The Struggles of Getting Therapy while Deaf ft Rikki Poynter - Duration: 17:51.
CHRIS BOUTTÉ: I've had a lot and I mean a lot of you asked me
to make some videos about dealing with mental health issues
as well as a disability.
So, that's why in this video I brought along a very special guest.
What is up, everybody?
This is Chris from 'The Rewired Soul'
where we talk about the problem but focus on the solution
and if you're new to my channel,
my channel is all about mental health
and what I like to do, typically, is pull different topics
from the YouTube community
to try to teach you how to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Something else I like to do is get other YouTubers onto my channel
to discuss different mental health topics.
So, if you're into that,
make sure you subscribe and ring that notification bell.
So yes, I have brought on the wonderful, the amazing Rikki Poynter.
Alright, so before I pass, before I pass the mic onto her,
just a quick story, when I first started this channel,
I did a lot of research.
I wanted to see who else out there was talking about mental health, right?
And I actually came across Rikki's channel
and I had like... probably less than 100 subscribers when I first found her
and I was like, this is really cool,
you know, because she talks about a wide range of topics and all that.
So, recently, within the last month or two, I saw Rikki,
I can't remember if she, like, tagged me in a tweet
or commented on one of my videos, well, I'm like,
Oh snap, that's Rikki Poynter. I was like, "I know her!"
So, we started chatting and then we started talking on Twitter
and I was like, "OK, cool. Yeah, let's do a collab".
I actually did a video over on Rikki's channel
that will be linked at the end of this video and in the info card.
And I made a video for her channel talking about dealing with,
you know, the feeling of being alone, like nobody understands.
So, make sure that you go check that out over on her channel
and subscribe while you're at it.
So, personally, I always try to add captions in all of my videos.
I'm trying to do a better job of it too, like just so you guys know
when you guys support the channel,
even if it's just by watching my videos
or when you're like, you know, buying my books
or you're supporting the channel over on Patreon.
I'm trying to get, you know, captions paid for now
because typically I use the auto-generated YouTube ones.
I go in there, edit it a little bit but I don't spend a ton of time.
So, what I've actually been doing
with some of the money that I'm making from the channel
is paying for captions
because I know a lot of you appreciate that.
I know some of you who are deaf, like, you appreciate that.
So, I'm really trying my best to caption more videos.
By the way, if anybody watching this,
if you're interested in captioning videos,
let me know down in the comments below
or if you want to translate them into other languages,
whatever it is because mental health is a global issue.
But anyways, I'll shut up about that.
But Rikki, like, I'm glad I'm doing this collab
because she works with a company who actually captions videos.
So, this video is going to be fully captioned,
but I wanted to bring her on because she is deaf,
she's been struggling with it pretty much her whole life,
and she wants to talk about, you know,
the struggles of getting mental health help
when you are deaf or disabled, alright?
Anyways, I'll shut my mouth now and here is Rikki Poynter.
RIKKI POYNTER: Hello. My name is Rikki.
As you probably already know because I've likely already been introduced.
This is my cat, Libby,
and I don't know how long she's gonna be here,
but she decided to say "Hi" for once, in a video.
I guess because this is a special occasion.
I am a YouTuber who is deaf, have chronic pain and fatigue,
and on my channel, I talk about deaf awareness,
disability-related things, mental health, etc, etc.
And on the occasion, you might see my deaf demon, Bob, come out
because at the age of 11,
I was possessed by a deaf demon named 'Bob',
and I'm just kidding, that is a joke that we have on the channel.
That just gives you an example of what goes on over there.
So, I want to thank Chris very much for allowing me to come on his channel
and talk about being deaf and the lack of mental health resources,
more specifically therapy.
Just to kind of make this a somewhat shorter video.
I very much appreciate the fact that Chris is letting an actual deaf person
talk about this sort of thing and... hello.
So, I have been depressed for a very, very long time.
I grew up dealing with child abuse and just loneliness in general
because if you look at the statistic,
a lot of deaf kids are, you know,
most of us are born to hearing families and a lot of the times
we don't get access to a deaf community, to deaf culture, ASL, etc, etc
and it can get very isolating.
Not only that, but there were just other things
that were really not deaf-related
that contributed to my mental health issues.
I also have a lot of anger management problems.
So after many, many years of trying to deal with it,
I started dealing with it in a way by talking about it on YouTube
and then eventually I was thinking,
"Man, I really should start therapy in some way, shape or form".
But the thing is, it's very difficult to find proper therapy.
One of the main reasons is just the fact that
there's not really a whole lot of accessibility in the therapy world.
So, yes, I speak English.
I was... I grew up mainstreamed,
which means that I grew up in a public education.
I grew up speaking English, which is why I sound so great,
you know, speaking English.
I've been speaking it since I was three or four
when I had better hearing back then, right?
But the thing is, despite the fact that I can speak English pretty well,
I can't understand it very well and I can't hear it very well.
So, trying to find somebody that will provide that sort of accommodation
is very difficult.
Now, I didn't know ASL growing up.
However, I have started learning it a few years ago
and while I can get a pretty good, you know, basic conversation
and I have a feeling that trying to find someone fluent in ASL
was a little bit difficult or at least, you know,
trying to understand the mental health vocabulary, right?
I tried a free trial of BetterHelp a couple of months ago
because I figured that the best way for me
to be able to get some sort of therapy was text.
Text is the best way for me to understand anything.
I always have people type things down, if I have an interview with anybody,
I have them type their questions down on Skype,
and then if they want they can read it out loud, you know,
just for the sake of the audio portion, right?
So, when I tried BetterHelp, I thought this was kind of fantastic,
you know, we can use the instant message feature.
However, there was the financial costs
and I'll get more into that in a second.
But then you think about people who are fluent in ASL, right?
Or insert sign language of your country,
because not all countries use ASL
and I went into some sort of, like, psychologist database
and I was trying to find somebody who lived close by
that was fluent in ASL.
Practically nobody. At least not close by.
The closest I found was Asheville,
which is about an hour and a half away.
An hour and a half to two hours.
Driving all that time
and driving for that much time
back and forth, on top of paying a traditional therapist fee,
just sounds draining.
And you know what? That's the case for a lot of people, a lot of deaf people,
because here's the thing,
ASL and English are two completely different languages.
So, a lot of the time you're not gonna find a whole lot of deaf people
who grew up using ASL,
you're not gonna find them to be very fluent in English
because the education here just isn't all that great.
There's a lot of deaf schools that have been closed down
and a lot of hearing teachers in deaf schools that don't even know ASL.
Yeah, that's a thing.
So, that makes things complicated.
Trying to find somebody that speaks your language
because therapy isn't something, I imagine, that you really wanna mess up, you know?
And you wanna be able to understand everything that's going on
so that you can really get the help that you need.
Now, I did do a little bit of research when I was trying to find other therapists
and I saw that there were a few deaf-based therapists.
There are two that I remember seeing.
I can't remember the names of them right now,
but it was a deaf therapy service
and all the therapists were deaf.
However, when I was doing a little bit more research
and trying to find reviews,
I found out the reviews were not so great,
so you know, the whole breaking confidentiality policies and whatnot.
So, that was something that I wasn't really interested in
because I didn't want that to happen to me,
nobody really wants that to happen.
That's a bummer right there.
The other thing is the cost.
Therapy is expensive as heck, right?
And the thing with being deaf/disabled
is a lot of us are very unemployed or underemployed.
So for me, because I was never able to be successful
in getting a "normal people job".
I hate using that, but a "mainstream job", if you will, you know,
like something in retail and you know, whatnot.
I've never been successful at that.
So, I'm self-employed with YouTube and Twitch etc, etc.
And that income is all wishy-washy. It all depends.
And deaf and disabled people are some pf the most unemployed people in the world
and yes you may get SSI and some other stuff,
but you're only allowed a certain amount in your bank account
and once you possibly go over that, you're out,
you... it's not gonna work out.
And when I was looking at prices,
it was anywhere from $80 to something over $100.
That is really expensive,
especially if you wanted to go, you know, every week or something.
If I were to go to the person I found at Asheville,
I would probably only be able to go once a month
because the gas would be expensive
and then the appointment would be expensive, right?
So, BetterHelp was a good option
and I know there's another text-based therapy thing,
I can't remember the name of it, but BetterHelp wasn't too bad,
and price was about $35 a week
and there might be a couple of other options
but even that can be very, very expensive for a deaf or disabled person.
And also while I'm back on the accommodation thing
because I just remembered I had also emailed a couple of local people,
a couple of local therapists and I would ask them,
"Hey, what's your accommodation like?"
So, would you be able to write things down for me
like I can meet you halfway,
I will talk to you out loud and then you can write to me
or type on the laptop or whatever.
Or would you be able to find an ASL interpreter
because 'insert Americans With Disabilities Act thing here'
and every response that I got, if I got a response,
a lot of people didn't reply to me, including the ASL-fluent one in Asheville.
I would get a lot of,
"Yeah, you would have to pay for your own interpreter."
and then they would never reply at all about the typing part,
even if I replied back to them
trying to get some sort of clarification on that
and hiring an interpreter is also very expensive
and that's quite the burden to put on the disabled person,
especially when... or the deaf person,
especially when you have the ADA in place.
A couple of people said that the requirement, when it comes to ADA,
like, yes, you would have to provide one yourself,
but regardless of what that little specific part is,
it's just so expensive.
Chances are we can hardly afford the actual therapy appointment
and then having to pay,
gosh, what is it? $100 or $200 for an hour, I think,
I may be wrong, for an interpreter along with it?
Plus the gas if you gonna go driving. It's so expensive.
So, yeah, the whole depression percentage
among deaf and disabled people is so, so high.
Not only because of ableism,
but because of the lack of mental health... proper mental health resources for deaf people.
I do wish that therapy was much more readily accessible
because that will make things a whole lot easier and you know what?
In the future, I may try BetterHelp again.
I know there was that whole like scandal that happened with them,
but sometimes you kinda just have to go with a certain evil, if you will,
if a company is evil.
It's just like with disabled people and Amazon.
A lot of people aren't liking Amazon lately, but when you're disabled,
you kind of have to go with what you can get, right?
So, Amazon is a tremendous help for those who find that the outside world
is not very accessible in terms of,
you know, mobility aids and whatnot.
So, what can we do to try to solve this problem?
A whole lot of education.
That's why I make videos over on my channel.
I try to talk to people and let things be known.
I've had a couple of people who want to be therapists, right?
Who have told me,
"Wow, I had no idea about this and I want to make a change."
You know, "I want to be able to... I want to learn ASL
so that way, if I do have deaf patients who want to come into therapy,
I would be able to help them out or you know,
they may offer to do the whole typing thing,
should the deaf patient be proficient in English", like me.
That's one thing to do.
And also instead of just making videos or writing articles,
actually sending out emails or letters to these sorts of businesses,
these therapists and telling them,
"Hey, this is what you should probably consider doing
because I think it would be a tremendous help".
It would be a tremendous help, but you know?
Yeah. So yeah. I thought that that was a very interesting topic to talk about
because it's something that really needs to be talked about.
And again, Chris, thank you, so, so much for allowing me
to be able to come talk about this,
because yeah, I could talk about it on my channel, right?
But it's really good to talk about it to a completely different audience
because chances are you probably knew less
than what my audience does
because they've been around me for a while.
So, I hope you all learned something new.
I hope that I've possibly encouraged you all
to help us make some change.
Thank you for allowing me to take up your time
and I will you later, bye.
Back to Chris.
CHRIS BOUTTÉ: Alright. Thank you so, so, so much, Rikki,
for coming over and discussing this with everybody.
Like, with my channel, one of my main goals
is to spread awareness, alright?
And here's the thing, like dealing with mental health issues is a struggle.
It's a struggle already,
but, you know, what we learn from Rikki, and even I learned some more,
when you're deaf or even, you know, have another disability,
it makes it that much more difficult.
So, please do me a favor and share this video.
Share this video on the chance that it might, you know,
land in, you know, the lap of a therapist
or somebody else who has the ability to make some changes.
Maybe therapists don't even know how much of an issue that this is.
Kind of like what Rikki was saying in the video.
She has people who are pursuing a career in mental health
and this gives them something additional to think about, alright?
Like, we need to make this stuff more accessible to everybody.
Also, if you are interested in the online therapy service
that Rikki discussed, BetterHelp,
I personally use BetterHelp and my therapist is amazing.
Tristan has been using BetterHelp longer than I have.
Her therapist is amazing.
So, BetterHelp also supports the channel.
So, there is an affiliate link down in the description below.
So, if you want to check it out, they do have a sliding scale.
So, ask them about affordable fairing,
but you can, like, even if you're not somebody who's deaf,
like, you can text them.
I haven't even had like a phone call conversation with the therapist yet,
but I can schedule one.
But everything we've been doing, like, so far, has just been through texts.
She texts me literally every single day.
Alright, and I will be doing a full review about my experience with BetterHelp
because of all the nonsense that happened.
But anyways, if you want to check that out,
go down in the description below, but also in the description below,
if you are somebody who's deaf, like,
feel free to join our Facebook group, as well as our Discord server, OK?
This way you can type and chat and get support.
We have, you know, people with disabilities
in both the Facebook group and Discord server
and it's always beneficial to link up with other people
who struggle with disabilities because, like me,
I don't know everything and I haven't been through everything.
This is why I get people like Rikki to come over on the channel
and discuss these things, alright?
So, you might be able to find people who you can connect with
by joining the Discord server or the Facebook group.
And don't forget this video is part of a collaboration.
So, make sure you go check out the video I did over on her channel
where I discussed how to not feel so alone
when you're struggling with your mental health issues.
And once again, thank you so much, Rikki,
for coming over and being a guest on my channel
and you guys, like, all of you, all of you,
if you're watching this video, you need to do me a favor.
Go subscribe to Rikki right now, alright?
She covers such a wide range of topics.
So, not only does she talk about, you know, being deaf or being disabled,
she talks a ton about mental health, and not only depression,
but she talks about going through trauma,
she talks about going through abuse and all of that.
I know I have a very large female audience
and I know so many of you can benefit from the videos over on her channel,
so make sure you subscribe to her. It'll be linked up in the info card,
down in the description, down in the pinned comments,
and at the end screen, alright?
But anyways, again, don't forget to share this video
and if you liked this video, please give it a thumbs up.
If you're new, make sure you subscribe and ring that notification bell.
And a huge thank you to everybody supporting the channel over on Patreon.
You're all amazing and you're helping me caption more of my videos!
(LAUGHTER)
Alright, If you would like to support the channel and get some extra perks and stuff,
click or tap right there,
and you can also subscribe to Rikki
by clicking or tapping right there, alright?
Thanks so much for watching. I'll see you next time.

Huh? Gasp!

Oh, I bet Hatfield would have loved that.
It was their idea.

Ain't our job just to keep an eye on Hatfield and McCoy?

Thorgrim Grudgebearer - Warhammer Fantasy Lore - Total War: Warhammer 2 - Duration: 12:18.
The current Dwarf High King has called the Dwarfs to battle, urging all the holds and
clans of the Karaz Ankor to march out of their mountain fortresses and begin a war of reclamation.
He is Thorgrim Grudgebearer, he has sworn a mighty oath to avenge every wrong done to
his people.
Bold words, soon backed by bold deeds.
Thorgrim Grudgebearer is the current High King of the Dwarfs and the ruler of Karaz-a-Karak,
greatest and mightiest of all holds of the Dwarfs Kingdom.
Eager for new conquests, mighty in battle, and a merciless enemy.
Thorgrim is a great and a wise king.
Able to uphold the ancient traditions of his people as well as to accept any needed changes,
such as alliances and new technology.
Thorgrim was elected High King during the Council of Kings after they learned of his
deeds.
Just after the end of the Great War against Chaos, it had been Thorgrim who had re-established
the old ties with the long distant Dwarf clans of Norsca and the northern regions.
In turn, during the Council each of the Norscan kings spoke of Thorgrim, and of the deeds
of valour he had performed in the icy north; of great monsters slain and battles won.
Such acts were not the only thing.
He also returned several long lost relics.
But was not enough, Thorgrim said.
His words were bold, calling for the reclamation of the fallen holds, for the clans to work
together as of old and that it was his dream to avenge the wrongs done to his people by
striking clean the entire ledger of the Great Book of Grudges.
As soon as Throgrim's rule began, he reminded his race, and their enemies, that although
the Dwarfs no longer had the power they did in their golden age, they were still a force
in
the world.
Thorgrim´s greatest motivation is to return the dwarfs to their former glory.
One by one, ruined strongholds were reconquered.
Progress was slow, as the Dwarfs fought grimly to establish footholds amid the ruins of their
ancestor's splendor.
Dwarfs do not forget grudges and there is no word for forgiveness in their language.
Once someone has made an enemy of a Dwarf, they have made a foe that will last their
lifetime and the lives of their descendants as well.
The Dwarfs record any transgression against them in The Great Book of Grudges, each entry
is scribed in the blood of Kings and compared with old records brought forth.
Through precedent and judgement, each grudge´s weight is measured so that the deeds of all
Dwarfs can be properly reckoned.
A grudge is something much more than a simple call for vengeance.
It forms a major part of dwarf law; it is an account of a dwarf´s honour; it is a ledger
of oaths and fealty.
Each king within the dwarf race maintains a Book of Grudges – several volumes, in
fact.
But largest and most sacred of these is the one currently in possession of Thorgrim Grudgebearer,
the High King.
Twice in every century the Day of Grudgement is held.
All of the Dwarfs kings travel to Karaz-a-Karak and relate their new grudges together with
grudges that have been settled so that The Great Book of Grudges can be kept accurate
and updated.
Legendary is the treachery of the Elves, the tumultuous Goblin Wars, the ravages of dragons
or the unnatural obscurity of the Undead.
Ever are the Dwarfs reminded of them, ever do they seek vengeance.
That the creating of this ancestral book dates back to the Dwarf's first ancestor speaks
of how deeply grudge-bearing is ingrained into the Dwarfs psyche.
Given that their history is rife with bloody battles, tragedies and invasions suffered,
there is a lengthy backlog of undoing against their kind.
But Thorgrim's fame in striking out entries in the Book of Grudges is the toast of drinking
halls across the length of the Worlds Edge Mountains.
Thorgrim goes into battle armed with the Axe of Grimnir, an axe that has been passed down
through generations, borne in turn by each High King of the Dwarfs.
Atop his head lies The Dragon Crown of Karaz – A relic that has been worn by the High
Kings since the founding of Karaz-a-Karak.
Protected by powerful runes, the Armour of Skaldour has turned countless blades and protected
Thorgrim through many bloody battles and assassination attempts.
Tradition dictates that whenever the High King sits down, he must do so on the Throne
of Power.
It is said that as long as the Throne of Power endures, the Dwarf race will also do so.
The Throne is borne aloft by four sturdy Dwarf warriors who are called the Thronebearers.
It is a great honour to be named a Thronebearer, for they are the High King's personal bodyguard.
When the Dwarf High King goes to war, he does so atop the Throne of Power and reading out
loud those grudges perpetrated by the enemy.
The power of the Book drives the Dwarfs into a fighting madness as their minds fill with
the insults and wrongs from the past.
From its sturdy deck, the High King can wield his axe to deadly effect while the bodyguards
are adept in slashing attacks even while hefting
the throne's considerable weight.
Tales of his deeds, and the long list of grudges already struck out, fill his grim warriors
with a feeling that the Dwarfs have long done without: hope.
Thorgrim´s most ambitious plan was his attempt to rally the clans to aid Belegar Ironhammer
in the task of re-taking the lost hold of Karak Eight Peaks.
Since its fall, more expeditions have tried to resettle Karak Eight Peaks than any other
hold, but all had ended in failure.
Great effort went into ensuring King Belegar's forces could break back into the fortress.
Now, at last, Belegar has a small but solid foothold in the ancient Kingdom and for the
Dwarf race…

-------------------------------------------
ASTUCE 7: c'est pas si compliqué d'acheter une maison en France! - Duration: 8:49.
Welcome to my advice video Number 7 Sylvie's useful tips to better speak and understand
French ! Today we are in a special setting, in the heart of Saumur, with Justin whom I
will introduce in a minute.
We are going to talk about the démarches = the things to do when you want to buy a
houe in France and of course you are going to find out how hard it is... or not?
Well, look at this plunging view over Saumur theatre, the rooves of Saumur mairie , it
is extraordinary, isn't it Justin ? He is coming, I am not going anywhere but we don't
have much room ( we are on the staircase!)
Well Justin, you look like the châtelain = a château owner by his window.
Did you mean to buy a castle,?
No, I don't want a castle, I chose this house, it's love at first sight ! un coup
de cœur, I saw it once and i bought it.
So is it really simple to buy a house in France?
It's the same for everyoone, it's not the buying process , it's the people.
I have a solicitor working with me who understands I'm English and I'm stupid, he knows I
don't understand anything, it's great!
Is he a notaire based in Saumur or you knew him from Paris.
He's a notaire who works in Chinon.
Okay, so what's the most imporatn thing you need to know before buying a house in
France ? What are the major differences, because you lived in Australia and Switzerland.
It's a very slow process, because when I bought the house, I had to wait for 3 months,
4 months for the notaire's process Okay 3 months, after the first appointment with
the notaire.
About the French owners, does it go well ? It's fine, my owner is great = génial, super ! He
knows I don' t really grasp the process and he helped me a lot.
In French we either say le processus or les démarches.
In this case, you are really lucky to have both the notaire and the owner as helpful
…! Does the owner = le propriétaire matter more than the notaire.
No, they are the same.
. Really, you were really lucky to have both a helpful propriétaire and notaire, great!
Then I believe there is the matter of the sales agreement, called LE COMPROMIS DE VENTE.
For me it's tricky but I just closed my eyes and signed ! You see, just close your
eyes and sign!
So you didn't really find the process so complicated ? Not at all, what's great is
that before buying the house, there is an exhaustive report with every single house
isue written down on it.
Yes there is an exhaustive report on the house . Well now, because you will have noticed
that Justin speaks French really well but if you don't really speak French, do the
notaires speak English?
No!
Not yours anyway.
My notaire didn't speak English, nor the estateagent ! So did you use google translate.
No I sue franglais ! That's not a problem either ! It's really interesting because
you know you don't take any risk once both parties have signed the compromis de vente,
there is usually no problem.
How long after you signed the compromis de vente, did you move into your house ? 3 months,
well it's the same everywhere, it's normal.
What papers did you have to provide?
Because we are famous in France for the red tape = paperasserie , the administration !Is
it worth than in England, Australie or Switzerland?
No it's the same!
I'm really pleased to hear that.
It's the same , c'est la même chose.
When you work with lawyers = les avocats all over the world, you always have a lot of papes.
The love that, yes they loves papers.
Would you give any other advice to the compatriots who might want to buy a house in Saumur or
in Fontevraud l'Abbaye where you go for your classes with me?
To me, what matters the most is the state of the house, because a lot of the houses
for sale are in a terrible state, with a rotten roof and a lot of holes… so it's really
important.
Did you have an expert come round?
Of course, each time ! So an expert is not more expensive than in Switzerland , Australia
or Paris.
It's always more expensive in Switzerland . So it's essential to check the state of
the house, your house here is an old house with tuffeau walls as thick as 1 to 4 metres.
3 metres actually So there is no problem.
I also noticed earlier on that your heating is excellent.
Yes it is great.
You need check the heating facilities as well.
Some people buy places without central heating!
. Insulation, the roof, the heating, damp… electricity,, the plumbing and also the location
= l'emplacement which is the geographical situation.
Yes the location.
It's different for me because I think it's very important for me to live in the town
but other people much prefer living in the countryside.
Okay one last thing, before we finish this video, I'd like to insist on something Justin
mentioned . Don't choose a house in the middle of the countryside if you are a bit
elderly although you want to meet French people because imagine : you no longer need to go
to school or to work, you don't belong to any club, you don't have French friends
or acquaintances.
Okay you may be surrounded by lovely fields, but if you don't know anybody, it may be
a good idea to pick a house in the town centre.
Here it doesn't feel like being in the middle of the town center, it's still nice and
quiet and Justin has a cute little garden we are going to show you now, you will see,
it's a gem ! Okay let's get to the end of this video
in the garden.
It's the 31st of January, it's freezing and rainy.
So you have been living here for 6months, so obviously Justin hasn't had any chance
to sort out the garden yet… but look… what a cute little space in the heart of town
with the magnificent gable wall where Justin will spend lovely summer nights.
I hope so ! thanks so much Justin ! Well now we are back to my place in Fontevraud
and I wanted to give you a last piece of advice if you really wish to buy a house in France.
I think the main thing is to "'avoir le coup de foudre » experience love at first
sight, as Justin did and said, he had « un coup de cœu"r ! and if you get that, you
will manage to plough through the admin steps of the country where you have chosen to buy
a house . On top of that, as you can see now, it's important to visit your place in winter.
You may have seen my previous videos, usually my garden is lovely, but now there is absolutely
nothing in the garden, except the sun today.
So when you see your house in winter, you can just picture how fabulous it will look
like in the summer.
If you would like to subscribe to my YouTube Channel you can see these previous videos
and other resources . You can also follow me on Facebook.

Create BEAUTIFUL CINEMATIC color grading WITHIN 1 CLICK - Sony Vegas Pro - Duration: 3:25.
What if I told you...
beautiful cinematic color grading...
can be created within 1 click...
in Sony Vegas Pro.
You don't believe it?
Then let me show you.
One of the biggest issues Sony Vegas always had...
was the limited amount of effects to create custom color grading.
With the new cinematic color grading pack I've created...
you will be able to colorzie your videos just like a pro.
All you need for the color grading to work...
is a plugin called "VisionColor LUT Plugin" and Sony Vegas 13 or above.
This includes all versions of Sony Vegas such as Movie Studio.
Look up the plugin on the internet and download it.
Then unzip the winrar file,
start the installation application as an administrator,
go through the setup,
accept the license agreement and enter the serial number.
After that the plugin will be installed.
Then you can unzip the winrar file onto your desktop that includes my color grading pack.
To load up one of the presets simply click on the "Event FX" icon on your video footage.
In the folder "FX" you will be able to see all effects that Sony Vegas has to offer.
Go through the list,
select the "VisionColor LUT Plugin" add it to your chain and hit "OK".
Now we are literally one click away from applying the color grading to your footage.
Hit the "Browse..." button,
locate the folder including my presets that we unzipped to the desktop,
select one of them and hit "Open".
Now you've succesfully applied one of my presets to your footage.
Now, these settings look amazing on their own,
but you can combine presets by simply applying another "VisionColor LUT Plugin" effect to the chain.
Also you can adjust the presets by adding other default effects like "Color Balance",
"Brightness and Contrast" and "Color Corrector".
So keep in mind these settings are truly beautiful cinematic color gradings but might not work on every project!
With that I would like to thank you for your attention and everyone that is interested in my cinematic color grading pack,
can get it now from the link in the video description.
Thank you for all your support,
for all the love and for being a part of this amazing community.
Love you guys,
until next time.
Peace.

BALL DES SPORTS 2019 - Ich treffe Deutschlands erfolgreichste Sportler - Duration: 13:58.
Actually, I'm pretty excited
Here we go
I'm sure that's kick-ass
It was a pleasure
Can you play some music?
Gangster rap, maybe?
Good night, friends of cultivated competitive sports
Welcome back on my YouTube channel
I'm in Wiesbaden today
as there is Ball of Sports tonight
This event is organized by the "Sporthilfe" foundation
And we are trying to figure out
who or what is the Sporthilfe
and what's behind it
and we'll clarify what these big events
like Ball of Sports actually are for.
So, stay tuned.
About half an hour
all the guests will arrive here
and I'll take you with me
looking behind the scences
and trying our best to answer this question.
So, stay tuned!
Enjoy!
Alright, the trigger has pulled
Some people have already arrived
the first invited guests
and I figured I'd wait for the athletes
to capture some athletes voices
A very good evening to you
Who are you and who has invited you?
Good evening
I'm Andreas Hofmann
I'm a track and field athlete
I'm a javelin thrower
and last year I won the German Championship
got Vice-European Champion
and I won the Diamond League
and yes my silver medal at Europeans has brought me here
Okay, so, Vice-Europa
It's not your first time here, right?
How was it the last few times?
What impressions did you remember?
You're right, I was here for the first time 4 years ago.
At this time the Ball of Sports
took place in the Kurhaus (spa building).
And last year I was here as an extra
I was acting as a track and field athlete
because last year the European Championships.
took place in Berlin
That's why I was here yesterday, too
and today I'm invited for the third time
It was absolutely a highlight for me the past two years.
It's always a pleasure to come here.
Great feeling, great athmosphere
Of course, only the big people attract me, somehow.
My next interview partner
well
Hello
Who are you and where did the invitation come from?
I'm Maximilian Planer
I'm part of Germany's eight
and I was able to win the World Champion title
with Germany's eight for the second time in a row
and that's why I'm here
Well, these guys are pretty successful
I'm a little jealous.
But you've earned it.
I mean, you're amazing,
there's no question.
This is not your first time here, right?
How is the feeling when you get invited here
and what do you remember?
It's just a one-time thing-
If I remember correctly,
I got my first invitation in 2015.
I thought: Okay, maybe I'll never come back here
so I have to enjoy it completely.
It's really just a one-time event the Ball of Sports.
And every time you manage to get invited again,
for me it's now the third time,
you're even more happy
because you already know how great it was.
It's simply an awesome day, a great night
Absolutely.
By the way, I know Max from
the "C-license" training course at the Bundeswehr.
I taught him in how to squat properly.
I think that was the piece of the puzzle...
You have to put it this way...
Do you agree?
Absolutely!
Your technique training has certainly brought out a few percents.
I didn't tell him that before, he said it all by himself.
Who are you and where did the invitation come from?
Alright, my name is Alexander Wieczerzak
I'm judo World Champion
and I got invited by the Deutsche Sporthilfe.
Again, a worlds medal
Well
It's not your first time,
yes,
we don't have to keep this as a secret.
We know each other pretty well.
we're friends somehow
We did our basic training at the German army
and that brings people together.
Unfortunately, I had to change my for a Sporthilfe badge.
Alex, you're not here for the first time.
Right.
What do you remember from the past Ball of Sports ?
Many VIP's,
The very best athletes from all around Germany
are gathering today
at the Ball of Sports
Actually, you meet anybody.
Alright, my former boss, so to speak.
Mr. de Maizière
Obviously, I can skip the question about who you are.
But maybe we can start with a short introduction, anyway.
I'm Thomas de Maizière,
member of the German parliament,
I was Minister of the Interior and therefore also minister of sports
I'm curator of the Deutsche Sporthilfe
and for some time chariman of the ethics commission
of the German Olympic Sports Federation
For many years a regular guest at this ball
For me it is the most beautiful ball of the whole year
and that's why I'm pleased to be here with my wife again.
Actually, I wanted to start with the joke
that I'm only picking taller people again
but...
Lena Gercke has gotten a little smaller now.
The Sporthilfe is known to be in time
so, everyone is sitting in the hall behind me
and there will be a nice show, some good food and drinks
and afterwards...we'll see.
And so many sponsors ensure
that the ball takes place the way it does.
Kudos!
Here are all the exhibitors
and supporters of the Sporthilfe
and there is also an active area
Many people also mean a lot of people being hungry.
And thats Mr. Lafer standing next to me.
He's responsible for making sure that the food tastes really good.
Mr. Lafer how often have you been here at Ball of Sports?
I guess, it's my 15th time here
I just wasn't there in the years when the ball wasn't here
but in the Kurhaus in Wiesbaden.
Otherwise I was always there.
Also in Frankfurt in those days.
I like being here, it's a wonderful event.
A bit of fun is a must!
Let's see how this guy fails here
Quite bad!
Slightly better.
Oh dear!
Are you happy with it?
Is that all?
What happened?
What happened?
I don't know!
You know,
I think the trick is to throw it from the bottom
not from above.
Because if I throw from above
I can directly buy a new shirt and a new jacket.
Alright, Ladies and gentlemen, welcome today at
Sportdeutschland TV (German Sports TV)
My name is Eric Schneidenbach
and we are here today in the darts arena.
Max Lang wants to defend his title.
He holds his balls.
What's he doing now?
Oh for God's sake.
Such a retard, such a retard, he is such a retard...
Did I already mention that he is a retard?
Thanks.
I think the whole thing is fixed.
Very close but just barely.
Maybe I'll be also invited now to the Ball of Sports.
Alright, I could get someone else in front of the camera.
He's a representative of a company
which is new to the list of Sporthilfe supporters.
Now I'd like to ask you a few questions,
First of all...
Who are you?
What do you do?
And how do you get sponsor of the Sporthilfe?
And what made you become a supporter?
My name is Joachim Müller,
I'm sales director of the Allianz
and simultaneously responsible for Allianz Versicherungs-AG.
And when I was young I did lots of sports.
And the values sports encourage like
meritocracy
and team spirit
also, have enormous importance for me in society.
These values are also important for success of our company
and that's why we decided to support German top class athletes.
We are pleased to not only them as a insurer
but also as a sponsor.
These are actually the best conditions to be a sponsor.
What sport did you do?
I played soccer,
and tennis.
But I retired early and took care of my career.
In my opinion elite sport gives a lot to our society.
Especially, Olympic sports are close to my heart
because during Olympic Games everyone is excited
and supports the German team.
And in the following 3 years after the games
a lot of disciplines are disappeared.
To us it's important to take care about all those athletes
and to provide better training conditions for them.
Maybe Germany will be the winner of the Olympic Games nations ranking again in the future.
We'd like to contribute to this.
As I already told you in the beginning,
we'd like to answer the question
what's Sporthilfe, what's the Sporthilfe doing,
what's behind it.
And now I've got a specialist.
That's Thomas.
Well, I guess Thomas can answer our questions.
Maybe you can start by introducing yourself.
What are you responsible for in the Sporthilfe
And afterwards I'd like to know what's Sporthilfe.
Yes, I'm Thomas Gutekunst,
and I'm responsible for sponsorship of the athletes
or rather for spending all the money.
Well, you're the specialist...
What's Sporthilfe?
On the one hand, the Sporthilfe is supporting
all top-class athletes as well as all the young top talents
We're providing financial support
and we are helping them to have a successful start into their professional careers.
There are a lot of different programmes
like mentorship programmes
or internships, etc. with a lot of companies.
One of the feedbacks we get from the athletes is,
I don't know what you think about it
that we provide a perfect combination of
supporting financial but also with their professional career.
This is the package we offer for olympic and paralympic athletes.
That's how we make it possible for them
to compete on a high-level, on a world-class level.
Yes, financial support is absolutely a good thing.
but at some point you start thinking
about retirement and professional career.
Therefore your programmes offer a really good opportunity.
Now we are here at Ball des Sports and everything is still underway.
What's behind such an event?
What happens there?
There is madness behind it.
That's what I think every year.
And I'm always wondering: Is it worth it?
Yes, it is.
For us, it's the most important day of the year.
The sporthilfe redeems approximately three quarters of a million.
This day is a meeting of the big sports family in Germany
All the sponsors of the Sporthilfe are coming and
supporting all the athletes again on this special day.
And thus they ensure that you can do your sport like this.
Definitely an awesome event.
So this is where a lot of the money is raised
which is then given to the athletes.
Thanks, Thomas.
See you soon.
Actually, we were able to answer the question
what Sporthilfe is.
But I'd like to summarize everything
because we talked to a lot of people
and we've collected so much video footage.
But we found out the most important thing today
Sporthilfe is just a sponser of athletes
it's just a great institution.
Especially for athletes not having that much financial support
If you like the idea of
supporting top-class athletes and also talents
just check the link in the video description.
If you are in good mood, you're absolutely doing a good thing.
By the way, that's Jan Delay
Maybe I'll have a drink.
But I think it will just be a glass of water.
I hope you liked it!
If yes: Thumbs up.
If not: Thumbs up.
Tell your grandpartents
about my trip to Ball of Sports.
And hopefully they now know we're to spend their money.
Not only their grandchildren.
Have a good night!
See you soon!

Irlanda | Cómo conseguir trabajo Parte 2 - Duration: 7:11.
Many people ask me how is the job market here in Ireland,
They ask me questions like:
What do you need to get a job?
What is the level of English you need?
What kind of employment can you get there?
Is it easy to get a job or not? etc., etc.
As I keep receiving those questions,
I have decided to make this video about the job market in Ireland part 2
Sharing my experiences
with all of the people
that as well as me
embrace a new journey.
Welcome to my channel.
Hi guys, I'm Frankie and welcome once again to my channel.
As I said at the beginning of the video,
Today I will be talking about the job market here in Ireland.
Many people keep asking me how easy it is to get a job, what they need, etc., etc.
but sometimes it is difficult to answer because each experience is different, each person is different
and the knowledge or work experience that a person has will be different from another person,
so I have to clarify many things
because it is true, here in Ireland, especially in Dublin and in other cities such as Cork or Galway
which are other important cities, there are many job offers
but ... is it hard to get a job?
That question is difficult to answer because as the saying goes: every head is a world...
and each person is different.
Everything will depend on the work experience and the luck that each person has
because, for example, if you come as a student and come to study English...
you can have very good or intermediate English in your country of origin
but when you get here, things are going to be a little different.
Obviously I know that students have to save a lot of money
to be able to come to study English here in Ireland
and what they need is to save money but, the cost of living here in Ireland, especially in Dublin, is high
and one of the priorities is to get a job
but I'll assure you, you're not going to get a job the first month.
First, because you have to get the student visa
to request the appointment to apply for it can take ... I do not know, several days, several weeks,
Depending on how the system is: if they have appointments available or not,
after that you have to apply for the PPS Number
it may take another week to get an appointment
and then another week to get the PPS to your house
then it's going to take a little time to get your papers in order
and to start applying for jobs.
Then you have to know that the first month, month and a half, two months maximum...
they are going to be 'dead' months for you
because even though if you apply for jobs,
they are going to ask for your visa first and then the PPS Number to be able to pay your salary
so you have to keep that in mind
obviously, if you come as a student,
then you have to keep in mind that there are jobs that only students do
or people who can not work full time do
and also depending on your level of English, you are going to get a type of job or another,
So, you have to keep in mind that if you were a manager
or you had a significant position in your country of origin
maybe you're not going to get that here
First of all, because you are a student and a company is not going to hire you full time
because you can not work full time
and they will not want a manager who is only working part time, for example.
And what kind of jobs are there in Ireland?
Well, for students, as they are part time,
there are jobs in hotels, like cleaning ... cooking, there are jobs in restaurants, in food factories ...
there are jobs in fast food restaurants, there are many jobs!
but keep in mind that you are going to have to start from scratch.
And what happens if you do not come to study English?
because you can come from Latin America or somewhere else but you can have an EU passport.
Well, it's a little different because obviously you have no limitations to work here
and you can work full time.
However, the level of English you have will greatly influence the position to which you are going to apply
or the kind of job you're looking for
because you can have the passport and you can have money, and you can have the experience
but if your English is intermediate and companies are looking for advanced English speaking person
then that's where you're going to be in trouble
because if that is your case and you are applying for a job or an important position in a company
then your level of English has to be advance, don't you think?
because not all people are going to want to help you
or not all people will help you make a report, for example.
Something that we have to consider:
I know that in Latin America, the position that you have is important ... here the Ireland is not,
because in Ireland, you can have a position ... let's say, for example, accounting assistant
and you can be doing many things that maybe in your country has another name
so here what matters is what you do in the job and the job description
more than the name of the position.
For example, if you work in the IT sector in Ireland
and you are in a company, and you have the position of engineer level 1,
in that company you can be doing A, B and C but those activities in another company can be
or correspond to an engineer level 3, e.g.
then, the name of the position does not matter but what you're doing
and that's what you have to take into account
you have to change the chip and leave that thing about the name of the position behind,
that's in Latin America, here in Ireland it's different
and what I can recommend is to start looking at
the websites we use to find jobs
Anyway, I will leave the links here below in the description
and start to see what kind of work you have in your country of origin
and which is the position that matches the most here according to the description.
I hope this video clarifies many of your doubts and that it helps you a lot
Anyway, if you liked the video you already know what you have to do:
click the Like button below,
click on the bell so that YouTube notifies you every time I upload a video,
subscribe to the channel ... that's very important,
also share this video with all your friends
and leave all your comments and questions below.
Until next time!
And if you liked this video, but you have not seen my previous video yet,
What are you waiting for? it's the one that appears here above
and if you're looking for more content,
you will like this video in which I'm already working on.
Until next time!

How sentiment analysis lets you find out what your customers like (and dislike) | #ChiaExplains - Duration: 5:58.
Sentiment analysis is one of the cornerstones of social media analysis - and it is key
to helping you understand your customers better.
But what should you analyze to find out what your customers like?
I'm Chia and I'll be explaining this inside this video.
Hey, it's Chia from Brand24, and today I want to talk about sentiment analysis and
how it can help you find out, just, what your customers like.
So, just in case anybody's wondering 'what is sentiment analysis' in the first place,
let's start by answering that question.
Sentiment analysis is about taking digital text (like customer reviews, threads in discussion
forums, on blogs or social media - things like that) and then classifying it as positive,
neutral or negative.
It's a type of emotional artificial intelligence - or Emotion AI - so you can also analyze
other feelings like fear, joy or love.
But in terms of basic business and e-commerce needs (finding out what your customers like)
- it's enough to focus on positive, neutral and negative sentiment.
So what does sentiment analysis show us, exactly?
Well, I mean, a lot - if you look at the context of text with positive sentiment, you can see what
customers like about your product, and oftentimes, they'll also tell you how you can make it
better for them - like with more sizes & colors to choose from.
And feedback with negative sentiment is just as valuable!
So, let's say a customer has a bad experience with your service and leaves a really negative
review for your company, like Mary here on Yelp, where everybody can see.
Now, ideally, you're already tracking your customer reviews, so you'd find out about
this as soon as it was posted, and deal with it BEFORE it got over 1500 votes - seriously
hurting your brand reputation.
You can't always make a bad review online go away, but the key is to find it before
it gets out of hand, and then you can decide how to take action.
Like with an apology, maybe a voucher, and in some cases, a really strong defense.
Basically, sentiment analysis is exactly what you need to help you find out what your customers
like and dislike.
But, unless you're doing general market research, then first you need to have something specific
to analyze.
And if you want to find out what your customers like - or dislike - then that something is
going to be customer feedback.
So I'm going to show you 4 simple ways to get customer feedback, plus a couple free
tools that you can use for this.
One way to get customer feedback is by creating surveys or questionnaires.
You've probably taken a survey yourself at some point (I know I have), and there's
a good chance that it was powered by SurveyMonkey.
This is a great tool for creating customer surveys, and it's not the only one - there's
also SurveyAnyplace - which is a similar tool for building surveys, and they also have some
interactive features that you can incorporate to make your survey experience a little more
interesting.
You can share surveys on your company's social media channels or embed one in a blog
post.
Share it wherever you can to get as many responses as possible.
And e-mail is another way to get customer feedback.
This is a pretty good one since with the right copy, you can make it feel personal, even
if it's an automated message - and it's not very intrusive.
So, as long as you're not pestering your clients with an e-mail every single day, and
assuming you have a good open rate - you're not landing in too many Spam folders - then
your customers will see your message.
And if they want to, they'll respond at their own convenience.
Plus, you can also stick a survey inside an e-mail.
So, a 3rd way to get customer feedback is, of course, face-to-face.
You may or may not have many chances for this, but if you attend a conference, or host a
meet-and-greet on a smaller scale, then you can talk to your customers in person.
And if you get a good conversation going, this is a good opportunity to find out what
they think about your company and your product.
Now, the 4th way is, I think, the most laid back way to get customer feedback - and this
is by monitoring online mentions of your company.
So, I'm all about taking up as little of other people's time as possible - at least,
when it comes to getting customer feedback.
And, monitoring mentions of your brand is one way that actually requires NO engagement
with your customers at all!
(I know how this sounds - and I promise, I do actually like people!)
But another important benefit of social media monitoring, is that with some monitoring tools,
sentiment analysis is automatic.
Like with Brand24 - not only will it collect your customer feedback from all over the Internet
- that's from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, discussion forums, review sites like TripAdvisor,
Google Reviews, Yelp, in blogs - and a bunch of other places - Brand24 also ANALYZES that
feedback for positive, neutral and negative sentiment - automatically.
So you don't have to look for customer feedback and manually analyze it for sentiment - you
can focus on the CONTEXT of their feedback and the best ways to apply it to your brand.
So, this was just a general look at sentiment analysis and how it helps you find out what
your customers like, but if you're really curious about sentiment analysis as a topic
and you want to learn more about how it works - there's a great book that you can check
out.
Kris, our research & development guy at Brand24 - who is also our resident expert on sentiment
analysis - recommended it to me.
It's called "Sentiment Analysis: Mining Opinions, Sentiments and Emotions" by Professor
Bing Liu of the University of Illinois at Chicago.
And Professor Liu is actually one of the first people to have created a sentiment analysis
algorithm, so it's coming straight from the source.
I learned a lot from the book when I was researching the topic, and found it interesting, so you
can check that out if you want to learn more about sentiment analysis!
And that's it for now - if you have any questions, just let me know in the comments
section below.
Or you can also give me YOUR feedback on what you want to hear about.
And if you found this video helpful, feel free to like, share and subscribe to our YouTube
channel - where I will be explaining all things related to social media & digital marketing.
Thanks for watching - I hope you learned something useful - and I'll see you next time.
Bye!

My Everyday Makeup Look 2019! - Duration: 9:16.
Hey guys, it's me grace. Welcome back to our Channel today in this video
I'm gonna be showing you guys my everyday makeup routine for school
2019 it has changed for the past two years
You know these changes every year so I thought you know what I might as well show you guys my makeup routine
once again, and I'm also going to be showing you guys my
Makeup collection soon. So be ready for that
So before we get into this video, don't forget to comment like this video and subscribe
Down below and turn on our post notifications. So you never miss a post. So without further ado. Let's get started
so before I
Start my makeup routine. I always like to use a
primer, this is the
Rimmel London stay matte mattifying makeup primer and I love this stuff. This stuff is amazing
So I'm gonna go ahead and prime my face
Okay. So while my primer is drying I like to go ahead and get my Beauty Blender and then
sometimes I fill in my eyebrows, but I'm just gonna be taking this spoolie and this is from
ELF and I'm just going to UM
Brush it out. I like to do this every single time while I'm waiting for
My primer to dry
If you guys want like a full-on glam look
Um comment down below and I will make sure I'll do that because normally on day to day basis
I don't like to wear eyeshadow and contour and bronzer and all that
So I'm just keeping it simple. This is my natural
look, so
Yeah, so I always um for foundations I go back and forth between two but so far I'm in love with
The FISC ins formula foundation. This is like my number one
Favorite so far
This one the covergirl one. I used to love this one
and
yousuf iskcon's formula
foundation and I'm gonna be taking my
NYX
professional
Foundation brush and I absolutely love it. So I'm gonna go ahead and apply my foundation to the
Make up brush and I love how this has a pump and it just saves
so much time and I'm not like wasting a bunch like this may look like I put a lot on but honestly,
It's not because once I blend it out with a Beauty Blender
It will look much better and always blend it down to the neck
So it doesn't look like you have a two different color skin
Yeah
So now that's done. I like to take my
Damp Beauty Blender and just go ahead and get rid of all the extra
foundation
Lines from my makeup brush
There we go. Okay, so I go
Back and forth between two concealers. I have a bunch of concealers. Um
But this one I absolutely love it's the Born This Way
By Too Faced and this concealer is amazing. I love it. I like to use this one when I'm wearing my physicans formula
Foundation and I like to use my Mac concealer
for my covergirl one
So when I use my physicans formula one, I like to take the Too Faced
concealer because
Just to lighten it up a little bit so I find that even though this is like one of the lightest shades of foundation
Um, it still looks a little dark on me. So I like to light you end up with the Too Faced concealer, and I absolutely
Love it
And
Comment down below or take the poll if you guys want more makeup videos because I find that they're fun to do
And then it just gives me something to do and more like makeup
More YouTube video ideas and always been sure you use the tip for like underneath your eye
But go very lightly
Okay next I like to take
This is the Maybelline New York fit me loose finishing powder in the shade
Fair light number 10 and I love this stuff. I like to put this into my eyes then
I've been taking my I need to know how to pronounce
This name so not even gonna attempt and I like to use this kind of brush
for underneath my eye, and I'd like to take a little bit and
just do it like that and then tap off the excess and
Then fine it gives a beautiful like finished. Look. I love this. This is like my favorite kind of look right now
because of how pretty it is and it's just
then I'm gonna be taking a
Lot of makeup brushes guys
So many
Then I'm gonna be taking my Rimmel London stay matte mattifying loose powder
I don't like putting this underneath my eyes because I find it gives it a bit of a flash back to it
So I just have to put this over around my face
See I don't mind these loose powders, but there's pretty messy
Eyes you guys to tell I don't put this one underneath my eyes because I already did put powder in my eyes
Okay
Umm
What I like to do for highlight if I want like a pop I like to use to highlight
This one it's from my new highlight we make a palette that I got
From Christmas. It's the Sephora
black it's from
Sto chanted enchanting colors palette and it's so pretty
So what I like to do is I'd like to take
This highlighter here
and
Then take my ELF highlighter
and do that because I find that this highlighter in this palette doesn't really
Show up if I don't use it to highlighters, but I like how they're kind of the same thing. So
Yeah, oh yeah and this is the Sephora fan brush here and I absolutely love it
Okay, so then after I always like to use my NYX matte finish
Setting spray and I love the stuff as well
and then my another favorite, um
Mascara is the L'Oreal Paris volume is original
Hmm and I like how it's not super thick like the elf mascara fine
so if you're like wearing eyeshadow, I would recommend the elf one because it fun he gives
like a
dramatic kind of look
If you're going for that
so
There's that after my mascara. I like to take this brush here and I'll choose this end and kind of get rid of
The clumps, I mean sometimes I have a lot sometimes I don't
But that is it quick and easy and normally takes me about ten minutes in the morning to get ready if I'm doing this look
Maybe 15 minutes, but if I'm doing like a full-on glam look it normally takes me about a half an hour
so yeah, I take the poll if I should do more makeup videos and
if I should do my
glam look so
Yeah, I know this videos kind of look. Whoo. I know um
But I hope you guys enjoy this video. Don't forget to comment like and subscribe down below and I'll see you guys next week. Bye

Don't Rush to the Rescue | Lane Igoudin - Duration: 1:25.
I feel that I helped my teen spiral out of control
by trying to be their friend.
My teen would do something outrageous
and I would respond instantly run to get them out of trouble,
the same way I would run to a toddler who tripped on a playground.
In retrospect, I can see that this is exactly what my teen wanted:
not the friendship, but the rescue.
My teen wanted me to get between them and their problems,
instead of facing them themselves.
Adolescence is the time when teenagers need to
split off from their parents to become independent people,
to stand on their own feet, to learn to live independently.
So how can they do that
if they continue to depend emotionally so much on us?
So here are some difficult questions to ask yourself:
Have I tried to be my teen's confidant?
Have I bought into their manipulation?
Have I responded with eagerness and care to their lies,
or to their outrageous behavior?
Because if this is how I've been acting around my teen,
I need to stop it.
I need to change my behavior.
Otherwise, I'm just adding fuel to their drama.
