I've got so much crafting to do... We need to build a house.

Just gonna have to punch a tree for a bit first because I haven't got any tools...

Alright... here we go.

Let's get one more bit, probably not quite enough this much

Just doing some crafting... choppin some wood...

Alright so we put these here gives us some wooden blocks... there we go that's better...

Let's see, make sure I can find a good spot for this crafting table... I don't really want to get confused.

Oh this is fine let's put it by the trees because that way I know where the trees are if I need more wood.

Okay crafting table here we go... build that

Now I can go into the crafting table and I can actually make something I need...

They are sticks... fantastic wooden sword that'll do for now.

BUILDING UP MY NEW DOWNHILL MOUNTAINBIKE - Rose Bikes Soulfire 3 27.5 ! - Duration: 14:58.

Just look at this

Its going to be such a beast

Hey guys whats up welcome to a new video on my channel!

about two weeks ago I've got my new DH bike from rose bikes. the soul fire

so the rose soul fire frame set with DH components

got myself a new DH drive train

going to build these ones on aswell

the eagle parts gonna go onto my free ride/ super endure bike

lets stop all the talking and lets get straight to business!

lets start by putting the rear shock into the frame set

lets put the GXP BB into the frame

this side first, with some grease on for sure

I am working on myself guys. so thats why I am putting on grease haha

the other side. with some grease aswell

fitting perfect lets screw it in

put it on with the BBtool

other side aswell

dient received all the new parts from kore yet thats why I am using my old seat and seat post

gonna get updated to a kore one later on

already got the seat here by the way

but not the matching post

lets put the chain guard on next

I always prefer to screw em in like this.

it just takes so long with the normal torx tool. just a little hack

that will save you quite some time

do the last bits with the right tool tho

would have took me like two minutes more with the regular tool

some of you may have known, but for all the other guys out there

next step: lets put the sram xo cranks in

put some grease on for sure

dope thingsss

the bike is going to be so pimp

so excited for it

the part you saw before was filmed about two weeks ago

then some stuff went wrong. got he wrong headset, wrong front hub and so on

got a new headset now and put together a new wheel

now 2 weeks later we are back

with a new front wheel and a new matching head set

sorry for the delay

lets start with the headset. had this one in the fridge (over night)

bike hack alert!

if you put them into the fridge overnight there diameter gets smaller because of the cold and they fit much easier into your frame

some of you may remember the life and bike hack video I did about a year ago!

should I bring it back and do some new ones?!

let me know in the comments!

and shout out to everyone who coped the best March in the game already!!!

they didn't paid me to do this video tho I just do it because I like it

just saying so I won't get sued!

ad ad ad!!!

all biek mechanics are getting angry now but

i don't have the right tool for that

so we will fix that with this hammer

lets put in this beautiful rock show boxer World Cup fork

already adjust everything so we can put it in

i am going to mark the exact point now where I want to cut the fork

I know that there are tools available for this

but I don't have such things. I just like to work on my bike. it makes me happy

building up a bike on your own just grows a good relationship with that bike

isnt that right?!

grease 4 sureeee. taking this really serious so I won't get called out again haha

should fit just perfect

now we are going to tighten the ahead cap

is it fitting?!

oh a little war wound haha

just look at it! its going to be such a beast

such a beast!

Now we are going to tighten the top crown and put the stem on it

with handle bars and grips

and then we finished the cock pit

its a silver bar

think a black kore one would match the bike better

maybe less rise

still waiting on that stuff but its shipping from the US

autofocus whats up

you stupid or what?! focus come on. there you goooo

screws were in the bin need to get em again haha

lets screw these bad boys in

so hard to do this one handed and film with the other one

so sick!

would like it even more with a black bar on it

but you know what let me know in the comments what you think

keep the silver bar or get a black one on the beast?!

gonna do a creative cut for the next step. brakes gonna go on and the shifter of course

would just take two much time away to show it

LOOKING GOOOOD RIGHT?!

but I think black bar! or?!

just my opinion. let mw know

now a new drive train onto the hub

who is missing the eagle parts?! going to put them onto the FR beast during the next days

lets put the rear derailleur on!

now shifter cable! and put it into the derailleur

its coming to an end! slowly! all cables are on

put the camera away for that

so much finger work

really hard to do while you film, just left the cam of as it is my first dh bike I am building up

got myself a coffee, because its freezing and this one helps a lot!

German non sense about the tickets hahaha

dont even need to shorten the chain. its fitting perfect

putting everything on now and then I will show you the final result

FINAL FANTASY XV ROYAL EDITION LEAK (?) - FINAL BOSS ARDYN NEW DIALOGUES IN THE POCKET EDITION - Duration: 8:47.

Hello dear strangers, I am Phenrir or if you prefer Mailoki.

In this short video update I would like to comment the curious discovery

made only recently by some users and players of FFXV Pocket Edition:

it seems that in this version of the game, during the last phase of the final battle with Ardyn,

he and Noctis have obtained additional lines of dialogue,

which deepen the views of the two men on the Crystal, on the Prophecy and on the current condition of Ardyn.

First of all I want to thank Maty Yami for bringing this dialogue to my attention

and for allowing me to use her clip of the fight to show it to you,

in addition, of course, to the whole passionate community that, after a year,

is still excited and full of support for the game.

I will now show you the complete clip of the battle, then I quickly comment it.

In order not to stretch this video too much, I will not compare it with the original dialogue,

which can still be easily retrieved on the internet.

The first interesting thing is how the dialogue has not been changed

and / or reduced to fit the portable version of FFXV:

whole lines of dialogue have been ADDED, which are integrated with the pre-existing ones.

This thing is very strange, if we think that the opposite would have been normal,

that fighting and conversations had been SHORTENED.

Another important element to consider is that the voices of the Pocket Edition are taken directly from the original game

and the original voice actors have been summoned to recite the additional phrases:

having been added several banter between the protagonists with the recent patch 1.21,

I would not be surprised if the Royal Edition also added dialogue in the final battle.

The hope is obviously that the fight has also improved, perhaps with new attacks by Ardyn,

but I personally hope very little.

What is certain is that at the moment the Pocket Edition, which I remember to be in effect the "vanilla version" of the game,

without the free narrative patches and additional paid content, has extra dialogue during the final battle,

recorded dialogues with voice actors and audio quality of the main game

and therefore it would be foolish to "lose" and not to include even in the Royal Edition.

As far as the subject of the speech is concerned, in reality there is little revolutionary:

at least we have confirmed that Noctis really heard what Ardyn told him during Chapter 13!

Seriously, the great limitation of the final chapter of the game has always been the total lack of interaction between Noctis and the antagonist,

who NEVER face the topic "crystal and prophecy":

not an exchange of words, never a clash of opinions. Not anymore now!

These sentences deepen the two points of view and give greater depth to the character of each character.

Ardyn is blinded by hate, thrown the mask of cold cynicism

he reveals himself as character full of anger and very emotional.

Noctis, on the contrary, confirms his growth and maturation and how, in fact, he does not hate him

despite everything that has caused him, to the people he loves and to his world.

He is an adult man, a true king, who does not give in to provocation and just wants to do away with war and devastation,

fulfill his duty and, in a sense, even save Ardyn from his condition of eternal suffering.

The thing that I liked most of all is how Noctis does not hide to know that it is only an instrument for the salvation of the world,

he does not feel "lucky" to do what he does, simply behaves "like a real king",

"accepting the consequences and never looking back ".

The sacrifice of everything, even of himself, is the reason for which he was born and for which he will die.

I will not elaborate further on these dialogues, the last episode of my series dedicated to the Lore of FFXV

will expose in an extremely extended way the relationship between Noctis and Ardyn, their similarities and differences.

I can only say from now that I'm really happy with these lines of extra dialogue

and I really hope to see them included in the Royal Pack,

they are very intense and perfectly consistent with the characters,

which gives me hope for the overall content of this expansion

and of the - currently not yet announced - second Season Pass.

Square Enix seems to have clear ideas and as do I, I cannot wait to publish the second video of the series as soon as I played the Royal Pack,

which will give me some confirmations or denials on a couple of points.

Tell me what you think in the comments, if you have found these new phrases pleasant and interesting

and if you believe that they will be included in the Royal Edition.

That said, thank you for your attention and we'll hear, or see you in a next video, Ciao!

Santiago de Chile. Heads and Tails Reloaded. America - Duration: 53:41.

Anton: Chile peppers are World famous for being so hot, on a scale to a hundred…

Nastya: Hush it. Good morning, this is once again the Heads and Tails Reloaded.

Nastya: Today we continue our big American journey

Anton: We landed in a long... please hold that... really stretched out country of Chile in the capital city Santiago.

Nastya: It's stretched out and it's a great thing!

Anton: What's up Santiago!

Nastya: It's been a while since I did my victory dance!

Anton: No comments.

Anton: Can you chill out for a sec?

Nastya: I'm starting my long rich vacation. See ya!

Anton: I'll go get in a long bus line then. Have a chill time in Chile!

Мass demonstrations...

protests and strikes...

garbage and dirt...

dispersal by water cannons and tear gas...

These are our Santiago memories from six years ago.

This isn't the first time the Reloaded project gives cities a second chance to make a good first impression.

Como estas Santiago?

First things first. I had to break my $100 and now I have 63,000 pesos.

That's about a quarter of an average local monthly salary,

so I think for two days I'll be more than covered.

Let's see what a hundred bucks does here, 15 kilometers away from downtown.

That is an issue in Chile – nobody speaks English.

Millions of tourists visit Chile every year,

yet you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who knows at least a few basic phrases in English.

The only language here is Spanish.

My ticket is almost $3, so not too bad.

Thanks for the heads up to my mate, I know now that after this bus I will have to hop on a train.

A subway card is called "bip!" because that's how you swipe it – Bip! Bip!

The card itself costs $2.50,

then you have to charge it for a needed amount of train and bus rides,

but you can't bring your card back after you're done using it to return your two bucks.

First impressions in Santiago are rather pleasant.

Subway is very clean and people are nicely dressed

Feels like the 1st class!

Since Chile is a stretched out country, I'm gonna need a long stretched out limousine!

Let's ride!

I said we can go now.

Santiago I rented a limo preferred by Presidents of the United States – a stretch Cadillac.

Riding around presidential for a day will cost you a cool $2000.

For that kind of money they should have installed some massage seats,

fresh flowers would have been better than this plastic funeral ornament.

Champagne snacks have to be lobster and caviar, not an assortment of lollypops!

It is what it is. Let it be my the asian style limo!

Table is set.

What do we have here? This is genius!

When you finish drinking your bottle and then feel like having one more glass, all you have to do is go like this!

There's your night cap and life is grand!

Santiago is vast, calm and very pleasant.

Nice to be in this warmth, away from winter back home.

First spot that locals advise to begin exploring downtown is Plaza de Armas.

This square signifies all things Santiago. Here are colonial style buildings, a Cathedral and a shiny glass tower.

As if they picked their architecture blindly from a bag.

So what makes this Plasa so attractive for tourists?

Turns out that I was looking the wrong way.

This whole time I shouldn't have been watching the people instead of buildings.

Santiago is an extremely cheerful town!

Everywhere people are hanging out, playing chess, singing and dancing.

Oozing party atmosphere won't let your feet stay still.

It feels like downtown Santiago is the city's richest and most carefree area,

but should you turn the corner…

Gang graffiti,

trash,

crumbling wall plaster.

Santiago's city center can be very dysfunctional.

People of Santiago sure like to take to the street and protest.

Students demand cheaper public transportation and free education.

Every week unions demand better working conditions.

Feels almost like they don't need a special occasion, they just wanna get together and hang out.

he aftermath looks like a dump of course.

I'm noticing a lot of electric fences as we going

People are trying to secure themselves and their property.

I'm all for it if you asked me. I wouldn't want strangers stealing and tearing thru my stuff like raccoons.

Not even fruit from my garden, I'd get the wired fence too.

Main squares - La Moneda. La Moneda? La Moneda!

I have a feeling there's an untold rule that all of the main squares in the World have the same exact blueprint.

Everywhere you get a large Government building,

a statue of some renowned dude from the past.

A huge flag and the fountain.

Oh, also can't forget about pigeons.

Pigeons are a must have!

Every day at 11 o'clock there's a change of the guard that takes place on the other side of this building.

I seem to be the only one dressed for the occasion, reppin Chile's National flag!

No one else is taking this official occasion seriously enough! C'mon people!

The change of the guard itself takes all but three seconds – two guards march up two cement stairs,

but the entire official part is nothing short of a real parade.

Carabineers and Cavaliers pompously stroll thru the Plasa.

It's certainly not Cirque du Soleil,

but it's spectacular, musically, it's every day and it's free.

Since I'm riding presidential thru Santiago I might as well lay my head in a presidential sweet.

Holding on to my status in Intercontinental hotel will total me $2500 per night.

Designers of this hotel used green walls instead of the usual boring facade.

Would you look at the size of that table!

Too bad my friends aren't here.

I swear my grandmother has the exact same carpet.

I love it!

So unusual! My patio has a bar, a small lobby and a bathtub!

This is too cool!

Look at the mountains and the city skyline!

While "Heads and Tails" were touring around the globe,

Santiago added to its list of attractions in an impressive way.

This is the tallest building in Latin America. Gran Torre Santiago.

From here the city view looks pretty meh if you subtract the mountains.

Although, it's not Chileans fault their capital's skyline does not rival those of Paris or New York,

because they essentially live on a powder keg time bomb.

An earthquake can happen here at any second and wipe out the entire city.

Just like it happened in 1960

Then Santiago suffered the most powerful earthquake possible – 9.5 points on a Richter scale,

instantly turning the city into ruins

and burying thousands of people under wreckage.

It is because of the constant danger the city had to make adjustments.

To keep metro from derailing during a possible quake they use rubber wheels, just like those on rollercoasters.

All buildings are reinforced by additional steel carcasses.

Tall structures are built on special cement cushions that absorb impact from trembling.

A giant like Gran Torre required a foundation pit over 100 meters deep,

keeping it safe from an 8 point earthquake.

Wonder how they built all of that.

Santiago is well-known for this one particular spot called Legs Café.

I'm gonna have to check this place out and see what all the fuss is about

and bring the cameraman with me.

How you doing?

I couldn't tell.

Who's serving coffee?

Can I get a hug too?

Beginning to lose my mind at this point.

This isn't a strip joint or a whorehouse.

This is what an ordinary café in Santiago looks like.

it's obvious why they call them cafes on legs.

Legs you can admire along with the rest of the curves.

Curvy parts are poking right out.

Every café needs to approve of this uniform forever.

You'll have to excuse me, I'm a little shy.

Cheers!

Bartender doesn't even have to talk.

This café has the best view I've ever seen!

Would look at this panorama!

I've never seen anything like this, it's genius.

How do I get a membership card?

How can I leave?

The service was great!

Now I need to pay.

Drinks are all non-alcohol, even the beer.

Great idea for a business plan.

I think I might get another coffee.

Cafes on legs appeared 50 years ago,

when the government closed all brothels and bars.

Enterprising Chileans opened daytime cafes

with this tempting special atmosphere

The main duties of girls are to praise and caress customers.

These waitresses earn 2000 dollars per month

Feels like I haven't drunk coffee for a long time.

Need some coffee... again...

Having a limo is nice and all, but to make a real splash in Santiago

I need to mount the beast that'll give Elon Musk a run for his money!

That's not a ping-pong table.

This is Apollo 3, a solar powered vehicle.

Creating this car was possible because Chile gets 300 sun days a year.

Its entire carcass is made from hydrocarbon fiber

and it has a set on aluminum discs for wheels.

It weighs only 200 kilos.

Oh, simple! What about steering?

This setup looks really weird,

because it has no pedals and no steering wheel as such.

You need to operate it with buttons on a wooden joystick which is somehow screwed to a rusty pipe.

To move forward you need to switch a black lever on the right.

Red lever is for braking

and wooden plate is your steering wheel.

Look out danger,

here I come!

Hereby I declare the solar races officially open!

Nastya in space!

My solar car is being powered by the sun!

I feel bit disoriented.

Son of a ***!

Every time you hit a pothole you feel like this car will fall apart on you just like your teeth.

That deep hole didn't feel good either.

Son of a… sun.

Car's owner claims it can speed up to 120 kilometers per hour.

I'll have to take his word on that.

What kind gadget is this?

I barely have any control over this thing!

Let's speed up...to 15 kms...

It's literally impossible to drive it in the city.

No mirrors, no turn lights, how do I change lanes?

We are all doomed! Help me! Right now!

We are stalling the traffic! Quick!

Pull me out!

That way.

Why do you have to honk? We're already out damn it.

This is worse than driving a stick.

This is how Michael Schumacher must have felt like.

I'm all sore, need a Jacuzzi.

Now that boys and girls is how you operate solar powered machinery!

Santiago's downtown area is notorious, while the outskirts are visibly much better off.

You see gardeners, luscious lawns and houses that are drenched in plants.

This is great news for a tourist on a tight budget,

because you don't have to travel far for cheaper accommodation.

There are dozens of affordable hostels and hundreds of murals in Bella Vista area which is also located in the center.

My hostel is definitely the most colorful and has the cutest name ever – "Gnomo"!

There's no one to "hola" here with.

Couple of bunk beds, couple of closets, and a couple of Brazilian female roommates!

What else could a guy wish for?

Last time a member of Heads and Tails was in downtown Santiago it was literally reminiscent of hell.

It's been five years and today this place looks a lot different.

While some prefer sitting in front of a screen with a keyboard these people fancy to be out and about.

Folks in Santiago party like they never heard about Wi-Fi or smartphones.

This place is live!

Dude, not cool. Can I have one morning without a camera in my face?

I'm at this ranch to see what locals consider the 2nd most popular sport after soccer – Chilean rodeo.

Two horse riders have to subdue a bull.

The riders are called huaso.

They can be spotted from a mile away, because they wear traditional capes,

straw hats and cowboy boots with humongous spurs.

In Chile huaso is looked upon as a folk tale hero.

So instead of videogames local youth is looking for a horse to mount.

If you're in Chile you need to see the local rodeo.

Two dudes riding on huge horses smash this calf into a concrete wall.

He's trying to get away obviously.

Unlike bulls in a corrida, it's just a baby calf they chase from one side to another.

It's a two on one brawl so he stands no chance.

This sport comes off as cruel at first,

but you need to understand the history behind it.

This is how locals herded cattle hundreds of years ago.

As in any sport there are points, winners and losers.

Whomever gets the most points wins.

Four points are awarded for clutching a bull by its rear,

three for the belly squeeze

and two for pressing the front end.

Stopping a bull by its head is the easiest, so no points are awarded for that.

Locals don't consider this sport malicious, after all, they're not murdering the bull on live TV.

I hope when this calf matures and comes into his own he will become a politician and ban this sport for good.

That revenge would be so sweet!

I tend to save the best for last.

If you dare to imitate me, just bungee jump into Colorado River from a 50 meter bridge.

This won't be my first bungee jump. Remember when I had to hop off a 152 meter tower in Vienna?

I was standing at the edge for good ten minutes.

I begged not to do it.

That step I took was the scariest and most stressful moment of my life.

Before filming this trip I said that I'd be ready to do just about anything except for another bungee.

What do I get? I get another effing jump!

I want to thank everyone who contributed to making this idea come to life.

You thought that since I've done that once already there won't be any trouble the second time around.

That's bull.

I swear it, you feel horrified until the time they take you off.

The scariest part is the wait and seeing the bridge.

I can feel my heartrate going up. Taking that step is crazy.

F*** that and F*** you guys.

This bungee looks a lot scarier than the one in Vienna where I at least got to land on a cushion.

Here I look down and see angry muddy river water with gigantic rocks.

I'll try not to cry this time, but we'll see.

This is it, it's my turn.

Damn! I'm not gonna do it.

No camera could capture what I see right now.

I can't look down, this is insane.

This is how they strap you up. It's the moment of truth.

My legs are shaking, but I'm all right.

I'm doing it. To all my loved ones back home, I'm doing this for you.

Just know that I love you.

From Santiago I decided to take a bus for a half-a-day trip to Valparaiso.

The fare was only $7.

Valparaiso is an ancient seaside town located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean.

The hills are covered with a myriad of colorful houses.

his view reminds me of a flowerbed, a definite must-see, because a bus ride only takes 90 minutes.

Can we play a hero theme music in the background for my hero walk?

This is Heads and Tails and we run this town!

That's how you shut your mouth and do it!

Valparaiso is 500 years old, which is pretty respectable.

Yet this town feels very young and fresh.

Valparaiso reminds me of children's coloring books

ightseeing is nice of course, but I couldn't pass on an opportunity to try a famous local delicacy.

The so called live rocks.

It doesn't feel like a rock, actually feels pretty soft.

I wouldn't call it a smell, this is a stench.

Practically a piece of poop that reeks of rotten fish.

If I saw this on a street I'd try not to step on it,

yet it's the hottest item in Chile's top restaurants.

Can you get the money out for me? My hands are dirty.

Are you serious? I just need a small one.

Piura live in colonies on the underwater rocks.

It's squirting everywhere.

These pores filter ocean water.

Allegedly, it absorbs bad fat acids and is also helps to level your cholesterol.

You sure I can eat this raw?

Disgusting!

Feels like my mouth is full of dirt.

t tastes like fish's guts but worse.

Feels like sand too.

All right, take two.

This is literally the worst thing I've eaten in my entire life.

The good news is that now I have a kilo of this crap.

Like we always do at this time, I'm leaving you with a hundred dollars.

Santiago definitely boasts a Chile pepper flavor.

Never know what kind of week-end you will have here.

We were lucky enough to see Santiago filled with singing, dancing and people's smiles.

I enjoyed my experience here.

I also enjoyed Santiago with my gold card.

Thanks for all the fun and all things unexpected!

Oi oi oi! Look who we have here!

How are you? Did you like the city?

I'll let you tell me first Anton.

Why should I go first? You always go first.

It's about time you took some initiative in this relationship!

Why don't we flip a coin for it then?

Whomever tells their story first. Tell it to everyone watching.

Only this time I call tails. You can have heads.

For the first time ever – tails!

Heads, I mean…

You go first! Too bad nobody wants to listen to you.

We'll see you in the next city folks! Kisses!

What do you mean nobody wants to listen me? I ate the nastiest thing today!

Don't wanna hear it. Check out my rap about Santiago.

Are out of tour mind?

I am paying you and you can't delete a comment?

Can't you see the goal in front of you? Two left feet!

TubeBuddy Review - Must have tool for YouTubers - Duration: 9:54.

Hello, Mark here and today I want to talk to you about TubeBuddy, this isn't a

physical product this is an online service and it's really great if you are

a YouTuber or you're interested in becoming a YouTuber. I've spoken to a number

of YouTubers at various events and pretty much everyone uses this. I started

using this quite a while ago and I started on the free version then I

upgraded and TubeBuddy have kind of given me a higher-up license, one of the

pro licenses, so I can show off all the features possible. If you're a subscriber

to this channel you might remember I did a video on how to use TubeBuddy to apply

translations to your videos and today I'm going to show you the two components

that make up TubeBuddy: one being the website the other being the Chrome

extension. If you're interested please click via my affiliate link below, click

through and you'll see that there's various options you can start off just

with a free option just to get the feel of TubeBuddy and then if you are finding

it useful you can easily upgrade and unlock more features as you go along.

If you haven't already I'd really appreciate it if you hit the subscribe button below.

So this is the TubeBuddy website. When you login you can select

different channels, so I'm showing you my channel, but if you've got a couple of

channels they can all be managed under one account. This is the health report so

you can see how many views I've got, how many subscribers, which is annoyingly low!

How many uploads, you've got various metrics, what's going on, YouTube searches,

where I'm getting the traffic from, my audience rating, so this kind of stuff is

already available via the YouTube analytics website but it's nice to see

it's all here you get your demographic and device and it's just laid out in a

really nice, easy-to-understand, manner also have engagements just on the left

you can see sharing and retention so this is a really good health report of

how your channels doing. Valuations an interesting one if you happen to have a

massive base you might be able to pull in quite a lot of money by

doing dedicated uploads for people so that would be a sponsored upload that's

not something I currently do I tend to review things that have been sent to me

for free but no one actually pays me to do the upload but if I was to charge

it's saying here Social Bluebook recommends I charge a $101

This usage page is really interesting because it helps you have a

look at your return on investment with TubeBuddy

As you use it it will take a look at how you're using it and it will break it

down so you can see what you are using it mostly for so I'm using it for data

and research. If you want to pop in how much your time is worth per hour it will

dynamically show you how much you've saved by using the TubeBuddy and that

can help justify paying a little bit extra for the more premium tiers.

Under launchpad, this is useful, I don't use this too much, but this is

useful if you happen to be new to YouTube you've got a checklist that you

can use that will help you make sure you get the most from each of your video so

you may not know to do this you need to write a compelling title and it will

help describe what that should be, a description, tags, monetized, make sure

you don't miss anything when you're uploading your videos it's it's a really

good, really good, little system if you're new to YouTube. Competitors is a very

interesting area this allows you to add other channels that are similar to yours

and you can get a scorecard to see how you're doing so I've added so these,

Pocket-lint, Tech Chap, and these are all tech related channels. It will now pull

up the stats for all of us and I will, I will get a little bit depressed if I'm

honest this I have to say it's a great tool but it can be very depressing to

see how how much your channel is or isn't in my case growing as well as

yours so the Tech Chap does incredibly well he gets a lot of views he gets a

ton of subscribers and there you go Pocket-lint are also now trying to get a

lot of uploads, I've actually done almost as many as Pocket-lint!

Scrolling down you can see the same metrics but for the last 30 days that's

an interesting benchmark if you've released a video that you hope will do

really well so you can see that regardless of what anyone else is doing

the Tech Chap is absolutely storming it on YouTube at the moment and fair

play to him he does some great videos if you haven't checked him out go and take a look.

Scroll down a bit further and this is where you might want to remove

some of your competitors because as you can see the Tech Chap

has such a high line you actually only get very small lines at the bottom

remove that and you'll get to see the variance a lot easier.

If you're something to do with brands you've got brand alerts and this will help you

track videos about your brand, you can also do a/b split testing, again this

isn't something I've used but it's great to see these advanced features if you

really want to get stuck into different options and metrics to see which

performs better than others and finally under promo materials you've got very

quick methods of generating links so you can see most recent upload links, most

popular, you can generate these use them on your blog, Instagram, Twitter, whatever

you want to do, you've got a channel banner, the website's really useful but I

actually tend to use the Chrome plug-in a lot more. This puts this little button

at the top and it gives you a range of tools so you can deal with cards, you can

sunset videos, you can schedule publishing as well if you don't want to

use the YouTube scheduler, you've got various options down the side just to make

things much much easier, it's shortcuts to the real time analytics, some of

this is built-in to YouTube so if I click on real time that will take me

straight to the real time section on YouTube. So earlier we saw how you can

add best practices so here's the best practice panel just loading up so it's

saying get a like on Facebook, add an end screen and info cards and the most

useful features that I use an awful lot of are down the bottom here.

This tagging tool is fantastic you hit suggest and it will come up with a load of tags that

you should add to your video, so this is a Sony Xperia L1 review, you can see

it's picked out Sony Xperia review L1 and all I have to do is press the little

tick, it will also suggest related tags from my other videos because my videos

tend to be about individual products that's not too useful to me but if

you're doing a lot a very particular niche and same area you might want to

reuse tags. I also love this translation section it gives you the top languages

for your video and just very easily you can add the language that you want to

for the description so if we just click German...

...there we go it's translated that's over. That to me is probably one of the most

useful time-saving features because previously you would have to copy and

paste that into Google Translate. It's not just your own videos that you'll

find TubeBuddy can help with it's also just generally around YouTube you get

loads of extra information at the side but it blends in really nicely so you've

got related searches, you've got volumes of searches, tags used, and when you click

on a video, let's have a little click on this video for example, just pause that,

you'll find another little box pops up so you can see in summary it's had huge

number of views, huge number of comments, likes, dislikes, channel views, subscribers,

videos, so Chananalytics gives you a side-by-side comparison of someone's

channel or video compared to your own so you can see this person is storming it

again with subscribers, people seem to get hundreds and hundreds of subscribers

whereas I only get ones and twos, and it's a really interesting way of seeing

how people are doing they've got links on and you might get some ideas 'well why

haven't I linked my Facebook page or Twitter?', it's a great way of getting

extra information and ideas about how well you could be doing. So really just

scratch the surface of TubeBuddy you can see it's very powerful, offers a lot of

tools, a lot of functionality, I find it very useful. I've put a link, as I said

earlier, in the description below when you click through you can see the

prices you can either pay monthly or you can see down at the side here you can

get some discounts if you pay yearly so you get 20% off and if you scroll down

if you're new to this and you bit worried about paying for something and

you don't know if you'll use it scroll down and you can see there is a free

option and it's got the check list it's got notifications and when you scroll

down you can see this is where it starts to get a bit limited but if you

find these things useful and you think 'Oh actually I'd find some of these bits

useful as well' you might want to upgrade to pro, star, or legend. For me some

of the better features are things like the tags and you can see actually

although it's limited on the free it's not too expensive to then get that on

the pro and that can really help boost your video discoverability.

You can also see that when you start paying for a license you get a load of

extra perks such as royalty free music tracks which is really good because that

means you can differentiate between people who just use the stock YouTube

music and overall I'd say TubeBuddy is a fantastic little product, I'm really

surprised YouTube haven't either a) copied a lot of their ideas or b)

purchased them outright and just integrated them into their system.

What I also really like is that they've catered for all sorts of different users so if

you want to pay yearly and you're a small channel you can get the price

right down if you have more than one channel that can also help out when you

grow and if you're partnered with a network you actually get this for free

so you can have a load of different options that may adjust your pricing.

The Bench Drill I Sent Back / ATDP13B Bench Pillar Drill Press - Duration: 9:49.

I decided to buy a new bench drill.

I needed something a little more rigid, so I could drill holes in aluminium.

I'm working on making some new CNC machine plates, but the current version of my CNC

machine is not rigid enough to make the smaller holes as quickly as I'd like.

Because I have a limited amount of time that I can be here in the workshop, what I've

decided to do is spot mark and cut the aluminium out on the CNC machine, and later drill the

holes using short stub drill bits the exact sizes that I need.

The old bench drill in the workshop has been around for some time.

I made some modification back when I first started making videos on YouTube and in fairness

it's decent enough on wood and softer materials, but I had notice a little flexing in the table

when the drilling metal.

The new drill weights 3-4 times that of the old one and is a lot more rigid.

Ok I bought a new pillar drill.

I bought the smaller one ATDP13B.

If you're not from the UK they're like the... well I don't know how to explain it.

They're like the John Lewis of tools.

They're pretty good.

Quick delivery.

Really good customer service.

I'm going to shove it on here for now.

Nice big cast iron... hey that looks like that fidget spinner John Heisz made.

I'm taking stuff out.

The box looks a bit battered.

This must be the chuck.

That box looked entirely feked.

There's some serious amount of lube on this.

If the paint doesn't crack you haven't tightened it up hard enough.

This is when all that lube on the components becomes dangerous.

After I had assembled the machine following the instructions I began giving it the once over.

I checked the table with my engineering straight edge, which seemed flat enough but there is

a little bit of light bleed on one side.

The dressing on the surface looks quite course as well, which is a bit disappointing from

the John Lewis of tool companies.

A weird dink here and there.

It definitely looks like they needed to sharpen what they were doing that with.

I am now installing the chuck guard.

This drill has an electronic microswitch which prevents the chuck turning if the guard is

not in place.

I could trick the mechanism to not include it, but for now I want to see how it operates

as designed.

so I'm guess, looking inside there, that's holding a bit of metal probably very thin

and flexible, and I think the switch has to line up with that.

I start by attaching the rigid mounting bracket, and later the microswitch within its housing,

then the aluminium extrusion and the plastic guard.

I can't tell if the plastic is polycarbonate – it feels a bit yellow to be honest and

more like acrylic.

They don't give you much room for adjusting this.

It's very tight between there.

I think that's a very bad design and really what they should have had was the depth locking

wheel on the handle there.

You can see the handle turns so I almost wonder if this is something you can actually made

yourself.

This entire section feel like the cheapest and most flimsy part of the design, almost

doesn't feel worth having.

The most annoying thing is how it covers and blocks the depth adjustment.

This is a really bad design and the sort of thing that will really annoy me over time.

I then checked for squareness using a dial gauge secured on an arm across from the chuck.

I checked the cast iron table itself by turning the chuck around and comparing the measurement

readings.

That's 0.6.

that's zero there and zero there.

So it's pretty good this way and just needs a little tweaking that way.

I just put a bit of wood down as I just realised the surface of the bed is not ground that

nicely and even just rubbing my fingers against that I can feel some really harsh ridges.

I later did the same but with a scrap piece of MDF resting on top of the table.

There was a noticeable improvement on the MDF but it later occurred to me that I should

have rotated the bar in the jaw of the chuck just in case I had somehow compensated for

the error between the chuck and table.

So it's about 0.09.

I just swapped the positioning of how I had the depth gauge set up just so I'm not using

this weird contraction here.

I feel like it adds some error.

0.0, maybe 0.06.

That's not bad.

I can live with that.

I also used the dial gauge to check the runout of the Morse Taper on the main shaft of the drill.

This is where you normally put the chuck into.

This was pretty good with a runout of 0.02mm but when I fitted the chuck and checked the

runout on a piece of precision round engineering steel I got a reading of 0.3mm.

I mean this is machine steal, clearly it's the chuck or the morse-taper.

Ok I don't like the chuck.

I'm not impressed with that.

I would like to try minimise this as I am working to quite a high tolerance, but when

I got in touch with Axminister they said: Hello Savvas, the manufactures tolerances

on their drill chucks is 0.4mm runout with a bar fitted in the chuck measured 100mm away

from the chuck so yours will be within tolerance and the manufactures tolerances for table

top levelness is 0.20mm.

Sorry if that freaked you out a little bit but that's the voice I hear when I read emails,

and comments.

Especially disappointing ones.

This was quite a heavy thing to put together and I don't really want to dismantle it, and

in any case I've already thrown the box away.

I may not have set the chuck on the Morse Taper properly or that into the main shaft

of the drill but that said there's not much to go wrong there.

Anyway I think I can get around this if I buy a Morse Taper to ER16 collet which I can

replace the chuck with.

The runout on a CNC spindle less than 0.01mm and the collets are designed to self-centre

more accurately than a drill chuck.

It is important that I minimise any errors in the pillar drill before making the holes

on my CNC plates.

Anyway after the excitement faded I began to realise there was quite a bit of vibration

in the drill.

I could also feel it in the hand which isn't a good sign.

Ok I just moved it from over there, to over here, onto that, which was over there under

that now next to this.Actually this... sounds really really loud.

In the end a combination of the poorly designed depth stop position, the vibration in the

arm, the noise from the pulley cover convinced me that I should return the machine.

Had I bought this second hand I would feel more comfortable to pull this apart and work

out where the vibration was coming from, but I don't think I should spend 400 quid to do this.

I cut my losses which were a none refundable voucher for £20 and sent this back

In the end I bought two bench drills for less than half the price I paid for this drill

alone.

In reality I'm never going to get the tolerance I want unless I move to engineering machines,

and well if you saw the wet rot vs workshop video, I don't think this studio floor could

take a engineering machine.

In the next I'm going to tare down and re-build an old bench drill I bought on ebay.

As with all second hand machine tools there's always something that looks like bird shit

on it.

(it's spiders eggs) As usual thanks again for watching, don't forget to sacrifice a

thumb, let me know what you hated about the video in the description, and you'll catch

me in the next one.
