AFTER VLIVE

SOMIN : Like this?

BM : Like that…

BM : I don't think that's do…

SOMIN : I can't.

BM : Do it like that.

SOMIN : It won't work.

BM : It's impossible.

SOMIN : Like this

BM : Doesn't work SOMIN : You have pierce it here

BM : From the ceiling… Wait give it to me for a second

STAFF : It's nice to see you guys try so hard with even something so small

STAFF : Now that the camera is off he is busy doing what he needs to do

J.SEPH : What's going on with this?

SOMIN : It's slightly arched here

SOMIN : So that…

SOMIN : I think you need to pierce it here once more

STAFF : Did you do it?

SOMIN : One more here

SOMIN : Yes

BM : But it won't pierce there

SOMIN : Oh right, right, right!

SOMIN : Do you have a hammer? I'm going to hammer it like this.

J.SEPH : Solar plexus? (Somin mispronounced hammer)

SOMIN : I'm good at hammering

J.SEPH : Where's the solar plexus?

SOMIN : Now it seems a bit like a house

SOMIN : The feeling is…

JIWOO : True feelings. Her true feelings are showing.

SOMIN : No what I mean is…

J.SEPH : It originally didn't look like a house?

SOMIN : It was so empty

SOMIN : It was empty so now…

J.SEPH : But when you came in earlier you said 'oh it's so pretty'

SOMIN : No, no, what I mean is… Empty… No, no

BM : Be careful what you say!

J.SEPH : She said it seems like a house now!

SOMIN : That's not what I meant! I mean after installing this it looks like a house.

J.SEPH : Looks like a house!

STAFF : Jiwoo have you been to their before?

SOMIN : That wasn't a house

JIWOO : There were rumors that there was mold and full of bugs…

J.SEPH : No! … If you say that… My mom will call me. No!

SOMIN : Please make sure to release this.

J.SEPH : It wasn't that bad.

My mom will call then…

That's not it…

It was a little dirty…

But there wasn't mold or anything!

My mom will call. Please edit this.

It was just for laughs…

JIWOO : This curtain is a bit infuriating… It's not symmetric

SOMIN : It's because it doesn't match up at all.

JIWOO : This is that thing where it makes you feel uncomfortable

STAFF : Tip toes

SOMIN : Even here it isn't enough for me… I have to tip toe.

JIWOO : The home owner is tired… So oppa!

JIWOO : But today oppa must have been tired

SOMIN : But oppa did everything

JIWOO : Because he's the tallest

BM : No… Normally I don't tire out from things like this.

Yes it usually wasn't hard…

But yesterday I had a fever and a cold so I'm still tired from that.

BM : I can't really express all that I feel.

But I really like it and like Somin said earlier it seems more like a house now.

J.SEPH : Yes, exactly like Somin said.

BM : Seems like a house now!

JIWOO : It wasn't a house originally

SOMIN : No, no. It was a bit empty but now it's seem a bit fuller! That's what I meant by that.

STAFF : What present do you like the best?

BM : I really like the rug.

J.SEPH : And the curtain?

BM : Curtain? I really like the curtain too but this…

SOMIN : Oppa, and the pot?

JIWOO : That's right, you like it, right?!

BM : Huh?

J.SEPH : And the tongs?

SOMIN : Yes, the tongs?

JIWOO : And the bath mat?

BM : That…

J.SEPH : The foot mat?

JIWOO : Alright, alright oppa isn't well… Oppa is sick so…

SOMIN : Let's not joke around.

BM : My head~~

BM : Thank you for having a house warming with me!

BM : I will use the pretty presents well and live cleanly and happily!

J.SEPH : For a long time…

SOMIN : Use it… Yes.

BM : I will live using it for a long time!

Then we are KARD KARD! Thank you!

SOMIN : I can't.

BTS: Inside Episode 3 w/ Bill Hader & Alec Berg | Barry | HBO - Duration: 2:17.

NOHO HANK: (ON PHONE) I need you to wait, Barry.

Wait? Why?

Because we sent bullet to the Bolivians!

Episode three is where the worlds really start

to kinda collide.

Barry actually really cares about the acting world.

That's where he panics and is anxious

and freaks out.

All right! We're in a grocery store.

Take a look around.

What do you see up there on the shelves?

-Gum. -Gum is at the register, Barry.

The hitman world is really kind of an obligation to him--

Yeah, it's more of an obligation.

-Just sort of like-- -Yeah...

There are an enormous number of actors who work day jobs,

and Barry just happens to be a hitman.

And like every job, he gets a call from NoHo Hank saying,

"Oh, could you wait, 'cause we did this stupid thing

that we care about?"

And he's like, "That's dumb. I wanna leave."

We're not waiting for some fuckin' bullet.

I'd rather you did, though.

The other thing I like about it is

he's kind of falling for Sally.

SALLY REED: You just passed my house.

(BRAKES SCREECHING)

And when you meet someone and you have to work

the night shift or something and they're like,

"Well, can't you come over?"

And you're like, "Yeah..." (LAUGHS) You know,

and you ditch work to go and hang out

with your new girlfriend.

-But his thing is... -Right.

...a murder. A contract murder.

ALEC BERG: I mean, the way he chooses

to handle the Paco hit is putting him in clear danger.

Yeah, if he hadn't taken that class and fallen in love,

he would have just shot him when he went out

for his trash can, but because you let people in

and it's a beautiful thing,

but also it can complicate things.

And this is also the episode where we do a daydream.

We were like, "How can we get inside his head a little bit?"

-And we realized we can cheat. -We can cheat.

And have daydreams. (LAUGHS)

BARRY BERKMAN: Uh, what kinda soup do you want?

-Lentil-vegetable? -Yeah.

-All right, what else we got? -Some gum?

And I like that they're realistic. There was no...

Ha! You know, and...

They were also kind of a fun way into Barry's

view of the world.

-Yeah. -Like, this is what he thinks.

Yeah, he wants to just have a girlfriend.

They're gonna be famous actors, looking at-- you know, for soup.

(LAUGHS)

He just... He has a lot to learn.

Why did we sell off the railways? - Duration: 15:46.

[BIRDS CHIRPING]

[TRAIN ON TRACKS]

People are feeling romantic about nationalisation

because they don't remember how awful it was.

The railway is a natural monopoly.

You don't get to choose which train you travel on,

which company you choose.

It doesn't make sense to introduce a market

into the railway.

There are two big problems with the railways at the moment,

the fares are too high, and they've

been going up relentlessly.

And the second problem I can put in two words.

Southern Rail.

If you look at some of the trains they've invested in,

they're pretty unpleasant.

No tables.

Nowhere to put your drinks down.

It looks like the sort of place they

want to hose down after the passengers have been in there.

I think privatisation has brought many advances.

Certainly one of the advances brought

is an enormous increase in the number of people using trains.

Jeremy Corbyn is a great trainspotter.

So he and I see completely eye to eye on the railways.

And I'd love to be his thin controller.

[LAUGHTER]

We didn't feel it appropriate to say

that the Chancellor and the Transport Secretary

were locked in mortal combat.

But that is more or less what it was.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Britain is the birthplace of the modern railway.

But the network is now at the centre of a political battle.

25 years ago every train, every piece of track,

and every station in the UK was sold off to private companies.

Now, with calls for re-nationalisation growing

louder, we're here to ask, why did we privatise the railways?

And was it worth it?

One man who was there in the engine

room of the great Conservative sell off,

stoking the fires of privatisation,

is now better known as a connoisseur of the railways.

Trains were old.

They were very often dirty.

And the most famous symbol was the curly British Rail

sandwich, because the standard of catering was so poor.

So it was universally acknowledged

that the nationalised industries were

giving an extremely poor standard of service,

because they had no accountability to the customer.

The private railway companies were taken into public

ownership in 1948, when Clement Attlee's Labour government

decided to nationalise swathes of British industry.

By the time John Major became prime minister in 1990,

the service was seen as a neglected part of the transport

system.

Ministers thought British Rail's management was asleep

at the wheel, and looked at ways to bring in the private sector.

So why did the rail privatisation

come quite so late?

I think it's partly because it was complex.

And partly because I don't think Margaret Thatcher particularly

wanted to do it.

I mean, it's odd, because privatisation

is much associated with Margaret Thatcher, and rightly so.

Although she moved into it a little reluctantly.

She was quite slow to do the first privatisations.

And railways and the post office, for example,

were way down her list.

So it only got going in the Major years.

And even then, it took a very long time.

When I was first working on privatisation, the plans we had

were not at all the plans that turned out to be.

Quite honestly, the principal motivation

was that we had an industry that we thought

was in terminal decline.

And something, almost anything, had to be done about it.

And this is really what I would ask you to judge privatisation

against.

I know there have been many other changes.

But not many people gave railways

a hope, even of survival in the late 1980s.

The railways more than survived.

But the journey has not been smooth.

Awarding contracts at the lowest possible cost

has depressed the quality of train services.

The companies complain of squeezed profit margins.

But passengers still seem to blame the operators,

as the government piles more of the costs onto the travelling

public.

As passenger fares have risen, so has public anger.

And the remedy that these angry commuters

seem to be reaching for is to take the whole system back

into public ownership.

One commuter decided he'd had enough.

David Boyle challenged Southern Rail's poor service

by organising a protest at Brighton Station

with his fellow passengers.

They were irate at the delays and cancellations resulting

from an ongoing dispute between the train operating

company and the trade unions.

They refused to show their tickets

and had a tea party instead.

Well, the reason I got so cross was during the strike,

when no one was taking responsibility for it,

was it felt like you were going into a restaurant.

They won't give you your meal properly.

They're late in delivering it.

And they still expect you to pay.

And what's more, they check your ticket.

They have the nerve to check your ticket.

So it seemed to me, what would Gandhi

do in those circumstances?

He would refuse to show his ticket.

It's a ripoff for both passengers and the public.

And it has failed.

That's why we need public ownership.

Cat Hobbs speaks for We Own It, a pressure group

campaigning for public services to be brought back

into government hands.

76% of us believe the railways should be in public ownership.

And that's across all age groups.

We know that people really believe the railways should

be publicly owned.

And we can achieve that very easily

by bringing rail franchises in house

as they come up for renewal.

When you see the ridiculous chaos in Southern Railways,

and the huge inconvenience to the travelling public,

going back several months, well, of course,

the public are entitled not just to be annoyed, but to be very,

very angry.

If I used Southern Railway, I'd be

livid at the nonsense that's gone on there.

Another angry protester?

Actually, this is Malcolm Rifkind, former transport

secretary, and one of the architects of Britain's

privatised railways.

I basically reversed what was perceived

to be a conservative policy of the previous 12 years,

and said, I am unashamedly part of a government

that is committed to an expansion of the rail network.

And I had John Major's full support in doing that.

When you were secretary of state for transport,

you were not in agreement with the Treasury

on how it should be done.

Yes.

Although I had no problem with the principle of privatisation,

where I did depart from the view of the Chancellor

of the Exchequer and of the Treasury

was as to the separation of responsibility

for the infrastructure, for the railway track,

from the operating of the railways that use that track.

To divorce from the person who's running the railway

the ability to manage the track as well

in the most economic and sensible way

was irrational, bad economics, and bad business sense.

Instead of pushing British Rail into the private sector

as a single company, it was broken

into three components, track, rolling stock,

and train operators.

The real competition on the railways

was not from other railways.

It was from whether people decided to use the rail,

or to use air or road in order to get

to where they wished to go.

And that meant that by the time of the 1992 general election,

when the manifesto was being drawn up,

we had not yet reached a position on this.

This set out in here is the sort of Britain

I am going to see, and lead this country to

in the next few months.

In 1992, a secret memo was circulated

among senior conservatives discussing

how to privatise the railways.

The preferred option was to approach privatisation

on the basis of line of route.

Why?

Because this was easy to explain,

and was appealing to local regional pride,

and a sense of identity.

The memo acknowledges that this method would not

be the most pro-competitive solution.

Opinion polls showed that privatising BR

was popular with the public.

It would be important to bring about privatisation

in a way that captured the political trick.

If it meant you were adopting a system that,

in all other respects, was an inferior one, then

that would be a very bad thing to do.

If you devise a policy which not only appears

to be the best way of running the country,

but happens in addition to be quite popular,

yes, we plead guilty as politicians

to being attracted to that as a way of resolving whatever

the problem might be.

But now it seems that the pendulum of public support has

swung completely in the other direction and favours

the Labour solution.

I think the public mood is there, absolutely there, saying

bring our railways back into public ownership.

Clearly, in your view, it would be a mistake

to follow the Jeremy Corbyn, John McDonnell prescription.

I think it would be one of the silliest, most foolish things

they could do.

Apart from anything else, it would cost

billions of public expenditure.

There would be massive disruption for a number

of years, until you got back.

And where would you be going back to?

You'd be going back to a state system

of running the railways, which during the period that

had operated in this country saw a constant decline in railway

usage and a constant increase in public dissatisfaction

right up till the 1990s when we privatised.

So that's what you call dumb.

There's no question that passenger numbers

have gone up since the railways were privatised.

The number of journeys has increased from 761 million

in 1995 to 1.7 billion in 2016.

But most of this is concentrated around London.

Not everyone thinks this is fair.

I'm Lilian Greenwood.

I'm the Labour MP for Nottingham South.

And I chair the Commons Transport Select Committee.

We're here on this train, speeding

north to your constituency in Nottingham.

And clearly, there's an enormous amount of investment

that has gone into the railway system.

I mean, you could almost say, the railways

have never had it so good.

There's a lot more public money going in now

than there was at the time when we

had British Rail as a nationalised rail industry.

I think that's one of the things that

perhaps is a concern about franchising on its own terms.

It was meant to lead to cheaper fares, a more

efficient railway, requiring less taxpayer subsidy.

And actually, those things haven't been delivered.

So how much money does the UK government

spend subsidising each of the train companies?

Well, it depends.

Between 2016 and 2017 all of them

received more funds than they contributed to the government,

with two notable exceptions, Virgin Trains East

Coast and South West Trains.

South West Trains lost its franchise.

And Virgin Trains East Coast has been flirting with collapse.

We ended up taking a system and throwing it

into the air with the infrastructure

pushed off into Railtrack a privatised infrastructure

company, losing lots of the engineering and expertise.

We have the train operations put into 25 different franchises,

many more than there are now.

And, of course, the rolling stock

sold off to the rolling stock operators.

So it basically broke our rail industry up.

I think essentially Railtrack failed to properly maintain

the railway.

So routine maintenance wasn't being

done, which led to a succession of fatal crashes.

And it was the failure of a privatised operator

to keep the network properly maintained

and to keep people safe that was an absolute disaster.

I mean, now we have the safest railway in Europe.

That's something to be proud of.

But they had to come back into the public sector for that

to happen.

Some veterans of the Labour government in the 2000s who

re-nationalised Rail Track to create Network Rail now believe

that creating more state backed bodies could be the answer.

There should be competition for franchises

between public and private companies.

After all, we have state companies in France, Germany,

the Netherlands, and other countries

who can compete for contracts here.

What we don't have is domestic state companies, or not

for profit companies that can compete.

There's a lot of nonsense spoken.

Since all of the track and most of the investment that

goes into the network is public investment,

we don't have a fully privatised railway in any event.

Over the last decade, the private sector

has invested hundreds of millions of pounds

into the railways each year.

But the amounts invested by government

can be measured in billions yearly.

It's not true capitalism, is it?

It's not a true market, or true competition.

It is, to some extent, pretend capitalism,

because the railway operators are always

going to receive subsidy.

So is the supplier of the track and the infrastructure.

But that isn't the end of the story.

Because you can have different franchise seekers

competing with each other to see whether they

can offer a good standard of service for a lesser subsidy.

It's a kind of negative auction, in other words.

They are bidding for the lowest subsidy.

Sometimes it goes wrong.

But on the whole, it has not gone wrong.

And those who underperform can be replaced.

Will be replaced.

Have been replaced at the end of the franchises.

The reason why there's such support for nationalisation

is because a lot of private companies are doing very badly.

They're either not running the trains, like Southern Rail,

or they're having to be bailed out at taxpayer expense.

Like the East Coast.

You cannot justify privatisation unless the private sector does

a good job.

I mean, I suppose people do have short memories.

I suppose I'm in a privileged position,

because I was in a privileged position

to remember how bad things were.

Maybe it's the case that we have to go

through the whole wretched cycle again and learn the lesson once

more.

This nostalgia for nationalised industries

is absolutely misplaced.

Perhaps people ought to go and dig out their old Super 8

movies and try to recall for themselves what

life was really like.

I'm doing nothing but wasting my time the whole of the time

I've been on the train.

Two hours this morning.

I never get home till after half past seven at night.

It didn't arrive down here until three quarters of an hour

late, which means we miss our buses,

and we don't arrive home until about an hour and a quarter

later than we normally do.

Whatever the solution, there have

been some punch ups between commuters and railway staff.

Tempers have flared on both sides.

And one loco man was attacked with an umbrella.

There used to be political energy around the idea

of privatisation.

We conservatives are returning power to the people.

In the Thatcher and then the Major era,

privatisation was meant to give power back to the consumer.

But now, perhaps, it means returning to state control.

Let the next Labour government transform Britain by genuinely

putting power in the hands of the people.

Power to the people.

Power in the hands of the people.

BREAKING: MAJOR Terror Attack On Innocent! 30+ Wounded, Many DEAD!! - Duration: 5:23.

The residents of Munster Germany are the most recent victims of a vehicle attack.

While reports are still flooding in, we are being informed that there are at least five

dead, and dozens more wounded.

Local officials have yet to assign a motive to the incident, however, both the mode of

attack and the way the attacker took his life immediately after is reminiscent of terror

attacks in the past.

Sky News reported six people are in critical condition.

As with many breaking stories, the first reports of the attack went out on Twitter:

After the initial information was released, pictures and confirmation, as well as casualty

reports followed:

Express UK has reported the highest number of deaths and injury rates, putting the death

toll at five, with another 14 seriously injured:

"THE first pictures have emerged from Munster in Germany after a van was driven into group

of people, killing several and injuring dozens.

Police are checking the vehicle for explosives.

There are reports of at least three fatalities and six people are in a critical condition.

The driver took his own life after the attack.

The vehicle, described as a small truck, appears to have rammed into a crowd of people who

were sitting around the Kiepenkerl statue in Munster's old town.

Emergency services vehicles raced to the scene and a police helicopter is hovering above

the medieval town the about 300 miles west of the capital Berlin.

First pictures from the scene show upturned chairs and tables outside a pavement cafe

in the public square.

The area is very popular with tourists and was packed at the time of the attack with

people enjoying the spring weather.

Much of the town is cordoned off and locals have been asked to avoid the area.

Fire brigade spokesman said the number of affected people is at about 50.

Erich Rettinghaus, chairman of German Police union said: "First of all we are mourning

for the victims and injured people. Our condolences to all the injured people and the family of

the dead and injured and we also wish a speedy recovery.

"We now have to investigate and arrest those responsible to avoid further attacks".

Police are not looking for any further suspects.

The van attack comes on the first anniversary of the Stockholm attack where a hijacked lorry

was deliberately driven into crowds before being crashed through a corner of a department

store.

Five people were killed and 14 others were seriously injured."

While the information is still developing, a translation of a German news outlet provides

even more information.

Their reporters learned from police that while the perpetrator himself died of a self-inflicted

wound, police are searching for at least two more suspects.

They also report that police helicopters have been brought in to assist in the search.

Police also have the areas cordoned off and are warning people to stay away.

This might seem like a normal response to an attack, but according to the same German

news site, they're currently searching for explosives that might have been a part of

the original plan for the attack.

This isn't the first attack of this kind that Germany has suffered.

This particular attack is reminiscent of another attack that took place in December 2016 when

a truck attack in Berlin that killed 12 people.

That attack was carried out by Anis Amri, a failed Tunisian asylum seeker with Islamist

links, hijacked a truck on Dec. 19, 2016, killed the driver and then plowed it into

a crowded marketplace, killing 11 more people and injuring dozens of others.

At the time of that attack, NPR reported:

"German police said at least 12 people were killed and at least 48 people were injured

after a truck barreled into a packed Christmas market in Berlin.

The truck was driven into the crowd on a sidewalk, bringing down Christmas lights and smashing

stalls at the festive market near the Gedaechtniskirche, or Memorial Church, in western Berlin.

The black truck had Polish license plates.

Dozens of ambulances and hundreds of rescue workers were on the scene, NPR's Soraya

Sarhaddi Nelson reported.

A 'suspicious person' was arrested nearby, police said, adding that 'whether it is

the driver of the truck, is currently under consideration.'

In a separate tweet, they said that "the passenger of the truck, who drove to the Christmas

market … died on the spot."

Police did not elaborate further on the relationship between the person who died on the spot and

the person who was arrested.

It is not clear how many people were in the truck.

Germany's federal prosecutor general has taken charge of the investigation, according

to Deutsche Welle.

Federal prosecutors "handle terrorism cases," The Associated Press reported, though authorities

have not officially characterized the incident as an attack.

They have stressed that it could be an accident, Soraya added.

U.S. National Security Council spokesman Ned Price said in a statement that the incident

'appears to be a terrorist attack.'

In a statement about the incident, President-elect Donald Trump called it a 'terror attack'

and said: 'ISIS and other Islamist terrorists continually slaughter Christians in their

communities and places of worship as part of their global jihad.

These terrorists and their regional and worldwide networks must be eradicated from the face

of the earth, a mission we will carry out with all freedom-loving partners.'"

Meghan Markle is 'Picky' and 'likes to Move On quickly' says former agent in Shock claims - Duration: 4:03.

Meghan Markle has been accused of being "picky" and someone who "likes to move on" quickly,

in a shocking revelation by the princess-to-be's former agent Gina Nelthorpe-Cowne, it has

been reported.

Ms Nelthorpe-Cowne, 52, revealed the ruthless side of Ms Markle in an interview with the

Mail on Sunday, in which she described Prince Harry's future bride as "difficult"

to work with after travelling the world with the former actress.

The entrepreneur however described Ms Markle as "delightful, warm, personable - and hugely

charismatic".

She also noted that the bride-to-be "instantly brings you into her world".

Yet Ms Nelthorpe-Cowne has not had any correspondence with the future royal since the week prior

to the announcement of Ms Markle's engagement.

The agent said: "One day we were having lunch on the Strand in London and it was obvious

it was getting very serious with Harry.

"I said: 'This is serious.

This is the end of your normal life, the end of your privacy – everything.'

"But she just held up her hand and said: 'Stop.

I don't want to hear any negativity.

This is a happy time for us."

Ms Nelthorpe-Cowne described the 36-year-old as someone who hates "negativity" and

is "so focused on what she wants" that she will stop associates in their tracks if

they question her decisions.

This amounted in the entrepreneur receiving a letter from Ms Markle's lawyers the last

time she emailed the future royal.

The pair officially split professionally in October 2017, a week prior to the announcement

of the royal engagement, but the former agent claims Ms Markle "changed" around the

time that the royal couple started to get serious.

She claims that Meghan's changing behaviour was due to "anxiety" over her blossoming

relationship with Prince Harry and fears about how to maintain it long-distance in between

her intense filming schedule.

She said: "To see Harry, she needed to swap schedules with her co-stars.

She was worried about wanting to be here [in London] and how she was going to manage that."

Ms Nelthorpe-Cowne noticed the dramatic transformation of Ms Markle during a trip to Ottawa to attend

a One Young World event in September 2016.

She said that when Ms Markle was asked by a reporter to say "a few words", the former

actress reportedly snapped: "Talk to my agent."

The former agent said: "The journalist was taken aback and I was a little shocked because

she had never done that before.

"She was always warm and accommodating to everyone previously, which I think is her

real nature.

"From that moment on, it seemed to become much harder for her to do anything outside

the official brief.

Ms Nelthorpe-Cowne also expressed her sadness when being told that Ms Markle would be giving

up her career.

She said: "She wrote a lovely email in October, a week before the news about her and Harry

became public, saying that she was giving up her career and we had to terminate our

contract.

"I was disappointed, I'll admit.

I realised it meant losing her as a friend as well as a client.

"Professionally, we were just about to sign a big deal with a leading skincare brand and

there was talk of a book, but of course I understood why her commercial engagements

had to come to an end.

"There was no way she could continue her corporate work while maintaining the relationship

with Prince Harry."

Despite the abrupt end to Ms Nelthorpe-Cowne's personal and professional relationship with

the princess-to-be, she remains distinctly positive Ms Markle's future.

"She'll be great – it's a positive thing for the whole nation.

I do wonder how she'll cope, being in the public eye so constantly, with no private

life at all.

"But I think she's right: Meghan and Harry will change the world."

Kenya Moore Officially Announces Her First Pregnancy - Duration: 2:51.

Kenya Moore Officially Announces Her First Pregnancy

It's official! Kenya Moore and her new husband are expecting! As you may be aware, the couple has been wanting to welcome an addition to their family ever since their secret June wedding so this is a reason for great celebration.

Today, the star appeared on the Real Housewives of Atlanta: Reunion Part 1 and she announced: 'We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late…this year.

Kenya has been pretty vocal about wanting a child with her man so we can only imagine how thrilled she is now that it is actually happening.

It was only a matter of time before she and Marc Daly would become parents.

Many people were not too surprised to learn about the pregnancy considering rumors she is expecting have been going around for a while now.

We are certain her dedicated fans are very happy to have an official confirmation from the mom to be herself.

Back in November, reports claimed she was undergoing IVF treatments in Barbados, trying hard to conceive.

Kenya was caught on camera entering as well as exiting the building where the world-renowned Barbados Fertility Centre is located.

Not too long after the wedding, Moore said: 'We both want to start a family and soon — like, right away.

We both want a child.'.

Well, it looks like they are now getting their wish.

Fans of Real Housewives of Atlanta are already curious to learn the due date, but we may have to wait a little longer for that.

After all, we can't expect the star to tell all the details all at once, right?.

Congratulations Kenya and Marc!.

BM : But it won't pierce there

SOMIN : Oh right, right, right!

SOMIN : Do you have a hammer? I'm going to hammer it like this.

J.SEPH : Solar plexus? (Somin mispronounced hammer)

SOMIN : I'm good at hammering

J.SEPH : Where's the solar plexus?

J.SEPH : Yes, exactly like Somin said.

BM : Seems like a house now!

JIWOO : It wasn't a house originally

SOMIN : No, no. It was a bit empty but now it's seem a bit fuller! That's what I meant by that.

STAFF : What present do you like the best?

bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and terrace one of the most apartments

large will have 171 square meters with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms living room kitchen

laundry and terrace the penthouses will be three that will have double height is expected

that start soon with the excavation the vortek tower will be a building of

offices of 40 levels and a height Approximately 160 meters east building

had been designed for a terrain in east valley in the corner of the

Lazaro Cardenas and David Alfaro streets one side of koi sky residence but at

final this design did not win now it returns to come up this time a little changed already

that you will not have the bottom part that it would be a commercial zone now it's part

of citycenter santamaría not currently it started with the excavation but it

expected to start at the same time or a shortly after I start wall tower

the two buildings that are next to wall tower has not talked much about these

so it may have modified the design like what happened in the first

images that looked different neither is known what would be its use although

it is expected that as in wall tower the three first floors are commercial

in a few years in santamaría we will see a good sky line as well as

these projects is under construction the tower 6 that although at the beginning it was said

that would have a height of 80 meters recently it was announced that

it would have more floors so its height could reach up to 200 meters

besides that tower 6 is part of a complex that includes three towers of the

same height so the other two buildings could also get to measure

200 meters or even more since there are several projects that start with a

render where the buildings are the same and at the end it is increased a few meters to the

second as the towers that are at side of the purple towers or

metropolitan center that finally ended changing the heights and the design by

another part in front of santamaría crossing the santa catarina river it

find the auditorium san pedro in the that projects like the

of civic center san pedro 'with buildings of 160 and 190 meters that at

final was not carried out one of the Bad things in the Santamaría area is

the street since it is very neglected and at night the

lighting could be said to be null besides that in some parts there are

sidewalk and in other nothing else that sees very badly in this place is the hill of

the mitres for a long time it has been exploited to

take out materials and this the truth if represents a very big problem because

besides that visually it is very ugly and all the buildings have to look

towards the other side to have good views is also bad for the health of the

dust that releases the hill when using the explosions but in the future it could be

a great place since previously it is zone was totally industrial now

they are removing this to turn it into a commercial residential area and

office a few meters from these projects there is a large green area that

well currently it is private and neglected there is the possibility that

becomes a large park in addition to that by the Boulevard Díaz Ordaz it

find the tracks of the current train of load of monterrey and with these tracks

there are projects that could convert into a light rail by connecting it

with line 1 of the metro plus that if this project were to be finalized

it would also increase many kilometers to the current monterrey subway although this

project takes time commenting on let's wait and be done soon

something that has been shown in some renders and it would be nice if they did it is

the remodeling of the streets since Grove in San Pedro not only

they focused on the buildings they also they did several things around the

area as walkers of 2.5 meters ramps traffic lights led luminaire benches

landscaping bus stops drinking fountains among others this would greatly help the

zone of santamaría since as it had mentioned before is not counted

currently with not even luminaries and at least doing half of what

it was made grove it would help a lot in this place mach builds is the

construction company that has the project citycenter santamaría at the same time

who build this complex also has others like atarius that are two

small office towers and one residential ride summits that will be a

mixed-use complex with offices residences and a large commercial area in

the first levels

Digital Nomad - Living The Van Life | MY RV TOUR - Duration: 4:04.

okay so I'm gonna give you like the unofficial tour of my RV just not ready

for you to see the final version yet and plus I'm working on a lot of fun stuff

so this is obviously the cab. This is where you drive and those seats will flip

around you can hang out and turn them around the lie down this is my bed but

you can't see it cuz it's up there but it folds down into a bed and maybe I'll

do like a time-lapse and show yall like a better version of this.

my table I got a bunch of stuff because I just went to the dollar store and I'm

actually trying to move in here more full-time because it's empty I was

trying to sell it for those of you that listen to my other vlogs I gotta have

the TV over there a window there's windows all in here but they're actually

closed up because I put this stuff in the windows because of heat and air and

if your RVer you'll know why it's there. this is my fridge and the really cool thing

about my fridge is that runs off of solar power so all of these lights in

here right now actually run also solar power this is my closet. My closet.

microwave really cool thing about this microwave is that it

does all a bunch of stuff so I can convect I can microwave and I can grill

and it saves energy and its high efficiency and then you have my bathroom

and there's a door that goes on here

so you can there is a door

that's my camera stand and this is my toilet there's a toilet down there the only really cool thing about

this is that I have a porcelain toilet and so that's pretty cool and then of

how I mentioned this is winterized that's that pink crap at the bottom it's

because when it's cold I can't really use the water in here less I'm in here

full time there's a fan really cool thing about that is it's automatic and

there's a remote for it so it will release air and heat whatever there's

dogs or whatever is going on there's some other really cool stuff it does. but yeah this is

RV this is what I do in my free time this is what I do in my free time when

I'm not making videos I'm usually hanging out or planning something for

how I can hang out in my RV because I really love my RV and it sucks it's been

winter time I hadn't really been able to hang out in it because it's kind of cold.

And, when it's cold there's water issues and it's just not fun.

especially if you don't live full-time if you don't

live full-time in your RV and there's water in it you can bust the pipe in the winter time

I can't live in here full-time is because of the pipes and stuff i'll be putting

some more content out so you can check that out

Wednesday (Friday) Update for Patreons, April 6, 2018 - Duration: 5:07.

Hi there!

So it's not my Wednesday update, it is my Friday update and this has been a weird week.

Yesterday I did my recording (that's Thursday recording) and yet the guy who I usually get

to master for me wasn't available and I did get another

guy, and he wasn't replying to emails and it turns out he left his phone in his car

and forgot about me.

So, long-story-short, the song isn't quite ready yet - but I'm gonna be uploading it

soon.

So apparently the guy's just- he's just finished mastering

it and sent me the link to approve it, and then I'll put it in the video and upload it,

and put it on Patreon and all that kind of stuff.

But on a really exciting note, I finally had my pianos tuned today!

It's really expensive; it was like $250 to get both pianos tuned and that was at a discount!

So I thought I'd play... for you.

[Music]

[Music]

Isn't that nice?

Oh, I'm so glad I finally have my piano in tune!

I'm gonna go downstairs with you, and play my other piano which is also in tune!

And this piano has never been in tune as long as I've owned it.

I got this piano (it's a grand piano- you've probably seen it in some of my videos)- I

got this piano, let's see it, there it is- I got it in exchange for doing a website for

a lady, along with, like, I think $3,000 CAD.

So, you know I got it for maybe $4,000.

I'm not sure if that's exactly the right numbers but it's around there.

And it took me a long time to pay it off but he told me he has the exact same piano

and that it's worth over $20,000... (for a piano!)

Crazy!

But it sounds so good now!

I'm just gonna put the phone here- can I put it like this? and we'll try playing and see

if it doesn't tip over.

[Music]

Listen to that!

Listen to that, (OUCH!) doesn't it sound cool!

So in Tune!

Oh my goodness!

Even bad chords, with clashing notes sound... amazing!

[Music]

I can't tell you how good it feels to have my piano in tune!

I'm gonna start using a real piano in my recordings, instead of that synthesizer which I've

been using.

I use a sampler - so someone goes and records all the notes played individually.

Records them, and then you have a trigger system so that when

you play a keyboard, it plays back that recorded note.

And that's what I normally used to record.

Those are called samplers.

But what they miss, is that when you play two notes at the same time, they resonate

against each other.

There's sort of a sympathetic vibration that happens in the strings- you don't get with

electronic instruments (really maybe really expensive electronic instruments might have

that built into them that they know like, with mathematical

formulas that "okay these two notes they have a certain symbiosis..."

But...

Oh, I just love it.

So stay tuned because I'm uploading the song very shortly.

As I said (I think I said) the master just came in.

I'm gonna check it, I'm gonna put it on the video, upload it to

Patreon, put it on iTunes and stuff.

And, I'm sorry it it's late this week but God bless you guys!

Thank you so much for helping to validate the time I spend writing music and making

these videos.

It's, it's, it's just so encouraging to know (I always say the same words but it's true)

it's so encouraging to have your support -- yeah, I dig what Jason's doing and I want to put

some of my hard-earned dollars behind it.

It humbles me and I'm very thankful.

This has already gone on too long; God bless you, thank you, bye bye.
