Youtube daily report Jul 22 2017

Vanessa Carlysle stole Wade Wilson's heart in the 2016 hit Deadpool…

"What's a nice place like you doing in a girl like this?"

...and the actress who played her, Morena Baccarin, stole viewers' hearts along the

way.

Baccarin's been appearing in hit properties since 2001, so you might feel like you've

seen her before—especially if you're a sci-fi fan—but it may be hard to figure out exactly

where.

Here's why Vanessa from Deadpool looks so familiar.

Way Off Broadway

Baccarin's first leading role came in the small film Way Off Broadway, in which she

played a young actress trying to make it in New York City.

Her character Rebecca was one of a group of friends struggling to find a way to turn their

artistic ventures into a career while also dealing with her own personal anguish.

Although the drama wasn't seen by many, it earned mostly good reviews, with Baccarin's

performance in particular being singled out for praise.

Firefly

In what's probably still her most well-known small screen role, Baccarin played Inara on

Joss Whedon's short-lived series Firefly.

While many of the planned storylines surrounding the character were cut short when the series

was canceled after just 14 episodes, Inara was a fan favorite for her poise, charisma,

and intelligence.

Despite Firefly's short run, the series became a cult hit and, years after being canceled,

it was brought back for a feature film, Serenity, in which Baccarin reprised her role.

The O.C.

It might take a hardcore fan of The O.C. to remember much about Matt Ramsey, Sandy Cohen's

partner during his tenure as the lead of the Newport Group.

Matt had a brief love interest in Baccarin's Maya Griffin, the daughter of Sandy's rival

Henry.

Although Baccarin only showed up in three episodes of the series, her appearance is

still notable—it's where she first met her future Gotham co-star and fiancé Ben McKenzie,

who starred as Ryan Atwood on the series.

It wasn't love at first sight for the two, though; in fact, McKenzie has said he doesn't

remember seeing Baccarin on set and thought he was meeting her for the first time when

they reunited on Gotham.

Awkward.

How I Met Your Mother

Baccarin only appeared on one episode of How I Met Your Mother, but it was an important

one.

Her character arrived during Marshall and Lily's season two break-up, with Baccarin

starring as Chloe, the only woman Marshall actually dates during the brief separation.

While Chloe didn't get a happy ending, she'll always be remembered by How I Met Your Mother

fans for inventing the name Swarley and pushing the show's main couple back together.

Stargate SG-1

With Firefly, Baccarin developed a following in the sci-fi community—one she expanded

with her next few roles.

Her first step back into genre fare came in Stargate SG-1.

The actress played the villainous Adria for five episodes of the series and briefly reprised

the role in the movie Stargate: The Ark of Truth.

In addition to serving as her next big sci-fi role, Stargate was also Baccarin's first real

chance to play a villain—a side she'd explore in some of her later roles.

V

Baccarin's next big role also involved playing a sci-fi bad guy—this time in the ABC series

V. The revival of the high-concept '80s TV hit featured Baccarin as Anna, the queen of

an invading alien species.

Baccarin earned multiple Saturn Award nominations and a Scream Award nomination for her work.

Unfortunately, the series was plagued by low ratings and high production costs, and was

canceled before it could reach a third season.

Guest starring roles

Like many actors, Baccarin has made the guest starring rounds on TV, appearing on shows

like Heartland, Numb3rs, Medium, and The Good Wife, in addition to a multi-episode arc on

The Mentalist as a murderous matchmaker.

Super fans of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia may also recognize Baccarin from the show's

unaired pilot, in which she played the transgendered Carmen.

Baccarin said she appeared in the episode because she was college friends with writer

and star Glenn Howerton, but she unfortunately wasn't able to continue with the series due

to other commitments.

Homeland

Baccarin earned an Emmy nomination for her Homeland performance as Nick's wife, Jessica,

appearing consistently throughout the series' first and second seasons, although she became

less of a staple in season three due to her real-life pregnancy.

Jessica was written off the show before the fourth season, opening her up for other projects

where her character got a little better treatment.

Still, despite the fact that fans didn't enjoy her character, Baccarin demonstrated her dramatic

chops and earned a major award nomination to boot.

Back in the Day

Making the jump to big screen comedies in 2014, Baccarin starred in Back in the Day,

created by and co-starring Smallville's Michael Rosenbaum.

The movie's tone didn't go over well with critics, with the film amassing a terrible

11 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

Fortunately, it didn't completely sink Baccarin's comedy career.

Spy

Baccarin's rebound came in the form of Spy, a hit comedy that sits at a much more impressive

94 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

In the movie, Baccarin plays Karen Walker, the perfect super spy and a rival to Melissa

McCarthy's Susan.

A solid comedy showcase for Baccarin, Spy was also one of her most notable pre-Deadpool

big-screen roles, proving the TV star could work in a big budget blockbuster.

Gotham

Before Deadpool, Baccarin took on the role of another beloved comic book character, portraying

Dr. Leslie Thompkins on Fox's Gotham.

Her onscreen love story with Jim Gordon has spilled over into real life, and she and Ben

McKenzie got engaged in 2016 shortly after the birth of their daughter.

Baccarin says Lee's pregnancy on Gotham wasn't at all related to her own, though—just a

happy coincidence.

Let's hope their real-life romance goes better than it does on Gotham.

Eighth HOKAGE Anime NARUTO Who will it be? 💡 - Duration: 6:58.

Save Clan!

Welcome to another top 10 channel video,

In today's video I will assume, in a probable death of Naruto, who would be able to replace him like hokage.

Have you thought about it ?

This Top Today was suggested there on facebook by Leonardo Hernandes #Sortudo

If you want to suggest a theme for upcoming videos, you have the right location on Facebook and Instagram.

And of course if you like the video, leave LIKE that helps a lot, sign up if it's the first time here.

Leave your comment after the video to us to interact and is "nut" 😜😜

So enough talk and let's go to the TOP 😀

Literally means Shadow of Fire, is the leader of Konoha, are recognized as the strongest of the village.

It is also the highest title a ninja can achieve.

To be a good Hokage you need to protect the whole village and its inhabitants. (I.e.

It is the hokage that assigns all missions to the ninjas, it is practically the law of the village.

And they are many respected!

Yes, guys, this character I think deserved to turn Hokage to prove that a ninja who

Striving can also reach the top, I believe that would pass a very good message, more

Of what he has already proven so far, which was not little I already recognize his evolution.

But serious beyond overcoming, he as a Hokage would be hilarious he would finish the chores

Of Hokage so fast just to continue training or something of the kind would train while doing his

Obligations since he is so dedicated that he was not going to abandon his training for nothing.

What I think, it would be interesting to see a Hokage different from Naruto for example.

Naruto has always been tired of so much work, Tsunade also always complained.

But Rock Lee would be totally different ..

But as interesting as it may be, I am very realistic and I think it is unlikely to happen.

I believe that your Shining time has already passed in Naruto, so it's just speculation of my own.

Sasuke Uchiha is another legendary shinobi just like Naruto.

Sasuke understands the importance of the village, and he believes in the will to fire now.

I'm sure he would do a great job as a Hokage.

Because he is not only strong, he has intelligence and everyone else that the hokage needed.

But I do not think he would want that post any more, he would probably refuse just like Jiraiya

But that he has requirements for Hokage is indisputable.

Well this one does not enter the top only because it is my favorite character of the series, all already

They would think it would be a great choice.

He has an incredible intellect, is known for his wisdom.

He may not be strong like Naruto, but he's someone who will always lead the village by doing

what is right.

Shikamaru has always been praised for his abilities, and many have openly said he would do

A great Hokage.

The only thing he has of bad is laziness but nothing that Temari does not cure with some

Blows

This is an unlikely bet that many would not think, but I think as well as

His teacher Tsunade Sakura has total vocation to be a Hokage his strength, intelligence

And concern for everyone around you only increases that chance, and I think about that possibility

Because I would have thought it too Fuck if it was Sakura who passed the post next to the list

That this yes I believe that will be a future Hokage no doubt some.

And what do you think of my thinking?

Do you think there's any logic to that?

Yes this is still a forced bet she is not even a genin I know, but let's agree

If Naruto comes to die it will take years too then I believe that until then healed already

Will be on a level Chunin or Jonin and maybe will be able to replace naruto

Since besides being her great dream, she carries the weight of showing us that a

Uchiha can be good enough to occupy such a position # I thank Sarada,

As you know there are few protagonists that I like and she is one of those

Well I do not think it's so likely he'll be back in Hokage,

As we know in the naruto universe some things tend to repeat themselves as villains becoming good guys,

Is something that if repeated a lot, then why not to repeat the return of a Hokage with the

Death of his successor as the third returned in the place of the room even if temporary

So I do not rule out the possibility of the Myth Kakashi comes back to hokage, it can happen even temporary.

As many as he sneers, the guy really dreams about becoming Hokage, but to speak the truth

He can barely protect himself imagine protecting the whole village, let us leave him dreaming even though it is better.

Or do you think it has any attributes? (I.e.

(I.e.

There are 3 reasons that prove that he will be the next hokage.

First he carries the will of his grandfather's fire, this is already clear in the anime.

According to him he will surely be one of the strongest characters of the new generation.

In Third has his promise to Naruto, Naruto asked him to fight for the title of hokage

In other words, everything has to happen.

This was the video today, if you think other than min is simple, just comment and debate in the comments,

And now let's save the 3 myths of today!

Yes I put Easter Eggs in the videos until in the Legends!

Just the things that come in the past

#Conference Call: A good start - Duration: 3:38.

Conference Call: A good start

Antonio Conte was very satisfied with the intensity of his team's performance in Saturday's 3-0 win over Arsenal, especially considering the taxing effect the pre-season training has on their legs.

An opening goal from Willian and two from Michy Batshuayi, one in each half, overcame the Gunners in a noisy Bird's Nest in Beijing, and the scoreline did not flatter the performance.

'For sure it was a good game,' said Conte. 'It is good to have this type of start but we have to continue to work a lot to improve on the physical and tactical aspect.

Pre-season is very important. These type of friendly games are important to play because you understand your level of physical preparation. We must be happy for the commitment of the players and with our football.'.

The boss considered the form of two-goal Batshuayi…. 'Last season it was a difficult season for Michy but don't forget he scored a very important goal to give us the title.

I think last season he had a bit of difficulty because it is not easy to play in the Premier League. It is a physical league and a very strong league.

'After one year he is working very well and he is improving.

Me and my staff want to improve every player and Batshuayi is a young player with great potential and it is important for him and for us to work in this way, and for him to understand what I want.

For me the striker is very important, he is a point of reference. If he stays in the right position, it is easier for us, for the team and to play good football.'.

The only real negative aspect of the game was a first-half injury to Pedro who was involved in a heavy collision and had to be taken off….

'Pedro went to the hospital and for sure he should be okay but I think he had concussion,' reported Conte. 'For this reason, our doctor preferred to take him to the hospital and check him in the right way.

It is a pity because in this period it is not good to have this type of injury but he should be okay. I am very happy for this.

'For sure he stays here [in Beijing] and then if the situation is okay he will come tomorrow to Singapore.

Conte and his players are travelling to Singapore straight after the game so it was time to say farewell to China….

'It is always a special game when you have a London derby and to play this kind of derby in China is fantastic,' said Conte.

'I want to thank all the Chinese people for this welcome, all the Chelsea and Arsenal fans because to play in this atmosphere is great for me and the players, and I hope in the future to come again to experience this atmosphere.'.

Vanilla Injection - Minecraft - Duration: 5:14.

Greetings everyone, this is Energyxxer.

I've created a system that allows the communication between the vanilla game and an external program,

providing a way to make complex systems that would otherwise be difficult or even impossible

to do with command blocks.

Here are a few examples of what this can do:

Most of the work required to run these contraptions is being done by another program, and then

instructions for Minecraft to run are added, or "injected" into the world in the form of commands

To achieve this, we need a few things:

First, we need something that allows the program to read input from the game.

Simply put, this is the log file generated by the game.

Each time a command executes or a chat message is sent, it is written to a latest.log file

within the logs folder of the minecraft directory.

This is how Minecraft communicates with the injection program.

That was simple. However, we still need something else.

We need something in-game that can access information from outside the game.

Luckily enough, we have structure blocks.

Structure blocks read .nbt files inside the world's structures folder.

This is the main idea behind this concept.

First, we have a redstone clock powering a structure block.

This structure block is trying to load a file called "vi0".

However, this structure file does not exist in the world's structures folder, so the structure

block is essentially doing nothing at the moment; that is until the injection program

decides that it wants to do something in-game.

So, the program creates a structure with a few command blocks inside, and saves that

structure under the name "vi0".

On the next cycle, now that there is a file called "vi0", the structure block will realize

that there is now a file to load, and so it will spawn the structure, with all the commands in it.

Since these command blocks are set to Always Active, they will trigger immediately,

running the commands inside.

This works for the first cycle, but what happens if the program wants to do something in-game

a second time?

After all, whenever the game loads a structure, it will "remember" it until the world is reloaded,

even if that file changes.

So, even if the program did generate the file again,

the game would not see it as a new structure.

The way around this is to generate structure files with different names every time.

The original structure block had zero offset, meaning that it would replace itself after loading.

Additionally, the generated structure also had a structure block at the origin.

This means that, when the structure "vi0" is loaded, the structure block would be replaced

with another one that's trying to load "vi1" instead.

The external program will remember the last number it generated, and will continue generating

structure files with the next name in the sequence.

Of course, there is a lot more behind the scenes.

The tool needs to remember the last number it generated when relaunched.

The structures folder shouldn't have more than 20 injection structure files at any one time

and it shouldn't generate structures if the game is paused or closed.

All of these things have been considered to make this system as optimized as possible.

I have left the Java code for the injection library in a GitHub repository linked to in the description

as well as the examples shown in this video for you to try out.

That's it for now, thanks for watching.

S. Korea forced to play waiting game as N. Korea offers no response to talks proposal - Duration: 2:21.

South Korea is refusing to give up hope of engaging North Korea in a conversation over

military issues.

Seoul suggested talks earlier this week, but the deadline came and went... with no response

from Pyongyang.

However,... officials here are willing to wait a little longer,... anticipating a positive

response from the North at some point.

But will the patience be rewarded?

For a closer look at what North Korea could be waiting for,... Kwon Jang-ho reports.

A wall of silence... by the North Koreans in response to South Korea's offer for talks.

Since the proposals were made on Monday, Seoul has had to patiently play the waiting game,

with no way of telling how or when Pyongyang would respond.

An initial deadline for a response has passed, but Seoul has said they will stay the course

for now.

"We will not be affected by North Korea's current actions, we believe the need to steadily

take one step at a time.

We trust that they will respond soon...

At the moment we do not have plans to make additional offers."

What could North Korea be waiting for?

A likely scenario seems to be that the regime is attempting a power play to save face in

its dealings with Seoul.

"If North Korea were to respond to South Korea's offer right away, it would seem like they

are being led too much by the South's pace.

They are saying they will take the lead, that is the underlying message."

Experts also say ending border hostilities, namely the loudspeakers that blare propaganda

across each other's borders, is something Pyongyang is in favor of too, and that they

are likely to agree to talks... eventually.

"There's no need for us to rush.

Just because there was no reply today doesn't mean we need to start making new offers.

We need to careful and wait a bit longer."

The next deadline for the military talks is set for next Thursday, the anniversary of

the Korean War Armistice Agreement, and the original date proposed for talks by President

Moon Jae-in during his Berlin address earlier this month.

There's more time for the Red Cross talks for separated family reunions, with a response

deadline set for August 1st.

U.S. to ban Americans traveling to N. Korea due to 'serious risk of arrest' - Duration: 0:54.

The United States is banning Americans from traveling to North Korea.

The new restrictions will come into effect from late next month.

The U.S. State Department on Friday cited the "serious" risk of arrest and imprisonment

as the reason behind its decision.

The announcement comes after the death of U.S. college student Otto Warmbier... who

died last month after nearly 18 months detained in North Korea.

He was in a coma when he arrived back on American soil.

The restriction will become official in 30 days... after a notice is published in the

Federal Register next week.

The State Department says individuals seeking to travel to North Korea for certain limited

humanitarian purposes may apply for a special validation passport,.. but apart from that...

NO Americans will be allowed to go.

Trump To Help Cops Steal More Money - Duration: 4:27.

UNDER FORMER PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA'S JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, ERIC

HOLDER, WHO LED THE DEPARTMENT, INCREASED CONTROL AND OVERSIGHT

IN THE AREA OF CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE, WHERE LAW

ENFORCEMENT ACROSS THE COUNTRY CAN SEIZE PROPERTY IN THE CASE

THAT IT WAS MADE AS THE RESULT OF A CRIME, CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.

THEY HAD EXTRA OVERSIGHT FOR A VERY GOOD REASON, THERE WAS

CRITICISM OF THIS PROGRAM BECAUSE IN MANY WELL-DOCUMENTED

CASES THERE WAS CRIMINAL ABUSE OF THIS PROCESS, SO IT WASN'T

CRIMINALS' STUFF THAT WAS BEING TAKEN AND HELD, IT WAS PEOPLE

WHO WOULD GO ON TO BE CLEARED OF THEIR CHARGES, AND IN MANY CASES

PEOPLE WHO WEREN'T CHARGED WITH A CRIME, BUT COULDN'T GET THE

CREDIT TO BARACK OBAMA FOR

INCREASING OVERSIGHT IN THAT AREA -- UNTIL TODAY WHEN THAT

OVERSIGHT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY --

BUT WE KNOW WHAT TAKING AWAY

INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BEEN FALSELY ACCUSED OF POSSESSING

YOU ARE TRAVELING, USUALLY WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELING

YOU HAVE CASH ON YOU, ESPECIALLY TRAVELING TO ANOTHER COUNTRY,

IT'S BETTER FOR YOU TO HAVE THAT CURRENCY ON YOU, THAT WAY YOU

DON'T HAVE ISSUES WITH CREDIT CARDS AND ALL THAT.

SO A COP OR

ANYONE IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY CAN SAY THERE'S REASON

TO BELIEVE THIS INDIVIDUAL IS TRAFFICKING DRUGS ARE IN

POSSESSION OF DRUGS.

ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS SAY THERE IS SOME

PROBABLE CAUSE --

>>EVEN IF IT'S JUST THAT THEY HAVE SO MUCH MONEY AND IT SEEMS

SUSPICIOUS.

>>THEY CAN LITERALLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, TAKE YOUR PROPERTY, AND

SAY THEY NEED IT BECAUSE IT'S PART OF THIS INVESTIGATION.

AND

THEY WILL DO AN "INVESTIGATION," FIND OUT YOU ARE COMPLETELY

GIVE IT BACK IN A LOT OF CASES.

AND WE TALKED ABOUT THAT ON THE

SHOW.

THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IN MY OPINION DIDN'T DO ENOUGH

ON A NUMBER OF ISSUES, BUT AT LEAST WHEN IT CAME TO CERTAIN

JUSTICE SYSTEM RELATED ISSUES THEY DID SOME GOOD THINGS, LIKE

PHASING OUT PRIVATE PRISONS ON A FEDERAL LEVEL, AND KIND OF

TRYING TO REFORM CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE.

BUT THEN YOU HAVE

TRUMP'S ADMINISTRATION COMING INTO POWER AND THEY LOVE CIVIL

ASSET FORFEITURE.

POLICE ORGANIZATIONS AND DEPARTMENTS

THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY LOVE IT BECAUSE THAT'S HOW THEY LINE

THEIR POCKETS.

U.S. to ban Americans traveling to N. Korea due to 'serious risk of arrest' - Duration: 0:44.

The United States has come down hard on North Korea,... setting the ball in motion to bar

all Americans from traveling to the reclusive regime.

The U.S. State Department made the announcement on Friday citing "serious risk of arrest and

long-term detention" in the regime... as U.S. college student Otto Warmbier was jailed on

a tour last year and later died.

The restriction will go into effect in 30 days after the department publishes a notice

in the Federal Register next week.

The State Department says individuals seeking to travel to North Korea for certain limited

humanitarian purposes may apply for a special validation passport,.. but apart from that...

NO Americans will be allowed to go.

of sanctions and dialogue on North Korea.

During a 20-minute phone conversation with her British counterpart Boris Johnson on Saturday,...

Minister Kang said Seoul will continue to work with the international community to pressure

Pyongyang through sanctions.

She said the ultimate goal is to change the regime's attitude and bring it back to the

negotiating table.

The two officials also agreed that South Korea and Britain's relations are developing into

a quasi-alliance level... and the two will continue trying to resolve the North Korea

N. Korea's GDP grew 3.9% y/y in 2016 backed by stronger industrial sectors: BOK - Duration: 0:41.

U.S. President Donald Trump's term in the Oval Office hit the six-month mark on Thursday.

Promising a radical break from his predecessor's policies... on everything from diplomacy to

immigration and health care,... his young presidency has witnessed some progress,...

and a whole lot of controversy.

Yu Joonhee reports.

It's been a rocky debut to say the least,... for President Trump since he was sworn into

office back on January 20th.

Constantly tussling with the press and his political rivals,... Trump's first six months

in office ended with disappointment,... after his legislation to repeal and replace Obamacare,

collapsed in the U.S. Senate on Monday.

He has also been battling frenzied media speculation over alleged ties to Russia, with a special

counsel investigation underway... on Moscow's suspected attempts to manipulate the outcome

of last year's presidential election.

For those in Korea, nerves have been rattled by Trump's protectionist trade policies,...

which could entail revisions or even a complete termination of the South Korea-U.S. FTA.

In line with his 'America First' doctrine, President Trump has vowed to protect American

manufacturing,... and rebalance Washington's trade relationship with other countries,...

in order to reduce its deficit.

"I want to make a pledge to each and every one of you: no longer are we going to allow

other countries to break the rules, steal our jobs and drain our wealth."

President Trump has already made good on his promises,... to withdraw from deals that he

feels, does not serve American interests, such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement

and the Paris Climate Accord.

However, his approval rating is sinking... sitting at just 36 percent, according to a

recent poll by the Washington Post and ABC News.

This is the lowest rating of any U.S. president at the six-month mark of their first term,...

dating back 70 years.

Plenty of challenges still lie ahead for President Trump, especially for those concerned about

North Korea's continued advancements in its nuclear and missile programs.

Despite Trump's push to apply "maximum pressure" on the regime, and convince China to pacify

Pyongyang, his efforts have made little headway thus far.

38 North announced Friday, North Korea may conduct additional Submarine Launched Ballistic

Missile tests in days to come.

According to the U.S. website specializing on North Korean analysis,... satellite imagery

taken on June 30th, showed a number of submarines capable of firing SLBMs as well as submersible

barge ships at Sinpo South Shipyard.

North Korea specialist Joseph Bermudez stated on the site that this is the first time since

last December that the vessels are detected.

At the time, they were found in different locations.

The shipyard at Sinpo is where the regime conducted numerous missile tests, including

the Pukguksung-2...an intermediate-range land based missile in February...and the long-range

named KN-17 in April.

Opening dialogue with N. Korean regime key to improving human rights situation - Duration: 4:32.

Political detainment, torture, restrictions on the freedom of expression and movement...

Just a few of North Korea's countless human rights abuses.

The UN's special rapporteur on that situation in the regime visited Seoul to gather more

relevant data on the cases.

Our Oh Soo-young got a chance to sit down with Tomas Ojea Quintana to learn more about

his investigation thus far.

Despite having signed up to 5 human rights treaties and facing increasing int'l pressure,...

human rights abuses still go on in N. Korea.

"North Korea is isolated and this brings a lot of inconvenience in gathering information

on most of the human rights in North Korea."

From what I understand, you are seeking more information on North Korea.

What kind of critical information do we need?

"The problem of information and data in the North is comprehensive- it entails not only

political rights, in the political prison camps but also the rights to educaton, the

rights to health, to adequate food.

What are the statistics in this respect in is a very important question which remains

to be addressed."

The UN Special Rapporteur was in Seoul this week to consult various government officials

and a number of defectors from North Korea.

"I met some of these people that just left North Korea.

I asked them, "Why did you leave?

What are the reasons?", and what really impressed me was how they understood wherever they are,

whatever country they live, they have the right to enjoy freedom.

I also had the chance to collect information about serious info taking place on the border

between DPRK and China.

Those who want to leave dprk thorugh China are being detained by Chinese security officers.

Some are being repatriated to the North and facing serious reprisals because of their

defection and this is increasingly becoming a problem."

What do you think of the new South Korean administration's more open-door stance on

dealing with North Korea.

Would you say this agrees with your own approach?

"I do.

I think that it's a coincidence in how we see the challenges in respect to the situation

in North Korea and the problem in the Korean peninsula as a whole.

I believe in dialogue.

I believe it is important- that it requires time there needs to be trust and then gradually

we will start to see results."

The special rapporteur expressed support for Seoul's outreach to the North,...

including the Moon administration's recent proposal to resume reunion meetings for separated

families.

"These are humanitarian principles, this is common sense and I hope the authorities on

both sides move forward in that respect."

I believe you have 5 years left in your tenure.

What are some major developments you would like to see before the end of your term?

"The long term approach is to seek an opening to discuss specific areas in human rights.

There are limitation in terms of civil and politcal rights but also limitations in other

areas like the access to food, to water, to sanitation.

So how to address human rights has different angles and my challenge and commitment to

address all of them."

So I suppose the international community must do its best to support these efforts.

"Yes, I think so."

Thank you very much for your time, Mr Quintana.

Thank you, . .

N. Korea's economy grows 3.9% in 2016 on-year, fastest pace in 17 years - Duration: 2:08.

Shifting our focus to the North's economy now.

Surprisingly it grew the largest in close to 2 decades... seemingly unfazed by growing

international sanctions designed to hurt its wallets.

The coal industry in particular, expanded significantly

Connie Kim looks beyond the numbers.

Amid extensive and comprehensive sanctions from both individual countries and the international

community, North Korea's economy expanded nearly four-percent in 2016 compared to the

previous year, the fastest rate in 17 years.

The South Korean central bank said Friday that North Korea's GDP has grown three-point-percent

in 2016 on-year on the back of drought recovery and the low base effect.

Delving deeper into sectors,… the North's electricity, gas and water supply industry

grew the most by some 22-percent followed by the mining and heavy and chemical industries.

The central bank has not given an official answer to why the North Korean economy expanded

in the face of strong international sanctions.

But most North Korea watchers in Seoul point to the increase of markets that are giving

more individuals the chance to find business opportunities under Kim Jong-un's reign.

On the back of Pyongyang's economic growth is also the increase of its total trade volume.

A report from South Korea's Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, or KOTRA, shows the figure

recorded six-and-a-half billion U.S. dollars in 2016, a jump of four-point-seven-percent

on-year.

Exports of coal and iron have driven up the figures, along with an increase of imports

of clothing and automobiles.

While coal exports were the main target in the latest UN resolution 2321, KOTRA says

putting an exception on such exports solely intended to safeguard the North Korean people's

livelihoods left a loophole in the sanctions effect.

China, North Korea's traditional ally, has taken up a staggering 93-percent of total

trade with the regime followed by Russia at a mere one-point-two percent.

N. Korean Threat: What are the options on N. Korea? - Duration: 4:56.

Yesterday we zoomed in on North Korea's missile capabilities and how it made constant progress

in relevant technologies.

Tonight's newsfeature turns the spotlight to what can be done to solve this ever escalating

threat from the regime.

Kim Hyesung outlines for us, some of the valid options.

KTV 2056-sov "North Korea has successfully test-fired the

newly developed inter-continental ballistic missile 'Hwasong-14'."

On July 4th, a game changer...North Korea successfully tested an ICBM, which experts

say can reach Alaska, marking another milestone in the North's missile development program.

"Negotiation, sanctions, containment,… all have been used over the last several years

to address the North Korean threat.

Yet today we face a North Korea with an ICBM and nuclear weapons.

All options are on the table, as world leaders often say... but what actual options are there

to resolve the North Korean puzzle that's becoming more complicated by the day?"

First, international sanctions.

The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting following the missile test, with the

U.S. proposing tougher sanctions on North Korea.

"UN sanctions have been imposed on the North since its first nuclear test in 2006 . But

real, effective sanctions have not even started yet.

More pressure from China, which handles 90% of trade with North Korea, is needed to further

isolate the North.

...sanctions at the level of the sanctions that led Iran to give up its nuclear program

are needed to actually make Pyongyang feel the pressure.

Over the last several years, North Korea has continued to export coal, iron ore, and zinc,

getting hard cash from China.

And according to the U.S. treasury

"This bank has served as a gateway for North Korea to access the U.S. and international

financial systems, facilitating millions of dollars of transactions for companies involved

in North Korea's nuclear and ballistic missile programs.

"The Trump administration is preparing to impose more secondary sanctions on Chinese

banks.

There's conflict with China and Russia on imposing tougher sanctions on the North.

South Korea needs to play the bridging role and persuade China to put more pressure on

the North,... and appeal to China's economic interests, so that these outweigh China's

strategic security calculations on the Korean peninsula."

Another option being talked about is a preemptive strike on North Korea.

-3272 "One of our capabilities lies with our considerable

military forces.

We will use them if we must."

But any military options, even the most limited strike, could be catastrophic as North Korea

could retaliate against the South.

James Mattis, the US defense secretary, also warned that a preemptive strike on the North

"would be probably the worst kind of fighting in most people's lifetimes ."

Yet, experts say stronger deterrence from both South Korea and the U.S. is critical.

"We say 'use nuclear weapons against nuclear weapons', but it's pretty much impossible

for South Korea to develop nuclear weapons now.

South Korea needs to strengthen its defense and deterrence capabilities.

It's not just about having THAAD or Kill Chain, or something like Israel's Iron Dome.

We need to come up with specific deterrence strategies that fit various scenarios to counter

North Korea's threats."

As a formal overture, this week the Moon Administration has called for diplomacy and a restoration

of inter-Korean military talks and reunions of families separated by the Korean War.

"Talks and cooperation between the two Koreas to ease tension and bring about peace on the

Korean peninsula will be instrumental for pushing forth a mutual, virtuous cycle for

inter-Korea relations and dealing with North Korea's nuclear problem."

Since coming into office in May, President Moon Jae-in has sent gestures to re-engage

with North Korea, as he outlined in his Berlin Declaration.

18 "During family reunions, government officials

from the South and North also meet officially, opening up channels of dialogue.

President Moon is trying re-engage with North Korea under humanitarian causes.

Ultimately, using a mix of pressure and dialogue to change North Korea's behavior and bring

about peace on the Korean peninsula."

Continue pursuing nuclear weapons, conducting ballistic missile tests and further isolating

itself,... or re-engage with South Korea and come to the negotiation table...

South Korea, the U.S. and the world have laid out the strategic cards, and now its in the

hands of North Korea to make the decision.

Jeon Hye-sung , or Lim Ji-hyun as she was known by... in South Korea, appeared on a

North Korean propaganda video online over the weekend, where she denounced her life

She defected to South Korea in 2014, and quickly became a minor celebrity, making regular appearances

on TV shows about defectors.

With rumours that she was abducted by the regime while visiting China in April, the

Seoul Metropolitan Police said they are looking into the details of how she returned to North

[ASMR] Channel Introduction, Hello! - Duration: 6:45.

Hey guys!

This is ASMR Fawn,

and today is a very special day, because I received my Blue Yeti microphone.

um and

I'm super excited to start making videos with it.

and relaxing all of yooouuu

uh, I thought for this first video I would do a bit of an introduction and my story about asmr- that makes it sound very profond and interesting,

but it's really not.

So, hello there.

My name is Fawn.

I am a junior in high school,

and I don't even get tingles, suprisingly enough.

I just very much enjoy asmr for the relaxation purposes. As we all know, high school is not very relaxing.

And I think it's a wonderful thing that helps people calm down (duh)

and I want to join and make my own!

um

I have actually known about asmr for a very long time,

um, several years ago, my father came to me

and was like, "oh, fawn I gotta show you something."

and he tells me about this thing called asmr- where you listen to things and you get like, tingles.

and I was like, "okay, whatever. I don't care." and went about my day.

Just forgetting about it, because I had never really gotten this tingly sensation before.

So why should I bother looking it up? I know I'm not going to be interested...

So for the next like, year, I just knew about it and didn't really look into it.

um until I was watching Dan and Phil, as you do, and they made their audiobook trailer.

Now if you don't know, or if you don't want to go and watch it, Dan and Phil's audiobook trailer

is very cool because they um, they are in a room with a binaural microphone. And they are just talking about their book.

but they like set up this scenario where they're talking to you, and they go from ear to ear.

And it is so creative, and my mind was blown at the time.

Um, but now I realize how simple it really was.

And, when they like-

They made this jokey part where they come really close the microphone. And even though it was supposed to be like, humerous,

I got my very first tingles from it.

And I had already known what tingles were at that time.

Because my dad had told me,

So I go and I'm like, "Wow, this is really cool. I finally get what this now."

And, so I go and I look up, like-

I think it was "Asmr whispering", or it must have popped down 'ear to ear'

Because I really liked it when they got really close, and were really quiet.

So,

A GentleWhispering video popped up, and it was Maria!

And I clicked on it, and it was her just talking. And scraping a brush, or rubbing a brush.

And tapping on it.

And I didn't even get tingles from it- but

I was

Just, blown away. I'm like "Wow! This is what I've been missing out on. I thought this was really stupid and it's not!"

"It's so calming, and pleasant." So,

I go down the rabbit hole of asmr.

And I come across a HeatherFeather video, where she's sitting in a blanket fort.

Reading facts, just so she as something to talk about.

And,

when she gets *very* close to the microphone, and is very gentle and quiet,

That was very.... like,

It was an experience for me.

Because it was the first intentional tingles I ever got.

And, unless I had gotten some as a chil- when I was a child.

It was a totally new experience for me.

And it now, it's quite sad because I have to work really hard to get any tingles

I only get tingles from my mid to lower back.

Um, and I only can get it from my right ear... My right ear.

Um, I wonder if anybody else is like that-

I'm sure they are.

Anyway,

I can only get tingles from very close up, very quiet, um, binaural whispers.

Um,

So for the past year or so, I've been listening to asmr, all different types, but I only get tingles from a very select few.

Even the trigger, like the criteria I mentioned,

that trigger only works sometimes, um, and even then it's just a slight tickling, pinprick feeling.

It's nothing, like-

my whole body or anywhere else other than my lower back, um.

But, I love it so much (the relaxation I mean).

It's- I'm worried that I'm becoming very dependent on it.

It's so easy to fall asleep to,

And obviously, you all know this (*I realize I sound like a n00b*)

It's just a wonderful thing to me.

And I've been watching it for a very long time now, so I decided to make my own!

So,

I don't have anything really prepared for this video, other than saying hello.

So expect more videos in the future!

I hope to

make all of you relaxed, or tingle.

Tingle tingle tingle tingle tingle tingle...

And I'm very excited, if you can't tell.

This is such a cool thing.

So, I think this is gotta be the end.

I don't have a very long story or a very intricate story.

Um,

But, I'm happy that it happened. So,

Buh-Bye!

Buh-bye, buh-bye, buh-buh-buh-buh-bye!

*kiss* *kiss*

How To Create Movies #1. | Which Action Camera Pick... And Why GoPro? [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 15:10.

PawlusSidewinder ...

In cooperation with the Angling Website thymallus.pl

Hello and welcome everyone, I'm Pawlus ...

Today, a little unusual episode ...

... we'll discuss completely different, also interesting matter.

I am, as you may have guessed on the beautiful River Oder banks.

And in such a lovely natural setting ...

... I would like to talk to you about choosing an action camera.

This is the pilot episode ...

... if this series appeal to you and you'd like to...

Mosquito...

... you would have desire to see such films, to find out what is my opinion on this matter ...

and see what camera models I use and why ...

... which accessories I use, how I'm making movies, etc. etc.

... maybe I could do some of that kind of movies.

If you'll support this idea and you'll want to watch such films.

Here I would like to say at once that, firstly, these films will relate only to sports cameras ....

... and not such conventional.

... because many of the activities in which we want to participate ...

some hobbies that someone has, I'm fishing, for example...

... but people like windsurfing or horseback ride, or ride on skis or on a snowboard ...

... and they are just unable to simultaneously record, and at the same time enjoy your passion ...

And here we come to meet sports cameras, which simply allow that.

The choice of action cameras is very large.

There are a lot of models, very various...

I would like to tell you about what I think it is good ...

... and why I think it is good.

This does not mean that other things are bad.

Of course, I didn't use all existing models.

But I assume that you do not have to use everything, just need to stick to what is tried and good.

And if I had to tell you about how to choose an action camera...

... maybe not yet a specific model, although this section would also be interesting ...

... I would like to tell you about what I'm holding ...

I use from the beginning of my adventure with action cameras...

... I use the GoPro brand cameras.

Nothing new, and it's not a discovery...

Plenty of third-party products also appeared on the market.

Also good companies and also good products, probably.

While I tell you why I think that GoPro is a sure thing and should hold on to it ... and for what reasons.

I would not want you understood it as discriminating against other cameras or me saying that they are bad.

GoPro: I think they are great, because firstly ...

I had five of these cameras...

In four different models.

3 Black, 3+ Silver, 3+ Black and 5 Black.

I never had any problems with any of these cameras.

And that means something.

Because number of fishing videos on my channel is more than 300 ...

... of different lengths, recorded in different conditions, the cold, the enormous heat, etc. etc.

None of these cameras ever failed me.

So it is a plus.

These cameras are on the market for several years.

And it is also good, because we can sometimes choke up with a novelty ...

... something comes on the market, we see a fantastic performance, "it will certainly be something great! '

But it turns out that, for example after a year, two or three of usage some things come up.

Many experiences from around the world ...

... different people who record with GoPro shows that they are just good products.

As I mentioned, none of my cameras ever broke, but it is also seamless access to parts.

If you... I don't know ...

You brake this front glass, the lens cover...

... if you lose some parts, if you fracture housing ...

... with no problem you can buy or original part, or replacement.

There is the mass of different parts for GoPro and it is also a huge advantage, because there's a lot of them, they are also cheap, if they are substitutes.

Well, if you do not want to pay a terrible, huge money, because the original GoPro parts are quite expensive ...

... we can buy a replacement without the slightest trouble.

Sometimes less popular products has the problem that their parts are hard to get.

Or we have absolutely no technical support, in case something bad happens to the device.

Let us not happening.

But if something happened, it would have been nice to be aware that we can just send to the site ...

And there just us fix this unit.

It is not so that we can throw it in the trash.

Another advantage is that the GoPro cameras by the dozen years when they are on the market ...

... came a lot of accessories for them, various.

Sticks, handles, various mounts, for the chest, the cap ...

... on his head, on the wrist, the rod, the paddle ...

... on helmet, on flat surfaces, curves, you know what I mean.

A lot of them, along with a very complicated, complex-type stabilizers, etc., or even drones.

So this is also an advantage.

Interesting is also the fact that the company GoPro, a bit like Lego ...

... had such assumptions and probably is still the case that, as we take the oldest LEGO bricks, and those who buy now in the shop, they will fit together.

And the GoPro company also goes for that course.

There is such a thing as a compatibility table, you can easily download on the manufacturer's website.

It has a list which parts fit to which cameras.

Very often it fits perfectly.

Of course there are things such as batteries... batteries for Hero 3 and 3+ cameras were common...

Hero 4 and 5 also have different ones.

However, if you have several cameras simultaneously from a family of 3 or 3 + ...

... these batteries we could freely exchange.

And it was very, very cool.

The same thing are for example the remote controls, you can handle a few cameras with the single pilot.

This is so cool, very honest approach.

Of course, you can not jump over the technological development ...

.... For example, in the model 5 Black there are other batteries than in older models.

Such other argument ...

... more likely the logic one ...

it is also true that if you look at

Really ... professionally recorded movies, not like my ...

... some very familiar programs, I can not throw names, but ...

... the most famous stations, or some nature films, survival programs, automotive ...

You can note with curiosity

how often they use GoPro as action cameras.

When you need to dive, when the conditions are bad, when you need a tiny camera and attach it to yourself...

Where an ordinary camera would be useless...

Typically, the inscription on the camera or the distinctive shape reveals that this is the GoPro camera.

And I think people who do not save on this item ...

They buy the highest quality equipment, because the spin of the highest quality films.

They would buy what is the best - so they buy GoPro, because they believe that this is the best.

There is also a different aspect ... which ...

Immediately I'll show you what I mean ...

I always go out with the assumption that it's nice to have good things.

And just as there are different action cameras...

So, for example, they are different pocket knives.

There are millions of knives in the world, various models ...

But if you want to buy a really good knife ...

... we'll probably look for something like this. This is very old.

But this is a Victorinox pocket knife.

And they are brands in a variety of industries... if we think about the top shelf ...

... as it used to be in cars... Mercedes brand was synonymous with good quality ...

... Now it is possible to discuss.

Such a curiosity, because I always keep it, it is a gift from my dad.

I have two pocket knives Victorinox and those Swiss Army knives are synonymous with quality.

In this industry. If pocket knife - Victorinox it is.

And so it is with action cameras.

It is not without reason synonymous with high quality.

It may appear over time some very strong competition for the GoPro ...

At the moment I do not see such competition.

I use these cameras, I am very satisfied.

I spoked of the many advantages of these cameras ...

Their reliability, plenty of accessories that you can buy for them ...

There is also a wide range of models.

It is also interesting that everyone can choose something for themselves.

But their biggest drawback though ... If we can call it drawback

But what makes someone to get tempted...

'tempted' has a pejorative connotation here, it sounds very bad, but ...

When one chooses a third-party camera, not a GoPro ...

...the most common reason is simply the price.

GoPro cameras are relatively expensive, it would seem ...

That you need a lot to pay for it, so can I say, this is probably a more precise definition.

Well, they are expensive, sure, you have to pay a lot for such a camera.

On the other hand you can, so to speak, cheat a bit...

... because there are plenty of cool GoPro camera models ...

... that they are no longer sold new on the shelves ...

... I do not know if we can even now buy Hero 4? ...

Now on top, because it's new, is Hero 5.

But you can buy one on the secondary market, at second hand...

... cameras from Hero 3 or 3+ family, which are in fantastic condition.

There's nothing wrong with them and they will really serve you well.

I also often watch some movies on YouTube...

It is often thet many people use these older models...

Because they just have the camera, it still works, it serves them well.

Qualitatively they are OK, when it comes to image quality ...

And it is also an interesting alternative.

Because you can buy for a lot of money, for example, the latest camera...

... and you have to reckon with a large expenditure.

But if we do not have enough money... instead of buying a less-known company model ...

... or completely Ping-Pong model from the Far East ...

... which we do not know what it is, buy a pig in a poke, but we still take a risk ...

It is worth consideringwhether not to buy from a reliable source ...

... GoPro camera at second hand, used but fully efficient.

It is also often the case that people sell whole sets, I have done so twice.

... that I was selling a set of batteries, chargers, harnesses etc.

And in this way you can get a really cool equipment.

Those who bought the camera from me ...

... they were very satisfied, and later even contacted them ...

I gave some suggestions how to use them ...

And this is the first episode, as I mentioned a pilot, so a lot of generalities ...

I have some ideas for next episodes ...

... because I get a lot of questions, 'what camera do you use, what quality?'

With what program you process these videos?

These are interesting questions and to be honest ...

There is not much information available, really ...

Because in some sense this is a secret, if someone spend hundreds and thousands of hours...

... really hard work, playing with the settings, selecting parameters, accessories ...

Getting used to a program for processing those recorded films...

If he came to something, it's rare if he wants to share it ...

So it is not without reason ...

And so I think that such films could be quite interesting.

You can tell a lot about what model of GoPro choose.

... because there are plenty of models and surprisingly a lot at stake.

You could talk a lot about what the program and it's functions...

There are plenty of interesting hints, as I mentioned ...

If such films would enjoy your appreciation and you would like to watch such films ...

You are curious about my opinion, you like my movies...

And you want to make similar films...

Let me know, write a comment, leave the assessment of this film ...

And if you want me to make more movies in better quality...

I invite you also, as always on such an occasion ...

To glance at a link that certainly will be in description...

To my profile on Patronite, there you can support my channel in a more prominent way.

With a lot of profit from it, because there are always some bonuses, access to various unpublished material ...

The 'secret' ones.

This is a cool thing, I really appreciate the cooperation with my patrons and thank them very much for your support!

The camera that is recording me now, you obviously do not see it ...

... But at the moment I record most of the camera 5 Black, I use a 3+ Black too ...

But also because of the support of the Patrons this camera and accessories are present on my channel ...

And thanks to this quality is getting better.

So, I invite you to interact under this film!

I wish you a nice day, see you soon!
