Hey guys, I'm Bram from Cartoon Hooligans. And you're watching the Carhoo Show!!

What If Batman & Superman were Pokemon Trainers.

I have always wanted to see Batman and Superman fight each other in a Pokemon battle. In fact...

I had this idea 3 years ago when I was making the first video.

Xerneas, blow their minds off with your dashingly dashing Derriere Gleam

Go watch it if you haven't already…

My initial idea was to pair Superman with the most American Pokemon ever...

Braviary from 5th Generation.

And I thought Gliscor from 4th Generation would be a perfect Pokemon for Batman.

Fast forward to 3 years later,

I came up with this brilliant idea to design with my own fake Pokemon for them.

Here is my first try on Batman's Pokemon.

I used Hariyama from 3rd Generation and gave it a Batman Halloween costume.

Apparently that didn't work out. So here's my second try.

I used a lot of design elements from Gengar and Pignite and Emboar,

I thought it would be interesting to have a fat strong Pokemon Batman to contrast with the ripped human Batman.

Once I locked down the design for Batmanman, the ideas for Nightwingwing and Robinbin came pretty fast.

With Riolu from the 6th Generation as inspiration for Nightwingwing

and Hawlucha from 6th Generation as well inspired the look of Robinbin.

As for Superman's Pokemon, I started by looking at Pokemon that reminds me of strength and manliness, like...

Machoke and Machamp

Ursaring , Beartic and Pangoro

And....I came up with this horrible design.

Then I thought I should make it four legged instead.

like a lion or a dog or something like that.

The first four legged Pokemon I thought of were Growlithe and Arcanine

2 of my favourite 1st Generation Pokemon.

And so I practically use Arcanine as the blue print for this version of design

with a bit of elements from Entei and Pyroar.

And since it is a lion like Pokemon with mane, I called it ...

SUPERMANE !!!

Okay, now that we are done with the characters, I'm gonna show you guys some boring animation stuffs

which I'm sure most of you guys are not interested in watching but I'm gonna show you anyway.

So what we are seeing here is a sped up footage of me drawing in Photoshop.

What's my secret of being able to draw so good you asked?

Well, it is pure talent, nothing else. I was just born with it.

Genetic.

Do I practice every single day to be good in art?

Noooo~~ are you kidding me?

You don't need to be hardworking , just get yourself an expensive graphic tablet

and you will be able to draw and paint like a pro.

C'mon man, common sense.

okay, cut the bullsh*t and let's jump straight to the final result.

And~~This is how it looks like in the final video with effects and movement.

Next, this is the rough animation of when Batmanman uses Thunder Punch.

At this point, the characters are not yet being given any colour or shading.

I passed this to my team member to re-draw my messy drawing and colour it nicely.

What you are seeing here is when I press the ANIMATE button on my keyboard

and everything will be done for me effortlessly.

Making animation is super easy, just a push of a button.

Easy peasy.

See, the background just appear out of nowhere on its own.

I don't even have to paint it for hours.

If you don't have a keyboard with the ANIMATE button on it.

Just use your magic wand instead. Swish and flick and say the magic words

First, we were served something like a side dish.

It's called braised hormon. Braised small intestines.

There's something on the side here.

(Frowns)

There's ginger.

So these are small intestines.

There's something that kinda looks like jelly on the side here.

Oh, these are konjac?

They're white like the Korean jellies.

It's very firm.

This is it.

The texture...

is kinda chewy like the small intestines but

the meat next to that is soft like the seasoned pork but it's beef.

It's rib meat but kind of creamy?

Rib that kinda tastes creamy.

Wow, this is great.

The onions on top gives it great texture too.

There are chewy parts and there are the soft, meaty parts.

This is amazing. It's like the braised ribs.

Next food we have is takoyaki with green onions added on top.

Places usually sell it like this but

this place has you add the green onions to the takoyaki.

Negiyaki.

It's called negiyaki? Negi? So negi must mean green onions.

With lots of green onions.

It's good.

It's...

The green onions are cold.

Takoyaki is very hot but

The cold green onions and its texture really go well together.

They chopped the green onions here.

Teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, it's all in here.

This one is called the Buta okonomiyaki. It's made of pork.

On an iron plate...

This is what I'm supposed to do, right?

I've never tried this one before.

At a place like this, at least.

They're cut up like pizza slices.

So there's pork in here?

I serve it to the plate, right?

You can put it on your plate and eat it.

This is so cute.

Let me....

It's very firm. It's very firm on top and the bottom.

And it feels very moist on the inside.

From the side, it kinda looks like the Korean mung bean pancakes.

The inside is filled up with different ingredients.

It's too hot.

On the inside...

there's cabbage,

it's just like the dough.

Why do I feel like mung bean pancakes are better?

Maybe I should try another one.

We eat the Korean mung bean pancakes with soy sauce.

Or with seasoned onions.

The sauce on this one is too sweet though.

It's like they eat these for the sauce.

The top and the bottom parts are very crispy.

Very crispy.

It's kinda like they took out the octopus from the okonomiyaki

and filled it in instead with vegetables and gave it texture.

It's very similar to Korean mung bean noodles.

Next up is the shrimp.

Shrimp okonomiyaki.

Shrimp... what is it?

Ebi.

Shrimp...

Woah. The shrimp is on top.

There's one, two...

They put the shrimp on top like this.

I'll try it with the shrimp.

Really be careful eating these though.

Look at the steam.

It's steaming so much.

It's really hot.

It's hard to taste it if it's so hot.

This one has a better fragrance. Because of the shrimp.

It's just like the one I tried before but with shrimp.

It adds the shrimp flavor, and it's a bit saltier.

I like the shrimp though, it's good.

There are cabbages, carrots, green onions and things like that inside.

The shrimp gives it great texture.

Next one is a mix.

It has both shrimp and pork.

I saw in the movies. They push these aside when they're done cooking? Right?

Since the center is hot, they put these on the side if they're cooked.

It's definitely thicker.

The mix one is thicker than the other two.

There's octopus in here too.

It's a mix of everything.

Is there.. Oh, there's the shrimp.

Octopus too.

And shrimp.

I think the mix one is best.

To me, the pork one was a bit bland.

I couldn't really taste the pork.

But shrimp has a strong flavor.

And with the octopus, it adds the texture.

I like the one with everything mixed the best.

I think this will be perfect with mung bean sprouts added in.

I wonder why they didn't put it in.

Just like Dong-geun said, you know the thing that was on top?

I keep chewing on that

and it's kinda like the crispiest pork belly piece. The one that's the most cooked.

It's that texture.

The top must have been the pork layer.

They weren't grounded and put inside.

- On top? - Like the shrimp?

Yeah.

I think it was layered.

I thought pork was grounded.

This! This is pork!

Pork is placed on top like bacon.

Texture is... like I mentioned,

The remaining crispy pieces of the pork belly.

The yakisoba are out.

This one's the buta, pork,

this one's ebi, the shrimp,

this one's the mix of everything.

I'm sure these were served ready-to-eat so

I'll give it a try.

The things on top are ginger.

I'll mix the ginger with the noodles and

let the flavor seep in a bit.

(Mixing)

I'll go ahead and try it.

Did you see the steam?

The pork is definitely...

cooked too far.

It just tastes like teriyaki.

I think I would've liked it with mayonnaise or some other sauces.

It has a very strong flavor.

This one's the shrimp. Ebi.

(Ordered more because it was good)

She gave me more than last time.

I think it's because we were eating so well.

The thickness of the noodles are as thick as

the Korean jjajang noodles.

Maybe because this one has shrimp in it...

A lot of their dishes taste similar to each other.

It may have easily been just salty but

the minced ginger on top

helps to refresh the taste here and there.

Something like that.

This one's the mix.

The one with octopus, shrimp, and pork.

I recommend this one to those of you that want to get a taste of everything.

It tastes the same though, honestly.

It tastes similar, maybe it's because of the sauce.

But depending on the toppings, the flavor changes.

I think shrimp is the best though. In flavor and texture.

I recommend the shrimp.

She seriously gave us so much.

Yeah.

She gave us at least 1.5 times more than before.

Yeah.

It's obvious.

There was space on the side before and there was ginger there.

Yeah. It's all filled up now.

Do you see this oil?

The beef oil?

Like the braised rib oil. You know?

No.

Are you full?

- Yeah. - Really?

Try it later if you get a chance.

This is their best dish.

I mean, I don't know how okonomiyaki are in other places.

Is it better than bai top shells with the bibim noodles?

Yeah.

It makes the Japanese flavor even more Japanese.

So I tried the soba here.

It tastes just like you'd imagine.

Nothing more or less.

There's the grill here so it's nice to sit around and eat good food.

I enjoyed it. It was good.

It didn't blow my mind or anything though.

Which menu item would you recommend from this place?

I recommend the negiyaki and the braised hormon.

Those two.

And the vanilla ice cream.

They had fried calamari too. I didn't know.

The Collapse Is Confirmed "Credit-Card Debt Slaves Move to Top of Fed's Bank Worries" - Duration: 8:05.

Projected losses at the top 34 banks in a "severely adverse scenario."

The comforting news in the results from the Federal Reserve's annual stress test is

that the largest 34 bank holding companies would all survive a recession.

Based on this glorious accomplishment, the clamoring has already started for regulators

to allow these banks to pay bigger dividends and to blow more money on share buybacks,

and for these regulators to slash regulation on these banks and make their life easier

and riskier in general.

We don't want these banks to survive a recession in too good a condition apparently.

And it would likely be better for Wall Street anyway if banks could lever up with risks

so that a few of them would get bailed out during the next recession.

Let's remember, for the Fed's no-holds-barred bailout-year 2009, Wall Street executives

and employees were doused with record bonuses.

The Fed's bailouts were good for them.

And it has been good for them ever since.

The less comforting news in the stress test is that credit card debt – generally the

most expensive and risky debt for consumers – has now moved to the top of the Fed's

worry list in the "severely adverse scenario" of the stress test.

The projected losses for the 34 largest banks – not counting the losses at the 4,997 smaller

banks – are expected to hit $100 billion, up nearly 9% from the stress test a year ago.

The projected losses rose for several reasons, including that credit card balances have grown

by 5.6% from a year ago to over $1 trillion.

The delinquency rate has risen to 2.4%.

The Fed is also blaming looser lending standards.

Sharing the top spot on the Fed's worry list in the "severely adverse scenario"

are Commercial & Industrial loans, whose balances are over twice as large, at $2.1 trillion,

but whose projected losses are also pegged at $100 billion.

In total, the "severely adverse scenario" sees $493 billion in losses for these 34 banks:

Note that projected losses from all consumer categories – credit cards, first lien mortgages,

junior liens and HELOCs, and other consumer loans – total $185 billion or 37% of total

losses.

Of all consumer loans, credit card losses are projected to account for 54%!

After soaring over the past two years at a rate between 5% and 6.8% year-over-year, credit

card balances now exceed $1 trillion, which is about where they'd been in May 2008 just

before they blew up during the Great Recession: Credit card debt is the most expensive debt

for consumers –

and

the most profitable for banks.

The cost of funds for banks is still very low.

But for credit cards, they lend out at 15% or 21% or even 25%.

Even with relatively low balances, the interest and fee burden, once the consumer is falling

behind in making payments, can quickly kick the consumer over the edge.

But then, as push comes to shove, the problem with credit card debt is that there is no

collateral.

When consumers default and seek bankruptcy protection, recovery by banks may be low,

and loss ratios tend to be large.

So these things are risky for banks.

Credit card delinquencies started ticking up a year ago and have reached 2.4% in Q1

2017.

This is still low by historical standards, but these are the best of times, and the unemployment

rate is low.

Concern is that tapped out consumers, who are already struggling with this debt when

the unemployment rate is low, will be pushed over the cliff when that severely adverse

scenario kicks in with job losses.

Then, credit card defaults and losses for banks will once again skyrocket.

For some banks, the risks are much higher because they issue credit cards to riskier

customers.

Some are already experiencing higher delinquency and net loss rates.

In the severely adverse scenario, CapitalOne came in with $21.7 billion in projected losses,

up 20% from 2016.

In real life, the company disclosed in its Q1 earnings report that it increased its provision

for bad debts by 30% year-over-year to $1.9 billion, that the 30-day-plus delinquency

rate rose to 2.9%, and that net charge-offs jumped 28% to $1.5 billion.

Its rate of net charge-offs to total loans rose to 2.5%.

Most of these delinquencies and losses occurred in its credit card and auto loan business.

And these are the best of times!

JP Morgan Chase came in with $15.7 billion in projected losses, up 13% from last year,

and Discover Financial with $8.7 billion in losses, up 14%.

So it's comforting that our credit-card debt slaves, who had shown signs of unwelcome

prudence after the Great Recession, are kicking that nasty habit and are once again splurging

on things they can't afford and are charging them on their credit cards to pay out of their

nose for them.

It's good for GDP, which needs all the help it can get.

And it's good for the banks, which make a ton of money on credit card balances.

And when push comes to shove, and the banks get hit, well then, let the Fed deal with

it, no?
