This dog has miraculously survived after being stabbed in the head by a gangster.

Four-year-old Duke, the German Shepherd, had a steak knife plunged 5cm deep in its frontal sinus area, cracking its skull,

but fortunately missing his brain by a mere 2cm.

Gino Wentzel, 40, says on Tuesday he took Duke for a walk in the direction of the Town Centre in Mitchells Plain

when they were confronted by a gangster in a lane.

Gino says their daily lunchtime routine turned into a nightmare when the thug became frightened when Duke started growling at him, and pulled out a knife and stabbed the dog in the head.

The owner of the dog says not only is his dog gentle, but it was on a leash and the skolly was in no danger of being bitten.

Gino says both he and Duke panicked.

Duke struggled with the knife stuck in his head and collapsed near a primary school.

Gino immediately called a friend and they rushed Duke to the Animal Welfare Society in Philippi where Duke was treated.

Wednesday, he got to see Duke for the first time after his ordeal.

"When he saw me, he began to cry. He wants to come home

because he is a lovely dog that sleeps inside the house and is very gentle," says an emotional Gino.

Allan Perrins, who is working at the Society, says their team did a splendid job in saving Duke's life.

"Duke arrived around 3pm with a knife deeply embedded in his skull," Perrins says.

"Seconds seemed like hours and with Duke lapsing in and out of consciousness our Head Veterinarian very quickly concluded that if we were to save him the knife needed to be extracted urgently."

He says an X-ray was done to see what damage the knife had caused, and how to safely remove it without causing any further damage.

"Our veterinarian was able to safely remove the knife and, much to everyone, and especially Gino's relief, announced that Duke would be very sore but fine."

mr. Smith is it true that you wrote this article this opinion piece for The

Washington Post entitled these payments to women were unseemly that doesn't mean

they were illegal well I can't see the piece but I wrote a piece under that

headline in the post sighs and that's right okay great so green light for hush

money I can do all sorts of terrible things it's totally legal right now for

me to pay people off and that is considered speech that money is

considered speech so I use my special interest dark money fund a campaign to

pay off folks that I need to pay off and get elected so now I'm elected and I'm

in I've got the power to draft and shape the laws that govern the

United States of America fabulous now is there any hard limit that I have perhaps

mrs. Hobart Flynn is there any hard limit that I have in terms of what

legislation I'm allowed to touch are there any limits on the laws that I can

write or influence especially if I'm based on the special interest funds that

I accepted to finance my campaign and get me elected in the first place

there's no limit so there's none so I can be totally funded by oil gas and gas

it can be totally funded by Big Pharma come in right Big Pharma laws and

there's no limits to that whatsoever that's right okay

so awesome now now mr. Mara Bonnie the last thing I want to do is get rich with

as little work possible that's really what I'm trying to do as the bad guy

right so is there anything preventing me from holding stocks say in an oil or gas

company and then writing laws to deregulate that that industry and cause

you know that could potentially cause the stock value to soar and accrue a lot

of money in that time you could do that so I could do that I could do that now

with the way our current laws are set up

yes yes okay great okay so my last question is or one of my

last questions I guess I'd say is is it possible that any elements of this story

apply to our current government in our current public servants right now yes

yes so we have a system that is fundamentally broken we have these

influences existing in this body which means that these influences are here in

this committee shaping the questions that are being asked of you all right

have anything to do legally with its formation no they are not at the current

time with respect to super PACs is this a particularly partisan problem or would

and I wish I could show myself soon as a good player again to table tennis people.

I am starting with regaining the basic physical strength.

At this moment, I am also worried about the possibility of injury.

Trying not to get any damage on my body, I need to warm up my physical state.

A player must play with his best at all matches, which is my priority, too.

I don't know where I can play next season, but I am open to all countries, Korea, Europe or Japan.

Hello! My name is Myriam and this is my first video here, on the Fabrika Decoru channel

I am very happy to be part of this year's design team of Fabrika Decoru

and I promise that I will do my best to give you as much inspiration as I can

for your scrapbooking projects. Although at first I thought about making this video only in English

then I thought it was better just a little introduction in English

so that more people can understand who I am, and the rest of the video I will speak in my

native language, Spanish. But don't worry people who don't understand Spanish because

this video will be subtitled in English, Russian, French and Spanish, of course.

As I was telling you, I am very glad to be part of Fabrika Decoru's team,

design team of this year and

as many of you have told me in your comments that you

want to see what scrapbooking projects I'm going to do. I am also at

expectation to see what I'm going to do because I still have no idea

I guess when I get the material and see the paper designs and touch

the textures, then inspiration will come to me. Well,for this first

presentation video Fabrika Decoru has prepared a few questions that

wants us to answer. The first question says: your big dream is

related to scrapbooking? Well... Let's see ... I don't have a single great

dream I have many big dreams and... yes, one of them is related

with scrapbooking because I like very much to draw, many of you know it

and since I started with scrap rounds my head the idea of creating my

own collection of papers. I would love to have my own collection of

papers, with my own designs, my own colors and my style. And...

I don't know why I have not done it yet, I guess because it has not

come the moment, because everything has its moment. And I have the

feeling, I have the hunch that it will happen. Someday I will make my own

collection of papers. The second question is a little

complicated because it says: Why do you think that Fabrika Decoru chose you to form

part of their design team? And that's what I would like to know. Actually Fabrika Decoru

you would have to answer to this question. But well, let's see, if

I have to give an answer, maybe it's because of my style, because I imagine that

you had many candidacies and when you were there classifying them by

styles, at the moment you came to the 'clean and simple' style, there

that you would take to a deserted island

日立公司和英國在一個核電項目上鬧翻

由於資金問題談不攏

這個項目已經被凍結。

這個項目的原計劃是在英國安格爾西島上建立新的核反應堆

該島位於英國的中西部。

但是不知是因為技術原因還是另有隱情

該項目的費用大幅增加。

所以日立和英國方面沒有在資金的問題上談攏

這個項目也就不了了之了。

日本一直將核電站項目作為對外基礎設施出口的重要內容

此次項目受阻無疑會對日本的基礎設施出口造成很大影響。

而日本之所以最近對基礎設施出口十分熱衷

所以非常注重基礎設施的出口。

但是安倍的願望恐怕要落空了

除了日立的項目在英國擱淺外

三菱在土耳其的核電項目也取消了。

這就不得不提到2014年因為地震造成的日本福島核電站核泄漏事件

這件事使得日本上上下下都對核電站充滿了不信任

之前在日本電力中占據很重要的地位的核電

開始一蹶不振。

計劃建設的新項目紛紛下馬

在運營的項目也開始進行檢修。

所以日本電力中核電的占有率大幅萎縮

日立等企業不得不積極拓展海外市場。

現在日本的用電量已經倒退回了上個世紀90年代的水平

在她的社交媒體上最近發布了殲20的「怪獸」版畫作

並取名為「玄龍」

在她公布的一張設計初稿上面清楚地寫著「玄龍」的字樣。

幾乎服役的所有型號戰機都在演習中亮相。

這次演習共出動了140餘架戰機

其中固定翼飛機多達137架！包括LCA、

蘇-30MKI、

幻影2000、

「美洲虎」、

米格-21、

米格-27、

米格-29UPG等戰鬥機

以及伊爾-78空中加油機、

C-130「大力神」運輸機、

安-32運輸機等。

這可以說是印度空軍的老中青三代戰機

也可以看到印度空軍機型混亂、

來源雜亂的特點。

最頭痛的當然還是地勤人員

而在此前印度空軍半個月裡面摔了3架戰機

這時候最擔心的估計就是空軍參謀長

千萬不能在大演習的時候出麼蛾子。

由於是在恐怖襲擊後進行的演習

怎麼也要進行一些反恐作戰的演習。

因此

除了固定翼飛機的常規對地攻擊外

印度空軍還出動了直升機和特種部隊

進行了一些反恐科目演習

比如特戰隊員速降占領模擬大樓等等。

這次出動的直升機包括印度自己研製生產的ALH「北極星」直升機、

俄羅斯的米-17直升機等。

有意思的是

這次演習的武裝直升機是由帶簡易外掛

只能夠帶火箭彈的「北極星」直升機客串的

印度自己研製的新型LCH武裝直升機沒有亮相。

演習中的飛彈武器還是有一點看頭的！除了印度自行研製的「阿卡什」地對空飛彈外

最新型的「阿斯特拉」空對空飛彈也在演習中亮相。

這種先進中程空對空飛彈是印度國產最先進飛彈

已經和蘇-30MKI戰鬥機進行融合

APY-9雷達就是其中的一個產品

現在已經安裝在EA-18G咆哮者電子戰機上

此前在演習中EA-18G電子戰機就成功擊落過F-22隱身戰機。

中國的殲-16電子戰機或擁有同樣的性能

近期還出現了殲-15艦載機版本的電子戰機

這些都顯示了中國擁有多種手段針對隱身戰鬥機作戰。

現有的信息顯示中國人擁有了對隱身戰鬥機從發現到鎖定再到擊落的全部技術

只要中國願意這樣做

就可以擊落F-22和F-35這樣的隱身戰鬥機。

Il a par ailleurs indiqué que le renseignement intérieur avait travaillé sur l'hypothèse du retour en France de combattants en Syrie de l'organisation État islamique

Alors qu'on lui demandait si les manifestants radicaux étaient plus nombreux aujourd'hui, il a répondu: "En proportion oui, car le nombre de manifestants diminue"

"Outre leurs propres agissements, ces individus, que je ne confonds pas avec les personnes qui prennent part aux manifestations de manière pacifique, ont par ailleurs contribué à la radicalisation de certains profils qui ne sont pas connus pour leur appartenance à une mouvance ultra", a observé Nicolas Lerner, dans sa première interview depuis sa nomination en octobre

"À Toulouse, Bordeaux, Nantes ou Caen par exemple, ils ont généré une forme de violence totalement décomplexée et débridée chez des individus qui n'étaient connus ni pour leur appartenance à l'ultragauche, ni à l'ultradroite", selon lui

Mais "à aucun moment les groupes ultras n'ont réussi à prendre le leadership sur ce mouvement même s'ils voient en lui une opportunité de s'en prendre aux symboles de la République, qui sont leurs cibles habituelles", a-t-il souligné

Analysant la composante de l'ultradroite, le patron de la DGSI a remarqué qu'elle était formée de quatre tendances principales

Il a énuméré une "obédience néo-nazie, antisémite et identitaire", des "groupes néo-populaires ou survivalistes, apparus après la vague d'attentats en France, nourris par le discours complotiste", des "groupes identitaires qui cherchent à se parer d'une apparence de légalité pour investir les champs politiques ou sociétaux – immigration, politique de l'emploi, préférence nationale – comme le Bastion social ou Génération identitaire", et enfin de "petits groupes de type brigadiste et violent qui peuvent se constituer autour d'une personnalité charismatique", a-t-il détaillé

S'agissant de l'ultragauche, le patron du renseignement intérieur a affirmé que "sa capacité à faire dégénérer des manifestations, mais aussi à conduire des actions de nature plus clandestines n'est plus à démontrer"

"Nous suivons près de 2000 profils de ce type", a-t-il révélé. Interrogé, par ailleurs, sur le rapatriement de quelque 150 Français détenus en Syrie, Nicolas Lerner a répondu que le scénario du retour "n'est qu'une hypothèse de travail"

"Les récentes annonces américaines et les conséquences stratégiques qui en découlent ont conduit à souhaiter que toutes les options soient étudiées

C'est une posture de responsabilité: il s'agit d'anticiper une éventuelle situation où ces combattants et leurs épouses seraient remis en liberté", a expliqué le haut fonctionnaire

Si ce rapatriement avait lieu, "100% des hommes et des femmes feraient l'objet de poursuites pénales, la quasi-totalité pour des faits criminels", a-t-il ajouté

"Jorginho is a good passer of the ball. When Chelsea have the ball, he's a positive

"When they don't have the ball, he's a negative because he doesn't sense danger. "If Kante plays in that position, [Juan] Mata does not get the ball

"He can smell danger and with his pace and with his energy, he gets around that pitch in front of that back four much, much better than Jorginho

"So as I said, a positive when Chelsea have the ball but he's a huge negative for me, Jorginho, when they have't got the ball because he doesn't do enough when they're defending
