Talking Dragon Age: The Harvester (Lore & Fan Theory) - Duration: 6:28.
Welcome back to Talking Dragon Age, the show where I talk about Dragon Age.
This episode is all about the Harvester.
The Harvester is essentially a golem made from flesh instead of stone.
It's actually what Orsino turned into at the end of DAII, though it was first introduced
in the The Golems of Amgarrak DLC for Dragon Age: Origins.
I've played through it several times, and...well, as a side note, it was good, but Origins wasn't
really built for it.
That mysterious, almost horror vibe they were going for just didn't match the gameplay style
of Origins.
That aside, IT WAS interesting.
The basic plot is that an expedition set out to find the lost thaig of Amgarrak.
Amgarrak was a place that was studying golem craft after Caridin had sealed away his Anvil
and destroyed most of his research.
The expedition disappeared under mysterious circumstances, so the Warden-Commander is
asked by Jerrick Dace, to help him figure out what happened.
Jerrick explains that he had helped fund the expedition and had a brother that had gone
with it.
Upon their arrival in the thaig, they immediately find that things aren't quite right.
There's clearly some very strange magic at work in the area, and they see something scurry
away when they first enter.
They then find Brogan, Jerrick's brother, who is conviently the only survivor.
They learn that almost everyone in the expedition was killed by that thing they saw.
Something called "The Harvester."
Upon searching the thaig, and finding codex entries, we're able to piece together what
actually happened at Amgarrak and what the Harvester is.
So here's what happened: only a bit of Caridin's research was able to be recovered, and it
was eventually granted to House Dolvish by the reigning dwarven queen at the time.
House Dolvish, along with a Tevinter mage named Nereda promised to recreate Caridin's
work and eventually create new golems.
They set up shop in Amgarrak, and when they believed they were ready, they petitioned
the Mining Caste for a big shipment stone and iron to actually get to work building
the golems.
The Mining Caste refused, as they didn't believe Amgarrak could actually follow through on
their promise and it would end up just being a collasal waste of resources.
So, the dwarves of Amgarrak do the logical thing and start killing off casteless and
using their bodies to make the golems.
Because, of course, right?
I mean ,what are you supposed to do?
They're underground!
It's not like they can just find a whole bunch stone.
Well, Nereda protested the idea, but the dwarves were raised to believe the casteless were
worth less than dirt, and it was ultimately their decision.
But I guess because they didn't have the Anvil, they couldn't put the soul of a dwarf
into the golem, so Nereda bound a spirit from the Fade into it instead.
Well, the golem's head jumped off and ran away, and then began to kill everyone in the
thaig.
Having realized their mistake, the survivors made use of the thaig's lyrium wells to seal
the creature within.
It survived their for centuries before the Warden-Commander showed up.
Deciding that everything about the thaig was too dangerous to preserve, the group resolves
to kill the Harvester and collapse the thiag.
But THEN...
Bum Bum BUM!
So what I gather is that when they collapsed the thaig, they also destroyed the only thing
keeping the Harvester contained; the Lyrium Wells.
And that's where it gets weird...
Yeah, THAT'S where it gets weird.
I'm not even questioning the rest of this, but the Lyrium Wells are apparently able to
affect the Veil within a certain radius.
Everything gets weird when start talking about the Veil.
Apparently the wells served as a power source, and assisted in the creation of the Harvester.
But these switches throughout the thaig change the whole environment.
Or at least, for the people that press them.
It seems to me like it's creating a sort of glitch in the Veil.
Shifting through different levels, maybe?
Or allowing certain parts of the Fade to creep through?
I can't tell.
But I guess that's besides the point.
All I can say for sure is that the Lyrium Wells played a vital role in keeping the Harvester
trapped.
With the thaig destroyed, we see multiple Harvester heads escaping into the Deep Roads.
This raises a few more questions.
I mean, the ancient notes suggest that they only ever made one, so did it the original
make more somehow?
Or was it able to split its consciousness across multiple bodies?
I think that's more likely because I don't see how it would have been able to make more.
I think its only goal is to add more corpses to itself in order to grow.
But then it was able to split itself into multiple pieces.
That's my best guess, anyway.
Regardless, let's remember that this all took place about 10 years before Inquisition.
So where have these things all been the past 10 years?
I mean, probably in the Deep Roads, which could explain why we haven't seen them since.
But where, specifically?
By traveling the Deep Roads, they COULD end up anywhere in Thedas.
Even Tevinter.
So when will we see them again?
And in what capacity?
Will it be a huge, world-shaking disaster?
Or more like Jaws of Hakkon where it's almost like that, but the protagonist stops them?
I think I would prefer that second option, but I won't be too picky about it.
So let's recap.
The Harvester grows in power by adding more corpses to itself.
It may have created more of its kind while trapped in Amgarrak, but I think it just split
itself into multiple bodies.
Like a single AI controlling multiple robots.
Not a lot of evidence either way, so I guess it's just a hunch.
The Harvester will probably return at some point, and I am very excited to see how and
when it does.
So I guess that about wraps this up, but I want to mention...
The Lyrium Wells...
If these things are somehow able to exert power over the Veil,
could these somehow be used against Solas?
Just something to ponder.

How to Make a Duct Tape Cord Keeper | Sophie's World - Duration: 4:29.
hi I'm Sophie and welcome to my world the other day I was doing this party and
I had all of these hoops that I needed to transport and they kept falling apart
and I was like I need to strap these things together and then it hit me
duct tape and so I came up with my own little duct tape like holder right and
so I was like this is great and when I came back I was like this would be
awesome for holding my wires together too so I've come up with this little
duct tape wire keeper and I want to share it with you right now the best
thing it's going to use the end of the roll so you know when you get to the end
of that duct tape roll and you're like what do I do with this last little bit
of paper well you make a wire wrapper and I'm going to teach you how to make
it right now for this project you're going to need the end of the roll of a
duct tape work surface scissors the wires or item you want to wrap and a
ruler so first things first this is the end of the roll if you don't know what
the end of the roll is if you're new to duct taping when you pull it off you see
that there is this cardboard backing it gives you about a foot of duct tape that
is pretty unusable for making a duct tape project but it makes great other
crafts so all you need is this part of it you just need the part that has the
cardboard on it now if you don't have any duct tape that is ready for the end
of the roll I'm going to show you very quickly how you can make your own and
that is just pull piece of tape off and fold it on to itself just lining up
those edges and you can make a little strap that way same thing but we're
going to be using the end of the roll here so we want to make sure that this
is the right size so we lay down and cover our strap
we want to give ourselves an extra two inches so from the point
that it crosses there I want to give myself an extra two inches so right
there
fold your duct tape in half long ways we're just going to cut like a little
like a shark bite out of it almost like a thumb like you just put your thumb
down and it's like a little matching around your thumbprint like just a
little divot I'm going to leave about a half of an inch here and I'm going to do
my little divot so I'm leaving about a half an inch right there see right there
half an inch and then I'm going to do my little divot so that it makes like a
letter T up there we're almost done believe it or not okay
so keep it folded in half and again about a half an inch from the end just
give it a little snip now this is about a half inch snip even less it's
about 3/8 of an inch so between between a quarter and a half inch I've just made
a little snip there and that's where this is going to slide through so you
take your wires lay them down wrap it around hold this and just slide it
through that hole
open up your ends and there you go you got a perfect strap to hold them
together and that's all there is to taking the end of the roll and turning
it into something useful a wire wrapper or a hoop minder if you like now if you

There is no doubt it's been a whirlwind few months for Fikayo Tomori, the 19-year-old defender who is currently part of the Chelsea squad out in Asia.
As achievements go, winning promotion, becoming a world champion and then being included in Antonio Conte's travelling party for the trip to China and Singapore, all in such a short space of time, is pretty hard to top for a young, developing player.
The fact Tomori has featured in all three of our pre-season friendlies so far – the training match against Fulham at Cobham and then Arsenal and Bayern Munich while on tour – has given him even more reason to be full of confidence right now.
'This team are the Premier League champions so it's good to be involved in the trip and to have the opportunity to experience a different culture,' Tomori tells the official Chelsea website, as we sit down to talk at the team hotel in Singapore.
'I've been to Hong Kong before and I've just come back from the Under-20 World Cup, which was in South Korea, so I've spent quite a bit of time in Asia recently, but this trip is all about getting ready for the new season.
'It was a great experience and I enjoyed it because I lined up alongside some great players and against strong opposition,' he says, when asked how it felt to play in both of the matches we have played on the trip so far, most recently against Bayern Munich last night when he replaced Marcos Alonso.
'It would have been nice if I'd scored the chance I had in the Arsenal game but it was a great result and it was really nice that the younger players were given a chance to prove themselves as well.
In each of the three matches Tomori has played this pre-season he has been introduced at right wing-back, and it's a position he has looked comfortable in, with his natural defensive instincts complimented by the pace and power he provides in the attacking third.
'I've never actually played right wing-back before but I played right-back quite a lot in my earlier years,' he says.
'The manager has made me aware of what's required in the role; where to be, where to run and where to pass the ball, which has made it a lot easier for me.
I'm enjoying it and hopefully whenever I get a chance I can make an impression.'.
The undoubted highlight of this recent period for Tomori was when he helped England Under-20s win the World Cup in South Korea last month, the young Three Lions securing the trophy courtesy of a 1-0 win over Venezuela in the final.
As the centre-back pairing, Tomori and his Chelsea team-mate Jake Clarke-Salter were integral to England's success, and it's an achievement he looks back on with immense pride.
'It was an amazing experience,' he recalls. 'Playing for your country is great and playing in a World Cup is huge.
For us to go on and win it was absolutely fantastic. There was a good feeling around the whole tournament and to win it just topped it all off.
'Myself and Jake were roomies for five weeks as well as centre-back partners. We've known each other since we were 10 and it's helpful on the pitch because we understand how one another plays.
We've been playing together for a very long time and that certainly made the whole experience easier. 'On the pitch the players all wanted to work for each other because we were trying to achieve the same goal.
There was a great team spirit and after every game we would get into a huddle, so it worked really well for us. It's a memorable achievement and now I just want to win more trophies.'.
Tomori is preparing for the coming campaign in the perfect manner, but it was the way he ended last season that set the tone for the run of success which followed.
The defender joined Brighton & Hove Albion on loan last January and was part of the Seagulls' team which secured promotion to the Premier League in May, with the experience as a whole one which the player benefited greatly from.
'Being my first loan it was a new experience because I was on my own and I had to really fight for a place in the team,' Tomori remembers.
'Every time I played I felt I did well and the team were going for promotion so it was quite an intense time.
'Winning matches was all that mattered, the team ended up gaining promotion and for me to be involved in all of that was fantastic. I hope I can experience good times like that again.
'The manager, Chris Hughton, was really good at talking to the players and doing one-on-one work. He was a defender during his career so that helped me. Everybody at the club made me feel very welcome and it was a great experience.'.
For Tomori, who made his Chelsea first team debut in the final game of the 2015/16 season, the trip to Asia has been extremely productive, and with just one game left to play, on Saturday against Inter, his aims are clear.
'If I get my chance I just have to play as well as I can and do what the manager asks of me,' he says. 'I'm on a pre-season tour, I just want to enjoy it and do the best I can.'.

To further the Savior's call to take the
gospel to all the world, the Missionary Training Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints in Provo, Utah has expanded at the foothills of the Wasatch Range of the
Rocky Mountains.
Two six-story buildings have been finished and are now in use to train missionaries before
they leave to their assigned areas of service around the globe.
"One of our primarily objectives in our
design structure was to create a connection with the outside, with nature, with God's
creations and to allow as much as possible natural light to come into the space.
So as you look from the outside you can see that the exterior is primarily glass. And in most
of the study spaces missionaries see window space that is wall to wall and floor to ceiling."
"It's amazing. It has these huge open spaces.
The classrooms have these beautiful, big windows. And all the colors and the murals, everything
is just so visually appealing, and it's so nice to be here."
"I really like the outdoors at this new facility.
There's one place in specific that I like to go to with my companion. It's on the terrace.
It's just a green open area on top of a building, and we can always rely on there to just feel
really peaceful and to feel the spirit when we plan."
In all there are over 200 classrooms, more
than one hundred practice teaching rooms,
thirteen computer labs and dozens of quiet
spaces, each designed to enhance the missionary training experience.
"I love going to those ponder areas. They're set up
so that I can go and be quiet in an area and really just focus on digging into the scriptures
and feasting on the words of Christ."

environment that allows the missionaries to really fully understand their missionary purpose.
They realize that this MTC experience is a unique opportunity for them to strengthen

In addition to the heightened atmosphere created
by the new buildings, the recreational facilities and cafeteria options remain important to
the MTC environment.
Since its opening in 1976, the Provo MTC has
trained more than 600,00 missionaries from nearly every country and trains missionaries
for the Church's 421 missions in 55 languages.
It has a capacity to train as many as 3700
missionaries at a time and is one of 15 MTC's around the world to prepare the gradually
growing global missionary force.
"The missionaries who come here, they have devoted eighteen months to two years, to serving the
Lord and serving others. The principles they will learn here will not only develop a foundation
for them to go out and be good missionaries, but be a foundation that will help them the
rest of their lives. This in itself is an anomaly to the world, this type of service,
and it's truly a miracle that happens here."

22 fashion & beauty words that are actually French ! | Justine Leconte - Duration: 7:15.
Hi everyone, it's Justine. Today's video is for fun. Since people know I'm French,
I'm getting more and more very sweet comments under my videos - in French or
trying to write in French, which is extremely cute, and I realize how many
French words are actually used in English: some of them are used
translation for translation, they mean the same in both languages; others mean
something completely different. So I started a list of those words focusing
just on fashion and beauty to start with, and it is quite a list already, so I want
to share that list with you guys. If you feel that some of the words are hard to
spell, which I totally get because in French we don't pronounce most of the
letters in a word, I know that, then feel free to activate the subtitles which are
next to the volume button. You can click on it so you see the
subtitles and you know how to spell the words. It's going to go fast so let's
start with fashion words: When you find something or someone elegant and
nice-looking, you say it's "chic" not chick. "Couture" or "haute couture" is hand-sewn
fashion for which there is no inventory. Each piece is made to order and
literally tailored on the body of the person who's going to wear it. There are
only a few pieces of each garment that will ever exist worldwide. On the other
side "prêt-à-porter" is produced in advance so you have inventory of those garments
and no tailoring work is planned. You go into the store, put it on and leave the
store. It's ready to be worn so it's actually the opposite of haute couture.
Making a "faux-pas" which is used a lot in fashion actually means putting one foot
ahead of the other but placing it in a wrong position like when you're dancing
and you step onto the foot of your partner. The entire society in the room
is embarrassed... "Lamé" is a type of fabric made of metallic yarns, that's why it's
so shiny on the surface where it moves "Lamé" has an accent on the e. What is
called "lingerie" in English is actually pronounced lingerie in French
and it's the exact translation for women's underwear. I do agree though, it
sounds a bit more sexy and suggestive in English. The "culotte" in French has
nothing to do with the culottes that you guys wear, those white pants half-calf
length, elegant pants. It's something completely
different. In French, it means the most basic standard and un-sexy type of
underwear for women,, the kind that you buy in packs of three. Now would that
qualify to be called lingeriey or not?... A "provocateur" is an agitator, someone who
provokes and tries to create an uproar or trouble. So
the brand Agent Provocateur, which is a lingerie brand, says what it says, that is
actually what they want their consumers to feel like. "À la mode" means fashionable,
trendy. It certainly has nothing to do with the dessert that includes ice cream
or with the dish that has cheese on top of it...
An "appliqué" is a motif that you
attach onto the surface of a fabric. It's not the same as embroidery because
embroidery consists of just thread, that you saw really tie it onto the fabric.
But you know what? In French we don't really say appliqué. I
heard that so much when I was studying fashion in the US and they were like "oh
you're French, you should know what it means". I know what appliqué means. It doesn't
mean what you mean. The "corsage" is the chest of an adult woman, so it includes
curves, that's what i mean. By extension it also means the part of a garment that
covers that area for modesty. It used to be something you would lace up over a
"corset" that's why it's called corsage. When you say that in French, it is quite
suggestive, it's not something you would say in a daily conversation. "Petite"
is the feminine adjective meaning someone who's small, so a small woman,
a tiny woman or a little girl. You'd use that word just to refer to the height
whereas in English, it means an adult woman who is short but with regular
proportions so it actually doesn't mean the same in French and in English.
I'm sure there are many more words in fashion that come from the French
language but now let's move on to beauty for a minute. A "chignon" is a high bun,
technically, pulled towards the back and it has to be nice and tidy to be called
a chignon. Ballet dancers wear chignons. And they do "pointes" and "entrechats" which are
also terribly French words. Ballet words are used in French, in the text, in many other
languages. A "coquette" is a lady who's trying to flirt and
tease potentially interested candidates using her physical appearance her
outfits and her makeup. It's not exactly a compliment in French. Wearing
"eau de Cologne" was trending in all the courts of Europe, of kings and queens, before
modern perfumes were invented. But in fact, Cologne is called Köln, it's a
city in Germany not in France. So to be fair, we should be using the German word
because that's where eau de Cologne is from. Now "eau de toilette" was slightly perfumed
water that noble and rich people in former times used in the morning to wash
their faces and hands, instead of taking a proper shower... Not that sexy is it?
"Faire sa toilette" means washing yourself, that's it. It is not as poetic as you'd think, I bet...
"Rouge" is the power that you apply as a final makeup touch once you're done
to make yourself look lively and fresh. You know what? In French we don't say
rouge, we say blush because using the English word is a lot cooler! Or we say
"fard à joue", which I admit is impossible to spell: three words, one accent, horrible...
A "brunette" is a brown-haired lady. Well in French, "brune" actually means black-haired!
So everytime I talk about hair in my videos, I have to think real hard
before I say it, otherwise I get it wrong every time. A "bourgeois" was a rich
citizen, the category between noble and rich families and the poor, normal people,
who had basically no rights. Normal people used to hate bourgeois and
even today bourgeois is quite a negative word to say. But guess what: it's also the
name of a cosmetics brand: Bourgeois. And every time I hear it, I wonder why on
earth would you want to name your brand that way?... Now why are so many French
words used in English especially in those topics? Why is it cooler to say it in
French when you actually also have words for them in English? French used to be
the language of the kings and the highborns since the middle age,
everywhere in Europe, They were all cousins and they talked to each other in
French, as a way of showing to the rest of the
world that they were different and better. And those people with so much
money didn't work: they kept busy with outfits, with looking pretty and with
food. That's why especially in those topics
you find so many words in French. Et voilà! That's the end of this

3 Money Affirmations to Change Your Life - Duration: 10:38.
Hey, Lucky B. It's Denise here from LuckyBitch.com.
You might know that I absolutely love a good affirmation. I think they are just as
powerful as an amazing book and way quicker, too. Affirmations, or mantras,
are actually a huge part about how I've manifested my first class life and business.
I always recommend them as a great starting point if you're looking to
drastically upgrade your life. I've used many affirmations over the years,
depending on what I was trying to manifest. I always get asked what the best affirmations
are for specific situations. Today, I'm going to give you three of my absolute
best affirmations that can help you shift from feeling ick and negative to feeling
fabulous and deserving really quickly. Let's do it.
Before we start, what are affirmations – just in case you don't know. Here's a
reminder: affirmations are just positive brain training statements that help you
shift your focus from the negative – where a lot of us spend our time – to
the positive. They're also great pattern interrupters and they just feel good, too.
What do I mean by a pattern interrupter? It's like this: You might be going about
your day when you notice that you're kind of dwelling on some negative stuff like, "I
can't be successful because I'm not smart enough. Or maybe I need to do
another certificate or maybe I need to lose 10 pounds first." It just goes, "Blah,
blah, blah, blah," in your head all day long. If you don't interrupt that negative thought
pattern, you'll probably create a downward spiral that manifests more frustration,
more lack and more negativity. When you're feeling crap about yourself, you
often miss opportunities. You talk yourself out of taking action and you get stuck in
procrastination. Negative self-talk is probably one of the biggest sabotaging
patterns that I see in women who aren't living their ideal life. But it's also one of
the quickest, cheapest and easiest ways to turn things around. Now, if you use an
affirmation, like the one that I teach all the time, "It's my time and I'm ready for the
next step," it immediately gives your brain something to focus on instead of those
annoying negative patterns and, "Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah," stuff. This particular
affirmation, "It's my time and I'm ready for the next step," sends that message, "No, I
am ready for the next step. I only need to do one more thing." Plus, that one also
gets you out of that jealousy feeling that everyone else is getting the opportunities
and reminds you that good things can happen to you as well. When you train
your brain to look for the positive, you automatically start to feel better and then
you act in different ways. You might feel more motivated to take action – even a
small one – and it has a knock on effect to creating positive outcomes as well.
If you use affirmations, whenever you notice the negative thoughts coming to
play, you can say it, you can write it down, you can read it, but it interrupts that
downward spiral before it creates anymore drama in your life. If you
do it enough, you can train your brain to manifest awesome things for you.
What are the best affirmations that you can use to grow your business an abundance?
Here are the ones that I'm loving right now. Number one: My face is my fortune.
I use this one all the time now. This is for you, especially if you're hiding away.
For your customers to connect with you, you need to be seen. People love connecting
with an actual person and a real face. Even though you might think you're not
perfect yet, that's exactly what your customers want to see. That's the way
that you can differentiate yourself in a crowded market; just be you. Yes, even
right now, even at your current weight, even though you think that you're not ready.
Even if you're worried that you're not good enough. Just keep on saying, "My face is my fortune."
I used to actually think I had to completely change everything about myself to be
successful. My accent, for example. I thought, "I can't be Australian and be
successful." It's weird, I know. You might have your own BS excuses as well.
Your success and abundance will skyrocket when you're okay just being successful
exactly as you are now. My face is my fortune. It could mean that you have to
get some new headshots. Yes, even before you're ready. Every time you do it,
you'll feel your business going to the next level. Maybe you've got to use your face
on your branding. Even if you're a product business, give yourself permission to be
seen as a real-life model of what you do. Your face is your fortune.
If you make things, you can even show the behind the scenes of your work space
and how you create your work. Give people an idea of the face behind the business.
That can also help you charge well for what you do because your audience
appreciates the work that goes into your product. Be brave. Show a mix of photos
of you maybe glammed up and then some real-life ones as well. You'll be
surprised at what your audience resonates with. Then, put yourself on your website.
Put a picture of yourself on your about page and all your social media profiles.
I see so many people hide away by using a picture of their animals or maybe an old
picture of them wearing sunglasses or whatever. Your face is your fortune.
Get on camera. Do live streams. Maybe just do some prerecorded videos.
Let your audience connect with you and your face. Do what feels comfortable, but
show up, be yourself and show yourself. Repeat that mantra. Write it down if you
want to – my face is my fortune – anytime you feel like you're not good
enough, you're not ready or you want to hide away from the world. The connection
to that real you is what's going to grow your tribe and grow your income.
Mantra number two. You might have heard me say this before:
I serve, I deserve. When I first started saying this affirmation, honestly, it
completely changed the way I felt about my impact on the world and my ability to
receive abundance in return. I used to feel terrible and so guilty that I couldn't
help everybody. I would just constantly at 3:00 in the morning wake up worrying
about the things that I couldn't help people with. Now, many heart-centered
entrepreneurs go into business to help people, but it feels kind of horrible when
you get people asking for free advice or even blaming you for things like not
offering discounts. The truth is, when you have a business, you could work 24/7 and
still feel like you're not doing enough. There's no clock-off time for most entrepreneurs.
How do you deal with it? I serve, I deserve. Think of all the ways you serve people.
It could be the hundreds of free articles on your blog, your weekly podcast or the
way you help out in business forums. You're probably serving all the time.
Guess what. You're allowed to receive abundance in return for all of that good
that you're putting out into the world. I serve, I deserve. It's okay to say no to
requests for free advice. It's okay to steer your customers towards your blog or your
paid offerings because you serve and you deserve as well. This affirmation will remind
you of all the ways you help people, but it will also help you to remember that you
don't have to serve in all ways or be everything to everyone. You already serve.
You are enough. Using this affirmation is also your reminder that it's okay to receive
good things doing what you do. You're entitled to receive abundance
in return for serving people. You're entitled to receive money as well.
Here's another life-changing affirmation number three:
This is what a wealthy woman looks like. Write this one on your mirror because it
will absolutely change your life. When you think about the stereotypical wealthy
woman, do you think she looks and sounds like you or not? I used to think I
wasn't allowed to be wealthy because I like to dress casually, I like to eat at Pizza Hut.
I was thinking, "Surely a rich woman is super fancy all the time and doesn't look like me."
Go and look in the mirror and say this affirmation to yourself. Point at your face
and say, "This is what a wealthy woman looks like." You know what? It might
totally trigger you and it might challenge your beliefs about your own ability to be wealthy.
It's going to bring all of your hidden excuses right up to the surface.
See what you tell yourself straight after it. "This is what a wealthy woman looks like."
"No, no, no. I'm not ready. I'm not XYZ enough to be wealthy." Let that all bubble up.
How are you not allowed to be wealthy? This is hugely invaluable information
about your money blocks and the stories that you tell yourself that will keep you small.
Using this affirmation means that you might need to clear some money blocks
that are getting in your way right now. This is what a wealthy woman looks like.
But, if you keep on using it, whenever you catch yourself thinking, "I can't be wealthy
because of," whatever. You'll interrupt the pattern and then you remind yourself that
you can be wealthy if you want to as well. You'll start to believe that it's possible for
you as well, exactly how you are now. Which affirmation is your favorite and
which one are you going to use? You can write them on your mirror, you can write
them on your computer. It will take a little bit of an effort to remember, but if you
can get into the habit, I promise you that you're going to see huge results in a very
short time. Remember, you get what you focus on. Train your brain to focus on the
positive and it will boost your manifesting efforts. If you need some ideas for some

that you need to pay very close attention to if your goal is

And I was just reading in a journal this morning called,
Cell Metabolism, where they just published some research that's
linking chronic intestinal inflammation
with obesity and metabolic disorders like insulin
resistance.
So they've also actually have a name for this.
It's called dysbiosis, which is an imbalance of your gut flora.
And when you have this, it can make
it nearly impossible for your body to lose belly fat.
And it can also lead to other troubling diseases.
So before I share these six foods, if you're watching this

So let's share these six foods that can help you heal your gut
and reduce intestinal inflammation.
The first food is raw sauerkraut.
And I have my favorite right here from Trader Joe's.
When you buy sauerkraut from over-the-counter grocery
stores, most of the time it's been processed
so it's not raw and fermented.
So when they process the sauerkraut, what
ends up happening is a lot of the good bacteria gets killed.
So you want to look for raw and fermented on the label.
That way you know you're getting the healthy probiotics
that you need to heal your gut.
The second one is yogurt.
Now again, not all yogurts are created equal.
I recommend that you avoid low fat yogurts because they're
loaded with sugar.
And most of the low sugar yogurts--
a lot of chemicals in it.
So you want to look for a high quality
organic yogurt that has live probiotics.
Because, again, just like sauerkraut,
most yogurts that are processed that you
can buy over-the-counter, the probiotics
get destroyed during the processing.
So you want to look for live probiotics right on the label.
So pay close attention to your labels when you buy yogurt.
The third one is kefir.
And kefir-- I'm not a huge fan of kefir--
but I was just reading an article,
it has like 10 other benefits besides the probiotics.
So it's definitely something that you
should add to your diet if you like the taste.
The next one is my new favorite called kombucha.
And I looked at the high quality brands.
They are kind of expensive, but I do like it.
And I really believe that it's an investment not an expense.
The next one is raw cheese.
Now, again, all cheeses are not created equal.
You want to look for raw cheese made from grass fed cows.
Raw cheese is completely different
than other over-the-counter cheeses
because it's aged for over 45 days.
This is what activates the enzymes that
help you break down dairy, and adds the probiotics
into the raw cheese.
The one thing about cheese you have to be careful with
is it's really not a protein.
If you look at the label, it has a lot
more fat than it does protein.
So the protein, although it's in there
and it can be beneficial for you, it's really a fat source.
So you have to monitor your portion sizes carefully
with cheese.
If you overdo it, you can take your body out
of a fat burning deficit.
Now the last one is fermented soy products.
Now I'm not a huge fan of soy, but if they're fermented
and you're vegetarian, you could add
things like tempeh and natto to your diet
to get some live probiotics.
So there you have it.

Here we are with a new video,
Today we 'll have a full review about Reptile Radiators (Infrared emmiter panels)
which are the easiest way to heat our snakes.

Lets get started, lets talk about: Reptile Radiators!
This is my radiator.
First things first.
The package comes with the manual
and four screws.
It's made out of plastic, fiberglass or sth, I don't really now exactly, doesn't matter.
It's a totally safe and reliable device anyway.
Manufacturer: Habistat.
Comes with 1 year warranty, if i'm right.
Lightweight device, just 1 kg,
dimensioning 30cmx20cmx0.03cm
but there are multiple sizes out there to chose from, depending on the dimensions of your enclosure.
This one has 75 watts and cost me just 35 euros (ideal for cages eg. 1.20x06.x0.6 or sth).
Put the four screws in the corners of the radiator.
I didn't upload any "unboxing" or "Installation" video cuz there was no point in it.
Installation is too easy for everyone.
Just plug it and you 're done.
Now let's talk about how it works and it's main advantages in comparison to other heating sources, such as ceramic bulbs.
First, figure out which side goes up and which down and install it accordingly/properly.
As you can see i haven't installed any kind of "guard".
To be honest, maybe you don't need one or at least it is up to you to decide. We 'll talk later about it.
By the way, speaking of heating sources, it would be wise to obtain a Thermostat as well.
But as i said it's a safe device anyway, even if you don't purchase one at first.
Let it operate for at least 24 hours BEFORE placing any snake in the cage.
That's because during the first few hours of use there may be a slight smell from the heater
Don't be afraid though, this is quite normal and of course harmless.
Just open the sliding doors to allow fumes vent away (took me 1 day or so).
Now, let's mention some precautions...
The major concern is not to trap the heat within the heater so that it causes damage.
Do not cover the radiator by any way.
Even though they are safe if they are not immersed in water or subjected to prolonged/excessive humidity or misting, it's wise not to spray water directly on them.
Next, you have to secure the lead (the black one) using cable ties to protect it from the snake.
Your snake may cause some damage climbing on it.
Be careful, you should mount the radiator only on the ceiling of your enclosure, not anywhere else (floor, sides, outside etc).
Your goal is to create a hot spot, a warm side and a cold side for your snake.
Now let's talk about how this heater works and how beneficial it can be.
In my opiniont, this is the most efficient way to heat a snake cage.
Especially if you own arboreal snakes (such as carpet pythons, chondros etc)
but you can use it for terrestrial snakes as well under some conditions.
I wanted a panel so badly for some months.
I first saw it when a friend purchased one,
and after examining the way it works,
i decided to acquire one immediately
cuz I new it will pay off and I will not regret it.
Important: It cannot catch fire because the manufacturing material
is higly resistant to hot temperatures.
It's impossible to somehow create any flame.
Therefore it is totally safe for our snakes
and that is the most important after all.
Emits infrared radiation
in a way that mimics the solar one.
This radiation penetrates deeply the objects just like the sun does
depending on how dense they are.
For example, air lets the radiation pass through.
But, objects such as rocks, logs and any other,
absord the heat and they consequently warm up.
Some of the heat is reflected
and even more is reradiated by objects that have already warmed up.
This secondary heat is of a much shorter wavelenght infrared
and is responsible for the general warming of the environment.
Very pleasing temperature.
Depending on the height of your snake enclosure, you should create snake's hot spot.
I will explain it later on the video because i made an experiment.
As you can see it does not emit any light.
You can operate it 24/7. Therefore a day/night cycle can be created by your lighting fixture without annoying the snake.
It does not emit any kind of radiation that may harm our snake.
or even us!
Infrared radiation is safe for everyone.
In contrast, we can say that this kind of radiation is a lot beneficial four our pets.
It creates a nice warm hot spot
and a pleasing temperature for the rest of the enclosure.
This kind of radiation penetrates the pet reaching up to the tissues
helping it's blood circulation, thermoregulation, metabolism and digestion.
My snake thermoregulates it's body a lot faster and more efficiently,
I realised that it provides an advanced and specialized care for my pet.
Does not dry the environment or the air,
therefore is suitable for snake that require high levels of humidity as well.
Radiator is too hot on it's surface,
90 degrees Celsius or so if my memory serves me right.
But if you put your finger just 1mm away, you 'll feel nothing.
Snakes can't climb on it anyway
Consequently, they can't get burned.
(if you mount the radiator according to the instructions)
That's why i said earlier "guard is optional" in contrast to ceramic bulbs.
Radiator's sides don't get very hot though.
The heater is beneficial for live plants as well, such as Pothos plant or anything else you may have.
Let's move forward to some experiments i did before putting any snake in the cage.
(To examine which distance the hot spot should be in)
As i said, before putting any snake in the enclosure
I made some experiments
to see the temperature range i could have on my hot spot depending on the distance from the heater,
because i wasn't familiar before with this type of heating method.
Now let's see the "Data" and the "Results" (press Pause in the next card)
As you could see, you have to "play"with the distances,
depending on what temperature fits your snake's needs.
Specifically,
that is why i said earlier "it is suitable for terrestrial species as well"
if for example your cage is not high enough
or if you raise a rock or sth a little bit.
It depends on what temperature you want to achieve.
To speak about me,
My snake terrarium houses a carpet python (arboreal),
dimensions are 1.30x0.6x0.6,
works like charm
On this branch (distance is 25cm) temperature reaches 32-34 degrees Celsius
Environment's temperature is usually kept between 25-28 degrees Celsius.
Perfect conditions.
Bigger cages mean more watts needed. This should be fine for the majority of the common sizes for snake cages though.
Now it is time for some final notices and some last words.
(and a conclusion)
Snake's thermoregulation is helped a lot
It spends more time roaming around rather than just sitting on the warm side,
The caremic bulb i used to have didn't cause such behaviour.
Digestion is faster
The deep penetrating heat reaches tissues, just like the solar power does.
Other heat sources can't reach that deep or at least not that fast.
I was impressed by the wide range of temperatures radiator can reach with only 75 watts.
Elegant design,
safe design,
This part of the cage "hides" the panel and you can't relly see it from the outside.
Suitable for almost all kind of snakes (arboreal, semi-arboreal, terrestrial)
In addition, it is beneficial for live plants.
I purchased it 1.5 year ago
I am fully satisfied with it
