I did tell her. Right to her face.
That's she's cute. That I like her.
That just seems even more fake.
I mean, you do seem superficial.
Better than being someone like you who never says anything.
What?
You couldn't even say hello to Serena, much less tell her she's cute.
I told you. Serena's not like that.
If you keep acting like this, you'll miss your chance.
I told you! It's not like that, you superficial idiot!
What? Well, you're a meathead!
You're always horny!
You're a closet pervert!
What?!
You bastard! Don't mess with me!
You never let anything go!

Kyrie Irving Spreads His Flat Earth Beliefs to Local Middle School Children - Duration: 1:37.
For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch.
Did you know that the earth is flat?
If you've been under the impression we actually live on a globe, you're a sucker and a pawn
of the globalists looking to keep you living in ignorance.
But don't take my word for it,noted flat earth truther and future former Cleveland Cavaliers
player—Kyrie Irving is unfortunately helping to spread the conspiracy among our nation's
children.
While speaking to NPR, middle school teacher Nick Gurol said that his students, thanks
to Irving, staunchly believe that the world is flat.
Gurol remarked
"And immediately I start to panic.
How have I failed these kids so badly they think the Earth is flat just because a basketball
player says it?
They think that I'm part of this larger conspiracy of being a round-Earther.
That's definitely hard for me because it feels like science isn't real to them."
The educator said that he has tried to get the students to understand that the world
is indeed round, to no avail.
The influence of Irving was just too strong.
Irving's flat earth world view became known earlier this year, while the basketball player
spoke to Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye on a podcast.
"The earth is flat.
This is not even a conspiracy theory.
I'm telling you, it's right in front of our faces.
They lie to us.
What I've been taught is that the earth is round.
But if you really think about it from a landscape of the way we travel, the way we move and
the fact that, can you really think of us rotating around the sun and all planets aligned,
rotating in specific dates, being perpendicular with what's going on with these planets."
Irving, who's not a trained scientist in any classical sense of the word maintains that
if one were to walk north long enough, they'd simply fall off the edge of our planet as
if it were a shitty board game.
That's all for now, we'll have more on this story as it develops.

Why Donald Trump Is Actually Obama's Natural Successor - Duration: 9:38.
I think the 2016 election has been eye-opening for me personally, and there's been a lot
of personal reflection around "what does it mean to be involved?" for a lot of people.
I think—and I hope—that we take President Trump's victory as a warning of what disengagement
can cost us.
And I think our leaders have failed to lead on a lot of different dimensions.
I think government has lost a productive culture of public service that makes it hard to participate,
it makes it hard to understand the value of engaging in politics.
Our first associations with the word "politician" is like, corruption/dishonesty.
Public service should be about our highest ideals, it should be about our collective
success, it should be about what is best and most ambitious for a group of people working
together around a shared sense of purpose.
So I think as people wake up to "Wait a second, how is this possible here?"
I think there's a couple of things at work there.
One is: as the country becomes more urban, and urban centers are decidedly more liberal,
we have a sense that the country is much more liberal than it actually is.
Turns out it's a really big country.
It turns out there's a lot of people who still don't live in cities.
It turns out there are a lot of sort of frustrated people who live in cities who believed in
Obama because of the promises he made about changing the system that Trump was a much
more natural successor to than Secretary Clinton was.
So I think the concept of someone who is frustrated and anxious seeing President Obama fail to
largely change the culture of politics, see Trump as the bull for the china shop and there's
a pretty straight line, and this is a lot easier to see in retrospect.
I thought Secretary Clinton was going to win, so this is all with the benefit of hindsight
and a lot of thought, and a lot of talking to a lot of people in a lot of places that
aren't Chicago and aren't downtown New York.
But what I think this has awakened in people is the reality that people have to participate.
There's this saying that "history is decided by the people that show up," there's like
nine different versions of that aphorism that are largely true in a participatory democracy.
And I think we've gotten a little lazy, and I think President Trump scares a lot of people
in a way that has been amazing to watch new people engage in politics.
And I think the question, to get back to where the question started, which is: "Okay, where
do people begin?"
This is where the increased access that technology provides to low barriers to participation
are really, really great.
So you can start participating in politics just by being more aware, being more educated,
being more plugged in to what is actually happening with leaders, with leadership, with
campaigns at a level of just access to that process is so much greater than it's ever
been.
But there's a choice and a desire on our side that we have to go and seek out those answers
to those questions.
And then there are so many ways to start to engage in simple ways: calling congressmen,
writing letters, like everything from 5 Calls to Resistbot, and these are all progressive-oriented
things but all of the same tactics apply for conservatives, and a lot of what we see with
progresses really embracing the power of being face-to-face with elected officials in town
halls was something that the Tea Party used to incredible effect ten years ago in 2010
in terms of particular just post the Obama election.
And so these tools themselves are not particularly partisan, but they've reduced the barrier
to participation sufficiently that it makes it easier for sort of first-time activists
to get started.
And what I would say is that there's a couple of sort of lies at the heart of progressive
politics that are super problematic.
One of them is that all politics is local.
I would say that when Tip O'Neill said that in the '80s, "local" was meant to be an
analog for what matters most to you.
The true statement is: all politics is personal, what matters to you is what matters to you
and that might be local, or it might not be.
And the thing that I always say to people is to start.
There is no magic way to participate.
We live in a republic.
We have to win elections to gain power.
We don't live in a direct democracy.
So like large scale open-source policymaking is interesting as a listening exercise and
for understanding communities and for surfacing ideas that we haven't thought of, but we don't
live in a direct democracy where open-source policy actually creates policy directly, so
we have to participate in all kinds of ways.
I think one of the places where we need more attention is converting this sort of generic
resistance participation we see on the left right now into political power.
So in L.A., in the city elections back in March, fewer people voted than turned out
for the Women's March on inauguration day.
That's maybe just a function of the fact that it wasn't a contested mayoral election and
it's sort of off-cycle and not competitive, but an 11-and-a-half percent voter participation
turn-out rate should scare all of us.
That's a problem because we do live in a republic, we do need to believe in the value of participating
in this process.
And this is where leadership matters a lot.
This is where reclaiming the sort of joy and optimism and public service about politics
and government is something that has to be a coherent priority of the party, of our leaders,
of people running for office on both sides, or we're going to be in a place where democracy
is a system of faith; and cynicism is extremely dangerous and long-term corrosive.
There's been a lot of talk about the normalization of propaganda and lying since President Trump
took office and I think those things are super problematic because the institutions of the
system matter a lot more than the personalities.
And when personalities start trumping institutions, no pun intended, or pun intended I guess,
you start leaning toward autocracy pretty fast and that's not where we want to go.
The net neutrality argument usually gets wrapped around things like Netflix and cable television
and sort of commercial content distribution, that kind of thing.
I think the place where net neutrality is particularly important is around activism
and around governments.
If companies can change the way they route packets and prioritize content based on financial
decisions they can also do it based on ideological decisions.
And you start inching your way toward government-run media, it's not a long jump between that question
and government-managed suppression of participation from insurgent or counter opinion ideas.
That's not a long leap.
I worry less about the commercial problems because I think, look, if Netflix has to pay
more for faster pipes they'll figure it out—like they'll figure out how to make money, they'll
figure out how to get more episodes of House of Cards.
It will work out for them.
They will make money.
Activists not being able to use services like Twilio effectively to call Congress because
net neutrality has changed the way that people have access to information is potentially
catastrophic for people understanding that their participation is valuable.
And one of the things that these tools, like I said when we were thinking about this question
of new activism and giving more access to more participation, if people don't believe
that that participation will work or it literally won't work, now we're starting to create barriers
to participation, and in a participatory democracy no barriers to participation are good.
Whether they're voting, whether it's content, whether it's listening, whether it's being
able to hold leaders to account, limits on any of those things are bad.

The Most Overacted Moments In Movie History - Duration: 7:17.
Even the best actors have their melodramatic moments, but every once in awhile, a performance
goes from "a little over the top" to "insane."
Maybe these performances are so over the top they circle back around to brilliant, or maybe
they're just embarrassing.
Either way, these clips offer examples of overacting at its finest.
John Alderton in Zardoz
Everything about 1974's Zardoz is weird.
It features Sean Connery with a long braid and rocking the Borat swimsuit look for most
of the film.
It's a bizarro, trippy movie about a godlike creature called Zardoz who talks through a
giant stone head, a group of immortals who don't believe in sex or sleep, and Connery
running around with his copious body hair on display.
But Connery doesn't earn the scene-chewing crown.
That honor goes to actor John Alderton, playing an immortal named "Friend" ...
"I hate all women.
Birth, fertility, superstition."
And that's just a taste.
If this scene seems confusing, don't worry.
It doesn't make any more sense in the context of the film either.
"I will, I will not go to second level with you!"
But you have applaud Alderton for making the most of his odd moment in this terribly strange
film.
Nicolas Cage in Vampire's Kiss
You can't talk about overacting without talking about Nicolas Cage, and Vampire's Kiss is
one of his early moments of over-the-top glory.
Long before his Wicker Man remake found him screaming about bees and punching a woman
while wearing a bear suit, he released what might actually be the craziest movie of his
career.
1988's Vampire's Kiss stars Cage as an ad exec who gets bitten and thinks he's turning
into a vampire—and apparently vampires are 100 percent insane, because that's how Cage
plays his metamorphosis …
"I never misfiled anything!
Not once!
Not one time!"
"I'm sure that you didn't."
Oh to be a fly on the wall as this scene was filmed.
If the crew wasn't desperately holding back laughter, they must have been looking for
the exits.
John Travolta in Battlefield Earth
John Travolta wanted to bring the central mythology of Scientology to life with Battlefield
Earth.
Instead, he created one of the worst movies of all time—and gave a completely bizarre
performance in the bargain.
Battlefield Earth is about a terrible race of dreadlocked aliens who have enslaved humanity.
Travolta stars as the main bad guy, Terl.
Travolta decided Terl was a guy who loved a good laugh, doling out his version of an
evil chuckle in almost every scene …
"I do what I can."
"It's a joke."
If the goal was to make these gross aliens as unappealing as possible, then Travolta
actually did a perfect job.
A job we never want to watch again.
Michael Sheen in Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2
Michael Sheen is a wonderful actor.
He's turned in brilliant performances on TV in Masters of Sex, and on the big screen in
Frost/Nixon, among many other notable roles.
But when it came to Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, he went a little crazy as the
evil Aro.
In fact, in a series filled with unintentionally funny moments, Sheen's bizarre giggle might
stand out as the most memorable ...
It's funny every time.
Sheen actually offered an explanation of his big moment to MTV, saying that since his character
has been alive for centuries and centuries, he's probably incredibly bored and gets hysterical
when something actually unexpected happens.
It really does make perfect sense when you think about it—which means Sheen managed
to turn an over-the-top moment into a secretly brilliant acting choice.
Bravo.
Ellen McElduff in Maximum Overdrive
Author Stephen King decided he wanted to give moviemaking a try, so he adapted his short
story "Trucks" into 1986's Maximum Overdrive.
The good things about the film: a full score by AC/DC.
The bad things: everything else.
A story about machines coming to life and trying to kill all humans manages to make
even less sense than you'd think.
This was King's first time directing a film, and he later admitted that one major issue
with the movie was that his co-director was cocaine.
Despite all the problems, the film has one incredible highlight: the waitress.
Actress Ellen McElduff makes the most of her limited screen time …
"We made you!
Didn't you understand?
You can't do this!"
If you're going to have a small part in a crappy film, at least make it memorable.
"You can't!
We made you!"
Brian Blessed in Flash Gordon
1980's space opera Flash Gordon sure had an interesting cast: Brian Blessed, an acclaimed
British Shakespearean actor with a big voice and personality, and Max von Sydow, a frequent
collaborator with Ingmar Bergman who's considered one of Sweden's greatest actors, played second
fiddle to Sam J. Jones, a former contestant on The Dating Game.
Watching Flash Gordon, you get the sense that Blessed knew he wasn't winning any Oscars
for the film, so he just had as much fun as humanly possible playing a winged man who
flies around in leather briefs and a breastplate while Queen plays on the soundtrack.
Why not go over the top, right?
"Oh well.
Who wants to live forever?
Ha ha ha!
Dive!"
Kenneth Branagh in Wild Wild West
In yet another example of a Shakespearean actor trying to bring a bit of theatrical
flair to a role in a very silly blockbuster, Kenneth Branagh played the villainous Dr.
Loveless in 1999's Wild Wild West.
An infamous flop that snapped Will Smith's remarkable '90s streak, the film is suspiciously
devoid of humor for an action thriller/sci-fi/comedy hybrid.
Among all the failed jokes, we have the spectacle of Branagh.
His portrayal of Loveless is so consistently over the top, wildly veering from dramatic
to simply insane, he's at least always interesting to watch.
"It's me, dear friends!
Alive and kicking.
Well, alive, anyway."
"Mi casa es su casa.
Faites comme chez vous.
Let the party begin!"
Branagh knows that a villain who winds up in a giant steampunk spider is not a man for
subtlety.

Top 5 most dangerous bridges in the world - Duration: 4:18.
I greet you with my next video,
this time I have prepared the TOP 5 most dangerous bridges in the world for you.
Bridge.
It connects two inaccessible points and often shortens our path.
It is mostly above the rivers or deep gorges. High-laid bridges are dangerous as they are built at a huge height.
But this is not the only factor that makes the most dangerous of some bridges. Many times it is a neglected maintenance and a bad technical condition.
These places are, however, for visitors as a magnet. I really do not know what it is, it's about attracting adrenaline from the ubiquitous danger.
But I do know one thing, that you would never get to some of these bridges. So let's take a look at the 5 most dangerous bridges of the world together.
Kuandinsky Bridge of Kuanda, Russia, is located fifth.
Kuadinsky Bridge is a very narrow and old metal bridge. It is covered with sloping wooden boards, of course the side railings are missing.
This means that just one wrong move and you end up with your car in the ice water.
What has not happened once
On the fourth place is Longjiang Suspension Bridge, China
I apologize for my accent on the Chinese pronouncement.
This suspension bridge is one of the largest and largest bridges in the world.
At the same time it is ranked among the most dangerous - because of the height in which it is located.
There, nobody really got me.
The third place is Storseisundet Bridge, Norway.
At first glance it acts as a bridge that extends into the unknown.
Storseisundet Bridge looks like a roller coaster in a fun park. This is due to the fact that instead of a classical safe passage, it suddenly begins to jerk and fall sharply.
It's like a rally ...
Second is Sidu River Bridge, China.
Some people just struggle with height, so we can also mention this bridge.
It is up to 496 meters long and is over 1222 meters long. This bridge is the highest suspended bridge in the world.
As you can see yourself, it's nothing pleasant for those who have fears of highs.
We have the first place in the first place, Hussaini Hanging Bridge, Pakistan.
In the mountainous area of northern Pakistan, there is the Hussaini Hanging Bridge, which helps travelers in transit through Borit Lake.
But this bridge is very poorly maintained.
The ropes hang strangely and, of course, there are also a few "wooden" boards on the floor. With a combination of strong winds, this bridge is probably the most dangerous in the world.
If you want to get through it, you just have to have steel nerves.
Recognize ...
Put me in the comments on which bridge you'd like to try.
That really matters to me.
Thank you for watching my video and I hope you have been pissed off and left like.
If you are new here do not forget to leave a subscription.
And of course, send it to everyone, see everybody see the dangerous bridges.
I'm looking forward to another video: D

Stop blowing hot air because you want to be recognized - Garba Ali cautions Nnamdi Kanu
- Alhaji Yusuf Garba Ali, the former national chairman of the then All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), has cautioned Nnamdi Kanu to stop blowing hot air because of recognition.
- Alhaji Ali said it is unbelievable that Kanu is still talking of Biafra even though many leaders from the Southeast said what they need is restructuring and not secession.
Alhaji Yusuf Garba Ali, former national chairman of the then All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), has cautioned Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to stop blowing hot air because he"just want to be recognized.
According to Ali, the Igbos don't want to secede from Nigeria for any reason, Vanguard reports. Garba Ali said: "I think even the people in the south east are no longer saying that they want to secede.
"The Arewa youths also reacted based on what they thought was the decision of majority of the people of the south east.
"Kanu is still talking of Biafra but leaders from the region have told him that what they need is restructuring and not secession. The question of secession simply does not arise.
Despite the Boko Haram crisis in the north east, there are still Igbos living there.
"There is no part of this country you go to that you do not find another tribe settling there. How do you want to break up the country?.
"I do not believe that Nigeria is going to break. What we have is people blowing hot air. Some are using it for their economic interest. There are lots of people blowing hot air just because they want to be recognized.".
com had reported that large numbers of pro-Biafra supporters trooped-out to welcome leader the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, in the Imo state capital, Owerri.
According to a post on Facebook by Somto Okonkwo, the supporters who were reportedly in their millions, came out to welcome the IPOB leader during his visit to Owerri on Friday, July 28.

The Most Stunning Weight-Loss Transformations Hollywood Has Seen - Duration: 7:05.
For women in Hollywood, weight is a hot topic.
But even if they're loving on their curves, it can be frustrating when weight impacts
quality of life.
For a variety of reasons, plus-sized celebs have made big transformations.
From Shonda Rhimes to Oprah Winfrey, these stars put in real work to drop those extra
pounds!
Shonda Rhimes
TV producer and author of Year of Yes, Rhimes spent a year saying yes to things she'd usually
say no to.
And one of those things was good health.
Her eventual weight loss of over 125 pounds was what she called a "byproduct" of saying
yes, as well as an epiphany she had in the process.
She told Oprah:
"I work my butt off at work.
I work really hard to be a mother.
I work really hard at everything.
Why do I think losing weight's supposed to be easy?"
And she was more than candid about her strategy for her new lifestyle.
"I just changed everything I ate — and I hated all of that — and then I hate exercising
and I did that, too.
I hated that the whole time."
All that work so she could be her best for her adorable kids.
Would you expect anything less from ShondaLand?
Melissa McCarthy
Making people laugh for years on Mike & Molly and in movies like Bridesmaids and Spy, as
well as SNL, Melissa McCarthy has been called a "role model" for plus-sized women.
But McCarthy claims that status doesn't quite fit her reality, saying,
"I don't know any perfect women.
If I, off the top of my head, name 20 of the most amazing women in my life, it's all shapes,
sizes, ages, colors, jobs."
The Ghostbusters star has lost what In Touch estimates to be over 75 pounds, although McCarthy
hasn't revealed the exact number.
When asked about it, she told Refinery29,
"If that is the most interesting thing about me, I need to go have a lavender farm in Minnesota
and give this up.
There has to be something more."
In 2014, McCarthy launched a fashion line for women of all sizes, Seven 7.
Kirstie Alley
Actress Kirstie Alley was in denial about her weight until the media pointed it out
to her.
"I didn't know how fat I was.
I mean thanks to the tabloids I found out how fat I was.
I really didn't know."
Ultimately, Alley lost 75 pounds, and kept a promise she made to come back on Oprah — in
a bikini.
After then ditching Jenny Craig, it was only a matter of time before Alley gained all the
weight back, and more.
She would find her way back to Jenny Craig in 2015.
Alley told People, "I love that you have a consultant.
It's like being an athlete.
No athlete is going to do well without having a coach.
We have to equate that to life."
By 2017, Alley had lost a total of 50 pounds, and has kept it all off.
Wendy Williams
Talk show host Wendy Williams has struggled with weight all of her life.
She told People,
"My first diet was in the first grade!
Tuna fish and mustard with yogurt on the side.
Weight was a big thing for me to overcome."
The host has gradually shed 50 pounds over three years and kept it off.
Her biggest tip?
Slow and steady is the name of the game.
How about that?
It's not going to happen overnight.
I no longer believe in fad diets, crash diets…
I don't want my heart to race and pop out of my chest."
Lena Dunham
Actress and writer Lena Dunham doesn't equate skinniness with her own worth, posting on
Instagram in 2017,
"I feel I've made it pretty clear over the years that I don't give even the tiniest of
s---- what anyone else feels about my body."
Dunham's worked out with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson, but it wasn't to improve her image.
At the time, she told Anderson, "I have endometriosis, I have chronic physical pain, I just want
to feel stronger.
I just want to have a stronger core, I want to feel like I have more power throughout
my day, how do I get there?"
Dunham lost weight in 2017, thanks to her healthier lifestyle, sharing with Ellen about
how she then was trolled for it.
"Suddenly I got all these people being like, 'You're a hypocrite!
I thought you were body positive!
I thought you were a person who embraces bodies of all sizes!
I do, I just understand bodies change."
Rosie O'Donnell
After struggling with weight all her life, comedian and former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell
said it was a heart attack that caused the then 50-year-old to consider gastric bypass
surgery.
O'Donnell had the procedure in 2013 and started to lose weight.
But she acknowledged that weight loss doesn't automatically equal happiness.
She told Dr. Oz:
"It's not like all of a sudden you change and, boom, you lose the weight, everything's
fine, you got on a size 10, life is great.
You're having amazing sex.
Nothing is wrong.
It doesn't work that way."
By 2016, O'Donnell had lost over 50 pounds, according to People.
Jennifer Hudson
Singer turned actress Jennifer Hudson is known for her 80-pound weight loss nearly as much
as she is for her Oscar-winning performance in Dreamgirls.
She initially started to lose weight for the title role in the 2011 film Winnie Mandela,
telling People,
"Whatever it takes to morph into the character, I'll do it.
I wasn't going to starve myself for anyone."
Hudson first hired celeb trainer Harley Pasternak.
Then she started doing Weight Watchers.
In 2014, when she stopped doing the ads for the company, she said,
"My experience with Weight Watchers has truly been life changing.
I am grateful for what I have learned throughout the process and will always take it with me."
Gabourey Sidibe
Since she rose to fame in 2009's Precious, Gabourey Sidibe has seemed very comfortable
in her own skin.
But when she found out that she had type-2 diabetes at age 32, Sidibe knew she had to
change her life.
She quietly got bariatric surgery in 2016 and has been on a wellness journey ever since.
Keeping her weight loss tally a secret, Sidibe explained why she opted for surgery, telling
People,
"I truly didn't want to worry about all the effects that go along with diabetes.
I genuinely [would] worry all the time about losing my toes."
Ricki Lake
Actress and former talk show host Ricki Lake shot to fame in 1988's Hairspray.
She told ABC News,
"Being fat worked, and I think that was what was confusing for me for a long time in my
career."
When she reached 260 pounds and her acting roles dried up, she decided to make a significant
change.
Lake still battles her weight, telling Oprah in 2015, she loves how she feels, but wants
to be a healthy role model at any size:
"I love telling the world!
At the same time, I felt like I was perpetuating this obsession that we have with weight.
It's, it's like You're damned if you do, you're damned if you don't."
Oprah
The billionaire talk show mogul has been living her best life for decades.
But Oprah revealed her ongoing struggles with weight, in her 2017 cookbook Food, Health
and Happiness, citing a "powerful need to please everybody on a never-ending basis"
which led to weight gain.
In 2015, Winfrey bought a share of Weight Watchers and started changing her thinking
about food, for good.
She told People in 2017 that she'd lost 42-and-a-half pounds with Weight Watchers, saying, "I finally
made peace with food."

Practical Guide to the Law of Attraction (EXACTLY What to Do) - Duration: 9:50.
Welcome Back to Another Video my name is Aaron and I help People
Expand Their Consciousness
Now in This Video I'll be Sharing with you A
Practical Guide to Achieving your goals with the law of Attraction and what I'll be doing is Showing you how to
Transform Yourself From the Inside out to start to know how you Can cultivate
Practical Action to get to the end result of who you prefer to
Be so for this Process the first Thing I'm going to be doing Is Sharing A
Technique That I've Shared before but it Really
Is just so powerful it's a technique that Comes from tony robbins and it's called the dickens Process now
This Process is so Powerful for Helping Us move Towards Where
We want to go and Really Understanding how Motivation Works and how?
We Can cultivate The Energy to Take Action in the present Moment Towards Making That Happen?
So first off Understanding that when, We Make a Decision, We Can Make it in A?
Split-Second Someone Could Say That Quitting Smoking and Moving Towards Their Goal of Becoming more Healthy Is
Something That Took Three Months to do but Really it took
Just a one Second
Decision to when They made it a must so it may have taken them two Months to get to that Make that Decision
But Making A Decision Is so powerful and it's something we do in a second so really
You Becoming The kind of Person that you prefer to be Is
Something That Only Takes A second it's Just it might Take you a while to get to
Understanding to Make it A must now to understand the dickens Process it's about Really Understanding how
We are Motivated with our Identity and the way, we define Ourselves so the idea is that
We will always do everything we Can to move Ar8 Away from Pain and We will always do what?
We can to move Towards pleasure Now what We define To be Pleasure and Pain will depend upon all right?
And the way that we define Ourselves?
Now Look at your goals and Look at the Person that you prefer to be and then, also look at
Who you are being in The present Moments right Now and let's do a little Exercise
Look at. Who you are being right Now and what
We're Going to Begin to do is to associate Pain With Staying the Same and With
Maintaining The Same Habits that We have right now?
Now Let's Look at who, we are being and Let's go six Months out
Let's See that if We stay the way, we are right Now Let's write Down on a piece of paper all the things that
We will regret all the things that will Make us feel Pain with remained in the Same so what you Can Begin to do Is
Realize That From that you will Remain Maybe not in A relationship because you're not Putting Yourself out There
You might See that you'll Continue to be in A dead-end Job or a job that you don't enjoy
You might See that you'll Continue to live Paycheck to Paycheck and Maybe These aren't aspects of You but I'm Just using a general Aspect
Maybe There's Certain Parts of This that you realize Can, bring you Pain
Down the road now
With that and Maybe eight to ten examples of Those
Right six Months then right A year out Than Five Years and then ten Years and start to See all the things that
Will be the negative Side of Remaining the Same
so what you do is you Begin to look at all Those and you Begin to Really Feel the massive Pain that Would come from
Staying The Same and Then the next Part of this is to start to think of the vision that
We can have for who We prefer to be, We Can start to see the perfect?
Life for Ourselves Whether it's six Months A year Down the road five Years Down the road
Start To See the way you'd be acting With other People
Start to See The Kind of Body Language that you have when you carry Yourself
Start to See the Way that you
What you do for a living The kind of Passion that you have the morning ritual you Have everything that you do start to See
Yourself in That and Start to Really Feel Into That start to write Down The List of the things that that will bring
Pleasure With The Things You'll Enjoy start to associate massive Pleasure With Any of Those Characteristics
and then what you Can Begin to do Is
Understand and Begin To Focus on These Different things to associate
Massive Pain With Remaining the Same and
Massive Pleasure With Moving Towards the goals you have of who you prefer to be
Now this Can Help you transform Yourself Towards Understanding how to Move in the Direction
Of Where you want to go and how you must Begin to use These?
Motivational Mechanisms in Order to get you to that place Now the next step is to actually Identify the
Outcome of who you want to be
Seeing That Best Version of Yourself and then Breaking that down Into steps that you Can Take Today
Steps that you Can Take Every day Towards getting closer to Whatever Those Goals are Now Another part that I want to
Present to you is Understanding the Emotions and the Actions that
We take Now in Order to get to the goal Quicker?
We Can first off Realize that the goal Is not the actual thing that will Make us feel happiness
We Can only Generate That from Within so what We Can Begin to do Is Add and put in Those?
Emotions that We Would See Us?
Experiencing Instead of the Things
We would Have Look at the Emotions that You Would Feel and Start To bring Those Emotions Into everyday life?
so if it's freedom to do your Passion for a living or to travel when you want to travel you could Begin to feel the
Security and The Freedom of what that Would bring you Money Many?
Times Equals Security Eagles Freedom Begin to Feel that more Every day Begin to do things Every Day that
Cultivates That Type of Emotion and That Could Mean Simply that you Decide You're going to take A
You're Going to go to the Gym a little bit longer you're going to Maybe Take a bath you're Going to get a Massage
Whatever it Is in Whatever way you can
Start to Feel Those Emotions more often Now as you start to do that what you do is you changing
Who you are being in The present moment and you are Amplifying the Emotion that you Have Towards Becoming
More Like That
Now the other way that, We Can start to Feel more Into it Is by actually Taking Action when
We take Action that is A part of the Process and the Action?
Is what Brings us closer to our goals and what it Really aligns More
Opportunities To Coming Into our Life to making that happen
so what you Can Begin to do is to align the Actions you are taking with the Emotions that you're Feeling and
Doing That Every Single day with an in the Direction of the end goal you have
Using The Kind of motivational Mechanism that you've Used to associate
Massive Pain With Staying The Same and With negative Habits you don't prefer A
Massive Pleasure With The Kind of Person that you will become in order to accomplish that
Now I want to give One more Tip with this and it's that Feeling
Emotion Towards The Vision you have Making a practical goal
Is much more Powerful now what I mean by this is if you have A goal for example
To learn Spanish now The goal of Learning Spanish Feels so
Generalized it's Hard to connect to that Emotionally but Make it more Practical
Maybe your goal at the end of Six Months Or a year is to have a five-Minute Conversation with Someone
Speaking
Spanish so you see that practical goal is much more Tangible
Than Just some generalized goal it Could be that you want to become A?
Better Basketball Player
That's A very general goal but you could Make it more Practical I want to play on a game at this Certain Club
Five-On-Five Game on this Date You See that has a much more Pulling
Feeling of Emotion and what you Can Begin to do Is
Start to See Ways that you can do it it really Starts to change the Thinking and it Makes it more Practical
Rather Than Just something that's in The Air Or rather than something that's Less Relatable -
So remember all you have to do for this Process is Begin to
Associate Mass of Pain With The Kind of Person that's Remaining Stagnant that's not Growing
Start to Associate massive pleasure With The Kind of Person that you could become you can
Increase The Kind of Energy of Emotion that you're Feeling by making them practical
Relatable Type Outcomes and Then
Also increase The Action Towards Becoming The kind of Person that Would be Would be to?
Experience what You want in your life if you apply this Process you can get Amazing results and
Much less Time Than it Would Take Normally Because that Focus isn't There so
With That being Said I hope you guys Enjoy this Video and Feel free to like this Video if you liked it subscribe
If You Haven't Already and as always I will see you guys on the next vid Peace much love
Namaste all right bye

Setting Goals+Update Video (No Animation) - Duration: 5:42.
Oh, well, I may or might not have lost track of time, maybe
Yeah, I probably just... Yeah, I'm probably just lazy :p
So if you aren't blind you probably know that this is an update video
plus goals
yeah, I'm going to be setting some goals here.
And because I know most of you're here for the goals (not true)
I'm just going to do that first, so if you don't want to watch the rest of the video you can just leave after this
So goals!
Goals for YouTube. There's just one goal for YouTube but,
whatever, so my goal for youtube is going to be reaching 1k subscribers
Before my birthday and for the added element of hype. I'm not going to say when my birthday is
So you can know live in surprise, or hype or whatever?
that is kind of reaching for the stars, but I mean setting goals is a part of
Learning and stuff because they teach you that school
Okay, now that that's out of the way you can all leave if you want to
Like the people who didn't want to watch the actual video
Yeah
Three two one now let's continue
Okay, so my goals other than that are
Hell, I forgot
Oh now my I remember so the goals are for school and for me playing guitar and piano
Even though I don't know how to play piano
And so for school right school
Next year if you don't know I'm going to create eight
So that means last year of elementary school in Canada or whatever you want to call it. I don't care and
and
Because it's the last year. They're Gonna give us medals and stuff and
because I want medals I
Want to get an a plus I can get medals. That's how it works you get a pluses and and
whoever has the best mark or
Deserves the middle more is going to get a medal
But the limit is two so I want to get an art Medal
And I want to get a music medal or a math Medal. I
Don't really care. I just want to get a medal
but that aside, I just wouldn't get straight a's so I can just be a great student and
goals the rest of the goals
Guitar right so I play guitar if you didn't know I know
I'm right now a book four out of eight. I have nine
Considering there's a book zero which like why why is there a book zero?
Kim couldn't you just make the last book book nine, and then make that book one cuz it totally makes it so much more
Whatever so right now. I'm on book 4 or
going to Book 4
Yeah, but I want to reach book eight. Which is the last book until the end of
Grade 8 or the start of High school. I don't really care which one umm
yeah, and
I want to learn some piano before high school starts because I'm
self-taught
Yeah, I don't want to make this too long, so let's let's just yeah another goals for my sketchbook
I just started a new Sketchbook, and I want to finish it before september like before the school year starts, right?
I'm building at a thousand-piece puzzle, and I want to finish that before grade eight starts. That's also a thing
I'm working on more movement based animation, so like the hands
They're nickels there without like your balance thingy that like
you know lazy people do and
No offense
And like head movements and like walk cycles and stuff
Also, oh and if you didn't know this video is totally unscripted. That's why I'm like stirring stuff uh
okay, let's see right, so I have like a thousand workbooks right now and
My goal is to finish at least two of them
The two English ones because the like there are two English language ones and then the rest are all Farsi
So my goal is to
finish the two
English language ones before school starts
the one is math and the ones like mixed everything and
I want to finish both and
If I don't reach any of these goals you guys can give me a punishment
Except the Youtube one because that's totally just reaching for the stars
So if I don't reach any of these goals you can totally just give me a punishment and the most of voted one will be
My punishment to do for each of the things that I don't complete
Also, I cut my hair and you would know that if you were following me on Twitter or amin. Oh
Yeah, I think that might be it just looking through my notes
Yep, yep check check check check check check check
Yeah, I think that's it. So you have a

The 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country Review: A Wagon Done Right - Duration: 2:37.
Welcome to Critic's Notebook, a quick and off-the-cuff car review consisting of impressions, jottings, and marginalia regarding whatever The Drive writers happen to be driving
Today's edition: The 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country T6
Since the debut of the Volvo S90, the new generation of Volvos has been stunning, to say the least, with a design that has been a massive hit in the automotive enthusiast community
The S90's design has won our hearts—and subsequently, the related V90 Cross Country has as well
Maintaining a lot of the same lines as the sedan, especially up front, the Volvo V90 is a more family-friendly version of the S90
With increased cargo capacity and enough room for all the kids, the V90 is a beautiful wagon in a world filled with people who choose SUVs
Defying the common trend amongst auto manufacturers, Volvo opted to continue wagon production when they could have easily left their two-box sales duties to the XC60 and XC90 crossovers
However, Volvo knew they had wagon loyalists around the globe hoping to get their hands on the amazing work of designer Thomas Ingenlath
If you are looking to grab a 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country, just head over to any Volvo dealership and pick one up for a little north of $56,295
But if you want the standard Volvo V90 without the plastic flares and lift kit, be prepared to order one, as Volvo is not stocking them in dealerships
Like Audi and Subaru, Volvo is assuming buyers will focus on the more off-road-ready version of the V90 wagon
The Volvo V90 Cross Country is an amazing wagon in the land of SUVs and crossovers
Volvo has done a fantastic job building a functional, appealing, and safe wagon—though admittedly, at a high price
The 316-horsepower supercharged and turbocharged 2
0-liter inline-four cylinder provides plenty of power, but without the gutsy feel you might hope for from an engine packing so much power
Although the wagon launches to 60 mph in 5
9 seconds, it still feels timid, and the power can feel temperamental
That being said, the Volvo V90 Cross Country serves beautifully as a family hauler capable of tackling the harsh winters of Scandinavia (or wherever else), filled with skiing, playing hockey, and whatever else a large family might throw its way
