So when Michael Jackson shows up on MTV,

they always sat on the couch to watch

even when they were doing some houseworks

They were such a fan that they stop by to watch one music video

I think it was <Billie Jean>

There was a song with strong performance

I just followed it after watching the stage

Michael Jackson's gesture, Moves, and dances

I followed his choreography

and when I became 13 years old

I started dancing in the dance club

That was the beginning of my interest in dance

Michael Jackson's concert video from MTV

was a big momentum for me to become a singer

If I pick one specific reason

When I was 16 years old,

I participated in the biggest

student-youth dance competition in Busan

with my friends who were on the dance team

But we kept failing to pass the competition when I was in grade 7 and 8

I guess we missed something

We did all the choreography ourselves

by watching the videos from SNS (Cyworld)

and I think the dance moves were not perfect

Later, when I was in grade 9, I became the leader of the team

I was so desperate to seize this chance that

we stayed up all night

Practicing for 19 hours

It was practice room or

home through all school break

We practiced that much

and we won the grand prize in the competition

And I also remember this story clearly because

my parents worried about me that period

Since I'm the youngest in my family

and they were worried

if I might go in the wrong direction in my life

Particularly

the adults had negative thoughts

about dancers at that time

and there were not many opportunities

for dancers than these days

But for the first time

I told them to come

and watch me dance

I went to the competition with my mom and dad holding hands

Luckily that was the day when we won the grand prize

From the next day,

my parents didn't worry about me

dancing and singing

it is the last single that we lifted as a single before the album.

It is also a track that sticks out a bit in my opinion. The verses are quite classic Blutengel and electro

but the chorus is, some people say, too Metal-like or whatever.

I think it is a very, very cool mix: The heavy, fast chorus and then very minimalistic verses.

Thematically it is, as the title says, about the Morningstar, Lucifer or the devil

and it is also about...it is like a story that I describe

someone who was raised, lets say, christian for all of his life

was always well-behaved and did what was expected from him, went to church and was religious

and one day says, okay, it didn't have any use for me, I now try - similar to the other song - I now try out the other side because

I think this is the right path for me.

This is the topic of this song. See also the vocal interplay between Ulli and me,

and you wonder: What did I do with my life? Could I live my life the way I wanted?

Could I reach the things that I resolved to do?

Am I satisfied? Sometimes there are interview questions such as: What should be engraved on your tombstone?

So this is the direction. About reflecting your life and wondering, hey, when I continue living my life this way

will I be able to say, Yes, it was good the way I did it

or would I prefer to accomplish something else?

If so you should do that in your lifetime

not when it is too late, and this is the topic here.

One day it will be over and then you can let yourself fall down calmly

because you know: Hey, I have accomplished everything that I wanted.

As already said, this is the last song on the album and for me it is a good ending for the full album

that unifies quite a few different styles, and here we have a calm, ballad-like finish for the album.

Everything in the world has two sides like a coin.

I don't mean to make it look nicer,

but if you're going to see it,

I just hope you'd see the both sides.

My parents say I was weird as a baby.

I cried all day with no reason,

and it was such a pain to my uncle who used to take care of me.

I didn't really care how people saw me.

I liked arcades and soccer the most,

and was a class captain, who was too troublesome to be loved by the teacher.

Then in my 12, my family became very poor.

It was then that I became quite calm and reserved,

and maybe because of that atmosphere, I don't have any photos of me until my high school.

There was one time I happened to see my mom crying at the kitchen,

and that's one of the few moments I can still clearly recall.

I was so surprised that I didn't know what to do.

But my dad, who was always out of home due to the long-term dispatch,

used to tell this to me.

"You have to take care of mom and brother."

At the age 12,

the world looked like a place where old people love you if you have good grades.

The only way to please my parents is me being a great person.

So, that became my biggest motivation to grab my pencil.

My mom told me she thought as a kid that Park Chung-hee was the forever president.

To me, it was funny to hear that.

Now 30 years later, I'll tell this to my kid.

"Kid, when daddy was a kid, the teacher told us you were no human if you didn't have good grades."

'Sky Castle' is a rule about success which has been orally handed down in the Korean society.

Some use connections, others take national test,

or via specialized jobs.

They all try their best to hand down the rule to their next generation.

All I wanted was just to be a good kid.

Then what does 'good kid' mean?

A 12-year-old kid, who didn't know anything, made a conclusion by himself that 'studying' is the answer.

That's because, even though I'm not those students in the show 'Sky Castle',

except that I was just looking from a different angle,

we were all living in a single place called 'sky castle'.

Sometimes I get empathetic for the kid, who was me.

But I've got no regrets for such past,

'cuz I simply wanted my mom to smile a little more.

Even if I go back

with no hesitation

I'll do the same thing.

LG's trio of mid-tier smartphones, Q60, K50 and K40 revealed ahead of MWC 2019 - Duration: 4:14.

LG has decided to steal the show this year and introduce its new mid-range smartphone lineup before the start of the Mobile World Congress 2019 trade fair

On top of that, the announcement went live before any other smartphone company could unveil any new products

Even so, LG's official reveal concerns a trio of mid-range Android smartphone, nowhere near as interesting as the other announcements that are about to commence later with the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Xiaomi Mi 9

LG K40In any case, LG has just announced three new smartphones today, the Q60, K50 and K40, which will be showcased at MWC 2019 between February 25 and February 28

Unfortunately, there is no information regarding pricing and availability in LG's announcement, so we'll just have to wait a few more days until the South Korean company figures it out and let the media know when and where these will be launched

These mid-range smartphones are just the appetizer, as LG has a bigger surprise for its fans

The company's flagship, the LG G8 will be revealed on February 24, although top-tier handsets will be unveiled on the same day, including the Nokia 9 PureView

All three LG mid-range phones have a few things in common – they come with large, high-quality displays and AI-powered functionality

They all include LG's HD+ FullVision displays, slim bezels and water drop cutouts (LG Q60 and LG K50)

Judging by their specs sheets, these phones are positioned in the upper bracket of the mid-range tier

For example, the LG Q60, K50 and K40 come equipped with powerful 2GHz octa-core processors

Solid mid-range specs, premium feelThe Q60 has a massive 6.26-inch HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio

The back side features a triple-camera setup (16MP+2MP+5MP), while the front side includes a 13-megapixel selfie camera

When it comes to memory, the LG Q60 packs just enough to be considered a standard mid-range phone: 3GB RAM and 64GB storage (up to 2TB)

A 3,500 mAh battery powers the LG Q60, which also features a fingerprint sensor on the back side

LG Q60 has MIL-STD 810 certification, which makes it water and dust resistant, but the same goes for the other two mid-range handsets revealed today

The LG K50 offers about the same specs as the Q60, but instead of a triple camera, the phone features a dual-camera setup (13MP+2MP) and just 32GB storage instead of 64GB

The rest of the specs are the same, including the large 6.26-inch display, 13-megapixel selfie camera, and massive 3,500 mAh battery

LG K50Last but not least, the LG K40 is likely to be the cheapest of the three, although it does retain some of their specs

For example, it's got the same powerful processor inside and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor

However, there is only 2GB RAM and 32GB storage inside, and a smaller 3,000 mAh battery

Also, the K40 sports a 5.7-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio, which lacks the (in)famous notch

Now, all three LG smartphones are supposed to offer top-notch sound thanks to DTS:X 3D Surround Sound technology that simulates a 7

1-channel surround system to make any content more immersive when playing games, streaming movies or listening to music

Also, LG mentions that each of these devices features a Google Assistant button and AI CAM for better images taken with the camera

Sadly, as mentioned earlier, LG has yet to reveal any details regarding price and availability, but if we were to guess, the most expensive of the three, the LG Q60 could cost around $350-$400, while the cheapest, the K40 might be available for purchase for $250

We'll update the story once we get more information on these important aspects.

北朝鮮の国会にあたる最高人民会議の代議員選挙が、来月10 に行われる。選挙と言っても、極めて形式的なものに過ぎな。選挙期間になると、町のあちこちに貼り出されるのは候補者のポターではなく、「全員が賛成投票しよう！」という奇異なものだ

投票は、候補者の名前がスタンプで押された投票用紙を投票箱入れるだけだ。反対票を投じるなら用紙にバツ印を書いて投票する、そんなことをしたらどうなるかは火を見るより明らかだ

下手をすれば公開処刑もありうる。そんな形ばかりの選挙だ、準備にはそれなりの費用がかかる。しかし、政府はその費用を有者に肩代わりさせている。咸鏡北道（ハムギョンブクト）のデリーNK内部情報筋によると、清津（チョンジン）、穏城（オンソ）、慶源（キョンウォン）など道内各地では、最高人民会議代議員挙の投票所の設置と、宣伝活動が行われている

清津市内の通りには投票を呼びかけるポスターが貼られ、学生ちは冬休み返上で投票所の清掃を行ったり、選挙の雰囲気を盛り上る歌を歌ったりしている。洞事務所（末端の行政機関）や学校など作られた投票所には国旗やスローガンなどが掲げられ、中央選挙管委員会の規定に従って様々な選挙用品が準備された

選挙を前にして人民班（町内会）では会議が行われた。そこで民班長（町内会長）が伝えたのは、「投票の有料化」とも言うべき況だ。「労働党は『人民の主権を守るべき政府が人民の懐からネを取って投票所を設置してもいいのか

人民にそんなものを要求するな』と指示した。しかし、金がないのどうやって投票所を設置するのか」（人民班長）人民班長は、らにこんな話も付け加えた。「（清津の）水南（スナム）区域住むある人は『主権の行使なのに何のカネが惜しかろう』と選挙管委員会に10万北朝鮮ウォン（約1300円）を寄付したらしい」横並び意識やプライドをくすぐってカネを出させようとする、当の常套手段だ

こうして、投票所を準備する費用として1500北朝鮮ウォン約20円）から2500北朝鮮ウォン（約32円）の募金が集めらた。大した金額ではないので不平不満が飛び出すこともなく、住民おとなしく支払った

人民班長はさらに、選挙管理委員に振る舞うコメと食事の提供も要。「募金のことは外部に漏らさないように」と念押しした。選は政治と関連することであるため、下手なことをすると政治犯になかねない

北朝鮮で、政治犯は最も重い罰を受ける。人々はそれを恐れておとしく従うのだ。「選挙と関連した問題で人民班長と口げんかどしたら、すぐに保衛部（秘密警察）が乗り出して政治的な問題にりうる

是非はともかく、素直に従う姿を見せなければならない」（情報筋実際、保安員（警察官）や保衛員（秘密警察）が人民班に頻にやってきて、選挙関連の会議に誰が出席したかをチェックするとう

また、選挙に際して、住民が登録した場所に住んでいるかどうのチェックも合わせて行われ、もし住んでいないことがわかれば、北者扱いされ様々な不利益がしょうじる。そのため、商売の理由で隔地に出かけている人も大慌てで帰ってくるとのことだ

PAKWAAN #153 - GAJAR KA HALWA | SPECIAL SWEET DELICACY - Duration: 4:21.

Take 1kg of Carrots and Shred them finely so that they look like this.

Take 2 litres of milk in a big kadhai/wok and heat it for a while.

Add 2 elaichi crushed in the milk.

After getting a little boil add the carrots in the milk

Now mix them a little

Let it heat for a while.

Now again the milk will start boiling.

Mix them again with a nice big spatula.

Add 10-12 Raisins(Kishmish) in it.

Again let it heat for sometime.

The milk will start to boil again at this stage.

After sometime of heating and mixing it continously you will notice that the halwa quantity is reduced.

After sometime it gets further reduced and it is time now to add 250gms of sugar in it.

Now mix the sugar well in the halwa.

Now after heating the halwa for sometime after adding the sugar it is time now for desi ghee to go in it. So add 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in it.

Serve it in a plate and garnish it with sliced almonds , sliced cashewnuts or any other nuts of your choice.

Inbetweenisode 13.5 | From 'New Futures' to 'Coordinating with Precision' - Duration: 9:08.

Kari Grainger: Welcome back to The Leadership Impact.

My name is Kari Grainger.

I'm joined by Paul Adams and this is our in between esode, in between new futures and

coordinating with precision.

So what does that mean?

That means that we just ended a mini series in which we looked at what does it take to

really create a new future in that we started the series with saying no, how are we going

to say no?

What do we need to say no to in order to make space for new future?

We then get into the components of a new vision.

You know, what does it take to really create a vision that people are engaged in?

We looked at the inevitable how do you work with a resigned team or you know, just unproductive

or I don't even like to say unproductive, but negative moods that people have fallen

into.

How do you deal with that when creating a new future?

Kari Grainger: We looked at how our listening can really have an impact on what is said

and what's possible.

And then we looked at how do you sustain a vision?

So all of that was in our new future series, mini series.

And now we're about to launch the next mini series, which is about coordinating with precision.

So once you create a future, then what we'll find out is you have to take action to manifest,

to bring about that future, to achieve that future.

Kari Grainger: And in this mini series that we're getting into, we're going to take a

look at the medium that leaders use.

Artists have all sorts of mediums.

Leaders have the medium of language.

So how do we use our language to coordinate with precision?

Kari Grainger: So Paul, anything you have to say about moving from our new futures mini

series into our mini series, around precise coordination with others?

Paul Adams: You know, I think one of the first things that jumps out to me is when we talked

out in new futures, we're talking about how to create a new future.

We started with saying no.

I was recently at a conference where somebody said something that I thought was so pointed

and spoke directly to that episode, which is you'll be better known for what you decline

than for what you accept.

Kari Grainger: Oh, interesting.

Paul Adams: And that in our future that we're creating, one of the things we have to do

is create capacity.

We have to create space or there is no room to design the compelling vision.

There is no room to transform the resigned team.

There is no space to really listen to people because you're just thinking about what you're

going to do next.

And certainly then no room left for coordinating with precision, which is where we're going.

Paul Adams: So the thing that I think is brilliant about how you and your team have designed

the content we're going over is we're literally creating like these Russian nesting dolls

where one is required for the next one to fit well without it rattling around on the

inside.

that if we can take each one in steps, they actually nest together really nicely and there

isn't a lot of rattle because things are working well.

Paul Adams: So that's kind of the first thing that jumps out to me as we review where we

were and where we're going next is how much it really is important.

So if you didn't, going back to the saying no episode, if you didn't take that one seriously

and started declining some stuff, that might be a great one to go back to just as you branch

into the next series.

Kari Grainger: Yeah, I think I have to go back and listen to that.

Just looking at my calendar currently.

Paul Adams: Yes, yes.

That's like I'll never forget when somebody said something to the effect of like look

at your actions.

That's what you're committed to, not what you say.

And the guy says, he got up to the microphone, he said, you know what I realized is I tell

her, but I'm committed to being a great shape and doing a triathlon.

What I seem to be actually committed to you based upon my actions is chicken wings and

beer.

And that there was some declines that needed to happen in that man's life for the triathlons

to become a reality.

And I think there's probably declines that have to happen in our organization for what

we want to build for the future to be possible.

Kari Grainger: Absolutely.

And in our lives.

Because my husband is so cool, he listens to our podcast and he loves it and he takes

notes and it's just so great.

And so what happens is we get to talk about these things and, and it's so great because

it holds me accountable.

So he said Kari I love the episode on no, and I'm gearing up, I get to tell somebody

no today.

And I thought, oh boy, he knows.

He knows that I talked about no, right.

And this is the man who really knows my calendar.

So I've had to start to, not had to, but I've gotten to elevate my awareness of what I'm

saying yes to and what I'm saying no to.

And I've really taken on again the practice of no it feels really good.

Kari Grainger: There's an empowerment that's really happened and a sense of being the author

of how things go the more I practice no.

And it turns out that I can say no in a way that's really honoring of the other person.

And I think when we get to that place, that's one of the critical tools in creating space,

as you've said.

Kari Grainger: As you were going through, you had just said your overview of what we

covered.

What stood out to me was how many places as we spoke about new futures, what we were really

talking about is creating space.

Whether it be in the say no or creating space in validating and creating space in the moods

for a new future, creating space just in the way we listen.

Kari Grainger: And so I wonder if part of being a masterful leader is being masterful

at creating space.

Paul Adams: Yes.

Yeah, I think so.

And certainly you've got to have space for whatever your next level of performance is

going to be.

You maybe don't need space if you're like no, this is pretty good.

Like I just stay busy and stay in this role and this level of income and atrophy will

eventually erode your value in the marketplace.

But at least you'd be present to the fact that I'm actually really happy here.

But I think that could be, you know, I'm constantly looking for the rubric that people can walk

away with.

This next week could be do you have space for your future?

Might be a good question to ask.

Is the future you've kind of envisioned, have you given yourself enough space in your calendar?

Maybe it would be the easy check, but in your life period to even get near that future.

Kari Grainger: Yeah.

I've had to make some really tough decisions myself this year.

And it's around space.

When I look at my calendar, this episode is for me, by the way, so have to go back and

listen to it again.

And I've said no to some things that I've been pretty excited about and it's just starting

to tell the truth about the space for it.

Kari Grainger: As we move into coordinating with, with precision and the action, we're

going to talk about making clear requests, making clear promises.

How do we coordinate with others?

And I even think about the promises that I've left people with.

Not a promise in the way we'll speak about but more like the idea of the promise that's

coming.

Paul Adams: I've left them under the impression I might do that.

Kari Grainger: Right.

And they're hanging on and they're ready.

And what's required in order to fulfill on that promise is to make the space and then

to really put it in time and in specific actions and coordinate in the way that we'll be speaking

about.

Paul Adams: That's so good.

Well, I don't think it can be said much better than that, Kari.

I think everybody's going to, in a good way, gobble up coordinating with precision, especially

on the back of the kind of feedback we've gotten about creating new futures, that when

we talk about coordinating with precision because you got very ambitious future, it's

going to take a team to get there.

And if you can't coordinate with precision, it often feels like that team is a waste of

time, money, effort, everything because I could just do it on my own.

But that's only true if that vision isn't very big.

Paul Adams: So I think people are excited about the upcoming series and I certainly

am excited for us to get the feedback that we get from our listeners and understand what

people are getting out of it.

Wash the tea cup again and make a cup of Twinings Lady Grey tea.

Luii heard the sound of tearing the tea bag ，he arrived immediately.

Go for tea.

Milky the little Princess, she cutely stays under the table when I was making tea.

Eat alone at Friday afternoon.

Cook noodles.

Green bean, corn, shrimp.

mushroom.

I chose the spaghetti No. 3, which is very similar to the taste of the Chinese noodles.

Dried chili.

A spoonful of garlic vinegar.

Just fried sesame seeds.

Put on hot oil.

The finished chili oil keeps boiling and bubbling.

Cook the noodles, add a spoon of freshly prepared chili oil, time to eat.

The little Princess Milky. Love her.

Alois went home in the evening , his menu was pasta with Pesto.

Cut the tomatoes , put in Pesto.

Sprinkle with parsley and finish.

Luii went into the towel and played with Milky.

另外就是在海試中丟了一個螺旋槳

至今還沒有找到。

戴高樂號航空母艦是法國在國防預算緊張的情況下採購

因此採取的經濟的建造方式

核反應堆數量減少

並且噸位也隨之減少了許多。

如今法國海軍戴高樂號航空母艦返回了法國海軍的軍港

這是這艘航空母艦在完成了18個月的核燃料更換和維修工作之後進行的首次的任務

這是一次綜合的演習活動。

在這次演習中

法國海軍戴高樂號航空母艦攜帶了3 0架陣風戰鬥機執行任務

除了固定翼艦載戰鬥機之外還有2架 E-2C鷹眼預警機和 2架直升機

其中固定翼艦載機總共進行了250 次彈射起飛任務。

法國戴高樂號是使用的固定翼艦載戰鬥機是法國達索公司研製的陣風M

這是一款在陸基用途的陣風戰鬥機的基礎上改進而來

陣風M戰鬥機是一款少有的機翼不能進行摺疊的艦載機。

不過戴高樂號航空母艦仍然可以攜帶 30架陣風 M戰鬥機進行部署行動

從這個看法國在航空母艦的使用上還是頗有水平的。

俄羅斯海軍裝備的庫茲涅佐夫號航空母艦的噸位比法國的戴高樂號要大一些

但是所攜帶的固定翼艦載機也就是2 4架而

而法國的則可以攜帶30 架陣風M戰鬥機

如此看來機翼摺疊對法國人來說還真的不是太嚴重的問題。

但是陣風M戰鬥機並不是一款和蘇- 33一樣的重型戰鬥機

陣風M充其量就是一款中型戰鬥機而已。

As you saw, i ate it with fried egg & beef rolade, so delicious

I bought all ingredients at supermarket

You can buy all ingredients that i ate at mini market too

If you never try this, try it :)

At supermarket, i always saw this instan noodle & i don't know how the taste

And now, i ate it & the taste was delicious, you must try it

For the price i forgot & i think i throw away the receipt

I think the price of this instan noodle was about Rp 3.600 ($ 0.26)

Beef rolade Rp 19.900 ($ 1.42) almost Rp 20.000 ($ 1.42)

I bought 3 instan noodles so i cooked 3 instan noodles

At first i wanna make boiled egg

But i didn't boil the egg a long enough

So when i crack it & i peel off one by one

There some side still not boiled well & still little bit wet

So i decided to cooked it & became fried egg as you saw

From you, who make boiled egg but after crack it not boiled well & decided to cooked it like fried egg

If you use the chopstick for the first time, maybe it's gonna hard be for you because little bit slippery

First, you hold like this

You use middle finger at the center of the chopstick

Point finger at the top

Put your thumb like this

So middle finger do the hold between the chopstick

And then you just move it like this

Move your point finger like this

Your middle finger just stay don't move

As you see, middle finger can do the hold between chopstick

At first time when i use chopstick, i can't do/hold it very well

But practice make perfect

If anyone of you can't use chopstick, you can practice from now

So you can feel new sensation eat with chopstick

If this hard for you, you still can use a fork

Or you still want to try eat with chopstick...

You can put a rubber band at the top of the chopstick

Only the top of the chopstick okay

And your hand still do the pose like this

so it will make easy for you to pick the food with chopstick

But if you used to it, you don't need a rubber band on top of the chopstick

Or when you want to eat noodles, you can slip the chopstick inside the noodles & make a roll & then eat it :P
