20 Small Apartment Remodeling ideas - Duration: 11:53.
if you're starting to feel like your small apartment
is more cramped than cozy maybe
it's time you try some of these
20 small apartment remodeling ideas.
The main problem is not the apartment itself
but the condition it is in; that's why remodeling
could be your best bet.
20.
Repaint the Walls
If you are bored with the condition of your
apartment, you can always repaint the wall
with new colors.
But, if you don't own your home.
You might need to ask your landlord permission
before getting started.
Some apartment are meant to stay as is.
If you are allowed to do remodeling then
the advice is "repaint" your apartment immediately.
Make sure you paint it tidily and use
good quality paint.
Why is that?
Well, you want your apartment walls to look
fantastic, don't you?
Also, be patient in painting because your
walls may need more than one coat of paint,
and it takes time to allow the layers to dry
in between.
19.
Replace your Old Furniture!
Do you think one of the reasons you feel
your apartment need a makeover is due to your
outdated furniture?
If so,
then you should replace your pieces with new ones.
Replacing all of the furniture might require
a boost to your budget; but when it's done
you'll see that you are doing the right thing.
If you ask yourself what to do
with the old furniture, you could sell them
to recover some of your money spent.
But if you don't feel like buying new furniture,
you can always revamp your old furniture with
new fabric or leather.
This way, it will be less expensive.
18.
Simply Clean the Apartment.
One of the easiest things about remodeling
your apartment is to clean it.
If you have a messy apartment you should try to keep it tidy.
As clutter make small spaces look even smaller
Simply clean the floor, the furniture, and
your home accessories.
Then, you might want to gather the unused
things that are just taking up space
Put them into boxes.
Don't store them; sell them.
When you're done, You'll have more space to move around.
and If you're not satisfied with the result,
keep with us.
17.
Break Rules!
Breaking some rules does not mean that you
can remodel your house without the landlord permission.
If you are given permission to do whatever
you want with the apartment you are living in,
then you can start break some rules.
Some people put their dining room table in
the kitchen or in the living room, but can
you put it in your bedroom?
Of course you can, like in this picture for example.
If The wall of your bedroom is holed in rectangular shape;
then you can simply install a wooden
board on it.
There you go,
now you have a dining room table
both in your apartment bedroom and your living room.
16.
Rearrange Everything.
The cheapest remodeling for an apartment is
to rearrange the furniture in different pattern.
You may want to think this through thoroughly
because there is a possibility some of your furniture
won't fit everywhere you want to put it.
You can change your bedroom into the kitchen;
put the bed in the living room, etc. bring
in a new look and atmosphere to your apartment.
15.
Rustic is the New Modern.
Rustic designs are known as a traditional
design because it uses materials like bricks
and wood to build a wall.
But these days people don't like to leave
rustic design outside.
Now those designs are welcomed inside too
even in small apartments.
What you need to do is simply put brick decoration
on the wall so it looks as if it is real.
Then, you should put wood boards on the floor.
Also, you need to add wooden tables.
This remodeling is known to have a bit of
masculine atmosphere to it.
So it's a great one for the guys.
14.
Install New Windows.
One of the reasons you feel bored with your
current apartment condition is probably your windows.
If you have a room in which you can view your city,
then having such small and boring windows
is a waste.
To enhance the view, you should install new windows
but not just any random window; you
should install the big ones.
This way, the view from the apartment
will be enhanced big times.
13.
Add Pictures and Art.
One of the easiest ways to remodel your apartment
is to fill the walls with some pictures
like paintings, family photos, posters, murals,
or photography.
These pictures will surely bring a new atmosphere to your apartment.
But don't mix them randomly;
you should put a set of pictures that shows something.
For example, family photos and posters showcasing quotes.
These 2 things enhance one another and
canbe put together on the wall.
12.
Go for Minimalism!
Whatever you're trying to do when it comes
to remodeling your apartment, don't overdo it.
Don't take too much space just to rearrange your furniture,
don't take too much space
on the wall for pictures,
and don't make your apartment messy once again.
Keep your apartment clean with minimalist
decoration for a tiny and spacious looking
room.
11.
Girly Remodeling.
For girls who live alone in an apartment,
you can try to paint the wall with soft pink color,
or another soft shape you enjoy,
add some flowers vases, and keep the room comfy
by reducing the amount of decoration.
Also, replace your curtain with the white
one while the couch should have bright colors.
Then, you can add throw pillows with soft colors.
This is an example of remodeling for a small apartment
and for girls who live alone, you
should be able to remodel your apartment by yourself
no problem.
10.
Add Life.
Do you have any plants in your apartment?
If not, then it must be stressful.
This is some easy remodeling;
just put some indoor plants inside your apartment.
When you're done rearranging the plants,
you will feel huge differences immediately.
Some plants are imitation yet some are real.
For a better relaxation experience,
the real ones are recommended because they produce
oxygen.
9.
White and Elegant Theme
Have you ever thought to use this theme to
remodel your whole apartment or room?
The dominant color here is white
while black stuff is needed only as an enhancer of the
elegant atmosphere.
What you should do is paint the wall white
and adds white-colored furniture.
Then, put some black-colored decoration
to bring that elegance to your apartment.
Also, a big window is needed for this theme
because it will help to brighten the atmosphere
in your home.
8.
Bring some Joy.
If your budget is not big enough to buy the
things needed for a theme,
you can always add some furniture or stuff to make your apartment
more joyful.
Start by adding various and vibrant colors
like colorful throw pillows, a yellow table,
a chair with blue sky color and other vibrant-colored furniture.
7.
Use Wallpaper.
In case you are in an apartment whose landlord
won't let you to do any remodeling,
you can always use wallpaper instead.
This way, you don't have to repaint the wall.
but applying the wallpaper to the entire wall could get expensive.
That's why it's better to apply the wallpaper on only some of the walls.
like the wall the TV is installed on.
6.
Remake Old Stuff into Decoration.
If you have any unused stuff, you can turn
it into another decoration instead of selling it or throwing it away.
Stuff like this wire basket.
A wire basket is pretty big and won't fit
in your new remodel apartment.
Therefore, you can make it into an end table.
Simply add around wood board on top and
glue it with hot glue gun.
When it's done you can put it by your bed or in the living room.
Now it looks classy and elegant.
5.
Buy Antiques.
Antiques are option in case you want to remodel
your apartment into an older style like that of Victorian era.
One thing is for sure though, antiques can
be very expensive.
So, if you want them to be in your apartment,
make sure that your budget can handle it.
To match the antiques, you should think about the wall and floor as well.
Wallpaper and wooden floors would be great.
for this remodeling idea
4.
Build Shelves.
Shelves are important in a small apartment.
Besides your unused stuff, there must be things that you still
need, right?
For example, books.
To store these books, it is recommended
that you build your own shelves with wood board
and install it on the wall.
The shelves would give your apartment a smart and tidy look.
3.
Mix and Match.
If you are a creative person, then it would
be better to do the remodeling based of your imagination.
In these cases, just let your imagination
do all of the planning work.
You can add furniture with different colors
and patterns without worrying about if it'll
be match.
You can also mix furniture with the same pattern and color
even if they don't actually look
the same.
But, make sure this mix and match has a plan
or you'll end up spending more money than
you anticipated.
2.
Modernize the Electronics and Appliances.
Your remodeling won't be completed without
new electronics and appliances.
Even if your apartment is small,
there can still be a new TV, dishwasher, modern stove,
washing machine, etc.
You can even install some CCTV cameras
for added security to your apartment.
And by installing new high efficiency appliances,
it can even lead to a lower electricity bill

✅ UFO Documentary - Crucial UFO Evidence Files V2 Must Watch!! - Duration: 57:16.
I've tried to stop myself from looking at it. I had no control over my body it
engulfed me it was known to me at that time that the Ministry of Defence were
monitoring what was occurring in the fields in this area a small number of
these UFO sightings may well relate to extraterrestrial activity
extraterrestrial activity out-of-body experiences government cover-ups the
perfect mixture for a conspiracy theory people have been seeing UFOs as far back
as recorded time look at the Middle Ages for instance people were seeing things
in the sky that they couldn't explain then they didn't see them as flying
saucers or spaceships in the 14th and 15th centuries they interpreted them as
flaming swords and shields because they didn't have a spaceship frame of
reference to go into since the Second World War the Ministry of Defence has
repeatedly denied the existence of UFOs however Britain's very own agent Mulder
has spoken out and claims to found the truth or
when I joined the mo D and looked into the old UFO FILES
it became readily apparent that each year for many many years there have been
several hundred UFO sightings reported to the ministry I have no doubt
personally based on my official research and investigation at the ministry that a
small number of these UFO sightings may well relate to extraterrestrial activity
and I don't say that lightly I say it on the basis of their being craft in our
airspace capable of speeds and maneuvers way beyond anything that we've got in
our inventory Nick Pope believes an incident that happened 20 years ago may
well be the closest Britain has got to an alien encounter the event is known as
the Rendlesham forest incident although the pictures are reconstructed the
voices are real in the early hours of Boxing Day 1980 a strange light was seen
over Rendlesham forest in Suffolk staff at nearby NATO airbase RAF Bentwaters
tracked the UFO as it crashed into the trees a patrol of American servicemen
was sent to investigate
regarde Patrol encountered a landed metallic craft they were indentations on
the forest floor they ran a Geiger counter around these indentations they
found the levels of radiation were ten times what they should have been for the
area concerned only the military knew about the incident the public knew
nothing until 1983 when a former airbase security guard who'd been on that
eventful patrol spoke to BBC News this thing came down the red light over and
sat there maybe two seconds it was just a ball of light in the air maybe 20 feet
off the ground 30 feet and it dispersed in a multitude of colors look and they
all seemed to fall on top of this thing and before our eyes it's almost
indescribable but there was a craft an alien spacecraft
some people saw lights in the sky some people saw something very much more
involved than that a landed craft now I have no doubt that this is an absolutely
extraordinary case however the Ministry of Defense takes a different line it
states the incident posed no significant threat and was therefore not worth
investigating but this still doesn't tell us what actually happened there is
range from NATO maneuvers to Martian intruders UFO researcher Jenny Randall's
has spent 20 years investigating the case she believes she has uncovered the
truth about that night the Rendlesham forest case is undoubtedly the most
complex UFO investigation that I have ever been involved in it's the most
notorious and talked-about incident in Britain after World War two a lot of
covert radar based experiments were set up here during the 1970s we know that
they were some sort of an attempted experiment to perfect a super-powerful
radar system which sends very powerful beams of energy right out into space and
bounces them back off the ionosphere and unfortunately what was discovered as a
side effect of that kind of research was that these beams caused odd things to
happen in the atmosphere they caused the atmosphere to glow because they created
plasma effects in and around them they created all kinds of severe
physiological effects on people who got too close to them the odds are pretty
high that one of these experiments was underway at the time when this
particular incident occurred and these people just happen to get trapped within
the energy field I suspect a degree of cover-up was in
was mounted to try and obscure the uncomfortable consequences of admitting
the kind of research that was going on but Nick Pope his adamant this incident
was not a military experiment one that had all the hallmarks of a UFO some two
weeks after the incident a report was made by the United States Air Force to
the British Ministry of Defence describing this in terms of a UFO
incident at the government and the military are not in the business of
telling lies to people so the book on Britain's closest encounter of the Third
Kind remains well and truly closed
Nevada part of ufology and hotbed of conspiracy theories
groom Lake 80 miles northwest of Las Vegas many conspiracy theorists believe
not only does the government know about aliens it works alongside them at this
military complex better known as area 51 the base covers 4,000 square miles and
is patrolled by armed guards with a license to kill public access is
strictly forbidden Perri 51 was started in 1955 it was a joint venture between
the CIA and Lockheed Martin skunk works at first to develop the u-2 spy plane
from there they went on to develop the sr-71 blackbird what they needed was a
secure location on the middle of the wilderness which area 51 was ideal it's
on the middle of the desert with hardly nothing around
Donald Emery spends much of his time monitoring what goes on around the base
but emits is difficult finding out what really happens inside
it actually took them 40 years to actually claim that there was a site out
there that was 1995 there she said that there's an operating facility near groom
lake and of course that's for now that's the only thing they've ever said
although the area 51 base is not named on any map it does show up on this
Russian satellite photograph because of all the secrecy people come up with all
kinds of ideas of what they're doing out there
simply because we don't know some people speculate that there's actually some
kind of trading agreement going on where the aliens actually traded saucers or
technologies to the area in 1996 a man spoke to the BBC who claims for work
inside area 51 better still he claims to have been inside an alien craft the
emotions the feeling that I felt inside when I first entered the craft are quite
different from what you'd expect it's a very ominous feeling a feeling is if you
you shouldn't be there I know that sounds kind of corny but that that that
is truly truly how I felt electronics engineer Bob Lazar told the BBC he
joined a highly secretive team whose job it was to duplicate and remake the
engines of alien craft stored at area 51 the propulsion system is quite exotic
it's a gravity propulsion system there's no propeller there's no jet
exhaust there's no no obvious motive propulsion
first time I saw the disc fly it lifted virtually silently off the ground we're
looking at something about 52 feet in diameter just hovering silently in the
air he had drifted over to the left to the right and then set back down pretty
uneventful test but it was quite impressive
was our claim that he worked not only area 51 he said he was transferred to
another location south of area 51 called s4 and he said inside the mountain there
which is totally concealed that's actually where they back engineer alien
spacecraft supposedly there's alien bodies there now I'm not again going to
just credit that claim because I can't prove that it's not true
but to to whatever we've come up with our research done it really looks like
an advanced aircraft design and energy weapon test facility
no aliens or UFOs
they will make up reports to miss believe I miss direct people and other
thinking was definitely conspiracy there because if it's just advanced aircraft
they have to lie about it so at least that our enemies won't know
about it they'll actually be people out there hunting for aliens when they may
actually just be looking at advanced aircraft
Oliver's castle will share 1989 is a dumpling lifestyle is somewhere this
controversial film appears to show strange objects hovering above a corn
field below complex circle formations appear
retired electrical engineer Colin Andrews is now a self-styled crop-circle
investigator he believes they can't be explained away as a force of nature
there are features which we can't easily account for plants that have changed at
the cellular an atomic level and where they shouldn't be banned plants that are
subtle when they shouldn't be plants that Bend and should break but do
not so is this the footprint of extraterrestrial life they signify
something there is information encoded in them and the circle in itself is a
very as a universal symbol very important symbol signifies everything so
have intelligent life-forms traveled millions of miles to trample on corn
there is of course another explanation we always work in pretty much the dead
of night and we enter into the field very very carefully and very very
stealthily we use the tractor lines to walk up to the field we don't step
across virgin crop we don't leave trails using nothing more than a measuring tape
and a plank of wood or stork stomper the hoaxers set about their work we work
very tightly two diagrams which are obviously worked up beforehand and
something called a construction sequence which is kind of key to making sure that
everybody's in the right place at the right time it's definitely a symbiotic
relationship between ourselves as the suppliers of the phenomena and those
that have a demand that need the phenomena sometimes their need is a very
casual one as a visitor or tourist in this region and on in other cases their
need is a very a very intense one and it's one that revolves around beliefs
and conspiracies about where they where the circles originated from but in
either case we you know fulfill that need really you know
in our own way in summer 2000 there were over 120 reported circles in southern
England most brought down to hoaxes I think what we're looking at is is
approximately 80 percent or so of the patterns that are appearing around the
English countryside our man-made I don't think there's any question that 10 15
percent or so is a real phenomenon
but as the conspiracy theorist would have us believe not only are aliens
leaving evidence in our crops they're also leaving their mark on our animals
since the 1960s specifically in America farmers and people living in rural areas
have begun to find animals that have been killed they've had parts of the
body ears rectums vaginas the soft tissue parts that be careful in
surgically removed in every state in the United States and every province in
Canada just if you took North America over 40 some years you're in thousands
intrigued by the mystery investigative reporter
Linda Moulton Howe has spent the past 20 years trying to find out who is
responsible for these disturbing animal deaths I have talked with ranchers where
they've had mutilations they know what predation is they know what disease is
and in some cases they've had satanic cults take animals and plunge knives
into them this is not like this these are all so neat and so pristine and so
perfect and that's what spooks people for more than five years Utah rancher
Eli Warnock has had 14 cattle from his herd mutilated he firmly believes
there's a paranormal explanation it's just a completely different deal and
people that thinks it's predators it's not they're just not living in the real
world they haven't seen enough to know what they're talking about
I think these cattle er are immobilized they're picked up removed from our
property this operation is done somewhere else
and I think these cattle are brought back and left on site in many cases
farmers report seeing mysterious beams of light flying around mutilation sites
evidence of extraterrestrials according to this eyewitness in Texas I saw this
big black cow laying down small that I said my god they got a cow but what are
they doing to it within one month of the very first phone calls conversations
with sheriff's with ranchers fellow journalists who had been in the story
what I was hearing was I won't talk to you in front of the camera but this is
what I know they confirm at least from their first-hand knowledge point of view
that the government of the United States has known since the mid 1950s that what
they call extraterrestrial biological entities are interacting with our planet
and that the unusual deaths are the target of this non-human intelligence
so a scenario common to all conspiracy theories pops up people claim that
governments the American government in particular turn a blind eye to what's
going on out in the prayer is this is possibly the conspiracy theory taken to
its highest degree because there's no evidence whatsoever at all for this yet
again it allows people to look at the authority figure the government and to
say you know what's going on but you won't tell us
Diane and Peter Shepherds story is similar to hundreds of reported alien
encounters around the world on a summers night in 1975 they were driving down a
country road near Northampton a red ball of light appeared in the sky above them
they immediately pulled the car to the side of the road band games have gone
into instant paralysis and remembers little of the encounter peter claims the
lights appeared to communicate directly to him for more than forty minutes this
was a baby was an object how many was alive he was he was alive this was being
even though to me it was appear to be a pool of light or at first he was but
then when eating golf aliy it knew everything about me everything about me
there are no secrets he knew everything about everything I respect the views of
people who argue that they've seen evidence that persuades them that UFOs
exist and I agree with them UFOs in the strict definition of the term do exist
where I disagree with them is interpreting that evidence as proof that
there are aliens in spaceships flying here unfortunately the reality of UFO
investigation is that you discover that an experience that a witness has depends
upon so many different things there is an initial stimulus they've certainly
seen something which is caused them to have some kind of sighting but that is
then filtered through human perception human expectation there's no doubt that
Diana and Peter passionately believed they had a UFO experience they're
equally adamant the government investigated their case we're just an
orderly couple and we just know not paranoid or anything without gentlemen
from the intelligence services contact us
because we don't tell him the thing you never has died already now we've kept
everything confident about it I already know there was an arm of establishment
which nice when we ask the Ministry of Defense
about this case they said that no official had ever contacted Peter and
Diane Shepard is any wonder with such conflicting accounts conspiracy theories
thrive one thing that I am very sure about is the issue of whether there is
any cover-up with regard to the UFO s you and I can say as somebody who has
now been a civil servant in the Ministry of Defence for 15 years three years of
which were actually spent on the UFO desk handling this data day by day
there is no cover-up there is no conspiracy
so in the absence of concrete evidence of genuine UFO encounters or government
cover-ups what is the truth about the UFO conspiracy
I think the modern belief in ufology has arisen because we live in a
post-industrial age you live in a post religious age you live in a post nuclear
age and people are desperate for something to believe in some form of
divine intervention if you like something other than what's going on
earth and the subject of UFOs extraterrestrials life in other planets
and so on gives people that hope it gives them the hope there is something
out there that is bigger and more than we have here on earth
it's worth noting that for more than 40 years scientists have been beaming
messages out into the galaxy in the hope of attracting an intelligent answer as
yet no one there is a 575 square mile expanse of heavily guarded land and
restricted airspace that pilots call dreamland
but most people refer to it as area 51 the designation had received from the
Atomic Energy Commission in 1958 42 year old German Borneo Garn who maintains a
website dedicated to exploring this mysterious region and makes regular
scouting trips to its closely guarded perimeter this is the famous board of
area 51 right here we see the warning signs on both sides of the road here up
on the hill behind me there's a security vehicle with two security guards with
binoculars and probably all kinds of other equipment watching us right now
since the late 1950s numerous unidentified flying objects have been
spotted in the skies above area 50 leaders see that's that's a ship the
locals are used to hearing reports about such unexplained phenomena
we saw craft in the sky and we stopped our vehicle and watched it do maneuvers
it was doing zig zags right left up oh it was it was pretty crazy whatever is
happening within area 51 the government is committed to keeping it secret or
authorized to shoot you if they did there isn't a law enforcement agency in
the world that could go retrieve your body if you were in area 51 we have no
access to get in there the propulsion system is really in at 1989 a 30 year
old resident of Las Vegas named Bob Lazar claims to have pierced the veil of
secrecy surrounding these flights if they were the United States craft we
wouldn't be going back we're trying to find out how they were built if we had
built them second of all his story leads thousands of people to believe that
something otherworldly is happening in the Nevada desert
when Bob Lazar emerged in public with his claims to have worked on
reverse-engineered flying saucers he began to draw UFO fans from around the
world and his legend became critical to the whole emerging folklore of air at 50
to this day Lazar stands by his story
I am convinced this was an extraterrestrial craft I verified how
the equipment and it worked and it was a technology that doesn't exist even today
spring 1989 Bob Lazar meets with George Knapp a reporter for Las Vegas TV
station klas Lazar claims to have secrets he can no longer hold this was
really taken a toll on me I mean I was exhausted he tells Knapp that he was
hired by the federal government to work on an alien spacecraft at area 51 great
private agog about C and he insists that the authorities will do anything to stop
him from revealing what he knows there was a guy in the car with a gun
he shot at me and up and I just thought it was some government guy trying to
wipe me out Lazar tells the reporter he wants to protect himself from her prices
by going public with his amazing story nevertheless he appears in silhouette to
conceal his identity so what you're saying is that we can produce the first
interview was really just to state what had happened what was going on and in
case I suddenly disappeared all it would do was prove that what I was saying was
true very sure about time I guarantee that was our story begins in 1988 when
he says his background in physics and electronics lands him a job interview
with top government contractor edgerton germeshausen and grier over EG&G
where it's going and help me I was told there was an opening available from for
a new exotic field propulsion system that I would be working in a remote area
it all sounded great to me it's exactly what I wanted to get into in December
1988 he is hired on his first day of work Lazar claims to
have met a man named Dennis Mariani at the EG&G special projects office at
McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas
Dennis Mariana is kind of a military looking guy it always looks you in the
eye and very hard looking I don't think the guy ever smiled merry omnious quartz
Lazar aboard a private plane that flies them 100 miles north to an isolated
military base in the Nevada desert area 51 immediately after landing Mariani
subjects Lazar to a rigorous security briefing and has him sign a secrecy
agreement you basically signed away a lot of your rights I believe it was
called a 10-10 agreement it was a $10,000 fine 10-year prison sentence you
know for divulging any of the information presented to you
according to Lazar he agrees to conditions he will later regret he even
gives up his right to a trial if he ever reveals anything about working at area
51 after Lazar signs the document Ian's
Mariani bought a bus with blacked-out windows
the bus leaves area 51 and drives I'm guessing 10 to 15 miles south on a
dirt road it was kind of exciting that boy if it's we're leaving area 51 and a
bus with Windows that I can't look out of this must be really secured and so I
was fascinated the bus finally stops at an installation called
s4 Mariani explains that the site is a
series of hidden hangars built into the landscape it's extremely well
camouflaged years later Lazar will have a graphic artist create detailed
renderings based on his own drawings of what he claims he saw at s4 there are
hangar doors that are sand textured and standing back maybe three or four
hundred feet you really can't see him at all it pretty much just looks like a
continuation of the mountain Mariani leads Lazar inside the technique guarded
facility it was very much an oppressive military
atmosphere there was always somebody there on top of you keeping an eye on
they were virtually robots they had no emotions not to imply that they were
robots but you know they acted like robots
Lazare says he has issued a security badge that authorizes his clearance
through the quote u.s. department of naval intelligence Mariani then leads
him to a secure briefing room on the desk is a stack of blue folders
until azar is allowed to review these files alone
looking to some of the information it gave direct references to a flying
saucer to an an extraterrestrial vehicle I pretty much discounted that and just
kept going on and I I thought well boy this must be part of some security
measure it could be a part of Awesome big a psychological test of some sort so
I glanced through everything and digested what I could
when Marioni takes him back to the hangar Lazar claims he's confronted with
an incredible sight we walked into a hangar which was extremely large and
they had an absolute classic flying saucer in there so like something out of
a cartoon or a science-fiction movie it was sitting on its on its belly on the
ground and I went up and raised my hand to touch the metal on the craft and
immediately got disciplined for that Lazar assumes that the vehicle is an
experimental aircraft designed to resemble something from outer space
yeah well it's got a flying saucer shape this explains why so many people see
flying saucers because we're trying to make an aircraft that that way so still
nothing really hit my mind as far as being alien
or anything along those lines
but Lazar says he revises that assumption when his job duties are
explained to him the basic aim of what we're doing here
is to see if we can duplicate any of this material with substances found on
earth what do you mean with substances found on earth
then it began to validate some of what I had read that this was in fact an alien
craft as he examines the saucer Lazar becomes convinced that it is in fact of
extraterrestrial origin it was obviously made for something
smaller ideally about half the height of a human would have no problem walking
around in there everything is a rounded curved radius to
it it looks like the entire thing was an injection mold like made out of plastic
or wax he says he is then told that the vehicles propulsion system allows the
pilot to traverse great distances instantaneously by manipulating time and
space if you have a machine that can create gravity that makes force fields a
reality that makes time travel possible all the stuff you read about in science
fiction becomes possible if you can manipulate gravity
Lazare is overwhelmed by the possibilities until now he had
considered the whole idea of flying saucers to be a fantasy it actually left
me pretty much confused and led to a lot of sleepless nights for a long time
everything you didn't believe he is true
December 1988 here according to Bob Lazar he is employed at a top-secret
military installation in the Nevada desert called area 51 the Las Vegas
resident is here he asserts to study an alien spaceship
azar claims there are at least nine such craft concealed within area 51
they were all on hangers and some were not completely assembled but the sport
model the sleek one the one that I was allowed in it that one time was the only
one I ever had physical contact with lazarre's main responsibility is to
determine what had powered the vehicle this was such an advanced machine that
we were looking at from the fuel to the way it was handled to the energy to put
it puts out there was it was completely alien in every way he nicknames one ship
the sport model and claims it makes several low altitude test flights in
early 1989
Lazare says his supervisor Dennis Mariani
invites him to observe one of them craft lifted off the ground silently with a
slight glow on the bottom which I assume was their Corona discharge kind of like
a st. Elmo's fire from high voltage made just a little hissing sound lifted off
the ground and moved over to the left and to the right and sat down and to me
that was absolutely impressive throughout his time at area 51 was our
claims his employers keep him working irregular hours I only went out when I
was called out there I could get a call at 9 o'clock at night actually I got a
call once at 11:30 at night and they stated we would like you down at
McCarran Airport by 12:15 how do you tell your wife you know you're in bed
you get a call okay I gotta go well what it what is it oh it's my job I don't
know if I'm gonna be coming back until tomorrow
amen by this point Lazar says he had worked at area 51 for four months and
felt he could no longer abide by his confidentiality agreement
at sundown on Wednesday March 22nd 1989 Lazar his wife and three friends drive
to the edge of area 51 to watch the test flight of a saucer the craft was
typically only tested on a Wednesday night because it was the middle of the
week because there was very little travel on the adjacent highways to the
test site around 8:00 p.m. the group notices a bright light rising behind a
mountain pass in the distance
it came towards us very fast and made abrupt 90-degree turns sure yeah the
higher energy level the craft is at the more it closed oh my god
lazarre's friends are awestruck by the object's erratic maneuvers
nothing can can make a 90-degree turn moving at hundreds of miles an hour and
that's what left an impression in everyone's mind according to Lazar the
alien ship hovers for a few more moments before it disappears behind the
mountains
the following Wednesday night Lazar and his group returned to the same spot in
the desert since we got away with it the first time we wanted to go back and now
actually get pictures of the craft but you know it's like filming a star at
night it's just a blob of light moving around
one week later they make a third night time for a to area 51
this time however they've pushed their luck too far the security guys had found
us and it's pitch black out there and they turned the lights on and there's
just an army of people out there it was quite incredible the armed guards check
their IDs and take their names before releasing them
as they leave Lazar and his friends are pulled over by a lincoln county
sheriff's deputy who holds them for questioning
the next day Lazar asserts Dennis Mariani and area 51 security agents
threaten them one of the first things they said was you know when we trusted
you with this information we didn't mean you intend for you to tell everyone you
know about it thick gardels an m16 directly in my face and you know wanted
to impress upon me how serious they were about it according to Lazar he is
released at his employment at area 51 ends from then on he says he becomes the
victim of a relentless campaign of intimidation I was driving down
Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas and as I came to the freeway on-ramp there was
a car that kept trying to get alongside of me
heard a gunshot and it caught my attention and there was a guy in the car
with a gun I went straight went off the end and stopped in the dirt I was really
just paralyzed in the car I was holding the steering wheel and I thought he was
coming up alongside of me and there was just nothing I can do it is at this
point that Lazar decides to take his story to the public in an interview with
klas TV reporter George Knapp those we in May of 1989 he appears in silhouette
on the five o'clock local news yes I did go on the air and basically say some of
the stuff that I had seen right after the interview I get a call from Dennis
Mariani at home and he said you have any idea what we're going to do to you now
and I said no what and he hung up the phone
six months later Lazar agrees to another interview with klas TV this time he
reveals his identity on the air it goes back to where it was and afterwards for
the he appears on numerous other television and radio shows and even
creates a video about his experiences I had at least partial views of the nine
different discs out at s4 I went into much greater detail years ago I thought
I'd never hear myself say this but that vehicle explained was going on who I
worked with where the things were you know just pretty much got it all on the
record they led me to believe it was a field the TV reports that he did brought
a lot of attention to the area and to him in secret that we were picked up
nationally by other media and they helped establish the whole mythology of
area 51 in the national consciousness soon people from across the country
flocked to the Nevada desert hoping to glimpse the mysterious lights of an
alien spacecraft I watched a craft with my niece one night for 20 minutes do
really really strange maneuvers I know there's strange activity that goes on
out here
it was actually the second time when I saw the craft when I got to enter it in
November 1989 Bob Lazar makes an astonishing claim on a Las Vegas
television news program he says that he worked on alien spacecraft at a super
secret military base called area 51 Lazar is not the first to describe
extraordinary events and a facility the government denies even exists rumors
about UFO sightings in the Nevada desert had been heard for decades but Lazar is
the first to maintain that he had actually worked on alien technology he
seems to have little reason to lie I don't know anything about aliens or
abductions or crop circles or any of that but I do know this craft came from
somewhere else the third looked like he could have been
what he said which was a sort of nerdy engineer who worked for government
high-tech research programs the materials that were in use completely
alien to us Partin and he seems to be radiating this sense of the conviction
some autopsy almost all UFO stories - usually tell in
about five seconds the person is nuts you get the what was interesting in
Lazar really it was a compelling ly well told story
in the world of UFO fans Lazar becomes an overnight sensation readings
completely drops coming out so to speak just lit a fire under every UFO nut and
enthusiast in the world and there were bus loads of people coming in there at
the edge of area 51 the town of Rachel Nevada becomes the jumping off spot for
the curious
rachel is obscure little community in the middle of absolute nowhere really
became the center of the universe for people interested in area 51 in UFOs
everybody in the country and the world right now knows about what's going on
out here UFO buffs are not the only ones who make
pilgrimages to watch the desert skies
aviation enthusiasts including a group of amateur plane spotters called the
interceptors are also intrigued by Lazar story
Jim good Hall is a senior member of the interceptors and since 1987 a regular
sky watcher at area 51 my obsession has been classified aircraft programs it's
that first glimpse of something you've never seen where the public is never
seen that's what's exciting about going out here in the desert and you want to
be the first person to get a high quality image we want to cool while some
attribute the mysterious lights in the sky to extra-terrestrial visitors a
bright object is being spotted right there the interceptors maintain that
area 51 is really a top-secret testing facility for US military aircraft they
point to hard facts and photographic evidence to make their case this
particular disc appeared to be in excellent condition and they even saw
some of them including good haul find Bob Lazar story credible
if why I'm a technology person I'm a hardware person I'm not a UFO nut
I believe Bob Lazar because Bob Lazar yeah totally a believable story and his
never altered in good ol is persuaded in part by what appears to be solid
evidence that Lazar did work for the military a yearly earning statement from
1988 to 1989 according to Lazar his w-2 tax form was issued by the quote
Department of Naval Intelligence there is however no such known Department of
government in 1990 during Operation Desert Shield Goodall is on active duty
in Washington DC with the Minnesota Air National Guard he decides to check on
the validity of lazarre's w-2 form and goes to the Navy's Investigative office
in the Pentagon I went in to the Department of naval investigation in the
Pentagon and I said I like it verification of where this location is
it's a classified zip code and the Navy officer said just a minute and made a
phone call he said you know the Admiral would like to see you close the doors so
I came to this Admirals office and he said sergeant if you ever come in this
office again with something like this I'll have you court-martialed now get
out of my office and get out of there now if his w2 was phony
why did this Admiral have a hissy fit over
bizarre supporters claim that the so-called department of naval
intelligence in keeping with the secrecy of area 51 is a covert organization as
such its existence has been kept from the general public and even the US
Congress the diskens that despite the support of people like Jim Goodall
critics believe that Bob Lazar is perpetrating a hope Xactware was
in particular they cite the absence of any evidence to corroborate his story
talks about what kind of UFOs he saw inside and so forth he you know the what
happened you react to that I just try to think about for what he tells us that
that we can verify and I just haven't found anything
skeptics scrutinize other claims made by Lazar
he worked there for less than 40 hours and this is according to his own
statements in this one workweek he found the fuel that repairs these aircraft of
these flying saucers now that's pretty amazing a discovery for your first work
week Stanton Friedman a physicist educated at the University of Chicago
checks into lazarre's educational background he supposedly had a master's
in physics from MIT he had another one in electronics from Caltech okay I check
MIT they never heard of him I checked Caltech they never heard of them I
checked his high school turned out he graduated in the bottom third of his
high school class moreover government contractor EG&G with
whom Lazar claims to have interviewed for the area 51 job says it has no
record of Bob Lazar at all so right away you have a problem with a
guy who has a background that doesn't match up to what he claims and can't
demonstrate that he worked where he says he worked so while you may not reject
his claims out of hand you've got to look at them with more suspicion 15 the
electrical energy is transmitted concentran without wires and he's a
clever guy he sounds very good he comes across very well people want to believe
him he's a conman yes I was while some dismissed Bob Lazar as a
fraud others believe there is a more sinister motive to his behavior that he
is an agent of the government tasked with perpetuating disinformation about
area 51 one had to question whether Lazar was sure who he was perhaps he was
serving as a disinformation agent unwillingly there were those who
believed that he had been in some way brainwashed or even drugged but for
Lazar supporters the US government silence speaks volumes he hadn't been
involved with these people they just say he's a phony
that ended Bob lazarre's career as a spokesperson for UFOs reverse
engineering propulsion systems no one ever did that
some conspiracy buffs believe that the US government actually encouraged Lazar
story and the myth of UFO sightings it's an attempt they say to distract the
public from what was really happening inside area 51 there seem to be a good
strength of the theory that they were generating a lot of noise to disguise
the real signal which was experiments with advanced aircraft and that Lazar
was the most intense piece of noise they were delivering generally referred to as
a flying saucer in the early 1990s after Bob Lazar goes public with his
sensational claim that there are alien spacecraft inside area 51 the isolated
high-security base becomes a magnet for tourists
there were bus doors going out there so it
that pretty much did it that put it on the map security is intensified to keep
the curious out but some say that the government actually uses Lazar story to
its advantage in that case if somebody actually saw a test flight and saw
something they weren't supposed to see and they talk about it they are just
dealt with by the public as another UFO not who has seen a UFO flying even
though eyewitness reports and photographs of area 51 are widely
circulated on the Internet government officials continue to deny that the base
even exists you like going out and having a good year blimp out in the
parking lot and someone tell you there's no blimp out there you know darn well is
one and kill someone official says yes this is area 51 doesn't exist and as our
government in 1995 the installations borders are greatly expanded effectively
prohibiting outsiders from even seeing the base
any silent it says that we will shoot you if you trespass into here well why
is that what's the reason for it I'm an American taxpayer that's my stuff
they're flying out there I help pay for it it's read of people it's not us the
government that's me my philosophy from the very beginning you're flying it over
public land I've every right to photograph and see it you can't blame
the government for wanting to conceal what's going on there but you can't
blame the public for wondering what's going on there there are some who say
they know exactly what's been happening at area 51 men who worked there and can
prove it they saw much that the government didn't want the public to
know about but none of it they say was from outer space
supposedly no extraterrestrial some things that happened over there I know
nothing about that I just read about it certainly didn't have any that there
when I was there I was all over that base Frank Murray flew the top-secret
8-12 spy plane at area 51 he says the base played a vital role in
u.s. military research and development during the Cold War the base really got
started in about 54 when Lockheed needed a place to test and develop the u2
airplane differ slightly in the early 1960s the
a12 was developed to replace the you to the CIA Commission this supersonic
reconnaissance chair capable of reaching speeds in excess of Mach 3 and cruising
at altitudes of over 90,000 feet Frank Murray and others tested the a12
at area 51 blew through all over the United States with the airplane nobody
knows there we didn't tell me there was no need to Marie and former radar
operator TD Barnes can talk about their experiences now because the top-secret
projects were Declassified in the 1990s Barnes does acknowledge that he had
limited access to the base there was something going on that we did not have
a need to know they hurt everybody on the base into the mess hall and pulled
the blackout curtains they have guards on and
would stay in there two three hours of water time care was required for
whatever they were doing outdoors - Rafa for the men assigned to area 51 the
intense secrecy permeated every aspect of their professional lives and even
extended to their own families tell them nothing
tell him just on a classified project - can't talk about it and they never did
know until the whole thing was over both Murray and Barnes say they saw no
alien spacecraft during their time at area 51 but they did observe their
colleagues serving their country in a program so secret most Americans never
knew of their heroism we love lot of pilots and I do not recall ever hearing
a test pilot panic as they hit the ground they were still giving us
scientific data they're so trained after Barnes and
Murray left other servicemen tested newer technology like the f-117 stealth
bomber in the late 1970s some say this plane could have been the
real source of many UFO sightings at area 51 first time you see an f-117
head-on it looks like a flying saucer
if f-117 flight tests sparked rumors of alien spacecraft over the Nevada desert
that may have been just fine with military authorities why give it away by
saying oh there's another military test going on in a high-altitude aircraft
much better to dismiss it all just being so much UFO nonsense
what military scientists have been developing at area 51 in the years since
the f-117 is anyone's guess
in the tense post 9/11 era area 51 is as impenetrable as ever but it is evident
that the base is still very active gotta be the runway is now 25,000 feet long
and it's two or three times bigger than when I was there
for all I know they're building systems to prevent an invasion of alien beans
you don't know the technology doesn't sit still so what are they up to
Jim Goodall says he once posed that very question to Ben rich a now deceased
former vice president of the Lockheed corporation they said Jim we have things
out in the desert that are 50 years beyond what you can comprehend if you've
seen it on Star Trek or Star Wars or whatever science-fiction movie you've
seen we've been there done then I said can you expand upon that said nope
despite efforts to keep a tight lid on the activities at area 51 officials are
forced to publicly acknowledge the existence of the base for the first time
when a lawsuit is filed in 1994 against the government
allegations that hazardous chemicals had been improperly burned at the site leads
critics to charge that the veil of secrecy is endangering the public safety

As it happened: America's Cup - Team New Zealand v Oracle Team USA, races 5 and 6 25 Jun, 2017
Oracle Team USA are finally on the board against Team New Zealand, taking the sixth race of their Americas Cup defence off Bermuda.
The American syndicate entered today 3-0 behind in the first-to-seven format and fell another point behind, when they slumped to a big loss in race five.
But the cupholders bounced back off the mat in the days second outing, winning the start and controlling throughout for an 11-second win.
The Oracle team returned to the water after a five-day break, showing greater speed, but struggling with stability and manoeuvrability. The Kiwis won their fifth straight race to take a 4-0 lead in the first-to-seven format, first up today.
Oracle skipper Jimmy Spithill made a big tactical mistake at the start, gaining the best position on the line, but encroaching early for a two-boat length penalty.
Emirates Team NZ led by a few seconds around the first two marks, but helmsman Peter Burling had to withstand Spithills aggression and a faster Oracle ACC boat upwind in 11-knot breezes.
The American team actually took the lead briefly up the third beat, but copped another two-length penalty for crossing too close to the NZ boat.
That proved the decisive moment of the race and soon afterwards, Oracle fell off their foils in a gybe, to concede several hundred metres. The final margin was more than two minutes.
We just approached this like any other race, said Burling afterwards.
It was nice to have five days off, and give the shore crew a good opportunity to work on the boat and make this great boat weve got a little bit quicker.
We also managed to get out for three training sessions as well, to sharpen up all those little things, those little scenarios. That really showed today in the pre-start - we probably didnt milk that penalty as much as we should have.
But to have full confidence in our strategy and our plan up that second beat, and force the issue, force the penalty and win the race was really pleasing for us.
Weve been expecting these races to be a bit tighter like that, but we feel weve got really good boat-opn-boat stuff now to be able to deal with it.
The changes to the Oracle boat over the past week seem to have made it faster upwind, where the Kiwis held a big advantage last weekend, but the defenders may have sacrificed manoeuvrability and crewwork still wasnt nearly good enough to make up the margin between the two teams.

I heard you just bought a live stream royalties (copyright of English songs)
- for the fans to use Facebook live during your performance? - Yes
So now the fans can live during your performance?
Because we cannot tell them not to live right?
- 'Cause they're not the cause right? - Yes - So you find a way to treat the cause not the symptom
- So you just paid for the royalties. - Yes, so I just paid for the royalties. It's the right thing to do.
Because if I didn't pay for it, and the fans live my performance, I will have to worry about the copyright. And I might have to pay double for it later.
- But do you know that I'm worried right now? - Why?
I've gotta take a dump. Can I go to a restroom?
Hey! Friend! Really!?
You are actually pooping on the street
Okay, while waiting for her, I'm going to change my clothes because I'll have to perform at Paragon.

Because he is nice/cute and sing very well. And the most important thing is he is our husband.
Because he takes a very good care of his fans. He always tells us what he is doing every morning and saying goodnight to us at night.
Hey!
I need to say this "Oh My God!"
There are so many balloons.
- I want some. Peck... - I will transfer you some - Transfer what?
- Oh you paid them? - I paid them 300-400 baht per person *a joke*

Since when do you read this kind of book?
Improve the quality of self.
Since when do you have the desire like that?
Forced.
The last time I talked to him,
Although it has been many hours together but I can only say less than 10 words.
Then, I find out more about him.
And found that he graduated from New York University majoring in law.
I'm majoring in engineering.
We aren't the same.
I have no family background, at least I have to improve my aspects of culture.
You two haven't contacted each other for quite a while, right?
1 week
Still want to be calm?
We are in a quiet period.
In this period, I will not call him first.
Really?
Eh, Guo Chengyu
These several days, he didn't come here ?
Don't, don't, don't. Don't mention him.
He will appear if you mention him.
Dr. Jiang, are you in?
Our brother sprained his ankle,
Could you see it for a while, please?
Let's talk somewhere.
No time.
My car is outside, it's up to you!
I found the book FangLong. Is like cracking riddles.
Excessive irony.
Indeed the history of heresy.
You said, the story is very dramatic ..
Why do people even prefer to read novels?
You think, religion can claim a monopoly on that?
I think..
All this intolerant behavior comes from human fears.
Especially those with authorities, so they do anything to confuse the public.
Just like public said "......."
What are you thinking?
You talked about this to me,
Why are we not talking about the anatomy of the anal.
What are you doing!?

Who's not respecting you?
Why are you want to take off my pants all of a sudden?
I just want to see if you wore the underwear I gave for you.

Acting stupid again.
Not because she told you?
Are you angry because I gave it to her?

How can I happy?

Gone a long time.
He didn't stay here last night?
Stay here? Why should I let him stay here !?

Blowing sugar candy?
Can you do anything else?
You think I want? He kept asking me to blowing sugar candy!
If it was not because i want to lure him, how can I stop to show it to him.
But you can't just show it to him.
You must "show" yourself to him.
What do you say?
You got me wrong.
I mean we can't do things this way.
A bit of fun is a good thing.
But you can't only have fun, right?
This man is a predator.
Now he can only look. Can't touch.
If it was you, how?
Of course, if you have enough charm. It will be different.
But, don't you think it can strained state much longer?
You think.
If you wait one year later
Don;t knows how many girlfriends ChiCheng have changed.
and who YueYue will be sleeping with.
It will be too late.
Who will revenge, then?
What I think is ...
Now or never!
Hallo?
I "want" you.
Me too!
What do you say?!?
I also "want" you!
You really say "me too"?
What's so funny?
I did what you said, to respond him.
But the results are nothing.
And it only makes an awkward situation.
Are you sure about what you said to me?
How?
Miscalculation, ha?
I didn't ask you to say in that way.
Then, what should i talk to him?
Should I say "Ah, let's come to me"
I'm not a whore!
"My long Goods" here is not for no reason.
How can I let him to "do" that to me!
Hey, what you two?
Dr. Jiang, my friend have period.
Can you cure it?
You're just in time.
You move fast?
I haven't even yet to act, and you've come

Go .. go .. go.
Oh, why don't you go?
Afraid.
You fear something may happen to me?
You don't need to worry, I have a sword in my hand.
But I think, his eyes...
Like want to eat people.
Are you expecting him to always find me in trouble, huh?
How, if he comes?
You really don't believe me.
It was not the same.

Someone's coming?!
Don't tell me that's ChiCheng!
I will go hide inside.

How to Write Every Day - Duration: 3:31.
The "write everyday" mantra, as a blanket statement, can be ableist because sometimes
it comes with the message that, unless you write every single day, you're not really
a writer.
That's bullshit.
I'm a writer who goes months without writing sometimes.
Doesn't change the fact that I'm still a writer.
Different strokes for different folks.
Some people benefit from daily writing routines, some people don't.
However, I've been feeling lately like a daily writing practice would be of benefit to me.
And if you're feeling the same way, you may find this video helpful.
I'm just going to share my own experiences with starting a daily writing practice.
First, before you start writing everyday, realize that it's okay to miss days, that
you will miss days.
Life happens, and habits are not easy to form.
Leave behind the concept of "failure".
Missing a day, missing several, having to stop and restart your practice does not make
you a failure.
This may seem counterintuitive to some, but is is essential to an absolutist like myself.
If I feel like I've "failed," I'll give up entirely, which is why I'm trying
to leave behind the concept of failure.
Secondly, it's okay to start small.
You don't go from 0 to 50.
At least, I don't.
I've started dedicating 20 to 30 minutes each morning before work to my writing practice.
There's this little voice in my head that tells me it just doesn't count unless it's
for hours.
That voice is wrong.
Any little thing counts, even just a sentence.
Oh, yeah, and schedules can help.
If you can pencil-in a time of day where you know there will be minimal interruptions and
distractions, you can make it a lot easier on yourself.
When I've tried to commit to writing every day without making a schedule, each day I
have to ask myself when I'm going to write and sometimes I'll procrastinate until it
just doesn't happen.
But if I write first thing in the morning or before work, I don't have to think about it.
Before you begin your daily writing practice, ask yourself about what format you would like
to use.
Would you like to hand-write or type?
Do you want it to be totally private or public?
Do you want a fancy notebook, a pad of paper, a blog, or a Word document?
I've chosen to make my daily writing practice publicly available on a blog because I like
the aesthetics, how organized I can make it by doing one post at a time, and because it
holds me accountable.
I seriously doubt many folks are going to read my blog, but just knowing that people
will be able to tell if I'm still working on it adds an element of accountability for me.
I suppose you can decide what you would like to write, but you don't have to.
I decided to write whatever I felt like writing in the moment.
So far, I've been doing little free-verse poems each morning, which isn't surprising
considering that's my favourite thing to write [small laugh].
You could also ask yourself why you'd like to write everyday.
Maybe you have a non-verbal answer to that question, and so do not need to come up with
one.
For me, writing with frequency seems to be correlated with improved mental health, contentedness,
and an increase of creativity.
Let me know if you found this helpful or if you have anything to add from your own writing
practice.
I know this is a little different from the videos I've been doing for the past few months,
but in addition to making creative things on this channel, I'd also like to give advice
on my own creative process and open-up discussions on that.
One of my "rules" for YouTube and my art is to make whatever feels right, and right
now, this does.
Yeah, cool.
I look forward to reading your comments.
