One of the many attractions of WrestleMania weekend is the Hall of Fame spectacle that

Six young plaintiffs filed a suit against the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission
back in 2013, asking the Commission to halt all fracking operations in the state until
the practice can be proven safe.
The Colorado Commission rejected their request in 2014, saying that the kids did not have
the authority to file a petition.
But now a three-judge panel has ruled the agency was wrong to have dismissed the petition,
saying that the development of oil and gas in Colorado must be regulated subject to the
protection of public health, safety and welfare.
While the ruling does not immediately stop fracking in the state, the teenagers can now
resubmit their request and the agency cannot reject their demand by arguing that the kids
don't have the legal authority to petition.
One of the 16-year-old plaintiffs said "From the streets to the courtroom, the
voices of the young generation will be heard, and the legal system is a tool for our resistance.
Small wins build up to create massive change."
