Jamberry Colour Cure - Duration: 4:21.

Hello pretty nail lovers!

My name is Sara Galloway and I am an independent consultant with Jamberry Nails.

I want to talk to you today about Colour Cure, Jamberry's newest product.

It is state of the art technology that nobody else has so let me show you why you need Colour

Cure in your life!

So, maybe you like the simplicity and familiarity of painting your nails with nail polish, or

as Jamberry calls it nail lacquer.

But, you still have to sit and wait for this to dry and there's a good chance you're probably

going to smudge it and it's going to chip in a couple days.

So, maybe you are looking for something else.

Then, if you venture out to gel nails, Jamberry has TruShine at-home gel system which is fantastic.

It does take multiple steps, a base coat, a color coat, a couple layers of a color coat,

and then a top coat all with the curing lamp and you do need specific remover packets to

get it off.

So maybe you are looking something a little more simple.

You definitely need to check out COLOUR CURE!

Colour Cure goes on with one bottle.

The top coat and the base coat are not necessary.

It's all in one bottle.

You put it on, put it in the lamp for 99 seconds, let it cure in the natural light for 60 seconds,

and I would probably do a second coat and then you are ready to go!

So let me show you how simple this is.

Here is our lamp.

It will turn on automatically, you'll see as soon as I put my hands in it.

I am going to use Stiletto.

You're going to put on a thin coat.

Now this stuff is 8-free so you're not going to have to worry about any of the toxins that

are commonly found in nail products, also in nail salons.

Like I said, this technology is not available anywhere else!

One tip I've learned is that you do want to cap the tips of your nails.

It does help with the wear of them when you are painting with lacquer or gel or even with

Colour Cure.

Then I'm going to go back and make sure nothing is on my skin before I cure it.

I'm going to put it in this lamp and you see it turns on automatically and it is timed

for 99 seconds so it will shut off as soon as this curing process is over.

Now as soon as the 99 seconds are over, I'm going to take my hand out and I'm going to

let it polymarize for 60 seconds in natural light.

And then I'm going to repeat a second coat and then after that I'M DONE!!

Out the door, I can dig in my purse.

I can chase after my kids.

I'm not worrying about smudging them because they are going to be completely cured and

dried and ready to go.

So, this technology is amazing for anyone who likes pretty nails but you are on the

go and you just don't have time to go to the salon to get your nails done or even you just

don't have the patience to try and sit while lacquer dries or do the multiple steps that

TruShine requires.

But, either way, Colour Cure is a game-changer, y'all!

This is going to be so amazing and it even, this little plate comes off the bottom of

this lamp so you can put it over your feet.

You want to talk about a long lasting pedicure?

Oh yeah!

And with all the colors to choose from, there's definitely something for everyone.

So, let me know what questions you have about Colour Cure.

It's going to launch on August 1st and I can't wait to share it with you!

So, maybe you are wondering how to remove Colour Cure?

Well, that's really simple.

Jamberry offers a Nail Wrap & Lacquer Remover that will take the Colour Cure off very simply.

What you do is you put a little bit of this into a bowl or a cup and then you soak your

fingers for about 2 to 3 minutes and then it comes off without any damage to your nails.

Now you can get the Nail Lacquer and Wrap Remover in a bottle that is a pump bottle

so it's no-spills.

And you can also get a refill so if you are just going to be pouring it into a bowl, this

might be a better option for you.

Either way, this stuff is magic.

It takes off the nail wraps, the nail lacquer, and now the Colour Cure!

Walking around Odaiba - Tokyo - お台場 - 4K Ultra HD - Duration: 26:53.

Being one of the very first locations that we visited when we started this project,

Odaiba is still a place that we enjoy coming to again and again,

and today we could not resist creating a new "walking around" video of the area and this is just for you!

Also known as the official beach of Tokyo, Odaiba's construction

was initially started to protect Tokyo with a series of six fortress islands build in the 1850s.

Today you can only access the No. 3 Battery Fortress or Dai-San Daiba (第三台場)

which has been open to the public since 1928.

Usually empty, this converted battery is an amazingly peaceful park with a stunning view of both Odaiba beach and Rainbow Bridge!

Talking about the Rainbow Bridge, did you know that its real name

was originally the "Shuto Expressway No. 11 Daiba Route – Port of Tokyo Connector Bridge"?

The name Rainbow Bridge was later decided by the public after its construction, which ended in 1993.

Visiting Odaiba cannot be done in one day, there is so much to discover there

and we strongly advise you to plan ahead in order to not miss anything that this place has

Have better conversations using the FORD method - Duration: 18:02.

Hello.

My name is Emma, and in today's video I am going to teach you how to be better at conversation

and speaking.

Okay?

So, in this video I'm going to teach you about how to become better at conversation with a technique.

We call the technique "F-O-R-D" or "FORD".

This technique will really help you if you're shy, if when you meet people for the first

time you don't know what to say, if you feel very uncomfortable at parties or in meetings

or any social events.

This is a great technique.

Even if you're amazing at socializing, this video can still really help you even improve

more than what you already can do.

So let's get started.

Okay, so the first thing I want to talk about is we use FORD as a way of small talk.

So, what is small talk?

Okay?

Small talk is the type of conversation we have with people we don't know well or strangers.

So, you might make small talk with your neighbours, you might make small talk with your boss,

with your colleagues, maybe if you're, you know, going to a coffee shop you might make

small talk with the store clerk.

So, you make small talk with people you don't know well and it's just a way to make people

feel comfortable in conversation and to create a connection with people.

A lot of conversation is small talk.

If anyone has ever talked to you about the weather, sports, you know, all sorts of different

topics - these are usually small talk topics.

So, again, you might make small talk at parties, in elevators, at meetings, even if you're

taking English classes you will probably make small talk there as well.

So, how do we get good at small talk?

What do we talk about when we don't know what to talk about?

Well, that's where FORD comes in.

FORD is a technique which will help you know what to talk about when you really have no idea.

So maybe this has been you before.

Okay? Maybe this is you: "What should I talk about? Ah."

Or, you know, maybe it's just a bunch of question marks.

"I don't know what to say."

It's totally silent. It's awkward.

So, how can we fix this situation?

Well, FORD stands for four things.

"F" stands for "family".

You can talk about family, and I'm going to give you some great questions you can use

to ask about somebody's family.

"O" stands for "occupation" or job.

I'm going to give you some great questions about occupation that you can ask somebody

you don't know well to keep the conversation going.

"R" stands for "recreation", this is like hobbies, sports, movies, Netflix, TV. Okay?

So I'm going to give you some great questions for hobbies or recreation.

And finally, "D" stands for "dreams".

This is when you ask somebody about their future goals or, you know, something they

want to do.

This does not...

Dreams does not mean when you go to sleep, if you have some weird dream and you share

it with somebody.

I'm not talking about that.

I'm talking about your dreams in life.

What are your goals?

Okay?

So using the FORD technique will make you better at small talk.

So, now let's look at some specific questions you can ask when you're socializing with somebody

who you don't know that well.

Okay, so again, the "F" in FORD stands for "family".

Family is a great thing to talk about, but remember to keep it light and easy.

Okay?

You want to talk about things people are comfortable with.

So don't ask them any private questions, you know, like:

"Oh, is it true so-and-so cheated on so-and-so?"

No, no, no. Keep it light, simple, and easy.

And also share about your own family, too.

Okay?

That's also very important.

You don't want to sound like the FBI interrogating somebody.

You want to have a conversation, so each time they say something, you can say something

about yourself.

So keep it kind of balanced.

Okay, so one easy question you can talk about: "Where are you from originally?"

Okay? "Where are you from?

Are you from Toronto?

Are you from Tokyo?

Are you from Istanbul?

Where are you from?"

This question is great because you can really talk about the difference between your cities

and, you know, maybe some of your experiences growing up.

Similarly: "Where did you grow up?"

A lot of people have moved a lot, so maybe they were born in this city, then they moved

to Mexico, and then they moved here.

So that's also another interesting question.

"Do you still have family there?

Do you still have family in Tokyo?

Do you still have family in Istanbul?"

Okay?

"How did you meet your boyfriend?", "How did you meet your girlfriend?",

"How did you meet your husband/your wife/your partner?"

Okay? Even your friend.

So this is a great question because it makes the other person tell a story.

You know, and usually the stories are quite interesting.

You know, so this will make the conversation a bit longer which is good.

"Do you have any brothers or sisters?",

"Do you come from a big family or a small family?"

Okay?

This is a great opener, because then people can talk about their cousins, their aunts,

their uncles, what it's like to grow up in a big family.

Or maybe they grew up in a small family.

And you can compare your stories.

If you grew up in a small family, maybe you always wondered what it was like to grow up

in a big family, or vice versa.

So it's a great way to show similarities and differences.

"How is your family?"

So if you've met the person before, you can ask them this.

"How's your family?

How are they doing?"

If the person has children, people love talking about their kids usually: "How are your children?"

Okay?

"How are your children doing?

How old are your children?"

These questions are really good to ask.

Finally, some people might not have children or maybe, you know...

Maybe they have different types of family.

Maybe you're on an elevator with somebody and you see they have a dog.

People also love talking about their pets, and pets are family, too, so feel free to

ask about: "What's your dog's name?

How old's your dog?"

You know, all of this...

All of these are really good questions to ask.

Okay, so now let's look at the "O" which stands for "occupation".

Okay, so "O", "occupation".

What is occupation?

Well, usually when we talk about occupation we're talking about jobs or careers, or sometimes

even education.

It's pretty much what you're doing to either make money or, you know, towards a career,

although it doesn't always have to be.

So, we like to talk about occupation because people know about what they're doing; they

know about their job, they know about what they're studying.

So it's good because it makes the person comfortable with a comfortable topic.

So, again, that's the purpose of small talk.

We're trying to keep the person feeling comfortable.

Now, the question I like to ask people the most is not: "What is your job?" because sometimes

people don't have a job or sometimes they're between jobs.

Sometimes...

It happened to me once, the person had just lost their job that day and it was a very

awkward, not comfortable discussion after that.

So what I prefer to ask people is: "What's", so: "What is"

or "What's keeping you busy these days?"

This way this gives the person the freedom to talk about what they really want to talk

about.

Maybe they have a lot to say about work, maybe they don't have a job so maybe they'd rather

talk about a project they're working on or something interesting they're doing with their time.

Or, you know, if they're in school maybe they want to talk about their course.

So I think this is actually the best small talk question:

"What's keeping you busy these days?"

And after they, you know, talk about what's keeping them busy, you can ask a follow-up question:

"Oh. That's interesting!

How did you get involved with that?"

Or: "How did you get started in that?"

You know, if it's work: "How did you get involved in that...?

With that company?"

Okay?

So this is a good follow-up question.

You can also, if they are talking about their job, you can ask them:

"How long have you been in your field?"

You know, maybe they've been doing what they're doing for five years or 10 years.

Okay?

So you can ask more questions about their job.

"What's the best part of your job?"

Or if they're a student: "What's the best part of, you know, your course?

What do you like the best?"

Okay?

So it's good to get people to talk about what they really like.

Okay, this is very, very important: In Western culture we do not like talking about money.

In other cultures it's okay, but in Western culture it's considered impolite or a little rude.

So, if somebody tells you: "Oh, yes, you know, I'm a doctor", and you really want to know:

"Well, how much money do you make?" you cannot ask that.

Okay? So no questions on money, no questions on salary.

Even if you really want to know, you can't really ask that.

So, again: No talk on money or salary.

Okay, great.

So now let's look at the "R" from FORD, "recreation".

Okay, so recreation.

When we talk about recreation what we're really talking about is things we do for fun, usually

hobbies, interests, anything you really like to do for fun.

So, the key here is when you talk about recreation what you're really trying to do is you're

trying to find similarities with the other person.

Okay? So, you know, for example, if you like soccer or football,

does the other person like that, too?

If you really like Game of Thrones and you're, you know, really watching it all the time,

does this other person have that similarity?

Are they the same?

How are you similar?

So this is great for really bringing people together.

A lot of the times people really like talking about their interests and hobbies, so this

can get somebody to open up.

Okay, so the question I would ask is: "So, what do you do for fun?"

Okay?

This leaves it wide open, and the person might say:

"Oh, you know, I like sailing. I love watching soccer.

I'm a huge soccer fan."

Okay?

And then you can ask them a bunch of follow-up questions and keep the conversation going.

You can ask them: "Do you play any sports?",

"Have you seen any good movies recently or any good TV shows?"

I know in Canada people really like talking about Netflix, as well as, you know, different

TV shows and movies.

It comes up a lot in conversation, so, you know, if you're in Canada this is a really

good one to use, and I think US and many other places, too.

You can also ask another follow-up question:

"Oh, you know, you like snowboarding.

How did you become interested in that?

Tell me the story.

How did you become interested in snowboarding?"

You can talk about music: "Did you hear Radiohead's new album?

Did you hear Drake's new album? Taylor Swift?"

Okay?

So you can talk about music.

There's so many different things you can talk about.

One tip about this, though, think about...

Remember I said you want to share about yourself, you want to talk about yourself, too?

When you talk about recreation, make sure you're not taking over the conversation.

Okay?

For example, if you love soccer and somebody asks you these questions, make sure you don't

keep the focus on soccer for the next hour.

Okay?

Make sure that there's a...

It's a conversation, you're both asking each other questions and, you know, pay attention

to the cues.

Maybe somebody wants to talk a little bit about something, but not for the whole time.

Okay?

So when you talk about recreation, it's really good, but also pay attention to what you're

saying about yourself.

All right, so now the last one is "D".

"D" stands for "dreams".

Okay?

So let's talk a little bit about: What questions can we ask about dreams?

Okay, so dreams.

When I talk about dreams what I'm really talking about is motivations and goals.

What do you want to do in your life?

Okay?

So, again, I am not talking about the dreams you have when you sleep.

Usually those don't make the greatest small talk.

So these are your goals in life.

Okay?

So, one thing I wanted to say before we get into these questions is small talk can be

a great opportunity to learn about other people.

Okay?

So, I recommend smile during small talk because that will make that connection.

Listen, you know, instead of being so focused on stress and:

"Oh my god, what if I make a mistake with my English?"

Or, you know: "Oh no, there's a silence."

Sometimes it's nice just to focus on what the other person is saying.

Learn about the other person.

Okay?

What motivates them?

What gets them up in the morning?

What is their...?

You know, what are their dreams?

These can be very interesting things to learn about.

So, smile, listen, and learn.

Okay, so when we talk about dreams you can talk about short-term dreams or long-term dreams.

For example, the summer: "Any plans for the summer?

Are you going anywhere this summer?

What are you going to do this summer?"

So that's kind of a short-term goal or dream.

I find people love talking about travel, so I find that when you talk about travel it

can really open up conversation.

So: "If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?"

You know: "What are your top three countries to visit?

Have you been to any countries before?

Is this your first trip?"

People really like talking about where they want to travel, what they want to see, and

what they want to do.

It really excites them.

You can also talk about, if somebody's been talking about a project that has to do with

work, maybe they've been talking about their job, maybe they're a student and they've been

talking about the TOEFL or university, or a course they're taking, or maybe...

You know, maybe there's just somebody who's been making something, you know, somebody

who likes to paint and they've been painting, you know, or taking photos of things.

You can ask them about their projects.

"What will you do once you finish this project?

What will you do once you finish the IELTS?

What will you do once you finish your course?

What will you do, you know, once you finish this book?"

Okay?

So asking them about the future is a really good idea for dreams.

You know, if somebody talked about how they love watching movies or if they love reading

books, you can ask them: "What do you want to read next?

What do you want to watch next?"

You know, if somebody's online watching a lot of movies, you know:

"What's next in your list of things to watch?"

Okay?

So talking about people's dreams is a really great way to connect to people, and it will

make the conversation more interesting than just talking about the weather.

Okay?

So I hope you find...

You found this video useful.

Again, "FORD" stands for "family", "occupation", "recreation", and "dreams".

By knowing this, this will make you better at small talk and you won't have to think

so much about: "Oh no, what do I say?" because now you have something to say.

You can talk about family, occupation, recreation, and dreams.

So it's very simple, but it's something that's very powerful.

Okay?

I want to invite you to come visit our website at www.engvid.com.

as well as some of the ideas to make sure you've really understood what you've just watched.

ITS STARTED! The Bifurcation Of Time - Duration: 3:38.

ITS STARTED! The Bifurcation Of Time

by Nikki Colombo,

Time as we know it is splitting. Its called the bifurcation of time. The vibration of

light and sound frequency is splitting, so basically those who havent awakened will

disappear from your reality. Youre heading into a new reality that will surround and

encompass you. It was also called dimensional blending. Ir looks like weve just come

out of that and now that the dimensions are splitting, we will probably find more strange

anomalies happening too.

Reports are coming in about time distortions. Heres a recent experience from a client

of mine:

All the clocks in my house are either going back in time or forward in time and Im

on my third wrist watch, a brand new one in three weeks the third one!

Here is an excerpt from Ashayana Deane explaining the Ascension Mechanics:

At the height of the morphogenetic wave crest, during the half-point in the cycle, there

is an approximately three-day period when Earths magnetic fields temporarily collapse

as the spin of particles and anti-particles slows, polarity again reverses, and the angle

of particle rotation shifts back 45 degrees to its original position. Within that three

day period, particle Earth returns to its Harmonic Universe 1 (HU) time cycle in the

particle universe, and anti-particle Tara (original Earth) returns to its HU-2 time

cycle in the HU-2 anti-particle universe. There will be difficulty with the functioning

of earthly electrical and magnetic devices during this period, and the human mind and

body will experience an excessive feeling of tension, pressure and fatigue. Strange

atmospheric anomalies may occur, including a prolonged period of darkness and daylight,

and the possible appearance of a double moon, depending upon the balance of the Earths

grid. These symptoms will release as soon as the transfer of time cycles is completed,

but during the three day period tremendous stress will be placed upon the humans body,

mind and emotions.

My advice as these Full Moon energies and the cosmic alignment increase these energies

is:

Go to the beach and swim in the ocean or have a salt bath

Get some Sage and or Frankincense and burn it through the house and breath it in

Take yourself to a movie Do the 12d shield

12-D Shield by Lisa Renee

This means unity between male and female, the geometry directs balance between the masculine

and feminine energies that exist within every human being, whether male or female form.

All humans are intrinsically made up of gender principle energies, masculine and feminine,

of which are designed to come into Unity and Harmony.

I love you ALL

Namaste

Videos for upper-intermediate to advanced English learners - Duration: 7:09.

Hey, guys, what's up! Stefanie the English coach here from englishfulltime.com

welcome to my YouTube channel I finally am on YouTube can you guys believe it? I

know right well a lot of you guys were asking me to make YouTube videos and

some of you asked me like more than a year ago and I was always like no I

don't want to I'm not ready but as you know things change and you know better

late than never right so now I'm on YouTube and I'm ready to make videos for

you guys every week that will help you improve your fluency confidence and

communication skills in English so a lot of you will probably recognize me from

my Facebook page the English coach where I have been making live videos for over

a year to help intermediate and advanced English learners you know just really

become fluent confident English speakers that ultimately is my goal for you guys

so for those of you who don't know me or don't know much about me I'm gonna go

ahead and give you guys a little background on where I'm from who I am blah

blah blah so you guys can feel like you know me a little bit okay alright let's

go so I was born and raised in California

my parents are from Argentina they immigrated to the United States before I

was born and I have about six siblings so we are what you call first-generation

American okay I'm first generation American because my parents immigrated

to the US and that's where I was born now the interesting thing is that my

parents didn't teach us Spanish and as you guys probably know in Argentina

people speak Spanish and since my parents are from there they speak

Spanish etc but they didn't teach us because they were actually multilingual

and because they spoke so many languages German French English Spanish they just

decided that it would be easier to teach us kids just one language so that

language obviously was English because we were living in the United States then

when I was about 14 years old I had like this identity crisis because I realized

oh my gosh I don't speak the language that my ancestors speak or that the rest

of my family speaks and then it became like my goal in life to become a Spanish

so I started by doing an immersion program at my local high school and I

did three years in that program it was actually designed for native Spanish

speakers later in another video I'll tell you guys the story about how I

finagled my way into that class okay but I did three years in that immersion

program and then I studied Spanish in college I majored in it and then I went

abroad to study Spanish in Argentina and that's where I met my husband and then I

ended up living there with him for a few years or several years so anyhow that is

kind of like my story in a nutshell but you know beyond all of that I struggled

for years to become fluent and I struggled for even more years and still

struggle sometimes with my confidence in Spanish because I don't know about you

but I was a perfectionist my husband and I I'm gonna I have lots of stories for

you guys that I will tell you throughout all the videos on this YouTube channel

but my husband and I we are completely different when it comes to language

learning or at least we were completely different he didn't care about grammar

at all or vocabulary he would just try his hardest to communicate because when

we met he didn't really speak English like at all right now he's fluent and

then when I met him I already spoke Spanish you know I had studied the

grammar for years my vocabulary was great but I really struggled with my

confidence in speaking Spanish so he never struggled with confidence because

he didn't care if he messed up and I was basically the opposite so anyways long

story short he got fluent in English I got fluent in Spanish we're completely

different when it comes to language learning but I've also been working in

education for a long time so I have lots of things to teach you guys about

English and my methods are sometimes traditional sometimes they're not

traditional what I really want to do is just immerse you in this language so you

can hear a native speaker use English you know like a way a native speaker

uses English sometimes you're gonna see me do what I just did which is like sit

there and think about how to say something

because even if this is your native language or it's my native language you

might sometimes struggle to express yourself and I think it's important that

you guys see those mistakes so you know that it's quite normal when that happens

to you in English okay and so you don't beat yourself up every time you have to

sit there and think of how to explain something okay so anyways yes we're just

gonna use this YouTube channel to immerse you in English to talk about

lots of different aspects of language learning I have lots of stories to share

with you guys from our travels as a lot of you know we do quite a bit of

traveling as well so yeah I look forward to sharing everything with you and I'm

just gonna go ahead and wrap this video up before it gets way too long and this

is gonna be fun so if you want to get my videos make sure to subs- ah - see even native speakers mess up their

English okay if you want to get my videos make sure to subscribe to my

channel okay like the video if you enjoyed it feel free to share it with

your friends I plan on making lots of videos on this channel so please like

let me know in the comments below what kinds of videos you're interested in me

making because you know I could do grammar videos I could do vocab videos I

could do all kinds of things I'll tell you right now that I'll do lots of

storytelling and if you... and oh storytelling I mean like we'll talk

about things that are actually important you know in English like your life your

goals things like that that's kind of one of the areas that I focus on because

that's why you're learning English I'm sure right to be able to reach your

personal and professional goals so anyways since I don't slow down when

I speak a lot of people like they're like slow down Stefanie you're too fast

I don't slow down because the people I work with are more advanced and they

understand me but if you want to hang around here and still watch my videos

you can use this awesome Chrome extension

that's called video speed controller and you can use it to slow down my videos so

I will put a link in the description I love I love this extension because you

can slow down videos so that you understand them more like videos in

English and I use this extension to actually speed videos up

like when I'm watching a tutorial I don't want to sit there for 10 minutes

learning how to do one thing I want to learn as fast as possible so it actually

doubles the rate at which you learn if you're watching something in your native

language so it's really cool I'll put it in the description and then yeah let me

know in the comments what you guys would want me to make on this channel and if

you want even more just English stuff from me be sure to head on to

englishfulltime.com and sign up for my daily English newsletter okay I'll talk to you

guys later and take care bye
