Youtube daily report Apr 9 2018

We have all heard how breakfast

is the most important meal of the day

and how it is important to set the tone of the day right

and stay energised.

The problem?

Mornings are busy!

There are even days when crawling out of bed

becomes a tedious task so let's not even

talk about a sit-down breakfast

when we are always running late

or are already in work mode.

Fixing up a gourmet style breakfast for yourself

is almost next to impossible.

But is skipping breakfast a wise thing to do?

Did you know that skipping breakfast

makes your metabolism slow, you are more likely

to feel an energy dip,

you start developing crazy carb cravings and

you might even end gaining weight.

Now, are you worried about

how you would make this work?

I have a simple mantra-

When life gets busy, make ahead recipes are a lifesaver.

So, here are some easy-peasy breakfast ideas

to get you started!

The super grain amaranth or rajgira

is the most underrated superfood in our country.

Rajgira/ Ramdana is a part of our fasting rituals

but there are numerous reasons why

they should be a part of your daily diet.

It has twice the amount of calcium when compared

to milk, is a major source of protein,

rich in fiber and has multiple vitamins and minerals.

Puffed rajgira grains are your ideal replacement

to the sugar laced cereal.

Here's how to make your mornings more energised!

Puffed Rajgira- 3 tsp

Milk- 3/4th jar

Cocoa Powder- 1 tsp

Chopped Nuts- 1 tsp

Add 3 tsps of puffed rajgira in a mason jar,

fill the jar with milk, add some chopped nuts

and cocoa powder for that chocolatey palate feel

and you are good to go!

Eggs make an ideal breakfast and

is the most comfy and heart-warming ingredient to start

your day with.

They give your day a head start

with a complete protein profile, they give you the good kind of

fat and a boost of vitamins and minerals.

Now boiled eggs everyday can get boring.

So, try these amazing egg muffins

that can be eaten or stored in the refrigerator for

a later day.

Blend or whisk eggs with all your favorite ingredients.

I personally use

onions, garlic, spinach, corn and some cheese.

Any leftovers from the fridge are doable as well!

Whisk them together,

pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 15-20 mins.

They'll be done in a jiffy and you are sorted for the whole week!

Apart from the fancy sounding name,

this can be an ideal antioxidant boost for your body

every morning.

A perfect combination of curd, fruit and nuts

this on the go breakfast is good

for your tummy, keeps your skin radiant, makes your

bones healthy and gives you a metabolism boost.

In a take away bowl,

add some fruit, layer it with curd and place your second fruit over it

Add some nuts, sabja seeds or granola over this

and you are good to go.

There will be days when you will run out of

your pre-prepped breakfast options leaving

you confused.

Worry not, we've got your back!

Toast a slice of bread, spread some fruit jam or nut butter on it,

chia seeds or flax seeds on top.

And here's your breakfast on the go.

Hate chomping on fruits and vegetables

when trying to eat healthy?

Why not just blend them and slurp away to good health.

All you've got to do is chop

1 apple,

1 carrot,

juice from 1/2 a lemon and

some mint leaves.

Blend them together

and pour it in a take-away jar and you are on your way to

a healthier you!

Believe me, waking up to this healthy smoothie recipe

can be the best thing you do for your body.

These quick and on-the-go recipes will

kick-start your day in a wholesome and nutritious way.

Try these and never have a boring breakfast ever again .

Until next time stay tuned and stay Glamrs

Naeil's Cantabile I 내일도 칸타빌레 EP.1 [SUB : KOR, ENG, CHN, MLY, VIE, IND] - Duration: 58:45.

Whenever I thought of my childhood,

the first thing that came to mind was

the streets of Europe.

The place where classical music was in the air.

Where every corner you turned

I could hear classical music.

I had watched countless performances while

traveling around Europe with my dad who was a pianist,

but the greatest performance in my life was in Korea.

Sebastian Vieira.

The moment he raised his baton

I knew

that he would be my mentor for life.

That violin is off tune.

Who are you?

He's the son of the pianist, Cha Dongu.

- What's your name? / - Yujin. Cha Yujin.

Yujin?

(1 Year after) Maestro.

If I go to Europe

will you take me as your student?

Of course, you're already my student, Yujin.

When you come to Europe, please look for me.

Mr. Vieira.

What am I doing here right now?

Yujin.

He's so good-looking.

I can't date anyone because of Yujin.

All other guys look just like squids.

The bowing is a mess.

Wrong... you're half a key flat.

You're singing too loud and it's all wrong.

All of it!

Even that punk is going to Germany to study.

Did you see the news about me?

Call me when you come to Germany to study.

I'll let you meet Mr. Vieira.

I may become his pupil.

Mr. Vieira.

What should I do?

I think I've lost my way.

Stop playing however you want!

Do you think that being self-centered and play

however you want is the creative interpretation?

The concerto is coming up soon!

What's this?

The full score.

Why is a piano piece a full score?

You checked it thoroughly, too.

What is it? Do you plan to quit the piano

and become a conductor or something?

No wonder you wouldn't listen to me

even with a concerto coming up.

You don't want competition nor care about the concerto.

You also totally disregard your teacher!

I thought something was wrong.

Do you plan to transfer to conducting?

Don't judge because our interpretations differ.

I've always been serious when I'm in front of a piano.

What? You punk!

A great performance begins with playing accurately?

Your lessons are only geared toward competitions.

It's the same lesson, the same techniques to everyone.

You force practice just to win titles!

It's for you!

Go out there! Each title gives you a power!

Isn't it only for yourself?

The more titles your students have

the better you look.

What? You punk. Are you done?

No, not at all!

Stop!

Get out.

You're expelled!

A punk who argues with a professor doesn't belong here!

Who's this?

It's kind of good.

Not bad.

Who's playing?

Cha Yujin!

Hey.

Are you dropping out of school?

Again? I'm so sick of it.

It's so nice.

Seol Naeil, aren't you supposed to go to work today?

Work?

Work!

Right! I have to go to work.

Grandpa said

"if you go to the woods, a scary wolf will come out."

It's okay. I'm a brave boy.

I'm not afraid of wolves.

What do you mean? Of course, you have to apologize.

Do Gangjae turned out the most award-winners

and he's the next president of the department.

If you hate the piano so much

transfer into conducting, which is what you truly want.

My teacher is Sebastian Vieira.

The teachers here are a joke. I'd rather teach myself.

Then go study abroad. I won't stop you anymore.

Vieira, Vieira, you're always mentioning his name.

Why won't you go to Europe to learn under him?

Dogyeong, do you want to stay with me today?

I don't want to be alone.

Yujin.

Why did you become so lame?

- What? / - I can't do it anymore.

Let's break up.

Dogyeong.

Don't worry about a thing, Mom.

I work once a week at a kindergarten.

What?

Of course, I lock the door and am careful with men.

Good night.

Sorry, I ate chocolate again.

Yummy.

Excuse me.

Excuse me.

You can't sleep here. You'll catch a cold.

Please wake up.

That won't work. Sorry.

One more time.

Is he up?

Oh!

He's good-looking.

How could a man smell so nice?

It's the same piano sound that I heard in the school.

Hello.

Hello. Good morning.

Did you sleep well?

Where am I? Is this the dump site?

This isn't the dump site. This is my house.

How could this be a house?

But why am I naked?

Why? You really don't know?

No. Should I?

You must not remember what happened last night.

Or are you pretending not to remember?

There's no reason for that

since nothing happened, right?

Do you really don't remember

what happened last night?

- Last night, you and I... / - Get lost, Garbage Girl!

Oh, hello, cockroach.

She lives next door! Shoot.

Wait! You can't leave yet!

Where did he go?

Hey!

Gross!

Full of germs! Ugh!

Hello.

This is a dream. This is not reality.

I got drunk and dreamed I woke up in a dump site.

A disgusting bad dream.

You must not remember what happened last night.

Or are you pretending not to remember?

Don't remember. I can't remember.

I can't remember.

Don't remember!

Yeah, I don't remember anything.

It's of course,

because there is nothing to remember.

Senior.

Senior?

Does she go to my school?

Double shot of espresso...

no, make it triple.

Something that will wake me up. Make it strong.

Okay.

He's being expelled.

Cha Yujin is expelled, so no!

Expel Cha Dongu's son?

Cha Dongu's son can get away when he breaks the rules?

This isn't a hierarchical society.

It's mutiny! Whether in the military or in school

mutiny must be dealt immediately.

Of course.

If you let Yujin get away with this,

all discipline in the school would be failed.

I understand how you feel, Professor Do.

On my way here, I wondered

if I had caused this incident.

A music academy is not the military.

Musicians must be free wherever they are.

Perhaps my strict rules made Yujin arrogant.

That couldn't be.

The brat, Yujin was born that way.

It isn't because of your teaching method as a dean.

Thank you for saying that.

But if his natural personality is the problem,

shouldn't we use reform rather than punishment?

- Madam. / - Of course, he must be punished, too.

We'll begin by excluding him from your classes

who has turned out most award winners from our school.

That's not enough to...

I feel bad bringing in someone who isn't here now

but how about we give him to Professor Ahn?

Going from the best professor to Professor Ahn

to him will be a shock to his pride.

I'm sorry. I had the wrong time.

You're right on time.

I wanted to ask you for a favor, anyway.

A favor?

Did you commit a crime? Why are you so nervous?

Yeah, there's nothing wrong.

Who knows if she even goes to my school?

Senior!

Senior!

Why did you just leave like that this morning?

I was hurt.

I don't know what you're talking about.

Are you shy?

Senior!

Here we go!

I washed your shirt and dried it with a fan.

Look. There isn't a single stain.

Look.

Nothing beats a hand-wash.

You don't know what this is?

It's your shirt that I took off of you last night.

It must've been a dream.

- It wasn't a dream. / - Yes, it was.

I dreamed that I was sleeping in a dump site.

That's my house.

I didn't clean last night.

Is your house a dump site?

Now, you remember.

- It was a dream. / - Of course, it was.

You know it was real, don't you?

No, I don't.

Stop lying!

Hey! Take your shirt! Hey!

Professor Do!

Excuse me, Professor Do.

You're really handing over Cha Yujin to me?

He's the best student in our school.

He has the most talent but has terrible personality.

He'll never follow your lesson.

Right? This is so burdensome.

Hey! Take your shirt! Hey!

Ah...

There is a very unique student in my class.

What if I put them together for a duet?

He hates concertos. You think he'd do a duet?

Don't waste your time.

- Ugh. / - Your shirt!

- Stop chasing me! / - Take your shirt!

Professor, would you like to make a bet?

Seriously?

You don't look well.

You were dumped by Professor Do, and now you have to

study under Professor Ahn. It must be a shocker.

Who's Professor Ahn?

You don't know Professor Ahn Geonseong?

He's the leftover expert.

It starts with pianissimo? Not forget?

It's neither.

It's apiachere.

It's whatever I please.

You can't control your farts

It changes each time.

It'll sound good if it ends in staccato.

You're right.

It needs to be small at first.

It's like gas is filling up within you.

Then suddenly, crescendo! Fart!

- Let's start from the beginning. / - Yes, sir.

A little more. Good.

Did I really become a leftover?

Son.

Son.

It's time to get up. Wake up.

That's right...that's my boy.

What time is it?

Stop!

- Yes? / - Yoo Ilrak.

Who said you could play the electric violin at my exam?

This. My heart said so.

Free rock meets classical music.

The crossover where the soul is alive.

Today's rock is tomorrow's classical music.

You forgot that freedom comes with responsibility.

You get a zero.

No, then I'll be held back.

Didn't you expect that?

Please, professor!

If I'm held back, my dad will kill me.

You know how my dad is.

If I'm held back

my dad, who's dying to get married

will literally kill me.

Professor!

Fine, I'll give you a retest.

Prepare for a piano collaboration.

Collaboration?

Do you want me to do some boring performance?

with a conceited, arrogant pianist?

Yes, that's what I want.

You can be held back, if you want.

I'll do it.

I'll do the performance that you want.

Who's the best pianist in our school?

I'll give you a chance to

collaborate with me, Yoo Ilrak.

Your mind controls your body.

You body can go anywhere.

Look at the world through the eyes of your mind.

There is a red, juicy apple in front of you.

Now, repeat after me.

This is an apple.

This is an apple.

This is a delicious apple.

This is a delicious apple.

Now slowly, take a bite of the apple.

Your tongue tastes the fragrance of the apple.

Apple, my butt.

I can try 100 times, it'll be an onion.

Hypnosis treatment? What a fraud.

Mind controls the universe.

Close your eyes and meditate.

Shoot!

Hey, 302! Cockroach! Open up!

Open up!

Did you come to see me?

Isn't that my shirt?

I had no clean clothes, so I borrowed it.

It isn't dirty. You can put it on...

Throw it out right now!

Oh, no!

Ugh!

What are you doing?

I'm usually very tidy

but I forgot to buy garbage bags.

Those things are like...

if you see one, there are hundreds hiding.

- What? What is? / - I'm talking about roaches!

They can survive two weeks on just water.

They'll survive even if the earth were to be destroyed!

Look at this place! That's why they're all chubby

and crawl into my house!

Chubby? How cute.

I want to go to your house and see the cockroaches.

Don't come over, you cockroach!

Yes, this house is the problem.

Where is it? Why don't I see it?

What are you looking for?

Your vacuum machine.

A vacuum. A robotic vacuum cleaner. Even a broom.

Well... So...

Where did I put it? In the bathroom?

Why is that in the bathroom?

Ugh!

I'll kill you all.

Get out!

Wait. No!

This is precious to me!

Please!

What is this?

Curry. I was saving it.

Are you crazy? You'll die if you eat this!

Stop it!

Come on.

- A-cup? / - I'm not an A-cup!

It's so clean.

- What's this? / - It is a pastry from Kim Takgu.

- What? Kim Takgu? / - It's better than Majun's...

What are you doing? Just take out the trash.

Why are you doing this to my house?

I'm sorry. Please spare me.

Get out!

No!

Why must I do this? Why?

Why me?

Why did I do this?

Oh my gosh.

The piano sounds completely different.

Is it because you're here?

The sound reverberates better because there's no trash.

What song is that?

This is "Song of Love."

It's our song.

A song expressing our future together.

Change the title, or you're dead.

Such a passionate expression is too much to take yet.

Play that again.

Yes, sir!

Play same as before.

Um, how did I play it before?

Like this.

- Again. / - I don't think I got it wrong.

She plays however she wants, but it's not bad.

Yeah, like that. Like it's flowing.

This is fun.

How did you remember after hearing it once?

Everyone can do that.

Don't act like you know me in school.

We're complete strangers, got it?

Yes, sir! We're complete strangers!

- Please. / - Please.

Bye-bye.

I'd like to present to you, professors

the project that I have been working on.

An orchestra is a brand

that represents a city, and even a nation

like the Vienna Boys Choir and the London Philharmonic.

We at Haneum want to create such an orchestra.

I'm sorry.

You are so idealistic.

We're falling behind Saeyeon in our result at contests

and employment rate after graduation.

The students need a realistic plan rather than dreams.

Isn't our motto "Turn dreams into reality"?

If this dream comes true

Haneum will become an international brand.

- Madam. / - In order to take our first step toward

realizing our dream, I invited a professor.

It is the conductor, Franz von Stresemann.

You mean maestro Franz von Stresemann?

The first conductor of London Symphony

and New York Philharmonic?

Yes, he is coming here.

Disappeared? What do you mean?

I said to bring him straight to the school.

He doesn't even speak Korean. Where could he have gone?

Where would you like to go?

Oh... please.

In Korea...

What is "Red Light District" in Korean?

Somewhere with eye candy.

Somewhere with eye candy, please.

- Eye candy? / - Yes. Correct.

I saw in Korean dramas.

Eye candy.

Dramas. Eye candy?

Sure, there are a lot of eye candies there.

Shall I take you there?

Thank you.

It is...a nice view.

Things will change once maestro Stresemann comes.

If he comes, that would be great.

Right?

If one of the students becomes his pupil...

How's Cha Yujin's duet coming along?

That's right. We made a bet, didn't we?

I'd better call them today.

Do you want to come and see?

You think he'd show up only because you call?

Hi Yujin.

So you finally show up, now that I called you.

Say hi. She lives next door to you.

My favorite student, Seol Naeil.

Hello, I'm Seol Naeil.

Seol Naeil? Even her name is strange.

How much did you tell?

I told you we're complete strangers, no matter what.

That's right.

Professor, I don't know Yujin.

We do live next door from each other

but let's just say we don't know each other.

That's not good. You need to do a piano duet.

A piano duet with this thing?

- Yup. / - Yup.

With me.

He comes just because he was called?

But then again, he used to have a manner.

That was more annoying.

If it has nothing to do with my lesson, I'll go now.

There's a rumor you've been dumped by Professor Do.

You want to get dumped by me, too?

If you walk out now, I'll refuse to teach you.

Then the news will eventually spread.

Cha Yujin was dumped by the leftover expert.

The leftover of leftovers.

The King of Leftovers.

Are you threatening me?

Yup. It's a threat.

I refuse

especially if it's a threat.

You don't want to come to class, right? There is a way.

Just do the duet.

Then you're excused from my class and get an A+.

A.

He's making a cheap offer like that

to that posh Cha Yujin?

It was really fun that time, wasn't it?

Right?

Do you want to have fun again like that time?

There's a piano right there.

I just have to do the duet?

- Yeah. / - Yay! I'm so excited!

Let's have fun again and play.

We're doing a duet. I'm so happy.

This is cheating.

Grades and class? Who can't control him like that?

Right? Then should we call off the bet?

Who said anything about calling it off?

Why do you try to make me look petty?

I'll keep my promise. So what is your request?

I'll tell you another time.

Let's finish this quickly, Professor Ahn!

First, allegro. Slower than the original...

A two-piano with Yujin.

Let's get ready.

Yes, sir!

You got it wrong already?

I did? Sorry, sorry.

- Again. / - Sorry.

Why do you keep missing the note?

I don't think I got it wrong this time.

Again.

Open your eyes and look at the sheet music!

You don't even have the sheet music open.

I can't read the sheet music. I memorize by ear.

Why not? Are you Stevie Wonder or something?

That's why you play whatever.

Do you think you can play well like that?

What am I supposed to play?

The top or bottom?

The top. Piano one.

Sit straight.

Again.

I'm hungry.

I'm hungry, too.

The second piano keeps...

I don't want to do it.

You're the one who wanted to first.

I don't want to.

I really don't want to anymore. I won't!

It's late. You want to stay up all night?

You're only extending the hours of practice like this.

- I won't do it. / - Again.

Ah!

You haven't memorized it yet. Again!

It hurts. Please stop.

- Again! / - It hurts.

Ugh.

Again!

Is that all you can do? Again!

I told you to stop!

He can't still be practicing. Did he leave?

I'm the best in the violin department, Yoo Ilrak.

I heard you're the best in the piano department?

Do you want to do the duet with me?

How could she bite me?

Beethoven's Violin Sonata Number Five. Spring.

If you play with me, it'll make you tremble.

I cleaned, did laundry and gave her a lesson.

And she bites me?

You look doubtful.

Yeah? Is that it?

How can I play with someone who can't read the sheet?

It isn't for me!

It's for you!

Go out there! Each title gives you power!

How did you feel after hearing my soul?

Just wait and see!

I'll find a much better pianist than you!

Seol Naeil!

I figured food works better than cleaning or laundry.

Hey! This is the third floor!

I'll let you go once you finish eating, okay?

I won't make you practice. You said you were hungry.

Really?

Really.

This is seriously good.

It is much better than my mom's.

And I totally love tuna.

Breakfast for tomorrow is squid over rice.

It'll be better than this.

Whoa, I totally love squid.

I'll make you steak, too. It beats the hotel chef's.

Steak? Medium? Well-done?

Oh, yeah! I'm eating beef! It's been so long!

You rock.

So let's do the duet.

I won't get mad.

You said you can't wait until I memorize it.

I recorded your part, so memorize by ear.

You said you remember it by ear.

Ah...

Sorry.

You never make a pianist's hand get hurt.

I was wrong, too.

You really recorded it, right?

I can memorize by ear.

- Something is not right. / - What?

Is it broken?

Your hair smells.

Gross. You're so dirty.

That can't be. I washed it a few days ago.

What's wrong with this smell? I shampoo twice a week.

I'm cleaner than I look.

Don't look at me like that.

I washed my hair.

Hey!

Stop it! I washed my hair three days ago!

- What's this wastewater? / - Wastewater?

- How could you say that? / - Be quiet!

I told you to stop!

Mommy...

I hate you!

It smells so good.

I feel like a princess being served and pampered.

I feel like I'm drying a dog caught in the rain.

Which breed?

A retriever? A maltese?

Just a dog.

Woof!

Watch your back, Yujin.

Hit the notes accurately.

You're slowing down.

Softer.

Tempo.

This is not right somehow.

She's playing more and more accurately, but...

So what's the problem?

A person who shone as brightly as

a delicate and beautiful performance.

You, who were called "Gem in the East"

are still just as beautiful.

Mina.

You still make my heart beats fast.

- Naeil. / - Yes? What is it?

Play however you want, this time.

Really? Why all of sudden?

- You don't want to? / - I do! I totally do!

But may I really do that?

You memorized the sheet music,

so play however you want.

But you said before that

teamwork is the most important thing in a duet.

I'll accommodate you.

I can accommodate you all the way.

So feel free to play.

Are you all ready?

- Hello. / - Yes.

Okay, let's have fun.

Okay.

I knew from the start that her performance is

special because she does it her own way.

I understand all of your habits

so I can accommodate you.

Only I can do it.

There's that lip. She's gone, now.

Here, she'll flow

and here, she'll bounce.

And

she will fly.

Cantabile, like singing.

Professor Vieira had said that

toes recognize a great performance first.

The toes move in response to the emotions flooding in.

Naeil.

I can accommodate you all the way.

So feel free to play.

Whenever I thought of my childhood

the first thing that came to my mind

was the streets of Europe.

The place where classical music was in the air

where every corner you turned

you could hear classical music.

I thought only the place where Professor Vieira

was the true world of classical music.

I thought I could never find the meaning, joy

or value in doing music in a place like this

which lacked the foundation of classical music.

Professor Vieira,

I think there may be something for me to do here.

I am excited.

My heart feels tight and fluttering.

You fell in love with me.

My feet are itching. I want to run into your arms.

Easy.

Stresemann Orchestra?

Classical music isn't boring.

Your pathetic performance is boring.

What was that?

I got you, you pervert.

I'll save you!

Transfer.

You want to conduct, right?

JUST IN: Huge Announcement About Robert Mueller Investigation

Civil Liberties attorney Alan Dershowitz just spoke out to say that he is worried about

the criminalization of political differences in today's discourse and that he doesn't

think special counsels are the right way to approach criminal justice.

Dershowitz sat down with CBS this past week to talk about Special Counsel Robert Mueller's

investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians to affect the outcome

of the 2016 election.

"I think the investigation should end and I think the Congress should appoint a special

non-partisan commission," said Dershowitz, adding that he thinks a Congressional committee

would be too partisan.

"That's the way it's done in other western democracies," he continued.

"They don't appoint a special counsel and tell them to 'Get that guy…' that's

what they did in the Soviet Union.

Lavrentiy Beria, the head of the KGB said to Stalin, 'Show me the man, and I'll

find you the crime!'"

That's what special counsel does."

Dershowitz clarified that he was not making a direct correlation between the United States

and the former Soviet Union.

"I'm not comparing obviously the Soviet Union and the United States.

We have structural protections in our Bill Of Rights but it's going down the wrong

direction.

The issue of criminalization [of political differences] has not been subject to rational

discourse," said Dershowitz.

"Democrats hate when they politicize and criminalize political differences against

Democrats… when they did it with Bill Clinton.

Republicans hate when they do it against their people…

President Trump.

But each one supports it when they're against their enemies and partisanship prevails over

principle.

It's very hard to have a reasonable discussion."

He added that citizens should fear the direction of this investigation for their own sake and

that today criminalization of political differences appears – now – to only affect presidents

and political leaders.

"Tomorrow it can affect you and me.

If you give the prosecutor the ability to stretch the criminal law to fit a target,

it's very dangerous," he said.

"When you appoint a special counsel you give them targets and you say, 'You better

get that guy or the people around him…and we're going to give you tens of millions

of dollars.

And if you come up empty handed you're a failure.'"

I Netted $20K On My First Deal - Duration: 3:12.

Hi, I'm Tommy Lee from Memphis, Tennessee.

Actually, I heard about it from a friend of mine who actually signed up for the course.

I guess I've been investing for about two-and-a-half years.

This year is the first year full time.

First deal took me I guess seven months before I got my fist deal.

About that.

And I netted about $20K off that.

It was a fix 'n' flip.

Fix 'n' flip is where you buy a house, take title to the house, and then you make

any repairs or updates that the house needs and then put it back on then market.

Best deal, that was probably one of the better deals.

I've had another deal that was about the same, about $20K, just south of $20K. And

then a couple that probably made probably about $17K and some other ones were less than

that.

Average income per deal, probably at this point, probably let's say about $13K per

deal.

What's changed is I figured out from doing the fix 'n' flips that I really don't

enjoy doing the fix 'n' flips.

There's a lot of people that do, but there's a lot of things I don't like about it, so

I'm learning new things to kind of get away from that, or at least it won't be my primary

method.

My goal is to create cash flow and generation of wealth and to really buy back my time where

my corporate job that I just left, a lot of hours per week that you can work and I really

want to get to the place where I have more time to be able to spend with my family.

I'm now full time since the beginning of this year after 20 years as an IT professional

in corporate America.

I left that at the beginning of the year to pursue this full time.

I'd say this year has been kind of stressful as I try to figure out new things, but it's

good, I think that now that I'm out of the job and home just being able to spend time

with them, the affect is just being able to be with the family which is positive, it's

a positive thing.

Automation is something I'm still working on.

I have a local assistant I use and a virtual assistant.

But automation and systems is one of the key things I know and something that I'm working

to build.

Networking with other investors, books, education, YouTube and don't give up.

Just keep at it.

grand theft auto san andreas which is an old game that I used to play it seems

that someone decided to make a song out of a scene with what's-his-name big

smoke when he orders food I'm so yeah I have no idea the title of this

video is called Boulevard of smoke and cheese and it is from the YouTube

channel flying Kitty sorry yeah this video has

over a million views so it is quite popular so yeah this should be good I

guess I don't know um but yeah guys I'm not gonna know by talking so no further

ado let's get into it all right guys let's get into this in

three two one play a oh okay I think I know this song it sounds familiar

what okay

six extra dip you need the dip oh my gosh this brings back memories -

extra cheese

oh this is very creative Wow that guy looks so sad

Trump

Ostrava, Czech Republic - TBEX Europe 2018, Jiri Duzar, Czech Tourism - Duration: 1:53.

(dramatic music)

- So, I'm really excited that TBEX 2018

is coming to Ostrava, the Czech Republic.

It's a place that will exceed everyone's expectations.

I think when it comes to the Czech Republic,

people usually think Prague is the destination,

but we chose Ostrava on purpose.

It's an industrial city, a city of industrial heritage

that has abandoned most of its industry now,

and changed everything that left into cultural space,

so we will be hosting the event in the venue called Gong,

and that's the space where TBEX will take place.

So, we are planning to host

dozens of pre- and post-fam tours

both in Ostrava and outside of Ostrava,

so people will visit, you know, mines,

they will learn about the mining history,

but we will also have several culinary tours,

beer tasting tours.

There's few nice microbreweries.

And then, my most favorite part,

are the trips outside of Ostrava.

There are mountains with amazing hiking, biking,

rafting opportunities,

so there'll be a lot of great activities for everyone

who loves outdoors, and you know,

spending some time in nature.

Travel bloggers, storytellers, content creators,

we are looking forward to seeing you in Ostrava

in July 2018.
