Don't let somebody tell you, who you are!
Or who you should be!
Remind yourself what you like the most!
For what you trained so hard!
You fell down!
You had doubts!
You were on the edge right before quitting it all!
But you never gave up!
No matter how hard it was!
No matter who your opponent was!
Don't blame others for your performance!
Don't search your faults at other players!
Don't let your anger lead you,
let your actions and achievements speak for themselves!
Success is the loan for hard work
which you do when no one is watching!
Never forget what drives you every new day!
What made you what you are today!
It formed you and your character
Stay focused on your aim!
Even if the way is rough, it is worth it!
The ones with no goals, can never reach it!
I believe in you!

Mr. Farage, sorry, Mr. Farage
I'm trying to give you the chance to speak and say everything you want to say.

As far as I'm concerned, that's unacceptable.

Making Of Part Three: Hell's Kitchen! - Duration: 7:21.
At the time that I heard Takeuchi-san was
taking over the RE7 project,
he hadn't said anything about supporting VR,
but he became more and more interested in it.
So I saw a chance.
At the time I was actually working on the RE Engine.
I was in charge of designing and developing
the runtime at the core of the engine.
Within that role, I kept thinking
it would be really interesting if we could
team up Resident Evil with VR,
so I kept watching for an opportunity.
I have to admit that my biggest miscalculation
was that [Exec. Producer] Takeuchi-san himself
is not physically able to play VR much,
so while he thought it could be fun,
and he held the decision-making power on implementing VR
in the final product, he wasn't able to
make the decision based on personal experience.
Since 2012,
we'd been researching VR
and wanted to make all kinds of content.
We were passionate about bringing VR
to a big audience with a brand such as Resident Evil
and a title like Resident Evil 7
But Takeuchi-san
wasn't totally on-board with it at first,
so we thought we needed to start experimenting.
We tried various approaches,
and one of the results of that was the Kitchen tech demo,
which we first showed off
at E3 in 2015.
I felt that using a normal video
to show off a PlayStation VR demo
is not very interesting,
no matter how realistic you make it.
I thought there must be another way
to make it seem even scarier, like holding back on showing
the screen display during the demo.
To get across the horror experience
people are having on the PlayStation VR,
I thought showing the actual players
reacting to the experience
would be easier to get.
So we didn't put out any video
of Kitchen itself,
just of the reactions of people trying it out.
Kitchen isn't just normal horror:
you are in a chair, hearing noises around you
and creepy voices.
A woman with a knife
comes out and attacks you.
It's obviously not something you'd experience
in everyday life!
We wanted players to feel through the VR
that they could be killed at any moment,
a sort of primal fear
of your life being in danger.
We wanted to see if it was really going to be scary,
so using an actor - well, a Capcom staff member
we recreated the scene,
and they held the knife up in my face
so I could see what distance was scariest.
It's obviously not something you see in real life.
We tried a few different things like using a blindfold,
getting stabbed in the thigh, and as a result
of that experimentation
we completed the Kitchen demo.
We definitely got what we were aiming for.
On the first day of E3 that year,
because we had only released the minimum
of information about the demo,
it didn't get a lot of buzz at first.
Sony were running a lottery system for tickets
to the VR demo area, and by the end of the show
we heard from them that Kitchen
was getting a lot of requests.
Another thing we learned
from the success of the Kitchen demo
was that when it comes to horror,
it's better not to show everything.
So for the campaign for the main RE7 game as well,
we chose a strategic direction
of limiting the amount of information
and assets we released.
Getting the engine to support VR
and developing the Kitchen demo
took about two and a half months in total.
That's quite a tight schedule,
so we were very aware of the deadline
as we worked towards completion
for showing at E3 in 2015,
and it was great to see it got an even better
reception than we had expected.
As soon as people put the headset on
they were screaming and saying how scary it was
some people were shaking in fear...
Some people nearly injured themselves
by practically falling out of the chair
when they were playing!
There were so many amazing reactions
and those screams echoing through the show floor
only drew more crowds of people
to come and see what was happening.
That was when we were confident
the horror of RE7 and VR
were a great match for each other.
Our success at E3
was really what made us finally
decide that if we made Resident Evil 7
fully VR compatible
we could be the first and scariest VR horror game.
VR compatibility wasn't locked down at that point,
but Kitchen's success paved the way
for full VR in the game.
The 2015 Kitchen demo
led us to E3 2016,
when we announced Resi 7.
It was a lot of hard work
leading up to the announcement.
What was most difficult
was that we were
instructed to make sure to
keep the information secret,
with absolutely no leaks.
To do this
we limited the flow of information
very carefully.
And in the end,
even though some other titles
titles at E3 had leaks,
we were able to announce Resident Evil 7
without anything leaking beforehand,
which made it
a really impactful announcement.

Your Chances Of Being Killed in Police Custody Are Pathetically Startling - Duration: 3:01.
Over the last three years there's been a spike in the number of people being killed
by police officers, both in the field and in police custody.
This growing crisis gave birth to the Black Lives Matter movement, but the problem goes
even deeper than most people realize.
Americans are now all too familiar with names like Michael Brown and Eric Garner, as well
as Sandra Bland and Freddie Gray.
Those names have become synonymous with the abuse that takes place against citizens by
police officers.
There are some very important differences in these cases.
The main difference being that Bland and Gray were killed by officers after being taken
into custody, and that's the part of the story of police brutality that most people
don't know about.
In the six year period between 2003 and 2009, an estimated 3,000 arrest-related homicides
of African-Americans occurred in the United States, and 99% of those were committed by
police officers.
However, the Justice Department has told us that the number of people of all races killed
while in police custody is likely higher, but they don't know because the reporting
of those homicides is left to the police and jail personnel, and under-reporting, or mislabeling
homicides, is common practice in the US.
One of the more serious recent cases involves Matthew Ojibade, a 22-year-old bipolar college
student in Georgia, who was tased while in a restraining chair in 2015, and he died still
strapped to the chair.
The disturbing video from a camera attached to the taser itself shows the victim in the
restraining chair.
You can see where the red dot is, which is the light from the taser, pointed at his torso
and his groin.
It's important to understand that other Western countries don't have a problem this
serious.
In the year 2014, police officers in the United Kingdom only killed one person in that same
year.
Canadian authorities killed 14, and German police officers didn't kill a single person
in 2014.
The problem is only getting worse as American police officers continue to operate with a
Wild West mentality, partly because they only receive about a quarter of the training that
officers other countries receive.

AJ Styles Turning Face? HUGE WWE Main Roster Debuts! | WWE Smackdown Live, April 4, 2017 Review - Duration: 4:36.
Both Shinsuke Nakamura and Tye Dillinger made their main roster debuts!
AJ Styles looks like he's turning face.
And shut the fridge door, the biggest WWE return of the week happened with BIG RED EVERYTHING
Erick Rowan!
I'm Oli Davis, and this is the 4th April 2017 edition of Smackdown Live...in about
4 minutes.
Randy Orton Promo The new WWE Champion Randy Orton came out
to open the show, boasting about his masterplan to destroy the Wyatts.
I feel like everyone's a heel here.
Bray appeared on the Titan Tron to challenge The Viper to a House of Horrors bout.
Which I'm pretty sure is where both men have to watch their own Wrestlemania match.
Randy accepted and then Bray appeared behind him - ironically from OUTTA NOWHERE - with
the returning BIG RED EVERYTHING Erick Rowan!
Who was wearing a terrifying asthmatic sheep mask.
Luke Harper came down to even the odds, and a tag match was made for later that night,
playas.
Naomi beat Alexa Bliss Naomi successfully defended her newly won
Women's Championship against Alexa Bliss, in a really good match.
Even though Naomi was selling her bad leg, she still did the rave celebration - which
kind of made her look like a dancing pirate.
Tye Dillinger beat Curt Hawkins Capitalising on his Royal Rumble entrance
two months ago, Tye Dillinger answered Curt Hawkins' open challenge.
The crowd were super into him, yelling 10 for every move he did.
This was a good squash match to get Tye over on his full main roster debut.
Total Bellas Call-Up The Miz and Maryse came out dressed as John
Cena and Nikki Bella, to make fun of the newly engaged couple for leaving WWE.
Then a violinist started playing at the top of the ramp.
Just a few chords in, and it was already better than Pitbull.
This was, of course, Shinsuke Nakamura's main roster debut, who got a five minute rockstar
entrance to a very hot crowd.
Unfortunately, that's all that happened.
He just stood in the ring, did his strange dance moves and then walked out.
This was a missed opportunity.
Miz should've started running down Nakamura for interrupting his segment, and then Shinsuke
should've kicked his head off - subconsciously putting Nakamura on John Cena's level in
viewers' minds.
Baron Corbin beat Dean Ambrose Baron Corbin beat Dean Ambrose in a really
fun street fight, with chairs, straps and tables - which probably means their Intercontinental
Title feud isn't over.
Shane McMahon Talks The "Superstar Shake-Up" Shane McMahon managed to talk about next week's
"Superstar shake-up" thingy while not actually revealing anything about it.
Probably because he doesn't know either.
AJ Styles came down to confront him, sporting a black eye from one of Shane's potato punches
on Sunday night, but shockingly cut a babyface promo - saying he doesn't want to go anywhere
and shook hands with McMahon.
Seeing that Nakamura is now on the same promotion as Styles, I don't want AJ to go anywhere
either.
Randy Orton & Luke Harper beat Bray Wyatt & Erick Rowan
The main event tag match, unfortunately, failed to connect.
Orton and Wyatt's feud hasn't recovered from the house-burning reveal, and their Wrestlemania
match dud hurt them even further.
Wyatt teleported away to avoid an RKO, leaving Rowan to get one from outta somewhere.
Bray loses again, in an anticlimactic close to the show.
So that was this week's Smackdown Live review, here's the usual ratings recap: SmackDamn,
Smacktastic, Smack Bang In The Middle, Ellsworthy and Raw.
This week's Smackdown is Smacktastic.
That bottom Raw rating doesn't work so much this week.
The Tye Dillinger and Shinsuke Nakamura call-ups were enough to give this episode an above
average rating, and - of course - the huge return of BIG RED EVERYTHING Erick Rowan.
But Nakamura's debut missed out on a much-needed physical interaction and the Wyatt/Orton feud
no longer interests me.
What did you all think?
Let me know in the comments down below, and make sure to vote in the poll above my head
to give it your own rating.
I'll announce the results on tomorrow's WrestleTalk News.
Raw was better than Smackdown for a change!
Watch my review of Finn Balor's return and Kurt Angle being revealed as the new GM.
And find out who's rumoured to be moving brands by clicking the videos to the left,

I've been Oli Davis and that was wrestling.

Watch Snowboarder Chloe Kim Win 2017 Burton Women's Open Halfpipe Tournament | Features | Refinery29 - Duration: 4:24.
We've called her the future.
She's really the now
of competitive snowboarding.
Chloe Kim, the Golden One.
Last time around when they were picking
the U.S. Olympic team,
she would have qualified based on points
but she was in fact too young
to compete in the olympics.
Don't you hate when that happens?
When you're on a snowboard, you're gonna
strap in,
you're gonna feel a little weird
because you're standing sideways,
you might fall over a few times.
You're dropping in pretty fast.
You're gonna feel the friction,
you're gonna feel the movement,
the momentum.
When you go up the wall it's like...
pretty insane.
You're gonna feel the g-forces
working against ya.
It's kind of like a roller coaster.
There's a lot of spinning.
You look down and you're just...
going in circles.
You see a lot of blurs.
It doesn't feel like you're hanging upside down.
It's the Burton U.S. Open Women's Halfpipe
final, the most prestigious title
of the winter season.
My main goal for this competition
is just to put down a solid run
that I'm happy with.
Being super chill and laid back,
not being too stressed,
just finding that happy place
and staying there.
Having fun is my greatest strategy.
I have known Chloe since she was about
eleven years old.
I saw her riding in a snowboard contest
and was like...
"That girl's gonna be the next thing."
People use the term prodigy a lot.
She's unnaturally talented for someone that young.
When I'm just having fun I feel like
my riding's so much cleaner and I'm not as stiff.
Just relax.
My training regimen involves skateboarding,
trampolining, working out,
trying to eat healthy.
Trying, but not really.
I was stuck at the gym for a few months
for knee rehab.
I partially tore my ACL a couple of summers ago
and that was really hard.
I feel like we've all had moments where
we think about giving up.
I think every bad experience I've had has
been a learning experience.
Chloe is one of the true faces of progression.
All the young girls that are inspired by the
top level snowboarders see what she's doing
and see that it's possible.
It's gonna create insane talent in the future.
And when you look at her just from a technical
standpoint, what she is able to do on that
snowboard, how big she's able to go out
of this pipe.
Last year I was able to put down a pretty
solid run and I took home first.
She landed back-to-back 1080s
which means she did a 1080 degree rotation
and then landed backwards.
And then did a switch 1080 rotation,
which is insane.
The pressure is on Chloe Kim now, finally.
She's gotta deliver.
Fairly moderate backside air, not her biggest,
but a front side nine there from Chloe Kim.
Into a McTwist, so the game plan
for Chloe Kim out here today was,
"Let's not come out guns blazing."
When I was dropping in I was like…
You still did a better job so more of the same.
I'm hype, thank you.
Will we see some big spins?
There the front side 1080 from Chloe Kim.
So...McTwist.
That will be the highest scoring run.
An 86.8!
She's gonna go for it!
Frontside 1080
into a Cab 720.
Does she know that she has already won this?
Chloe Kim's victory laps have become legendary.
Chloe Kim, you have already grabbed your second
win at 16.
That's just nuts.
She will continue that progression.
The sky's the limit for Chloe Kim.
Pretty stoked on life.

Octopus DNA is Not of This World, Numerous Researchers Conclude - Duration: 4:55.
Octopus DNA is Not of This World, Numerous Researchers Conclude
After completely sequencing its genome, scientists reached an unexpected conclusion that
octopuses are entirely distinct from any other animals on Earth.
The results yielded astounding numbers over 33.000 protein-coding genes were identified.
Thats more than what human beings possess.
(scientists cant agree on either 14 or 25,000 genes)
Dr. Clifton Ragsdale, researcher at the University of Chicago offered extra details about the
significance of this find.
According to him, the octopus appears to be utterly different from all other animals,
even other molluscs, with its eight prehensile arms, its large brain and its clever problem-solving
abilities.
With 168 neuron-development regulating genes, almost twice the number found in any mammal,
and a neural grid consisting of 1/2 billion neurons scattered from head to the prehensile
arms, the octopus can easily outperform most marine creatures.
Their curious nervous system is ramified into their elongated arms, and if one gets dismembered,
the octopus is still able to use its cognitive abilities, as if it had an individual nervous
system in each of its arms.
Octopus DNA left scientists with a feeling that it was highly rearranged, similar to
a shuffled deck of cards.
This conclusion was based on the fact that octopus genetic code was discovered to
be comprised of a number of transposons, or jumping genes, that leaped across the
genome changing its structure.
With a few notable exceptions, the octopus basically has a typical invertebrate genome
thats just been completely rearranged, like its been put in a blender and mixed,
said Caroline Albertin, once of the marine biologists at the University of Chicago.
This leads to genes being placed in new genomic environments with different regulatory
elements, and was an entirely unexpected find.
Another interesting feature of this aquatic wonder is its ability to perfectly blend
in with ithe surroundings.
This chameleonic behavior is triggered by six protein genes named reflectins which
impacts the way light reflects off the octopus skin, thus turning it into assorted patterns
and textures that camouflage the octopus.
Part of the coleoid sub-class of the molluscs are the octopus, cuttlefish and squid.
These creatures evolved over a period of over 500 million years, and are known to inhabit
almost every body of water at nearly any depth.
Their adaptability consists in extremely flexible and fluid bodies, an insane visual system
which allows them to perceive colors although theyre technically colorblind, and of course
their camouflage native technique.
Octopuses received the alien label ever since late British zoologist Martin Wells
had studied them, but Charles Mudede warns not to interpret alienness as a matter
of DNA, but instead as a matter of diversity.
But, no matter how crazy an animals DNA might appear, it is probably from this planet
if its cells contain the energy-generating organelles called mitochondria, Mudede
wrote.
With all this out of this world evidence at hand, its hard not to see the otherworldly
traits of octopuses, especially their ability to redesign their DNA for a flawless life
experience and extreme survivability.
Could this be just a complex and misunderstood evolutionary process?
Or were these tentacled invertebrates brought to Earth from another place in the universe,
by some unknown civilization that we can only speculate of?
Whatever the case, its sure interesting to picture these unusual beings as the ancient
companions of an aquatic alien species from a remote past.
We cannot safely assume this was the case, but at the same time its hard to deny the
alien implications
in this story.

"The Assad Regime is a Moral Disgrace": Noam Chomsky on Ongoing Syrian War - Duration: 3:13.
AMY GOODMAN: We turn now to Noam Chomsky, one of the world's best-known dissidents.
He's institute professor emeritus at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he taught for
more than 50 years.
Juan González and I spoke to him live on Democracy Now! on Tuesday's program.
After the broadcast, we continued the conversation.
I asked him to talk about the situation in Syria, as well as the broader Middle East.
NOAM CHOMSKY: Syria is a horrible catastrophe.
The Assad regime is a moral disgrace.
They're carrying out horrendous acts, the Russians with them.
AMY GOODMAN: Why the Russians with them?
NOAM CHOMSKY: Well, pretty simple reason: Syria is their one ally in the whole region.
Not a close ally, but they do have—their one Mediterranean base is in Syria.
It's the one country that's more or less cooperated with them.
And they don't want to lose their one ally.
It's very ugly, but that's what's happening.
Meanwhile, there have been—it's kind of like the North Korean case we were discussing.
There have been possible opportunities to terminate the horrors.
In 2012, there was an initiative from the Russians, which was not pursued, so we don't
know how serious it was, but it was a proposal to—for a negotiated settlement, in which
Assad would be phased out, not immediately.
You know, you can't tell them, "We're going to murder you.
Please negotiate."
That's not going to work.
But some system in which, in the course of negotiations, he would be removed, and some
kind of settlement would be made.
The West would not accept it, not just the United States.
France, England, the United States simply refused to even consider it.
At the time, they believed they could overthrow Assad, so they didn't want to do this, so
the war went on.
Could it have worked?
You never know for sure.
But it could have been pursued.
Meanwhile, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are supporting jihadi groups, which are not all that different
from ISIS.
So you have a horror story on all sides.
The Syrian people are being decimated.
AMY GOODMAN: And the U.S. now sending 400 more troops to Syria.
But if the U.S. has a better relationship with Russia, could that change everything?
NOAM CHOMSKY: It could lead to some kind of accommodation in which a negotiated diplomatic
settlement would be implemented, which would by no means be lovely, but it would at least
cut down the level of violence, which is critical, because the country is simply being destroyed.
It's descending to suicide.

How to Install Mods in Besiege 0.42b+ | Besiege Quick Guide - Duration: 1:55.
This will be a quick tutorial about installing mods in Besiege.
Go to the Spiderling forums website.
Navigate to the modding section.
Find spaar's Modloader and make sure the version is correct.
Download the installer, save it anywhere on your computer and run it.
If the installer doesn't automatically detect the game, use the Browse button to select your Besiege installation,
select a version and press "Install ModLoader."
If you want access to additional features, such as the object explorer, tick the "Developer Version" option.
When the installation is finished, check if it's installed correctly by pressing Ctrl + M in game.
Once you have the modloader, you can go download other mods you want.
If the mod only contains a .dll file, simply save it to the Mods folder.
If the mod contains a compressed archive, extract all the contents to the Mods folder.
I suggest you start with TGYD`s Building Tools mod, it's very useful.
Make sure the mods are compatible with your current Besiege version or it might mess with the game,
test them one by one.
To uninstall a single mod, delete its .dll file.
To uninstall the Mod Loader, just verify file integrity through Steam.
Thanks for watching, and have fun with the new way of playing Besiege.

LACOME INFLUENSTER VOX BOX REVIEW AND UNBOXING - FREE MAKEUP | KOSMIC KRISTEN - Duration: 10:07.
Hi Everyone ! It's Kristen :)
and today we are going to be opening and unboxing the
Lancome and Influenster Vox Box
and I am very excited to get this box
I have never tried a Lancome product before
so this will be my first time
Let me go ahead and open it up and show you what's inside
So, you open it up and the Vox Box looks like this
it came with four Lancome Products
first we have the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Makeup Stick
then we have the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear , this is a concealer
Next we have the Lancome Click and Glow
this is a highlighter kind of blush
Next we have Lancome metal effect lip lacquer, which is a lipgloss
Now I'm going to show you what they look like going on
and the finished look
and then I will tell you my review at the end
So we are going to start out using the concealer
and I'm showing you a few of my larger bumps
that we are hoping to conceal with this concealer
and I'm mostly putting it on my trouble areas
and covering it with a makeup stick later on
I'm mostly putting it under my eyes
to hide any bags or darkness
I have a lot of acne at the moment so I'm hoping this covers well
also putting a little bit on my eyes as a primer
this concealer really wants to stay in place
and it's a very thick consistency
so I'm just smoothing it out with my fingers
I think it covers the bumps pretty well
but there's only so much you can do for the larger bumps
but for the smaller bumps the concealer is really helping
Now, I am using the makeup stick
and using it all over
sort of the same places , but mostly in the places
that don't have makeup on them
and I'm just going to smooth these together
to complete the whole face
I also feel like using your fingers for this foundation
also works better than a beauty blender or sponge
or even a brush
but you could
Next, I just put on a little bit of powder
to complete the foundation look
and now we are going to go in with the Lancome Click and Glow
we are just going to click it a few times
and put it on the tops of my cheek bones
for a highlighted look
you could also put this in your cupids bow
and on the tip of your nose
I put it mostly on my cheeks
now we are just putting on lipgloss
I think it kind of takes a couple of swipes
because it is such a thick formula
and this is the complete look
just using all the products that we got in this Vox Box
so now I'm going to let you know what I feel about each product
first, we are going to go over the Lancome Teint Idole Camouflage concealer
and I absolutely love this concealer
it's one of the nicest concealers I have ever used
as you can see in the demonstration or tutorial
it covers really really well
it is very thick consistency
and it goes on and stays put
like you can not move it once you put it on and pat it in
I decided to use my fingers because I feel like
a lot of concealers go on better just using your hands
they kind of warm up the product
I tried using it with a beauty blender before hand
and it didn't move very much
but I think using your fingers in this case
would be the best option
I had to tell Influenster about what my color was
because they couldn't actually see me
so, I told them the lightest shade
and it ended up working very well for me
so this is in Ivoire or Beige Porcelain
it had two on there
that is the color that I am currently using
This concealer is $31 which I think is a good price for a high end concealer
like this one
Next we are goineaMg to go over the Teint Idole Ultra Makeup Stick
and this is really really creamy and really really nice
it goes over the stick really well
and I think it works really well with the concealer
after using both of those most of my skin looks flawless
other than like the larger bumps
which there's not much you can do for that
even with high end products you are still going to see the bumps there
but any redness or anything, like you can seelike there nothing
so it covers really well
like even from far away like you can't even see the big bump here
I have to go in really close and you have to be kinda looking for it
but from far away just talking to someone you won't be able to see it
I don't know if it's the concealer or foundation
but I had to put powder over it because
if I touch my face , and even now, like it feels sticky
they are both thick formulas , they like I said with the concealer
stays put and I think that's kinda what makes it stay put
it has like a gluely consistency
but not like heavy
like you can feel it on your face
it doesn't feel very very thick, it feels pretty normal
but the consistency is very thick
and so I put powder over that
but it is still kinda has a dewy look to it
this makeup stick is $42
which is a little expensive
but I do think that it is worth it
but buying both together, both the concealer and the foundation
may be a little bit pricey
Next the Lancome Click and Glow
little highlighter blush, it's called a highlighting fluid
it's mostly like a blush highlighter
in one into like a fluid form
I really like the color on my skin it makes it looks very
natural and very glowy
it's not overly dramatic highlight or the color
you may need to put a little more blush if you like blushed look
and then put this over it
but I think this is good for a natural look
and the concept of it is very cool
it's got like a little pad here
and you use the clicker at the bottom to get the fluid to come out
and lastly we have the lipgloss
I think this is a very pretty color
it's got a metallic sheen to it and changes color in the light
the click and glow highlighter is $23 which is pretty good for a highlighter in my opinion
it's a very thick lipgloss but it doesn't feel like a lot of lipglosses do
when you can't move your lips because you can feel it gluing your lips together
it is actually very nice and stays very well put
and it look very glossy
but I really like the consistancy of it and think it looks very good
and I think it is a very pretty color and like the metallicness to it
so if you guys like lipglossI really like this one
this lipstick is $22 it is kinda pricey
for the size for this particular lipgloss
but if you are someone who likes lipgloss with this metallic effect
it may be worth it to you
it is a little expensive compared to other lipglosses at this size
overall these products really held up to my expectations
of Lancome and it being a high quality product
my favorite product in this Vox Box is the Camouflage concealer
I think it works super super well
but I really liked every single product they gave us
I think this all of these are great for a kind of
glowy natural look
you can use it with putting your eye makeup on
and it could be more of a natural or you can use it with you makeup
and make it a whole look
I received these products completely for free
thru Influenster
if you guys would like to know more about Influenster
I do have a video about it that I will link somewhere up here

The Harvard Goal Experiment (how to set & achieve your goals with accuracy) - Duration: 3:52.
Hey, everybody, Shaun Hadsall here,
the owner of Get Lean in 12 and stubborn fat expert
for people over 35 years old.
And in today's video, I'm going to talk about the Harvard goal
experiment.
Since the new year is upon us, Happy New Year.
I can't believe another year has gone by
and 2017 will be here in less than 24 hours.
And I think of the quote from Andy Rooney, where he said,
life is like a roll of toilet paper.
The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.
And as a 45-year-old grandpa to three beautiful grandkids,
I can attest to this.
It seems like each year just goes faster and faster.
And since we're going into the new year,
I want to talk about goals.
In particular, this Harvard goal experiment.
So Harvard Business School did a study
on the financial status of its students 10 years
after graduation and concluded the following.
27% needed financial assistance.
60% were living paycheck to paycheck.
10% were living comfortably.
And only 3% were financially independent.
Now this same study looked at the power of goal setting
in each one of these groups.
And their findings were pretty remarkable.
The 27% that needed financial assistance
had absolutely no goal setting process whatsoever.
The 60% that were living paycheck to paycheck
had basic survival goals, like living week to week or paycheck
to paycheck.
The 10% that were living comfortably,
had general goals, so they knew exactly where they wanted to be
or where they were going in five years from now.
And then the 3% that were financially independent
had written their goals and the steps to achieve their goals.
And that's really the take-home message
of this video moving into the new year.
If you want to achieve your health and fitness
goals or any goal in your life, you
need to physically get out a piece of paper
or a goal card, a 5 x 7 index card and write down your goals.
Research shows that when you read books
or you read magazines or articles, what ends up
happening is you have better memory
retention than if you read it on a tablet
or a device or a computer.
So I have goals for each area of my life on these goal cards.
And I read through them five days of the week.
So I take each area of my life.
My health and fitness, my spirituality, my finances,
my business, my love life and marriage,
and my personal growth.
And I set goals in each area of my life on those goal cards.
And then I use the SMART acronym,
which is specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic,
and time sensitive.
But there is three big mistakes that people
make when using the Smart acronym to set their goals.
And I want to cover that inside tomorrow's video
on New Year's Day for you.
And in the meantime, just make sure that you're
setting your goals by writing them down.
Because research shows, you're much more
likely to achieve them by doing that than coming up with some--
you know, finding some goal-setting software
or some goal setting app or even typing them out on your device
is not going to be as effective as writing them down.
So if you like this video, make sure you
hit the Like button below.
Make sure that you share it and then,
as a free gift for taking time out of your busy day
to check this out, I put a link somewhere around this video
that you can click or tap and you'll
get instant access to a free report called, The Over 40,
Stubborn Fat Sequence.
And this will introduce you to a 12-minute metabolic trick
that I've helped over 100,000 people across the globe
with in the last five years alone.
And this is also the same 12-minute metabolic trick
that helps me use a catalyst to helping me maintain
under 10% body fat, since 1998.
So thanks for watching this.
And keep going strong.

Top Five Facts about Dumbo - Duration: 4:06.
One of my favorite movies, Dumbo was the tale of a young circus elephant that was picked
on account of his giant ears.
He is ridiculed for his big ears, but in fact he is capable of flying by using his ears
as wings.
Screw the haters!
But later own he mustered the strength to use the one thing that caused him so much
pain to save the days.
Drop it!
Its your boy Retro and in this video I'll be going over the top five facts about Dumbo
that you may or may not now.
If I missed one leave it down below.
So let's ignore those racist ass crows and get into the list.
Talking about a quick cash grab.
In order to make a fast buck, Dumbo's runtime clocks in at around 64 minutes, making it
one of Disney's shortest feature length films!
Just a little over an hour.
It was made, if we're being honest here, to recoup the financial losses of Fantasia.
That thing flopped harder than my last mixtape.
It was a deliberate pursuit of simplicity and economy for the Disney studio.
It was even made using watercolors.
Them boys were strapped for cash.
In the original book, Timothy Q. Mouse didn't exist.
Instead, Dumbo's sidekick was Red Robin.
Hmm....I don't know why Disney changed this maybe he had som problem with birds.
By the end of the original story, Red and Dumbo had signed a film contract and were
headed to Hollywood.
So it his biopic huh, Dumbo decided to crop the bird out of his life who knew he was such
a diva.
Back at the Disney studios tired of being used like slaves the artists were like 'yo
we out!'
There was an extremely heated animator's strike during production of Dumbo.
Annoyed by their actions Disney mocked his striking workers by putting a scene in where
a group of clowns decide to "hit the big boss for a raise."
The strike lasted five weeks, and ended the "family" atmosphere and camaraderie at the
studio.
Yeah its always a family when the boss says it one not even caring what we peons have
to say.
One of Dumbo's most iconic scene were pink pachyderm hallucinations that were the result
of an underage drinking.
See that's what happens when you can't handle your purple drank, dirty sprite, or Lean.
That's why I blow dro.
Anyway back in the day the scene passed muster, but it doesn't always today.
When Dumbo is re-aired the "Pink Elephant" scene is often replaced with Dumbo dreaming
of flying.
That's weak as hell man.
It was one of Walt's favorite movies.
When the movie later aired on the Disneyland TV show, Disney admitted to the audience that
Dumbo held a special place in his heart.
"From the very start, Dumbo was a happy picture," he said.
"We weren't restricted by any set storyline so we could give our imaginations full play.
In other words, if a good idea came to us, we'd put it in the story.
It was a really happy picture from beginning to end."
That's what I'm saying prove them haters wrong Dumbo, after all that I'm leaving it here!
And until next time SQUADDDDD!
