The New Scott E Genius | GMBN's First Ride - Duration: 6:03.- SCOTT recently redesigned their very popular and
versatile trail bike the Genius and
this is the brand new E Genius.
Let's take a first look.
(calm instrumental music)
So the brand new Genius had a full new design,
full new frame layout.
If you see the E Genius looks very similar.
So this shock now mounts vertically down towards
the bottom bracket, the old Genius it
was up at the top tube.
SCOTT really tried to keep the same geometry
as close as possible at least and suspension forms
between the non motorised and the motorised bikes.
150 mil travel on this bike front and rear and
it's also got that safe feature of bein able to
swap out 27.5 and 29 inch wheels really easily and
then all you need to do is flip this chip in that
linkage to make sure the BB height is almost
identical between the two wheel sizes.
(hip hop instrumental music)
So this bike is now powered by the Shimano steps
E8000 system really light compact mountain
bike specific motor and battery.
So the battery's mounted inside that down tube.
So really well integrated.
You've got these plastic covers just make sure
everythin looks really nice and neat.
It's almost much smaller than the Bosch systems
it means SCOTT have actually shaved three centimetres
off that chain (mumbles) length to make sure
it feels much more like the normal genius.
It's 500 watts per hour this thing it puts
out a peak power of 250 watts.
So the Shimano step system has this compact
display up on the bar.
It gives you all the information about battery levels,
speed, but also it's integrated with this Shimano XTDI2
11 speed gear system you've got on here.
So it gives you all that information
about your gears as well.
The one battery powers everything on here and
you also use this left hand shifter so it's very much
like the DI2 gear shifter to switch through your modes.
At the moment it's OFF.
It can then go up to ECO, TRAIL, then BOOST.
Nice little touches they're colour coded.
Means they can keep that display nice and small
and you can see on the move what mode you're actually in.
The three levels of pedal assist also customizable
using Shimano's E-TUBE app on your phone.
So you choose just how much boost or pedal assist
or say they're giving you.
You can also set up your DI2 gears so choose how
fast those gears shift, how many gears you can shift
in one go if you keep your thumb on that paddle,
and also the orientation of those paddles
and what they do on the rear.
So let's take a look at the rest of the controls.
You've got this FOX dropper post remote
on the right hand side.
You've got Shimano Z breaks so downhill breaks,
203 rotors front and rear so big breaks four parts.
You need those big breaks for a bike like this.
Also you've got this SCOTT Twinloc system so,
the moment it's in fully open so it's 150 mil travel,
go halfway that's 110 they call that traction,
that's really good it keeps your BB high,
great for pedalling these bikes as you will do
uphill trying to keep that bottom bracket higher.
It also firms up that suspension as well so
changes the spring curve and then always
full lock out for those really smooth fire roads or
roads for maximum efficient pedalling.
(hip hop instrumental music)
(bike whirring)
another nice touch is this integrated speed sensor
that's actually built into that rear disc mount
so normally you have that old school sort of
magnet on the spoke that can get moved and
they spin round and they picked up by another
sensor that's somewhere on your chain stay so this
is really nice integrated into the bike.
So how does the geometry compare to the old E Genius?
Well the bottom bracket is lower,
like I mentioned before, the chain stays are three
centimetres shorter, head angle is two degrees slacker
and the seat angle is actually one and a half degrees
steeper keep you in that nicer climbing position.
(techno instrumental music)
so goin downhill the bike feels really planted
obviously like E bikes they've got a lot of weight.
So actually it makes suspension feel really good,
all that sprung mass.
Can tell the suspension is actually a lot more like
that new Genius so nice and supple to begin
with and more progressive at the end.
Also got a lot of grip in these 2.8 inch tyres.
I've also got that display on the bars shows me
when I'm pedalling there's a bar graph shows me
exactly how much power I'm puttin through the pedals
so also how much assist I'm getting from the battery.
(fast instrumental techno)
so there's our first look at SCOTT's brand new E Genius.
Definitely a few stand out features for me.
It's great havin the Twinloc especially when
you're peddalin up technical sections as you do on
E Bikes stick it in that middle system so the traction
control part just keep that BB up.
That Shimano system's really good nice to have
that compact system.
Also the versatility of actually bein able to swap
the wheels.
Nice little touch I can actually fit a bottle
cage in this bike.

Why Continuous Facial Aging in the Cheeks May be Treated with Cheek Fillers Over Cheek Implants - Duration: 9:41.Thank you for your question.
You submitted a question without a photo however, the body of your question, you're essentially
asking about the longevity of cheek implants.
And further you have done some consultation and a plastic surgeon answered your question
about whether or not implants are screwed in and the plastic surgeon said that they're
never screwed in and that was a myth.
So I can understand your confusion and I can certainly help you understand my approach
to the world of cheek augmentation in my practice as it is currently.
A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial
plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.
And cheek augmentation as part of facial rejuvenation has been something that I have worked on for
my entire career and everything from placement of cheek implants as well as fat grafting
as well as fillers.
So I'll tell you how my current approach is again to help you understand the thinking
and how I evolved.
So to begin with, when you do these types of consultations, you are certainly going
to be subjected to the biases of the practitioner who's offering you a solution.
So for example, typically speaking, dermatologists don't do surgical cheek implants.
So very often, if you only go to a dermatologist, you're going to get offered a lot of different
types of filler options.
Then when you go to plastic surgeons, even if they do some fillers, they may lean towards
doing surgical implants and will naturally give you a perspective on the benefits of
surgical implants.
And so I'll tell you first from the cosmetic surgeon's perspective as how I evolved from
what I was doing prior to what I'm doing now.
So a lot of times, patients who came who are a little bit older were frustrated that when
they were getting fillers placed into their cheeks, the cheek volume became kind of strangely
doughy looking and not so well defined.
And I explained at that time that essentially, when your skin is loose and the soft tissue
is loose, then you can't put that much filler in your face without it sagging.
So it became part of my routine that I would put like a cheek implant but I wouldn't
do it in isolation.
I would do it with a facelift procedure.
So that way, the cheek volume was restored at the structural level on the bone structure.
Now that's a certainly good solution and certainly worked very well.
And as far as to answer the question about whether or not cheek implants can be screwed
in, with due respect to the plastic surgeon colleague, yes, it is routine to screw in
a cheek implant with a titanium screw.
I don't know why that would be perceived as a myth.
One of the early approaches to doing cheek implants and still is a valid approach was
to use a suture to pass through an external part of the skin and tied over a bolster so
that the pocket of the implant would eventually, over several days, close down and then you
take the stitch out.
With titanium screws, you can actually fixate it more predictably in my opinion and in that
way, they can be more stable.
One of the things that is very important to understand and the longevity question definitely
exposes is although the implant can be in place for many years, your face changes.
The bone volume, changes.
The fat, soft tissue overlying, changes.
So one thing that has evolved in my practice is that when I see someone who has reasonably
good skin quality and tone is an alternative to cheek implant placement, we do something
called structural volumizing using long lasting fillers.
When I say long lasting, I'm talking about thicker fillers that are designed to last
longer such as Juvederm Ultra Plus or Juvederm Voluma.
Now it really has transformed my approach to helping my patients.
And of course as a surgeon, I can do both the injectables as well as the surgery.
But when I look at the practicality and the actual controllability, I have to say that
now I'm doing a lot more placement of filler using the technique of structural volumizing.
Now this is different from what I was describing earlier.
Most doctors and this is not just dermatologists but most practitioners, when they place a
filler, they place it at right below the skin level and try to enhance through molding of
the material under the skin to try to create the illusion of certain, like a cheekbone
perception or structure.
When I do structural volumizing, the technique involves placement at the bone level.
And so, it really helps correct what is the underlying issue which is bone loss.
With structural volumizing, I'm able to control volume very well.
I'm able to place at different areas of the cheek in a way that I can customize and
I'm actually able to try to maximize symmetry in the face that is always asymmetric.
Not to mention that the procedure takes only a few minutes to do as opposed to placement
of the cheek implant in the operating room.
With this kind of solution in mind, essentially, you can adjust what you do as the patient
gets older and deals with all the other factors that can affect cheek volume.
People go on different diets.
People lose weight for a variety of reasons.
And so, it can be a customized as things change in addition to normal facial changing.
So essentially, my thinking would be is that if you wanted to have a solution for the cheek,
and not only there, but you can place the material in the chin, the jawline, in the
jaw angle and create the effect of a facelift, if not one step beyond again based on the
type of anatomy and age of the patient, there are a lot more opportunities to do these things
in a customized way and do it without going into the operating room.
So I think that I would encourage you to pursue more research and meet more doctors and learn
more about structural volumizing as I described it and I think that you'll find yourself
maybe gravitating towards doing the injectables with this technique rather than commit to
a facial implant.
Again, there's nothing wrong with facial implants and certainly I'm very proud of
the ones I've done but I think that, now we have a lot more options and we want to
always hear what is right for the patient and try to solve the issue in the most practical,
safest and predictable way as possible.
So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

How To Get Home Sellers To Say "YES" To Your Zero Down Offer BEFORE You Speak To Them - Duration: 8:32.Hey, this is Joe Crump.
I'm going to show you in this video how to get home sellers to say yes to your zero
down offers before you speak with them.
And the way we're doing it is by sending out a series of text messages and we're
using the Automarketer campaign to do that.
And if we go in to these, this campaign here, you don't have to set any of this up.
This is already set up as a default in the campaign, or in the program, and you can create
new campaigns and do them in any configuration you want.
But I'm going to show you we set it up and what's been working so effectively for us.
So, let's go into this Automarketer and look at the campaign itself.
We'll go to a text and voice messages because this is where the series is, and as you can
see, you can pick a lot of different campaigns here and you can create your own campaign
or you can edit this campaign and in the Automarketer you can send out either text blasts or voice
blasts to leads that are scraped from craigslist.
If you go into the follow up system you can send text, voice and email address to your
leads that are in your system.
But you can't send email addresses anymore to the Automarketer and scrape the leads.
But let's just look here at, on Day 1, this text is going out.
On Day 4 another text is going out, but in this text there's a link and this is a tracking
link, so it's made to be short so that it fits into a text easier.
And this tracking link takes you to one of the clone sites.
And all through this series, on Day 8 another text goes out, but this is a different clone
site, and then it sends out one without a, on Day 15 it sends out one without a URL and
then it sends one with one.
So, what it's doing through this process over a three month period is sending them
different options about how we can make offers to them.
Let me show you the clone sites that it sends them out to.
The first one is the Rent To Own seller site.
And they can listen to this audio, it explains how they can sell their property and what
we do.
Now it doesn't it cost them any money to do it, and you can edit this site, too, so
you if you don't have a big buyer's list you can change that.
And then it gives them a place where they can fill out their information and put in
the information about their property and say, "Yes, I'd consider selling my home with
a lease option."
Now, this recording is completely written out down below here, so it gives them all
the information that they need in order to make this decision to work with you.
It also answers a lot of frequently asked questions, and this is actually a good one
to read because it'll give you information about rent to own sellers and objection handling
techniques that you can use.
And you can find this particular clone site, my version of the clone site here, at buyersforyourhouse.com.
And you can read through this and take a look at it for yourself.
If your seller fills this out, that means that they are highly qualified leads and if
you know what you're doing when you're talking to sellers, the likelihood that you're
going to be able to close a deal when they fill out this form is very, very high.
Because they more a lead has to do to get you their information, the more qualified
they become, they more they've raised their hand saying, "Yes, I really am interested,"
rather than just responding to a text.
Responding to a text is good.
Filling out a form is amazing.
So, that's what we would like to see.
Now, most of the time, you're leads are just going to respond back by text or by giving
you a phone call.
And then you need to call them.
And even if you do get people to fill out these forms and you have these highly qualified
leads, you still have to be competent on the phone to be able to speak to them intelligently
about the offer and about what you're trying to do.
So until you learn how to speak intelligently about this, these leads are only going to
be as good as everything else because when you're not competent, the people on the
other end are going to hear not just incompetence, they're going to hear "scam" because
you feel uncomfortable when you're talking to them and that discomfort will mean something
else to them than sometimes what it actually is, which is just incompetence and not that
you're trying to scam them.
So, learn how to talk to people.
I would say that 80% of the time that I spend with my students in my mentor program is teaching
them how to speak to sellers and I tell them give yourself three or four months before
you can expect to make money in this program and that's if you put in eight to ten hours
a week talking to sellers and learning how to do it.
And you won't have to do that forever.
Once you learn how to do it, then you're going to close a much higher level of leads
that are coming in.
But at the beginning, you're going to close a lot fewer of the leads that come in until
you get competent at it.
So if we go down the line of other leads here and look at some of these other URL's, and
by the way, this is a tracking tab, or a tracking URL, so we've made it intentionally shorter
so that it'll, and then it'll keep track of how many leads that you're getting.
If we look at what we've got just in this short time that we've been running this
particular campaign, you can see that we've gotten 101 unique, or total clicks, and 54
unique clicks.
That means that 54 people have clicked 101 times.
So, almost two times per person.
And that means that you've got some interest in these campaigns and in these websites.
The second website that it's taking them to is, this is one of the oldest websites
that I created back when the internet was still new and it's just a we will buy your
house site.
And it explains what we do and the kind of properties that we buy and it allows them
to make, let us make an offer on their home and give us the information we need.
And this information on this page, how much do you want for it, what do you think it's
worth, what kind of condition, how long have you owned it, why are you selling, all of
this information is stuff that you need in order to use the zero down structure hierarchy
that I teach to build, to make an offer, on every single property that comes through here.
Even if it's a full priced offer, we can, even if it's a full price property, or they
owe 100% on this mortgage, we can still make an offer.
Even if they're upside down we can still make an offer using the zero down structure
hierarchy.
So, make sure you learn those techniques so that you can convert these leads.
The third type of, the third place that it sends them to is the Subject To site.
This is the page that it takes them to and it explains how Subject To works and it allows
them to tell us whether they need to sell it because they have a mortgage that is so
high and they don't have enough money to sell the property, or they just want to make
more money by selling it.
And we can help both types of people in this situation.
And this explains how the offer works, how a Subject To works, how we take over properties,
what we do for them and what their risks are and some of the questions that people have
about this.
This is the one that you're going get the fewest people to fill out because they're
actually deeding you the property.
But when somebody says, "Yes, I'll deed you the property immediately," that's
a wonderful thing.
And you suddenly have a house that you can take over and you start making money on immediately.
So all three of these websites will help.
And we've got other websites that go through the, you know, that are in the clone sites
as well.
But these are the three that are in this particular three month campaign.
Once we get these leads then we can work with them in our CRM, if go over to the lead management
software, and you can work with the leads inside the CRM, keep track of their property,
keep track of everything.
I'm going to show you how to use this in a different video.
But this is the process of following up on the people that respond to these leads.
Anyway, I wanted you to see how we can actually get offers and get sellers to say yes, even
before we speak to them.
Thanks a lot.

It was such an honor to be awarded with best new starlet
along with some other really amazing titles.

is that I'm kind of a tomboy.
Like I do have really girly side, but I like to get down
and dirty.

I go through phases where I go to the gym and get super fit.
Then I'm like oh i'm super ripped, I don't need to go back.
Then I get chunky again and then I go back.
But I'm never consistent about it.

and all I do is just have sex.
