The battle between U.S. Rep. Luke Messer and his Indiana congressional colleague Todd Rokita has spilled onto Wikipedia.
Over the past month, Messer's page has been edited to coincide with recent Rokita attacks that
play up Messer as a lobbyist turned politician who left Indiana for a wealthy D.C. suburb.
Messer's camp says people in Rokita's camp are responsible for the edits, but when confronted,
Rokita's people do what all Indiana Republicans do. Blame Joe Donnelly.
Nail salons throughout Indiana are being fined for using razor devices during pedicures,
a practice that is banned because the devices may cause injury or infection.
Fined sites include spots in Carmel, Evansville, Muncie and a notable incident in Anderson,
where a customer suffered a cut and infection that led to his big toe being amputated.
In response, the shop gave him a coupon for 10 percent off his next visit.
And finally, the Indianapolis Zoo has been named one of the 10 best in the U.S. by Conde Nast Traveler,
scoring major points as the only park in America certified as a zoo, an aquarium and a zoological garden.
What it didn't score big points for? the Zoo's Skyline gondola.

a CEO or have a friend start a CEO now go to a CEO office computer then pick
special vehicle work and start the Phantom wedge mission asset seizure
secure oserve decision unlocks after you successfully put 17 vehicle cargos in
your vehicle warehouse if you don't have this mission unlock add someone in the
comment section if they can host submission for you once the mission
starts up land a helicopter then hold on select go to inventory body armor and
make sure auto show body armor is on now go to show armor then hit one to the
left now back out pull up your phone and click the mission when you spawn online
you should have the duffel bag I think this which is dope because it's the
fastest and easiest way to obtain the duffel bag and you can make them stick
outfits using this glitch coming in at number two the purple and orange camo
joggers glitch
hey no more mr. Sykes's okay let's get right into the video the first thing you
need to do is join any adversary mode dawn raid pick the alpha you want to
save once the job starts up hold down select go to style illuminated clothing
then hit right on the d-pad for about 30 seconds then put the controller down and
wait to get kicked for idling for ps4 go to Netflix or YouTube when you spawn
online you should have the rare camo joggers save the outfit and you're done
coming in at number 3 the black joggers with black CEO best glitch okay let's
get right into the video the first thing you need to do is have a friend with all
the mobile operation missions unlock start work dispute agent 14 you can do
this with other players the person hosting the mission cannot get the rare
items but the other players can the cool thing is once you play this job you can
replay recent jobs without having it unlocked and help other players get
these rare items once you load into the mission hold downs the life go to
inventories body armor show armor then hit right and left on a d-pad repeat
this about four times and said the mission failed when you spawn online you
should have the Brit outfit save the outfit and you're done coming in at
number four the ripped laser with t-shirt glitch
go to overcoats and pick the sand open Parker now go to overcoat Blazers and
pick red with white turtle now sings the outfit now make sure your spawn location
is set for your apartment or your CEO office because you'll be saving an

and startup Titan of a job now go to your wardrobe and select the heavy
utility bed now go to overcoat Blazers and select no top you should have been
visible back BAE's outfit then go online then go to creator create a short race
and then test the race after you test the race go online play GTA online when
you spawn online should have been invisible back now put your outfit for
the overkill outfit you say now let a change character appearance once you're
in character appearance go to apparel crew t-shirt and change it to solid
white save the appearance and you spawn online go online go to creator then
click the application now load GTA backup and go online when you spawn
online register as the CEO then go to management style and switch one to the
left and one to the right now you can save the outfit coming in at number 5
the solo beige joggers glitch
okay let's get right into the video the first thing you need to do is start a
CEO organization then go to secure Oh serve CEO management style and pick the
ALF at the warlord this is the outfit that will have the red joggers now go
online go to jobs play jobs Rockstar created the bible's and picked amazing
survival once the job starts up well now select go to style illuminating
clothing and hit right on the d-pad for about twenty seconds then post your
phone and quit the job once you load online
wait a couple of seconds then hold down select go to secure Oh serve CEO
management style and select outfits to none you should have the warlord outfit
with the rare joggers you can make some sick modded looking outfits using this
glitch coming in at number six how to get inside of the heist Bank fold in
free mode ok let's get right into the video
the first thing you need to do is go to this location on the map when you walk
into the bank follow this path to go to the bars block in the bank fold make
sure you set your spawn location for last location now call Gerald and
request a job now put you back up against the bars like you see my
character in the video now pull up your phone and accept the job from Gerald
when you're about to load in quickly press ba you should spawn behind the
bars now you can go downstairs to the bank vault to open the bank vault throw
a sticky bomb to the far right of the door this glitch is cool to take it some

the outfit now make sure your spawn location is set for your apartment
because you'll be using your wardrobe now go online jobs play jobs Rockstar
created Commission's tighten up a job once the mission loads up go to your
wardrobe and select the heavy utility vest then go to overcoat Blazers and
select tops none you should have been invisible back save outfit then go to
creator create a quick point to point race then test the race now go to play
GTA online when you load online select the outfit with the purple hoodie then
go to change character appearance when you load into character appearance go to
apparel crew t-shirt and select solid white save the appearance when you load
online go to creator then quit the application star GTA online backup when
you load in register as a CEO then go to management style and hit one to the
right then one to the left now you can save the outfit coming in at number
eight the bike frees animation glitch
okay let's get right into the video despite freeze animation glitch will
allow you to freeze your bike in midair and spin your bike around to do the bike

Menu > Select > Grow Along Loop or Shrink Along Loop
for those who don´t know "Grow Selection" or "Shrink Selection"
for select push the key ">" for unselect "<" Please see it in the video
The new method select is with "Ctrl" + ">" You will select in cross greek the new selection

If you give the Move tool and you hold the SHIFT key, it makes you an Extrude Fast O_o LOL
I've put the name of Extrude Fast haha but I don't know what it's really called or real name of this tool
but if I now give the tool scale + SHIFT
It makes me a new extrusion with scaling and without displacement !! w0w now I repeat it more times
this works with the tool rotate but i don't know for that use it !! hehe i will need to practice it
This is very fluid for fast and simple extrusions !!

I'm here in Washington State, in the United States, at the Bread Lab.
They're doing a lot of great things with wheat, trying to make it more nutritious, understand
what bakers need, really take wheat beyond just this production of the white flour,
that it's been mostly.
This is a Farinograph and pretty much all wheat breeding programs will use this and
it tells us about the strength of the protein in a variety of wheat.
The three big crops, rice, corn, and wheat, are global crops.
Wheat is somewhat ignored, whether it's diseases or nutrition and so it's fascinating that
this group is thinking about wheat.
What we do in this lab then, is bring everybody together.
We have the farmers, we have us, we have the students, we have the scientists.
We also bring in bakers, millers, chefs, folks throughout that chain, all coming together
and informing each other back and forth.
Pakistan has some people here looking at the type of bread products that people want to eat.
I'm particularly working on bran layers.
I am trying to modify them to make them suitable for the chapatis or breads and cookies.
Everything I was eating was healthy.
And usually I think, okay, I'll just have to put up with it.

Short review#11: Virtual Symmetry - X-Gate, 06/30/2017 - Duration: 5:00.
Hello and welcome for a new short review.
Today we will talk about the new Ep of Virtual Symmetry: X-Gate released on June 30th.
This Italian progressive metal band consists of Valerio Æsir Villa on guitar, Mark Bravi on keyboards,
Alessandro Poppale on bass, Davide Perpignano on drums and Marco Pastorino on vocals.
The band has already released its debut album in 2016 with several awards:
the best album of March 2016 and one of the 11 best prog albums of 2016 from the MetalHammer webzine in Italy,
and a demo in 2014 presents on this album with the participation of a certain…
... keyboardist: Jordan Rudess. What a small band...
In short, with such feats one can only be intrigued by this band that personally attracted me before knowing all this information!
Now let's talk about the Ep: the band cites influences ranging from Dream Theater and Fates Warning to Evanescence with tributes to Joe Satriani and Steve Vai.
But when you see the musical quality and compositions of this Ep, you can easily understand such influences.
Because what struck me was essentially the influence of Dream Theater in some riffs, breaks on the drums and even some instrumental parts.
I even told myself during the first listenning that they were the Italian Dream Theater coupled with the beauty of Epica!
So if you are fans of Dream Theater and you don't know them: go, you will discover a real pearl!
Can we here talk about concept album?
I think so, because you can hear sound additions such as heart signals, feedback, IAs, monologues ...
In short, everything is there to immerse us in the universe.
Here we take big risks because additions could be misplaced and break the rhythm of the Ep.
So, I can only applaud the mix just perfect of this Ep better produced than their first album.
I might set the cat among the pigeons saying that this EP exceeds for me The Astonishing of Dream Theater.
Certainly these two projects don't have much in common but I've more easily adhered to this Ep than some melodies of Dream Theater.
In short, if you like melody and technique I think without mistake that this band will know how to please you as much as I liked!
Afterwards I could drag on the beauty of the instrumental passages and their epic sides,
the subtlety of the aerial solos,
the Italian accent of the perfectly recognizable singer, which is still as beautiful for me,
the superb female singing whose arrival was more than unexpected...
Well, maybe I already said too much but this Ep came to completely break my list of prog albums this year despite his three 32-minutes titles!
Anathema, Ayreon, Steve Hackett, Pain of Salvation ... all my list was turned upside down by the simplicity and efficiency of this Ep.
Attention to their future album which could well swept everything at its release!
I give him the mark of 19/20.

Firestorm: Strike Force playable out of the box (Gamerati News Update) - Duration: 1:01.
Spartan Games is taking pre-orders for Firestorm: Strike Force, their first "out of the box"
board game.
By that they mean it'll be completely playable with what comes in the box.
This is a tactical skirmish game between squadrons of futuristic star fighters in the Firestorm
Galaxy, the same setting as Spartan Games' Firestorm Armada and Firestorm Planetfall
miniature games.
In spite of the miniatures and the colorful tiles, the core of the game is actually deck-building.
So it's a mix of a card game and a miniature wargame played on a 2 x 2-foot arena.
Firestorm: Strike Force comes with 12 star fighter figurines, 9 double-sided tiles,
2 decks of combat cards, 2 decks of faction cards, stat cards, activation and fog of war tokens.
You can pre-order it at Spartan Games website for £50 and, if you place your order in July
still, you'll get double the star fighter figurines.
The game ships in September.

Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge Armrest Cover (1997-2006 TJ) Review & Install - Duration: 3:11.
This armrest cover's gonna do a couple of things in your Jeep.
First and foremost, it's going to drastically change the look of the interior of your Jeep,
and secondly, it's gonna offer some protection to your armrest or center console cover, to
help protect it against scratching, getting dirty, getting cut up, or even just getting
faded.
Now there are a couple of different types of armrest covers on the market.
Some are just going to be cloth.
This one is going to be much more protective.
It's made of a polyurethane material, so it's going to have some more thickness to it, it's
definitely gonna be a lot more solid, and it's also going to be able to have this three-dimensional
tire tread pattern where, of course, the fabric ones will not.
Now there are gonna be two different versions of this armrest cover, one for those of you
with a '97 to '01 TJ, and another for those of you with an '02 to '06, because Jeep did
slightly change the interior.
But the item itself is going to be the same, just a little bit of a different shape and
size.
So like I said, this is made of a polyurethane foam material, but it is a very dense material,
it's not overly soft, and in my opinion, this is going to be little bit less comfortable
than resting your arm on the flat factory center console cover.
Because this does have the ridges and the tire tread pattern, it is gonna look different,
however, again, probably not as comfortable, at least not in my opinion.
But it is going to offer a lot more protection, as I mentioned before.
Of course, this has a cut-out for that keyhole and that button on top of your center console
cover, and it, of course, has that Rugged Ridge branding stamped right in it, as with
most Rugged Ridge products.
If that's something that you're not comfortable with, if you don't like that, there are some
other versions from other companies out there on the market that won't have that, but this
one from Rugged Ridge, of course, does.
So to get this installed on your Jeep, again, is a very simple one out of three wrench install
that won't take you more than 15 minutes.
Now, anytime you're attaching anything with 3M adhesive like this, you'll wanna make sure
that the surface you're attaching it to is nice and clean, especially that center armrest,
because when you have your arm resting on it, you're gonna have sweat, grease, it's
gonna get dirty.
You wanna make sure you clean it so that your 3M adheres properly.
So use a good alcohol-based cleaner on that center console before putting the cover on
and you're gonna be all set.
So, clean everything up, peel the backing off of the adhesive, set this in place and
you're finished.
There's no disassembly, there are no tools necessary.
This is something that's very, very simple.
These armrest covers gonna run you just over $40, which for an item like this that is made
out of a molded polyurethane and fits as well as it does, I don't think is that bad of a
price.
Now, if you like one of the other versions, you like the other materials or the other
styles, they're gonna be right around the same price as this one.
But if you like this version, I have nothing bad to say about it.
It's going to work as advertised, and I think it's a pretty fair price.
So that's my review of the Rugged Ridge black armrest cover, fitting all 1997 to 2006 TJs,

Flying Over Hurricanes For New NASA Mission - Duration: 1:50.
NASA is investigating key questions about hurricanes from the skies.
This August, an unmanned aircraft is flying over East Pacific hurricanes.
The new East Pacific Origins and Characteristics of Hurricanes, or EPOCH, mission will fly over developing tropical storms
to investigate how they progress and intensify.
Three instruments aboard the Global Hawk aircraft
will map out 3-D patterns of temperature, pressure, humidity, precipitation, and wind speed.
These measurements will help scientists better understand the processes that control storm intensity
in cyclones around the world.
Scientists also use models and other observations to investigate hurricane behavior.
Satellites such as NASA's Global Precipitation Measurement Mission, or GPM, and computer models
can analyze key stages of storm intensification.
In September 2016, GPM captured Hurricane Matthew's development from a Category 1 to Category 5 hurricane in 24 hours.
Extreme rainfall was seen in several stages of the storm,
causing significant flooding and landslides as Matthew passed Cuba, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.
Winds within the simulated storm reached 160 mph.
GPM also observed the storm as the inner eyewall was replaced by a larger eyewall,
causing Matthew to decrease in intensity before grazing the Eastern Florida Coast.
Significant flooding was seen when Matthew made landfall in South Carolina.
Combining model and observed data allows scientists to analyze storms like never before
and better understand how hurricanes and other powerful storms can potentially impact society.

2007-2014 F150 Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer Review & Install - Duration: 2:27.
Airaid's PowerAid spacer we're checking out today is gonna be a good option for the 3.5-liter
EcoBoost owner out there that's looking to add a quick-to-install and relatively inexpensive
styling mod for under your hood.
So, this will provide a little bit more noise under the hood, some improved fuel consumption,
and a slight improvement in power and throttle response.
But, best of all, this will install easily with basic hand tools, and for that, you're
gonna be looking at an easy one-out-of-three wrenches on our difficulty meter here, and
less than an hour to throw this on.
And I'll have more for you coming up on that later.
So, Airaid did a lot of homework developing this part and its helix board design, which
enhances your off-idle to mid-range performance.
Although it's a little bit tough to tell from where you're watching this video, inside the
spacer itself, there's small grooves, which creates a spinning flow of the incoming air.
Now, after that passes through your throttle body, the helical effect forces the air molecules
to organize and maintain a high velocity, which results in what Airaid calls an atomized
mixture of fuel and air, all the way into the combustion chamber.
But, materials-wise, this U.S.-built spacer is manufactured from the aircraft grade 6061-T6
billet aluminum, that's then completed in a red anodized finish which looks all right,
right under the hood.
Now, it's worth mentioning that this will not be compatible with an aftermarket throttle
body, but this can be used with an aftermarket cold air intake, which is something I would
definitely suggest using this with to experience more bite and sound.
But, price-wise here, guys, you should expect to be spending only around $100 to get this
onto your truck, and getting this onto your EcoBoost is not tough at all.
You're gonna be looking at a straightforward one-out-of-three wrenches on our difficulty
meter here, and about an hour's worth of wrenching.
So, to start, you wanna disconnect your negative battery cable, and then remove the air intake
or air box assembly.
Once you're done there, you'll need to remove the four bolts from your throttle body, and
then install the o-ring into the groove of the power plate.
And once that's done, guys, it's more or less just reinstalling your air box along with
the spacer, give your work a good once-over, and that'll wrap things up.
So, that's my quick review and breakdown of Airaid's PowerAid throttle body spacer, fitting
the 2011 through 2014 3.5-liter equipped EcoBoost F-150, that can be found right here at americantrucks.com.

The Bread Lab - Duration: 1:57.I'm here in Washington State, in the United States, at the Bread Lab.
They're doing a lot of great things with wheat, trying to make it more nutritious, understand
what bakers need, really take wheat beyond just this production of the white flour,
that it's been mostly.
This is a Farinograph and pretty much all wheat breeding programs will use this and
it tells us about the strength of the protein in a variety of wheat.
The three big crops, rice, corn, and wheat, are global crops.
Wheat is somewhat ignored, whether it's diseases or nutrition and so it's fascinating that
this group is thinking about wheat.
What we do in this lab then, is bring everybody together.
We have the farmers, we have us, we have the students, we have the scientists.
We also bring in bakers, millers, chefs, folks throughout that chain, all coming together
and informing each other back and forth.
Pakistan has some people here looking at the type of bread products that people want to eat.
I'm particularly working on bran layers.
I am trying to modify them to make them suitable for the chapatis or breads and cookies.
Everything I was eating was healthy.
And usually I think, okay, I'll just have to put up with it.
But in fact, they've got great bakers working now with the people who do these varieties,
so that collaboration is why everything tasted really good.
I learned a lot about wheat and some neat new things they're going to do here with it.

Greek Chicken and Rice Pilaf One Pot Dinners That Are Actually Healthy - Duration: 6:09.
Light and delicious summer dinners are the best!
And this one pot Greek chicken and rice pilaf dish is exactly that!
It's easy enough to pull together on a weeknight and has the most delicious lemony fresh taste!
In my world the simplest dinner recipes are truly the best.
And you can bet that this Greek Chicken and Rice dish truly is.
Marinated chicken, perfectly cooked rice pilaf with a zing of lemon and tons of freshy freshness
from the herbs.
Oh and this is totally a one pot dinner recipe aka easy clean up recipe aka minimum prep
time recipe.
And speaking of winning, Saturday night we were out with some friends for dinner (burgers
guys, burgers!) when my phone started blowing up with a billion retweets and I was all like,
huh?
I mean, i'm all for social media but i've never really been big on Twitter you know?
So what's the deal with all these tweets, you ask?

I guess she likes one pot dinner recipes too!
Holy cow!
I think I read the tweet at least 8 times before I told my husband (more like screamed
it at him, really) and i'm pretty sure even as I was telling him, my brain had not fully
comprehended what had just happened.
Obvious, like a little giddy school girl I tweeted her to thank her and just kept hoping
she liked it.
My second shock of the evening came when she tweeted me back and said, and I quote here,
'it was delicious
Honestly, i'm still on cloud 9 two days later.
And by now I think I should just rename the blog "The One Pot Dinner Lady" because
these one pot (or pan) dinners are my absolute favorite things to make.
Not only is the clean-up a breeze, the prep time is minimum but the final dish is absolutely
delicious too.
Got company coming over?
Well what are ya waiting for?
Make this simple Greek chicken and herby rice pilaf.
They won't even know you made it all in one pan and that it took you under 45 minutes
to get it on the table.
Bring on those picky eaters too we're serving up a Greek Chicken and Rice recipe that is
truly ah-mazing and it comes with easy clean-up and happy bellies
Up until now i've done a ton of one skillet chicken recipes and a few one sheet pan dinners.
This is taking it to a new level.
I'm making a side and the main entree all in one pan.
Talk about the perfect spring/summer comfort food.
It's been non-stop rain in Houston and all i've been wanting in comfort food all up
in my face while I'm trapped indoors and catch up (aka binge watch) old t.v. shows.
And this totally hits the nail on the head for mealtime.
I think exactly zero people have the will power to say no to a bowl of warm and cozy
lemon scented rice.
It all starts with a simple Greek marinade for the chicken.
It's basic pantry ingredients, I promise.
We're using a little olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice as the base.
For the seasonings it's just minced garlic, red pepper flakes and oregano.
I used fresh oregano from my garden, which has been thriving because of all the rains,
but you could use dried oregano as well, just use 1/2 the quantity listed.
Pantry staple dinners are perfect for when you don't have time/won't make time to
get to the store.
I'm totally lazy when I make one pot dinners and i'm telling you, I made the marinade
in a zip-top bag and tossed in my chicken breasts, zipped it and gave it a good shake.
Thats it!
Let it hang out for 15 minutes and if you've got time, let it sit for up to an hour for
more flavor.
And That lemon herby rice pilaf!
Once you have the chicken breasts cooked and ready to go, just let them sit on a plate
and keep them warm, We're making the rice in the same skillet.
For the rice pilaf i'm using a tablespoon of butter and we're toasting the rice before
boiling it.
This adds such a nice little nutty note and I love the way it tastes.
I'm boiling the rice in chicken broth and lemon juice to give it lots of flavor.
You could use water if you'd like but the lemon juice combined with chicken broth gives
everything a more amplified flavor.
Keep in mind that I use parboiled rice for this recipe.
Parboiled rice is rice that's been partially boiled before so it makes the cooking process
a lot quicker!
Make sure to give the rice a good rinse before cooking it to get rid of all that extra starch.
This along with the toasting helps produce perfectly separated grains of rice.
No mushy rice here thankyouverymuch.
My Greek chicken and rice pilaf is perfect for those nights when you want dinner to come
out of one pot, be absolutely delicious, and filling!
The prep work requires a quick 15 minutes.
And the whole thing is on the table in under 1 hour!
Delicious dinners, happy bellies, and minimum cleaning.

2015-2016 F150 K&N Series 63 Aircharger Cold Air Intake 3.5L EcoBoost Review & Install - Duration: 6:04.
The K&N Series 63 AirCharger kit is going to be one of the most popular offerings in
the K&N lineup.
It's going to be for EcoBoost owners out there who want to go with a trusted name like K&N,
want to get a little bit more power and sound out of their truck, but really don't want
to spend a whole lot of money in the process.
Now, the 63 Series here is going to be a very basic design.
However, it's going to perform as intended, again, giving you some more power, giving
you more sound, thanks to that open element filter design.
We'll cover some of the juicy details of the installation.
Which right up top, guys, I'm going to tell you, very straightforward stuff here, using
some basic hand tools.
So one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, with some more detail later on.
So if you're watching this and have had any interest in cars or trucks over the years,
then you've probably heard of the name K&N from time to time, guys, and for good reason.
They're one of the biggest companies out there.
Their continued support for the automotive world is really unmatched, and they continue
to be one of the top options here on the site.
Now, the Series 63 from K&N is otherwise known as their AirCharger.
It's a system they've done for a few years now, and it is very, very popular.
It's also going to be the best way for an EcoBoost owner out there to take advantage
of some of the performance and sound benefits from an aftermarket intake, thanks to the
very low price tag.
In fact, guys, right around the mid $200 price point, which at the time of this video makes
this one of the most affordable here at AM.
But let's talk about everybody's favorite subject when it comes to performance modifications,
and that of course is more power.
Now, according to the guys at K&N, you're going to be seeing anywhere from 23 horsepower
to 34 pound-feet of torque at the wheels with your EcoBoost-powered truck, which in my opinion,
you can see, is probably a tad excessive.
In my experience, and I've had plenty of it, your realistic expectations here, high single-digits,
low double-digits.
That's just being brutally honest when adding a cold air that doesn't require a custom tune.
Now, everybody is different.
Trucks are different.
Dynos are different.
Weather is going to be different.
So ultimately, yes.
You are going to see some power when adding an intake like this.
But just don't expect anything too crazy.
Now, one thing that you can definitely expect when installing an intake like this is a noticeable
increase in volume coming from under the hood, thanks largely in part to the open element
filter design.
Now, I'm talking more of a growl from the V6 powerplant, definitely more turbo noises,
more spooling, definitely more blow-off valve sounds.
If you're into that sort of thing, you're going to love this intake.
If you're really not, you prefer more of a quiet or factory experience, you're going
to want to find something with a sealed airbox.
Now, companies like Ingen, AFE, and AIRAID all have something for you here on the site,
so check those out if you're interested in that.
One thing I do want to point out though, with any of these EcoBoost cold air intakes on
the site, is that they do not require the use of a custom tune.
Why is that?
Well, all of these EcoBoost trucks operate off of what is called "speed density," and
not a mass airflow sensor.
Now, typically, in the Mustang world and even the 5L truck world, once you start modifying
these things a little bit, add a larger diameter intake, you're going to need to account for
that in a custom tune.
Otherwise, the car or truck is just simply going to run like dooky.
So that's not the case here with the EcoBoost trucks.
You can add pretty much anything you want in regards to an intake and be good to go.
Ultimately, yes.
A tune is going to be the best bet when really cranking up the power with your truck.

You will not be disappointed.
Let's talk about the 63 Series from K&N.
Now, this is their more basic design.
So expect a plastic intake tube, which actually does tap into some of the factory tubing on
those turbos on your EcoBoost powerplant.
With some of their other kits, you might find an aluminum tube, or maybe even a polished
aluminum tube.
Not the case here.
This is their barebones system.
You're also receiving, of course, one of the bread and butter filters.
This is what they built the brand on, guys.
This is what they're known for, their signature oiled high-flow filter.
Cotton gauze material sandwiched between two layers of a skeleton mesh, basically, an aluminum
mesh, and it is finished off with their special oil.
As you might imagine, this filter is washable.
It is reusable.
You have to reoil this thing.
It's very important to kind of maintain the lifespan of the filter itself.
Let's face it, guys.
This is going to be a lot better than buying a new paper element factory filter every 10,000
miles, or whenever that damn thing gets dirty.
Not the case here.
In fact, K&N claims you can get up to 100,000 miles out of these bad boys before you need
to toss it and start all over again.
However, just be very careful not to overoil the filter.
Because sometimes with the EcoBoost trucks, you can throw too much oil on this thing and
that can sometimes make the truck run a little poorly.
Switching gears, let's talk install, as promised earlier.
If this is the first modification you're doing to your truck and you're not exactly what
you would consider mechanically inclined, don't worry.
I have total faith that you'll be able to knock this one out in no time flat.
We're calling it one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.
We say an hour, on the site, from start to finish.
But honestly, I think that's a little generous.
I think you can get this thing done a little quicker.
If not, no worries.
It's not a race.
Now, using basic hand tools, I'm talking flathead screwdriver, socket set, is really all you
need to get things in place.
K&N does include some very detailed instructions to help you along the way, in addition to
all of their hardware couplers and all that good stuff.
Take your time, follow the detailed instructions, and you should be making some sweet noise
in no time at all.
Final thoughts on the Series 63 here from K&N.
Well, it's affordable.
That's one of the best things about it.
It looks good in a simple way.
Because a lot of owners out there, let's face it, they don't want a lot of flash or a lot
of logos under the hood.
This isn't going to deliver that at all.
Instead, you are going to be getting some solid gains, and the exposed filter here should
introduce some cool, new noises that I think a lot of owners will enjoy.

Speedrunning, a competitive sport or an art that ispired us
Most speedrunner would rather try to improve their time alone, however many people prefer to watch a WR under pressure rather than getting angry at a Larry who still doesn't want to die after 12 cycles
this brings us the the question : isn't readability in a speedrun what makes a key factor to its success ? This is the topic of this first video
Before starting to speedrun we need to find a run to inspire us, everyone uses their own method to find that special something
Some people will try only to find the latest released game and might be upset when they doen't find anything a week later
Others will look for a precise type of run using different opinion in order to find what they want out of the mess that is speedrunning
Some other will just randomly pick a game
Then you will spend many hours on speedrun.com only to find the most interesting performance to the most boring and ridiculous to watch on games most likely unknown
To finally get started on speedrunning a game, it has to be motivating, appealing to us and go beyond our expectation
This is where readability is introduced since our first impression is not going to be based on the gameplay but instead our initial viewing
While watching different videos about speedrunning, it's not rare to find negative comments about glitches or when too many things happens at the same time making it hard to understand what's going on and thus making the video "useless"
First of all glitches should not be generalized this way, in fact if certain glitches might make it hard to watch a run it's not the case of every one of them
For example Duct Tales, In less than 10 minutes the run doesn't utilized many glitches but still does use some of them. However it doesn't make it less enjoyable to watch
In this level, crounching down next to a pipe while we take a damage from the enemy makes the game teleports us through the floor to the level bellow
This kind of glitches doesn't interfer whith the viewing experience since we understand perfecly what's happening and where we are
This brings the following question; Is it only interesting to watch speedruns where we fully understand everything ?
One of the most common thinking in the speedrunning scene is that you have to understand what's happening to get the best viewing experience which makes the run much more enjoyable. This mindset is also shared through speedrunning events
With always the same setup: explaining glitchs, what's happening and if possible by the runner himself
This idea is so common if it doesn't happen this way people may think it is the result of a bad event
If we think about it, is it really important to understand and have the best readability to enjoy watching a speedrun ?
Rythm games are a perfect example for this case, who would rather watch 13 years old Kevin finishing his first level on guitar hero or is it more interesting to watch someone experimented playing OSU in the hardest difficulty with more imput per second than frames on dark souls
For us "Human beings" we don't understand much about this kind of video, however who likes them, maybe this is what is facinating
In conclusion, would it not be wrong to firmly want to understand everything about a run instead of simlply letting us admire it

1.)
Complaining and being negative.
Just like I say in all my other videos, people are NOT attracted to negativity.
While it might be tempting to bitch about how your best friend ditched you today or
how shitty your work day was, it's not worth causing a huge ruckus.
Instead, mention to your partner how you're feeling and then leave it as that – try
and move on!
I'm always so impressed when my wife tells me about how something awful happened to her
at work… and then move past it like it never happened.
Of course this isn't always going to be the easiest thing to do but it's super attractive
and I promise you'll just be happier when you're more positive as well.
2.)
Letting yourself go.
I know, this one's obvious so I'm not going to talk about it that much, but this
one is big.
Men are visual creatures and we need to like what we see.
3.)
Being jealous and controlling.
Guys need their space sometimes.
If he's going out and you're not letting him…perhaps because of jealousy, then just
know that you're actually making things much worse for yourself in the long run.
A little bit of jealousy from time to time is natural and to be expected, but you need
to know when you're taking it a little bit too far and stop yourself before your damage
his attraction for you any further.
4.)
Being a drama queen.
If you're constantly gossiping about what your friend did at work the other day or stirring
some shit up just for the heck of it, you could be annoying your man greatly.
Causing unnecessary drama could not only end up cause significant harm to your relationship,
but it could also be killing your man's attraction for you.
I know I know, it's fun to gossip and maybe he'll be into the odd juicy story here and
there, but there's definitely a line that you shouldn't cross.
Tread carefully!
5.)
Being needy and desperate.
I'm sure you've heard this one before a zillion times so again, I'm not going
to get into too much detail.
But there are little behaviours that you might be doing right now that he thinks are desperate
and needy… and you don't even realize it!
For eg., did you know that simply texting a man while he's out with the guys could
be considered needy?
Or that butting into a conversation that he's having with somebody else could be seen as
desperate?
Obviously, context is everything here, but these actions can be seen as attraction killers
if the timing isn't right.

Being moody.
You know that cliché of how every guy says their ex is a "psycho"?
Do you know why these guys would think that?
It's obviously not because they literally think their ex is a psycho, but their ex exhibited
behaviour that could be construed as such.
And being 'moody' is an example of that kind of behaviour.
Of course, not everyone can control his or her mood and sometimes mood swings just happen
– but if it's happening too frequently, you could be turning your boyfriend off completely.
Don't be branded that "psycho" ex girlfriend!
7.)
Not being appreciative.
You need to make your man feel like he's providing for you.
It's in a man's nature to provide and take care of the ones he loves -- and when
he does this successfully, it will make him "feel" like a man.
It makes him feel emasculated and more confident in himself – and in turn, this will look
better for you AND make him more attracted to you.
So make sure that you show your appreciation by simply telling him… but here's the
trick, try complimenting him very specific things.
Don't just say, "I appreciate everything you do for me."
While that's good, saying something like, "I appreciate you for supporting me through
that tough time I had at work last week…couldn't have done it without you."
8.)
Putting unnecessary pressure on your boyfriend.
Putting pressure on your man for something that just isn't that important is going
to make him feel resentful and even angry at you.
So instead of nagging at him for something insignificant or telling him to do something
a certain way, try letting it go for once.
You're not always going to be able to do it, but do your best and eventually he'll
notice and appreciate you for it.

Multidisciplinary Care Approach in Myelofibrosis - Duration: 6:06.
Hello, my name is Jeff Bryan and I'm a clinical pharmacist with the leukemia service at MD
Anderson Cancer Center.
I want to thank you for joining this presentation about a multidisciplinary care approach to
managing myelofibrosis.
From here I will refer to this as MF.
As we saw on the ET and PV presentation, the treatment of myeloproliferative neoplasms
requires that healthcare providers and caregivers from many disciplines work together to address
the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of the oncology patient.
This model is a good example of a multidisciplinary or collaborative approach in which members
from different disciplines with specialized skills and expertise coordinate and communicate
a patient's treatment plan, address the patient's physical and psychosocial needs, and insures
the implementation of best practice evidence-based care.
This particular model describes the roles of the active caregivers, such as hematologists,
oncology nurses, advanced practice providers, and oncology pharmacists.
Depending on the need, basic support providers and caregivers may include a psychologist
or a Chaplin, while community support may consist of advocacy groups or hospital administrative
staff, all striving to provide the full continuum of cancer treatment experience.
Teams practicing in this way should understand the function and importance of each member's
role, increase patient involvement and satisfaction with treatment, and ultimately improve patient
outcomes.
In some cases, the function of some of the members may overlap.
For team members on a multidisciplinary team will often have overlapping responsibilities.
As shown here, it is not uncommon for the team involved in the daily care of patients
with MF, and directly involved with the treatment decisions, to include: The patient and caregivers,
the hematologists, and hematopathologist knowledgeable about MF, as well as the stem cell transplant
team, a surgeon or radiation oncologist for patients with refractory splenomegaly as clinically
needed, an oncology clinical nurse, an advanced practice provider, such as a nurse practitioner
or physician assistant, and an oncology-trained pharmacist.
The physician and advanced practice providers are both capable of doing a full patient assessment,
including a history and physical, while the pharmacist assists the team with monitoring
for disease-related complications, response to treatment, drug-related side effects, and
encourage the patient to be compliant with the treatment plan.
In this setting, a clinical oncology pharmacist is readily available to assist with managing
drug therapy side effects and ensure appropriate use of medications, and address any clinically
significant drug interactions.
The oncology clinical nurse is a patient's care planner and the driver of the patient's
overall care, and helps coordinate the various members of the healthcare team.
Since MF can be a very debilitating disease, the primary team may rely on other healthcare
providers such as infectious disease team, pain management team, nutritionist, and physical
therapist.
Given a growing number of clinical trials for this patient population, a research nurse
coordinator would be a valuable addition to the team.
As noted earlier it is important for patients with MF to see an experienced hematologist
who has a team that is knowledgeable about myeloproliferative neoplasms and the factors
that influence a patient's prognosis.
In this setting, team members need to be familiar with disease-related characteristics and symptoms,
and its potential for evolution to acute myeloid leukemia.
For patients who suffer from MF it is especially important for healthcare providers to support
and reinforce a lifestyle that will help decrease or prevent the symptoms that impact their
quality of life.
Hence, the goals of treatment in this setting are to minimize these clinical, physical,
and laboratory features that impact their quality of life.
As the disease progresses vigilant monitoring by the team is usually required, as well as
recruitment of other healthcare providers as clinically necessary.
It is important for multidisciplinary care teams to help the patient understand the full
spectrum of the disease.
Similarly seen in PV and ET, the MPN Landmark Survey revealed a discordance between the
patient and provider with respect to prognostic assessment and symptoms.
In addition, differences were noted between patient's perception of the physician's management
and the practices reported by the physician respondents.
Larger proportion of physicians recalled asking patients about their most important MF-elated
symptoms during a symptom assessment, as well as referring to a list of potential symptoms.
In contrast, patients often reported less symptoms associated with the disease, as compared
with physician perceptions of their understanding.
The perception of patient and physician respondents about treatment needs and goals were generally
not well aligned as well.
The most important treatment goals for patients in the MF setting was slowed or delayed progression
of the condition, whereas symptom improvement was the most important for the physician.
According to researchers, this difference in perception revealed a need for improved
patient education to better manage expectations and to help patients set realistic goals.
The survey conducted by Mesa and colleagues highlights a disconnect between patients and
physician perception of the prognostic assessments, symptoms, treatment needs and goals.
Having said this, the potential benefits of a multidisciplinary care approach for patients
with myeloproliferative neoplasms may include narrowing this gap in communication between
the physician and patient, which may result in improved patient satisfaction with treatment,
and hopefully improve survival.
With the overlap of responsibilities among healthcare providers, team members provide
checks and balances to insure that services are not unnecessarily duplicated, and the
interest and rights of all concerned parties are addressed.
Lastly, I would like to point out that a multidisciplinary team can improve the mental well-being of
healthcare professionals, enhance their professional skills and knowledge because it provides a
setting for learning more about the treatment strategies, resources, and approaches used
by various disciplines, that may result in increased job satisfaction.
In my opinion, the patient should ultimately benefit from this care approach.

Secretary Of State Suddenly Realizes Trump Is Unprofessional After He Attacks Jeff Sessions - Duration: 4:07.
According to reports, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is allegedly debating whether or
not he should quit his post as Secretary of State because he now sees that Donald Trump
is unprofessional.
So what sparked this sudden realization that the President of thE United States is acting
like a giant child?
Well, according to sources, Rex Tillerson is upset about Donald Trump's constant attacks
of Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Twitter.
Now, the attacks on Jeff Sessions have been all over the news.
I'm sure everybody's familiar with it.
Trump is trying to insult Sessions so that he quits his job, meanwhile Jeff Sessions
refuses to step down.
Tuesday morning, his aides say that he was in his office at 6 AM, hopped on the treadmill
for a little bit, then got straight to work.
There's a big showdown happening between those two, because Trump is accusing Sessions of
being weak against Hillary Clinton and the Ukraine.
Being weak on the Russian probe.
Being weak on everything.
Real ineffective leader.
Sad!
Those are the kind of things that Donald Trump is saying about Sessions.
Sessions, meanwhile, is just trying to take the country back to the early 1800s without
Trump's interference.
Both horrible men.
Really would be best for the country if neither of them were holding office.
But nonetheless, back to Tillerson.
Tillerson views these attacks on Donald Trump as unprofessional and childish, which they
absolutely are.
But to that, I have to ask Rex Tillerson: where the hell you been, buddy?
Just now, like these attacks on Jeff Sessions are what pushed it over the line?
Donald Trump attacking somebody as incompetent, who is clearly incompetent, but for other
reasons?
That's the line for you?
You didn't have a problem with him saying that he likes to grope women by their genitals
or forcibly kiss them, even when they don't want it, because when you're rich, they let
you do that?
That is what he said.
Those were his words.
You had no problem with him calling out TV hosts for their appearance?
He did that with Chuck Todd, Mika Brzezinski and a whole host of others.
Those were okay and totally professional to you?
But saying that Jeff Sessions is doing a crap job, that's where you draw the line?
What kind of camaraderie do you even have with Jeff Sessions?
This is a very peculiar story, because if you think Donald Trump is unprofessional,
one of the things to make you think that should have happened months ago.
It wasn't just the Jeff Sessions thing.
It's literally everything this man has done since being sworn in on January 20th.
So either Rex Tillerson has been absolutely asleep or he hasn't been paying attention
or maybe he doesn't even use his own Twitter account, or get online at all.
But something is wrong with this man if he's just now understanding that Donald Trump is
not presidential.
Or, and here's the more likely thing.
Rex Tillerson is using that as cover so that he can quietly walk away from his position,
seeing as how the company that he ran is now under fire for violating sanctions against
Russia by selling them oil.
They found themselves in a ton of hot water, hot water that eventually will rise to the
level of Rex Tillerson, because he was CEO of the company at the time.
So, that's my bet.
Rex Tillerson doesn't care what happens to Jeff Sessions.
He doesn't care what Donald Trump says to him.
He just needs some kind of reason to back away from the administration before he finds
himself indicted or under investigation for the laws his company broke while he was the
CEO.

Identify with what you think and for me? This is one of the most powerful
Ideas that really transformed my life, and I'll give a little bit of a backstory
I've explained some of these ideas before, but this was a question that I got asked yesterday in the comments on
Yesterday's video and what I want to do is kind of explain it in a way that I think is packaged
And there's easy to understand now. I used to be somebody that was very
Identified with negative thinking, and it would make me very anxious and just to give a little bit of a backstory
I went through a lot of pain growing up
I went through a lot of situations and from that there are two routes up could have gone
I could have gotten down the road of feeling get victim like guilty mentality like why did this happen and
Constantly beat myself up about it and the other road was the road that I eventually got to because the pain got so much
That I had to learn how to dis identify with the things that have happened
To really feel them and then to let them go and not to let that be my story
anymore and the way that I did that was I remember I learned how to meditate and I was so focused on trying to
Control my thoughts it was shortly after I learned and watch the movie the secret, so I'm like oh my thoughts were very powerful
They're creating my kind of experiences
So that's when I started it in a way like sabotage myself because I was so focused on controlling
But what I found was is the more that I tried to control what I was thinking the more that it actually
Resisted the more that I actually was like me versus me
It was like there was almost just resistance that was naturally building
But I remember about two or three days into meditating
I began to just simply observe my thoughts
It was almost like there's the reactive mind
And there's the spot that we could get into there's this little bit of space where we can observe
that reactive mind we can learn to observe what we're thinking of and I remembered that it was a paradox because as
I wasn't trying to control my mind as I was just
Observing the thoughts that would flow into my mind they would come in. They would go out
They would eventually start to slow down
So the key to this is understanding that this is not about controlling your mind
that if you try to control that will build resistance instead
Allow the thoughts to be there and observe them from a neutral place
now in order to understand the neutral place
I've used this analogy before but imagine that you are sitting at a park on a park bench
And you are just there observing your surroundings
Just relaxing if you watch what people walk by you're just observing them walk by you're not judging them
You're not putting labels to them and if you do have the mind puts a label on them you're not identified with it
You're just observing what's happening now in the way that a dog might walk by you
you would just observe the dog walking by you wouldn't try to
Follow the dog you wouldn't try to control the way the dog is moving and the same way treat the thoughts the same way
Don't try to control the thoughts that come into the mind just watch them as they go through
just allow them to be there in the Paradox is that in
Allowing them to be there eventually they will go away more and more
Now think of your mind in the neural networks of how we think in the form of momentum
When we give momentum to the way that we're thinking when we give?
Identification with those thoughts we are strengthening the neural circuitry in our brain
We are making it have more and more power over us
But the moment we observe those thoughts the moment we start to neutralize the charge of that momentum
Then we can put it in the direction of where we want to go so the key to over analyzing and overthinking is
observation and understand it might feel a little bit hard at first, but the more you do it the
Easier it becomes for me it took a couple times of meditating before I got just a taste of it
It was like I did it and like a day or two later
I did it again
And it was a little bit easier to get to that space
you'll find there's also a feeling that comes with this and a simple technique to
Really get out of overthinking is to bring the awareness not to the intellectual illness not to the head
Bring it into the body by feeling into your sense perceptions
That means put the awareness into your hands put the awareness into your chest into your legs
just simply put the awareness there think about it and as you think about feeling from that it brings the
Awareness to where then you can't be over identified with thinking now a lot of the techniques
I share in this video came from a book called the power of now by Eckhart Tolle
And it's very powerful because it's so simple
It is really so simple, but think about it the mind wants complex strategies complex techniques
And that's why most of what I share on this channel
I try to break these complex ideas into the most simple way we could possibly
Understand it because then it's practical then we can apply it and the next time you find yourself with a momentum of overthinking
Start to observe the thoughts let them be there
Don't resist it allow it and watch how with time
They begin to less and more and more and you get to the space of observation that is a very good feeling
That's what they call presence you become
present to the Moment
now the other part of this is letting go of the self image and the label of you being somebody that
Overthinks and somebody that over analyzes
When you think of yourself do you put the label on yourself of I overthink too much and I overanalyze?
And if you do it's okay, but realize you can start to view yourself as this person
That's able to observe and as you observe that part of yourself
you will start to feel that that is who you are you can let go of these labels and
Start to really let go of that emotional baggage that comes with it, and you can start to identify
with being somebody that
Responds rather than reacts there is a huge difference in that now another part of this is understanding
that if there's something we want to create if there's something we want to experience and we
Overanalyze it we build resistance and we actually create a barrier to us experiencing it
Realize that any time. We overanalyze what we're saying is we don't trust in the natural course of our life
We don't trust in our greater self and being able to make this happen. We need our ego
Which is a very small part of ourselves to control everything
Then the ego is trying to do something. That's not its job
the job of the Ego is to
Focus the job of the ego is to decide what it does and doesn't want but it's not the only part of ourselves
The idea is that we can?
realize that the more we over think and over identify with our thinking the more we're not trusting in the larger scope of
What we can accomplish and really who we are
Realize the job of your ego is to simply focus
but to understand that that's not just who you are if you put the trust and the
larger part of yourself by trusting the process of your life
Everything will begin to change you won't be so
Identified with that thinking because you'll observe the egoic thoughts you'll observe that reaction mind
And you'll start to then actually observe it from a point of response
That's where the biggest change can be and one of the biggest changes. That's been made in my life is
realizing that in the moment of stimulus in the moment of thought
There's a small space and in that space you can decide that
That is a part of who you are or that's not a part of who you are
You can decide to think more of it or to think less of it and in that moment
You can observe it and that will neutralize
Everything so the most powerful technique that you can apply is to simply observe your thoughts
Bring the awareness from the head and into the body
Feel into it
And then simply trust the course of your life and knowing that everything will happen the way
It's meant to happen and your job is to simply decide what things mean to you and decide to be present to the moment

with another heart track video about Carmelo Anthony and what's going on with
this trading situation just some up-to-date NBA news seems like in the
news we're going to be talking about the Oklahoma City Thunder are now seeking
out our mellow even though everybody else in the world knows he's going to go
to the Houston Rockets it would be pretty cool to see Carmelo join Ruffa
Westbrook and Paul George for the 2017 18 NBA season I think those threes would
be a handful for any team in the league including those superstar Timberwolves
but anyways that's what's in the news today that's what we're going to talk
about definitely have been trying to keep up the videos on where Carmelo was
he created and what's going on in league with all the situation around Kyrie
Irving kind of interesting because at first we were thinking man it would be
awesome if Carmelo was traded to play long Cleveland with Kyrie Irving in
LeBron James Kyrie comes out this week says hey I
don't want to play with LeBron I don't want to be in the shadow I want to go
play by myself which is really really entertaining because the fact of the
matter is poor Carmelo has been playing by himself
for the better part of the past three to four years I believe and so he's really
been sticking it out and out there on an island trying to survive in the NBA he
has come to prove that gives boring machine and can provide rebounding and
boring from anywhere on the floor and a general aspect to any team he plays for
now being upset or kind of loses to at this point in his career I completely
believe he has every right to be for the way that he's been treated in New York
they're not doing too much to help the team out as far as Luther making they
got rid of Phil bill came in he tried to force speed triangle triangle doesn't
work for everyone you know was definitely worked are the Wolves
back in the 90 but nevertheless Carmelo deserves to whine a little bit in my own
opinion the guy's grown man he's great basketball player hiring on the other
hand he's on the team with the best player that has ever picked up a leather
basketball my own opinion LeBron James hands down best player period ever and
so with that said Kyrie is complaining about being on the team with LeBron the
reality of that complaint is hiring faithful bronze going to lead so if in
that fact why would you want to be treated if LeBron can lead to team next
year why and you replayed by yourself and be the star on the team then why
would you want to get traded now that makes absolutely no sense to me
and I think he's just trying to get some attention from the league I'm not sure
what's going on with that don't like it very much I mean Harry if he isn't a
good bank and a bum player to watch he's not top 10 favorite of Milan but
nevertheless coming out being whiny like that is just by man I just don't
understand that anybody understands that drop that in the comment sections not
really don't get why he do we doing right now now LeBron did give off clues
that he believed in probably at a Lakers game scouting Alonzo ball watching long
ball ball plays probably hung out had steaks or whatnot but so it is I could
see where he gets the pressure haw man I'm going to get left a lot on the
Wolves if that's really what you want then all you got to do is sit there
another year and we'll be gone and most the people in back the wall ESPN
bleacher report most folks are saying you know he's looking out west and he's
probably going to make a move so I'm sitting waiting I think we're right on

well you can do that but what happens this is for example you get traded for
Carmelo Anthony with the New York Knicks and he comes over and plays on the
Cavaliers and you go get stucked in New York by yourself porzingis I'm sorry I
love you to you awesome big man but yeah so what if you
could go play in that situation I just don't understand it it would be great to
see off the riothamus Cavaliers but I don't think the Cavs are going to be
able to get Carmelo Anthony over to their team it would be amazing to me and
that would be a super PAC superstar team but as I was thinking about the video
earlier I was kind of thinking you know anywhere that Carmelo Anthony goes to
play ball he is going to be a one heck of a benefit because the guys did
straight for like I mention earlier he hustled free bound for machine condition
the ball I mean he's the complete package and he's refined his name while
he's been in reverse pocket self I mean that's just the craziness to how I think
about the crazies in the NBA and what's going on
it would tickle me to death to see Carmelo Anthony somehow find a way to

don't know if anything decides a Kevin Love for Carmelo Anthony trades it would
work sending Carmelo down to Houston that have once again like I mentioned he
can go anywhere he's going to make somebody a contender because a lot of
teams have two or three pieces they don't have that fourth key for that
third keeping their really puts you in contention with somebody like Golden
State Warriors with the whole team acts more like but um yeah just looking at it
thinking he was lined up in Houston recently in the news they said what
about OKC what do you think about Carmelo being a thunder that sounds
pretty freakin awesome but it's right back to my main point which is whoever
gets in is going to be a contending team because they're adding a superstar most
teams already has one two sisters or Sarge I can't think of an NBA team who
doesn't have at least two and so by adding up Carmelo Anthony to your team
you are going to make yourself some sort of contender it would be really cool I
call Portland Damian Lillard and those guys were trying to get them to come up
there and play ball which man is like I see there's so many team
could use the Carmelo Anthony that would push them over the top and make them
into a contender champion 15 that I believe is why so many eyes are owned
Carmelo Anthony right now and have been since the first day of July ever since
the trades are first started coming up it's just amazing and then you've got
the gods like Kyrie who come out of nowhere with I want to be traded and a
response to a chess game with LeBron but normally you don't play games with
people on your own team especially if it's King James I mean now you're just
howling like a Butt head to the rest of the world or in my own opinion where
calories gotta wind up Jesus who knows I mean there's a lot of teams out there
that could use the super star point guard but I'm telling you his contract
so thick it will have to be sharper star and either one of these trades so what I
would like to see is Carmelo Anthony straight up for Kyrie and let's
Cavaliers figure out a point guard someone who could run the point that
would be an ideal trade traded over the plate third guy with the Oklahoma City
Thunder Paul George Russell Westbrook Carmelo Anthony that is a super squad
coming at you Steven Adams of course the and on blank on the other guy that just
signed his contract strictly defensive player lovely got a despot on blank at
the moment then you get them down to the Rockets with Harden and Chris Paul and
David comes it's a superb loan of theme so it's all interesting so much to do so
little con with the straight deadline rolling around NBA seasons in retrieving
those on it's only out a couple months to tip-off time again
so just excited to see where Carmelo's going to wind up where he's going to go

super trade the next few days everybody's on it the agents are working
overtime ready to definitely go in the houston but in the back of my mind who
knows our procedure these things out something can definitely happen to
change that so this kind of waiting along to see what's going to happen to
pur futures Carmelo Anthony in the New York Knicks I wonder what the Knicks are
going to get Sir Anthony whichever direction they go as well should be a
lot I mean give it away at the scoring machine like that you better get
whatever your team's missing in New York and Lord knows we're missing a lot kind
of weird though having them in there the New York Knicks and caucuses
Cleveland recently box on and Derrick Rose let me think there may be more to
come from the Cleveland Cavaliers but we all get we get the ends and I'm going to

Sup guys I'm Diogo Pereira and welcome to another video
Today I bring something different
I bought a new camera and let's start using it, let's see the difference
You notice a difference? I hope Yes aahaha

and we're going to bring a leg workout with only bodyweight
beginner / intermediate level workout , enough talk and let's workout
The first exercise are 10 Squats
To do this exercise correctly you must open your legs the width of your shoulders and down to stay parallel to the ground
always keep your back straight and return to starting position
The next exercise are 10 reps of Lunges
In this second exercise try to keep the upper part of your body in a straight line
and then step forward with one leg until your knees stay in a 90 degrees angle
Remember that the front knee should not pass your foot
The third exercise is "lifting leg on the bench"
10 reps
This exercise is very good for gaining explosion in your legs, try to extend the upper leg to the maximum.
The fourth exercise are jump squats, we are doing 10. You can do it in the same place or do it on some stairs or bench
Go to the position of the squats, down and then jump as high as you can, then don't forget to control the descent back to the same position
Or do it in the same place
The last exercise is called wall sit
try to hold the maximum, with your legs doing a 90 degree angle against a wall
Push up your back to a wall and keep your legs parallel to the floor creating a 90-degree angle
If you do this exercise well, you will have a burning pain in your legs
This is one of the best exercises to blast your legs.
Guys, workout is over. Do not forget if you are beginner do only 2 rounds, if you are intermediate do 3 or 4
