how to make a very simple and easy bracelet in my previous video you saw
how to make a Rakhi and I promised you all that I am going to teach you how to
make a bracelet so let's start here I used two colors orange and blue, blue on the
right side and we are going to overlap on orange you have to insert in this
triangle and pull pull it out up right and left at the same time tighten it up
this way you have to repeat in the same manner and tighten it up this way keep
on repeating it's a very easy and simple and it looks very beautiful
like this keep on repeating right overlap it insert pull it out and tighten up
it's really really easy if you practice I'm sure you will enjoy doing
it here I used only two orange thread if you want you can add more keep on
repeating if you missed my previous video and Rakhi Special video please

bracelet today I'm going to show you how to make a small bowl made with jute for
this you need take a ball or you can find any round object cover it with
plastic sheet like this and to secure tie a knot or with the help of rubber
bands fix it this way apply a small amount of glue on top of the ball and
start rolling the jute like this
paste it and press for a while and repeat to role make sure the rope
sticks to it and you are ready to roll rope you have to make sure that you
don't overlap the jute in between keep on adding glue and roll it keep on
rolling rolling and rolling following the shape and tapping glue check out for

Acrylic pour: Three colors with negative space #JulyPouringChallenge - Duration: 4:50.
Welcome to the #JulyPouringChallenge
As per challenge, I used cyan, yellow and magenta and selected white for negative space
I poured cyan, yellow and magenta in small plastic bags and tied these bags
I wanted to experiment with pendulum pour again😊
The plastic bags are suspended over the canvas
Now, I am adding white on the canvas
Carefully covering the entire canvas with liberal amount of white
Plastic bags are suspended over the canvas
Positioning the canvas
Now, I am twisting the rope for a rotational drop
I cut a hole in each plastic bag,and gave a good push to the bags
Colors are falling in nice elliptical shapes
Cyan can be clearly seen here but magenta and yellow are not faring that much
One more push
Now, yellow and magenta are visible
It seems the cut in bag with magenta color was very small
So I decided to pour colors from magenta and yellow on canvas
Better but the canvas need more colors
So, I decided to add all three colors in a cup and add colors in the center and corners
Clearly adding colors in this fashion is making them muddy
I will use balloon to bring life in the center and corners
Magenta and yellow on balloon with some white
I pressed the balloon in the center and corner but initial muddy reaction was still there
This time, I am adding liberal amount of magenta, yellow and some white
Pressing the color side of balloon on the canvas in the center
And again
Center is done, now corners
All corners and center now have a beautiful patterns
There is so much white space on the canvas
I want to beautify the center still
A nice flower in the center
Lots of cells and color reaction here
This is the dried canvas

thank you Porsha you're gonna get your individualized assessment.
Yaaay thank you.
Right now we are going to focus on the financial plan for you, part two will be
what markets that you might look at that will be good for you, but every
single person I have worked with, their plan is different in individuals and students
with my coaching clients, at any of my retreats, and definitely on my VIP days
and my monthly membership program, we get this, so I want to go into
specifically what you do. So let's start. we always start with the financials..
so I'm gonna be a little bit more involved in your life-not to be rude but to get the
real deal. There's some people I worked with who have...
$10,000 a month coming in and there's some people who have an extra
$500 a month, you know what I mean and your path is going to be looking
different depending on who you are or your profile is. So, do you have an
amount that you have ready for investment?
I can put down about $8,000
and how's your credit? we do it differently based on it being good or bad
its okay. it was in the 700's but then I did a debt consolidation or I did a
consolidation loan and package that I thought was going to help my credit but
what it did was, it closed out a lot of the accounts that I had opened for a long time
no and they closed it out and so my credit just, when I first messaged you
so when I first message I was like at a 700 and then by the time that we started
talking now I'm at like a 670. so like I'm okay now
there's something you can do that also help to real estate investing okay okay
good thing you told me, we can work to fix it up okay..
they should have just paid it off instead of just closing the account
yeah they closed out. I was so upset when I saw that
Yeah, I have some old accounts, you can't even get me to close it down.
alright $8,000 is a good start then you find a house of $40,000
with 20% down which is $8,000
now with what you have saved, you have enough for the down payment but we still need
money for closing cost and renovation mm-hmm, now, this is where things start
getting different because of your situation
When I have people who have money but not a high amount of income, we're going to
supplement with different types of credit: business and personal and we're also
going to have a different strategy so the strategy for you is we're
going to have a plan with less renovation right mm-hmm
okay and so maybe that bumps you up because you wanna wrap it up in the mortgage
you have decent enough credit, you can get a mortgage for whatever you want
since you don't have a foreclosure. So say there's a $30,000 house
that you need $15,000 worth of work for. Well for you at this stage, you have to go up to $45,000 house
that means maybe a couple grand for support so for you
in this situation to the cash flow is higher and that can start changing because
there are some good deals you can get we have a lot of cash on hand
okay that'll be all in for 30 if you are making $1,400 a month in rent, so we want to
hit that place. but until you do, we have to go nice and easy
and you're going to wrap it up. The renovation gets wrapped in the mortgage
that's what I like to call it okay, does that make sense? That is your strategy for now until your
capital situation changes, we don't want to get that to $7,000 passively
that what I like people to have, because closing cost will be $2,000 to $3,000 it depends on
the taxes and the jurisdiction. You know if you're an area with lower taxes and
it won't be that high cause you still have commitments to pay at the time of the sale.
and you need $4,000- $7,000 in repairs
so that's why I like you to have about $15,000 total. Question for you, how much can you
save each month to get to that goal and mind you, there is this other thing to help
you out, but we don't want you to be tight, you shouldn't go into anything going 'oh my
god I can't pay this bill because I'm trying to invest then you are not quite
ready, this is a low price property so we rather you just wait and bide your time
and then go into it. so how much do you think you can save per month?so we can
map out with your 'go time' is.
so right now I save about $ 280 a months
the reason why I was paying December' is, so right now I save about $280
a month but I'm also trying to pay down some debts that I have, so I'm doing
a snowball method where a lot of my money is going towards debt
right a lot of it that otherwise you'd be saving more right okay so once you hit December
what's it gonna jump to?.
So in December I'll get a bonus for the
year I'm thinking the bonus will be around $4,000 uh-huh I can possibly put around
3,000 of that towards that $8000 that I have uh-huh, $3k in December,
I could take out a loan on my 401k if I have to
Sure! you could take a loan for this much
yeah you can take a loan you don't have to take it out out as a withdrawal, you can
you can do a loan as well or just do a short
repayment period
you can do any, this is at a lower amount, but if you had to invest the year you took it
out, you are going to get so many expenses with repairs and maintenance
and business expenses, you will be wiped out. But you can either withdraw or take a
loan right well, so you have your money come December, we're good to go
at your go time
so where did the $4k come from? the 401k. So I could probably take out like $2,000
okay you mean as far as what is available all right $2k.
okay all right we're getting close so December, January is gonna be
a good time for you all right, okay so you're really need to gear up
for that, we have about six months until then, at this point you will probably
have about $13,000, cool you'd be close but remember we are
going for house that needs the least renovation, you're wrapping it up in the
mortgage right so then we don't have to rely on this other part as much but I
still want you to have it intact, there's not going to be any real
estate investing, and these are older home in this price range right, does this
still get to you guess that sums it okay that is when I wanted to start anyway that's good
now we're going to supplement that and
raise your credit at the same time, when I see people who have decent credit
but it's not that high, because of the amount of debt, I tell them to
open accounts and I want you to do it strategically
only open up accounts for credit cards with 0% promotional
offers okay because you can use these cards again and again and again for a
through out your real estate investing career. I started at 2 and now I am at 7.
and trust me if I get to the end of one year of the business and say I havent paid
it off and the interest rate is about to go up, I pay the 3% fee, and transfer it to
another card, now my business is being taken care off this, this is not for personal use.
I don't use this in any shape or form that is not irresponsible, but for you this is
really going to get you over the hump okay also we apply you can apply for multiple cards
within the same amount of time okay within two hours of each other now I
like doing this because all those hard checks may count against you but if you
if you apply very quickly and rapidly the other places don't get a chance to
see that one might be going to Experian the other Transunion
They don't necessarily ping all 3, to get the information about your credit, so if you do..
I've done did this before, cause I needed money
this was before I had my foreclosure still on.
I was like right in the middle as far as risk assessments by the bank right
I applied for 4, 0% promotional cards, 2 denied me and 2 approved me
I did them all within in an hour of each other, the screens were up and I just did them all boom, boom, boom, boom, boom! So we just need
to work with the system the way it is not and the way we want to be.
and the more lines of credit you open, the more you make
the debt to income ratio look a lot better
mmm and you do see the rapid increases, you might want to bunch them all together
it's just so that they don't count against each other okay, does that make sense?
when I was on credit karma today and I
did the simulator to see how it would affect my credit if I were to open up
another card I think it said it would drop my score a few points
but then that's only temporarily right?
listen, now I don't know why there is a myth, that the more lines of credit the worse
but the more lines of credit you use maybe: but you don't go above 20% which is the limit 20- 30%
of the limit so if I transfer a balance, I make sure, I'm only transferring up to 30% of
the limit right but I have shoots 15 lines of credit cards, it doesn't matter
like the more credit, every single time I add on another line of credit which means
the total available line of credit looks like I have a lot more but I'm not using more
my whole credit profile shifts because that ratio goes down and that's my thing,
35% of your credit score, so it's funny because when I started doing
that I was scared of that but I had foreclosure so I had a forget it attitude and the
exact opposite what everyone told me happened
it actually started going up faster than anything else, I've ever done
wait okay cuz you're not late that's well that's not the big part that gets
you up it okay that's why you're bacthing it
so all these entries arent like "ARGH!" its just one, you're done already you already
been approved I go in that make sense you can use them under renovations to
help you out where you get an extra $5000- $6000 and you get 0% financing
and you know you pay a 3% fees, so ,its like you are paying 3%
so its like you paying 3% for a year or 18 months mmm-hmm I mean that's the cheapest line
of credit you can get, you know what I mean and you can write that check to
to yourself at any time or you can transfer the balance at any time, so that's what we're going
to use to raise your credit score, honestly you'd see improvements in three months okay right well
oh I must say, I am not a credit repair specialist this is just from experience
I know you were scared about it, personally I've seen the exact opposite
it's been great mm-hmm Oh make your best judgment and don't try to
come back and sue Lisa for all I have
No I wont
don't be trying to hit me for it, okay 2 hours
0% multiple credit cards in two hours that's what we need to do for now
you can start that now so in december, it's been six months,request an
increase and then it can makes your total credit bigger cause you're not using it,
so it makes your total debt is a lot lower of a percentage
mm-hmm between 6 months and 8, and do them all around the same time
okay do not think I do not practice my medicine
I do them all the time, that's what hard money lender is for, but i can do that
right now because this is part of my life
this is how people like me and you can get there when we dont want to
wait extra 3 years to get extra $20,000 when this can get you 10 to
$20,000 available pretty quickly
does that make sense yeah use it responsibly.I am very measured like I
I have the billpay for my business account doing it, I know I am gonna have
$800, $500 or $0 left or whatever, at the end of
that time I know it's ready to transfer If I have any not being paid for by the
rent. so that's what you're going to do. Finally for your business, I like for
you to invest in your business because that's an investment and little
breathing room and then business credit.so I business credit like the buzzword
and they were doing it like so complicated
you're playing people $3000 to $5000 for it. uh- huh its too much, what are you doing?
just go to a bank or credit union open a business account
awwwl I just did that today
yes and when you are ready and this is the strategic part, I have got that three
different businesses. I have found that if I have $10,000
in that bank account and I request one credit of up to $10,000, they don't go above it
but if I have money and use it as a collateral, it is enough to back that amount
if you have $2000, they will lend you $3-4k but you see what I mean?
so what I want you to do, all the money you have here, put it it in your bank account
you don't need to keep it there, it's just when you open it, you need to have it
Let it sit for a little while ,it could be a week, it could be any day, I like for you
it to do some time in your business account, with it let it sit there
then apply for a business credit card. If you can have 1 banks, you can have 2,
why not,? do as many as you want and this is where I have my business credit cards
they're usually high interest, usually short term but after the one is
they have a whole bunch you can choose, the one that gives you points or
the one that gives you cash back . You want the one that gives you, 0% promotional
you want the that one, 0% promotional transfers, they don't just offer it
at the beginning they offer it on going so what you can do is, you have
a personal account that's like designated for this and documents
Like you know this Barclaycard credit card is only for business
business only sweat but it's your personal savings, I do that for all of my
business credit card, there is not one business credit card that I don't use that
I have not written up saying this is a business credit for this source of
business mmm-hmm so once you have that under renovation and you can pay
on this is your personal credit that's when you need the 0% credit cards
or transfer promotions, you transfer it over there, it gives you 12 months
residual but it's offered credit where you go get more property
so when you hit December, it's not just the 13k, its 20k, if you are getting at least 10k here
you're not putting your money down maybe you need your money for something else
whatever, after getting a credit card use it somewhere else
but whenever you start a new relationship with any
bank, even for your personal or not
you wana bring money, it makes the difference
theoretically, you can have $10k or $20k
0% for 12-18 months you have $3k here and this good when you're all done
transfer some balance off, you are still paying it off with your rent, so rents are still
paid throughout the year, but at least using some breathing room off your credit
So it does not weigh you down, I would think this is your nicest month financial plan
and I don't always recommend this, or that.
everyone's different and I have people coming in with $80,000
for this,so then don't need to do all of this, everyone is different.
but I would want you going into it and so if you do find a $40k property
feel confident that all this resources will get you through the
purchase and the renovation. especially knowing which houses you should focus
still you should be focused on the house with the least renovation
so you don't use this, keep it, there will come a time when you will need if for somewhere else
so you don't use this, still request more money you know it is an increase, so maybe
if you don't use it so it goes to $15k or $20k. So we gonna start to use this
very strategically for the sole purpose of real estate investing
You like this plan? You think you can do it? You got to hustle a little bit more
you got to do the work, but that is to bear because you don't have the extra cash
so you have to pay with your time a little bit but you will get to the same place,
