Defense against a Knife Attack coming from the Top - Duration: 3:57.

Today we are talking about three visual kei bands.

V- Last. Visail key band, which gathered in 2009 year.

Shyena did gathered this group. He's former participant Dragonwapppppper band.

Their debut took place on 11 December 2009. Where they performed together with other PS Company's bands.
During this time, they managed to release six singles, the first of which was A-live[2010.03.17]
The next was a single Red Rabbit [2010.06.16]
The next was a single called Chuudokusei Gutter noise [15.09.2010]. Also a clip was released.
The following singles were released in 2011 and there were only three of them.
The first of them was released [26.01.2011] and was called Taisho Nenrei 15-Sai Miman
A clip was also released for this song. And for all the title songs of the other singles too.

How to paint realistic papery poppy petals in watercolor with Anna Mason - Duration: 5:24.
Hi it's Anna Mason here.
If you like painting flowers, it's likely you've wanted to paint something like this
gorgeous bright orange Poppy with its papery looking - creased petals.
There's a lot of detail to capture in those petals - and the challenge is getting a balance
between painting that detail in - and also using the paint to achieve the 3D form of
the petals themselves.
Let me show you how I tackled it: I used a photo as my reference and flipped
my paper around to make it easier to paint.
I began with a really detailed drawing adding in some of the darkest creases in the petals
with my pencil.
After adding a few pale colours to the flower centre I used a super watery orange wash to
lay down across the petals, trying to match to the very lightest tones that I could
see in those petals, and using a small brush to carefully go around
the detailed centre of the flower.
Once that was dry I applied the darkest tones within the petals - using thick red paint
and a small brush so I could create neat lines.
I then added more orange to the mix to lighten it a fraction and worked on painting in the
next darkest creases and darker patches of colour - feathering the edges of those darker
shapes with my brush wherever a fairly smooth transition into lighter colours around would
be needed.
By this stage I've established the upper and lower limits of the petal's tonal range which
means it looks way too high contrast at this stage but actually makes it a lot easier to
now go in and work on the midtones.
I began with the darker midtones - concentrating on where they meet up with the darkest tones
I'd just painted.
The mix is more watery to create a slightly lighter colour and I apply it with a larger
brush - working over and into the transitions into the darkest tones, which have now totally
dried off.
Then I applied it further out into new lines and shapes which are this dark in tone.
It's all these detailed line markings which give the papery effect to the petals.
But of course the contrast levels at this point are way too strong and we need to tackle
that by working on the lighter midtones.
I watered the mix down to lighten it and also added some yellow paint which had the effect
of lightening it more as well as giving it a more yellow glow.
I applied this everywhere this colour or darker - holding off from any areas I thought might
be lighter and creating the angular shapes I could see in the reference photo as I painted.
Once that was dry I used another layer of the same mix to concentrate on the transitions
into the darker tone areas to smooth them and make them more graduated.
Already by this stage the petals are starting to take on some 3D form.
And with all this midtone work complete I could now tell that the lightest tones I'd
painted initially were too light in all but a few places.
So next I used a bigger brush and worked on the lightest tones again with a watery orange wash.
With the layers underneath dry I could apply this on top of the papery line markings I'd
made without loosing those markings underneath.
Once that layer had dried, I could now tell that my darkest tones needed darkening some
more to be brought back in balance so I began my first round of tonal adjustments, using
a smaller brush to add another layer to the darkest tone areas.
And then another layer to the to the darker midtones again, I then added more yellow to
my more watery mix to add another layer to the mid midtones to darken them and also correct
the colour here.
With that dry I added extra line details with a smaller brush to increase the papery effects.
After darkening the flower centre it was more obvious that the petals needed more unifying
so I again used a more yellow orange, fairly watery mix, to apply with a bigger brush over
larger areas of the lighter tones within the petals - wherever I felt they should be darker,
being gentle with my brush so as not to interfere with the line details I'd painted underneath.
This had the effect of solidifying the petals.
Then finally once that had dried off I added a few more line details with the small brush
to make sure the creased, crinkled petal effects effects looked spot on.

3 Mauritian-inspired Bubble Tea Recipes - Chai ✿ Alouda ✿ Panacon | Vegan/Vegetarian Recipe - Duration: 8:45.
I think bubble tea is one of the things that's hard not to love once you've tasted it.
It feels as though the chewy boba or tapioca pearls have a life of their own as they swoosh
around your teeth in their slippery fashion almost avoiding to be chewed.
Bubble tea which is a Taiwanese drink by origin, can be customized in so many ways.
Today we are bringing a fusion of Mauritian touch with three bubble tea recipes that are
inspired from Mauritian drinks which are Cardamom and Ginger Milk Tea
Alouda milk drink and Panacon water
These drinks can also be served without the tapioca pearls
in their traditional Mauritian way.
First let's start with how to prepare the tapioca pearls or the boba.
You'll find the large tapioca pearls at any Asian grocery store or online.
They come in different colours and I am using the black ones for today.
I do recommend that you follow the packet instructions for best results.
Generally, for every cup of dried uncooked tapioca pearls use 4 – 5 cups of water.
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
Then add the boba.
Stir to prevent them from sticking to one another.
Once the boba floats to the top, lower the heat to a low-medium and simmer for about
25 minutes.
Stir every 5 to 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the boba sit in the water for about 10 - 15 minutes.
After this time, drain all the water and rinse the pearls in cold water.
Place the cooked boba in a bowl or jar.
Cover with about 1/3 cup of sugar syrup or maple syrup.
To make simple sugar syrup, mix 1 part of water with 1 part of sugar.
Heat in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved.
Then simmer until the liquid is thick and syrupy.
Let the pearls rest for about 15 minutes in the syrup before using.
Now let's make our bubble tea preparations.
You'll find the printable version of each of these recipes on our website.

The first recipe is cardamom and ginger black milk tea.
This spiced tea is much loved and savoured by many Mauritians.
We will need about 1.5-cm cube of fresh ginger root, sliced thinly.
Place the water, ginger slices, cinnamon stick and opened cardamom pods in a saucepan.
Heat on medium-high temperature until the water reaches boiling point.
Turn off the heat, then add 2 – 3 teaspoons of loose tea or 1 – 2 tea bags depending
on the strength.
Let the tea steep for 5 minutes then drain through a sieve.
Allow to cool completely.
By the way if you want to enjoy this tea hot, once drained, just add some plant-based milk
and enjoy.
To assemble the bubble tea, place 1/4 cup of cooked tapioca pearls into a serving glass.
Add the brewed cooled tea and some ice cubes.
Top with plant-based milk of your choice.
The boba already has some syrup but you may adjust the sweetness if needed.
You can also adjust the ratio of the black tea to the milk depending on how milky or
strong you like your tea.
Our second recipe is inspired from the Mauritian flavoured milk drink known as Alouda.
It's the Mauritian version of the Indian falooda.
This drink is traditionally made with milk, grated jelly and basil seeds.
I have swapped in the tapioca pearls for the basil seeds.
One of the characteristic components of alouda is the agar agar jelly that is usually dyed
red or pink with artificial colourants.
I am using beetroot juice as a natural colourant in my recipe.
You won't taste the beetroot at all, trust me.
Plus you'll get some added nutrients.
Peel and chop the beetroot.
Then blend it with one cup of water.
Once well blended, pass the mixture through a fine mesh sieve
to extract the beetroot juice.
Keep the pulp for later use (example in cakes, cookies, hummus etc).
To make the jelly, add the beetroot juice to a saucepan with the agar agar powder.
Mix to dissolve the powder.
Turn on the heat to high-medium temperature and bring to a boil.
Then simmer for one full minute to activate the agar agar.
Remove from the heat and pour into small ramekins or bowls to set.
Set aside until cooled then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
Once the jelly is set, demould it and coarsely grate or cut into small pieces.
To assemble the alouda bubble milk, place the boba in the glass.
Add the vanilla essence.
You may also add some rose water if you like the flavour.
Add some ice cubes.
The raspberry ice cubes are not typical of this drink.
That's just my personal touch.
Add in about 2 - 3 tablespoons of the grated jelly.
Top with non-dairy milk.
Taste and adjust the sweetness with some sugar or maple syrup to your liking.
The red colour of the beetroot from the jelly will lightly seep through turning the milk
into a lovely pink hue.
Our third recipe is inspired from the Panacon drink (also known as panakam) which is a fresh
lemon drink with a couple of spices.
Panakam originates from South India and we have our own Mauritian version
with a few variations.
Fresh lime or lemon juice constitutes the base of this drink.
For variation, fresh orange juice and tamarind juice can also be added.
To make the panacon water, mix the juice from one lime, sugar or syrup, ginger powder and
cardamom powder in a pitcher.
Add about 2 cups of water and mix well.
To assemble the drink, simply place the tapioca pearls in the serving glass.
Add some ice cubes and pour the spiced lemon juice to fill the glass.
Garnish with mint leaves and a couple of empty cardamom pods.
Ginger and cardamom powder turn this simple lemon drink into a unique combination of flavours
– cooling and warming at the same time with sweet floral notes.
The addition of some chewy tapioca pearls just opens up a dimension of textures as well.
On a sidenote, you may omit the tapioca pearls for the traditional Mauritian Panacon water.

CRITIQUE + Severus Snape & The Marauders 3/5 - Duration: 11:06.
The scenario gives us a subtle clue about Lily knowing the place they went to
We know Lily herself witnessed these five people leaving to fight
Or at least saw them leave together
We know she will probably react to that
and that she knows the place they went to
So we have all the clues needed to know that she will come after them at some point
Either immediately or after having looked through several other places
In any case we already have all the elements to make this deduction
This is a very good way to build a plot
Because we have all the required clues
to think it quite logical that Lily would appear at some point during the fight
It's confirmed James attacked Snape because of his feelings for Lily
and because he doesn't want her to befriend Snape
In the director's commentary, he said that
James did not act out of jealousy
or because Lily was friends with Snape in the past
but because he was thinking of their future
and the fact that Snape would potentially turn into a mortal enemy of his
so he didn't want that to happen to Lily too
The role reversal is complete at this point
That is to say that Snape, who is the bad guy in the original story
(although he did some good deeds he still is pretty awful)
but now he is fighting one against four
He is being insulted, since James uses derogatory nicknames for him
James's actor uses aggressive postures
and enters Snape's personal space
so he is physically threatening Snape
He said he just wanted to scare him but we can feel there is
something worse
something dangerous at work in him
Jame's character is not evil
but he is the bad guy of this story
We can see he is not inherently cruel or bad
but he is, at the moment, acting that way
we get a nuanced characterization
By contrast we see Snape on the defensive
and the actor uses his facial expressions very well
because he gives us both pouts of disdain
and glimpses of innocence
which let us see that his character, even though he is originally evil
endorses, in this story, the role of the good guy
and acts fairly as he only defends himself
Jame's first shot is red
and Snape's first (defensive) shot is blue
In fiction, attacking first, without warning, and firing red
is code for evil
While being defensive and using blue
is the prerogative of the heroes (still in fiction)
The film visually guide us through the underlying message
and we get to the proper fight
At the first we see just a few tentative shots being fired
It could be uninteresting but we know what the stakes are
and we know what the characters are feeling
Snape is being attacked, per usual
which irritates him a little
but he is not very aggressive yet
while James is rather cranky
angry
He is afraid of his future
of a war approaching
of Snape and Lily's relationship
which can prove dangerous for Lily
He is at the center of the story at that point
and is our protagonist (but not the hero)
But when he starts to shoot arrows
which could be fatal
he clearly crosses the line
Remus, as mentioned earlier, can symbolize his rational side
and therefore his conscience
and Remus tries to calm James because he sees him crossing that line
But on the next frame we see James ignores this warning
He ignores his conscience trying to get him back on track
He is submerged by emotions
Seing him frontally threaten us, the viewer
is putting us in Snape's shoes
to have us experience first hand the danger James now represents
James is now officially the villain
But at the moment the line is crossed
we move to the second stage of the fight
one where Snape actively defends himself
and where he takes the advantage over James
The first stage of the fight served to show a change in Jame's character
from bully to full-on attacker
Snape not only defends himself but takes the advantage and attacks
From the moment James hit him physically
and refused to admit his defeat
the character that gets to evolve is Snape's
from a loner who was bullied for years by this group of friends
to a fighter who realizes he can hold his ground
he can defend himself, and he can attack
So there is also an evolution in this character's emotions and psyche
We move to the third stage of the fight
We see that Sirius, who keeps repeating "we are stronger together"
throws himself into the fight to defend James
His first shot, which again was unannounced, is red
and thus we realize he does not fight fair
and is also a bad guy
Which we could see coming from the start
He was by James's side on the pub's table
He was slightly illuminated by the green light I mentioned earlier on
He is very loyal, almost forced to be loyal to the person he considers his brother and his only family
So it's only logical that it would him
Jame's emotional side
who first runs to his help
And then we move on to what I would call pure action
(which was probably be very fun to film because there are no special effects when you brandish a wand)
(so they are just gesticulating like muppets actually)
This could be pure action and feel boring
Except the scenario first introduced the concept of a duel
then keeps adding fighters
which spices it up a notch
So not only do we get character development
but also, in the midst of an action scene
we get an interpretation of what could actually be a magic fight between three wizards
Remus, again, plays the conscience part
and calls the protagonist and his emotions for them to toe the line
which they totally ignore
It's only when James's conscience barely avoids a hit
that it sheds its moral principles and hops into the fight
New stage in the battle: now we have three against one
This is how the battle remains interesting, because every passing instant it offers a new variation of itself
This fight is constantly evolving
as are the characters
All the while Snape continues to discover his own power
and realizes, both with satisfaction and in awe
that he is strong enough to face three people who are also very good at magic
He continues to measure his own prowness
He is less guarded, less defensive
He looks more like a dancer or a swordfighter
He seems more at ease, more aware of his own power
When Peter jumps into the battle, the musical theme changes
(for one the music is gorgeous)
It's really interesting as
we see these four friends, used to do mischief together,
who are gathered around a fight
and the music becomes upbeat, entertaining, fun
It indicates these four fighting friends are having fun

The musical theme changes

we can be ganged upon by a "stronger together" group
In Harry Potter verse, we are supposed to be together out of love
which implies we are all nice and good
(because love is so cool right)
Except the scenario shows us that
the love that binds these four friends together
is hurting the person who is alone and ill-loved
What the scenario does that is quite interesting
is turning this "love is good at the roots" trope around
by showing us that, if used to commit bad actions,
love is not necessarily better than hate

Former Paterson police officer Manuel Avila was cleared of accusations that he forced a woman in custody to perform oral sex.

PATERSON – A former police officer who spent nine years on paid leave after being accused of forcing a woman in custody to perform oral sex on him is fighting a state board's decision to cut his pension.
The former officer, Manuel Avila, is attempting to get a $72,000 annual pension, which would include credit for six years while he was suspended, according to public records.
A state board has approved a reduced pension excluding those six years, which would give him an annual pension of $50,000 the records show.
The six years in question represent the time Avila remained suspended with pay after he was acquitted of the criminal charges in the case.
The New Jersey Police and Firemen's Retirement System board ruled last March that Avila should have resumed working after he was cleared of the criminal charges and that he should not get credit for that time in his pension.

But Avila is contending that he tried to return to work at the conclusion of the criminal trial. He has asserted that the city would not allow him to do so.
City officials have said that they kept Avila on paid suspension after the criminal case because a lawsuit and departmental charges were pending against him.
The civil case was resolved in the summer of 2011 and the departmental charges eventually were dropped by the city in 2016, when Avila filed his retirement papers.
The Avila case has cost Paterson taxpayers more than $2 million, including legal fees, the settlement of the woman's lawsuit, and the pay he received for not working.
Shortly before the alleged sex incident in 2007, a psychiatrist had deemed Avila unfit to carry a weapon, according to court records.

But city officials decided to allow him to stay on the job for another six months so he could reach a 20-year pension milestone, court records show.
Avila was assigned to the prisoner holding cell area, where he would not have to carry a gun, the records show.
Avila's appeal contains a sworn statement by Steve Olimpio, the man who was president of the Paterson police union at the time the criminal case against Avila was resolved.
Olimpio said that after Avila was exonerated, he asked then-Chief James Wittig about Avila's return to duty. Olimpio said Wittig told him to hold off because of the impending departmental charges.
"I argued against such filing and then our meeting ended," Olimpio said in the statement.
Avila's appeal will be handled by the state Office of Administrative Law, according to pension records. The hearing of the appeals has been scheduled for January, officials said.
