[ENG/日本語] 요리만 엄청 한 일본 일상 브이로그 (페퍼런치, 수플레팬케이크, 타코야끼) - Duration: 27:00.

Sunday, January 27th

Since I am tired after I got back home from my trip, Usually, I order some food for delivery.

I ordered Domino's Pizza this time.

My favorite pizza is Hawaiian pizza.

I'm getting some food delivered from supermarket.

This is Granola.

This is Whole-grain bread.

This is a canned corn.

And banana.

Baby leaves.

Cooked green onion.

This is pork which I'm going to use for tomorrow's breakfast.

This is low fat milk.

This is normal milk.

This is Caspian sea yogurt.

Usually, I eat normal yogurt, so sometime I want to eat Caspian sea yogurt, so I bought it this time.

This is cheddar cheese.

This is frozen blueberry.

I wanted to buy normal one, but there was only frozen one.

Broccoli.

Cherry tomatoes.

This is kimchi which I always buy.

Lastly, these are eggs.

There are many kinds of strawberries. I chose the sweetest one.

There is written explanation of strawberries on the board.

Actually, I have to cut the butter at room temperature, but I'm hasty. I can't wait to cut it.

The butter is hard because It has not melted yet.

Eventually, the cutter was bended.

I'm making lunch.

I wanted to make Pepper Lunch for a long time, so today I'm cooking it.

It is delicious as rice burns a little.

The meal is easy to make, but it was so delicious!!

Dessert is strawberry.

I bought ice cream at the supermarket.

The taste is Kinako. Note : Kinako is soybean flour.

There is real cream.

You can use as it is.

After washing the mint and dehydration, you can freeze it.

It looks better than expected.

Flip it over and bake it again.

This pancake looks like being sold at a restaurant.

Indian Heroes of PUBG | Episode 4: 8Bit_Thug | Animesh Agarwal - Duration: 7:26.

When we went to Thailand and won the last game in the six-game round

That moment was just like when Dhoni smashed a six off the last ball in the 2011 World Cup

This was our unforgettable moment

8bit_Thug is a professional PUBG mobile gamer

He's also a streamer and a visionary...

...a man with plans

Who wants that, five years down the line,

if any child goes to his parent and asks

'I want to make a career in mobile gaming'

I want to ensure that parents don't have second thoughts about it

So that's what I envision right now

I never expected that Indians would get an opportunity like this

For 3 years I have seen a lot of people going and doing it

But when Indians got a chance to participate for the first time, I was very overwhelmed.

So Jayzii is knocked out and Thor and Mafia are outside the house

Goon has been killed

It's a 2 versus 1 situation right now

It's 8bit vs EVOS. What is going to happen?

Can India win the match?

He shot him! Winner winner chicken dinner!

It just gives me goosebumps

It was a fantastic moment

Those two days, wearing the Indian flag with pride

It was something else

There is going to be a PUBG mobile India series which has already been announced

With a prize pool of 1 crore rupees

In 2018 they announced that there will be a PUBG professional tour 2019

They didn't provide any details, they just released the trailer

But the way PUBG creators usually work is...

... that those who win the national championship get invited for international tournaments

So basically it's one thing leading to the other.

But since they made a lot of promises, that 2019 is going to be really big

And if I am not wrong, I am pretty sure that

there will be at least 2-3 tournaments in India this year

There will be an International Grand Final which I think should happen by the end of 2019.

Because internationally, they will not have 2 tournaments for 1 game

There is always one World Championship in a year

So PUBG mobile will work the same way

So I think this will be our roadmap

Teams will have to win matches and keep progressing to ensure a spot in the international tournament.

It's going to be a global event

And ultimately all the teams will be playing at the World Championship

They haven't announced it yet, but this is what will happen

Every game follows this suit

We have partnered up to start our own team

It was always my dream which I worked hard to make a reality

Then I met Mortal through the game

and both of us shared the same vision

that we should have our own team.

So we partnered up, just to provide opportunities to our friends in the game

who have great gaming skills

So that they need not worry about other things in their life and just focus on gaming

and we take care of other things for them.

We have a lot of plans for 2019

both for ourselves and for the community.

And as the year unfolds a lot of good news and announcements are going to come out.

We will try our best to help the community

We will make sure to keep an eye out for skilled players

and that person is getting recognised in the community

The process I followed to own a team...

...it starts with registering your organisation

Fulfill all the procedures which are required to own a firm

After that you need to have legal contract with your players

In which both the parties are legally obliged, the contract is binding

You need to have a contract in which everything is mentioned

The salary you pay to your player, the kind of gear you will provide them

... the share you take from tournaments

These are the few aspects I'm sharing so people are aware

In case they plan to own a team

You provide them merchandise, set up opportunities to give interviews

You try to get them exposure

So there are a lot of things that entail owning a team

Outside India, team owners of big teams are not players, they're just businessmen

Right now the venture that i have got into...

I can connect better with players because I am a player myself

I play sitting next to them

I have never acted as an 'owner' with my players

They have the skills but they face difficulty convincing their parents

If they say they want to get into gaming, parent ask how it will benefit them

But if I back them, they can say 'I am part of an organisation now'

'I get a chance to represent India'

'I will get new devices'

'I will start giving interviews'

After that, their parents get interested

I am providing opportunities to many players

If PUBG team owners in India try adopting the Western culture

and think everything is professional

It doesn't work as India is in the nascent stage

We need to take care of each & every part of the e-sports team

You have to take care of them like they are your family

If we take any extreme step, the team could crumble

I would never want to say I own a team and have players under me

They are with me and we're on equal footing

I think an Indian team can win this year

I'm pretty sure one of the teams owned by Mortal and me, is definitely winning it for sure

I am saying it on record, 100% we will win

We have the best side and a beast-size setup for ourselves

This time it's all about India, for sure

Definitely

After struggling for 2 and a half years, the last six months have been super good

And I feel it is definitely now a career option for me

I have let go a lot of other plans for this

So i think it's a solid career option, but you need to be dedicated

Because it's something which has just been introduced in India,

you need to be very dedicated

It's not like school, where you just study what you have

You need to be creative, you need to keep exploring options

Nothing will happen if you sit idle

Play the game, talk to people, try to get to know the community

You need to be aware of your surroundings, so you can grab every opportunity you get

So you need to be aware of your surroundings

But it definitely is a very solid career option

The most important part is that, you won't get this kind of satisfaction with any other 9-6 kind of job

It's always going to be mobile e-sports, but we may expand to other consoles

But because it's mobile gaming, I always want to keep it to mobile gaming

These are the people who don't have the kind of privileges others do

I want to give them that privilege

And I want to make sure that if any Indian child

wants to tell his parents that he wants to do gaming full-time

I want to take the responsibility, that his parents won't say no to him

We want 8bit and TeamSoul to set an example

Royal UNREST: What Prince Philip did to Prince Charles that left him 'nervous for LIFE' - Today New - Duration: 3:06.

Prince Charles, the father of Princess Diana and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, is heir to the throne as the eldest child of Queen Elizabeth II

As Prince of Wales, Charles undertakes official duties on behalf of the Queen and the Commonwealth realms, as well as being a patron, president and member of over 400 charities and organisations

However, the 70-year-old had a running with his own father, Philip, when he was young, that has affected him for life, it has been claimed by a Royal Historian

Queen's going NOWHERE: Andrew Neil bashes royal evacuation claims Royal nicknames: Why do Royal Family members have so many nickname?  In 1962, the Duke of Edinburgh had his son attend Gordonstoun boarding school in the north-east of Scotland, noted for its especially rigorous curriculum

This move is said to have affected the Prince of Wales for life, it was revealed during Channel 5's "Paxman on the Queen's Children"

Historian Piers Brendon claimed during the series: "The Duke of Edinburgh thought 'Charles must be made a man of' and therefore he was sent away to Gordonstoun

"It really was an utterly brutal academy and the boys were horrible to him, they made slurping noises to indicate they were sucking up to him

"He had no human contact in the place and it was so unpleasant he lost confidence in himself

"He became this twitching, neurotic person that we know today – playing with his ring or fixing his collar and very nervous

"In 1966, Charles moved to Timbertop boarding school in Victoria, Australia, in what he later described as "the most enjoyable part of his education"

He left in 1967, with six GCE O-levels and two A-levels in History and French, at grades B and C respectively

Despite his relatively low grades, and against Royal tradition, Charles was admitted to Trinity College in Cambridge University where he studied anthropology, archaeology, and history

He graduated from Cambridge with a 2:2 Bachelor of Arts on 23 June 1970, the first heir apparent to earn a university degree

Introduction to Location Targeting - Google Ads in Under Two Minutes - Duration: 1:53.

Why do you need to ensure that your location targeting is on point?

Let's find out

Have you ever been cruising around the net and seen an ad for a service that is in a

city or area that you will never ever go to

that's the result of BAD location targeting

Location targeting is essentially a setting in your campaign that allows you to specifically

target the area that you want your ads to show up in

So if you're a local pizza joint and you're looking to target a certain set of suburbs

then you can use that setting to target your ads to those suburbs

If you don't you might be sending your pizzas all the way across town

Location targeting is extremely important because if someone is outside of your service

area, and they click on your ad not only have they spent your money for that click

But they've also got no chance of converting to a sale

I've got one more tip that nobody usually gives out, but first I need you to subscribe,

comment, and like below

So what is this tip?

As I said before, Googles targeting is not entirely accurate

So often what I'll do, is I'll expand location targeting to the entire city

but use the keywords to make it hyper specific so if I was looking for pizza in Fortitude

Valley for example, then my keywords would be,

"Pizza Fortitude Valley" targeting the entirety of Brisbane.

I hope you like this video, I've been Sam Fields, you've been awesome.

Comment, like, subscribe.

Healing Touch, Part 2 Reflexology - Duration: 3:47.

(relaxing music)

- Reflexology is just touching the

pressure points.

Each foot, there's seven thousand

nerve endings in your feet.

And whatever's on the left side

goes all the way to the head.

And whatever's on the right side

goes all the way to the head.

So you can touch different parts in there

and you could feel

if they have a stroke it's the top of the toes.

You know, if you want to use somethin'

to stimulate their head or somethin'

that's where you would do it.

Or you can see if something's out of balance

like the pituitary gland, that's right

in the middle of the toe, the big toe.

So you could feel one side,

and if it's sore on that side

you know there's something going on

but you can send energy and you can balance

the right to the left and that's what I do.

If I feel the energy is weak in one place

I will balance it with the other side.

- So the nerve endings come into the feet

and then each nerve ending,

depending on where it is in the foot,

is a pressure point that is connected

to a specific organ in the body, or gland in the body.

And so by stimulating that nerve ending

that will send messages from the nerve

back up to that particular organ.

- Yeah, right.

- And you can effect change through the feet.

- Through the feet, yeah.

- And to have your foot rubbed

or your feet rubbed is just amazing.

- That's like the side benefit.

- Right, that's like the side benefit.

So you can tell if someone's small intestine

is dysfunctional, whether their adrenal glands are depleted.

- Yeah you can feel it,

and then you can also do it on the body.

'Cause the kidneys are back here,

and the adrenal glands are here,

so sometimes if I think someone's

adrenals are bad, I can put my hand

under their back and stimulate that.

I send energy in.

- When you say you can feel it in somebody's

foot, what do you exactly feel?

- If something's out of balance

I can tell if it's weak, it just feels

like there's something there.

But what I really look for and feel

in the feet is it feels like little grit.

It's like little sand grit.

So if I'm going down, like say this part

of the foot is for the lungs, then if you

come down and you feel like there's something

there you can stimulate that in the lung area.

And then if I feel something that really needs

sometimes I use my Tibetan bowl.

- Ah, so then you'll bring out your Tibetan bowls.

- Because you can do healing with sound.

- So you incorporate a lot of things

into the session that you provide.

So is there any contraindication for reflexology?

Is there like a perfect patient,

or a patient that may not be a candidate?

- Or even a point that might be contraindicative for people?

- No, you can do pretty much anything.

I do ask people if they're on blood thinners.

'Cause then I don't press as hard.

I just want to make sure I don't...

But if they have anything like a DBT

I probably wouldn't work on them.

You know, something that I know--

- DBT meaning a clot in the leg, right?

- Clot in their legs.

And they might not know it.

So if I could feel--

- And with your nursing background you probably--

- I know the symptoms.

- key onto those red flags, right?

Which is just amazing that you have that background.

- Yeah 'cause you could assess somebody,

I look at their breathing,

if I think they're having apnea,

I will time it (laughs) and tell them

they need to go and have someone look at them

because sometimes people aren't aware

that they actually have apnea,

and you can tell by the color of them,

and looking at them and things,

and you just kind of see where things are

if they're having some health problems.

(relaxing music)

000: Welcome & Why With Shaina Weisinger | The Content Coalition - Duration: 4:35.

I'm Shaina, I love dogs,

I trip a lot and I happened to have a knack for making bad sleep videos for

businesses, but the more videos we made,

the more questions I got about how video and other content can be leveraged to

make a bigger impact in their marketing. I mean 44 percent of marketers say that

producing content is their biggest challenge.

Get content marketing is 62 percent less expensive than outbound and produces

three times more leads. Now I know a lot,

but I certainly don't know at all, so I made it my mission to talk with

content, kings,

Queens, and bosses to learn as much as I could

about crushing content marketing and I'm taking you along with me.

Welcome to the content coalition.

Hey guys, welcome to the content coalition.

I'm Shaina Weisinger. I just wanted to give you a short little

episode, explained to you kind of why I started

this video podcast and give you some background on me who I am and the types

of people that I want to make sure we're interviewing this season to make sure we

get tons of value for the amazing content creators out there.

So first of all, I'm Shaina.

I've been doing video production forever and ever.

Amen. Specifically for strategic marketing for

about six years now and one of the things that I kept hearing was a massive

pain point was a they needed help and their digital strategy would be like

taking existing content and repurposing it into all different types of content.

It's something that I consistently try to tell my clients like you have to a

have value based content and to be giving,

but you also need to be taking all this content you're spending time and money

creating and turning it into pieces that actually resonate on like social media.

Like when you go to post something on YouTube that's like long form and a how

to video. That doesn't really resonate with the

Facebook crowd, so helping them create a strategy that

actually implements taking the content that they worked on and turning it into

pieces that work across all the platforms.

So having done that, I was also telling them,

like, you need to be doing video podcasts just

like this, and the reason for that is because

generally speaking, it's all give content.

And so I had a lot of clients who were doing video podcasts and they were able

to give as much value as they could possibly fathom by interviewing people

who are like leaders in their industry and being able to offer that information

as a part of their give on their platform from their business or their

brand. I'm consistently to their audience,

which I thought was great, but again,

same issue, repurposing

was was a problem. So I decided to start Repurpose House

and that's literally all that we do. We just take video blog,

podcast content and we turn it into social,

sharable, amazing type like biteable pieces that

have all the things that they should have.

You know, the big,

bold text, the captions,

all of that fun stuff, but one of the things that I got really

passionate about was being able to teach people best practices of that.

So I want people to know, you know,

if I go to post something on Facebook, on the feed,

why is that different and why does it need to look different than if I posted

it on YouTube or if I go to post something on YouTube,

why is that different than what it needs to look like on my website?

And I think that educating people and teaching them best practices,

not only in repurposing their content but in content strategy in general,

um, is,

is a really exciting thing for me now.

It's really cool because I get the opportunity to teach three or speaking

or writing for brands like Digital Marketer business to community Podfest

Expo and tons more. We have so many lined up for this year.

It's pretty cool. We're literally giving away the farm on

how to do all this stuff because I think that knowledge is power.

Um, and you know,

we're obviously a resource for if you don't have the time to do it,

um, and you know,

we just know what we're doing and how to do it,

but we're happy to teach you along the way.

So I'm, I'm really excited about the content

coalition. It's my baby.

Um, we've interviewed some incredible

people. We've got,

you know, Dennis Yu is episode one,

so you're going to dive right into that one next.

We've got folks from Godaddy, Hubspot,

we've got like people who have crushed the content marketing game in ways that

like blew my mind.

So I'm just really excited to a learn for myself because now we're going to

implement a strategy, but then to also share so that you get a

chance to learn all the cool things that I got to learn and hopefully be able to

implement them in your strategy and, you know,

come on the show later and tell me how you just crushed your content marketing

strategy. So thank you for listening.

We're excited to have you subscribe and a welcome to the content coalition.
