-This workout circuit is made to target each part of your abs

-Let's lay out some mats

-Shall we do it at the same time?

When I train abs, I usually use machines

For today's workout, we only need this

So this can be at home

-Yes, you can

-This workout is split into five steps to target each part of your core

-I'll start by explaining each step

-During the whole workout, don't let your heels touch the ground

-For the first movement, lift your legs to 90 degrees, then lower them

-Do this 10 times

-When completed, without placing your feet to the ground, start peddling like a bicycle

-Try to keep your feet as low to the ground as possible, while keeping the tension in your abs

-Once you've completed ten reps, switch to ab crunches

-Do this for ten reps

-From here it get's a little difficult

-Using your abs, raise your hips and thrust your legs up to 90 degrees

-Do this ten times

-For the next one

-Cross your leg

-This is the final ab movement

-Switch the leg after five reps and do the same

-And that's it

-Let's get to it

-Do all of those steps in a row

All of those together is one set?

-But for men, I would recommend doing three sets

Besides the fifth movement, I was somewhat able to keep up

What we call a cyst, its formal name is Sebaceous Cyst

It looks like a huge closed acne or a cystic acne

When there's no infection, your skin looks, well, skin-colored

when there is an infection, it will be reddish

So here's the point. How do we distinguish between pimples and cysts?

Usually, from a first glance, cysts are bigger

And they don't really go away on their own

So if it's been on you for a long time

there's a high chance it might be a cyst

Then, there's where they appear

Everyone knows that pimples show up where there's more sebum

Where?

On your face, sometimes on your back and all that

How about cysts?

Anywhere there are hair follicles

Your face, scalp, neck, ears and trunk

Stop listening to all that unwarranted bullsxxt

For one thing, if the pouch is still there after you squeeze out its contents, it will keep coming and coming

For another, if you accidentally get an infection when you pop it

coming up next would be a gigantic suppurated cyst

So usually, doctors wouldn't suggest you to pop a cyst

Really. Not. Recommended.

So how do we treat it?

Usually, if there is an infection,

doctors would suggest you use oral or external use medication to control the infection

to avoid development into the more serious cellulitis infection

Some people also wish to inject pimple medication

which is injection of steroid locally to improve the red and swelling

but this may create a cavity in the skin

so you have to discuss with the doctor whether you should get an injection

Don't force the doctor to inject it alright?

But even the two methods above are not the true cure

because, the key to the formation of a cyst is that pouch

If you want to get rid of the cyst for good

you have to make sure there is no inflammation or infection in the cyst

and arrange for surgery to remove the pouch for good

This is the only way you can

Hey, I just thought that you might get nervous on my mentioning surgery

The surgery can usually be completed in 30 mins, unless the cyst is unusually large or when it is in somewhere unusual

The doctor will open up the tissues around the cyst and take out the whole pouch under local anesthesia

and then they just sew it up

It is a very common and mature surgery for clinics

As for how to prevent cysts. There is no guarantee on how not to get cysts

We can only say that it has a lot to do with your body constitution

The concept is that damage in the skin may result in proliferation of the hair follicle dermal cells

which may develop a pouch and in turn, the cyst

So avoiding skin damage is a basic point. Don't just recklessly pop pimples could be a start.

There are also some daily habits that are good for your skin

having light diets and not using scorching hot water to wash your face are also ways to avoid cysts

Top 10 Most Powerful Countries in The World in 2050.

You might be surprised how much the economic landscape is going to change in the next 30

years.

To help us mere mortals HSBC has used a complex but fascinating analysis of economic systems,

industries, infrastructure and serious number crunching, to project the wealth of countries

(GDP and per capita income) in 2050.

10: Canada.

Canada will have an economy worth $2.29 trillion by 2050 and a projected per capita income

of $51,485.

That Canada stays put (it remains in tenth position) is to its credit, or to the credit

of its renowned healthy banking system which is said to be one of the most resilient in

the world.

9: France.

The size of France's economy will be $2.75 trillion, and it will have a projected per

capita income of $40,643.

There will be tough times ahead for France though, as it struggles to cope with (continuing)

sluggish growth and demographic challenges (decline in working population), and it will

drop three places in the economic league table to ninth position, surpassed by countries

such as Mexico, India and Brazil.

8: Mexico.

Mexico is the second Latin American entrant to the pantheon of putative economic powerhouses.

With a projected GDP of $2.81 trillion and a per capita income of $21,793.

Prospects look extremely good for Mexico: its current president Enrique Nieto is spearheading

a number of wide-ranging reforms from telecommunications to energy that will boost the country's

long-term productivity and prosperity.

7: Brazil.

Brazil is a surprise entry in the top ten – given its past experiences of inflation

levels of over 500 percent.

With a GDP projected at $2.96 trillion and a per capita income of $13,547, Brazil will

be the seventh-most powerful economy on the planet.

And it will be a pretty sizeable economy too – Brazil's population is expected to reach

in excess of 200 million.

It won't be all sunshine and carnivals though: the country's per capita income is expected

to drop from 52nd place to 61st.

6: United Kingdom.

The UK's projected 2050 GDP is $3.58 trillion, with a per capita income of $49,412.

The current gap between British economic wealth and that of Germany will narrow significantly

by 2050 (from a $346 billion gap to a $138 billion gap), with the UK boosted by a projected

year on year percentage growth in the working population.

The UK is projected to fall in the economic league table by just one position, so it's

hanging in there.

5: Germany.

Germany will have a projected GDP of $3.71 trillion with a per capita income of $52.683,

making it the largest European economy in 2050 (although it has dropped one place from

2015).

Given that Germany is roughly the same size, in terms of population, as the UK that's

pretty impressive.

4: Japan.

The size of Japan's economy by GDP will be $6.43 trillion; its income per capita is

projected at $63,244.

Japan faces demographic challenges of an ageing population and a dramatic decline in working

age population (of nearly 40 percent).

The shrinking working population is also expected to support an increasing ageing population.

Perhaps incentives will be offered to the Japanese people to have more children: the

fertility rate here is the lowest on this list of world economies.

3: India.

India will become the third-largest economy in the world, with a GDP of $8.17 trillion

and an income per capita of $5,060.

India's working population is set to explode, fuelling its growth.Its income growth rate

is set to overtake China's after 2030 partly as a result of China's one-child policy,

and its economy is projected to grow at an average 5.1% annually between 2040 and 2050.

In addition to becoming one of the world's super-economies, India is also poised to become

the most populous country on earth by 2050, overtaking China with a projected 1.6 billion

people.

2: United States.

The US will be the second richest economy in the world in 2050, with a GDP of $22.27

trillion and a per capita income of $55,134.

The projected growth per capita income for the US is lower than other developed economies

because its already rich infrastructure "constrains growth".

For so long the richest country on the planet, the US will have to contend with being 'second

best'.

1: China.

In 2050, China is expected to be the world's richest, and probably the most powerful, economy,

with a GDP of $24.62 trillion and a per capita income of $17,759.

China's income per capita will still only be roughly a third of that in the US, so there

is room for considerably more growth.

However, it will no longer be the most populous country in the world – that can be a plus

or minus depending on your own point of view.

Il n'était donc pas fiché S. Sur la vidéo, on peut voir ce manifestant barbu hurler au philosophe: "Nous sommes le peuple", "la France, elle est à nous", "tu es un haineux, tu vas mourir, tu vas aller en enfer, le peuple va te punir, le créateur va te punir", "espèce de sioniste de merde"

Selon BFMTV, l'homme est également connu de certains gilets jaunes pour sa véhémence

Dimanche soir, le manifestant radicalisé n'avait pas encore été interpellé, de même pour les autres gilets jaunes concernés

続けて「自称な人程しいし価値を下げて気がする。せめて登者数いくつ以上で名れる、みたいになれいいのにね」と、「ーチューバー」とい名称を使う上での定について提案した

　この声にネッが反応。「誰かに迷かけるようなヤツはーチューバーとは呼たくない」「基準がいまい」「"なんちって"が多すぎる」どのコメントが寄せれている
