I'm in a calorie deficit I'm hitting 1,300 calories I'm not losing any weight

word up guys it's your boy matty, matt from Macro Lean and in this video i'm

gonna be answering a question I get a lot about being in a calorie deficit and hitting

the right macros. I get emails and Facebook messages lots of time from people

saying "I'm in a calorie deficit, I'm hitting 1300 calories but I'm not losing

any weight. I'm not seeing any progress whatsoever???" and the bottom line is if

you're not seeing any progress you're not hitting the right amount of calories,

the right amount of macros for your targets, for your goals. so my advice

would be if you've got your generic calories or macros off a website or off

an online calculator? Its generic! It's not going to be spot-on. The best way to

find out is tracking, getting that rubber on the road and then adjusting as you go

along. So you're not in a calorie deficit if you're not losing any weight. Now

obviously it's not just about the calorie deficit, it's about the macros.

It's about the right amount of protein fats and carbs but calorie deficit comes

first, then you have the right amount of macros. How do we find it out? Well it's

trial and error! even the best to coach, even the best coaches in the world... even

when I set my client's calories and macros we're in ballpark figure. And

then we were adjust accordingly as we go on. So don't stress out too much if you

start tracking your macros and calories. give it a couple of weeks to get into

the groove and check your weight, your measurements and your photos. And if you're

not seeing any progress in the first few weeks you're not hitting the right

amount and need to bring it down a little bit, simples as that! All about consistency

guys and if you try and rush the process and crash diet and do it too fast you're

gonna get nowhere. You're gonna feel dis-enheartned and it's not going to

feel like a good process. So hit the macros, hit the calories and if you don't

see any results after two and three weeks it's time to adjust. if you liked

Basically, I'm always looking for a shot.

You're walking home at night after shooting for 12 hours,

you can find something, and I've done it.

So, you should always be looking.

With the Golden Boy shot, I had noticed this kid.

I was shooting a Gap campaign,

and this was a five-year-old child that was in front of the camera.

I had to do a shot of him in a denim shirt.

Straightforward shot,

but when I saw him and I went behind the camera,

I just found the kid was really superb-looking.

Really beautiful.

I spoke to the mother and I said,

"Can you come back at five o'clock tonight?"

She said, "Yes, I can do that."

I had this idea to bring him back.

I wanted to give him a metallic look,

almost like a bronze.

I had wanted to do it with an eight by ten camera,

with a standard lens.

But it's not a portrait lens, it's a standard lens.

And that gave it a slight surreal quality.

In fact, he was only about a foot in front of the lens.

I put a little light there for him,

it was a moving light.

I asked him just to stare at the light that was just on the lens.

I did two Polaroids, four frames.

Then he looked at the camera and said, "Can I go home now?"

He suddenly realized that all the attention was on him,

and that he was sprayed gold.

He was a bit overcome,

and he was almost crying for a moment.

And he said, "Can I go home now?"

I said, "Of course! That's fine."

So there were only ever four frames of that, with two Polaroids.

We shot it only in black and white.

In the darkroom, we introduced the bronze back into the print.

World War 3 FEARS: China has started 'HUGE military drills' off the coast of Hainan

CHINA has started huge military drills off the coast of Hainan in the South China Sea

as tensions in the area continue to escalate due to President Xi's apparent expansionist

aims in the region, it has been reported.

A warning of the drills was reported on the Hainan Maritime Safety Administration of the

People's Republic of China.

The drills were also reported by a local journalist on the ground: "China has begun conducting

massive drills off the coast of Hainan in the South China Sea."

The news comes after warplanes from the People's Liberation Army's Eastern Theater Command

conducted drills over rugged terrain in western China to simulate battle conditions over Taiwan.

An editorial in the Global Times said: "The mainland needs to continue to prepare for

a possible military clash across the Straits.

"A military showdown with Taiwan is becoming more probable and may take place sooner rather

than later."

On Tuesday a US aircraft carrier sailed through the disputed South China Sea to the Philippines.

There has also been huge tension between China and Taiwan, which the communist nation considers

to be a "rogue state" and has never ruled out military intervention.

The US also recently deployed aircraft carriers backed by destroyers to the disputed waters

in an apparent challenge to Beijing's territorial claims.

This reassures US allies in the region but also prompts concerns of China's own show

of force.

General Rolando Bautista from the Philippine army said: "It's a showcase of the capability

of the US armed forces not only by sea but also by air.

"The Americans are our friends.

"In one way or another, they can help us to deter any threat."

Last month it was also revealed in aerial photos of the alarming rate of expansion of

Chinese military installations in the South China Sea.

The photos show the extent of Beijing's construction in the disputed Spratly Islands,

with its previously minor outposts now transformed into fortresses featuring air and naval bases.

Diplomatic relations between the five nations which have laid claim to the islands are already

extremely strained, and the recent construction of bunkers on some of the atols point to China

preparing to "protection against air or missile strikes", raising the prospect of

a conflict which could spark World War 3.

The Spratlys themselves offer very little in the way of natural resources, but the waters

surrounding them are prime fishing grounds and are thought to contain significant oil

and gas reserves.

They are also extremely important from a strategic perspective because of their location near

major shipping lanes.

China has also been asserting its dominance in the Indian Ocean, sailing 11 of its warships

through the East Indian Ocean in a massive show of force.

The Asian superpower is also wrestling with India for more influence over the Maldives,

which recently signed up to Beijing's multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programme to the frustration

of New Delhi.

Generate Wholesale Seller Leads For $1.70 Each - Duration: 3:44.

Hey, it's Joe Crump.

You can generate seller leads, motivated seller leads for $1.70 apiece.

I'm going to show you how we do it using the Automarketer.

Let's take a look at the computer.

I'm going to show you how I've been generating wholesale leads.

I just started doing this because we've been testing some new things, but it's looking

pretty interesting.

These are wholesale leads that we're getting for about a buck-seventy apiece, actually

maybe half that price to be hones with you, 85¢.

This is what I call the We Will Buy campaign.

We've only been doing it for a little bit of time, but out of the 92 that were sent

out, we got 16 responses and probably a quarter of those are worth calling, about 25% are

worth calling.

And we've gotten about 30 clicks on our web page.

Let me show you exactly what the campaign looks like.

And you can do these campaigns manually, you can, you know, if you want to just do cold

calls you can do these yourself by calling these people and using the same message that

we're doing.

The first text that goes out to them is, "I'm an investor and I buy houses for cash.

But I buy at a discount.

Here's an explanation of what I can do."

And then it takes them to the We Will Buy website.

And I won't go to that site, but if you want to go to it you can see it at WeWillBuy.com,

and it explains how we buy properties for cash and we can also make terms offers and

then, "Would you like an offer?"

And this is the message that goes out on Day One

Then, on Day Two, another message goes out that's pretty close to the same thing and

on Day Three, looks like these are exactly the same.

So the second one goes out two days later and then the next one goes out one week after

that.

Now, you're not going to get as many leads as you will with the lease options if you

do it this way, and, if you do the lease option thing, you'll probably get these people

to call you or to contact you through the lease option thing as well.

But it doesn't hurt to do it in both ways.

And, because we're doing it a specific way, and I wanted to buy properties that are under

$100,000 because I want to pay cash for them and I want to get good deals on them, that's

why I'm doing this.

And I'm actually buying them for cash under market value.

You could do the same thing for zero down if you did it with wholesaling.

Again, you're not going to get flooded with these, but you're going to get enough to

keep you going.

And I guess it's going to be better than if you did the yellow letters, or if you did

the post cards or all the other snail mail that you do.

Especially for this cost.

If you're going to be spending you know, $20 per lead on snail mail, plus all the work

it takes to set it up, this takes five minutes to set up, and you turn it on and it just

runs for you every week and it's not going to spend a ton of money when you do it.

In the Automarketer, you get $20 a month for your phone minutes so a lot of that's going

to be covered for you unless you're just doing a ton of other stuff.

So.

Anyway, this is how you get under market value properties that you can buy for cash or wholesale.

so how are you going today and my name's Glenn and today I have a bunch of

Chinese bank notes there are going to search for good serial number

combinations now but before we get in if you do go to China or if you live in

China you'll know that our China uses bank note ten coins for the one and five

Jiao and e1 new one so here's one you one coin pretty common and it's a

stainless steel and here's the banknote now there are two free series of

banknotes depending on the denomination they were one you won or remember he's

only 19 dating Anya 99d 5 to 100 has the 1999 and 2005 and the 100 also has 2015

updated security features which I think I've made a video before on that so here

is the button jaw has Mao Zedong and has his birth date in deaf as well and on

the reverse as different pictures I'll make another video explaining what is on

the banknotes so you know the Chinese

serial numbers as you can see there's two letters and the rest of numbers and

the letters change around B so they can actually print more banknotes so this

one there's nothing special here is no one quite well worn and use put I think

special on that one okay here is the 10 year one and if you can see with the

five you won these second letter is actually in the third position here

instead of in the fourth position so there's a different serial numbers so

d-10 um no nothing special there it is ten you one no I can't see

anything good in that one so because this has a lot more serial numbers on it

it's actually baby harder to get a good serial number run like a radar or a

ladder or something like that yeah and so sort of this should be 21 somewhere

but here is a 101 this is a high spec know any Chinese currency it's with 20

Australian dollars and my Chinese wages are a bit lower so not surprised

another thing you can tell is that they get smaller then they get bigger to the

pain for and then they get smaller again it's on your new 100 I haven't seen it

on the other bank notes so any good and on the older banknotes the then you have

one serial number but then you 100 pair - it's nothing good on that now here's

the 20 this is quite a well-worn banknote and

you can actually get counterfeit in 20 50 and 100 year one as well so this is

different again so you see hmm

so anything good on that always double twos a few twos but two three four but

no nothing good on it this 101 new well eight nine nine eight new 95 nope

ever this no nothing good nothing good read this one

Philip Piper just feels a bit weird after all these years of using polymer

banknotes back in Australia these ones get going quite well so you'll get a lot

of banknotes this dirty in well especially in countries the list

developed I just went to Vietnam and well they use paper banknotes for one

two and five thousand and a lot of those are in very poor condition I'd have to

say a lot of polymer banknotes are also in group or condition let's see so on

the back is our Tiananmen Square yeah so don't be surprised just accept

them and reuse them people would accept them for payment anyway any good here

nope no five two five nine no I made this one double free yeah - no no

nothing nothing I've searched through a lot of banknotes Hong Kong Vietnam Nell

China and you know I found anything good to actually keep let's count some close

ones so much with numbers that are very close and no actually I'm surprised

haven't got any new the new banknotes series unless they just come out in a

large batch and then they disappeared mmm that's it

there was nothing there to actually get and that is about Oh probably about a

thousand mmmm me and no good serial numbers thank you very much for watching
