使得人們對拉美"左""右"消長議論不一
莫衷一是; 委內瑞拉的政局演變加劇了地區政治分歧
還讓一些國家對之的態度發生了變化; 美國古巴關係的倒退
增加了地區局勢的不確定性; 阿根廷經濟形勢的變化引發出的猜測和疑慮增多; 美國特朗普政府希圖在拉美恢復蒙羅主義的幻夢
以及美國對中國和多米尼加共和國、
中國和薩爾瓦多建交的公開干預
導致拉美各國的普遍不滿和抵制…… 這些都是地區政局變化中的顯見成分
表明地區局勢的多元化和多樣性。
受制於多種國際和地區因素
拉美經濟整體有所下滑
社會不穩定性也有所增多。
但是
總體而言
拉美政局依然呈穩定態勢
僅地區一體化進程放緩
且阻力有所增多。
綜合來看
美拉關係呈現倒退趨勢。
特朗普總統沒有對拉美的政策輪廓
本人又對拉美有"不屑一顧"的公然之面
同時還以多種方式對拉美擺出"居高臨下"的態勢
以致拉美多國對美表示懷疑、
不滿和憂慮。
可以預言
在特朗普當政之期
美拉關係難以活躍。
隨著習近平主席6年4進拉美
中拉關係在朝著建設"命運共同體"的方向大幅邁進
雙方的理解也進一步加深。
2018年
中多和中薩建交並迅速加快、
加大雙邊合作
影響積極、
巨大。
中拉雙邊貿易回升
經濟合作項目增加
相互投資增多
投資存量和含金量都在明顯提升
互補性進一步深人人心
深度體現"合作、
共贏、
包容、
共享"的精神和境界
深度造福雙方
積極影響世界。
中拉合作體現方向
必要性和重要性為雙方所逐步理解和領悟
基礎雄厚並在不斷擴大
任何力量都難以破壞。
美國的說三道四隻會進一步引發不滿和反感
讓人更加明白其不良用心和背後的目的
從反面拉近中拉關係和中拉人民之間的感情
在實際上有助於中拉之間的理解和合作。
阿根廷官方12日對白宮關於特（朗普）馬（克龍）會見後發布公報的揭示和批駁
充分證明了這層含義。
2019年
應該是拉美重趨平靜的一年
也將是中國和拉美加勒比"發展戰略對接"的關鍵一年。
期待中拉友好合作更上一層樓。

鐵桿小弟公然拒絕特朗普
120億天價保護費不掏了：是無理要求 自從二戰結束以後
美國軍隊在東亞地區的韓國就保持著長期的軍事駐紮。
但是隨著時代的發展
美國軍隊也從開始的無償駐紮變成了有償駐紮。
當然如果數額少
韓國當然願意支付
因為美國的軍事存在可以幫助韓國抵抗來自北方的威脅。
但是在特朗普政府上台以後
就一直試圖在韓國身上撈更多的駐紮經費
雙方展開了多次談判
均以失敗告終。
而現在
距離舊協議到期只剩十幾天
而新協議的第十輪談判依舊還是談崩了。
據塔斯社12月14日報道
當日韓國政府代表對外表示：有關於美國在韓國駐軍費用分配問題上
在為期三天的第十輪談判後
美國和韓國方面均無法達成一致。
原因是特朗普政府希望韓國能夠支付增加一倍的駐軍費用
而以此前韓國的費用支出
韓國每年向美國支付約8.
6億美元
從這一標準來看
美國明顯是想將韓國支付17.
2億美元（摺合近120億人民幣）。
而韓國方面自然不想答應這種無理要求。
當然
特朗普之所以要求韓國這樣做
明顯是把韓國當成冤大頭了。
一方面
美國連續6年的財政赤字導致目前美國財政十分緊張
資金上難免有點衣襟見拙。
而韓國作為被美國完全把控政治咽喉的國家
其強大的經濟實力自然也成為了特朗普政府眼中的肥肉。
如果能夠從文在寅政府手裡撈到一筆
那麼對於美國緊張的財政形式而言
能減少一點是一點。
當然
韓國儘管受到美國的掣肘
但是卻並不代表韓國就想當冤大頭。
而且一個更加重要的原因是
目前朝鮮和韓國的關係出現了緩和的局面
韓國方面完全沒必要增加軍費
來滿足抵禦朝鮮的威脅。
而且更加重要的是
文在寅政府並不希望因為增加對美國駐軍的軍費
引發朝鮮方面的敏感過激反應。
朝韓關係能夠取得如今的突破性進展已經不容易
韓國方面並不希望局勢激化。
此次談判的徹底談崩
明顯是韓國不想承擔美國的高昂的駐紮費用。
但是如果韓國政府想賴帳卻不太可能
畢竟韓國在政治上的弱勢
決定了其強硬的態度終究有限。
儘管此次第十次會談無果
但是相信在2019年之前
美韓雙方終究還是會再次進行會談
以達成相關協議。
而最有可能的就是雙方各退一步
美國不再漫天要價
而韓國則略微提高額度。

If you noticed the total time drops at A7 in my drain test series, it's because I paused the timer every one hour during PUBG.
In this video, I stopped the timer twice. The phone consumes power while the timer is not counting.
To sum it up, all drain tests for A7 almost have the same result.
Note 9's screen is really bright and big. It produces higher temperature compare to A7, Mate 20 Pro and Poco F1.
Poco F1 drains faster when it reaches the battery level of 20% while Mate 20 Pro maintain its power until 0%.

It goes really well with the seaweed.

Though I've put some ChungYang chili peppers,
it's not that spicy.
This crab meat sauce itself is not spicy.
With ChungYang chili...
I am really weak to fishy flavor of
sea creatures
But this one doesn't smell fishy at all
yet.
I've let the rice cool down a bit
because I thought it would get fishy
if the rice is too hot.
Having it with lukewarm rice
is way better.
With a slice of green onion kimchi on top
The more I eat it, I feel the taste of ginger
and garlic.

the sauce has ground garlic and grated ginger.
I start to feel some kicks because of ChungYang chili peppers

I've enjoyed the meal.
The seaweed goes really well together.
I usually like oiled and salt-seasoned seaweed.
But somebody in my family finished all of the seaweed I bought.
So, I've roasted some unseasoned seaweed for myself.
But the unseasoned seaweed really blended well with the sauce,
for the sauce is already seasoned
And the radish sprouts and ChungYang chili peppers
worked well together.
That was a good meal.
The sauce itself is not that hot.
I think for those who can't have spicy food
could also enjoy this sauce.
For those who likes spicy food,
I think adding extra spice like chili peppers would be good.
I've enjoyed the meal today.

PAKWAAN #137 - HONEY GLAZED PINEAPPLE PANCAKES | BAKE N MAKE1 - Duration: 6:57.
Take Pineapple Slices then cut it into small pieces
Then take a sieve and put maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt in it and sieve it in a plate.
Take milk and add oil in it.
Followed by two eggs
Whisk the milk briskly so that the egg wont settle and there is aeration in it.
Whisk after adding both eggs.
Now add vanilla essence in milk.
Mix all well and form a nice smooth mixture.
Now add powdered sugar in maida and mix it.
Now add milk mixture into maida and mix it with beeter every time you add milk mixture in it.
Add small portions of milk mixture in maida to make a smooth flowing batter for Pancakes.
Mix well all ingredients to form a nice batter.
Heat a pan and apply a little butter on it for frying with tissue paper,
Dont pour the batter on the side of pan. By doing that you wont get a perfect pancake.
Always Pour the batter in the centre of Pan so that you will get a perfect Pancake.
Let it fry for sometime then add pineapple pieces on one side and flip it over keeping in mind that the slices wont come out of it.
Now flip it over very gently.
Let it fry on the other side also for sometime.
Serve it on a plate and it is ready to eat.
Make as many as you like and just pour a generous amount of honey on top for more sweeter taste and eat them hot.
Your Honey Glazed Pineapple Pancakes are Ready to Eat.

I was fascinated by the eel.
This summer I have hooked a lot of eels.
All as a "catch and releace" - cause it's totally protected.

and I understand why you
are so involved when you see an eel.
I'm interested in this lifecycle of the eel.

TOUGH, OLD WOMAN IN THE WILD.
We are in a lake called Skarevann south in Norway.
This is a good fishinglake.
You can buy fishing license in Risør.
In the lake it's eel, perch,
tench and trout.
We will stay for some days,
just relax and go fishing!
Nice to have you with me!
The eel is totally protected.
I have always been fascinated by the eel!
All the eels in Europe,
at least in Scandinavia and Norway,
are born in the Sargosso Sea.
The fry comes with the Gulf Stream,
all the way 6000 kilometer
from Sargasso Sea in the Gulf of Mexico
When the eel is going to spawn,
it turns back from Europe to Saragossa Sea
6000 kilometer just to spawn,
and then it dies.
It's interesting!
Extremely interesting ;)
but I will tell you more about it later on....

THE SEQOND TRIP TO THE ISLAND.

It was an eel,
but the line broke.

They have a slime layer, you know.
Really mucous.

Here you have a guy searching after the eel I sat free.
We have to let them go Kiro,
they are totally protected!
Since 2010 they are protected.
We let them go.
I don't want to eat them either.
But all the eels here in Norway.....
are born in the Sargasso Sea.
6000 kilometers away.
Crazy!

This is a new fish species for me.

It's a tench (Tinca tinca).
This is new.
I have never caught one of them before.
I don't thin this is usual to eat.
In any case, I don't want to eat it.
So, this is another "Catch and release".

It should be some nice trouts here too,
but not for me today.

I wrote a project work about the eel.

The eel!
The eel is a strange fish.
It's long and thin.
In fact it has a snake-like appearance.
That's why somebody sometimes
confuse the eel with a snake.
But the eel is a fish, like cod and coley.
It's located in almost all freshwaters,
and it lives in saltwaters too.
Do not be confused with the European conger,
which is another fish species.
In Norway the eel is common
in the southern and western part of the country.
It's also found on Island, North Africa, The White Sea
and in The Baltic Sea, The Mediterranean Sea
and The Black Sea.
so it's pretty widespread.
It's been told a lot of stories about
the eels spawning habits.
But the most amazing one
is the one who we think is the true one.
This story tells that the eels in Norway
are born far away, in the Sargasso Sea.
Who could imagine,
that each single eel in the ponds around us
are born in the Sargasso Sea,
more than 6000 kilometers away.
Johannes Schmidt is the name of the man
who found an answer on a question
nobody erlier had solved.
He told us why nobody could find
spawning eel in Europe.
The answer from Schmidt was that...
the eel swam to the Sargasso Sea to spawn
and it was not ready to spawn
before it was far away from Europe.
The larvaes are not good swimmers
and they drift towards Europe.
The journey lasts 2.5 years before they reach Europe,
then they have a length of 6-7 cm.
The larvaes are systematized in this way
by age and size:

2. In Midt Atlantic - 5,2 cm
3. Nearby Europe - 7,5 cm
4. Coastline and lakes in Western Europe - 6,0 cm
Now they're called Glass eels.
When the Glass eel arrives the coast,
it starts a metamorphose into
what we call "Yellow-Eel".
At this time they're dark on the back
and brownish-yellow on the sides and belly.
Some of the yellow eels start migrating upstream
while others stay by the coast.
Through many surveys
we know that most of the female
migrate upstreams,
while the males stay by the coast.
To the Bristol Channel in England
arrives the vast amount of glass-eels.
It's used to a lot of different things,
from delicacy to pork fork.

Long time before the total protection.
When the yellow-eels goes upstream,
and the "silver eels" downstream,
they don't give up even if it's difficult.
The eel can survive on dry land
longer than any other fish.
When people meet eels like this,
they sometimes confuse it with a snake.
It's told a lot of fun stories about
eel passing dry land.
In one of the stories, it't told that the eel
creep up in the field
to eat peas ;)
That's not true you know.
After 9-13 years the eel leaves Norway.
Usual the males leave first.
Both the male and female start a new metamorphose.
The back become shiny black,
the belly silver white,
pectoral fins grow darker and sharper
and their eyes grow larger.
They are now called "Silver-eel".
I caught one of these this summer.
The Silver-eel migrate downstrem to the sea,
but it don't stop by the coast.
No!
As if it were supposed to be drawn by a magnet,
it swim towards a secretive venue,
The Sargasso Sea!
it's in the northwestern part of the Atlantic.
During the journey to the Sargasso Sea,
the eel don't eat.
The whole body is set to live without food.
Even the rectum grows together
and the stomach and intestines shrink.
The eel just corrodes on the fat it has gathered as yellow-eel.
But for sure:
Every new year it comes new glass-eels to Europe,
and every year the silver-eel leaves the coast..
The glass-eel has to come from somewhere!
We are not quite sure about
whether it's from the American or European eel,
but the eel population in Europe
don't fall for at this time.
So I think
the European eel came from the Saragasso Sea!

The eel population has been falling DRAMATICALLY!
THE POPULATION HAS BEEN REDUCED 97-99% SINCE 1980
Today it is totally protected.

You know when you keep creating stories in your head
about something that's happened in the past
or maybe you're creating a story in your mind
about something that you're worrying about in the future
related to a person or a situation that's making
you feel angry, frustrated or maybe
even some shame and guilt.
One of the fastest ways to be able to
let go of that story is to put yourself
in a place of forgiveness.
Because, forgiveness enables you
to accept what is and to let go.
Now, remember forgiveness is mostly
about you verus the other person.
Now, I always used to get caught up in those stories
and this is what I do to hack it.
I close my eyes.
I invite that person, that story,
that situation into my mind and I ask them to forgive me,
or I let them know that I'm forgiving them.
Sometimes it works the first time,
sometimes you have to keep doing it over and over,
but here's your hack to get you and enable you
to let go of that story.

5 Questions To Reflect On The Past Year (2018) - Duration: 7:00.
welcome back to another video my name is Steph from StephJKing.com and I'm
coming to you from beautiful Brisbane Australia
2018 is nearly over I can't believe it so I figured now is a good time to really
sit down and reflect back on the year and just look at the good the bad and
the ugly so just really getting down into the nitty-gritty so I wanted to
share with you five questions that I asked myself that you can use as well to
really reflect back on the past twelve months just to see how you went now this
process may take a little time because you do have to really sort of think back
to what was I doing in January like that was a good 12 months ago now so I don't
know about you but I can't even remember what I did two weekends ago let alone
all that time ago but what I did do and you might find this useful as well is I
just scroll through my social media and I kind of reminded me of some of the
stuff that I did throughout the year but grab a pen and paper let's dive straight
in with number one and that is what did I learn this year now this could be as
simple as something that you may have learned about yourself or maybe you went
out there and actually took a course in cooking or dancing or maybe you just
learnt how to repot plants which is what I've just done recently but either way I
really think that it's important that you have that continuous learning and
you keep developing just life or skills whatever it is that you want to learn
more about I recently just started reading a Tony Robbins book called
awaken the giant within and he actually talks about a Japanese word called
Kaizen and what that means is continuous improvement now the Japanese use this a
lot in their business but I just love it I just think it's a really good term to
use just in general life just continuous improvement in everyday life now I also
did share a couple of things that I've learnt in 2018 in a previous video
it's called eight awesome things in 2018 I will leave a link above here
and also down in the description box if you want to go check that out later
number two is what are my successes or accomplishments now what you did in
question number one there may be some areas of duplication maybe what you
learned was also a success or accomplishment for you and that's all
good just write that down as well some of mine for me were I created a
YouTube channel well that's an accomplishment for me and also I changed
jobs from an area that I had a lot of experience in I'd been in that
particular area for 8 years so I was very confident and comfortable in that
so I moved on and got a new job which yeah that was pretty cool thing and I do
a lot more cooking this year so I think successfully my skill in the kitchen has
definitely increased in 2018 number three is what did I love about 2018 and
this is something that when you ask that question immediately take note of what
comes to mind so whatever are those things that come straight front of mind
those are the ones that you want to put down so a couple of them for me was I
loved the fact that I was able to spend so much time with my partner this year
just really enjoyed that and secondly the thing that really came to mind was I
just felt really happy about the fact that I started to really just step into
my own and I just knew who I was I knew what I was doing I knew what I wanted
and I just didn't care what anyone else thought any more so just really
identifying my life purpose and just stepping into that number four is what
challenged me now I love the fact that we can reflect back and look at all the
good times and happiness and the success and the accomplishments but I also think
it's really important to look back to see what challenged us as well because
again that might be something that you want to improve on in 2019
so remember Kaizen that continuous improvement so it's really important to
sort of sit down and think what really challenged me this year and is that
something that you want to not allow to challenge you in the future and you want
to learn more about or is it something that you just need to acknowledge that
it happened and to move on from it the things that I found really really
challenging this year was actually changing my jobs so going from being
very comfortable and confident in an area of field that I had the
expertise in to something new I really had to step out of my comfort zone so
that was a challenge for me and I had to really address that at the time as well
now I'm absolutely fine but for the first couple of months it was really really
uncomfortable so I just had to really deal with that number five is what am i
holding on to that I need closure on now bringing up things that hurt it can be
upsetting and I know sometimes you just don't want to deal with it it's in the
past but the thing is if you don't actually deal with it properly you are
going to carry that on into your future and potentially impact the way that you
handle situations in your future so for example if someone betrays you and you
now have this fear of betrayal and you move into the future and you have a new
relationship with someone you will find that whether you notice it or not your
past experience if you haven't dealt with it properly then you're going to
bring baggage from that situation into your new situation so dealing with it as
much as it may hurt over time I find it's really important to do so what are
some of those things from 2018 that maybe you're just still holding on to
that may still hurt you even because those are the things that you're going
to have to deal with and I heard you to deal with them because if
you don't you're just going to be carrying them with you into 2019 now my
next video is going to actually be all about handling the hard times so if that
