Youtube daily report Jun 27 2017

Greetings, and welcome to Earthling Cinema.

I am your host, Garyx Wormuloid.

This week's artifact is Logan, starring jacked human Hugh Jackman, a huge actor playing his

most famous role for the final time until Les Miserables 2: More Miserables ate s***

at the box office and he went back to Marvel for two cameos a year for the rest of his

life.

The film takes place 12 years into Donald Trump's presidency, when mutated humans were

dying out and everything was made of sand.

Wolverine is old and can't heal too good, so he's not allowed to use his cool nickname

anymore.

He's such a dork that he's still close with one of his high school teachers, who has inexplicably

outlived everyone even though he was crazy old to begin with.

Logan meets a nurse who wants him to take a young girl named Laura to the Garden of

Eden, which Bible enthusiasts know was located in North Dakota.

The nurse is killed by a robot arm guy, but Logan, Xavier, and Laura decide not to get

killed by him.

Later, they find a video on the nurse's Samsung Galaxy Note -- a video she apparently found

time to get professionally edited while she was on the run -- that reveals Laura is a

mutant created from Logan's deoxyribonucleic acid, also known as jizz.

They go eat dinner at a random farmer's house, but then a Wolverine clone shows up and starts

slashing up the place like it's a Guns N Roses concert.

Logan manages to hold him off and escape with Laura's alive body and Xavier's dead body.

Speaking of which, Xavier dies, spoiler alert.

Logan and Laura finally arrive at the Garden of Eden, which isn't a garden so much as a

hut on a cliff.

Also, it's Adam and Eve, not Adam and a bunch of child mutants!

Nevertheless, they're just about to head off to Canada for poutine and crumpets when some

scientists show up to do the whole "explain your evil plan" routine.

Logan tires of this trope, so he blows his load before the other guy can finish.

The Wolverine clone impales Logan with a big stick sticking out of another stick, and then

Laura counters with some clone repellent.

Logan tries to pull a Rogue One and have every character die, but Laura takes the opposite

approach, heading north in search of universal healthcare.

Logan pits the titular hero against his most powerful enemy yet: real life.

Logan struggles with all the issues an ordinary middle-aged Earthling

male might face.

He must care for a mentally debilitated father figure who's disappointed in him for X-Men

Origins.

He's developed arthritis and doesn't bounce back the way he did in his 120s.

And perhaps most typical of his mid-life crisis, he wants to buy a watercar.

Where some previous X-Men films explore the social ostracization the mutants experienced

as an allegory for gayness, the alienation Logan and Xavier suffer here is due to the

inevitable march of time, something felt by beings of all 557 sexual orientations.

They have lost their friends and loved ones, and the world has moved on without them, much

like I moved on without my first family.

By showing our familiar superheroes suffering the indignities of growing old, the film's

inescapable message is that all things must come to an end, even when they're dripping

with 90s nostalgia.

The film borrows themes of redemption and rumination from Westerns, and it won't give

those themes back without a fight.

The most prevalent reference is the movie Shane, which tells the story of a dude who

protects a bunch of other dudes from a bad guy dude, then leaves because it's more poetic

that way.

Logan's journey of self-reflection is played out through Laura and the clone.

The clone shares only Logan's violent qualities, and none of his human traits like sarcasm

and being a dick.

Thus, when Logan fights him, he is in essence battling the parts of himself he wants to

leave behind like I left behind my second family.

Laura also shares Logan's genetic material -- she is, in a sense, his daughter from another

otter.

As Laura was trained to be a killer, she initially reacts to any conflict with force.

But since she's just a wee bitty baby, she hasn't gone far down the road Logan has travelled

since the Grover Cleveland administration, volume one.

Thus, if Logan can divert her from the path of violence, he can find redemption through

her.

In the end, the path to Logan's salvation -- not to mention the studio's bottom line

-- requires him to spill as much CGI blood as possible.

Just as Shane dons the mantle of violence to protect the people he's grown to appreciate,

Logan takes the serum that turns him into a violent creature to protect the children

he finds only moderately annoying.

When he dies, Laura eulogizes him using Shane's quote from the end of the film.

Logan knows he can't overcome his violent ways.

He has to die so that the kids don't turn out like him, one of the most beloved characters

in comic book history.

The cross, which became a symbol of sacrifice after Jesus started wearing one as a necklace,

is turned to an X.

This serves to put a period on the run-on sentence that is the X-Men franchise as its

last hero is laid to rest.

And since X marks the spot, it also suggests that Logan has actually been a treasure chest

all along.

The Spanish helicopter pilot: Rescue Under Fire - #WeAreNATO - Duration: 2:33.

I am Major Barbancho, I serve with the 5th Transport Helicopter Battalion.

I am the Staff Officer of this battalion.

My job as a pilot consists of flying helicopter missions when ordered and also testing the

helicopters when they're under maintenance or damaged.

One of the most inspiring and at the same time stressful moments of my career occurred

in Afghanistan, when we had the chance to participate in the rescue of a Spanish Air Force helicopter

that had crashed, by rescuing some US military personnel who had been injured

in an explosion.

We started off at dawn, to attempt in a first phase the rescue of the injured crew and in

a second phase the rescue of the helicopter.

The operation was complicated since it took place in a hot area, an area surrounded by

insurgents and with high Taliban activity.

During the rescue we were under gunfire, rocket fire.

We were supported by attack helicopters that were sealing off the zone and by land forces

that were repelling gunfire.

Finally, 18 hours after the accident, we could complete the rescue of the crashed helicopter

and its crew and with all the personnel participating in the operation unharmed.

You are not afraid, you are concerned about your people, concerned that something might

go wrong and someone could not return.

A Spanish production company read an article and decided to make a movie about this action.

The movie is based on the events that occurred in Afghanistan on that 3rd August.

We have been deeply involved in the filming of the movie.

All the pilots and helicopter crews who appear in the movie were the ones who took part in

the real rescue operation and all the military extras appearing in the movie are personnel

who participated in the operation to a greater or lesser extent.

The link to his video is in my video description.

And today I've decided to get interview with Jay and look at the relationship between men and women by real Korean eyes…

As they could be unreal…

ok, let's go!

1 question. What kind of girls do you like?

1) sexy, 2) cute, 3) cold and mysterious

Ahah… maybe it's a stereotype in my mind… But due to some reason I've always thought that Koreans like cuties.. brrr

Second question. What would make you jealous ?

Third question If your girlfriend would talk about her favorite idol group and go to talk to her favorite singer - your reaction on it?

Forth question. If the girl has poor education -would it be a problem for you? how important is it to get a good education for korean girls?

Mymy what a sweety… Ok, the next question. Would you put on steam clothes with your girlfriend?

Oh, personally I'd be ashamed to wear stream clothes.

Just imagine, to walk as tweens… Em, but if to think of it… it's really sweet.

Ok, going further. Would you eat girlfriend's meals which she gives you every day for work in case her cooking skills are terrible?

Poor guy. Next question. Would you let the girl pay the bill in cafe?

You know what? I agree with him! Who made up a rule that only guys must pay? We are equal damn it!

But women have learned how use it for their profit sometimes, right.

Well, there were all questions today! Write your questions to Jay in comments!

Women Music Producers Fighting for Equality (HBO) - Duration: 5:13.

Last night, Beyonce once again dominated the BET Music Awards...

— Beyoncé!

winning Album of the Year and more awards than any male artist.

But apart from performers,

women don't get much recognition in the music industry—

because they're barely even represented.

In music production,

women make up less than 5 percent of producers and engineers,

meaning almost every song you hear is produced by men.

A group of four female producers sat down with Mary H.K. Choi to explain why.

— What are some of the politics inherent in getting a producer credit?

— What happens in today's forum is a lot of artists don't write a lot of their songs.

And the majority of them that are more like the Patti Smiths, Chrissie Hyndes,

they're at home, rocking out, and don't need anybody's approval.

And so, they don't come out.

But then the ones that do come out are the ones

that want credit for things that they haven't done.

— The few times that I've done sessions, like,

for other people you show up and,

I think, for example, at least me,

I think people more perceive me as an artist than a producer.

And people will actually not believe that I do it because of this.

— Why do you think it's important to just own everything that you make?

Because you very pointedly do.

— You know, there is that level of wanting to show that you know exactly what you're doing,

because you are female and you're going to be held at a higher standard.

So, when you go into those environments,

especially if it's out of your comfort zone, you want to have your shit together.

— Do you ever feel, like, an onus to be like,

"I have to level the playing field in this very specific way?"

— No. If I don't find them good musicians,

then I don't feel as though they deserve to get raised up more than someone else.

I view myself in the same way.

I'd rather be in someone's top 20 producers,

I'd rather be the 20th person than someone say, you're my favorite female producer.

— How many times has someone been like, "You're my favorite female producer"?

— All the time.

I feel as though I have to overcompensate,

so I'm very public about, like, this is music technology I'm into—

I've done tutorials, I let people see all my sessions.

And yet, to some degree, when I look at myself do that,

I'm like, I shouldn't have to.

I mean, sharing knowledge is fine…

— It's annoying because dudes won't share knowledge—

like, if I'm in a session with someone, I'm like, "Oh, what are you using?" or whatever,

and they're like—don't want you know.

— But, also, I think they have a community.

Like, when you see Rick Rubin in footage with, like, Jay-Z and Pharrell and those other producers,

my first thought is, well, how come females aren't doing that?

— I've actually been thinking there should be,

like, a music union or, like, a women musicians union

or something that—you know what I mean?

Something where it's, like, where we can recreate like what they have.

— How important are the Grammys to y'all?

— Accolades?

I love those.

Give me a trophy, I'll take it,

you know, because it gives me an opportunity

to get in front of a bunch of people and tell them how I really feel.

— Okay, so, because I tried to apply for Producer of the Year

for the Grammys this, or last year,

and they wouldn't let me, because I've never—

I hadn't worked on anyone else's album.

I would have had to have another artist hire me,

and I would have had to have, like,

produced a track on another successful record.

— I think it can be discouraging,

if a young girl has aspirations of wanting to go into production

and looks at the Grammys and goes,

"Well, there's no one that's female, and there's no one that looks like me."

"Why in the hell would I think I can be successful in that arena?"

— How high does your pain threshold have to be in order to do this?

— I think you have to have pretty thick skin,

generally, to be in the entertainment industry.

— Especially with the internet comments.

Oof. They're brutal.

— It's like, to even defend ourselves, we have to, like, get death threats

and all this shit and it's just like…

— How often do you get death threats?

— Well, I've disabled everything for, like, a year now so I don't know.

— So do you think that the press is largely complicit?

— The press is fucking so complicit.

Sorry, no offense.

— Say more things—no, none taken.

— I'll say this—if I said the things about male artists that they say about me,

I, like, wouldn't have a career.

— It's not just male journalists, though,

'cause I feel like patriarchy has no gender in that sense.

— Yeah, no, female journalists get mad, too.

— Jesus. This is all really bleak, you guys.

— It's really easy to feel undermined and…

maybe we have to pay a higher price than our male counterparts.

But we're we're doing that.

And then the next generation may not have to as much.

— We just need to focus on the positive.

Just figure out who we are as artists, and just figure out what your success is,

and just go for it.

That's it.

Don't be afraid, just go.

How to Push Yourself to Take Action (Law of Attraction) Motivational Speech - Duration: 25:18.

Live Today With Passion: "You are fantastic direct response marketer with your mail-order business

people were dollar into two concepts well you know we all pay taxes and we

all hate the idea that you're losing good money but there's a difference

between hating that you lose that money in hating to pay taxes

I love paying taxes if it is the fee amount and if it is used wisely I think

we all have to contribute that because that's how you set up social programs

that are you build infrastructure that's how if a military of this kind of thing

so that's great but that always had to believe that the money that they're

paying taxes I want to make up through wise investments so this is why I did

the real estate right away the seventies in the stead of dying Roland and

developing that started buying apartment buildings and you know just think about

it I mean there would be in the air remember in 1974 apartment first

apartment building and we bought it for two hundred and fifteen thousand dollars

so that was then a lot of money yeah and I put only down like maybe thirty five

thirty seven thousand dollars but within two years the apartment building was

worth instead of two hundred fifty three hundred and fifty thousand dollars and

and a solid so imagine now how much gain there was yeah I mean so we made

hundreds of percent of my initial investment wall that's what I'm talking

about see it's it takes you know thoughts and ideas can make much more

money than actual physical labor all right in physical labor is always part

of the action because I always say you got to work your ass off no matter what

you do because now you have a great idea but then you still have to implement it

and you have to hassle you have to go to the bank at the financial statement it

isn't that they raised money sometimes and you go didn't look at a thousand

apartment buildings to find the right one

and all this housing field of the brook but normally if it is just physical

labor you can never make the money then you can make when you have ideas so this

is why it's important that we tell people I say the secret is is the

certain times don't think like when you get up in the morning don't think just

all out of it so any life cycle or go on a basically right or go to the gym

broker you know that's what you have to do and then read something you've

learned something so don't even think about it but there's other times where

you have to really think and you really have to get creative and have a clear

vision of where you want to go and what you want to do and that's what I always

have that's what I always believed and always believed in making money so that

then you can do something with that your best ended notice eventually created a

family it's almost being kids and all that stuff but also for charity the guy

thought that the Schwarzenegger Institute that you will see yeah so we

have to raise money all the time at big money to do to pay for tetanus and the

support that 50 our 20 the environmental organization or any organization any

idea is great but if you don't lift the money you can implement anything and so

this is why it is important that it is an environmental organization orbit is

my after school programs to the nationwide where we raise millions and

millions of dollars every year or if it is just you know living in it right the

great mansion or driving a nice Bentley in the Bugatti

you know this kind of things it takes money to do all this kind of stuff so

therefore I believe in making $1 in the tool and having a good time

way to pay my taxes as our as a we have bad news here you video 15 million

thousand taxes I say mom if it is yes then this will be this is when you have

your boss are we lost that means you must have made a lot of

money yeah that much money in taxes missed it yeah that's way it is it's the

way I look at it the reality is reading a book or going to a conference or

having a great conversation where you get this golden information that's all

fantastic but what makes mastery is execution on the ideas not the ideas and

so no idea works unless you're willing to roll up your sleeves do the practice

invest the time put in the effort do the work I think we've all observed a lot of

people who they love reading the books they love showing up at the courses they

do all the online training and nothing ever changes and they say well you know

I don't know why it doesn't change why my life doesn't change why my thinking

doesn't change why my performance doesn't change why my relationships

don't change well it's because ideas don't work if you don't execute on them

so if you look at the great business builders you look at any great performer

one thing that makes them great is their grit one thing that makes them great is

their hunger to practice one thing that makes them great is they are willing to

sacrifice I mean yes they're passionate but did you know the root of the word

passion is suffering you've got to be willing to suffer for your vision you've

got to be willing to suffer to reach BIW best in the world

you've got to be willing to suffer the ridicule and laughter if your critics

and your cynics to get to a place called world class I mean I want to be in show

business and I just happened to luck out and things happen I think you know you

know you if you know what you're supposed to do

deep down inside I think everybody does a lot of people just don't go after it

you know like most people start out they say I want to be as this but I'm going

to give that to make sure I have something to fall back on and what

you're doing is you set yourself up a fake cause you're going there's a

possibility that I'm will fall back and when you put that out there then you

fall back they just say hey this is what I want to do and you go do it you

usually get your stuff to where you want it that's the way of the entrepreneur is

is actually about going looking at the world and binding problems it's actually

some people think that's a negative mindset but actually I find it it's like

it's like it's a curious mindset is you're out there looking for problems

looking for things that aren't the way they should be or could be okay you got

a good idea look everybody's got a good idea yeah you know

now the okay everybody has an idea not everyone has a good idea but I think

people have good ideas look goober is a good idea you push a button and get a

ride I don't know if we were the first person ever think of that idea but we

are the first person to do it and and so you got to just go do it then you've got

to just get out there and go do it so it's easy to have the idea or

straightforward but then you've got to have enough guts to go out there and try

and that's that's the way of the entrepreneur so it's it's easy to have

ideas it's very hard to turn an idea into a successful product there are a

lot of steps in between it takes persistence relentlessness so I always

tell people who are you know who think they want to be entrepreneurs it's you

need a combination of stubborn relentlessness and flexibility and you

have to know when to bewitch and basically you need to be stubborn on

your vision because otherwise it'll be too easy to give up but you need to be

very flexible on the details because as you go along pursuing your vision you'll

find that some of your preconceptions were wrong and you're going to need to

be able to change the things so I think taking an idea

successfully all the way to the market and turning it into a real product that

people care about and it really improves people's lives it's a lot of hard work

one of things I've always done like what I even learned NLP when the first real

dynamic set of tools I learned psychologically I would go these classes

with these psychologists and psychiatrists and we'd have an all-day

session which their idea of all day was four hours yeah it'd be like it'd be

like we start at 10:00 and at noon we're taking lunch I'm like what the hell are

we going you know over go to lunch for an hour and a half and then we come back

at 1:30 and sure enough by 3:30 or 4 or the end of the program I was like Jesus

you know the only you name to a quarter of a day so I took the rest of time and

I extracted everything I could from what I learned there are people with ten

times more skill than I had our ability but my level of application compared to

theirs I'd warped it and it's because while I

was still there I didn't leave the environment I've always had this belief

if you want to be successful with anything in life never leave the sight

of setting a goal without doing something that commits you to

fulfillment if you get you're in state right when you do something while you're

in state that's the time to commit yourself to something that makes you

follow through I don't know I'm talking about here say I so I call somebody up

I'd schedule something I'm locked in the next meeting I sign up for the class I

didn't roll the guy was going to mentor me I'd set the meeting with a mastermind

of people I met I did something so that whenever I committed to there was

something when I went home that would told me there it's structured in fact

I'll give you five fees to rpm just as a quick warm-up for you how's that you

don't remember it'll be okay but it'll be in your unconscious for when you go

work with a coach these are the five sees anything that comes in your mind

anything you can think of because we're going to pick basically do a little mini

rpm version of things right now anything comes in my mind I'm here and while

you're here doing something you're driving your car and you think of an

idea for your business or one of your businesses what do you put it iPhone

where do you put it diary where do you put it iPod iPhone

iPhone and how do you find it afterwards how are you triggered to look at it

again so he goes back and reviews his absalom how do you do it

but crisis crisis makes me go get it how do you do it I sent an email to myself

all good more emails with more to Do's right so I don't care what your system

is but when you have our p.m. you'll have one place you put it for right now

you need one place to put it now the problem is most of us have lives if you

put everything in one place it just becomes even more overwhelming

who knows what I'm talking about here so the first step I'll just say that is

C is capture you've got to capture the motion ideas like this imagine doing

this like physically capturing it pulling out of my head and putting in

one place I don't care what your one place has got to be one place now

ideally in that one place you have some categories so you don't throw everything

on one giant list does that make sense so you might have a category for me hide

the company so I'm Robins research at animali resort I have a tableau life of

all these different companies so I'll drop it in that area as an example or

roles for me as a father I have time to demonstrate this for you but just know

the first thing you wanna do is keep it out of your head have it in one place

why do you want to do that key plus extra mental Ram available when you have

to keep thinking about stuff it creates inner stress if you know it's there and

you know you're gonna look at it consistently like you do it once a week

once a day and you're going to review it and do something with it something with

it might be forget it I'll do it later tomorrow but you can do something with

it you'll be able to let go how many think that's pretty much something you

try to do already most people try to do this don't you but the reason most

people don't do it is because making lists after a while they stopped doing

tell me why they stopped doing it who's made lists and they're not kept a list

up your quote to-do list why don't you keep those who do lists up

so every time you go there there's sodium what there's how many all you got

more to do if you do make the list then you have time so it inherently says why

am I doing this rpm is a different mindset our mindset

is we're just first capturing it we know we're not going to do most of this but

we need to be able to later when it's time decide which things are worth doing

and more importantly what are we really after we're going to use these to

trigger us to say all this relates to maybe something more important how many

follow this philosophical difference here say I my goal is not get things

done this is not GTD this is use the things you need to get do - steaming the

higher level of thinking of what you really want why you want it and become

very strategic about how to get that and many of these things may go away or they

just won't matter but you do have to capture it because otherwise it's in

your head so I have a lot of systems are doing it but if you never saw me getting

the girls basically you need is one place to capture that make sense what's

step one of our p.m. to see you got to let capture which means get it out of

your head put it one place second thing you got to make sense of all its crap

and the way you do that step two is you create a plan and a plan for me has

three parts and the three parts are three questions that I asked and three

actions I take and again you'll learn this I'm not trying to teach this all

right now just want to plant some seeds in your mind is this okay

is this useful so when you're going home you almost captured stuff you just did

here right now that your starts great plan you look at all the stuff and say

okay there's more here than I can do so what I really need is read all the stuff

and start to see what all these things relate to one thing all these relate to

another if I'm a mom and I made my list and on the list I have things like I got

to pick up laundry or I got to ride the kids to school

I gotta do this thing for the PTA I gotta clean the house oh I gotta run my

business I run out of the house I gotta do the accounting I wanna I want to

spend some time with my husband at the end of the day soccer mom totally

stressed out but if I write all those things down get them out of my head I

want to write them all down I didn't start to put them together

though you know this business all relates to my kids this this all relates

to the house being great this business all relates to my business and this is

this is about my personal life being rich and happy I'm able to do something

really nice I'm able to go from this which is what your capture list looks

like you'll start write it down you do I got

to do this enough and this and this and you start to feel good it's out of my

head but they go look at this I go to this or this look at this I got this I

got this I got this I got this or this or this or this I did that too that too

so step two is I look at my capture list and I create a plan and the way I create

a plan is I start to figure out what do I really want that's what that's what

the world is saying to me that's what's in my head what do I want

I might start to group some things together I might sure to say you know

let's take a look at this you know something watch this watch this

for a second this item here clean the house and this thing in this thing in

this thing these all relate to the house and my outcome there is I want to

magically clean house because why it makes me feel fully alive and then oh by

the way this this this this and this all relates to my children oh and this this

and this relates to my business hello yeah this is me personally anybody see

what happens suddenly 80 action items or 12 or 30 will turn into four outcomes

there's something here that I want with my home there's something I want to hear

from my kids there's something I want to hear from my business or something I

want for me and what that does is now I can start to go okay instead of reading

all these like what do I really want for my kids

what's my outcome this week or today and you get really really clear about what

you're after you use this to take you to another level higher use this to trigger

our vision and settling this limit you and what you know what you want that's

the first question so create a plan has three questions to it in three actions

first question is what do I really want well how many of you would feel

different in your life just by this language change what do I have to do

versus what do I really want to accomplish would that change the way you

feel about your life yes or no how does it feel would have to do see

rpm when you finally learn it has many pieces to it above all else it's a

thinking process and better thinking creates better results that simple so

you don't have to ever use a piece of paper to think this way from now on all

this happen you go what's my outcome what am I really after

what do I want what's the specific results like what's

the target let's chunk up I don't ever go in a

meeting with anyone leaving a first words into my mouth are when I sit down

to me answer the hellos and them proper connections what do you say I would say

what are the outcomes for this meeting because how long the meeting is is based

on getting the results that were there for it makes it much more fulfilling

life or if you can't get in that time you know that outcomes still not done

we're going to come back and get that outcome done how many thought what I'm

talking about here say I now when you get clear what your outcomes are that's

the first question of creating plans second question is why do I want it why

why is this important me why is this something that really is a must for me I

don't have to do I want to do this why would why is this transformative what's

exciting about this to me and almost all of you have certain key

words inter triggers for you and language shapes your emotion you want to

have a nutritious meal or a delicious meal you might say I need a nutritious

meal but if I said this is a delicious nutritious meal you're more in if I said

to you I want to reduce you this person they're really nice verses they're

delicious I don't know what I'm talking about here

so when you learn when you learn rpm you learn that rpm is a system of thinking

then rpm is a power of language because you can change a few words in your

outcome it'll totally change where you end up what you're going after in your

life rpm is a visual chunking system a way to take all that stuff you saw and

group 82 things down to four and guess what will happen to your stress level

through the floor guess what happens your concentration Adelie through the

roof what are you going to focus on that's another one rpm is the focusing

tool it makes you focus on most important because most people major

in minor things and then make it Vince so I you got to know why are we doing

this and I always look at two levels why why for me why for the team what's the

big why if I'm involving other people it just mean it's me but I usually have the

big white so I said three step one is capture step two is create the plan

there were three questions what are they number one is what do I really or in

other words that is what is my or another word for that is what is the the

result and I eventually try to get it to a result because I want to make it

measurable it's at all possible can I can't get measurable short time I want

major progress on is my outcome right or complete something or whatever it is my

purpose or some keywords write this down purpose I should say activity without

purpose is the drain to your life activity without purpose is the drain to

your life so drain to your wealth its drain to your lifestyle three questions

what's my outcome what's my purpose what's my line third one what's my

massive action plan or another say what do I need to what now you ask that

question to make some sense because what to do depends on what your outcome is

otherwise what you're going to do is going to be based on stress concern fear

people interrupting you reacting demands until your life is nothing but a

reaction tool of all the tools I have this may be the most valuable one or on

eclis because this is the one how it all gets executed I don't teach it very

often so third question is what's my master tax plan what I need to do to

achieve this and when you do that you'll take things off your capture list and

you'll cross them off as they fit in or you'll say I don't you need to do that

so to create a plan there's three questions and then there's three actions

this gets a little more technical but I think you can pick it up real easy you

take those action items and you put them in order of importance does that make

sense but the way I do that more quickly is I go put a little star next to the

ones that are the 20% that's going to get me 80% of the result because I know

I'm not going to do all these action items I know even if I intend to I'm

going to interrupted 20 million times so I want to know what's the

20% of this list I bet an outcome I got a purpose and I was a little block

the center of the target is the outcome I see the purpose with all the juicy

words why I'm doing this and I got this list of seven eight nine ten twelve

things action items are all related to kids that can outcome I'm not going to

do all those today which of the 20% that make the biggest difference I star those

and guess what else I do I figure out what's the 20% what's the what I call it

one of the must items my mus are the 20% they're going to make eight percent the

difference that way every day I can still succeed that's why I still do my

list and most people don't because I don't do lifts I come up with outcomes

and purposes if I got lists within them and are highly prioritized with what

matters and later on if I want to come back any more great so three questions

two reactions that actions are start of the things that are must to establish

the real time the real time as I go minimum to maximum on each of those

items about how long's is really going to take why is that important because

most of you overwhelm yourself and say this will be I just want to beat you in

my team knee of the day and I said how long is this going to take and somebody

says that'll probably take us 10 weeks I said okay let's sit down to do it let's

sit down to lay out where those ten weeks is going to come from and we're

all done it was about seven hours with the work because we all overestimate

when it's in our wet in our head you sit down look at each item and you look at

the 20% and you mark okay a 20 to 25 minutes 30 to 40 minutes come by the way

at the end of the day what I look at what are my start items

what's the minimum time necessary to get that result that's what I go do same

thing with my week so three questions I create a visual block where this

separates from everything else below and I'll spend space and we'll create

another block when you learn rpm you'll see that visually I don't think I want

to throw up for you right now but basically in the center of my page I see

the target amount of master I write my result to the right I write my juice

purpose to left I put my action lists put an order of importance boom asterik

boom minimum must time I'm reading a control is the third one leverage

leverage is critical you know I get so much done because I don't just get it

done I know the outcome I know the purpose

and I look for leverage leverage is different than delegation what's problem

a delegation delegation is you eivol what needs to be done so you give it to

someone else and you tell them it needs to be done and they don't do it you're

pissed off leverage says I can lose the biggest Boulder in the world with a

little bit of effort and I get something I can do it with I'm still part of it so

leveraging is I'm going to leverage something you're Tom I'm going to make

sure Tom understands the what the outcome I want to sure time understand

the the purpose the why and the action but I might say to tell them if you get

this done without this action or better actually go for a baby and I want to

talk to you on this day and we got to promise and we're going to check in

before it's needed so there's no surprises if you have problems time come

back to me because we're partners on this that I call leverage different the

delegation who sees the difference here say I so three questions what creates

the plan three questions with a block three actions where's my mas what's my

minimum us times where's my leverage and you know what I do when I have no time

there is time I just got to leverage it now saying dad know with the leverage

you to you know Shane over here right I know stuff he wants to do can't leverage

it but Shane's answer was hire somebody then he thinks about what's going to

take and goes 125,000 dollars can't do that now he's getting caught up in one

way to get the outcome leverage he goes through his list he goes what if I got

somebody to 20 percent of this stuff I got I could spend 20 grand to get that

much freedom I could pay four times ten hmm and if I'm really productive my

productivity should enhance the world not only my clients and customers but it

should provide jobs ro to people and if there's anything you hate to do is

because you're either ineffective at it or you don't think it's very important

but it is urgent so you hire somebody for those things and ideally somebody

loves that job you're never going to grow when your time has eaten up for

activities that aren't that important activity without high levels of purpose

is the drain of your fortune do it now if you can't get it all now to a part of

it now leverage is power

you change you change you go do it here's the best challenge let's go do it

let's get healthy let's change the world let's build an enterprise let's work on

this together see I always respond to this

let's sometimes it's hard to lift yourself out it's hard to be self

inspired at first if somebody says come on let's start a

new program come on let's do exercises come on let's get healthy come on let's

start something I'll be there you be there you bring a guess and I'll bring a

guest let's start something that is so inspiring to have somebody say let's

championship let's walk off with the trophy let's wow there's something about

that that can keep you wait right there's something about that that turns

on the juices there's something about that that reaches deep in the soul for a

person that can do extraordinary things when somebody says let's let's I've got

two with me already if you'll be the next one we can conquer the world you

nobody's a match Wow I want to belong to that team so figure out ways to say lens

LES BROWN► if Jack indicated I was born in Miami port in the area called Liberty City in

an abandoned building on a Hardman Olien floor with my twin brother we were six

weeks of age we were adopted when I was in 5th graders identified as EMR labeled

educable mentally retarded put back from the fifth grade into the fourth grade

and stayed in that category until I got out of high school I don't have any

college training but I'm at a high school teacher who one day changed my

life I was waiting on another student and when he came in he said to me young

man go to the board and write what I'm about to tell you and I said I can't do

that sir he said why not I said I'm not one of your students he said it doesn't

matter follow my direction style I said I can't do that sir he said why not I

said because I'm magical mentally retarded and he came from behind his

desk and he looked at me if they don't ever say that again

someone's opinion of you does not have to become your reality

and that man mr. Leroy Washington did something for me he started planting

seeds with my mind that enabled me to begin to dream as Dexter has been doing

for you and ladies and gentlemen I started working on my dream and most

people don't work on their dreams why for many years I did one is because of

fear the fear of failure what if things don't work out and the fear of success

what if they do and I can't handle it the other thing is that most people

ladies and gentlemen they get comfortable they stop growing they stop

working on themselves they stop stretching they stop pushing themselves

and they end up becoming very cynical about life and they throw in the towel

on themselves and on their families and on their dreams and the other thing is

that most people don't feel worthy what I'm doing now I could have been doing

years ago but because I did not have a college education because I didn't

believe in myself because I allowed other people's opinion of me to control

my destiny I didn't act on my ideas so I applaud you for your dreaming for your

running towards your dream I applaud you for believing in yourself because that's

what life is about stretching and challenging looking for ways that you

can begin to improve yourself and ladies and gentlemen as a result of stretching

out of acting on my dream and I don't know what that dream is for you I can

tell you that it's possible no one could have convinced me that after just over 6

years I will have my own book entitled live your dreams just over six years I

would have five specials on public television just over six years I've done

motivational speaking for 80 Procter & Gamble McDonald's Corporation Xerox IBM

just over six years I will now have my own talk show that will premiere on

Monday Labor Day I'm saying to you your dream is possible

your dream is possible but not only is it important that you believe and begin

to know that it's possible for you to live your dream as you run toward it but

I've done something that I want to share with you called choosing your future in

fact I've develop a set of tapes talking about how to begin to create your own

reality by choosing your future and not only is it important for you to know

it's possible for you to choose your future but it's necessary that you work

on yourself that you develop yourself it's necessary that you get the energy

drainers out of your life people who don't want anything people who are not

striving people who are not challenging themselves people who aren't growing

people who have stopped dreaming it's necessary that you align yourself with

people and attract people into your business who are hungry people who are

unstoppable and unreasonable people who are refusing to leave life just as it is

and who want more my mother used to say birds of a feather flock together if you

run around with losers you will end up a loser it's necessary that you get the

losers out of your life if you want to live your dream

Save the Miracle Machine - Duration: 2:27.

The Miracle Machine.

It's powered by more than half a century of federal investment in science and technology.

It's helped produce a torrent of discoveries, transforming how we live and work, strengthening

our national defense, revolutionizing medicine, spawning entire industries, and creating millions

of jobs.

It's why the United States is today the global hub for the technologies of the future.

The Miracle Machine brings together the power of two interlocking engines – the public

sector and the private sector – to drive progress and innovation.

America already has the best private sector in the world.

The entrepreneurs, and investors, big companies, and capital markets, all eager to launch start-ups

based on new discoveries in science and technology.

But companies can rarely do the basic research – it's just too unpredictable, too far

from commercialization, too early to be patented.

That's where the public comes in.

The US government has invested about a penny on every federal dollar in basic research

at universities and research centers.

As a nation we have invested in curiosity about nature; in building new tools before

we fully know their uses; in collecting large data sets; and in solving big engineering challenges.

The payoff has been remarkable.

It turns out that basic research is not just amazingly cool.

It's fuel.

It powers our economy, health, and national security.

The problem is, America's Miracle Machine is falling into disrepair.

It's been hurt by more than a decade-long erosion of federal support.

For example, the budget for the National Institutes of Health has fallen by nearly 25 percent

in the last 13 years.

If we don't change course and invest in scientific research, we risk losing one of

America's greatest assets.

We may wake up to find the next generation of technologies, and industries, medicines

and armaments are being produced elsewhere.

If we want the United States to remain the most powerful nation in the world, the Administration,

Congress, and all of us should embrace and support our Miracle Machine.

EU Fines Google a Record 2.4 Billion Euros ($2.73B ) in Antitrust Case | QPT - Duration: 2:45.

The European Commission has fined Google €2.42 billion ($2.73B) for breaching EU antitrust

rules.

According to the EU Commission, Google has abused its market dominance as a search engine

by giving an illegal advantage to another Google product, its comparison shopping service.

The company must now end the conduct within 90 days or face penalty payments of up to

5% of the average daily worldwide turnover of Alphabet, Google's parent company.

Commissioner Margrethe Vestager, in charge of competition policy, said: "Google has come

up with many innovative products and services that have made a difference to our lives.

That's a good thing.

But Google's strategy for its comparison shopping service wasn't just about attracting customers

by making its product better than those of its rivals.

Instead, Google abused its market dominance as a search engine by promoting its own comparison

shopping service in its search results, and demoting those of competitors.

What Google has done is illegal under EU antitrust rules.

It denied other companies the chance to compete on the merits and to innovate.

And most importantly, it denied European consumers a genuine choice of services and the full

benefits of innovation."

Google's flagship product is the Google search engine.

In 2004 Google entered the separate market of comparison shopping in Europe, with a product

that was initially called "Froogle", re-named "Google Product Search" in 2008 and since

2013 has been called "Google Shopping".

It allows consumers to compare products and prices online and find deals from online retailers

of all types, including online shops of manufacturers, platforms (such as Amazon and eBay), and other

re-sellers

The European Commission has been investigating Google Shopping since late 2010.

And, Google has announced that it may appeal the European Commmission's decision to fine

Google.

In a blog post titled "The European Commission decision on online shopping: the other side

of the story " Google SVP Kent Walker had explained the reasons to disagree with the

conclusions announced today.

And, he says Google will review the Commission's decision in detail as they consider an appeal.

Serena Williams opens up about pregnancy: 'It just doesn't seem real' | Serena Williams vanity fair - Duration: 2:31.

Serena Williams sent fans into a frenzy when she announced her pregnancy in April — but

no one was more surprised at the news than the tennis superstar herself.

"(I) did a double take and my heart dropped.

Like literally it dropped," Williams revealed to Vanity Fair for the magazine's August cover

story.

She added that her immediate reaction was, "Oh my God, this can't be — I've got

to play a tournament.

How am I going to play the Australian Open?"

In fact, Williams had only taken a pregnancy test at the suggestion of a friend, after

she'd complained of feeling "physically different" a week before the tournament started in January.

She recalled thinking, "I'll take it just because (a) to prove you wrong and (b) because

it's fun, whatever.

It's like a joke.

Why not?"

The accompanying photos, shot by Annie Leibovitz, see the 35-year-old mom-to-be paying tribute

to the photographer's famous 1991 image of a 7-month-pregnant Demi Moore cradling her

bare baby bump.

(Natalie Portman also re-created the stunning pose in January.)

Williams, who's due this fall, is now about six months into her pregnancy and still getting

used to the idea of motherhood.

"It just doesn't seem real.

I don't know why.

Am I having a baby?" she said.

"I don't know what to do with a baby.

I have nothing … I've done absolutely nothing for the baby room."

However, her fiance, 34-year-old Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, is "earnestly preparing

and already has a tip jar he puts money into whenever he uses profanity so he won't utter

it around the baby," according to Vanity Fair's Buzz Bissinger.

Ohanian also opened up to the magazine about what made him pop the question to the tennis

great in December 2016.

Hidden Meaning in LOGAN – Earthling Cinema - Duration: 6:41.

And since X marks the spot, it also suggests that Logan has actually been a treasure chest

all along.

For Earthling Cinema, I'm Garyx Wormuloid.

Please "X-it" through the gift shop.

Why I Focus on Language and Behavior Rather Than Social Skills for Young Children with Autism - Duration: 8:13.

Hi, I'm Dr. Mary Barbera, autism mom and

board certified behavior analyst. In

today's video blog, I'm going to discuss

why I focus so little on teaching social

skills to very young children with

moderate to severe autism. As some of you

know, the diagnosis of autism is given if

the child has two main issues. The first

is a deficit in social communication and

social interaction. Basically, these

deficits for a young child include:

failure to share, or show, or point to

things of interest. And for older

children, it involves failure to take

turns and understand the social context

of things. In addition to the social

communication deficits, the second

component of getting an autism diagnosis

is restrictive and repetitive patterns

of behavior, interests, or activities. Kids

with autism are usually rigid. They

sometimes like to line things up. Many

engage in self stim behaviors such as

rocking, or hand slapping, and many older

kids with autism have specific interests

that are odd or unusual. Since social

communication and social interaction is

thought to be the central deficit in

children with autism, many people wonder

why I focus so much on increasing

language and reducing problem behaviors

and focus so little on social skill

intervention in young children,

especially those with moderate to severe

autism and major language delays. I do

want to give a disclaimer here that the

spectrum of autism is very wide and my

books, my online consulting work, and my

online courses, mostly address the needs

of children, teens, and adults who are

significantly impaired. I also want to be

clear that each child needs a thorough

assessment of his skills and deficits

and an individualized plan of

care and these video blogs are meant to

give just general information and my

ideas for how to improve things in

general for children with autism. So with

that in mind, why I focus so little on

teaching social skills to young children

with moderate severe autism. Let me tell

you about one of my former clients, I'll

call him Joe. When I first started with

Joe, he was just turning 2 years of age

and just diagnosed with autism. He used

to carry around straws all the time, that

was his big thing. He would carry around

straws, wave them in front of his face,

and he also liked to put them into clear

bottles if he had bottles too. The first

time I came to Joe's house he came to

the door with the straw in his hand.

Some kids carry around a blanket in a

similar way. Some kids like other things,

but Joe loved straws. Parents and

professionals often recommend and/or

choose classroom placements and group

instruction even for little kids like

Joe because they believe that every

child needs socialization

and exposure to typically developing

peers but putting Joe, and young children

like Joe, with little to no language into

a classroom full of typically developing

peers, or even with preschoolers with

special education needs, without 20 to 25

hours a week of one-to-one ABA

instruction is probably not the best

idea. For example, if Joe's mom would have

chosen to put him, who he was two

years old at the time, with a new

diagnosis of autism, if she would have

chose to put him into a daycare or

preschool situation without any

therapist to shadow him for

socialization instead of opting in for a

20 hour week one-to-one intensive ABA

program what Joe would have probably

done is played with straws or played

repetitively with any toys that were

available and he would have played over

and over again with the same toys. He may

not have caused a fuss as long as no

one tried to intervene and take the

straws and toys or other items away. But

if they would have tried to have Joe

participate in circle, or craft time, or

tried to take away the straws, or other

items, this would have most likely caused

Joe to have significant tantrums. Another

thing I see with some kids who were placed

in a preschool situation before they

have the needed prerequisite skills in

language and social abilities, especially

if the child goes alone without a

well-trained ABA therapists to shadow

him, is that these kids usually sit away

from the other students and they do not

engage in any meaningful

play or social activities anyway. They

tend to pick up toys that they can play

repetitively with, and in essence, they

engage in self stim behaviors while they

sit to the side of the room. Without some

language and imitation skills, exposure

to other children is usually just that,

exposure, with little to no impact. Kids

who have little to no language who are

placed in group settings for large

amounts of time, especially those without

support professionals who understand the

principles of applied behavior analysis,

tend not to do well. Some children with

major language deficits who exhibit

problem behaviors even get thrown out of

preschool because they hit or fight

other kids. The preschool teacher, no

matter how well-qualified and

well-meaning, usually doesn't have the

ABA training and support of a behavior

analyst needed, to know how to intervene

to reduce problem behaviors in children

with autism and probably can't

effectively teach our children important

language and learning skills, especially

in classrooms with ten or more children.

I do believe that a

few hours per week included in a

preschool or daycare setting with an ABA

therapist to shadow the child may be an

appropriate part of a complete ABA

program, even for young, early learners

who may not have all the prerequisite

skills in place. But sending a child,

without necessary skills, without a

well-trained one-to-one, even for a few

hours per week may not be the best use

of the child's time. I was speaking at a

conference many years ago, and they were

selling t-shirts that they had

designed and on the front the t-shirt

said "I have autism" and on the back it

read "don't waste my time." That really

struck me back then, and it still stays

in my mind now, because I think a lot of

times people ask well aren't you pro

inclusion? Of course I'm pro inclusion.

But many young children with moderate to

severe autism need at least 20 hours per

week a one-to-one intensive ABA

programming so that they can fully

participate, and eventually participate

even within a classroom setting, with

large group instruction. Our children and

clients with autism don't have time to

waste,

just like the t-shirt said. For more

information about proven ABA strategies

to increase language while reducing

problem behaviors, download my free ebook

workshop by clicking the link right

below this video and I'll see you next

week.

"A Rape Poem When There Is No Justice; Or, #WhyWomenDontReport" - Duration: 4:23.

"A Rape Poem When There Is No Justice; Or, #WhyWomenDontReport"

Can I just write a poem that says "fuck the police" for every single line for every single

stanza and leave it at that?

Because I'm imagining his next victim, because there will be a next one, and how she will

feel when she finds out that he had my former report on his private police record, accessible

only by certain police.

I want to scream, but the metal chain he put around my throat to choke me because

"ha ha you like that, right?"

after I had already said no

is still there, so nothing can come out of my mouth,

except I've still been screaming as loud as I can, for so long;

One year and I'm still not free.

His body weight is still crushing me, still heavy; the bruises on my body still felt every

day, my body a museum of decaying loss and my mind is a perfect video recording that

plays on repeat whenever I just.

want.

some.

sleep.

Nightmares I wake from and can't wake from.

I think one of the hardest days of my life was when I got my rape kit.

I mean- you know- other than the actual rape.

I developed a stutter that day.

I blame myself.

I blame myself.

I- I-I blame myself.

But I can't!

Even though all of the "no's" that I said to him still didn't matter, the police said;

everything non consensual still didn't count; even though it was only the one coerced "yes"

that counted,

Still scared for my life but, fuck the police, right?

And all the times that I said to the police "yes" that I was raped, those times collapse

and boom like a bomb on deaf ears of the detectives who tell me that,

"maybe you just regretted having sex with him"

or how about when the second cop that rolled his eyes at me when he learned that I met

my rapist on tinder?

I gave the cop a smile and answered that yes, that's true, because what else was I supposed

to do but tell the truth?

Or the first thing he said to me when writing the initial police report was "so then you had

a few drinks..."

Well no, sir, that's not what happened, at all.

Back up.

Please.

Listen.

Still.

I've been silenced enough.

I thought I was doing the right thing to heal.

Still.

In my partial hospitalization program that I went to for my diagnosis of PTSD, that I

got from my rapist,

I learned that the "right" thing to do was to seek help right away after a traumatic

incident so that it doesn't lead to lifelong suffering;

And I've always wanted to do the right thing:

Like getting him arrested for raping me.

But the police still haven't listened even when my body has been confiscated, graffiti

marked by my rapist, torn apart, bruised, and filled with ghosts,

and the police still tell me coldly to just seek counseling because, after all,

I "consented,"

and that my rapist isn't a rapist in the eyes of the law.

My rapist isn't a rapist but my rapist still IS a rapist and he's still going free.

I did the right thing but I'm still stuck night after night waking up crying; I wonder

who will be next and that person's weight is added on top of me; The gallery of bruises

he inflicts will just continue, and I wonder where on snapchat they will be next?

Amonkhet Black White Zombies Deck Tech - Duration: 9:11.

Be very quiet, we are hunting zombies.

I have quite a few rare zombies.

But I need some… upgrades.

Maybe some more of the same Zombies.

They work really well together.

Ahhh, I found one.

I'll show you the upgrades, right now.

Welcome Young Mage I'm The Rhino.

Young Mage is devoted to reaching and teaching young mages of all ages.

Subscribe now to show your support.

And don't forget to tap that bell down below to get notifications of all the cool stuff

coming soon.

Before we get started, tell me one thing.

How many colors do you like playing in your decks?

Put that in the comments below.

This is a deck based on the cards I already had.

It does have a few uncommon cards that I could easily get.

If I had plenty of money, I would build the deck differently.

But this should show you that you can build a competitive deck just by opening packs and

doing some simple trades.

So now on to Black and White Zombies.

Cue that Zombie Music.

Now for the Deck Tech.

I

have 24 creatures… all zombies… it's a zombie deck.

Four copies of Dread Wanderer.

He is the only 1 drop in the deck.

He does enter the battle field tapped, but you can bring him back easily from the graveyard.

Four copies of Binding Mummy.

A 2/2 for 2 that lets you tap down one of their creatures.

You can also tap an annoying artifact.

Four copies of Metallic Mimic

Technically not a zombie, but he will always become a zombie in this deck.

He also boosts my other zombies when they come in.

Two copies of Relentless Dead.

If I had more, I would put more in.

I can either bring him back or another zombie when he dies.

Four copies of Wayward Servant.

He is a drain and gain.

With all the ways of getting zombies on the battlefield, I have drained my opponents a

lot.

Two copies of Diregraf Colossus.

This is another one I would love to have more copies, but I don't.

He makes more zombies and comes in with a lot of plus ones if I have zombies in the

graveyard.

And finally four copies of Lord of the Accursed.

He makes all of the zombies a lot stronger and can give them all menace.

That's it for the creatures.

If I had more Relentless Dead or Dire Graf Colossus, I would probably take out a couple

Dread Wander or Binding Mummy.

That would make my creatures much stronger.

Now for the 12 Spells.

Three copies of Fatal Push.

I expect my zombies to die so being able to take out a 4 mana cost creature for one is

huge value.

And don't forget tokens have no mana cost, so you can take them out no matter how big

they are.

Two copies of In Oketra's Name.

This is a great combat trick.

Giving all your zombies +2/+1 after blockers have been assigned is a huge surprise.

One copy of Anguished Unmaking because I only have one.

But you can use this to take out anything that's not a land.

This is great to remove Enchantments against you.

It's also great for Planeswalkers.

Two copies of Never to Return.

Great removal for a creature or Planeswalker.

Later you can use the Aftermath to exile one of their creatures to give you an extra zombie.

Two copies of Wander into Death.

I have used this for cycling, but also to bring back Relentless Dead and Diregraf Colossus.

And finally 2 copies of Liliana's Mastery.

Not only does this make your zombies bigger, but with Wayward Servant those two Zombie

tokens make them lose life and you gain life.

The land is pretty simple.

Plains, Swamps and Evolving wilds.

I only have one Concealed Courtyard, if I had more they would go in.

I do have 4 Forsaken Sanctuary.

If I had Shambling Vent I would have those in here.

Because I don't have those extra buddy lands, I do need to run a couple extra basic land.

And here's the Sideboard.

I'm still tweaking it.

I like the idea of Kalitas, but I haven't played him yet.

Extra removal is always nice.

Declaration in Stone is great if your opponent produces a bunch of tokens.

You can wipe them all out and they don't get any of the clues.

Transgress the Mind is nice against anything but Aggro or Weenie decks.

I did have Dusk to Dawn in the main deck before, but I moved it to the sideboard for when your

opponent has really large creatures.

You can wipe them out and often keep your zombies on the battlefield.

And Gideon is there, just because I have two and he's … Gideon.

Most of the time I will cast him and immediately minus 4 him to get the +1/+1 for all my creatures.

That's it.

Tell me what you think in the comments below.

Did I do good based on the cards I had on hand?

The Ewya cover of the Cranberries song Zombie, was used with permission.

So take a moment to check out the full song on their channel

I also have a link in the description below.

Give them a thumbs up and comment that YoungMage sent you.

Make sure you click like on my videos, it helps out a lot.
