Early Birds vs. Night Owls (Who's More Intelligent?)

It is a very old debate, and still becomes the argument in a group chat if someone is

noticed to stay up late.

As a matter of fact, most of us are neither pure lark nor owl.

But we all know people who can spring out of bed at the crack of dawn or stay alert

well into the wee hours.

In recent years, science has increasingly shown why these extremes exist.

It's 6:30 a.m.

For "early birds" or "larks," are prime time, means they got the most of their energy on

that moment.

For "night owls," however, such an hour is ungodly.

As you may have guessed, night owls are actually smarter than early birds.

Many blogs, researchers and many sources indicate that night owls are more intelligent.

However, it is worth noting that there are some other things that make this discussion

worthwhile.

Let's just here the explanation in this short video, but before we jump to the lists, If

you're new to our channel, make sure to click the subscribe button below, and don't forget

to like this video if you find this information is helpful to you.

1.

Night owls are less organized

They actually cannot wake up early in the morning, and it is quite problematic for worker,

students, or anyone should wake up early.

Their life will be messed up if night owls keep continuing their habit.

However, night owls tend to have more activity in the night time which enables them to improve

themselves while others are daydreaming.

Despite of the messy organization, night owls still have the edge as long as they remain

productive in the night time.

2.

Night owls have more stamina

They are basically trained to live in both worlds more intensely than others.

Night owls actually need to go socializing in the day time – possibly after 9 – for

work or other purposes.

After that, they will take a short or even zero time nap before they remain alive in

the middle of the night.

With this capability, it is no wonder that night owls are trained to have burst of energy

to keep their pace.

3.

Night owls are emotionally unstable

It is worth noting that early birds may not be as lucky as the night owls under the same

condition considering the more intelligent creature is the night owls.

However, night owls are actually more emotionally unusable because of eating disorder, addiction,

and depression.

Those can happen to night owls if they are not smart enough to take an advantage of being

more careful person.

All in all, that's the short explanation between early birds and night owls.

Really cool information isn't it?

So, which one are you?

CREATING AN ISLAND FOR ANTS! (PALUDARIUM) - Duration: 18:03.

May the Titans, our Asian marauder ants rest in peace, and hopefully as well to the Dragon's

spirit and the conclusion this curse.

AC Family, we have finally come to the end of this epic ant story.

In order that we may start a new one.

AC Family, welcome to El Dragon Island.

Please subscribe to my channel, and hit the bell icon.

Welcome to the AC Family.

Enjoy!

Here we are stand, AC Family, like celestial creators at the genesis of our newly created

and uninhabited island known as El Dragon.

A massive dragon skull adorned one of the island's rock shelves, placed there to commemorate

and appease the dragon whose spirit lead to the ultimate demise of the Garden of Eden,

which once lay where this island now stands.

Let's hope this monument and us naming the island after him are enough to ensure the

Dragon's curse doesn't carry on to these new lands.

The island itself is very dragon-like.

El Dragon's waters are pure, fast flowing, and awaiting to be given its fertile sands

to be the bed from which new life awakens.

Soon these waters will be teaming with life.

I am super excited today because for the very first time on this channel, we will be creating

a paludarium, a part land, part water vivarium containing various originating creatures which

will all be interdependent on each other, including our brand new Polyrhachis ant colony

which you saw from our video two weeks ago.

And AC Family, I have some really exciting news about these new ants of ours!

After consulting with friend and ant taxonomist David General from the University of Philippines

Los Banos, I was finally able to get a complete species ID and profile on these gorgeous ants.

Turns out these ants are the species Polyrhachis semiinermis.

What was super cool was that like most Polyrhachis, their feeding ecology is currently unknown

to biologists.

They are greatly unstudied and he suggested we create a set-up that would maximize chances

for observation of behavior.

And AC Family, we had the perfect home for exactly that!

With this new island here, we were going to get a God's eye peek into a world of ants

like no other human has before.

Now are you ready for the coolest revelation on these ants?

Dave informed me that these Polyrhachis happen to be weaver ants.

Yes!

They are a species of ant that use the silk webbing capabilities of their larvae like

glue, to build nests within the leaves of plants and similar environments.

El Dragon Island therefore with its lush tropical plant life and sticks was the perfect home

for these ants.

So the time has come.

Let's stock this island with life.

First, we needed to make this paludarium viable by working from the ground up, the lowest

ground point, that is.

The waters required a bed of substrate in order to sustain its needed life forms.

I had some newly washed aquarium sand for this.

So, I went in, and gave El Dragon Island's turbulent waters some earth.

Like a thick cloud of soot, the waters carried and blew the black sands around the entire

paludarium.

Now I designed this paludarium to be an island surrounded by a moving river.

I personally hate having still water in a setup, not only because it festers much more

quickly, but it also creates an ideal location for mosquitoes to lay eggs, so a submergable

filter installed at the back helped create that awesome water current.

I also wanted El Dragon Island to be protected from any creatures from the outside coming

in, just in case those wild unwelcome Pharaoh ants or crazy ants decide to make a comeback

and deem this island their newest conquest.

After all, history does tend to repeat itself.

Moving waters meant a much more difficult crossing for outside intruders.

Now about this water, I had to ensure it was biologically ready to sustain creatures.

You see, we can't just use ordinary tap water and expect life to thrive in it.

If we did, aquatic animals added would die, not only due to the tap water's chlorine,

but also due to the lack of necessary microorganisms which help keep any aquatic community healthy.

So a couple weeks ago, I had to take aquarium water from my other larger biologically established

aquarium.

This ensured El Dragon's starting waters contained some pioneering beneficial bacteria needed

to properly sustain life.

So I had to wait a couple weeks to build up these beneficial bacterial colonies, before

I could ever consider adding anything inside it.

This is what aquarium enthusiasts refer to as tank cycling.

Now that El Dragon's waters had its microorganisms, it was ready to house our first set of inhabitants.

Let's meet our new aquatic creatures, shall we?

Now I decided that since the main inhabitants of El Dragon were endemic to Asia, I wanted

this paludarium to be an Asian biotope, basically incorporating species of plants and animals

that were also native to Asia.

Here is our first species.

Presenting java moss, belonging to the Hypnaceae family of mosses.

It is native to Southeast Asia and grows well in aquariums.

It attaches to rocks, roots, and driftwood quite well, and also offers a great home for

aquatic microorganisms and creatures.

But you will also see what I intend for its biological role to be in the river of El Dragon

soon.

Next, I would like you to meet our newest friends.

Shrimp!

These here are Caridina multidentata, Amano shrimp, native to Japan and Taiwan.

These shrimp feed on soft algae and decaying plant matter.

They will help keep the waters of El Dragon clean and free of most algae.

Next, we have these beautiful shrimp known as Cherry Shrimp, Neocaridina davidi, from

Taiwan.

These shrimp are omnivorous and will also feed on various microogranisms, decaying organic

matter, and algae.

They're all quite cute aren't they?

Finally, I have some interesting colour forms of these cherry shrimp including two Golden

Back Yellow shrimp, and an orange and blue shrimp.

This multi-coloured colony of shrimp will be amazing first additions to our aquatic

portion of this paludarium, and make great inhabitants to El Dragon's River.

Hey, AC family, what should we call the river surrounding El Dragon, and what should we

name this new colony of shrimp?

Leave your name suggestions for both in the comments fo us to vote on in a future video!

Now let's have a look at El Dragon's river world after our java moss, shrimp, and other

additions were installed.

Wow!

AC Family, take a look at that!

I've added some java fern and hairgrass, native to Southeast Asia, as well as some gravel.

A carbon dioxide diffuser was also installed to support our plantlife.

Now look at how cool this entire system works!

So we have an area of fast current here, then the river goes from turbulent to a more steady

stream here at this slot.

The shrimp love hanging out in this area.

Around the corner, we come to clumps of java moss, which are amazing because they act as

natural filters, sifting debris and dirt carried by our river current through this area.

The dirt actually nourishes the moss, and our shrimp are there to pick at anything organic.

The water continues forth into a pool where our filter blows it around again in a continual

cycle around El Dragon Island.

Isn't that just amazing?

In no time, El Dragon's river went from slightly cloudy to crytal clear.

It will soon be established enough to house other aquatic creatures.

But for now let's move up on land.

El Dragon Island was designed to be an Asian biotope but it is not a true Asian biotope

because it harbours a few plants from South America, namely these tillandsias, spanish

moss, and this moonlight caladium.

I chose these for humidity, size, and suitability as a home to our Polyrhachis ants.

Here I have some asian pothos.

These plants grow out of three small aquariums full of dirt which make up El Dragon Island.

My hope is that our ants move into these plants.

Let's cross our fingers, AC Family!

Let's do it.

It was time to set our Polyrhachis ants free onto El Dragon and see how they like this

brand new island home we made for them.

Ah I am so excited!

Here we go!

Placing the test tube inside and removing the cotton blocker.

Let's watch!

The ants immediately began to explore!

Look at how excited they are!

They climbed the plants and driftwood, and explored curiously around El Dragon Island.

And look, it seemed our island was definitely working at keeping the ants contained.

This was so awesome!

And now it was time to give our new El Dragon inhabitants a house warming gift.

I placed drops of honey at two spots on the driftwood and in no time the ants came around

to drink.

And wow!

This was my first time to have a real good look at them, unobstructed.

These ants were absolutely stunning!

Look at them!

And omg, look at this!

Even the queen came out to feed on the tasty honey drop!

Wow!

This queen wasn't like most queens who sit around in protective cover, waiting for her

workers to bring her food.

No, she was hands-on with her army.

Risking her life out in the open, she was brave enough to feed with her pack.

Isn't this just incredible?

And that's not all, AC Family, check this out!

I placed a crushed cockroach leg onto one of the plant leaves, and look!

A worker came around and puked something out before diving into the cockroach leg!

What on earth was this dark drop she puked up?

Could she have emptied out the contents of her social stomach so she could fill it up

with this fresher meat?

Was this some kind of solid waste pellet like those regurgitated by owls?

Woah!

Like a hungry lioness tearing meat off a carcass, I could literally see the ant tearing the

cockroach flesh off the leg piece and eating!

What we were witnessing here was the feeding ecology that Dave was talking about that was

formerly unknown to biologists.

Can you believe that here was something biologists haven't had the opportunity to observe or

study much, and AC Family, together we are the first to witness the beauty of these Polyrhachis

ants feeding.

What a awe-inspiring moment and sight.

All this nourishment will be stored inside their social stomachs to be brought back to

the queen and the brood, and grow their colony.

And just when I thought things couldn't get better, literally 5 hours after moving in,

I checked the test tube and the ants had all moved out.

My heart jumped into my throat!

Where did they go?

My eyes scanned El Dragon and deep into a little pocket of leaf folliage, I saw them.

They had carried all brood into this pocket.

AC Family, our Polyrhachis ants have elected this spot a suitable location to build their

new home.

This was just magical!

It was amazing to be able to witness El Dragon sustaining life.

I even spotted a snail that must have come with the soil and was able to swim across.

I've spent several nights watching the river currents bringing debris to nourish our mosses

and little bits of matter for our eager shrimp to pick at and eat.

One night, I managed to catch the shrimp eating the leftover cockroach parts of our ants.

The ants must have cast it into the water when they were done feeding from it, and well

it seems, one ant's garbage is another shrimp's treasure.

It was apparent that all life forms on El Dragon Island were living cooperatively, in

perfect harmony and interdependence.

It was all just beautiful to behold.

El Dragon Island was well on the way to blossoming into an awesome community....

until I saw it.

Something crawling on the glass that filled me with great concern.

Oh no!

Wild pharaoh ant scouts were checking out this new island of ours.

It didn't seem they could get across, just yet.

AC Family, this is not good.

We can't have what happened to the Titans and our Jawbreakers, happen to our new Polyrhachis

ants.

It was only a matter of time before these scouts will go back to their main colony and

let them know of our lush island.

The time has come, AC Family, for the release of some special guardians.

We needed to add a colony of beasts into the waters of El Dragon to protect our island

inhabitants... and I knew the perfect creatures for the job.

Oh boy, AC Family.

El Dragon Island has been off to a great start but we must make sure we protect it at this

early stage so these wild pharaoh ants don't kill our Polyrhachis ants.

Tune in next week to see what special guardians I add to these waters, and AC Family, I know

you will love them!

You won't want to miss next week's episode, so do remember to subscribe if you haven't

yet and join the AC Family, and hit that LIKE button every time, even now.

By the way, AC Family, give yourselves a huge pat on the back!

Thanks to you, last week's video Trended at #2 in the US!

That's a record for us!

I feel we're like a powerful, growing and unstoppable ant colony just conquering the

Youtube space!

Thank you so much for the support, guys, and showing the world how awesome ants are!

It's inspiring to know that people really appreciate nature.

AC Inner Colony, I have left a hidden cookie for you here, if you would just like to watch

some extended play footage of our new Polyrhachis ants eating to the sounds of some relaxing

music.

The footage is actually valuable to biologists researching this largely unstudied ant species!

Alright and now it's time for the AC Question of the Week.

Last Week we asked:

Name any of the creatures we found while digging into

the Garden of Eden.

Congratulations to Sam Ras who correctly answered:

Earthworms.

We also accepted springtails, snails, and black crazy ants.

Congratulations Sam, you just won a free ebook handbook from our shop!

In this week's AC Question of the Week, we ask:

Tantra | Episode 30 | A Web Original By Vikram Bhatt - Duration: 16:43.

Roop.

Do you remember anything?

How did this happen to you?

Did you see anyone?

I...I don't know.

I entered the bathroom and started the water.

Just when I was about to step into the shower..

..all of a sudden sorcerer Kukarmi came from behind.

And...I don't know what happened.

I was so terrified.

The next thing I know is that both of you were in the bathroom.

And you all were splashing water on my face.

It means Kukarmi knows where we are going and why.

He will try his best to stop us.

He will follow us.

What will we do now?

Kukarmi might try hard to stop us, but we have to get to him.

And end it once and for all.

Exactly.

If he plays any ruse, no matter what we have to do..

..but we won't stop.

I have a plan.

Kukarmi knows we are going to Bornar temple.

And he will try to create hurdles in our way.

What if we don't go to the temple?

What are you saying, Aditya?

If we don't go there, how will we bring the trident?

I think we will have to take guru's help now.

How do you feel today, son?

Much better, mother. Much better.

I thought since I didn't come for so many days..

..there must be a lot of work.

But papa handled everything.

I am really happy you are back.

I mean, you returned to office.

And you are taking interest in work.

This position belongs to you.

Not because you are the eldest son of Sikand family.

But because only you deserve this post.

I should thank you, mother.

You always wanted the best for me.

And I got all this only because of you.

'Thank God. It all happened the way I wanted.'

'Otherwise I was in a fix.'

Guru. - Bless you.

This is the trident that will destroy the devil.

Isn't this what you were looking for? - Yes, guru.

Here.

Thanks a lot, guru.

You have helped us at every step of the way.

I don't know whether I will be able to repay your favor or not.

Thank you.

Dear, you all will have to remember.

The devil has his sight on you all the time.

And he knows you have got the trident.

So he will do everything possible to save his life..

..and to stop all of you from going there.

For example, black magic, deceit, treachery.

Everything.

I know, guru. But like you said..

..to end any problem it's important to cut its root.

Kukarmi won't escape now.

We will definitely reach to him.

I lost everything unnecessarily without any fault of mine, guru.

It wasn't my fault. My parents hadn't done anything.

But that devil, his dark powers and his darkness ruined everything.

He finished off my happy family in an instant.

Now it's his turn. He will have to die now.

My blessing is with all of you.

God wills all of you succeed in this mission.

Dear...it's dangerous for you to go there.

It's better you come with me.

Sunaina.

This is how you enter the state of unconsciousness.

An evil sorcerer has to kill you and bury your bones in the ground.

And then using the same mud..

..he makes the journey from consciousness to unconsciousness..

..with a new body and new identity..

..and a devil is born and becomes immortal forever.

Kukarmi had also done the same thing.

As per the guru's information, this is Kukarmi's village.

His bones are buried in one of these houses.

We have to take the trident and strike it on the ground.

So that we can finish him off forever.

Aditya, we will have to find that house as soon as possible.

We don't have much time.

Not us. Only me.

I will have to find it alone.

Sunaina, it's going to be very dangerous from here.

You have already gone through a lot.

You cannot come. I will have to go alone.

This is my battle.

As it is, you have lost everything because of me.

Sunaina, this is our battle.

But Aditya, because of me.. - Quiet.

Trust me. Nothing will happen to me.

I love you.

I love you.

Take care.

Kukarmi.

You were hiding here.

Why hiding? I am waiting to welcome you since a long time.

You took so long.

I hope you didn't face any problem in finding the house.

With the help of God's devotion and light.

What's the use?

Your guru didn't even tell you that..

..this trident isn't enough to kill me.

What did you think? You will defeat me so easily.

You had come to kill me, hadn't you?

Here. Kill me.

But first reach to me.

How will you escape from the bones of dead devil..

..and black ashes?

You had come to set me ablaze.

Now look, you got burnt in that fire.

See your plight now.

Now choose the path which is right for you.

I don't understand, guru.

You will have to go to Bornar temple..

..and get the trident.

The trident I gave to Aditya was fake.

To trick Kukarmi.

If you don't come on time..

..Sunaina and Aditya's life could be in danger.

Hurry up, Sunaina. I have the real trident.

Be quick.

And you people... you people talk about..

..walking on the path of light.

You call devil as bad.

And you do cheating in the name of God.

Cheating?

It doesn't suit a devil like you to talk about cheating.

But still I will answer your last question before you die.

You call yourself the king of darkness.

You must know that devil had also come from God.

He cheated God.

And today, God has taken his revenge.

You know the outcome of confronting a devil, don't you?

Be afraid. Be afraid of me.

As it is, I have snatched everything from you.

My God had said, "Do whatever you have to do.."

"..to finish off evil and devil."

He caused sunset before time during the war.

He gave Arjun a chance to seek vengeance.

And today...he came before me.

He told me, "Do whatever you have to do to kill this devil."

"Be it deceit or explosion."

Aditya.

Aditya, are you fine?

Yes. I am fine.

We have won, Sunaina.

We have won.

You have finished off Kukarmi forever.

Kukarmi is dead.

But we are still a step away from victory.

Rekha is alive.

She has to be punished for her deeds.

"You're mystical..."

"You're magical..."

"O Death...you're really clever."

"Every life...is scared of you."

"I know you're very...bold."

"I am not scared of your wrath."

"I am not scared of your bane."

"I am not scared of your rage."

"I am not scared..."

"I am not scared of your wrath."

"I am not scared of your bane."

"I am not scared of your rage."

"I am not scared..."

"You're mystical..."

"You're magical..."

"O Death...you're really clever."

Athletes Who Look Totally Different Today - Duration: 3:57.

Our favorite athletes are kind of like superheroes come to life.

With all their home runs and slam dunks, it becomes all too easy to forget that they're

just people.

And like most people, they tend to change over the years--sometimes so much that you

can barely recognize them.

Playing in the NFL can take a toll on your

body.

It's not just the brain-rattling hits, either.

If you want to be a lineman in the league, you need to bulk up and stay that way.

Matt Birk knows that better than anyone.

"First of all I was I was 310 - 320 pounds, I'm really not built to carry that kind of

weight."

At his peak weight, he developed varicose veins and a habit of eating two burrito bowls

for dinner.

Suffice it to say, it wasn't sustainable, and he knew it.

After winning the Super Bowl in his fifteenth season, at the age of 37, Birk decided to

walk away and right the ship.

In the years that followed, he lost 75 pounds and 10 inches from his waist.

The father of six even began a new career as a model, competing in the Vi Model competition

back in 2014 to showcase his new physique.

There have been a lot of ups and downs over

Chris "Birdman" Andersen's 18-year career.

A fresh-faced kid with a knack for pulling down rebounds, he soon found a place in the

league.

Unfortunately, he also soon found trouble with allegations of drug use.

He would come back from all the controversy, winning a championship with the Miami Heat

in 2013.

Still, the hard living clearly had an effect on him.

Now more famous for his legendary ink than he is for his skills on the court, Birdman

has one last transformation to conquer: retirement.

This six-time All-Pro, who won a Super Bowl

with the Steelers, decided to make a big change after retiring from the NFL.

Alan Faneca started by watching what he ate, lowering his calorie intake and doing cardio

six days a week.

He told Fox Sports what he really missed, though:

"Those chocolate, peanut butter protein shakes with big scoops of peanut butter.

They were about 1,000 calories each, and I used to eat three a day.

I definitely miss those."

Clocking in at 500 pounds, football player

Antone Davis knew he needed to make a change.

That's what led him to compete on NBC's The Biggest Loser in the hopes of turning his

life around.

He ended up losing 200 pounds, or more than 45% of his body mass, in the grueling competition,

and transformed his life in the process.

He went on to work with the Tennessee football program as head of their Vol For Life program,

helping young players learn about life outside of football, and avoid the mistakes he made

along the way.

So yeah, maybe it's a good thing he put that burrito down.

"Burrito's the best thing that ever happened to me, so just leave us alone."

Baseball's Barry Bonds was one of the best

players of his generation.

Some might argue he was the best player of all time.

And then he went and messed it all up.

The lanky superstar allegedly started his own performance enhancing habit and turned

into a muscle-bound monster.

He broke the records and he took back the spotlight, then went to court for it.

His transformation continued after he retired when he shrunk back down to his normal, lean

self.

Wrestler Rulon Gardner has had a tough go

of it since defeating Russian Alexander Karelin for gold at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

It's still considered one of the greatest upsets in Olympics history, making the Utah

wrestler an instant star.

Sadly, he struggled with his health in the years after that, ballooning up to an incredible

400 pounds.

At age 40, he went on NBC's The Biggest Loser in the hope of losing half his body weight

and qualifying for the Olympic team.

He failed to make weight, dropping to 280 before putting a hundred pounds back on.

There are stories of players falling apart

after retiring, and there are stories of players being reborn, but Sammy Sosa took it to a

whole new level.

For his part, Sosa claims that his skin bleaching is a side effect of a facial cream that he

uses.

The former athlete told Univision Spanish, "It's a cream that I have, that I use to soften

[my skin], but has bleached me some.

I'm not a racist, I live my life happily."

So that settles that.

"Sammy Sosa, you know I love you man.

Stop it, Sammy Sosa!

STOP IT SAMMY SOSA!"

Kicking Tip for Self Defense Training: Hands Up! - Duration: 4:08.

Hey.

Ando here from SenseiAndo.com and Happy Life Martial Arts.

One of the most common bad habits that I see when people throw kicks is dropping their

guard.

Could be one hand or both.

Either way, it's a bad habit.

Hold on—before you write me some nasty comment, let me say right up front that some people

might drop a hand in order to counter-balance a high kick.

Some people might drop a hand in order to add power to their kick by counter-rotation.

Some people might drop their hands in order to draw their opponent in a little bit closer.

Now, if those are the reasons that you're dropping your hand, then I have no problem.

That's all fine.

Why?

Because you're doing all of those things on purpose.

Those are part of your deliberate strategy.

That's not what I'm talking about.

I'm talking about the people who drop their guard and have no idea that they're doing

it.

It's crazy how common this problem actually is.

I mean, I will stand right in front of someone and say, "Okay, keep your hands up."

Bloop.

"No, no.

Okay. this hand.

Don't let this hand drop."

Bloop.

"Listen.

Seriously, man—keep your hands right here."

Bloop.

Ahh.

All right.

Today, let me give you one simple drill to help you keep your guard up so you'll be

safer when you're throwing kicks.

All right.

I call this drill, "Holding the Baby".

Now, if you have a real baby you can go pick up, fantastic.

If you don't have a real baby, well, then take a little drive to the park.

You can usually grab one there.

Wait, wait, wait!

That was a joke—don't do any of that.

Okay, okay.

So, grab a pillow, or roll up your jacket, grab your teddy bear—whatever—just hold

on to something and pretend that you're carrying a baby.

That's it.

Now, go practice your kicks.

Go hit the bag, drill back-and-forth across the room, you can train however you like,

just don't drop the baby.

Now, I know that sounds really easy, but it's not.

Think about it.

There's a big difference between the feeling of kicking with your hands behind your body

or your hands in front of your body.

There's a big difference between kicking with your hands down or kicking with your hands

up.

The goal here is to build a habit of always maintaining a strong guard.

Once you have that, if you then choose to throw a hand down as part of your strategy

because it works for you, great.

Go for it.

Yeah, I know—you're tough.

You're already wondering if you can do the same exercise holding on to some dumbbells

or a weight plate.

Well, of course you can, but I wouldn't start with that.

I don't want you to put any extra stress on to your shoulders or your back before you've

made some modifications to your balance and alignment.

So, for now, do me a favor—stick to lightweight objects like the pillow, or the jacket, or

this roll of paper towels.

Now, if you don't feel comfortable walking around the gym cuddling a teddy bear,

I got ya covered.

Just grab a belt or a tee shirt and sling it around your neck.

That will give you something to hang on to while you practice your kicks.

It's the same idea.

If you don't want to hang on to a shirt, how about you just grab your own collar?

Or your bra straps?

Whatever.

Just hang on to something so you get that feeling of keeping your hands up.

Hey—while we're at it, why not grab a balled up pair of socks or a tennis ball and

put that under your chin?

This will help you keep your chin down and your head straight while you're throwing

your kicks.

Letting the head bob around while you kick is another bad habit that most people don't

even know they have… not until they wake up on the floor.

And that's your tip.

Hands up, chin down.

Two crucial habits that will help keep you awake if you're throwing kicks.

If you liked this video, thanks for giving it a thumbs up and hitting subscribe.

Until next time, don't drop the baby and keep fighting for a happy life.

How To Deal With Conflict & Negotiate In English | ADVANCED ENGLISH LESSON #spon - Duration: 19:03.

negotiating and dealing with conflict can be incredibly difficult especially

if you're not talking in your native language so today's lesson is focused on

giving you some of the key phrases and vocabulary that you'll need in these

circumstances I want to say a huge thank you to the providers of today's lesson

lingoda - so this lesson is the lesson you would normally encounter on Lingoda's

site now we're not going to work through the whole lesson because lingoda

does lessons last for an hour and we don't have that much time

plus Lingoda's lessons involve interaction between the students and the

teacher and we can't really do that on this video. Firstly I need to make good

on a promise, you remember the promise I made to all of you a few months ago when

they announced the lingoda language marathon you remember the language

marathon right you take a class every day for three months between January and

March and if you attend every single class for those three months and raise

your language level then you get all your money back do you remember that one

and the whole point was to try to get you into the habit of learning and to

help you to achieve your personal goals like your New Year's resolutions to

become much better in English and my promise was that anyone entering the

marathon would then have a chance to be featured on this channel with me and

lots of you who entered the marathon did get in touch with me and say you would

like to be featured and it turns out that quite a lot of you live here in the

UK and in fact a cup of you actually live in the same city as me so I invited

one very lucky winner over for a cup of tea this is Stephanie hi Stephanie hi

thank you so much for being here Stephanie how long have you been

watching English like a native mmm about six months six months fantastic and

luckily you're living here in London and so what is it that brought you

to London and I moved here because I got a new job in marketing company why then

if you're in England and you're practicing English why do you need to do

something like the lingoda marathon? I learned English in school for nine years

and I think my English is okay it's very good thank you but in in

business meetings I felt not so confident so you want to improve your

business English to take your career forward now you're living in London

there's lots of courses you can do in central London lots of schools available

did you consider any of those and it's it's really hard because in a marketing

company this it's a very busy schedule yes and I didn't I wasn't able to commit

to a certain time every week i choosing to do a normal course in school so you

need something flexible yes lingoda

but if you're really really busy and did you not find that perhaps the marathon

might be a bit much you know it's a class every day yes it is it is a lot of

work but it's it's great because with the marathon and you I have to do it

every day so it really it motivates you to really do it every day yes really go

for it yeah okay great so so far you've already done a month and may I ask how

you feel you're progressing yes it's it's going great and I feel like I've

really improved my vocabulary and I feel more confident already I've I've had a

meeting last week which was a difficult meeting I had a difficult client but

I felt much stronger with my expressing my

my thoughts yeah fantastic so just for those viewers at home if you can tell us

what you believe are the benefits of being part of the lingoda language

marathon the flexibility of the lingoda language marathon is great as I

mentioned before then also the native teachers it's great if you always say

it's easier to learn with a native teacher and it's the the lessons are

really structured which is super helpful and which I think has has helped me

improve a lot and yes because it really keeps the motivation going because you

have to do it every day and you set your goal and then you hopefully level up at

the end so it's great to keep the motivation going thank you so much

Stephanie it's actually the first time in all the time I've been running this

channel but I've actually got to meet one of my viewers face to face and that

was really exciting for me and it was great to hear your story good luck for

the next two months and if hearing Stephanie's story has

inspired you then just click on the link down below to check out lingoda for

yourself and if you decide to take lessons then be sure to use this code

this will get you a very special discount

okay it's time to start negotiating and dealing with conflict are any of these

phrases familiar I'm very sorry that you're put out but I'm sure we can come

to an arrangement when I put myself in your shoes I can see you have every

right to be angry let's try to figure this out let's just go through a few

parts of that paragraph it's the first thing I said was I'm very sorry that

you're put out put out is a phrasal verb to be put out is to be disappointed or

upset I always imagine it's like being a candle and you're flickering and bright

and happy and energetic and then someone puts you out and suddenly you lose your

shine you lose your happiness you feel deflated and dark and miserable you're

put out so I'm very sorry that you're put out but I'm sure we can come to an

arrangement to come to an arrangement is to have an agreement some sort of plan

that you are both happy with when I put myself in your shoes I can see you have

every right to be angry the phrase to put myself in your shoes means I'm

seeing it from your point of view I can understand why you feel that way when I

put myself in your shoes I can see you have every right to be angry let's try

to figure this out similar to let's come to an arrangement

figuring something out in this context means that you're going to work out a

way that you can cooperate for a mutually beneficial outcome so that

you're both happy in what scenarios would we use these types of phrases well

in pretty much any scenario where you're having a disagreement with someone for

example at home you might have a disagreement with your teenaged

daughter because she comes in she makes a terrible mess everywhere she goes and

she doesn't clean up after herself perhaps your husband has promised that

he would do the washing up if you do all the cooking and you do all the cooking

but he doesn't do the washing up but it's not just in the home conflict can

also arise at work perhaps you feel you deserve a pay rise and everyone else has

a pay rise but you didn't get one why or perhaps you work in the customer service

department and you constantly have to deal with

angry customers then again maybe you're going on holiday and you're

having a disagreement with someone at the airport because you've just arrived

on the holiday of a lifetime but the airliner has lost your luggage and on

the way home your flight is delayed by 19 hours and of course conflict can

arise in a store or with a service provider if you buy something and it's

not what you expected or it's not what they promised so in

dealing with conflicts of any kind the most effective thing to do is to

negotiate to have a negotiation negotiation is when people or groups of

people discuss something the aim of the discussion is to come to an agreement

even if the involved parties have opposing views for example the

negotiation took several days but now both workers and their employers are

happy with the new pay rate now if this word or any of the words we're about to

cover are new for you then do try to practice them this will help to put it

into your long-term memory by writing a sentence including that word down in the

comments box below and when I get a chance I'll have a read and if it needs

correcting I'll do that for you and if it's just fabulous then I will give you

so love negotiations often involve compromise compromise is when one or

both parties involved in a negotiation agree to change their minds somewhat or

alter their terms in order to find a resolution to a conflict for example I'm

willing to compromise and work overtime this month since I understand that it's

an exceptionally busy period for the company Dan and Sue have come to a

compromise they won't buy a house in the heart of the city or in the countryside

but instead they're looking for somewhere in the suburbs so Dan wants to

live in the city Sue wants to live in the country and that is a conflict and

in order to make both parties relatively happy they decide to move somewhere in

the middle in the suburbs it helps when you're negotiating to see things from

another person's perspective perspective your perspective is how you see things

your point of view here's an example sentence it would help if you could see

things from her perspective see things from another person's perspective might

help when you're trying to convince them of something to convince to convince

someone is to make someone believe that what you're saying is right or true

here's the example sentence they are trying hard to convince him but he's

still not keen on the idea so if he's not convinced then what they will have

to do is to persuade him to persuade someone means to get someone to agree to

do something by giving them lots of reasons why they should by arguing your

case they might not be completely convinced but you have persuaded them to

give it a go here's an example sentence don't let them persuade you to work on

Saturday you're not obliged to if you can't persuade or convince someone to

see things from your perspective then you might not be able to resolve the

situation resolve to resolve something is to fix

it to come to an understanding an agreement here's an example sentence if

Mary and Sam can't resolve their differences it might be the end of their

relationship so Mary and Sam are going to have to cooperate in order to resolve

their differences they have to cooperate to cooperate means to work together

here's an example you both play an essential role in the project so you

need to find a way to cooperate and if you're trying to cooperate then you may

need to come up with alternative solutions to the problem alternative an

alternative is basically something similar but different

for example I promised you a piece of fruit but you don't like bananas so as

an alternative I'm offering you a tangerine this is still a piece of fruit

but it's different to a banana it's an alternative so there we have negotiation

compromise perspective convince persuade resolve cooperate and alternative

alright great vocabulary thank you lingo de let's have a look now at some useful

phrases if the person you're talking to is pretty angry then the first thing to

do is to let them know that you understand why they're angry you get it

you understand it you could use these phrases I understand your point of view

I can see where you're coming from I'd like to clear up any confusion I

appreciate your honesty you've got a right to be angry I understand what

you're saying but try to put yourself in her shoes

and those phrases are a great way to try and calm the situation initially however

they don't always help you to progress the negotiations for you to put your

point across so let's pick a mix some phrases that will help to show you

understand how they're feeling but then to progress with the negotiation so you

could start with any of the phrases from this column I hear what you're saying

it's unfortunate things have gotten so heated ah if things are heated it means

that they are emotional someone's become angry perhaps they're shouting or crying

or just really angry maybe steam is coming out of their ears I understand

your point of view and I respect it I recognise I was at fault and I apologise

I appreciate your apology but and then choose a phrase from the second column

but I'd like you to try to understand it from my point of view I think it would

be best if we could try to resolve our differences but I think both sides need

to compromise to reach an agreement I would like to try to work together to

find a solution it's not enough we still have to find a way to resolve the

situation now let's look at an argument thirst isn't successful they don't use

any of the words or phrases that we've discussed and it all goes downhill

pretty quickly ah good morning mr. Hughes is that the best you can manage

I expect an apology you were supposed to be here at 10:00 a.m. it's already half

past 11:00 Mr. Hughes I'm very sorry but apologising isn't good enough I don't

care what your Excuse is I'm fed up listening to excuses from people who

cannot stick to their promises Mr. Hughes can you please listen to.... you want

me to listen to you the cheek of it the nerve

and I'm the one who's been waiting here all this time Mr. Hughes

I have the email that you wrote here look it was you who asked me to come at

11:30 a.m. and now you're standing there shouting abuse at me well I've had

enough find someone else to fit your kitchen

I don't need your business Oh dear, that didn't go very well did it? and that's

because they didn't follow the key rules to conflict management and negotiation

what are those key rules I hear you ask well they are stay calm at all times

getting heated emotional upset and shouting just doesn't help anyone so try

to remain calm listen to the other person in the example that you just saw

mr. Hughes did not listen if he hadn't listened then he wouldn't have

embarrassed himself and lost one of his workers so always give the other person

a chance listen to their grievances and then you might be able to come to some

sort of arrangement acknowledge their point of view we all feel better when

people understand us so let the other people know that you've listened and

that you understand why they feel that way and where they're coming from

explain your demands clearly give reasons why they are justified let the

other person know exactly what you want and why you want it why it's necessary

once they understand that properly then it might make things a little bit easier

so now you have some vocabulary phrases and the key rules to conflict management

and negotiation as I said earlier I've only taken a snippet from the lingoda

lesson notes but thank you lingoda for sharing those with us and if you are

interested in checking out more of what lingoda has to offer then don't forget

to use the link below the code to get that a very special

discount thanks once again to the marathon runner Stephanie it was

fantastic to meet you and all that's left to say is take care try not to get

into too many conflicts and goodbyes

How to Draw Animals | Doodle with me! - Duration: 11:53.

Hi everyone, I am so excited to get this tutorial out to you!

So many of you have mentioned that you wanted tutorials so I noted them all down and have

a list of different video ideas for things to help you draw.

In this tutorial I'll show you how to draw animals in my style and a little bit of decorative

florals so that you can add these into your journal setups or anything you're working on!

Next on my list are mountains, landscapes, and more plant based subjects.

So keep the suggestions coming and I'll keep adding them onto the list for you!

We are going to start with this bunny, who is taking a break from life to simply smell the roses.

Start off by determining the overall shape of the image.

Is it more of an oval, square, rectangle, or another basic shape?

This bunny is more like a rectangle, so I'll start by drawing out my box.

This is the best way to place your drawing where you want it on the page and to figure

out the size of the drawing.

Next I am cutting the box into thirds horizontally and then drawing in a circle for the bunny's head.

Add another circle for the bunny's body.

Now add a little point for the nose and then connect the circles with a curve.

Draw a guideline from the nose, cutting the circle kind of in half, and then just gauge

where the eye and cheek will go.

Onto the ears, just follow along with me as I keep referencing the original image.

For the roses, start off with the stem, and then draw a small spiral for the flower top

and connect the spiral to the stem.

The second stem is more like a bud and that as a shape similar to a rounded triangle.

Add in the leaves and repeat that for the other set of roses.

And now it's time to ink!

One very effective way to add more details into your ink drawings is to add shadow using lines.

Basically filling in a few areas that would normally create a shadow with your micron,

or to simply add emphasis in those areas.

So very lightly, just pile on the lines until it gets darker and darker, this is called

crosshatching.

I'll get into ink drawings more in another video, if you guys are interested to help

you shade and create contrast just by using your fineliners.

Once the inking in done, I am going back in with my copper gelly roll and filling in some

areas to create a nice balance in my drawing.

The gelly roll also covers up the ink, so if you made any mistakes, you can hide it here.

The second animal is this bear, looking up towards the sky, grateful for all that he has.

Again start by drawing out your guidelines and boxes and then filling in the shape of

the bear.

You can use as many guidelines as you need.

So don't be afraid to put in a ton of lines to help you find the right shape.

The bear's nose will be perfectly at the corner of the rectangle and then from there

draw a curved line down as the bear's back, round it for its bottom and then a little

bit inward for its hind leg.

Then from the nose, draw a very slight S curve for the neck to his front paw.

And then finish off with the rest of his legs and then details like his eyes, ears, and

tail, using guidelines to figure out the placement of his eye.

Notice that I didn't follow all of my guidelines and that's okay, my goal is to just get

his shape down and proportions looking okay!

For the leaves surrounding him, start off with a line for the stem, add an oval to the

top of the stem, and then draw narrow hearts down the stem for the leaves.

They start off smaller, get slightly larger, and then smaller again towards the bottom

of the stem.

Now for the inking process, this is the best time to add in those little details of the

shadows like we did for the bunny, and zigzagging lines now to mimic fur on his legs and belly.

Keep the zizags very small and subtle so that they don't look like spikes.

Once that is done, I am going back in to finish off with the copper to the inside of his ears

and the leaves.

The third animal is this sweet fox, just lounging in the warmth of nature.

This is a little more difficult because the head sticks up from the body.

But overall, it still kind of fits in a rectangle, so we can start off with that.

Add in some guidelines to figure out where his head goes and then draw a circle.

Now draw a curved line in the middle of the circle and that will be our guides for his

eyes.

Where the curved line hits the edge of the circle, we can move out a little bit and make

that point his nose, following the curve of the forehead.

Now curve the line to form the shape of a football as the fox's face.

And then just follow along with me as I place his ears and draw the rest of his body.

For the flowers surrounding the fox, they are very similar to those of the bunny, but

with different leaves.

So you can use the same methods to draw them.

Add in the details again with the micron and then for areas where he is really furry, add

in little alternating dashes to depict the thicker fur.

Another tip about inking or drawing in general, is to stay loose.

Be aware of how tight you are gripping your pencil because, it may sound weird, but I've

realized that the looser I hold my tool, the more forgiving I am with my lines.

So my focus is more about the fluid motion of drawing rather than creating perfect shapes.

I remember, when I was still learning, I would hold my pencil so tight, that my hand would

cramp and I was pressing so hard on the paper that it left an indentation even after I erased

the line.

So, take it easy and let it flow.

The fourth animal is this sleeping dear, eyes closed and just basking in serenity.

It is the same dear in my print that I have in my shop, in case you were wondering.

I love it so much that I wanted to teach you how to draw it.

Start by figuring out where her head sits within the overall shape of the rectangle.

And then draw a circle for the main part of the head and then something like a trapezoid

for the snout.

Add in the ears using the guides for reference and then the nose and eyes.

Now for the body, draw an oval all the way around and then gauge where the tail and legs go.

The leaves are again similar to that of the bear, but they are spaced a little further apart.

For the spots on the back of the dear, instead of doing dashes like we did on the fox,

I am adding in areas of lines to mimic larger furry spots.

So they look kind of like a series of slashes.

Finish off with copper accents on the ears and on the leaves.

The fifth and final animal is a happy squirrel holding an acorn, simply enjoying life.

We're going to start off by drawing the squirrel's body, fitting in an overall shape

of a rectangle.

Add in a small circle with a curved guideline in the center of the circle for his eyes and

his nose, to the upper right corner of the rectangle and then a larger circle for the

squirrel's bottom on the bottom left.

Connect the two circles following my lines and add in his feet and then his arms.

Now draw in the acorn, starting off with another rectangle to determine the size.

After the ears, eyes, and cheeks are added in, draw another rectangle for its tail.

And then create S curves to mimic the curve of the tail.

Again, it's okay if you don't stay in the rectangle, it's only there to help with proportion

and layout.

Remember to trust your creative initiation, especially when you're sketching.

So if you think that you need to stay in the guides or if you need to draw out of the box,

it is completely up to you!

For these flowers, start off with a line for the stem and then add a little circle on the

tippy top.

Then add little Ws underneath, changing the amount of dips it has.

And then finish off with some leaves.

Complete the drawing by adding in dashes to the squirrel's tail, like we did on the fox,

and then add in the copper accents to its ears and the only the leaves of the flowers.

I started this tutorial hoping to fit all the animals on one page, but decided to separate

them into two and that's why the deer and squirrel are on the left page, which was supposed

to be blank.

Overall the spread looks pretty good, but I do want to add in this quote by Ansel Adams,

that fits so true to what I believe about nature and my spread isn't complete without

a quote.

He says: I believe the world is incomprehensibly beautiful — an endless prospect of magic and wonder.

There is always a sense of peace to everything.

So with my drawings and artwork, I love to try to depict that quality in nature, to create

a similar feeling when you look at each piece or even a little part of it.

I want it to be a like a nice break from the endless expectations of our day to day.

Added in the date and title of the spread up top and then the name of each animal next

to each drawing.

And I am done!

I hope that this tutorial helped you to simplify the process of drawing even just the slightest

or gave a little insight to how I draw my animals.

Remember to leave me suggestions or little love in the comment section and if you recreate

any of these, tag me in your photos on instagram, I would love to see your work!

Make sure to actually tag me in the photo instead of adding me in the caption,

this way I can go back to your photos if I missed the notifications.

I am wishing you the best of days full of wonderful feelings and a balance to life.

I'll see you next time, bye!

long time ago in Japan you opened the fish in the middle

and then you left them dry

and since Tay is a type of fish,

(the Taiyaki is this fish right? it's on Wikipedia)

so, ok it's another stupid thing that it's written on wikipedia

oh, how lucky! this person is the owner of this shop

this shop is located in Asagaya and it's called --

this one is the tay fish and in italian it's called...

The ultimate lawn care equipment brand- What's the best for your business - Duration: 7:11.

I get a lot of questions from people asking me what is the best lawn mower

out there what is the best string trimmer out there what if what is the

best blower what is the best edger what is the best pruner guys the reality is

all brands are good but you shouldn't concentrate too much on brand but on

dealer support because dealer support will make you and break you guys let me

tell you this is serious pay attention dealer support will make you or break

you because every piece of equipment it doesn't matter who makes it will break

eventually or that you may have gotten the one that had the glitch out of the

thousands that are working extremely well but dealer support is the number

one factor of whether you're gonna make it or not because once you take that

piece of equipment to your dealer they return it to you in a working condition

as fast as possible then you're good to go if you have dealers as a matter of

fact Shawn from Spencer's lawn care I was watching this video where he's he's

fed up with his dealer and it's just because the dealer is flimflamming and

guys pay attention to this when it comes to to equipment we in YouTube land

that's what I call it we can make a piece of equipment look like it's mowing

by itself we show you different shots and different ways with music and

everything and put you in these trance where you think

okay some point I use Exmark mowers what do you think my Exmark mower is like the best

you know what I mean and you get all into what I'm doing and and the reality

is guys when that piece of equipment break I'm not gonna make a video

and tell you well damn my ex my broker and Here I am assed out no no every piece

of equipment will break and you need to research your dealer research your

dealer on how fast are their turnarounds do they have loaners

do they have loners were if your piece of equipment break can you borrow

something from from them until it's repaired are they giving you the

runaround you know these are things that now is the time when you should be doing

it you know try to get the dealer that is as close as possible to you and the

dealer that is most reliable when you come in there they should be treating

you like a you are number one in their books because it is your money that

you're spending don't take shit from these dealers guys if the dealer is not

good don't go to them case appointment Andy's lawn machinery where I go to

there's another dealer closer to me on Chatham Parkway where I don't go to why

because they're crap they're crap and I told him I said you know you guys

are crap and I walked out because I don't hold my tongue there's other

dealers far away that the service of equipment and I dadan use them because

again I got a piece of equipment that you know my only two three pieces of

equipment took it down there and the dealer was I mean they treated me like I

was bothering them so this is what I'm talking about guys always ensure that

you do your your your research when it comes to the dealer don't be thinking

about you know oh well scag is the best oh John Deere is the

best Oh Husqvarna is the best ExMark is the best Toro is the best come on

guys dealer support is number one and also

with within that dealer support ensure that you will borrowing these mowers and

you are taking them out and you're cutting turf your type of turf with the

mower because our mowers don't a different turf the same way exmark to

me my personal opinion gives me the best cut out of anything else around here now

if I was to see somebody else cut with another type of mower mod my turf and do

a better job then guess what that's something for me to look at and think

about but when you guys ask which more is the best guys again it depends on

what turf you're cutting you know if you're cutting weekly bi-weekly or

one-time service you know you know you go out there whenever they call you so

it depends on the frequency it depends on the time of the year it depends on

the type of turf it depends them on a lot of things guys when it comes to what

lawn mower is the best again you should have your own opinion what you feel is

the best for you what feels comfortable for you whether you're sitting down or

you're standing because I'm standing so you're gonna go out there and you'll buy

standard come on guys you know no it doesn't work like that

I cut small residential lawns where you may be cutting acres and acres you know

what I mean I may be cutting nice even lawns where

you may be cutting a lot of bumpy lawns I may be cutting southern turf where you

are cutting northern the turf you know what I mean so again guys make the

decision for yourself ask questions about you know actually deal of

questions see exactly how and what the dealer can do for you and how quick are

the turnarounds so let's be honest with ourselves when everything is hot and

everybody is bringing in their equipment you're not gonna get your equipment as

fast as you may want it so also keep that in mind so let me ask you a

question why do you drive what you drive because you want to you tube and a guy

that drives cars told you that car that you're currently driving is the

best nah you went to the dealership you test drove the car you felt comfortable

and you purchase a car but the same concept guys purchase a lawnmower

because you had a chance to test the lawnmower out see how it cuts and that's

what you are comfortable with same concept guys I can't put it any

clearer that's the way you choose the best mower for your company yo thanks

for taking the time to watch my videos guys check out my other videos in each

and every last video I'll give you some tips and tricks to improve your business

and guys again pop smoke peace

you

Is there nowhere to go now?

Is there no one we can count on?

Barely scraping through this life

Defeat after defeat, we die.

Oh, this is a blood-sucking monster

That hunts us day and night

It won't rest, won't let us rest

Till we're done and dead

Birth is a terrible thing in a world this wretched

In this world void of goodness

We can't hope for benevolence

Every single day we suffer

And we drown in this sewer

Is there no value for life?

What good can come from crying?

We dream everyday, you and I; But now it's burnt to ashes

Won't it suffice to have the skills?

Won't good things ever come our way?

Won't words like bribery and corruption; Become bad words in our vocabulary?

Growing up with the right values

Now we're just trying to find our way

When we can't tell head from tail

How can we follow this trail?

Growing up with the right values

Now we're just trying to find our way

When we can't tell head from tail

How can we follow this trail?

The evidence may change

But can the incidents change?

The situation may change

But will their scheming change?

We shall move like coins In a game of dice?

Let our enemies run Afraid of our blows

by bolting them to a wooden cutting board with a frame hanger on the back.

Mount the board on the wall near the stove

so your spatula will always be within your reach when cooking!

2. Chic Design Placemat Vases

Glass vases are sometimes pricey but you want to put your flowers in a beautiful and decorative container.

Don't worry, with only empty cans and placemat,

you can have your own vase.

First, decide how tall and wide you want your vase to be

and use scissors to cut the placemat.

Create a cylinder with the piece you cut and staple the ends together so they stay put in place.

Cover the seam where the ends meet with washi tape or electrical tape.

Place the can inside of the cylinder and voila! Super cute and easy to make!

3. Tin Can Lamp

Yep! You read that right.

If you want to do a little workout and craft at the same time then this idea is perfect for you.

Use ice prick and a hammer to poke holes all over two large cans (except for the bottom of one).

Drill a hole towards the bottom of the base can that's the right size for your light kit to be inserted.

Coat your cans with the color of your choice and let it dry.

Put the light through the hole and screw in the light bulb from the inside.

Adhere two cans together with liquid nails by simply squirting it along the edge of the base

and place the top can on top of it.

4. Can Clock

Who would've guessed that an empty tin can has the potential to be repurposed as a clock!

Everyone can does this by simply attaching a couple of wooden legs to the sides of a can.

Coat the jar and the legs with the color of your choice.

The last step is simply insert a clock mechanism inside the can and there you go!

A cute little clock you can place on your nightstand.

5. Plant Markers

This is a simple thing but is totally worth trying for everyone

who has a slight tendency to forget things all the time.

Cut out strips from an aluminum can,

then write the names of your plants on a piece of paper.

Trace the lettering into the aluminum strips and trim the edges

so you can stick it into the ground.

This applies for cheese markers too!

These versatile little containers are really convenient and practical for home addition.

These DIY tin can up-cycling ideas worth trying will totally embellish your room.

Early Birds vs Night Owls (Who's More Intelligent?) - Duration: 3:08.

Easy Blackberrry Mountain Dew Cobbler in the Dutch Oven - Duration: 4:19.

Today on the grill top experience we are going to make blackberry Mountain Dew cobbler, which

is one of my favorites.

We are going to throw it in the dutch oven, but you can still make it at home if you have

a cast iron pan or a carbon steel pan on your grill or in your oven.

So let's get that charcoal started and get going.

Another name for this recipe is scoutmaster cobbler because it is so easy, even a scoutmaster

could make it.

I'm volunteering for the Boy Scouts right now and we are going on a campout in the winter

in about a week.

I want to do a test run of this one.

The recipes are all pretty much the same.

Throw in some fruit.

Some cake mix.

Your favorite can of soda.

And some butter on top.

Now I'm going to go a little bit closer into these to show you exactly how to do it.

I'm going to use 1 can of blackberry pie filling for this.

Some recipes call for two, but I don't like it quite that sweet.

I'm going to throw in a pound of frozen blackberries.

I would use fresh ones if they were available, but everything is frozen right now.

Mix that together.

Make a nice layer on the bottom.

Now if I were actually camping, I would take this cake mix and throw it directly on top

of the filling.

Since I have the ability to clean extra things and don't have to deal with the extra dishes

out in the wild, I'm going to do it this way.

You just take your can of soda.

In this case, I'm using a can of mountain dew because it goes great with the blackberries

and mix it in.

One of the things is that if you don't mix it together, sometimes it will be a little

bit gritty.

When you are camping, you don't really care, but when you are at home you might as well

make the extra effort.

Just put it right on top of the blackberries.

This last part is optional, but Iike to throw a bit of butter on top because it helps it

brown.

Sprinkle it on there however you like.

The one trick that I have found is that the bottom ones don't have as many friends, so

you want to get those off the bottom of the chimney as well.

That helps get that heat in there.

You are never going to see me count coals and get the exact amount on top and on the

bottom.

Whenever I've done that, it's always been undercooked.

What I've found works best is to pile it on and hope for the best.

One thing you need to do while you are doing that is to make sure you rotate it every fifteen

minutes.

It's a good idea to grab your dutch oven and turn it 90 degrees and then grab the lid and

do the same.

This recipe takes about 30-45 minutes in order to cook, but you want to keep checking it

to make sure and see how close it is.

Let's take a look and see what we've got.

That looks awesome!

Now that we've given it a minute to cool.

The only thing left to do is to try it out.

So if you go camping when it is cold, the only thing people are going to remember is

how cold it was.

Make them a cobbler like this and they are going to remember that cobbler and it's going

to keep them warm all night long.

Let's give it a try.

That's really good.

So if you want to see more videos about grilling, smoking, and cooking with fire, hit subscribe

and there might be some more dutch oven to come.

The past put a tight cork in that dream which you hoped to make come true

Not realizing the mistake, "dang it!", things don't work out as hoped

In the showdown between one's strong and weak selfs,

Somehow the weak side always comes out on top, it's strange huh?

Saying that "no one knows about it"

"I was hidden away and crying"

But you're a "smiling person" in front of everyone

That which is always tormenting you,

Tell me about the "you until now"

If it's painful I want you to run away from it

Let out those tears once more for me to see

Why is that when I see you force yourself to smile

I feel like crying?

In this blurring field of vision,

That which is heard is "thank you"

Trying to add check mars and "X"s to those days without answers,

The "X"s just keep unpleasantly piling up, what to do?

Wanting to go back, but unable to no matter how strongly it's wished for

It already seems useless, even a weak sigh won't spill out

"Somebody save me!"

An SOS heard only by me

Becoming close enough to be let in just a bit

Heartbeats beginning to overlap one another

Around the time when you were troubled by 40 + 27

Right now being troubled by the thought of how to smile,

While pounding on that calculator,

Having come to hate the idea of breaking a sweat over something like this

Marking my heights on the wall until I'm how old?

Hey, hey, I've totally become an adult!

That which is always tormenting you,

Tell me about the "you until now"

If it's painful I want you to run away from it

Let out those tears once more for me to see

That which is always tormenting you,

The "you until now" and the "you from now on"

Since either one is you after all,

There's no way you'll become hated

To you who sobbed as you looked at me who was

Troubled yet smiling, I say: "Welcome home!"

Because yesterday and tomorrow as well,

There is a place here for you to come and say "I've come home!"

The Famous Stella Artois N.A | Best Non Alcoholic Beer Reviews/ - Duration: 3:05.

Beer and students go together pretty well, right

Well in the town of Leuven in Belgium

That's where there's the brewery Stella Artois worldwide famous, and it's also a huge student town

Today, I'm going to go back to my student vibe and crack open a Stella Artois

non-alcoholic

So first things first check out the packaging this is pretty interesting bottle because you can see on top its foil and

It's a cap the foil doesn't go over the cap and I've never seen this before

I'm not even really sure if it's on a normal Stella's, or if it's just on a non-alcoholic version, cool cap

cool foil

a small bottle I think it's

How much yeah?

0.33 so

Here it goes

Just on this is a little bit, honey like

It's a strong pilsner taste

But probably the overriding is the honey. It's a lot, sweeter than a regular Pilsner

So look at this beer to me. It looks more like a bit of a champagne

It's a little bit funny, because I know that Stella Artois has a whole ritual about pouring their

Standard beers, but you can think this head is just super bubbly

Really looks like a champagne a lot of carbonation there and quite a deep

Honey colour has what its come up with so that's the Belgium pilsner look

Pretty decent taste there's none of that metallic that I was smelling

Tastes pretty much like a pilsner, but it's definitely a lot sweeter

There's definitely like way more honey flavor in this then I would expect for a pilsner. It's not bad..

But it's just a bit of a surprise

So it's quite an interesting

Mouthfeel it's a little bit spritzy bit like champagne like it's tingly on the mouth, but it's also quite a light beer

It's got really light mouthfeel

So Stella where would I drink this?

I think it was an interesting beer. It's not a bad Pilsner attempt

It's definitely a lot sweeter

So if you've got a sweet tooth and looking for a pilsner with some more sweetness to it like this honey flavor

It's definitely a great option

what to eat it with I mean, it's got that honey flavor so

You know if you think you would like adding honey to maybe something take this beer

But I think it could be well with some of this like Belgium

typical cuisine you know they're really into the

French fries or frites

So you know?

If you want to have a Belgium night make some fries grab a Stella Artois, and it'll probably make a pretty nice combo

So that was Stella Artois coming to you from Belgium?

Got a heap more of international brews coming up so subscribe and I'll review a beer close to home see ya
