We'll be able to access the coastline here, so the Morris is...
Right, you've still got a fair way to go on a boat, haven't you?
Way back in 1871, some of our forefathers went out onto this island
and they filmed the eclipse of the sun.
On this island is a time capsule that has never been found.
Getting there, well, that requires a little bit of 4-wheel driving.
Over the edge!
It ain't moving yet.
No, we're down.
Is there any more obstacles?
It's a nightmare already!
Pick it up now, lift it.
Let's get this boat in the water and start knocking down the kilometres.
No, are we really going looking for stuff in that.
It's evil.
Lucky I brought the machete.
Did you bring your bobcat?
Hey mate, you're not going to believe this.
What?
I'm like, this has got to be something. This is something.

International Kadampa Festivals 2017 - Duration: 7:30.
Yeah, mostly meditating and hearing beautiful teachings from beautiful teachers
and thinking about things I've never thought before.
It's wonderful and I am familiarizing, you know,
so I am not in mental peace yet but I am trying to and this is a beautiful place to start.
It's a different holiday because I'm concentrated and focused but I'm really relaxed.
I went to the Fall festival last year in New York, that's where my first festival was.
And I just had a great time, it was pretty life changing
so this is my first time here
and it's very inspiring and there's so much good energy,
and the teachings are outstanding.
I've gotten so much out of every single teaching.
There's a point when you say "I need more, I need a couple of weeks out, I need to focus on that,
and really advance on the path. The experience has been really amazing.
The place is incredible. The house is really incredible, people are so nice.
It shows me that it's not only the empowerment or the teachings that make a place special
but the opportunities it gave us to put everything into practice.
So this is Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre, it's our spiritual home.
Even if it's your first visit here, and I know some of you have come a very long way just to be sitting here in this precious place,
please feel forever: this is your spiritual home.
Do you know, this place is like...comes people from different parts of the world, but when we're here it's like one country, one place and you...
French people, Spain people, and Argentine, do you know, it's like one country and I feel like I'm home, yes.
It's almost like there is no barrier between the languages because we're all Kadampas and we kind of understand each other,
that we're here for the same thing, we're here for the same purpose, and you just, you know,
you see somebody that you know they're from somewhere else, you've introduced yourself and you meet them,
and immediately there's this incredible smiling connection.
And in a lot of ways those are lifelong, you can make some real incredible friends here.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if everyone had the good fortune to be at this festival?
Think how quickly we'd accomplish permanent world peace.
So that's our hope, that's our dream, that's our aim, that's our correct imagination.
I think this has made me really believe that what we are meditating on and what we're working for back in our centres
that it can one day exist, like world peace, because it feels like it's pretty much here
and there's a lot of people here from all over the world
and they're different people, and everyone has problems at home, normal life
but when we're here it just works so beautifully.
So it's like a window into a much better world.
We just prayed, we prayed, from our heart, 'May all suffering quickly cease,'
and we mean it, we really mean it
because our Spiritual Guide is showing us, guiding us how that permanent peace, that permanent freedom from suffering is possible.
So this is Buddhist aim: the permanent liberation of every living being from suffering.
I think it's a glorious aim,
I think it's an aim worth dedicating your life to,
every breath, no matter our profession, no matter our circumstances.
I really like to show to my family or my friends
that happiness is possible.
I feel inspired to go home and change the way I've been living
and for the complete better, and for the better for everyone around me and everywhere else.
So now our festival, our Summer Festival is finished.
Don't leave Manjushri and the festival behind,
bring it with you.
I feel like I know what I want to bring back home.
I feel like I have a, like a softer, more open, loving heart
and some confidence that I can bring that to the people at home
and to my job and to the people that I work with.
Pack it all up, back into your heart
and bring it home with you
and it will inspire you, this experience,
and help you help others,
every single day of your life.

Ahn Cheol-soo overtakes Moon Jae-in for first time in five-candidate approval poll - Duration: 1:52.
There's a new frontrunner in the race to become South Korea's next president,... at least
according to one poll.
Ahn Cheol-soo of the People's Party,... who was once languishing far behind Moon Jae-in,...
is now ahead of his Democratic Party rival... with less than a month until election day.
Yu Joonhee reports.
Ahn Cheol-soo of the People's Party has overtaken long-time favorite Moon Jae-in to take the
lead in the presidential race, this according to the latest poll conducted by the Korea
Research Center on Saturday and Sunday.
Moon of the Democratic Party of Korea had been the clear frontrunner for many months
in the run-up to the May 9th election.
However, a number of recent polls has shown Ahn is closing the gap, and even overtaking
Moon as the presumptive favorite.
According to the survey jointly commissioned by state-run broadcaster KBS, and Yonhap News
Agency, Ahn Cheol-soo garnered 36.8 percent of total support in a hypothetical five-candidate
race, while Moon came in at 32.7 percent.
Conservative candidate Hong Joon-pyo of the Liberty Korea Party pulled in 6.5 percent
while Yoo Seung-min of the breakaway Bareun Party earned just 1.5 percent of the support.
Support for Shim Sang-jung of the leftist Justice Party came in at 2.8 percent.
The presidential hopefuls are scrambling to raise their profile in the short campaign
period that is available to them.
The early election comes as the country is required by law, to elect a new leader within
60-days of an impeachment ruling that removes a sitting president from office.
The National Election Commission will open a two-day candidate registration window on
April 15th, followed by an official 22-day campaigning period starting on April 17th.
Some 297,000 overseas Koreans who registered to vote will be able to cast early ballots
for a six-day period starting on the 25th.
Early voting for people in Korea take place on the fourth and fifth of May.
Yu Joonhee, Arirang News.

Korea's Presidential Candidate #3: Ahn Cheol-soo - Duration: 3:03.
It's time to turn the spotlight on the candidates running for the top office.
We are looking at the candidates themselves and the pledges they are putting forward.
The focus for our third installment is none other than software mogul-turned-politician
Ahn Cheol-soo of the centrist People's Party... who has recently clinched his first win over
leading contender, Moon Jae-in.
Take a look.
Three days ago,... the People's Party nominated its founder and former leader Ahn Cheol-soo
for president.
A former medical doctor... and a software mogul...
he's running for the nation's highest office for the second time.
Ahn first appeared as an independent candidate in the 2012 presidential race... but dropped
out in support of his rival -- Moon Jae-in.
After leaving the largest liberal coalition in 2015,... he launched his centrist People's
Party last year.
A young and innovative figure -- that's how Ahn describes himself.
He says he'll break the old frameworks... and come up with reforms to better prepare
for the fourth industrial revolution.
He also hopes to achieve "unity through the people."
He won't try to maneuver by artificially uniting with other candidates -- instead Ahn says
he'll win the hearts of all types of voters -- progressives, centrists and conservatives.
In terms of security and diplomacy,... Ahn's approach is similar to that of the ousted
Park administration to some extent,... though not as hard-line.
In dealing with North Korea's nuclear threats, Ahn supports a nuclear-free Korean peninsula
-- meaning Pyongyang should denuclearize... and
U.S. tactical nuclear weapons cannot be redeployed to South Korea.
He says the U.S. missile defense system THAAD has to be deployed as scheduled... because
the next administration should honor the agreement already reached.
Operations cannot be immediately resumed at the Kaesong Industrial Complex -- the inter-Korean
economic project that was suspended in February last year.
Also, the wartime sexual slavery agreement struck with Japan in 2015 has to be renegotiated.
And there needs to be a probe into whether any hidden deals were made regarding the removal
of the comfort woman statues in Seoul and Busan.
On the economic front.
For young workers at Korea's small- and mid-sized companies,... Ahn wants the government to
spend money to make sure they earn at least 80-percent of what they would make at a big
corporation.
He will also work to provide financial support for young people in job training programs.
He wants legal revisions to punish illegal acts by big businesses
and to improve their management structures.
For Ahn, going forward, it's important that he broadens his appeal to conservative-leaning
voters who don't like their options on the right.
Campaigning officially starts on April 17th.

117 N. Korean workers in Malaysia go missing: Borneo Post - Duration: 0:52.
A group of North Korean workers from the coal mines and construction sites of Malaysia's
Borneo Island has apparently gone missing.
Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Datuk Masir Kujat told the Malaysian daily Borneo Post...
that of the 196 North Korean workers admitted to the country on work permits...
117 who overstayed their visas may be in hiding as there is no record of their departure.
He said the state will try to find them.
The work permits for another 35 North Koreans are set to expire next month... and 44 whose
permits expired have already been deported.
Authorities had intensified their search for illegal workers in the wake of the assassination
of Kim Jong-nam in February... and the ensuing diplomatic row between Kuala Lumpur and Pyongyang.

Unfortunately, it most likely is. It's the only aircraft we've sent in this sector. But there is still hope ! If the chopper is able to broadcast a signal despite a crash, Woods and his pilot may have survived.
Alive or not, we must immediately send a team to check. Gather the men !

Affirmative.

My name is Roz Edmond and I'm a

indebted to Professor Don Metcalf at
the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research
where he discovered CSFs.
CSFs are given to patients who have had
chemotherapy, and I am one of 20 million
patients who were lucky enough to
receive these. This helped my immune
system be stimulated after I'd had chemo,
kick-started my immune system. So I'm

"Monarch" project - video 2 ( CM World Series 2017 ) - Duration: 8:05.
* behind the scenes *
Look at the camera
Hello guys!
Here we are in a new video about the project "Monarch"!
As you could see judging by the prior shots
A big amount of work has been done on the base of this project
All parts are laser cut
And then we thought about the final look that this aluminum will have
Nobody here, had an idea to make it a ground aluminum
and that part of the work is completely hand made
and it worked perfectly!
We powdercoated aluminum for it's protection
So that all the details could pop up
We did a see through powdercoating
kinda like lacquer
So that's possible in Serbia!:)
So as you can see, the base is done
and that is shown in the photographs from the worklog
The base is literally screw on screw put together
Everything is in the right measures
the flexing corners are pretty precise
I'd like to thank Sasha and Emir from the company "Cut-steel"
who really help us and have a lot of patience for fulfilling our wishes
Of course, they're phenomenal and we sure are going to continue working with them :)
Which I also recommend you to do, if you are in need of this kind of stuff!
Anyway
the base is here and as you can see
we mounted some parts of the hardware
Radiator from EKWB fits perfectly
We put hardware because of the following work and dimensions that need to be set up
The base itself is very suitable
this handle has it's purpose
Here, the thickness of aluminum is double
It's very strong
and it can handle a lot of hardware
Another thing are are the masks, which i prepared
which are supposed to fill missing places and other things
As you can see here is the reservoir
On the renders it's placed right here
and this is when some problems occur
The holders of the radiator
are much winder than their placement
so we're going to make custom holders for this reservoir
Which surely won't be a problem, regarding the fact that we made this custom base :)
Also the making of the grills for radiator is on our list
GPUs are ready for mounting
and so is the PCIe holder
So my brother can tell you a little bit more about it
This holder was made for one of the previous mods
We thought that it would fit Monarch as well but
but we will have to make a new one that will perfectly fit this project
Anyway it will be placed here
and when we mount the GPUs it turns out that the holder is 5mm shorter
So we will have to fix that by making a new one
Of course, later on when we will work on masks.
The switches have arrived
of course we will use the Vandal switches again
16mm orange for restart and 22mm big one for start
It's so big you can use your toe to press it :')
You could see on the renders
where their placement will be
of course a lot of work is ahead of us
placement of the radiators and cable management
We won't reveal everything in this video
we want to leave something interesting for next time
the project has to be done by the end of the month
There isn't much time left, we work hard everyday besides our main jobs
It's much harder than it looks
We are really giving our best
because the competition last until the 3rd of May this time
So it's a month shorter than the last time
We want to also show you this side
Here we planned to put power supply
which should arrive at any minute now
from Cooler Master, thank you !
Here we will put the power supply holder
of course here would be the HDD cage
and the pump itself which will be mounted right about here
Of course there will be some minor changes
which depends on pipes management
because as you know, we do the hard tube piping
Anyway, we will see!
So that's it that we could tell you about the work that has been done so far
Stay tuned and follow us
this will be interesting until the very end
And yes neSSa, there will be some moving things :)
But we will leave that for the very end :)
I hope you liked this video
Follow us, and feel free to follow the links below :)
Bye guys!

What Does It Take To Be Successful In Your Program? - Duration: 7:56.

Got another question.
This one is from Ziranell.
And this is a long question so I'm going to try to paraphrase it so I apologize Ziranell,
I just don't have the time to read the entire thing out loud here.
"No one's doing sandwich lease options anymore."
Which, I don't teach the sandwich lease options.
You don't want to take responsibility for the property, which a sandwich lease option
does that.
They pay you, you pay the seller.
And there's a chance for you to make some money in between, but there's other ways to
make that money in between.
You don't have to take it as a sandwich.
If you're going to take property, and you're taking control of it, then you're going to
do it as a subject to, or maybe a land contract.
You want more control than a sandwich lease will ever give you.
But if you're doing the for rent method, all you're doing is flipping a property from,
you know, taking control as a lease option and then flipping it to someone else without
ever having to make a payment, without having to use credit, without having to do any of
those things.
You're just, you know, you're doing that on paper.
You're taking control and getting, becoming a principal in the transaction, and the reassigning
your right to buy to someone else which is very different than a sandwich lease.
So don't do sandwich leases.
"Funny thing is, no matter how many gurus I listen to, or how much I read from other
people or the students making $40K off of one deal with sandwich leases, I come right
back to you and your methods.
It's something about you that I trust, that I really understand," thank you, "and I've
done the for rent method using the Automarketer last year, but somehow lost my way this year
and I'm ready to do it again."
I just checked out the rest of his questions here and basically his feeling is, he's very
frustrated with learning this stuff from a lot of different people.
Everybody has a lot of different ideas about what works and what doesn't.
You spend a lot of money on programs like mine.
Almost every one of my students has spent thousands and thousands of dollars before
they finally get to me.
And they say, "Joe, if I'd only found you first."
I also have people that have come into my program and they spend money on me as well.
And the mentor program is expensive.
It's like going to college for a semester.
I mean, well, it's a little cheaper than going to college for a semester, but it's similar.
And I know it can be a big chunk out of your pocket.
And I tell everyone, I guarantee that you're going to make money if you follow through
with my process.
And everybody that follows through with my process makes money.
But I can also tell you that 30% of the people that come into my mentor program actually
make money.
Now, I think that's a crummy statistic and I'm told that overall in this industry that
I'm part of apparently, 5% of the people have success with programs like this.
So I guess I'm 600% better than the average in the industry, which is encouraging, but
it still stinks at 30%.
But one thing I can tell you is that 100% of the people that actually do the work make
money with this process.
So, if you come into and you do the work and you put in the hours and I tell my mentor
students give yourselves three or four months before you can expect to make money, make
sure you're going to commit to me eight to ten hours a week and during that eight to
ten hours a week that you're going to be devoting to learning this process you're going to be
on the phone making calls, learning how to do the most difficult part of this process.
And, again, it's not rocket science.
It's not digging ditches, you know, it's not, doesn't take great brains and it doesn't take
great brawn.
What it takes is stamina, and it takes the ability to have a little bit of internal fortitude
and follow through with the process the way that I teach it and be willing to have people
think that you're an idiot when you first get on the phone with them.
Because they're going to treat you like that at the beginning and it's going to be a little
embarrassing and sometimes it's more expensive to our ego than it is to our pocketbook.
And that's what makes it difficult.
So people that are willing to come up with, you know, thousands of dollars to get into
the mentor program or learn the training, that's expensive to them but the more expensive
part is actually doing the work and putting in the time and making that stuff happen and
putting up with people until you learn how to speak to them credibly, to speak to them
and listen to their problem and figure out what the issue is that they're having and
be able to listen compassionately and understand what their options are going to be and then
explain their options to them in a way that they understand it and understand that the
solution that you have for them, which we have solutions for almost everyone we talk
to, the solutions that make us money, the solutions that we have for them actually is
in their best interest.
And let them choose you because they've got other choices, you know, and their other choices
aren't as good as you if you're credible.
If what you can do really solves their problem and they understand what it is you're doing.
So that's what it's going to take for you to be successful.
And you can keep buying materials from people all day long, but if you'll just get down
to work with one of them that you've got, I mean, there's some other good programs out
there, you know, there's lots of different ways to do it.
I think mine is the best.
I think it's the way that you can do it without using money or credit so you don't risk any
of that stuff.
The only thing you risk is your time and you risk your ego.
And if you're willing to do that, you can be successful with this process that I'm teaching.
But there are other good programs out there and if you want to follow thought with those,
great.
I say don't use any money, don't use your credit.
Really.
Don't use your credit.
The biggest mistakes I've made in my business over the years have been because I used my
credit.
The reason that things crashed for me back in 1991 when I had a $17 million business
going, and I lost everything in that time, and I don't know if you, I know most of you
remember the crash in 2007, but, if you're old like me, 1991 is when it crashed for me
the first time.
When 2007 came along, I rebuilt my business not on debt, in a different way, and I didn't
get hurt in a way that was, that took me under.
Yes, it was, I had some pain during that time, too.
But that was because people were losing their jobs and I was losing tenants.
That was a challenge.
But we had enough cash flow, we had enough reserves, to be able to do that and the way
that I'm teaching this, I teach you how to build those reserves before you build a portfolio
so that you can have reserves always sitting aside, you know, making sure that you can
maintain your properties and keep them for the long term and build that equity over time
plus have enough income while you're doing that to have a good, healthy, happy life making
a good income working very few hours to do that.
So, that's what you need in order to make this all happen and I hope you don't get so
frustrated with this process that you can, you can get back on your feet and do it.
I know there is some good people out there that are teaching these programs and I don't
listen to their stuff anymore and I don't, you know, get involved with them or partner
with them very much anymore.
That doesn't mean that they're not good people.
And there's, I know there's some shysters out there as well that are just taking money
and they don't know what they're doing and they've never even done what they teach.
So, you know, make sure you're working with somebody that you can trust, whose been in
the business for a while, who understands how to get these ideas across and has been
there before with the issues that you have and then follow what they say and use them
as a mentor and learn from them and don't be afraid to spend a little bit of money.
If you were going to college you'd spend a lot more money than this in order to do.
All right.
I hope that helps.
Good luck.
