MARSHMALLOW SLIME TUTORIAL | PRESS CC FOR ENGLISH SUBS! - Duration: 3:31.

Hi everyone, this is Mini from minicuteclub! For today..

Ta-da!

Today, I'd like to make edible slime using marshmallows!

Let's get started!

These are what you need!

A microwaveable bowl,

Marshmallows, and corn starch!

First, I'm going to put the marshmallows into the bowl

I'm going to use a microwave to melt the marshmallows

Let's head to the microwave!

Alright, it's all melted!

Mix the marshmellows thoroughly

It's hard to see since it's white on white, so I'm going to move it over to this bowl!

It looks hot.. but it tasty!

Now add some starch and mix until it turns slime-like and you're done!

Let's add the corn starch in small portions

Now I'm just going to keep stirring...

When the mixture starts to form texture, start kneading using a plastic bag or gloves

Now it's really starting to take shape!

Now before we go on to the next step, make sure your hands are clean!

It has a very soft and chewy texture, and it's warm like baby's skin. Feels so cuddly!

And now, the edible slime is complete!

Oooh, sooo stretchy!

A croissant!

Right now, I'm warming up a chocolate pen in warm water!

I'd like to decorate the slime with this!

I'm going to draw a face on this ball!

Now I'm going to draw buttons on the body!

I made a snowman using chocolate and marshmallow slime!

I think it turned out pretty cute!

Now I'd like to give it a try!

It's pretty good!

For people with small kids around, this edible slime might be a safer option!

Thank you so much for watching my video!

I will be uploading more videos, so I would greatly appreciate it if you subscribe and press the bell button to join the notif family!

I'll see you in my next video!

THAT TIME AT THE BLUE MOUNTAINS | A Reflection Story - Duration: 2:20.

They say you find yourself when you travel

Truth is I didn't really know what I was looking for when I made my way to the Blue Mountains

I just knew in my heart that I really needed to take myself out of my usual space and

try to be part of something different, something bigger myself

And perhaps that's the closest thing to a reason for this trip that I'll ever find

You see I'm walking into the biggest arena that I know...

taking on the hardest challenge I've ever had to face in my life

building this dream

Turning this burning ambition into a reality

The truth is, it scared me for the longest time

Because while it was important to me. I wasn't too sure if it was important enough for this world to matter

A lot has happened in my life in the last few years

and that hasn't always made believing in myself the easiest thing to do.

But that's it

That is the lie I've got to stop believing

the world does not have to care

I care and I know why I need to do this

Because when it's all said and done

Isn't that all we need to start?

And so at the end of this getaway to the Blue Mountains

I didn't find myself...

Nor did I walk away with the biggest awakening of my life nor did I get much answers to be honest no...

What I did do though is I gave myself permission

Permission to believe that my dreams and goals are valid too

And that there's a place for them in this world

to matter.

And that's...that's enough for me.

You guys should take up this giant stairway challenge. It was fun though. It was fun.

Let's not take it away from that, but yeah, you guys should try it out

whoa

You're yawning already?

The need to exercise today, and I just got a bit of a rant and rave on that

You know so like I was just a short short quick video

So I'll just play you this one a and the way you go you know

best way to look younger feel younger and live longer is by exercising on a regular basis and

Maintaining a better state of health we don't need to do excessive exercise

In fact to mix exercise can actually make you feel and look aged

But the people participating in sports such as ultra endurance events like marathon running anyone notice that many of them look

Considerably older this is because they are exposed themselves to excessive stress everything should be done in moderation

That's the point. I'd make you know like a lot of this stuff. You know is in moderation

There's so many people you know get out there and just you know like they just got to be the the next

glassi you know and just get out there and beat the world

But that's not what you need you know stu sometimes, you know slow slow, and steady. You know wins a race. You know

If you are looking for the best results, we can get the benefit of exercise and also the anti-aging and health factors

They're associated with correct fitness programs. There are many types of exercise dieting

That will give you considerable benefits for anti-aging they can range from tai chi which is excellent for both young and older people

to various forms of resistance training

This is also suitable for most age group

But needs to be monitored as you get a little bit older just to ensure that you don't get injuries

Persistent training when use correctly there's many benefits that can help you look younger apart and the benefits of toning the body

And and this is something like um and a point. I'd make here is like. This is this is a

Resistance training you know can also mean give it a look at you can be body weight training. You know just just

Isometrics against yourself you you don't have to do you know special workouts, or you think you can get small?

Workouts from just you know just push-ups is isometric training. You know so it doesn't have to be complicated

All you have to really think about is just to

Keep on moving you know this really is what it is your face muscles when doing the exercise connect in a similar manner to a

face Lift

And many people don't realise the biggest change you can get from a face lift is from the muscles under the skin so smile more as well

Resistance training will also reduce the percentage of fat in the body

Which in turn will make you look longer younger as a firm fat free body is a condition that most people associate

With you in good health hey guys look

I hope that is something that you can work with okay?

I Personaggi di MGS: Chi è Cipher ? - Duration: 13:41.

Hello everyone, I am Lafra and welcome to my new video of the column dedicated

the Metal Gear Solid characters. Before I warn you all that this movie contains

spoiler on texture of Saga and is therefore addressed to those who have completed all the chapters.

Also I not address the main events, but I will try to focus on the psychology

the character. I want to clarify that it will be a very personal interpretation,

why feel free to comment and tell me what you think.

Zero is one of the most enigmatic personalities MGS. Its presence in the chapters is in fact

limited; yet his figure will a central role in carrying fifty

Saga. The particular choice of leaving shadow a character so fundamental,

It comes from the desire to give a halo of mystery, which adapts perfectly to the

his role. Despite what you may think, Zero has a great characterization

psychological, thanks to which we can interpret the reasons that lead to the establishment

Patriots, or Cipher: those that will be considered by all lovers of the saga

as antagonists for excellence. To understand at best, it is very important to deepen

the nature of his relationship with The Boss and Big Boss, two figures which will condition for

always his actions; and will continue to influence the overall balance also

after his death. Oh David, was born in the early 900

Britain and now embarks on a career military that led him at a young age to meet

The Boss. They will work in the forces Armed British, participate in the second

World War II, and later meet the young John, who became a student

the woman. As events lead irreversible changes in their relationship,

Zero will remain forever linked to memories of those years. The feeling of camaraderie

and friendship that The Boss had aroused during missions together, will make it

nostalgically linked to the woman and her ideology. Zero will be a fact in 1964

of the figures that will be more shock from his sacrifice and the desire that the woman

had expressed shortly before his death, the to want to devote his life to the realization

of his will. It will be the attempt to realize

The Boss's dream that will lead in 1970 to the Birth of the Patriots. The group, founded by

Zero, consisted of five members, those who had attended and remained

affected by the events of Snake Eater: EVA, the woman with whom The Boss had confided

telling his sad story of sacrifice and suffering; Ocelot, son heroin

She had worked with the success of His last mission; Para medic and that Sigint

They had supported, and finally Big Boss. There the presence of the latter was, however,

desired by Ocelot and Zero himself, who wanted alongside them within the organization.

The report that Major grow with Snake is very complex and articulated: fin

by Snake Eater events, now very military experience, Zero will try

instruct Snake, often providing tips, correcting or scolding; what

It may seem a strictly ratio military, however, hides a love that draws

the relationship between a father and a son. Zero He will always have the belief to be successful,

Unlike Snake understand the words The Boss, and will consider the soldier as

a figure rather immature, to drive and help continuously. Even during the

years later, when Jack, affectionate diminutive with which only he and The Boss used to call it,

He diverged more and more organizations government, the man continued to search in vain

to help the young and place despite He not only does not so desire, but sometimes not

He was not even aware of. This because the relationship he had developed with Big Boss

He hid a kind of fixation that will come with time to verge on obsession. After

the formation of the Patriots, the link between the two had become increasingly unstable

and Major had begun to understand the continuous search of independence

the soldier was developing would take them sooner or later to move away forever. In

Zero he definitely saw an old friend, witness memories of The Boss, but

Also a perfect image on which to build the Patriots and their future. So it was that

He decided to use the soldier's DNA clone: precisely this extreme action

But turn away forever Big Boss organization. The act he committed, shows that

his connection with John had a morbid nature that went far beyond the affection: what

Zero wanted was a guarantee not to leave never definitively from the Big

Boss. From the project, in 1972, he was born two

clones, which will be fundamental for the development the next story. I'm Eli, Liquid

Snake, and David, Solid Snake, who gave Zero the same name.

But the division of the Patriots was also caused from the clash increasingly accentuated between the ideology

Big Boss and his. The two had indeed He interpreted the desire of their heroine

very differently: the words of The Boss had instilled in one's will

independence of nations, and the search for its own freedom; another desire,

almost paranoid and check constantly. There Zero vision that will develop in the following years

It will be the one that would lead to the Digital tyranny of the Patriots. in

Cold War years, the vision of a United World appeared decidedly utopian,

Zero, and so he thought that the only solution to unify such a diverse and varied world

would exaggerate approval and control: inhabited by individuals without races, states, affiliations,

and even without separate identities, the planet He would finally be united state.

Probably, the constant control research and surveillance comes to his great

fear of being alone. After the loss of The Boss and the removal of Snake, Zero

in fact, he began to feel the isolation towards which he was pushing and through

his dream of unification found comfort. Contrary to what you might think

to push him in his folly will be just Contact the research will: what

he was trying to accomplish was a foundation that was based on the desire

to recreate a community; the complete elimination the barriers that separate people, they

He would thus led to the direct interaction of their souls. Spirituality is in fact

a feature that distinguishes it from the other characters in the saga. Not by chance,

his vision is expressed in what may be compared to a real church,

in which the figure of Big Boss had been raised icon.

This quasi-religious vision of access and global union took the form paradoxically

by creating a network of intelligence artificial. In the 70 Zero held

In fact, many scientific in an attempt to achieve a technological advance that would create

IA so advanced as to be able to emulate human thought.

In recent years, Zero is the head of an organization that is widening more and more, and is throwing

the basis for the creation of his final vision. Around the world, he has set up

locations of Cipher, name by which the organization He had begun to be called. Zero lived

now completely isolated from the world, afraid that his enemies might now numerous

try to hinder it. For man will spend several years in his apartment without

all facing the outside world, surrounded by appointed men to protect him from potential

threats. After a long time spent in this so, inevitably the man begin to

accusing the loneliness and the desire to go out outdoors, perhaps realizing that

He was now trapped in the prison alone he had built. Ironically,

his last attempt to create a connection so he did nothing but take it to isolate themselves

from the world and the people dearest to him. This was a huge price to pay for David,

who had always shown great, if not excessive attachment to the story

and people linked to his past. There is not no wonder that such a personality

what will be the resulting computer dictatorship that will characterize the years 2000. The terrible

Zero torment he had against the loss and detachment, will be screened on

company that from its ashes will come to life: a world in which these sufferings would not

longer existed. Ironically, it is precisely his past

coming back to haunt him and mark his defeat. Skull Face, Agent Zero who had known

years before and put in charge of a secret unit XOF called, was a man had suffered from

terrible privations and immense suffering: with time began to consider Zero

its ideology as the perfect embodiment of all that had always hated and decides

to carry on a terrible revenge him. The agent, will use an object

very dear to him, tied to his past and The Boss, to infect with the parasites.

These they would have caused a slow but relentless physical decayed, up to lead

vegetative state. Zero will develop a deep hatred

against his tormentor, especially after for the destruction of his hand MFS

He brought Big Boss, seriously injured in a long coma. The man, who continued to entertain

great affection for the old companion, He takes care of its security, transporting

in Cyprus, and the creation of his Phantom. Whose responsibility it was to replace

Big Boss, protecting it in case of threats. Although the action was once again

It was dictated by his obsession to replicate the image of Jack, the man did it with the

in order to help his friend one last Once, aware that getting closer

its end. To succeed in his latest intent, will use EVA, Miller and

Ocelot. To convince them to help him, Zero will use its handling capacity

very effectively, by leveraging weaknesses of both.

He convinced so Miller to stay away from Cyprus, making sure never to come

aware of Snake Venom; Ocelot and to take care of John's safety.

He will express the hope to meet Big Boss again before death, but this

will not happen: in fact in 1984, when Jack awakes, Zero is now just a vegetable

and under the command of Cipher there is a IA that is carrying out his will.

Even after the disappearance Zero, Big Boss continue to have a special importance

for the Patriots. In 1999, when John will mortally wounded by Solid Snake, his

body will in fact be preserved, maintained alive artificially. This is because the ideology

Zero and his will to improve Big Boss to an icon and image of the perfect soldier,

He was persisting. Because of this, John spend long years of induced coma,

imprisoned in the AI system and incapable to awaken. Meanwhile his image

and its genetic makeup continued to exist thanks to the creation of the soldiers

genetic and Solidus Snake, third product Project Les Enfant Terrible created specifically

to become the president of the US and govern on behalf of the Patriots.

For years computer dictatorship of the Patriots She checked the world: a complex system

by AI format that Zero had begun to develop in the 70s could not handle

information, war and economics, and even emotions and actions of individuals through

the nanomachines. The artificial intelligence who ran the information was 4: AL,

TR, TJ, and GW, and bore the initials of their respective American presidents depicted on Mount

Rushmore. At the top of these IA, to control them and manage them, there was a sixth: JD (John

Doe). The key to access the system IA, and then having control, it was still

Once again, just the DNA of Big Boss, which He was held at a secret location with Zero

same. The latter, unable to die, held in

life support and now centenarian She had been trapped in his own

creation. Although the events were driven by

his madness, finally, in 2014, can not which look like a victim. After the destruction

of Liquid Ocelot's hand Patriots, will Big Boss right to take his life, and

finally allow him to die. Zero, including all the figures, is one that perhaps has had

the worst fate. Unlike his old comrades (Big Boss, Ocelot and EVA)

no fact could never repent or get redemption for his mistakes. All that

that remained of him was just an empty body, and he was never even aware of being

He managed in the end to see his old friend.

[GIVEAWAY] What It's like Being on YouTube | 4 Advice for Creativity - Duration: 16:09.

Hi guys, so I'm doing 1,000 subscribers giveaway in this video. So please stay tuned, and thank you so much for making this happen

That's more than the number of my Facebook friends, and it feels very huge for me.

So to express my gratitude, I'm doing a giveaway

And I'll be selecting four winners for the prize, and the prize is going to be a book.

I know that not a lot of people are that enthusiastic about reading,

but trust me, the power good books can have in your life is immense.

I'll be announcing the winners and which book is the prize in one of my future videos

and I'll ship that book to your home address.

Before I tell you how the giveaway works, I want to share four lessons I learned from my creative experience on YouTube

that I hope would encourage you to start your own creative Journey and

awaken that hidden treasure within you: Creativity.

It doesn't have to be making youtube videos. It could be your own painting, blog post, poetry, music

choreography, or even business

and whatever that is, if you choose to join the creative journey, your life will be filled with so much joy, vitality and sense of purpose.

So first of all,

it is crucial to understand the importance of idea before you start your creative journey.

So this world consists of two things: the visible and the invisible.

Pretty much every visible thing, at least man-made visible thing, comes from the invisible.

Everything begins with an idea.

All achievement, all earned riches, all man-made tangible forms have their beginning in an idea.

Facebook started from an idea

Microsoft started from an idea

Starbucks started from an idea, this book started from an idea

Someone made this food because it was on their head first to make this food, my YouTube channel started from an idea,

every man-made tangible thing has their origin in an idea.

And here's a fresh perspective on ideas and creativity:

So, idea is from the Divine world

and it is finding a human collaborator to be manifested into a form

so if the idea came to you, congratulations,

you've been chosen by the divine world, and it wants to work with you.

Of course, ideas don't come to you fully formed. Turning those ideas into tangible forms takes a lot of work, faith,

focus, courage, and hours of devotion which all together form your creativity.

But it's exciting and fulfilling and also you get to have a souvenir at the end of the process, your creation.

You can call it your baby, your brainchild, and whatever you call it looking back on it

it will make you feel so proud and feel that all the sweat and effort you put into it were worth it.

So finally here are the four lessons

I learned that will help you greatly during your creative journey.

If you want to keep up with your creative activities

they will have to be based on your genuine interest not the interests that you pursue

because other people are doing it or because you mainly want fame or money.

And your genuine interest will not necessarily be something that is considered popular,

which means many people might not understand your interest and creation, especially in the beginning.

However, it is far more important that it excites YOU first before it does to your audience

because you are the creator

and you cannot give your audience what you don't have.

If you're not inspired first,

you cannot give inspiration. If you're not excited first, you cannot excite your audience, at least not long enough.

You are the creator, not your audience

and you have to be excited enough

to keep on going in order for your audience to catch up with your enthusiasm and sense of purpose.

So I think genuine interest equals passion.

Many people mistake temporary strong arousal of interest in something as passion,

but it's not. Passion is long-term, steady and consistent interest.

If you think you haven't found your passion yet, think of something that has long been part of your life

and you took for granted that it does not possibly cross your mind

"Oh, maybe that's my passion!"

So for example, my passion is writing, English and Spirituality.

So I always loved to write since childhood.

I remember I secretly used my free time coming up with

imaginary characters and writing fictions, and I also loved writing long letters to people and also my own diary.

But I didn't like writing assignments given at school

nor did I do a good job on them,

and that automatically made me think on a subconscious level that writing is the last thing that can be my passion or my talent.

I unconsciously thought that if something is not related to getting good grade or immediate recognition from other people,

then I have to disregard it.

So I loved writing but at the same time

I was ashamed of loving writing and didn't really pay that much attention to the love I had toward writing.

But now that I know fully that

writing is my passion, especially in English, especially about spirituality and many human issues,

it's easier for me to devote my time and effort to writing without thinking it's stupid or a waste of time

because only with passion you can make your work great and consider it important,

and you see my Youtube videos are all based on my writing.

I'm not necessarily in love with all the filming and video editing process,

but the writing process is what I love so much

and that makes me keep up with this whole Youtube thing even if many parts of it are tough.

So after you identify what your genuine interest is,

something that excites your soul way more than your ego, way more than fear of failure or other people's opinion,

ideas will come to you a lot easily, but when ideas come to you

you'll have both of these emotions simultaneously:

fascination and fear.

Fascination is that a part of your knows that your idea is something fresh, fun and helpful and excites huge part of your soul.

But fascination will always accompany fear. Fear might not show up at first,

but during the creative process, you will sense the presence of fear

Fear of other people's judgement on you or your creation,

fear that comes from knowing that the idea you're conceiving is somehow not in line with the most popular belief,

or maybe it's something considered "uncool" by the masses.

But what's fatal is not the fear itself,

but that you give in to your fear. You let fear get in your way to the extent where it demolishes even your fascination.

But please remember that in your creative journey, what's more important

is that you love and consider important your idea and creative process, more than you fear failure.

So regardless of people's reaction,

it's important that you keep on creating and not be discouraged and give up.

And even if it doesn't have immediate attention or reaction from the public,

believe that somebody out there, even just one person,

needs to hear what you just shared, at least in the future, whether that be a month from now, a year from now, ten years from now.

And consider it a legacy that you're leaving to someone out there.

You have to take pride in your work and know from heart that they matter to keep on going no matter what.

So let's talk about critique. If you join the creative journey, your creation is going to have audience, whether big or small.

And you will get some negative reaction that bothers you in some way, or in obvious ways,

but good news is you will also get positive reactions too,

that will light you up and encourage you even more.

And the truth is negative reaction hurts. Let's be honest, we're all humans.

Of course the intensity of that emotion of hurt would differ depending on the circumstances or the mental state that you're in at the moment,

and also how mean or aggressive that negative critique is,

but knowing in advance that they will hurt helps significantly reduce the damage and frees you even more.

But if you still want some tip, here's the best one: I try to get hurt efficiently,

which means I try to find a meaning in that hurt and turn that hurt into my creative energy.

I think sometimes for your creativity to be maximized,

negative emotions are needed and helpful to a certain degree,

because that will be another driving force to make you want to create something better,

so if you can't avoid them,

it's best to make the better use of them.

One of the things that I consider blessing for my YouTube channel is that my channel didn't start big at all.

It was a very slow growth overall and it's still growing very slowly.

And demographically, the smaller audience means less reaction and less attention, and that takes huge burden off of your shoulder,

especially when you're starting out.

I was never overwhelmed with too much attention or reaction that are beyond what I'm used to or beyond what I can bear

and because of that, I was able to slowly adjust myself to attention and reaction that were increasing gradually

and that way I could focus more on the creative process and my work itself

and figure out what works for me, what kind of psychological pattern I go through. Basically I can analyze myself better, which is crucial.

Training your psychology is very important as much as your creative ability, especially if your work is going to have public audience,

because psychology is the toughest challenge about pretty much any job,

and knowing how to deal with your psychology itself is a big achievement, trust me.

People ask me, how do you come up with all those ideas and thoughts?

The best way to get good ideas and be more creative is to follow the hum.

What do I mean by hum?

Hum also has other names: music from the universe, God's whisper,

and I cannot logically explain what exactly the hum is or how you can listen to the hum,

but from my own experience and reference from so many artists and writers,

I can tell you for sure that you are more likely to hear that hum

when you love more.

So what do I mean by love? You see, love isn't just an emotion that you feel. Love is also an action.

So I would like to define love as an activity that you engage in

accompanied by the emotion of love that makes you be fully present in the moment.

It can be dancing as if no one's watching in the middle of the crowd with your friends,

passionately hugging or kissing someone you love,

devoting your time playing with your children or having intimate conversation with your spouse and enjoying every moment of it.

Something that makes you be so present in the moment,

that you have no attention spare on worrying about what other people think of you or your ego,

because by doing those activities, you are so happy about your state of being itself.

That's the kind of love that will open your heart and ears to hear that hum.

Love is a habit and it requires courage, so it can be hard at first to love like that

to the extent where you become fully present in the moment, and to be honest, in a world where

so many people try to take advantage of your kindness and try to walk all over you and you show your weakness,

it is easy to withhold love no matter how good of a person you are.

But love does not equal disrespecting yourself.

If you tried loving someone,

but you feel that they constantly consider your kindness as being just too easy or naive

or even accuse you of being hypocritical, and mentally drains you even more,

gently move on to find other people to practice love,

and during that process you will influence many people with your love,

even if it doesn't have immediate effect.

So even if it's hard to practice love to everyone and in every moment, which is totally understandable,

I suggest you start simple by picking a day or moment

maybe 15 minutes a day to practice love. And there are so many targets to love and ways of loving.

To give you one of my own examples

I knew someone very kind and I actually really liked him in a man and woman way, and he didn't necessarily like me back

but based on how he handled certain situations and his attitude

I intuitively knew he was not the type of person who was going to take advantage of my feelings.

So I decided not to withhold showing my affection, and I gave many gifts to him,

I sometimes showed up out of the blue to give him a hug or get an autograph, things like that.

And I'm sure it made that person feel good and the best part is,

in those moments that made me happier even more.

And with that sort of energy and happiness, it becomes a lot easier to hear the hum.

And that's just one of the many examples. There are so many ways of loving and you can be creative with the way you love.

It could be loving your friends, be loving your co-workers, your kids,

and speaking of kids,

I think it's easier to love kids because

kids crave love just like we adults do deep inside,

but the huge difference is that children are not afraid to show that crave for love they're more open about it.

So when you show your love to kids, the younger they are, they appreciate it even more

and do not try nor feel the need to hide that they like it, and they give their love back to you.

And that makes it easier to love them even more so if you think it's extremely hard to love in this modern society,

I suggest you find a kid and give them your wholehearted love at that moment.

So people take your idea a lot more seriously when you give it an official form.

Many people that I know in person started taking my words a lot more seriously after I started my YouTube channel,

because when people are listening to the message through screen or through paper

rather than in person, it becomes a lot easier for many people to let their guard down and

really pay full attention and listen to the message itself,

because we're not physically confronting each other, and I think this is the very reason why

inspiration that comes from books or written words are usually stronger and effective than from videos

or a person that you're confronting in person,

because you get to see nothing of the author's physical traits while reading, and vice versa,

so there's less room for judgment or self-consciousness but more room for focusing on and understanding the message itself.

Anyways, so when you have your own official outlet,

the more people are likely to take your work seriously than otherwise

and it's up to you to figure out what is the best type of platform for you to share your message and creation out there.

So there you have it, four lessons that will help you in your own creative journey.

If any one of you were inspired to start your own creative journey,

then let me know, and if you already have your own creative outlet, that's awesome, please keep it up.
