This is the Education Life Domain.

Here you can work on goals that are related to your education.

This could include attending school, university, TAFE or any other courses available in the

community.

You could also consider anything else you would like to learn, such as cooking, managing

your money or finances, or learning how to drive a car.

Let's have a look at Tom and what he and his circle of support have considered in regards

to Tom's education.

Tom currently learns how to cook at his Day Program, which he really likes.

And he attends a money management class at his community college every Wednesday afternoon.

One of Tom's goals is to move out with his best friend one day - so he wants to continue

the cooking classes and the money management course to become more confident in these areas.

Tom has another big goal he would like to start working towards - he wants to become

a gardener and landscaper.

He has always been interested in gardening and really enjoys the outdoors.

Tom wants to have a role in his community and he wants to be able to contribute his

skills and interests.

He's always done this at home, but would like to get a proper job.

For Tom to achieve his goal, there are several actions that he needs to do and things he

needs to learn.

Tom prefers the practical work as a landscaper and he and his circle of support have already

organised work experience.

But he also needs to focus on the education required for this job.

Therefore Tom signs up to a gardening and landscaping course at his local TAFE.

He needs to make sure he brings his tablet to the course, to use it for his communication.

Tom also needs a support worker to drive him to the class and back.

His support worker will need to stay with Tom, at least until Tom has got used to and

settled in to the new environment.

As you can see, Tom has a variety of goals that focus on education.

Some are in formal educational settings, but others are integrated into his daily life

and current services.

It is important that you think about your individual activities, goals and aspirations

and what kind of education can support you to maintain or build these.

you propose.

It does however, support you to thoroughly plan and remember all the things you want

to work towards so you can have a clear and informed discussion with your planner.

today I have an illustrator tutorial for you where we make a folded lettering

logo design in a matter of minutes this is satori graphics

what is up people welcome back to satori graphics home of graphic design content I

hope you're doing well today if you do enjoy my tutorial let me know by leaving

a like and a comment as it really does help my channel for a folded lettering

logo design we first need to select a fill in the color palette the color

doesn't really matter at this stage and then make a rectangle with the shape

tool if you're making numerous letters you want to keep a copy of the original

shape so the thickness will stay the same throughout so hold down alt and

click and drag to duplicate. Now with the direct selection tool, hold down

shift and select the top two points of the rectangle you can press the left

arrow on your keyboard to notice them over or you can track a guide from the

ruler to the top we select them and move them over like so you can adjust where

these points are but make sure you move them together by selecting both at once

once happy use the alt / option key to duplicate again and then reflect the new shape

like so. you can select both shapes and then align them are using the align tool

this will make sure they're perfectly in place making the V of our folded

lettering logo design perfect I want the shape on the right to be

behind so I'm going to send it to the back now select the left hand shape of

the V and add a gradient appear like so you can choose whatever color you wish

I'm going to use shades of blue the trick is to have a dark shade at the

bottom that goes up to an almost white at the top but make sure it's not

completely white

once you've done that and grab the eyedropper tool you can use this to copy

the gradient on the first shape onto your second one this time however we

want the lower shape to be darker and to go a little bit higher up this will give

the illusion of being folded paper lettering and it will create a shadow

effect our folding lettering logo design is almost complete with new shape

selected flick the gradient fill over to a stroke and then select the ellipse

tool you will make a circle around our V logo mark you can hold down alt and

shift at the same time to generate the circle like I'm doing here make the

stroke weight a little thicker until you feel it looks best for you illustrator

logo design here you can change the direction of your gradient

once you're happy select the circle and outline the stroke ultimately making the

stroke circle a shape now all you have to do is add some logo type and your

Foley lettering logo design is complete

High Maintenance Employee is Wrecking My Business - Duration: 8:12.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown in this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Today's question comes from a boss who has an employee,

and the employee has some… we're going to say serious issues.

And the serious issues we're going to call A.D.H.D. for lack of a better term.

The boss does not know if the person has clinically been diagnosed with that, but she's exhibiting

those types of behaviors.

So, she's bouncing off the walls.

She has super high-energy.

She starts projects for cleaning that she never finishes before

she moves to the next project.

So, someone has to come in behind her and finish the cleaning projects that she started.

She talks and chats incessantly and it's all this high drama

that comes from her lousy life.

So, every day when she shows up she's crying, she's in tears, she's moody and there's all

this drama that she's dumping on the other co-workers and dumping on the customers.

So, the co-workers who are cleaning with her on her team are leaving and going to other

parts of the house.

But they can't leave her alone because they have to come back and clean up after her because

she doesn't finish the projects she starts.

Lots of problems.

The girl is also a smoker, like a chain smoker, so she's constantly taking breaks

to go outside and smoke.

So, they're losing a lot of productivity and a lot of time.

And the boss wants to help this girl because she feels sorry for her wants to make sure

she has a job.

But she says well "What am I supposed to do?

Can I legally fire this girl?

Or do I have to hire her and keep her employed because she didn't

technically do anything wrong?"

Yikes!

That's a tough question and the answer is going to come back to how did you set up your

business when you hired her?

If you set up the business with a specific set of rules and regulations that were in

writing.

That were verbally explained to her and she signed off on them,

you have a lot more power than you think you do.

If you didn't do any of those things,

you have a whole lot less power than you think you do.

So, you can fix the scenario but you need to start today.

Today, because there's a problem.

(I forgot to mention that the boss has lost several customers because the customers are

ticked off with this girl's antics.)

So she's losing business as a result of it.

Okay having said that, it needs to be documented.

That needs to be documented.

That needs to be put in writing.

There needs to be a face-to-face with that employee.

And she needs to sign off on that she understands that some of the customers have canceled because

of her behavior.

Along with that, you can create a new set of rules and regulations.

And those rules and regulations can specify that

you don't bring any drama to work with you.

Yes, we all have personal problems.

If you get to know any of the people that you work with, or any of the homeowners whose

houses you clean, you'll find a whole lot of heartache.

Life is tough.

And so, yes, people have sadness.

And there are things that they're working through.

But the truth is, as an employee, as a house cleaner, your co-workers, and your clients,

and your boss are not your therapists.

Okay?

If you are having that much drama and that much personal commotion in your life, you

need to call in for a wellness day.

And you need to go to a professional therapist so that you can get the therapy that you need.

And so, as a boss, you might want to give her the day off.

And say "Here's someone that I recommend that you go see professionally for all of

these challenges.

But starting today it's no longer acceptable in my company."

"I cannot lose customers because you showed up and you dumped all of this stress and all

of this chaos, and all of these personal problems and drama on a customer."

"The customer works out of their house they have conference calls they have things that

they need to be doing that earn the money to pay us for the cleaning."

"And you can't go in and expect this person to resolve all of your problems that's inappropriate."

And that needs to be in writing.

That needs to be explained verbally to your employee, and that employee needs to sign

off on that.

Then you need to give them a copy give them a copy that they signed, so they know and

they remember that they signed it.

They can't say "why I never saw that."

Then a copy of that needs to go in their personal file.

Now when you first hire a person there's usually a window, 30 days - 90 days

where it's a probationary period.

In our company, we call it a showcase.

Where you get to showcase your talents and your skills.

And at the end, we decide if you're a good fit for the company.

If it the end of that probationary window that person is not a good fit for the company,

it's already spelled out in writing.

They've got 90 days to prove themselves.

If at the end of the 90 days there's all this other weird stuff going on.

You're completely in alignment if you decide to let them go.

I know that you're trying to help this person.

It sounds like you have a really good heart, and I love the fact that you're trying to

give her a second chance.

But the problem is it's costing you business.

And it's costing you, employees, because the employees want to go somewhere else.

They want to be reassigned.

They don't want to work with her.

So that becomes a huge issue now because it's affecting your bottom line by losing customers.

It's affecting your coworkers who don't want to work with her, and it doesn't sound like

she's very effective if you have to come in behind her and clean up the work that she

started but never finished.

So, having said that, I hate the fact that you're in the situation.

But I do suggest that you show some tough love because as an… and a lot of parents

fall into this trap.

They'll tell their kid "if this happens, then here's the consequence."

And then when the kid does this, just pushing the boundaries, they don't follow through

on the consequence because they love their kids.

And they forgive them and then give them another chance.

So that's completely normal that's human behavior.

But as a business owner you cannot afford to do that

Because the employees will push and push and push and push.

And every time you do not keep your word and follow through on a consequence.

It not only weakens your integrity but it weakens your power as a boss.

And so, in my company, I'm a taskmaster.

I'm a real stickler for the details.

If we had a conference and you agreed to this particular set of rules and regulations and

you signed it, I expect you're going to follow through on those.

And if you don't these are the consequences that we both agreed to in advance.

We both agreed to them this is a business decision it's not an emotional decision it's

a business decision.

If you broke those rules these are the consequences.

Now people may not like working for me, but they love working for my company.

And the reason being is I do exactly what I say I'm going to do.

You can count on me if I give you my word it's as good as gold it matters because I

gave you my word and I follow through on it.

And so, people know what they can expect when they push those boundaries, bam!

Here's the consequence.

And they're like "Wow she was not kidding.

She's not she's not messing around."

And I know exactly how far they can push.

And it allows me to run a business with people that I've worked with for years.

And I love the people that I work with.

And the people that work with me may they may not love me, but they love working for

my company because they know exactly what to expect.

So, if this is bringing your business down it is time already, like yesterday, to make

some new rules.

And implement them and to follow through.

So, I'm going to cross my fingers this works out.

I'm going to say a little prayer that it all goes smoothly.

And I want you to keep me posted.

Introduction Getting Ready for the NDIS - Duration: 4:02.

Welcome to Getting Ready for the NDIS, Sunnyfield's online pre-planning tool.

This tool supports you to think about what goals and aspirations, services and supports

you would like to address with the NDIA. We would like to point out that this is not

an NDIA document or part of the NDIS planning process so we cannot guarantee what your NDIS

plan will look like. The tool also does not replace consultation

with a qualified professional from the NDIA. It is solely for making sure that you are

prepared and have everything documented for your meeting with the NDIS so that your transition

to the NDIS is as successful as possible. Before we get started, there are a couple

of terms that we would like to clarify. These are: NDIS, NDIA, informal support, formal

support, and reasonable and necessary. The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance

Scheme which is the generational reform that will deliver a national system of disability

support focused on the individual needs and choices of people

with disability. The National Disability Insurance Agency – short

NDIA - is the independent statutory agency whose role is to implement the insurance scheme.

Informal supports are any supports provided to a person by their family members, friends,

volunteers, community services or others. These supports are generally unpaid. Formal

supports are any supports that are provided by services, specialists, medical

professionals, organisations or others. These are supports and services that a person pays

for. Every NDIS plan is assessed on the basis of

supports being reasonable and necessary. The NDIA uses simple guidelines to define

what is reasonable and necessary for each person participating in the NDIS.

For supports to be reasonable and necessary, they need to be related to your disability,

they cannot include day-to-day costs that are not related to your disability support

needs. These could include things things like food,

rent, electricity, clothes, or anything else. The supports and services need to represent

value for money, they need to be likely to be effective and

beneficial to you and they need to take informal supports available

into account. There is one important aspect to raise about

reasonable and necessary. The guidelines apply to your

supports, not to your goals. Please don't limit the goals that you would

like to set for your life, because you think they might be assessed as unreasonable.

It is your life and you decide what you would like to do with it. Think about what you really

want to work towards and what steps are realistic to achieve within the duration of your plan.

The NDIA will then assess what supports are reasonable for you to achieve the goals that you

have set for yourself. The online pre-planning tool will guide you

through a process of documenting important information about yourself and thinking about

the goals and aspirations you would like to achieve.

The different elements of the tool are: my profile,

my week, my circle of support, and life domains, which focus on whole of life

goal setting. Each element of the pre-planning tool has

a video embedded that guides you through that part of the tool. Please take the time to

watch these videos so that you can use each element to its full

potential. One last thing before you get started. Remember

that you are thinking about your whole life and setting goals and aspirations for your future.

Make sure that you involve all the people that support you and the services you currently receive.

To gather some of the information for this tool, it is important that you work together with the people that are currently in your life.

Be prepared that you won't finish the pre-planning in a couple of hours.

You might also need to take breaks in between and close the tool for a bit.

Take your time so that you can make sure that all parts of your life are captured and that

you are ready to take your proposed goals, aspirations, actions and supports to the NDIS.

because it is no need of so much moisturisation in that skin type n as it is light weight so a little amount works best

then u have to apply another layer of moisturiser above this because this doesn't gives uh that much moisturisation.

if uh have removed ur unwanted hair n wen uh apply any deodorant meanwhile uh get burning sensation in ur underarms that is not gud at all,

so if uh vil apply this roll on deodorant uh vil not feel that burning sensation , coz mostly spray has those ingredients which gives burning sensation n this will not.

coz dove soap is very creamy n uh r going to love this too coz both r similar in texture n

but it is made of natural ingredients so this is pretty much gud than dove.

i knw uh r familiar to this product.!

i have shown u this several times in my videos coz this removes all the tanning n the best part is it is very easy to use .

in this budget there is not a single under eye cream better than this.

or if uh r getting any break out or pimple there r very less options for wet wipes

especially if uh r a teenager or college going girl n ur skin is exposed to dust n grime everyday so there shud be a wet wipe that is acne free.

n these wet wipes from kaya these r acne free n dermatologist tested n paraben free.

i recently visited Sephora n there were a lot of sheet masks, n they r very much in these days

there is always deals going for them so do uh can buy them in a price less than this too.

other than coconut oil this has all the important herbs that r too gud for hair growth n if uh dnt have time to make DIY hair oil then do try out this.

firstly it removed my hot n cold sensation of sensitive teeth n gums

i feel like smelly breath that too gone away

that this costs more than 157 n its of 230 rupees so guys m saying that magically i have decreased its cost coz it is too gud

n wen uh can spent 200 on a product then do give 30 rs extra coz it is worth this cost.

n as a face primer try it for must especially if ur skin type is dry to normal skin type then this is best for u.

n this product was recommended as a primer by nikkie sis of ours through utube so m too recommending it further .

so teenagers and college going girls cant apply lipsticks so they need a lip balm which gives stain to the lip n make their lips naturally soft.

so i like the lip balms from Nivea n i did a top 5 lip balm video too but i think that from the past one year m using it n

now i m realising that it is the ultimate one n i tried others too but in the long run i believe that some lip balms

work better in winter some in summers but this works best in every weather be it winter, summer ,etc

if uh new in make up i vil highly advise uh to use colors like this not bright colors coz color like this

easily blends on our skin tone n it doesn't spreads on ur skin n looks more natural.

so here comes PAC lip liners

recently lakme launched its lip crayons which r too gud according to price n pigmentation too.

especially if u see its packaging its in a pencil form so if uh want to apply it to ur corners of lips

uh can do it easily with this n at the same time uh can fill n line ur lips with this, it works as both lip liner n lipstick.

now any competitor of this liner at this cost don't have this much dark black or jet black color

Independence Life Domain - Duration: 1:45.

This is the Independence Life Domain Here, you can work towards increasing your

independence by working on your skill development and considering any supports that could benefit

you in doing things more independently Let's have a look at what Tom and his circle

of support have considered when it comes to his independence and his goals.

Currently, Tom has a lot of support to do the things he needs for his daily life. Often

things are done for Tom as he currently doesn't have the skills to do most things on his own.

While tom is mostly happy, he sometimes becomes frustrated because he wants to do more things on

his own so he can have more choice and control over his day.

Overall, Tom dreams about moving out to live with his best friend. Now, he will plan for

his future by making sure he retains his current skills and develops new ones for more independence.

Currently, Tom uses his tablet to support his communication and he wants to make sure

that this skill is maintained so he can continue to communicate to others. However, only a few

people understand his communication style. He would like more people in his life to be

trained in his communication system. To be able to move out, Tom has already planned

how he will develop more self-care skills, independent living skills, and money skills.

To be able to access the community more independently, Tom would also like to learn to catch the

bus. He will need direct support and training to develop this skill until he is confident.

When you think about your independence, think about the skills you could work on, any aid

or equipment that may support you, training for yourself or others.

Remember, this is about your life and your goals. Be creative and think outside of the

This is the Employment Life Domain.

The focus of this life domain is to think about meaningful opportunities for employment.

This could be in regards to your current job, a job you would like to get in to, a volunteer

position, retirement, supports at work or training for your current job.

When thinking about employment, it is important that you consider your own interests, strengths

and skills that you captured on your profile.

That way you can make sure that your job matches these, and you enjoy your work.

Remember, this is all about you and what you want your life to look like.

Let's look at Tom and what he and his circle of support have thought about in regards to

Tom's employment.

Tom has always loved being outdoors, especially helping his parents in the garden.

He likes weeding, watering the plants and growing fresh herbs, which he uses for his

cooking.

Tom's goal is to become a gardener and landscaper.

He and his circle discuss what needs to happen for him to find a job in this field.

They know that Tom needs to do a course and he will sign up for that.

But Tom would also like to get practical experience.

Tom's mum suggests his day program, which Tom likes, but his granddad also remembers

that he has a friend who has a nursery and might be able to provide an internship for

Tom.

To work towards getting a job as a gardener and landscaper Tom and his granddad will meet

with the granddad's friend to find out if Tom could do an internship at the nursery.

Tom also wants to call his friends to find out if any of them would like to do a gardening

program at their day service.

Tom's mum will then call the day service manager to discuss if this could be organised.

This is Tom's goal in regards to his employment.

The goal is clearly linked to his own interests and skills and involves his circle of support

throughout all the steps.

With your circle of support, about your own interests and how or where you could contribute

these to your community.

Life Domains Overview - Duration: 2:02.

The NDIS sets great focus on goals and outcomes – which are individual to every person that

participates.

That means that your wants and needs will determine your supports.

The emphasis of the NDIS is not that everyone receives the same support, but rather on ensuring

that every person eligible receives the appropriate supports necessary to live a meaningful life,

based on a standard that every Australian can expect.

You have collected a lot of information about yourself in the previous tools.

The next part 'my pre-planning' is about using that information to start thinking about your

future.

My pre-planning supports you to start thinking about and documenting your goals and aspirations.

The first question here is 'what would you like your life to look like?

For the first time in the disability sector, it is your wants and needs that are in the

spotlight and that will determine your supports.

Think about what you do on a day to day basis, the supports that are involved as well as

the goals that you want to achieve and work towards.

To support you to think about all different areas of your life, the next part of this

tool is separated into different life domains.

The domains are education, employment, social participation, health and wellbeing, living

arrangements, independence, specialist services and aids and equipment.

Often different areas of your life will overlap, so don't worry if a goal could be documented

in more than one domain.

The purpose of this tool is to make sure that you capture your goals and aspirations, so

that you can address all of them at your NDIA meeting.

Please also don't limit your goals to these areas only, they are solely a guide.

There is an 'other' life domain at the end, so if you want to work towards anything

that doesn't fit into any of the categories, please document it here for you to take to

your meeting with the NDIA.

Also, if a certain area is not applicable to your current circumstances, you don't need

to fill it in.

It is your life and you decide on the goals you want to work towards.

Aids & Equipment Life Domain - Duration: 1:04.

This is the Aids and Equipment Life Domain. Here you can document all of the

aids, equipment and any modifications you would need in order to be as independent as

possible. When you think about aids and equipment, it's

important to consider anything you currently use as well as anything that could benefit

you. Also, think about any maintenance your equipment

will need to make sure it is always working the way you need it to.

An aid can be something minor that supports you to do something more independently. For

example, Tom uses specialised utensils to be able to cook more independently.

He also uses his tablet to communicate. For his gardening work, he is going to need a

safety latch connected to his landscaping tools. He makes sure to document this.

You might use other types of aids or equipment in your daily life. Remember to consider what

will work best for you in your future. Don't forget to document any maintenance that might

be needed. Make sure you also document any modifications

that will benefit your independence. Remember to look at the instructional video

There are numerous other Paan(Betel leaves).

Types of Paan (Betel leaves) depends on making, which is based on customer's particular need.

Betel leaf is also a symbol of Buddha.

Its a different thing if you eat Betel leaves in excess of Tobacco.

Betel leaves are good for your digestive system too.

It stimulate supporting organs of Digestive system.

Ingredients in this Sweet Betel leaves are

Mukhwaas, Chutney, Sweetened coconut flakes, Cardamom powder, Gulkand, Glazed cherries, Khajoor.

In Ayurveda, Juice of Paan is considered a Medium (to provide medicines).

Betel leaves are considered cure for cold and cough.

Fire Paan is named in order to attract the customer.

Name should be catchy.

Fire Paan (Betel leaves) is a sweet Paan with Ice and some Brass to ignite the fire.

Brass is a supplement of eucalyptus oil.

There is no harm in Fire Paan. Brass is also cure for mouth ulcers.

Fire Paan is just an extension of Ice Paan.

Some people get frightened of fire. They end up spilling peppermint juice on their clothes.

People come in group, If one person in a group eat Fire Paan

then no one is afraid and everyone eat it one after the other.

People from U.P learn to make a Paan out of years of perpetual learning.

What I eat in a day - Duration: 1:53.

I eat 30 grams of oatmeal with milk

And a coffee, quite simply.

To get the 30 grams, I use the scale.

So, this morning I made a salad of lentils for the lunch.

So that means, the lentil salad with a homemade sauce.

I add some Gerblé.

This is dietary yeast.

Inside there is brewer's yeast and barley.

How To Set Up Google Analytics WD Plugin On Your WordPress Dashboard - Duration: 2:38.

Hi, and welcome to our channel!

My name is Robert from ThemeIsle.com and in this video, you will gonna learn how to setup

Google Analytics WD.

With this WordPress plugin, you won't need to leave your dashboard to check your stats

and, more than that, you'll also be able to view a number of custom interactive charts

(if enabled) so, keep watching!

After you install and activate the plugin, head to the Analytics section in your dashboard.

If you haven't created a web-property with your current site URL the first thing you

need to do next is to authenticate.

If you don't have any google analytics accounts yet, you need to do that immediately by accessing

this link then get back and click the Authenticate link again.

Once you are done with this step, you can upgrade to the paid version of this plugin

if you consider necessary these options and you need the Custom Reports section to be active.

Head back to Analytics and push the Allow & Continue button to get started.

Your plugin is enabled now with all the features for the free version and you can see some

Google Analytics stats in your dashboard.

Furthermore, you can go to settings and configure some options according to your preferences.

The Analytics Dashboard is where you can see everything from your Google Analytics account

without leaving the WordPress dashboard.

You can play around with all the information and options in Reports and Tracking sections.

The Goal Management section is where you can set and manage goals for your website tracking.

Select the View that you're going to track and configure these options based on the type

of goal you would like to set.

That's it, your data from Google Analytics is available right into your WordPress dashboard.
