Archer push-ups because it is one of the most effective bodyweight exercise it's

your biceps I have to say one more thing is that if you really want to achieve

your one-arm push-up then Archer push-up is the best progression so come back to

the Archer push-ups when you performing weekly as you push up you have to keep

4 things 4 things keep in your mind a straight body straight arms legs

together and neutral your Butt so let me show you first

so work on that thing a beware of the body positioning otherwise you will

twist your body without noticing so keep this in your mind and one more

thing is that if you if your legs are joined together it is difficult to do

2 ingredient easy snack | Healthy snack | Sesame Bar [[ ENG ]] - Duration: 1:27.

Today we are going to make this simple and easy sesame snack

So let get started🤓

All you need is 50gram of sugar and 100gram of sesame seed

First you need to heat up the pan

and make sure there is no oil or water on it

Next

Spread the sesame on the pan and toast it for about 2 minutes

For sugar

Start with low heat

melt

and cook it until it turn brown

Mix the toasted sesame together

and you're almost done!

Here I'm using a non-stick baking paper

If you don't have any

you can use a greased baking plate or container instead

Now you need to shape it before it turn cold and hard

You can use a rolling pin, spoon or bottle to make it flat

Cut when it is still hot or it will be really hard to cut it

MY PALADIN BUILD 2.0 (104K HP) | RAGNAROK M +ENGLISH SUB - Duration: 15:41.

Hi everyone, i'll try to show/explain my paladin build (it's not fully translated, but i hope you get the points!)

If you haven't watch my previous video about this build

So, i have posted video about my full vit paladin guide at level 75

Now i'll try to explain my next step for the build, after i reached 90

Now i'll try to show you how i grind, explain the stats, skills ,and rune

Ok so i'll begin with my stats

Once again, if you haven't watch my previous video, go check that out

So i dont really need to explain the details

Now i have 99 vit, 55 dex, and the rests is agi

In fact, my goal is to get 60 dex

But i need to up my agi for pvp too, so i'll add my dex along with my agi

AGI is for attack speed of SACRIFICE (for pvp)

But it's all up to you

You don't need to add agi like mine

You can add INT

to increase your magic def

so you will be able to tank various bosses

Or maybe you can add more DEX

so you won't miss your shield boom on enemy who has high flee

also, DEX add more damage to your shield boomerang

Now, skill build

Once again, im not going to explain the details of the skills

I'll max my FAITH later

SACRIFICE is my main skill for pvp

BLISS is a must! right ? I don't need to explain why

I only use this skill in pvp

Or maybe for WOE later

This skill can be passed to your allies via DEVOTION

It'll be very useful to protect your teammate from range attack

For this skill, I barely use it

But this skill will do it's job on war, also

I didn't add retribution

Because i'm a tank, i don't need attack and damage increase

Why not add providence too ?

Because i think it's not worth to take this skill

If you're not a grandcross/holycross type

Now my equips

I have two sets of equip

The first one, is my main set, for tanking, bossing, etc

The second set, is for grinding

I'll start with my tank set

Im using goibne's set for this tanking

I haven't got a good stat for the enchantment, yet

Because the materials for headgear is quite expensive

I'm using marduk card to avoid silence

Because mostly, mvps and bosses, they have silence skill

You better use this card, instead of buying many panaceas

Armor, 2nd upgrade

I got a very good stat on the enchantment, lucky me

For garment, i also got max hp enchantment

But not as big as my armor stat

My new shoes, goibne greaves

I got it from kobold leader

You can watch my video, we were in valhalla ruins and we killed that KL

The enchantment is not good

Im out of mora coins xD

At least, i got the set effects now

The set bonuses really boosts my HP stat

Before i use goibne greaves, my HP was around 88k

Now, my endurance necklace, the final upgrade from VIT necklace

Decent enchantment

Im not planning to upgrade this VIT necklace

I think i will just add card slot on this one

For the shield, im using imperial guard, from edga

The price is very cheap now

You can buy it from exchange

Im not planning to upgrade this shield soon

I think i will refine this shield first

Thats all for my main set

Now my second set

for grinding / leveling

Im using mirror shield to boost my shield boom damage

I'll show you the damage output after this

For weapon, im using ivory lance

This will also boosts your shield boom damage

because it ignores enemy def

Im using gacha equipments to get the bonus exp

The rest is the same as my main set

I forgot to tell you, i also use mandragora card

in my ivory lance

Because im currently grinding at punk (clock tower)

and i think i will stay here until i reach LVL99

That's why i bought this card

Now lets go to the damage test

Without element (great nature)

31k without great nature

Im always using great nature when i grind here

Because punk is a wind mosnter so i convert my attack into earth property

62k with element converter

If u really wondering how i get that high damage

well, i have explained it earlier tho

Lets take a look back on my equipments

First, thats because of my ivory lance, it ignores punk's def

Also, mandragora card do the works too

And from my mirror shield

thats all, the rest is depends on your VIT stat

and don't forget, the element converter

I think, 62k is too high, it's overkill i could say

because punk only got around 52k HP

Now i will test the damage, without my mirror shield

Let's see if i could still one hit those punks

54k, still one hit

I bought mirror shield when i was at level 80

to help me grind here, because i couldn't one hit kill punk back then

As i leveled up, got more stats, upgraded my gears

finally i can one hit kill punk without mirror shield!

Maybe i will sell this shield soon

I am no longer using this shield, because i'm not pure shielder type

Now for runes.....

I really want to take this furious rage rune

This skill will be very useful in all situations for paladin

It requires 100 gold medals to take this rune :/

Now i only have two..

I took this rune path just to gain the stat

while i gather 100 medals

my contribution points is stacking, so i better used it

just for now

That's why, you too, don't need to keep those contribution points

you better use it while u gather ur gold medal to get the runes you want

also because we can reset it later

Let's jump to the conclusions

This is my build for tanking, you can go for this build too

Many people asking, where will they alocate the stat points

after they've reached 99 vit.

Me, i go for agi

But you can go for DEX or INT for mdef

For the skill, i think it's clear already

I don't need to explain it one by one

Im still using SACRIFICE as my main skill for PVP

For the equipments, i have two sets

for grinding, and for tanking

remember, ivory lance will helps you a lot in grinding

If u are still not able to one hit punk with imperial guard

you can buy or craft mirror shield, don't hesitate about it, it will helps you a lot

in grinding

The main thing is, you need to get much higher efficiency when you grind

So it will be very effective if you can one hit kill monsters

Last one, i will give you advice on alternative gears

you dont always need to use goibne set for this paladin build

you can use garman plate armor, get the bonus sets

also, it will be good for tanking large size bosses

or you can use this one

the rest is up to you, find gears that will gives you more VIT/HP/DAMAGE REDUCT

for garment, you can use duff cape

this is the final upgrade of GOIBNES SPAULDER

for footgear, u can use staunch, rune boots, or greaves

it's all on you

for weapon, idk tho

i think cardo and green steel pike is the best for this build

or you can use ivory lance too, like me

accessory, vit necklace, there are no other choices

you dont need to buy agate clip

shield boomerang does not draining your SP as shield chain does

All you need is 50gram of sugar and 100gram of sesame seed

First you need to heat up the pan

and make sure there is no oil or water on it

Next

Spread the sesame on the pan and toast it for about 2 minutes

For sugar

Start with low heat

melt

and cook it until it turn brown

Mix the toasted sesame together

and you're almost done!

Here I'm using a non-stick baking paper

If you don't have any

you can use a greased baking plate or container instead

Now you need to shape it before it turn cold and hard

You can use a rolling pin, spoon or bottle to make it flat

Cut when it is still hot or it will be really hard to cut it
