TRYING BIZARRE WEDDING RITUALS TO CELEBRATE OUR ANNIVERSARY!!!! - Duration: 12:03.

Why are you wearing that dress? It's our anniversary. Chris we're celebrating.

Why aren't you ready? I thought that wasn't until later. Well we're doing some stuff now.

You need to get changed. Can't I just wear what I am wearing? You will look ridiculous but I guess so

Everybody, it's Mandy and that's Chris and today is our anniversary 27 years

we've been married we're going to do somethi.ng special to

celebrate that and Chris we're going to do it too because that's why I'm dressed

up in this dress and with Chris's dressed up like that so today we're

going to try some marriage traditions that people do in other country and just

have fun of course some of them are really weird

and messy but let's get started cause Chris doesn't know tell me

Oh know what's going door okay so the first bizarre marriage ritual that we're

going to try out today is practiced by the sand fall tried in India after them

what they do is they marry on animal what just to protect themselves against

ghosts and spirits so I'm glad it's you Franz it's time to get married you don't

look ready okay we're gathered here today

to join this canine and this woman in a loving bond of natural Johnny wake up

John wake up this is only the one many you take this dog Prince to be your

lawfully wedded husband I do and Prince do you think this woman be your lawfully

what is why I Prince looked into my eyes jack - why are you shaking he sees the

one who really loves wine a camera not Prince you're marrying me finish up he

said no but I now crack you a big dog in life I now pronounce you dog away that

was Gary good boy printer so in Germany they have a party the night before the

wedding and they break dishes and make lots of noise to scare away any evil

spirits it's usually the guest of the party but there are no guests at our

price today so we're going to do it on British yeah yeah yes over here Chris we

break them same time yeah

there are no we are people here here around so the next wedding tradition

what is the you heard people in China don't open said that right but the groom

choose three arrows at the bride yes just reach the street yes little bit

soon or no and they can Tamara one has on the end boring one after you hit me

with them you break them symbolize the fact that we are now after June you

captured me my heart and then nobody else can do that so you break off and I

do these Democrats came up with this idea

people in China thank goodness I have my charger set bolt in practice first

caucus see how horrible and I want to die here this is me this is my finger

okay that's quite a lot harder that's better I can fulfill my hold your eyes I

know I'm gonna hit me with that British once this little one is fine I'm sorry

Chris Chris wheeler hey stop smarted I was going to perform a little hit me

right in the chest kinder T in the heart I can never criticize bugger hey one

more whoa that action word yes help me oh you enjoy that in you not really yeah

I'm good JPS frico signify that no one else can shoot me with their love arrow

nobody I mean no one

they're kind of dispensed it's not broken it's bent and we can learn to

love again oh okay so when I started beating the groom feet and so far yeah

payback's my buddy so in South Korea they want to test the groom strength and

knowledge so they beat his feet to you already

somebody beating your feet and they use fish like tower lat and it's only this

would be funny like nobody really hurt then somebody has to ask some questions

at the same time he can take the stress of the getting your feet beat with fish

and asking questions like are you smart and strong at the same time where you

can be able to handle marriage because it gets really tough and there's lots of

college I also generally higher feet up a little bit the post is real fish size

and presentation so Chris would you do for your toys go swimming anniversary

flawed you know I fly you're like God that might not be with fish together I

was just like it's supposed to be fun he thought yes one question even if you

moments later the tomato a fruit or vegetable her comments how simply happen

are married life why I don't know three four five six seven eight maybe how are

you going to the bottom you should know how how many go write your play

Donald Trump okay okay so the next reason we're going to do is call the

Mauritanian fat farm or something like that some parts of the world obviously

not here in North America it is a sign of health if you're not super skinny

because that shows you access to food so in some places they actually send the

bride before the wedding off to the camp to gain weight since I only have like a

week or two weeks to go to a camp I'm going to give myself one minute eat as

much like ten in a minute so Chris has a stopwatch and he's going to cheer me on

and I have some apples here some nuts which are high-calorie but good fat so

that could be an broccoli because that's good for me and I'll just let you know

this broccoli smell smells really really bad so we're just try to you as much as

you can in one minute

come on any ten seconds down go now mr. up free with y'all walking eating less

talking more you my buck stop ain't no talking pathway let's go I hopefully the

brighter amazing arm y'all please just go let's go go home Ted tweet second

plan five four three two one stop what it then they're going for Adele can

exploit so the last marriage tradition that we're going to do comes from

Scotland it's called blackening the bride and I

waited to the end to do this one because it's going to be really messy and the

reason why I don't have an actual wedding dress because I didn't want to

actually ruin a wedding dress so this one you get a big pot and the tradition

goes and you fill the pot with as much crap as you want it to be spoiled milk

it could be hard it could be just grossing those fridge

whatever you want it goes into this pot and then they dump it on the bride and

if she can handle the disgustingness of it and make you Millie a ssin of it and

just the overall growth of doing this thing and she can handle marriage so

Chris is going to get have some fun again and you get to make a pot full of

stuff you can put in it whatever you want and you're going to dump it on top

of my head so if this is hot poker we bought specifically for this because

it's called blackening the bride's run beautiful water in there it's not called

rinsing the bride actually oil this is used welcome like she was used to

cooking Chris Papa sir I need all about you right well do that

I don't know what's doing but it's going fine oil and coke together hold an easel

here please did you get your jumpin up in middle

address we handle Archer we turn we turn pancake mix pancake mix why do we even

have if I am frying sweet great values yeah oh I don't want to mix it up too

much just like that and broccoli cheese nuts

all great hit up this company don't put honey Maximus what what okay

twelve seconds later I'll just sit on this little tool here okay I was not

prepared for our that was so disgusting okay what are you doing around cleaning

yourself up really the game write me off the hawk the cool water

no no no ring a previously

oh god license we will give a big thumbs up subscribe your channel here is one

man here's a friend goes on all social media and if you keep our language

translate this beauty ain't insecure wtz Mandy you are my forever with

translucent ears because otherwise why you walking anyway hello we're home from

our wedding if you guys want to run your house but wait

when you'll have to take me out here you right yeah

are you do that we just dress okay but no curious no spirit Ariel spirit

exactly think we're facing a meal okay when de Mary movie being lost

don't need a gun to get respect a friend

Comfort Nation: Uzbek Noodle Stew (Lagman Stew) | Food Network - Duration: 4:03.

LAZARUS LYNCH (VOICEOVER): Have you

ever heard of Uzbek cuisine?

I sure hadn't.

It's kind of like Middle Eastern food,

meets Asian, meets Soviet.

What do you call a bowl of earthy spices,

hand-pulled noodles, and lamb?

Lagman stew.

It's a traditional Uzbek dish that's traveled

its way to Brooklyn, New York.

I'm at Nargis Cafe where they serve a variety

of traditional Uzbek foods.

The genius behind all these creations is Chef Boris,

and he's going to show me his techniques

for making lagman stew.

Chef Boris, thanks for having me.

Chef Big B.

Chef Big B?

You can also call me Chef Big B, yes.

Big B, tell me what we've got going on for the lagman stew.

The main important part is to get the pan hot.

Wow.

And you use a lot of oil.

This oil is good for you, trust me.

- What kind of oil is that? - I can't tell you.

Oh, OK, secret.

This is a lamb and beef all together

with a little bit of fat.

Yeah, you need that fat, baby.

You're going to taste it later.

You'll know what I mean.

We're going to throw some vegetables in.

Onion.

Yes. A little chili.

A little bit of chili.

Haha, yeah.

Are there traditional eating methods in Uzbek cuisine?

They eat with hands.

If you don't respect anybody, you don't take the food.

So, if you didn't take from my hand--

let's say, I'm feeding you--

that means you don't respect me.

So, you want to try that?

So, at the end of today, you're

going to put your hand up in my mouth, and I'm going to--

Well, we're going to feel that, how much

respect for each other we have.

So, I got some spices here.

Don't ask me what's in it--

Well, now I have to ask.

--otherwise, I have to kill you.

But I won't do that because I'm not going to tell you.

I thought we were friends, but to the point.

Who inspired you to start cooking?

I don't know.

I just like to see the smile when they eat.

The best thing about this dish, it just

brings a lot of memories growing up back home.

I remember when I was playing in the backyard, you coming home.

You know something is ready, and your grandmother, she

would be waiting for the couple of kids coming

around just trying fresh food.

- Are you serious? - Yes.

I want to be a kid in your country.

Look at that.

Look at that beauty.

Looks full of colors.

When I grew up cooking with my dad,

me just sort of watching him and handing

him ingredients at the restaurant, this kind of

reminds me of that.

I'm not trying to call you my daddy, but you know,

I'm just saying. - Listen, you can call me daddy.

I don't mind it.

All right, all right, Chef.

This is the magic noodles.

We stretch them by hand.

It's a very unique technique.

If you try to fool people with commercial-made noodles,

we will not eat the soup.

That's how serious it is.

It has to be handmade.

I still want to know what you put in that seasoning blend.

Spices.

You've got to tell me.

I'm getting so excited to try this lagman stew--

what, what, what.

CHEF BORIS: Yeah, baby.

LAZARUS LYNCH: A little bit of garlic.

And a little bit of the magic hot sauce.

This is just chili flake with oil, garlic, red peppers.

Oh, my goodness.

Oh man, I want to eat now.

Please, eat.

Yes, eat.

Eat, Chef.

Wow, it tastes like curry, but it's not curry.

It's not curry.

It tastes like marinara sauce, but it ain't marinara sauce.

It's just got this really complex flavor profile to it,

and I really love the texture of those noodles.

Tastes like love.

I'm going to take this with me to-go.

No problem.

Thank you.

Don't forget to bring the bowl back.

Not after I get my recipe.

You got me.

[music playing]

Whoa, do you see that steam effect?

That's comfort food, maxed out.

I don't know about you guys, but if you're

looking for some homemade comfort food

that you can eat with your hands and just enjoy some friends,

you've got to check out Nargis Cafe, and have a food party.

Yeah.

What's Good About Final Fantasy Brave Exvius (FFBE) - Duration: 12:58.

Today I wanted to share with you.. one of the few mobile games I feel comfortable recommending,

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.

This isn't to say that I haven't played and enjoyed other mobile games in the past.. my

Summoners War account is ridiculous- me and wifey are over level 1000 in Candy Crush-

and I truly believe that A Firelit Room is a must play for anyone.. but focusing on Brave

Exvius- the way the game works.. is very similar to many other mobile games- it's considered

an rpg hero collection or gacha style game- where you use a currency that you can get

in game but also, that you buy with real money- to unlock crystals.. or loot boxes to receive

random characters from the Final Fantasy universe.. then in an RPG style.. create different parties,

equip them.. and kill stuff and get stronger.

Many games themed to different IPs are quite similar..

Brave Frontier, Phantom of the Kill, Fire Emblem Heroes, Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes...

these are games that are not only incredibly popular.. but also profitable.

The core shared backbone is an RPG.. that is then tweaked a bit in the gameplay to match

the IP or offer something different.. so for instance in Fire Emblem Heroes- the combat

is the grid style strategy type stuff you would see from a full fledged Fire Emblem

game.. in this Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.. you're seeing traditional turn based combat.

I want to outright state, it's not the type of game that makes Brave Exvius good.

I feel it's important for you to know that I do not think highly of gacha style games..

but I do of Brave Exvius.. so let me let you in.. on what's good with this game.

So without running on for a while- Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.. scores major points with me

because it doesn't fall victim to the gross oversimplification and streamlined design

many mobile games get and the focus is almost soley on delivering a single player experience-

and these are both huge deals.. not only for the genre.. but for the main reason I enjoy

this game.. as an RPG.. that doesn't end.

In fact you could say.. that what I find appealing in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.. has less to

do with what it does.. and more to do with what it doesn't.

On my phone prior..

I had ran emulators in order to replay Final Fantasy 4 and 6, Bahamut Lagoon..

Mystic Quest- Robotrek and countless other games.. but the thing was.. you eventually

beat those games.

Now, SNES era RPGs are..

I think an acquired taste at this point if you don't have the nostalgia for them to make

them relevant; but I found that Brave Exvius.. gives you that SNES era RPG experience- which

I love.. but has the advantages and disadvantages of being on a mobile device- and also being

a game as a service based title.. which means it's constantly developed for.

Let's unpack some of those statements.

Simplification, that's pretty obvious if you've played any mobile game.. whether it's due

to the audience, the device being less powerful, smaller screens or the touch controls.. games

tend to be streamlined.

In a non-mobile RPG when you say.. outfit and equip your characters.. you'd expect maybe

5-8 equipments slots.. mobile games tend to whittle that down to 1-3.. instead of huge

hosts of abilities.. they stick with again..

1-3.. sometimes as simple as.. normal attack- tap, alternate attack- swipe and special attack

has a buttom... and this type of simplification premeates throughout most features in these

mobile games.. and hits this genre especially hard- since that complexitity.. or rather

customization is part of the appeal.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.. doesn't suffer from that.

It has a respectable 6 inventory slot sytem, 10+ abilities per character, many of which

are unique, with additional slots to set in passives and more skills and a turn based

combat system that is on par with non-mobile games- in fact it has one of the best turn

based systems I've used, period.

In fact that's the thing..

most of what appears in Brave Exvius doesn't feel dumbed down and holds it's ground against

non-mobile RPGs.

That type of non-mobile design has obvious benefits.. but in this type of game- where

new content is being added- sometimes weekly- the simpler shallow systems other games use

don't lend themselves well to being expanded upon and so other games tend to just release

more and more different shallow systems and create really convoluted unintuitive nightmares

to navigate that thankfully Brave Exvius avoids.

Brave Exvius also tries to preserve as much of the game portion of the experience- as

possible.. as what's common in these games are to replace tons of it with menus.. where

it's common to click only on banners and buttons to start the different fights the game offers..

and combat is sometimes even able to be skipped and simulated or auto played at increased

speeds.

In Brave Exvius, yes, it has auto.. but normal speed and more of a..

I'm holding down the A button.. just auto attacks.. the game itself has the banner and

button system.. but also has tons of explorable levels and zones.. fully fleshed out and designed

towns with quests and tasks to uncover.. and as with any good jRPG- hidden paths, hidden

items, hidden bosses, hidden quests.. that make you need to backtrack and be nosy and

explore.. or spend time on a wiki page.

It really does feel like a jRPG that just has had the overworld subbed out for a menu..

but.. one of those advantages I mentioned earler.. the content keeps coming.

New bosses, new items, new characters, new dungeons.. new challenges.. all with these

parties you've been creating.

I would have killed to have reason to revisit Lufia or Xenogears or Dragonquest because

of some new story content or big baddy or mega dungeon- and to make it even better..

a lot of the stuff that gets released for Brave Exvius is pretty difficult and requires

some strategy.. especially if you aren't combing the internet for guides.

What further separates this game from other gacha style mobile games.. is the focus on

single-player.

Or rather the lack of focus on multiplayer.

It's common for games in this genre to have guilds, guild vs guild interaction, time trials,

competitive leaderboards, ranking.. a lot of things that flat out alter the tone of

a game and the people it attracts.

As with a stat oriented RPG.. with ongoing new content.. this means power creep.. they

have to challenge you with stronger enemies.. so you'll need to be getting stronger- but

if you're playing a single player game.. it's fine.. because they are just adding on the

back end.

Imagine if you just started playing Final Fantasy 7.. and someone told you there are

some really cool and difficult optionals bosses later, Ruby and Emerald Weapon.. your reaction

is cool, I can't wait to try my luck.

If mid playthrough I told you..

man, they just added Sapphire and Topaz.. you go.. cool again, more stuff to kill.

When there is competition and multiplayer.. all of sudden motivations and priorities can

shift the tone.. you can start to feel like you're falling behind.. and it's now.. how

do I get to Ruby and Emerald as fast as possible- you stop using party members you like for

ones that are meta- you start reading guides and websites and the release of Saphire and

Topaz instead feels like increased preasure and stress to catch up.. and this is the insidious

nature of these games as they try to monetize those motivations they create to entice you

to spend money on more chances to open loot boxes for a specific, meta hero or refresh

your stamina or energy to kill more monsters to level up.. to get viable.. to get competitive..

to not let your guild down.. and it becomes a different game entirely.

Sidestepping a lot of that.. is something I believe Brave Exvius does well..

I should mention it does have a very light arena system.. but due to game balance and

the way it's set up.. with optional rules.. like you can't use magic this week.. or status

ailments next week.. and having damage caps and enemy teams being controlled by bad AI..

it doesn't feel competitive.. a lot of times.. it's almost like a puzzle.. trying to assemble

a team and equipment set-up that works with this weeks rule set.

And.. look.. some people really like that comeptitive spirit and nature to these games..

some people try to find competition in everything.

Funny enough.. the lack of it in Brave Exvius is something people point out as a flaw as

it look like less of a game comparing it to it's peers in the same genre.. we just got

off of a world esports tournament for Summoners War and there has been the live 1v1 tournament

style pvp in that game for a while now... so some people may play Brave Exvius.. and

remark that it lacks features..

not up to par.. not worth playing.

But interestly.. that is what salvages the game for me.

I've said it a few times now.. it's this SNES era, old school cool RPG feel.. with constant

content being delivered to it.

Obviously, I'm nostalgic for Final Fantasy.. and it's rad as fuck to recreate parties of

old games.. in this rad as fuck updated sprite style.. to put Zidane on the same team as

Cecil and Agrias .. and even Randi from Secret of Mana.. as with mobile games.. there are

constantly holiday themed events, crossovers.. just fun stuff.

No joke- Ariana Grande is somehow in this game.

Obviously there are pros to being on a mobile device.. you take the game with you when you're

out and about- a nice thing about this game is you can share saves between Android and

IOS.. which for me.. is great because I keep an ipad by my bed but use an Andriod phone-

but there are cons... the energy systems where you can only take so many actions before you

need to let it recharge.. or pay for a recharge.. and that the roster of heroes that you have

is random based on the hero slot machine.

As for the roster..

I'm torn on this.

It would be cool to have everyone.. but as dumb as it sounds.. rolling for a new hero

every day.. is a bit of a minor thing I do look forward to.. and getting a random hero

I wasn't expecting and thinking about how I can work him into my team and how it changes

different strategies or line ups I have.. does have a lot of appeal.. in this type of

team building.. configuration style gameplay that the game pushes.. finding weird synergies

between characters.. or systems.. or skills is rad.

One of my favorite things.. was way back...

I had this caster rod- that on physical attack has a chance to petrify.. but mages rarely

attack.. well I had pulled a tanky melee unit that had a huge amount of flexibility in the

equipment he could use ... and even though he was the..

Warrior of Light.. he could equip mage rods.. and he had an attack skill that hit the entire

enemy team with a melee strike, Bladeblitz.. and potentially could petrify them all in

one go that didnt rely on attack power... so I stacked defensive items and just crossed

my fingers for the petrifications to come from this unkilledable monster... and that

was cool- especially during an arena week.. where you couldn't use magic.. .. and I've

largely had line ups that were magic heavy.. they even have a version of the classic genji

gloves offering combination.

Daily Chinese Horoscope July 1, 2017 - Duration: 5:20.

Daily Chinese horoscope July 1, 2017

Rat

You are not going to get drawn into any sort of display of one-upmanship.

If you find yourself feeling a bit hot and bothered because of petty rivalry amongst

your circle of family and friends, you know you can stay cool.

If others are behaving in what you think is a somewhat pathetic manner, there is no reason

for you to join them.

Ox

You're prepared to resolve differences with close ones, yet their reluctance is a barrier,

and you know you cannot force them to take action.

They have been shying away from the issues, yet you are now ready to do a few things without

them.

When they see that you mean business they will come out of hiding and get involved.

Tiger

Your Tiger personality does not like life to be too mundane.

However, some sudden surprises are not that easy for you to deal with, especially during

this Horse month.

Simply trust that whatever comes your way today is something that the universe is sending

because you need it, even though you don't think you want it.

Rabbit

If you take one option you are aware you cannot take another at the same time.

There seems to be such a lot going on at the moment that it's difficult for you to know

how to make your mind up.

Whilst it can seem tricky, not making any decision will put you in the worst position.

Make up your mind today because opportunities can pass you by.

Dragon

Do you feel you need to change your mind about something in order to handle the latest developments?

When it comes to facing challenges your Dragon self is usually ready to step up and take

it on.

If you are feeling reluctant, could it be that what is cropping up is not quite right

for you?

Take some time to appreciate what you already have and what you want to do next.

Snake

Quite often, you are quite adept at avoiding confrontation.

Today, you find that avoidance tactics are not going to be very effective.

It's as if the spotlight is on you and there is no escape.

It is time for you to deal with what you have been avoiding, and when you do you will feel

happy that you can put it behind you.

Horse

A close one persists in asking the same question, yet you don't have the answer.

Let them know that you cannot work some magic and give them the answer that they are hoping

for.

Remind them that there are times in life when matters are not clear-cut, and you need to

stay with the clouds of confusion until they blow away.

Goat

Sometimes talking to somebody who looks at the world quite differently from you can actually

help shed some new light on what appears to be a gloomy scenario.

You are still dealing with the same problem, but you can see a way ahead.

A close one can really help you see a dilemma from another angle.

Monkey

If close ones have been talking without doing anything about their latest plans, you know

you need to prompt them to take some action.

It's the right time for them to feel that things need to change and to instigate changes.

Remind them that the longest journey begins with one small step.

Are they ready to step forwards today?

Rooster

What can you do to shake off trouble?

You want trouble to go away, yet trouble seems to be following you around at the moment.

Simply saying to the trouble that you know that trouble is with you will already make

trouble feel less of a nuisance and acknowledging trouble will mean trouble will want to go

away and follow somebody else instead.

Dog

Draw a distinction between fantasy and reality.

Without a doubt you know there are certain things you cannot control, yet that does not

prevent you from imagining what you would do if you did have control.

When you can accept that there is not a great deal you can do at the moment, you can simply

relax and enjoy the weekend.

Pig

You're wondering what others are feeling excited about.

Are they getting carried away with something that is the flavour of the month?

When you realise that their enthusiasm is genuine, you will feel that it's worth your

while to look into the details of what they are talking about.

Will it capture your interest too?

Thank you for watching

Chunk of Ear Wax Removal | Auburn Medical Group - Duration: 8:05.

Paul you have had some blockage in your ears for how long and forever I think

okay I can't remember one time the doctor just pulled out a big a chunk of

a lot oh my goodness could even happen today we'll see I'll see does it affect

your hearing probably problem I'm sure I'm crazy yeah

this is looking in the left ear and the left ear we can see through probably

through the right here pretty good see the right here all the

way through pens we can see a little bit of wax but it's it's not blocking

passage to the ear drill but it's in the way and we can just grab that and take

it out good Oh am i hurting you you felt it moving yeah that was actually it can

be

we'll just kind of pull there and see this thing okay you can flex it to get

the wax but it makes it very handy so that's part of it but that's not the

whole thing I'm sure being a Jin Jin Jin people's

ears on TV mostly I thought everybody had a lobe but a lot of people are just

the connects to the head it connects to the head raise one of those things

that's determined by your genes get that in Psych it's light from it just so I

can see I'm going to put this in again

hit record once again on the left ear after getting a little bit of wax out I

find that I get a shot that I love your ear John looks perfect good and I don't

want to take away the little little little bit of wax that's remaining in

the canal the reason is because there's more risk of injuring your canal okay

it's best to leave it alone when it's not causing any problem people watch

these videos and they'll comment say oh you didn't finish the job

or I can't stand seeing you leave a little bit in there it's not clean well

that's just the way the human body is we're not clean which we don't get

cleaned out when we work our best it's just that the difference between

something man-made and something that that God made I guess angled it the

right way get it past the WAGs try not to move you may feel something here

we got a little bit out there mm-hmm yeah I'm going to have an air here in

this shortly well after after we get this out yeah did you try any

over-the-counter earwax off here before we'll come on in

that'll help make this easier and sometimes you can avoid this just by

using an over-the-counter your wax softener okay like murine or okay I

don't like to put strange stuff in my body I don't labia say so

oh it's better than a piece of plastic I'll say that okay and then some people

will use a bobby pin I prefer not the bobby pin yeah definitely dangerous

or the Kip car keys yeah oh yes you feel that one yeah now let me take a look are

you going to be playing liquid in there we might in fact that's what I'm

anticipating doing right now it first we'll see how it looks and yeah this

point the wax is looking like it's kind of pushed in a seal abrasion that I made

inside the ear canal I don't want to make any more of those so this is the

point where we'll go to Washington irrigation yesterday it is

that oh boy it's it's coming let go let go the water I'll dump it out for you

I've got it let's see if it's going to come out in one piece

yeah there it is Wow that it's a big deal um how's that compared to the

previous one the pretty sums longer Oh even longer than that oh you had a game

very very solid I caught it yeah put it on there Lord all right so it's time to

take a look after one irrigation we got a big chunk out we'll see how oh nice

look at that you get in there and we see a perfect

shot to your eardrum it's got a little bit of coloration on it which could be

something on the other side could possibly be just a tiny tiny tiny

coating of wax on this I've already got to leave it alone

mm-hmm I should show you I should show this to you that's what I should do I

should show this to you oh it's that two of them were this what we're looking at

we're going to get it I came here here Oh just this little will acts on them

and those are hairs those are hairs okay and then that's your eardrum inside of

there well it's got a little redness to it where's a little your tape that's

okay in the little yellow spot yeah do something on the inside of the ear canal

a little bit of mucus or fluid or maybe just tiny little bit wax on the outside

Wow well if you get it on the big screen to really able to tell but either way we

leave it alone we're done at this point great that was a successful ear cleaning

did you want to take it home no coming in myself tonight

yeah tell feed it to my cat in the future if you feel like there's some

more building up if you feel pressure or if it's affecting your hearing just use

an over-the-counter earwax removal kit if it doesn't work we can always do this

again what about a couch it I prefer people not used q-tips in the ears it's

hard to really get the wax out without actually packing in the stuff that's

further in more just because of the size of the q-tip related to the size of the

canal are too close to each other to really be able to get the middle wax is

always going to be pushed in no matter what part of the okay now you put the

the q-tip in was basically concerned about getting

the water out yes dad the Apple for if the canal is clean and

you lean like that the water will drain out sometimes you have to spend more

time like that to give it time to fall out but as long as there's no wax you

know a little dam built up that blocks it it'll come out all right hey thanks

for joining us you didn't appreciate you doing that thank you Thanks they also to

these people out here yes that's right boo boo kitty Lindsey Antoine and Pender

Rosenberg do it make sure that you become a patron like they are by

clicking on the link anybody who's that subscribed please subscribe and until

next time follow myself telling you to stay in good health

5 QUESTIONS & BIBLE STORYTELLING (pt 2) Jesus raises Lazarus: LESSON for CHILDREN'S MINISTRY - Duration: 6:03.

Welcome to Wright Ideas with Susan!

Today is part two of my Lazarus series with Bible Storytelling.

And I'm going to show you how you can use 5 questions to help you organize a 20-30 minute

Bible lesson.

So let's get started!

First I like to start my lesson with a bit of context.

I like to talk about the REAL TIME in history that it took place, the REAL PLACE that it

took place as well as the REAL PEOPLE who were there.

So I start my lesson that way.

And then what I would do, I would just go about telling the story that I crafted.

You can see that on part 1 if you want to have a look at that.

So I would tell the story through once and then I would say to the kids, "hey kids,

now I'm going to tell you the story a second time but this time I want you to think about

all the things that you learn about Jesus from this story.

So then, I would tell the story through again.

And then we would list up all the things that they learned about Jesus from the story.

And then I'd say, "Hey, one more time I'm going to tell you the story but this

time I want you to think about everything we can learn about the people, all the other

people in the story, what can we learn about them?"

And then I would tell the story through a third time.

And then we would list up all the things that they learned about the people from the story.

So I've gone through the story three times now.

And I just go straight into the next question.

Which is, "What is something that you like about the story?"

And it is such an easy one.

And if you have small group all the kids can answer.

What I like to do is I like to bring along little a microphone … and let them pass

around the microphone and tell one thing they liked about the story or I can get one someone

to be like a talk show host , if it's a big group and get different ones to talk about

the thing they liked the most using the feather duster or you can use, even if you don't

bring anything, you can use a texta or something like that as a little microphone for a bit

of fun and it gets them engaged as well.

Now before I go into questions 4 and 5, I like to do either a bit of SNAP CHAT DRAMA,

which you can see on my drama list, you can see examples there.

Or you can actually just get up and act it out.

Again, I would just tell the story and I would get the characters and get the kids up to

play the characters, act it out.

Now who doesn't love being wrapped up by toilet paper.

This is a great story to get them up and acting it out.

But if you're not keen on doing the drama thing, you can simply just show a video clip.

Now I've put together a playlist with lots of youtube clips that I found on the story

of Lazarus.

So you could just play one of those clips that suitable to the age that you are teaching.

And this helps again to focus their attention.

It gives a different voice to the story, but they are still learning about the Biblical story

So after we have done a drama or watched a clip then I go into questions 4 and 5.

And question 4 is this, "Is there something in this story that someone may not like?"

And then you list up their answers.

Now sometimes, I omit Question 4, it depends on the timing and how the lesson is going

and their attention span.

So sometimes I don't always use that question.

But it's a good one to have.

And then I go into question 5, which is the application question.

And I ask them, "Is there something about this story that you've learned that means

something to you… that teaches you something?"

And this is where you see the real learning happening.

Now, there are a few tips I'd like to mention here.

A lot of people will say, "It's just too hard to memorize a story".

And you know what?

I don't memorize the story.

It's because of learning this crafting process that I've somehow learned it so well that

it comes out in one form or another.

It never comes out the same way each time I tell it.

But I know it so well because of really diving into it and crafting the story.

But there is another way you can do this without having to craft a story.

You can just put the Scripture up on the board and you can highlight the bits of the story

that you want to read and do guided reading with the kids, then ask the question, then

read it through again, then ask the next question and so on.

Or another way you can do it is you can just use a children's Bible – The Beginners

Bible has a really short version of this story and great to use with young kids.

So you can just read it from the storybook, ask the question, read it again… that sort

of thing.

Or this one I really like.

I like the Big Picture Storybook Bible version of the Lazarus story.

It is really well done.

And I'm working on a clip on that one as well.

So check that one out if you can.

So there's other ways you can do Bible storytelling and use these 5 questions just using those

sorts of things to help you out.

I love this method, with the 5 questions and doing the story several times.

Because it allows God's Word to do the speaking.

God's Word speaks better than I ever will.

And you can see how the Holy Spirit begins to teach them for themselves.

These questions just spur them to think for themselves and grab from the Word of God for

themselves.

And works it really well.

But I do highly recommend getting to a Bible Storytelling Workshop.

I will put some links in the description below and you just google 'Bible storytelling'

and there are groups all over the world.

So check it out and I think you'll really love learning this skill.

If you found this video helpful, can you give it a thumbs up and let me know?

And once again, thanks so much for watching and may God bless you as encourage kids and

teach in such a way that they can learn from God's Word for themselves.

Does Your Marketing Message Quickly and Clearly Communicate The Benefits Of Your Treatments - Duration: 5:05.

How effective is your marketing?

Does your marketing message quickly and clearly communicate the benefits of your treatment

to your client?

Hi I'm Tim Cooper and I'm a teacher, coach and author and in this video I'm going to

discuss the three questions that you must answer in the first three to four seconds

of the prospect seeing your ad in order to get them to read further.

And the first question is, "What is it?", the second question is, "Who's it for?", and

the third question is the classic, "What's in it for me?".

As I said, you've got around about three to four seconds to answer those three questions

clearly in order for your prospect to hang around and read on, read further, maybe pick

up the phone and book with you.

So look at you marketing materials at the moment... does it answer those questions?

Clearly? and quickly?

Can somebody just take a glance at your web page or at an ad on Facebook, at a business

card, at a flyer?

Can they just at a glance see what it is?

Whether it be massage, acupuncture, naturopathy... does it speak of their specific problem?

Does it say who's it for?

Okay?

Or does your marketing material just list off a bunch of modalities and techniques and

what you do, not what you can do for somebody, not the benefit that they'll be walking out

the door with, but just basically what you do.

Does your marketing material talk about you and your business and your experience or does

it talk about how you can help somebody with a specific problem?

Because this comes down to question three, the classic "What's in it for me?"

Because seriously, if your prospective client, or prospective patient can't see the benefit,

can't see that if they take the time and effort to come and see you that they are actually

going to get relief from their problem or get their issues addressed, then they're just

going to click away, they're either going to throw your marketing material into the

bin or they're just going to click on to the next site.

So when you're preparing your marketing material keep these three questions in mind and look

at it, ask yourself seriously, take a really good look at your marketing and say, "Is my

marketing communicating the benefits of what I do to my potential clients, to my potential

patients?", "Is it clear what they are going to get from it?", "Is it clear what it is?"

Okay?

Just simply saying massage, or acupuncture isn't saying anything to anybody, it's just

your job title, you might as well be an accountant or a lawyer for all anybody cares.

These are very abstract terms.

They mean many things to different people.

So in your marketing you have got to be crystal clear and you've got to get that message across

quickly because we live in a busy time and people are just scanning, they're not going

read every word straight up... that's what you've got to understand as well.

When you look at something first, you scan first to see whether there's any interest,

any benefit, and if it spikes your interest then you're going to go back and you're going

to start to read a little bit closer, that's the way you do it, right?

That's the way I do it, I know that.

So that's the way you've got to look at your marketing as well.

Firstly, at the glance are you going to get their interest, are you going to capture them,

are you going to talk to them, are you going to resonate with them, are you going to say,

"I have the answer to your problem", at a glance... and then of course you can fill

in the detail later.

Okay, but that's most important.

So those are the three questions that you must answer and must be very clear and quick

in the first three to four seconds, "What is it?", "Who's it for?", and "What's in it

for me?"

Okay, that's it for today.

Remember, this is the cornerstone of your business, your marketing, getting new people

in the door, communicating your benefits, the benefits of your treatments to your prospects

and you've got to do that quickly otherwise you'll just lose their attention and they'll

just flit off to something else, to somebody else who will resonate with them.

Okay, until next time, you take care.

Bratz Rock Angelz Cloe Makeover - Hair Repair - Duration: 10:39.

Watch me transform the hair of Rock Angelz Chloe from

crazy mane to so smooth

[Music: Rosie's Tea Party theme song]

Rock Angelz Cloe Hair Repair

I got this rock Angelz chloe from the thrift shop for $7.99

It's more than what I'd normally pay

but whoa look at all the pieces

Let's open it up

This is part of the drum set

What's this? The mic stand?

The bass drum

This must be for the mic.

Goes like this

Cool guitar. Awesome!

Ooo. Another drum

and the star of the show

Cloe!

She's hiding under her hat

There she is!

She looks great. She

She has both earrings!

Look at this awesome dress

her ankle boots

Let's put her guitar together

Strap goes in like this

The drum set, I think goes like this

Yeah

Let's get the guitar on her

The hat

Looking very cool!

Don't think this is a mic stand

I think that's part of the drum set

The cymbal is missing

Let's fix that first

I'll be using this metallic poster board

the silver colour

Gold would work too

Flip it over

This is a Play-doh lid

it's 2 inches across

Trace it

Cut it

Find the middle and poke a hole

Put it on the cymbal stand

Let's give it some shape

cut to the middle

Overlap it a little

And tape it down

Perfect!

There! Now the drum set is complete!

Now back to Cloe

Let's have a look at this hair

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

She's in great condition

The braid has left permanent waves in her hair

It's too Frizzy out of control

so I'm going to straighten it and re-curl it

I normally use a spray bottle with fabric softener and hot water

but she has so much hair

I'm going to do this another way

The fabric softener and water is in this container

And I'm going to dunk all her hair in it

This is one tablespoon of fabric softener mixed with one cup of very hot water

You can use hair conditioner or liquid hand soap

Whatever will make combing out tangles easier

If you don't do this step you'll end up pulling out a lot of hair

and you don't want to do that

Time to comb out the tangles

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

All done!

Now to wash out the fabric softener

Wash the hair with dish soap and hot water

Here she is

Come out any tangles

Her hair is rooted to be parted down the middle

so that's how I want her hair to dry

I'll let her hair air dry overnight

Alright let's check this out!

My goodness!

This is beautiful!

Look at this gorgeous hair!

Beautiful Golden hair

Oh my gosh!

Look at this!

So shiny!

It's silky soft!

So smooth!

I'm always amazed. Every time!

She looks so awesome!

I could just leave her hair like this

But today, I'm going to give her hair some curls

I'll need to put this hair in sections

It makes curling easier

Here it is in two sections. A top layer and a bottom layer

Then I divided each layer into 12 smaller sections

I'll be using these jelly rollers

They're so easy to use

These skinny ones are perfect for dolls

But I don't lock the ends because it makes the curls point upward

I want the curls that go up and down not sideways

So I use these clips to hold the hair to the rollers

Okay, let's get started!

Get a hot Roller

Wind the hair around it

And put a clip at each end. Like this

There are only six skinny rollers

When the rollers cool down take them out

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

Nice

These are loose ribbon curls

I don't know if this is a rock star look but carry on

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

The bottom layer is done

Let's have a look

Get this top section out of the way

Beautiful ribbon curls

But I think it looks too princessy for a rocker

I'll try different curls on the top layer

For these curls. I'm going to twist the hair before I wind them on the roller

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

All right! Time to take them out!

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

Think these curls are more suitable

These are like noodle curls, but much looser

If I wound them up tight

she would have hair like Merida

If you want to see that video click on the icard

or the link in the video description

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

So here she is with loose noodle curls on the top layer

and ribbon curls on the bottom layer

And I must say I like the loose noodle curls better

So I'm going to redo the bottom layer

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

Much better!

I think it's more suitable for a rockstar

Let's get her back into her clothes

Going to change her boots and borrow Jade's leather jacket

Dress, jacket, hat and boots

Presenting Rock Angelz Cloe!

[Music: Rock This Way]

And here she is with her guitar and drum set

I think I like her with her hat off

I really like her loose noodle curls

She looked awesome even before her noodle curls

Here she is before I curled her hair

She looks so awesome

So smooth!

Wow!

Which is your favourite?

Curly?

Or straight?

Post your answer in the comment section

or click on the icard and take our poll

No matter which way

Cloe has beautiful hair!

Hey Cloe!

Hi Jade!

Wow my leather jacket looks great on you

Thanks for lending it to me

Hey. I have this great idea

Let's start a rock band

That would be so cool

I can play the drums and you can play the guitar!

What do you want to call it?

Uh. I don't know

Um. How about The Bratz?

Or The Band?

I think that's name's been taken

What The Bratz?

Thanks for watching and see you again soon!
